Mercedes CL500 |

My 2000 CL 500 caught on fire for no reason. My 7-month-pregnant wife was in the passenger seat when she put the car in park to mail a letter. After putting the car in park, we heard what sounded like a blowout. I opened the door when all of a sudden the car started smoking. I got my wife out of the car as quick as I could. The car behind us yelled your car is on fire! My wife called 911, within 15 minutes our car burned to the ground. When I notified Mercedes Benz and told them what happened, they told me that my warranty does not cover this. They also said that this is not their problem. I was floored when I heard this. I hired a forensic research company to analize the car. They reported that this was definetly a the falt of the Manufactor. What should I do? Damage Resulting: Car is totaled! $60,000 David should hire an attorney. Report Your Experience
