Every couple of years Penn Power comes by my property and trims the pine tree branches. Typically my experience has been that they climb up the branches and breaks some of them and the branches that have been cut or broken remain on the ground or in the trees. I have called customer service in the past and little results and clean them up myself. This past August we had the same problem, but also had one of the workers urinate in our yard. It is not that far from the house and my wife had to witness this. I called Penn Power customer service and they forwarded me to their Forestry Division. They were going to contact the contracted tree company and have them call me and also have someone stop by to pick up the branches. Now 3 months later and of course no call, follow-up, etc.

Their outside plant is well maintained as well as continual maintenance of trees that could interfere with power lines. Outages are rare and when they do happen the time of repair is relatively short. Billing is punctual and without error.

We rarely lose power even when the neighbors around us do. On the rare occasions that we do lose power, our power is restored completely, much faster than those around us. The bill is always correct. This is good because we use the itemized version in order to see where we can save money. This is a six person household. We rarely need to call, but when we do we get an automated recording instead of a person. This is frustrating during situations in which there is a power emergency because we cannot quickly find a reason for loss of power. It costs us as much as you would expect it to cost for a six person household. However associates always attempt to assist us in lowering our bill.

Whenever there was a thunderstorm or cyclone the power service was always ON and all major precautions were taken by the power department. Also there was no major shutdown till now. The bill provided by PA power service department was always accurate and it has provided lot of options online to check the usage and history. The customer service department is always responsive for emergencies and always provided updated information. All the lines were secured when there was floods. The value added to my life is huge as I always have power available and I can do all my tasks regularly. Also the online services provided include alerts for any emergencies.

I have had no problem with them. They're very helpful and a very nice company to do business with. When you call them they are very helpful if you have a problem with your bill. They are very kind and generous people. My bill always seems to be very accurate. Every month the bill seems to be good no matter if it's a meter read or a estimated read. I'm very happy with them. I think their customer service is great. They are very helpful when you call them. They answer every question kindly. I have never had a problem with them. I think the value is great. If I had to pay a higher bill I don't know what I would do. Their prices are great and I'm very happy with the service they provide me.

The power is reliable and if a transformer is knocked out then it is quickly fixed. They do get the power restored in a timely and expedient manner. They also provide a wake up call in case it is not restored. The bill accuracy is one area I am not happy with. They do not read the electric meter monthly and they estimate the bill. By the estimation I always pay a lot more than I would with the actual. Mostly I've only receive kind and courteous reps from the power company. There has been a few times I received a rude representative that had an attitude problem. As stated before, the estimation of the bill and actual read are two very different things. I do not see that as a value at all. I see it as paying for nothing.

Great company, excellent customer service, reliable, fast service, local, on time, great power source, no outages. I recommend to anyone who is interested. I never had a problem with my usage or paying. Self-explanatory bills come in on time to pay. Customer service is great in person or online, they answer all questions you have. I never had a problem speaking to anyone. They have excellent hours to speak either someone they direct you to who you need to talk to. Their value is over the top. They offer the best service out there. Never misses a beat with their customers. The value they have with my family is the most important thing.

They are quick to shut you off but kinda take their time if they have to fix something. Not trying to complain but it just probably the job. I feel they are pretty accurate with billing and statements. I feel pretty comfortable with the company and not being overcharged. It's nice. I love calling customer service. They kind, caring and understanding. They listen and know how to fix my problems. They go that extra mile. I'm happy I get what I pay for. There hardly any problems but sometimes my power goes in and out for no reason. I'm not sure if it's just the building or what.

We never get no power outages and it is very reliable services, very good prices. Very nice people and understanding, never mean or nasty and always very helpful. My bill is always delivered on time and always very surprised with my bill. It is always lower than I expected and they always are very precise on everything and break it down to my understanding. Very good customer service. They all are always very respectful and are always very understanding. There ain't much that they are not understanding about and they are always very helpful. The value is always great and better than we expected. It is a very great program. I like them very much. So it is very affordable. I love the prices and people in the company.

Well people use it a lot and it's on TV so that's how me and my husband learned about it. Well it's at least 256 dollars a month so that's affordable since me and my husband work a lot. So people have hard days so I know since I work in a hospital so they can get tired so it's easy for me to understand everyone in that case. It's about 1,000 dollars but it's not that hard because they really do what they say so I'd recommend that you should try it plus first thing days free so yeah that's it.
