    When I came back from vacation my computer was totally down, I could not open anything. I am a customer of the tech support guys for almost 5 years and they have always helped me. This time Dan called me and it took him about 45 minutes to get me connected with the support site, He was so patient and reassuring me that he can fix the problem which he did.       My modem stop working. I called tech support Sunday morning. They said technician don't work on Sunday so I had to wait until monday. My appointment was between 4:00pm -6:00pm because I work so this window was great. Why I get home and the technician came at 3:45. Of course I'm not home. He never came back. I call tech support and they said, "Oh we can get a tech for you on Tuesday." Why would you come early knowing a person is not home. So I have no internet for 3 days and you want to give me 35.00 off my bill and to top it you never gave me my gift card of 200.00 for signing up with them. I lost money because I work from home part time and you expect me to brush it off. Worse service I ever had. That's alright. I will hang with wow for the rest of the year but come September At&t. I will pay extra for good service. What's that saying you get what you pay for.

      Bought this service in Sept. 2022 and have yet to get any service from this company. The way you have to contact the Techs is very bad to say the least and when they do return on try to answer your email it never works. Have contacted them many times and have not even talked to a TECH. Very BAD, do NOT waste your monies because you get NOTHING in return.

      Dan provided me EXCELLENT Customer Service with cleaning up the mess I have created on My Laptop. My initial issue was having difficulty with logging into a particular site. As the journey continued, I didn't realize I had a plethora of Malware on my laptop. Since, I have an Intel unit the suggestion was made to go back to McAfee.       Your technical expert, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable in his ability to connect my laptop to my wireless Brother printer, and he did so effortlessly and patiently. In addition, he checked my computer's security which was very badly compromised and advised me to purchase a McAfee three year contract to avoid future problems. Though I do not make use of my laptop often because of my iPad and iPhone, I now feel comfortable in knowing that I have this protection. In addition to this, he willingly removed several of my antiquated antivirus programs plus others that I have never used or would use in the future. What a valuable asset this man is to your company! I cannot say enough good things.
