The staff really makes you feel comfortable. There is most generally a long wait for visits.

I seen Dr ** and his dental assistant Selene at the Bradenton location on Cortez Road. They were very kind and caring in fixing my crown that broke off. They had me in and out of the office in under an hour. I called Tuesday morning for an appointment. They got me in the next day. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend them for dental needs.

When we first arrived it was 2:13 in the afternoon. My appointment was at 2:00 and the receptionist said we had to reschedule even though we were out of town. Send the office paper especially Kelly was awesome. Completely change my experience and the radio technician was awesome too. I don't remember her name thank you. This was in Elizabethtown Kentucky.

OK, so I went into Aspen today to get my new dentures once again and he was right there to assist me. I cannot get over how sweet and helpful and knowledgeable she is! The whole team has made the process so comfortable for me. I got my new teeth. They’re beautiful. Didn’t fit quite right so what do Rocky and her girls do? They’re putting a hard liner in there for me! I could never ask for better bedside manner and care heart. ❤️ thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful!

I went to Aspen as they accepted my Medicare insurance. I was there for a simple cleaning, I thought. I received extensive imaging. After the thorough exam, I asked the dentist about my cleaning. She seemed disoriented and had to consult with the front office. 40 minutes later a hygienist arrived. He cleaned my teeth, after I rejected the ** injection. I paid $141 On the spot, and was told insurance covered the balance. 3 weeks later I was billed $820. Speaking with the Aspen agent I discovered I received a deep cleaning (scaling), instead of the procedure I arrived for, and the $141 paid in office was for a take home bottle of mouthwash.

Husband scheduled visit for broken tooth. Requested premeds to make sure no infection occurs due to health condition. Procedure was the next morning. Did not get notification that meds were ready for pick up from pharmacy. Couldn't take meds prior to procedure because pharmacy opened at same time of procedure. When he arrived at the office he let them know he didn't get a notification that his prescription was ready to be picked up. The office worker proceeded to ask my husband health questions in the waiting room in front of other waiting patients. This is not okay. This violates HIPAA Minimum Necessary Standard. This person did not use reasonable safeguards to protect my husband's PHI. This shows they do not safeguard your privacy.

I guess I'm not alone in writing reviews about aspen.. My main complaint is their billing practices.. I believe the people you see to explain the costs are on some type of commission bases .. Twice they explained the pricing and actually negotiate with me like buy a car to make a sale.. Twice they statement was different than what they told me .. I believe they have a bait and switch tactics.

Run don't walk to another dentist. This is a shabby, unprofessional operation from arrival to disappointing departure. Lackluster personnel that actually lied about x-rays being required by law even though I was only there for a denture repair. The dental tech was surly and needed a few days off to assess her future. All in all, a waste of several hours to leave without a repaired denture as promised when making the appointment. Don't even waste your time checking in on line to save time in the office. They ignored all of that and handed me a three pages to fill out. I sensed something was wrong and everything that followed proved me right... I should left then and saved valuable wasted time experiencing mediocrity.

At my last visit I made an appointment for teeth cleaning 1 year later. Upon arrival I was provided a higher price than I am accustomed to which I was not prepared for seeing as I have no insurance. I requested an explanation which the receptionist could not provide, and arranged for the business manager to come out front. The business manager advised me I was not here for a cleaning, but rather an exam, claiming I had not been seen by them for over two years. I explained her records were in error seeing as I received a medical clearance exam from them for prior medical surgeries in 2025 and again in 2026. She then stated it was ASPEN's policy that I had to have an exam and could have a cleaning with additional cost.

As I do not work for ASPEN, I am not subject to their policies I advised them if they cannot provide the cleaning I and they scheduled, then I was leaving. She relied OK and I left in disbelief they would turn away business they already had rather than providing the cleaning which always includes an exam which may require further appointments. It is obvious, ASPEN's policies are based on greed more so than customer satisfaction
