Patricia of Richmond, VA March 27, 2009
Patricia of Richmond VA (03/27/09) I am behind on my payment not much. I have contacted offices ( telephone numbers I don't know where locations are. To have tried to work things out. 776.97 is causing a hardship for me now as I have become disabled. I have very little money coming in and have explained this to the collection reps on many many occasions. They refuse to work with me. I tried to offer a pay out settlement and they would not even discuss this with me. Their comment ( and this is everyone I have spoke to ) is repeatedly YOU NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TODAY and they keep repeating it over and over until I finally get tierd of it and tell them I will call them back. They are ringing my phone constanly. They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and extremly unprofessional (idoits ) I will give them an amount that I can give them at that time and it's not enough.
Everyone that I have spoken to has asked me if I CAN BORROW THE MONEY FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. This is totally unprofessional, ridiculous, and not exceptable behavoir. I know what the pay-off on my loan and at this time I am able to offer 10,000. to pay off. I am disabled and this is the only vehicle that I have. I understand if this is not acceptable but, I am in the process of having my house foreclosed on the actual sell date is, April 7th 2009. I do have someone who is working on this for me. I hope [they] have some compassion as I am requesting a hardship. Shannon of Omaha, NE March 26, 2009
Shannon of Omaha NE (03/26/09) My lease on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee is coming to an end on April 2, 2009. I was planning on getting another Jeep, but Chrysler Financial stopped doing leases as of August 1, 2008. Since I only lease my cars, I decided to go with a Nissan instead. I just made my last lease payment to Chrysler Financial to fulfill my contract. However, to my surprise, I found out that I still owe 425.
I called Chrysler Financial to find out what this extra fee was for. I was told that since I didnt lease or buy another Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, I had to pay a 425 disposition fee. I stated that I knew nothing about this fee and asked why the dealership never informed me before I signed the contract. All they said was that they were sorry that no one told me but if they told everyone about the disposition fee, they wouldnt sell any cars. Then I was told that it was my fault for not reading the contract close enough. One guy I spoke with said, You must not lease cars very often because every dealership/company has a disposition fee.? The Nissan that I just leased is my sixth car and I have NEVER heard of nor have I paid a disposition fee! (FYI: I called Nissan, Toyota and Honda and NONE of these companies have a disposition fee!)
In the end, I will have no choice but to pay the 425 disposition fee since it was stated in a binding contract, I signed it and I refuse to let it affect my credit. However, it is NOT going to stop me from running my mouth, letting everyone know about the shady business practice Chrysler Financial is conducting! I know I may only be one person, but word of mouth is powerful and I intend to inform as many people as I can so they dont make the same mistake I did!
Craig of Columbia, SC March 25, 2009
Craig of Columbia SC (03/25/09) I purchased a 2005 dodge durango in 2005. the salesman altered my credit application with false information. at the time I requested the disibility plan. i never recieved it i was financed at 13% I spokie with chrysler finance to lower my payments. they stated i can do it in 2008. ther is no consistance when dealing with chrysler financial. i informed them iwas disabled and my injury caused my work status to change and financial obligations have changed. my payments were 596.00 for a 29000 loan. I faxed chrysler financial all my disibility information from attorney and doctor. My vechicle was repppossed januyary 2009. two guys ina wrecker took my vechicle without paper work they took my license plates which ihave to turn back in.
I spoke with chryser and they informed me that they would hold my vechicle until my disibility is approved. they knew my situation. the people are rude they are nasty no professionalism. sra associate is a collection agency. I have no vechicle and now i am requesting some of my money back because i traded a 99 dodge durango in for the 200 vechicle. athis vechicle is not on my credit application. my credit application does not have my 99 durango on the application. I traded it for 10,000 dollars. I request my money back because chrysler financial did not meet my desire to work with them. I need to purchase another vechicle. I exhausted all my savings while paying chrslyer along with other bills. chrysler does not respect the disabled. their program does not favor the disabled. we are consumers who are misrepresentated in society, chrsler refused to work with me in conjunction with my disibility.

Dineen of Hewitt NJ (03/18/09) We are one month behind in our payments - ONE MONTH. No more, no less. We receive at least 4-5 phone calls PER DAY INCLUDING SUNDAYS from Chrysler financial. They are now calling RELATIVES of ours AND my office.
Harassment at my office and harassment of family members unrelated to the auto loan. Shannon of Blowing Rock, NC March 11, 2009
Shannon of Blowing Rock NC (03/11/09) I will never have a dodge aging. We bought a 2007 mega cab loaded. the payment is 955.00 a month we have almost had this truck for 2 years. we owe 10,000.00 more on the truck then its worth. The front end on it is awful. The truck has almost 15000 miles and all the tires are wore out. I cant belive that our tax dollars bailed this bunch out an they wont help you out on your payment. I have 6 truck payment an dodge is the only one that wont let me pay interest payment for a month or two. My chevys I have not paid a full payment since Dec. now thats survice.
Dodge is rude an I just hope that the people that work for them get in a bind and who ever calls them is just as big of a ass as they are. I am waiting for chevy to put there trucks on 0% an Im taking 3 dodge truck to trade in just so I dont have to deal with crysler financial. I hope dodge is a thing of the past. I realy wish that our goverment would quit helping them, they sure wont help the people that owe them. dont ever put your payment on a draft with this bunch they over drafed our account and I had a alful time getting my money back. They wonted me to give them a copy of my bank statement, I had to go to my local dealer in order to get my money back.
