Very very unorganized company. Salespeople do not return your calls as soon as you have paid. The service department does not talk to the concierge department. I've been waiting for a part for 8 months now. That was supposed to be delivered 2 months after I initially called. Service department was dispatched and sent out 1 technician that was not qualified, and then 2 more times the technician had no idea why they were at my residence. Jeff **, from the concierge department, has promised a call back or an email and it has now been about 2 months since I've heard from him. I'm sure this company is good at two things, taking your money and forgetting about their customers. Thanks Eric ** for selling me the system and the entire concierge department for failing me.

I decided to install solar and after talking to a few companies went with Elevation due to their good reviews. My experience has not matched others. I agreed to install in April, they sent the wrong paperwork to the City of Fort Worth which delayed the install until end of August, then final inspections from the city were mid September. System went live 3rd week in September, 6 months after agreeing to proceed. One week after they were live, one of my panels failed, it took me multiple emails and phone calls to get any support. They eventually sent out a technician who confirmed that the inverter was damaged and needed to be replaced. This was the 2nd week in October.

Rigo and his crew showed up on time, were very professional. They informed me of everything that was being done on my home and walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. They did a fantastic job and would definitely recommend.

Have an amazing experience working with Pete the Energy Efficiency manager. He walk us through everything step by step. Prepared us for what to expect during the install and everything went as planned. Couldn't be happier. Thank you sir!

Diana came out to install the curb a few months back and helped me out when it went offline. I’m happy with her tech support and amazed at her interpersonal skills. It’s cool to see how much I save. Thank you.

Diana came out to help my aunt with her Curb app. She did a great job and explained how the newer version works. It’s great to see how much we consume in electricity and how much we produce in solar to offset the usage.

I got some insulation done and afterwards I needed some help but after I contacted and spoke to Marilyn all my questions were cleared up. I can't believe how helpful these people were. It made the experience super stress free.

So glad I chose this company for my insulation. They went above and beyond to make sure any issues or concerns were taken care of. They were extremely professional, so kudos to Diana. She educated me on the energy report and should see my bill reduced.

$50-60 bill now, was originally over $100/month. Some initial delays but work was completed quickly once the equipment was ready so I give Elevation four out of five stars and recommend them to anyone looking for a local company that does their own installs.

We have had our solar about 2 years and electricity bill is down 85%. Elevation did the job on time, no surprises. They helped us get approval for more panels. The workers were polite, cleaned up and careful of our property. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a 17.5 kW system in December 2019 and the solar arrays were installed very well and the system has been generating exactly as forecasted in our original proposal. We have Hanwha panels with Enphase micro inverters and the system also came with a monitoring application that lets me see everything. I recommend Elevation, quality company.

LOVE the Curb monitoring app, it’s super cool! It shows me all the power/usage/data/etc. I can even see how much energy my pool pump is using vs the AC unit so that’s fun to play around with. Biggest benefit is my power bill has been cut in half.

I liked when I used to get monthly email updates on my system’s performance, but everything is now tracked through the app. Still wish I did receive email updates but I understand technology runs the world and more information is being moved online/automated. That’s my only complaint but I would still recommend Elevation Solar for anyone looking to get solar panels installed.

Service was very quick. Everyone I coordinated with was very helpful and knowledgeable of their craft. Also, they were quick to respond back to me when I had questions. Got installed within 30 days of signing.

I signed a contract with them in late March (2022). Panels were installed a couple months later, however after installation, the installer did a final check only find issues with the microinverters. Company policy as he stated was to leave until it was resolved, however he was call off the job by his supervisor. It is now late Sept. (2022) and the issue is still not resolved. They are non-committal with a date for resolution. I have escalated the issue and told a manager will call within 24 hours. I have yet to receive a call. This has happened 3 time thus far. Each time I called, their canned response is "You're at the top of the list." They will not commit to a date for resolution. Find another installer if you value a great customer experience. I do not recommend them.

We have been very pleased with system and the service as well. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional, and very cooperative. We had an issue a few months ago with our SolarEdge inverter, and Elevation made sure to get my system fixed after noticing the inverter went out. Great customer service. We have no complaints, and I would recommend Elevation to anyone looking for solar in Phoenix.

Glad I chose to get my solar installed with Elevation. The system works great, and Doug was a great sales rep that didn’t push. Solar has saved me a bunch of money so far. My bill was over $300/month and now I only pay my solar financing payment and connection fees which comes out to about $100/month.

Been working with Elevation for over two years now. No problems thus far after two full summers. Everything seems to be working great with the system. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

My experience with Elevation has been great for three years. My system has been producing more energy than I needed, so I was selling back my excess energy to the grid for credits. Green Mountain jacked up their rates once already this year and are supposed to increase the rates again before the end of the year. I just got my first actual bill since going solar, a little disappointing that utility companies keep increasing the price for solar customers. All in all, not Elevation’s fault and I’ve been very satisfied with their help over the years.

I like the feeling that my utility bill will never be outrageously high again. I have a lot of my neighbors complain about the high energy bills they receive each summer, so I like the fact that I’m saving money and paying less than my neighbors. Elevation install crews were great, and I can call in for support whenever I need a question answered.

Everyone we spoke with at Elevation was very knowledgeable. The only issue we had was trying to understand how the solar tax credit works, and making sure we claim all or as much of the credit as possible. But as a whole, I’m happy with Elevation Solar and will recommend the company.

Eric K was awesome, can’t say enough good things about him. Elevation as a whole has been great to work with, no complaints. The system is saving me tons of $$$ and that is the best compliment I can give to any product/company.

You guys were awesome! Elevation was great and I never had any issues. The installation was completed in one day and the workers cleaned up everything. We ended up selling our home and didn’t have any issues transferring the system to the new owners.

I’m saving a lot of money each month, and I really like not having to pay anything else to APS. Looking to get my system paid off in the next year, so I’m really excited about that. The CURB app is useful but can be confusing at times.

In 2019, I had solar installed through Elevation Solar. They did not explain to me how much it would cost to remove/reinstall the solar panels to have my roof done. I was told that they would uninstall/reinstall my solar panels one time at no cost. Additionally, upon installation, they broke a skylight on the house. While they did try to rectify this issue, they just made it worse. After replacing the skylight numerous times, it is still cracked and leaks when it rains. Now I have water damage in the ceiling. I also have to have the roofing company replace the skylight (again). I see no savings having solar and wish I hadn't done it.

Glad I made the switch to solar. Elevation really made it fairly simple for me to understand and everyone from my sales representative through the support staff were all amazing. The biggest plus of course is my electric bill is significantly lower.

Eric K is awesome. We have been working with him for over 2 years now, and have recommended multiple neighbors of ours to Eric and Elevation Solar. From the beginning, he was honest, helpful, and you can tell he knew what he was talking about. Our solar system does exactly what he said it would do, and we are saving a lot of money after making the switch to solar.

Definitely will give Elevation a five-star rating. Everything was explained very well and they were very thorough walking me through the next steps in the process. It felt very personable. We had a few issues early on, but my concierge always kept me in the loop and consistently followed up to explain the updates.

Glad I made the choice to get solar installed. I’ve been saving money each month with SRP. My salesman Eric was refreshingly honest about everything and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need as some options they offer wouldn’t benefit us specifically. He was phenomenal. Saving money, quick responses, & overall pleased with Elevation.

I’m very happy choosing Elevation Solar as my sole installer. My sales rep Eric was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and was NEVER pushy which I respected. My equipment has been very effective and efficient offsetting my electric costs and I’m happy with the quality of the work.
