Chrysler Financial

Debra of Redmond, OR March 7, 2009

We have a loan for a truck. The day after the loan is due we get 5-6 calls. I have tried asking to have loan date moved from the 15th to the 22 of the month to wrk better with our payday but have been refused. We have gotten phone calls at 5am. (to a state area code) I have asked them not to call my husband at work, they do anyway. This has been going on for months. We are so frustrated we are ready to park the truck at the Dealership.

The service reps are disrepectful, threating. I have been told different stories such as they could move the date; I could call after my payment was made to lower the interest rate; if I answer the phone they wouldn't call my husband at work, or our friends or family. Of course none was true. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

They have been harrassing me at my home looking for a Chris to collect a bad debt. They have called as many as 22 times a day. I have repeatedly asked my number be removed and was told it WILL NOT be removed but left in the system, so when another collector skips the account my home number will show. I need for them to stop Harrassing me at home, I have NO car payments and I want, no demand my number be removed from their system

I have also reported this to the attorney generals office

We purchased our leased Dodge Ram from Chrysler Financial, a payoff check was sent and recorded on our account on January 9, 2009. We are now receiving threatening phone calls from the Chyrsler's collection Department, demanding January's lease payment! These phone calls come several times per days, when we answer the phone, we are asked to hold for a representative, sometimes over 10 minutes.

When we do speak to a representative, a different person each time, they demand payment, tell us our credit is being affected and won't listen when we tell them the situation, just keep interrupting, demanding payment. A check of our account activity shows the payoff payment amount as a credit on our account. We are still being harrashed for January's payment!

The collection department is threatening to affect our credit, which has been excellent!

Chrysler put in the wrong contract information (36 months instead of 48 months) They are showing that we are over 5,500 late in payments. We make our monthly payments on time. However, after numerous calls to the resolution deparment they agreed they made the mistake. However, it still shows as being late as of January 9, 2009.

We are getting calls that our account is overdue which it is not. Our credit report is being messed with. Nobody seens to get the problem fixed. They keep telling me it takes time to fix the problem. This has been going on for over a month. I quit having direct deposit taken out, otherwise they would have taken out over 5,500.00 from my checking account. I don't want to find my car repossessed. Can anybody help me get this problem fixed with Chrysler Financial?

Our credit is being messed with. This is causing my wife and myself to worry ourselves sick over this.

I sent the following letter to the main website, only so their so called resolution center will call me, acting they are falsely concerned about the mistreatment they have served me. They are driving me towards a nervous breakdown. [Their] dishonestly making an authorized payment to my bank account cost me 1600.00 in overdraft charges. I am still suffering a hardship from your dishonesty. Now, I am one payment behind, and I keep getting harrassing phone calls from payment center. Recently, I received a call from resolution center from K. Hall. She kept calling wanting to resolve this problem. Then, I speak to her once, and then I can't get a hold of her anymore. I keep getting her voice mail, and today I called to speak to her, and the resolution center tells there is not an employee by that name who works there. I keep getting calls from rude, and unsympathetic customer service people who work for company.

Tonight I get a call from somebody who only says her name is Opulence. She does not say what company she is working for, and I think she is soliciting phone sex. Finally, she tells me is from Chrysler Financial. Then, she ask me if I am LoriAnn. I wanted to know who she was, so I didn't say it was me. Then, she asked If was not LoriAnn, why was I answering her phone? I said, who was she to be asking me that, and is that how Chrysler Financial trains their customer service people. She then tells me to call the 1-800 number, and then hangs up on me. So, I called back the number where she was calling from, and she answers the phone with not saying Chrysler Financial, this is so and so. She said This is Opulence. I asked her she was? She got defensive, and hung on me again.

I will be contacting all the T.V. websites, and complaints against Chrysler Fiancial websites, to warn more people to not deal with payment center. I just hope I survive the ordeal to have to deal with company until I can pay my off. That is if [they] try to do some good service, and work with me on my payments.

I am one payment behind, and they are so determined to resposses my car.
