I went to the location in Mesquite to have a problem with a headlight, checked out. Nick was the serviceman who helped me. He was informational, he was polite. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and he took the time to research the problem. And get me the correct information that I needed. Since I was unable to get the repair done that day, he told me to call and schedule back a time to come in. I haven't done that yet. I'm gonna do that in a couple of days, but I can guarantee you based on the fact that I didn't pay them anything. That day and it was just him doing what he did for over an hour to find the problem basically for free. Not knowing whether I would come back or not. That means a whole lot. Because, you know, most people are greedy. They want the repair money they want.

You know, the customer and he was willing to let that go just to find the problem for me. Because he said to me that he didn't think that I should get a ticket for something. That's not my fault like I had liked. And that he wanted to make sure that he found the problem so that I could get a fixed properly. And I'd feel safe driving, my car bat is awesome. Most people could care less. If it's not about them or what they get out of it, they just don't care. And he did, and that means a world to me, and I appreciate it. And thank you for having people like him that you're location. You've made a customer for life.

I have been going to Firestone for many years. (Same store) 6580 N.W. 186 St. 33015! I had an appointment 5/28/26 for an oil change + several questions to be answered! From the moment I arrived ** took EXCELLENT care of me! He was patient & knowledgeable! Jorge the Tech did a great job also! When the Mgr. William came in, I complimented them both highly! In addition, William helped me on a non-mechanical issue with my car! I have learned that sometimes it is best to wait a little & get the best care possible than to be taken on time & rushed thru + overcharged! On a rating I would give them 200%!!

Dropped off my F150 at Firestone on 133 Hillcrest Pkwy in Chesapeake, VA on 05/19/26 to have AC unit recharged. Michael ** recommended that the Heater blower be looked at because being loud and low air flow. I mentioned to him just do the AC now. I realized I should have had that looked at also. I went back on the 21st so they could look at the heater blower, they were busy and would get to it when they could due to customer's cars in front of me. I told him I would have to wait there until it was finished. When I sat down I noticed they were pulling my truck into a bay. Maybe about 30 minutes later he told me they fixed the noise, found a loose, broken part. They could not fix the low air flow, said the dealer would have to fix that, had to take dash off. Very pleased with what he had done for me.

I went on Firestone to get my and they had to keep my car until Monday left something in my car. Went to my thing took my toilet paper and went through my suitcase and took my towel out jewelry and Albert said, "Oh don’t worry about your clothes. Everything will be alright," and I expect to have car back that Friday the way he was saying. The bottom line just don’t leave any thing in your car. I guess firestone doesn’t pays their employees enough money. Wouldn’t afford to paper towels and jewelry cause they gotta take it out of people cars.

And the management say that they didn’t do it but they did it cause it was. It was in my car and I told the guy Abbott and he saw it with his own eye. First thing he said when I asked him about him he wonder it was all right when I was there, but it wouldn’t I wouldn’t but I believe he had something to do it to all of Them, but Firestone that’s the worst placed you can go to have them do your car you. They cannot trusted at all.

Called in to schedule an appointment for replacement of my front calipers. (Were sticking.) He informed me they needed to do a full brake inspection but I just had it done two months ago. Just need calipers. I politely stated that I only need my calipers replaced and he say to take my business elsewhere. I asked he why he was talking to me in such a disrespectful manner and again he stated, "If you don't like it then go somewhere else." I asked for the manager which he said he was.

I decided to hang up and take my business to another branch. This location is losing a lot of business based on the unprofessional practices of its customer service reps and manager. I hope the owner see this and makes some changes. I spent a lot of money over the years there but no more. I recommend to all to go to another location as this one is toxic.

I went to a location recently, paid for a brake fluid flush, but it was not done, and I did not want to make an issue out of it when it came time to check out, for concern that they might not have released my vehicle. Their business practice is shady, and the service techs incompetent. I looked up one location on the Orlando Better Business Bureau website only to find they had over 2,900 complaints, with a -D rating. Best to find another repair shop.

I took my 2018 Ford Flex to a Firestone dealer in Columbia Mo. (store # 787483) to have an alignment done. Made the appointment 3 days before. My wife dropped it off and they said it would be an hour, and they would call her when it was done. An hour and a half went by and still no call. Another 1/2 hour went by and no call, so they walked back to dealer. They told her it was ready, but they were unable to do anything with it because the tie rods were frozen up front and rear. No charge. She brought it back and I put it on the hoist to check it out and I could not find anything wrong. Tie rods came loose with regular wrenches easy. I had just bought the car out there and was heading back to Florida.

When I got home, I took it to the firestone dealer in Oxford, Fl. and they got it right in. 45 min. later it was done and I had the before and after specs in my hands. I asked the tech if he had any issues and he said no. Everything was good. I said that was weird, cause they told me in Mo. the tie rods were froze up. He said no they weren't and he did not know how anyone could say that. This leads me to believe one of two things: (1) they just didn't want to do it or (2) A woman brought it in and they thought they could get a bunch of money out of her and not replace anything. I have been a mechanic for 60 years and have seen similar things like this. It is not right. I have all the invoices and signatures and will take this farther. It is too bad things like this happen in a supposed legit business like this. How can anyone protect their selves from things like this?? It is a SAD thing. Also, I have no issues with the Oxford branch. They were great!

They had my car in and out of the shop multiple times telling me there was nothing wrong but each time I brought it back, they found something else and it related to what they had done. Make sure you know who you’re dealing with. Firestone hires “techs” who are knowledgeable.

Paid $880 to have my front rotors and brake pads replaced in February 2026. Did not improve the squeaking that was coming from the brakes. When I brought my vehicle back in under their warranty, they told me the brake pads and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced. This was after only 8,000 miles. Very, very few things can cause that kind of damage in such short time. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was gone for the day (this was at 4:45 p.m.). He could not be reached by phone per the Firestone rep. I still have not heard from them. Is it possible that Firestone committed fraud and charged me $880 and never actually did the work? Not saying that's what happened, but something isn't right here.

Purchased tires about 5 years ago for my 2000 Ford Excursion. It is mainly my play truck. I don't drive it much, but maybe once or twice a week. The tires have a 55000-mile limited warranty; the mileage at the time of service was 219500. I came in for a replacement tire because it's beginning to separate. My mileage is now 24500, well within the 55000 miles this tire is supposed to last. I got some song and dance saying we can't replace tires on a vehicle that has been sitting. Just because it has less miles doesn't give you the right to assume it's been sitting, developing flat spots. You just don't want to replace a faulty tire; the others are not flat. This tire is faulty. Nonetheless, I had to walk out without a tire and very upset that Firestone didn't want to fix a tire that should be good for 55000 miles that only had 10000 miles on it. Anyways don't buy a warranty or tires from Firestone. You won't be happy when it comes time for service.

I received an email later saying my appointment was moved to 07/10/2026 at 8:00 am, I thought "ok, no big deal, they must be busy". I contacted the store by phone the evening of 07/08/2026 and informed the service writer that I would drop the vehicle and keys off on 07/09 so they would have it for my appointment first thing on 07/10.

On the day of my appointment, I waited all morning for a call from the store but never got one.I finally called the store myself at noon and was told "they have been too busy and hadn't even pulled my car in yet". My appointment was for 8:00 am, and I didn't even get a courtesy call saying they were delayed in getting my car looked at! I told them to forget looking at my car and I just went up and picked up the vehicle because I needed my car for the evening. I even re-arranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment. Evidently appointment times do not mean anything at that store. I guess I should have just called Monroe Muffler, they are closer to my home anyways.

First off my whole family gets their cars fixed at Firestone. I just spent almost 1000$, on misc things needing fixing. Nina is was fantastic, the mechanic had a hard time with the sensor I was getting replaced. It took him way longer then than it was suppose to. I needed to being like way late for work. But that’s fine, the mechanic was great and apologized for taking so long. He explained he did to take way more apart under hood than originally planned. Ok cool! Again, Nina saved me a little money on a couple things. Kept checking with mechanic to keep me posted 'cause I was pressed for time! He gets done with car.

Well like 2 weeks later, my skid plate was loose. I heard while I was on interstate. No problem, I get under there to zip tie it or what not, noticed I was leaking oil everywhere. When I left they said everything was A-1 with my car. So I pop the hood when I see the oil. My dipstick I notice is broken off, and there is oil everywhere. So I did isn’t want to drive it not knowing how much oil was in it. I used a glue stick to finally get it out. I had to add almost 2 quarts of oil, and also had to buy a 60$ aftermarket dipstick. Then I get a call that I had a death in the family. So I had to leave town for 10 days.

When I got back I noticed there was oil in my driveway. So I called up there and talked to Derrell. I was pretty calm by this point. I know it was a accident, I just want them to look at my car and make sure I was leaking oil and that it was still dripping spillage. I drive 40 mins back and forth to work every day, then I own a house cleaning business, and then I am bouncer on the side. So I didn’t want to break down, due to this. Well the moment I walked in the door it was like I was putting him out. I am the one that got put out, buying a dipstick and oil was extra 85$! Then it took me 3 hours to get dipstick out. Then he proceeded to try slip around whose fault it was. Telling I didn’t get a oil change the last visit. I was like you're right, but 3 days before I did from I came back for the sensor that was replaced!

He got loud and tried to intimidate me 'cause of how big he was. Not knowing I served 4 years in Afghanistan, and been a bouncer for 15 years! Telling me I need to calm down, he was the one that was loud, not professional. I was like dude just look at at my car and tell me what’s going on. Do you think I got time to be coming up here dealing with your rude **.

I just don’t want to break down or blow up my motor! I am pissed at this point! Then he preceded to come back and say that my turbo was leaking. Then the mechanic pressure washed under the car and under the hood and said after Derrell left for the day. He said he didn’t think it was turbo, he thinks it was excess oil from where it sprayed everywhere. He said to drive it and bring back in 3 days and let them look again. That he could have easily broke dipstick when he was putting the cover back on the top of motor. But if he did he was sorry and didn’t realize it! That’s was good enough for me. (Great guy) Good mechanic. Accidents happen.

Nina and mechanic is the only reason I would bring my car back in future. But this Derrell dude shouldn’t be a manager, nor should be in charge of anything that has to do with customer service. 'Cause bottom line I was the one put out and out money for something that nothing to do with me ! not him. I wasn’t asking to be reimbursed for oil dipstick and my time considering I work 3 jobs. I was just wanting to make sure what was going on with and why oil was in my driveway! I just wanted to make sure my car was not leaking oil 'cause of a mistake their mechanic did!

The manager should have been all about making me feel better and apologetic for the mistake that was done to my car. Instead he tried to be a bully, tried to take the blame off them, and was straight up loud and rude. I hate to give 1 star cause of Nina and the mechanic was so great! But the more I thought about it the more I got pissed off. I will be calling Corporate in the morning and letting them know too! This was at the highway 64 location in Cordova TN!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Vehicle Damage Following Service. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the service performed on my vehicle at your Firestone location on Saturday the 6.20.2026. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and also requested that the coolant be topped off because I noticed it was low. Your technician recommended a coolant flush, and based on that professional recommendation, I agreed to the additional service. Prior to this visit, my vehicle was operating normally. It had a brand new battery, started reliably every time, and displayed no charging system or battery warning lights. Immediately after leaving your shop, I noticed the battery warning icon intermittently flickering. This issue did not exist before your service appointment by your staff.

I have since incurred approximately $2,300 in repair costs attempting to diagnose and correct this problem, yet my vehicle is still not functioning properly. I understand that during an oil change, careless removal of the oil filter can allow engine oil to spill onto the alternator, which is located directly below the oil filter housing on my vehicle. Oil contamination can damage the alternator and lead to premature failure. Given that the charging system issue began immediately after your company's service, I have serious concerns that something occurred during the oil change that contributed to this failure.

At this point, I expect Firestone to thoroughly investigate what occurred during the service, review the work performed by your technicians, and explain how you intend to resolve this matter. I relied on your staff's expertise, agreed to additional recommended services in good faith, and now I am left with a vehicle that continues to have problems and significant unexpected repair expenses. Please contact me within 10 business days with your proposed resolution. If we cannot resolve this matter directly, I will consider pursuing additional remedies, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and seeking reimbursement for damages. I look forward to your prompt response. (Complaint I filed 6.27.2026.)

It leaked almost all of the oil onto our driveway. I took it back 27 May 26 and they said the oil filter gasket was bad - replaced at no charge. Today, 2 June 26, the dipstick is bone dry, and oil is all over the driveway again. Took it in and was refused service because no service manager was there to verify that they caused the problem. If the engine doesn’t seize when I take it back in the morning, I hope to get it fixed. But that will be my last experience with Firestone and the 5 vehicles I own. Would encourage people to shop elsewhere. This started as a simple oil change. How do you send a customer on their way with a vehicle you made leak oil - all of it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Holy smokes! I was warned about this place 3-4 years ago, I didn't listen, I thought they can't be that corrupt- Boy was I wrong, talk about the ultimate bait & switch tactics, just a remarkably morally bankrupt establishment...They make street thugs & thieves look like Mother Teresa, what an absolute shakedown. Wasted hours of my time to boot, now I have to spend 10x as much in time & money to undo this mess. Of course, ask for a manager & they play games, he's not around, he's on vacation, he's pregnant, you know that kinda thing, LIES! They say we will get back to in 2 business days, ya sure buddy. They won't even give the name of the manager yet they want my full name, address, phone number & email etc.. WHAT A JOKE!!

I took my vehicle in because there was a problem with the HVAC, I was told they would have to disassemble the entire dash to repair it. I was quoted $1600-$1800 dollars. The only thing wrong was it was low on refrigerant, $30 bucks to fix.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Firestone damaged my windshield wipers and wouldn't take responsibility for it. From the store manager to the corporate office, never satisfied an answer to why and how my vehicle was damaged after leaving it in their care. The regional office closed my complaint without contacting me.

For several years, I have been taking my car to Firestone every year for an annual check up and all necessary repairs and maintenance. I tried 3 different shops. Finally, in May 2026, I had the last experience with these people and I would never step in their shops again.
      My reasons:
1- They broke my engine cover (BMW), then tried to fix it with glue unsuccessfully, and didn't tell me anything about that. I found out several months later when I opened the hood accidentally. I was too modest (should say stupid) to make any complaint about it because I thought it was too late by then.
2- They charged me for replacing the AIR FILTER with a new one, but later( in 4 months), I realized the air filter was very old and dirty. Apparently, they had never replaced it, so I had to take the car to another shop, and they confirmed that the air filter had not been replaced for a very long time.

3- Every year that I took the car for annual checkups, they provided a long list of the so-called necessary repairs, etc., and charged me at least $900.00 - 1500.00 each time for some services that later I found out that was not necessary at all. In fact, the original BMW parts, which were still in a good condition, were removed from my car (like windshields) and replaced with some non-original parts with less quality comparing to the original ones. I trusted Firestone Technicians/staff %100 and they took advantage of my trust and lack of knowledge.

Maybe just because I was a WOMAN with no KNOWLEDGE about the cars. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN.

Went in to get tires changed and an alignment done. After driving away, I could immediately tell my alignment was messed up. I took my car back and asked them to redo it, they told me 30 minutes later that it was done and there was no change. I took it to a different Firestone, and they told me the problem was my tires and I needed them changed without looking at my car. I ended up going to Pep Boys, and they fixed it immediately. I wrote a bad review and corporate contacted me and told me on SIX separate occasions that a manager, all the way from store level to corporate level, would be in contact with me. I never got a phone call and they finally stopped answering my emails as well.

This is the only location that I continually use year after year because the quality the staff and the work that's done is superior!! They need to be recognized for this. Trust in a repair shop doesn't come easy for the average citizen. I know I am lucky to have my Midlothian Firestone Auto Care!!

I had a very good experience at the Firestone located in Leominster, MA this morning on (5/10/26). I arrived just before 9 am without an appointment. The issue with my vehicle was a moderate metal noise coming from the front of my car whenever I took a full left turn. I had googled possible causes, and was thinking it might be a ball joint, strut, brake or some other issue. The Customer Service Advisor (Ramon) at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and said he would try to squeeze my car in between jobs and take a look at it. (It appeared very busy, so I didn't expect quick service.) They had my car in the shop and up on the lifts within 30 minutes.

I waited at the shop, and within the next 40 minutes or so they gave me an update. It was a brake pad issue involving a brake rotor, and an adjustment was made and the noise was eliminated. They mentioned some other minor issues, and I requested they rotate my tires, if they had time (as I had purchased them there about 5 months ago). I also asked if it was possible to get an oil change if they were able, and they did both those services as well as putting in a new air filter. The total time of my visit was under 2 hours, and the cost was about 5 times less than I had anticipated, and that included an oil change, and tire rotation. The technician that serviced my vehicle (Matthew) gave me additional details about his service which complimented what the Customer Service rep had mentioned. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to this Firestone location for around 35 years, and I have many good experiences there, but this one might have been the best ever, considering how busy they were and how they took me without an appointment on a Mother's Day Sunday. I have nothing negative to mention, but I was surprised that they don't make a bigger deal of 2026 being their 100th anniversary of Firestone's service. I read they were founded in 1926 when I was walking through the waiting area. I can't remember the last time I took the time to write a business review, but would like to repeat, "Thank you very much Firestone and your Leominster MA employees!"

I purchased a set of Firestone tires and after driving on the highway there was a lot of vibration so I brought the car back to the store location and they broke the beat and receded the tire and balanced them again. Drove the car on the highway again the vibration was even worse so Jessie the store manager said he would place an order for a tires and call me on Wednesday when they arrive so I could come back in. needless to say, I never got the call saying they were in so called back on Thursday and talk to another manager and he said they could find one of the tires but couldn’t find the other three and would call back when they found them and again, never heard back from anyone. So I came back to the store location today and talk to the manager who originally been helping me and he stated he was expecting me for me to come in Wednesday because the tires came in.

I told him you said you would call when the tires came in just to be sure they came in on the next shipment. He more or less called me a liar. And when I told him I called Thursday after the tires were supposed to arrive and talk to another store manager and they told me they couldn’t find the tires. He told me they wouldn’t have said that because they were here. Needless to say, I will never use Firestone again.
