Bought this service in Sept. 2022 and have yet to get any service from this company. The way you have to contact the Techs is very bad to say the least and when they do return on try to answer your email it never works. Have contacted them many times and have not even talked to a TECH. Very BAD, do NOT waste your monies because you get NOTHING in return.

Dan, your support tech. was extremely helpful, patient and courteous. He provided me timelines on when the work would be completed and when it exceeded that timeline he called to inform me. I absolutely would recommend your support group. You are fortunate to have such a fantastic tech working for your company.

I am very please with tech support the Chris has been giving to me. He is VERY PATIENT which is not easy to find these days. I recommend him highly. The tech support has been very helpful and he is always willing to answer my questions. I like it that they are prompt compared to other tech services which are very hard to reach.

Dan provided me EXCELLENT Customer Service with cleaning up the mess I have created on My Laptop. My initial issue was having difficulty with logging into a particular site. As the journey continued, I didn't realize I had a plethora of Malware on my laptop. Since, I have an Intel unit the suggestion was made to go back to McAfee. Norton has provided me with an Excellent product and the Customer Service is "TOP Notch". Thank You!

Your technical expert, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable in his ability to connect my laptop to my wireless Brother printer, and he did so effortlessly and patiently. In addition, he checked my computer's security which was very badly compromised and advised me to purchase a McAfee three year contract to avoid future problems. Though I do not make use of my laptop often because of my iPad and iPhone, I now feel comfortable in knowing that I have this protection. In addition to this, he willingly removed several of my antiquated antivirus programs plus others that I have never used or would use in the future. What a valuable asset this man is to your company! I cannot say enough good things.

I have tried to get my computer to talk to my printer for over a week. It was a mess!!! I felt like I'd tried everything and even got a member of my family to help me, as they have considerable experience. They couldn't, I was looking up on the internet for a tutorial and I don't know how I got your company pulled up but I got nervous and thought I'd made another mistake, but I decided to stay on and see if this could help as I had a deadline and REALLY needed my printer.
I was blessed to get "Dan" yesterday! He was wonderful! He is patient, gives clear instructions and brilliant....HE FIX MY IMPOSSIBLE PROBLEM!!! I am so grateful to have my computer and printer friends again and talking to each other. He was very polite and followed though with everything he said he would do. I AM HAPPY!!! This is the best resource I could have. I would recommend this service to anyone. It's even better than asking family because it keeps the peace.
