CleanChoice was available in Pennsylvania through PPL. I like the fact that it's clean energy, which was what got me thinking about it. I enrolled with them and that process was okay. Their customer service has been fine. I'm doing the right thing with CleanChoice in trying to get away from the carbon stuff and going more with the natural.

The enrollment process with CleanChoice Energy was as simple as providing the PPL account number to the web page. As far as the service, they haven't cut me off, so I'm happy with it. I just don't understand why prices went up on renewable energy just because all prices went up. The price changed to match PPL default rate and it's powered by oil prices. CleanChoice claimed to be a 100% renewable energy. Therefore, it should not be affected by oil prices. Other than that, it's great.

CleanChoice asked the account number for my energy bill and what I was paying and gave me the rate that they quoted. They seemed pretty clear on what I needed to do. So the enrollment process was easy. They were efficient on what they were doing. The rep was as professional as her training.

My experience with CleanChoice has been awesome. It works well and it's much better than what I had. Their prices are better, everything works better, and the air feels better for me and my electricity.

Enrolling with CleanChoice was pretty easy and involved just a couple of clicks. You put in your information then you are enrolled. So far, my bill hasn't been outrageous and they got reasonable rates. Even if I leave lights on all day long, which I got two kids that have to have a TV and everything on at night, I'm not spending thousands of dollars on electric. They're good and I've recommended them to my mom.

I received a physical mail about some of the benefits and how they are creating an impact on the environment by going from the non-renewable resources. I felt impressed with the way that Clean Choice is working or trying to save the environment or do some good stuff. I immediately joined it. Enrollment was quick and easy. When I called customer care, they immediately switched me from one other carrier to this carrier, which was very smooth and easy. I only had to give my account number from the previous carrier and that was all and they took it. Their service has been very good. I'm very satisfied. They're an awesome company.

It was fairly easy to enroll with CleanChoice and I didn't have a lot of experience with their sales and marketing reps, but they were not offensive. We're very pleased with our experience with them.

CleanChoice Energy has been good to me. The one that first came to the house and talked to me was good. He did all the paperwork for me. Even the guy that enrolled me was nice. He explained everything to me and showed me some things. I moved, and I turned my light back on to the other place and they just followed me. They picked me back up. I already told my sister about CleanChoice. PECO tried to get me to switch back but I won't because they're high. So, CleanChoice's rates are good for me. They're the best.

CleanChoice Energy is good as far as customer service goes. If I have any problems, they got answers for me. If I wanna know anything, they let me know about it. I like the service. It's a whole lot cheaper than the other provider. CleanChoice is worth switching over to.

My bills were more expensive than when I did not have them on my account. If you want your prices to be higher, go ahead and work with them.

So far, CleanChoice Energy has been fabulous. The enrollment process was very easy, and everybody was extremely polite and knew what they were talking about. They do their homework before they do anything, and they got the best price they could for me. I had some type of discussion with them about what they’d do and the pricing. They honored everything they said and the prices were always better than what I was getting. I've been with CleanChoice Energy over a year. There was a slight change in the price from one year to the next, but it was highly acceptable. It's still less than what I was paying.

I don't see any vast difference. The one I had before was much better, but they went out of business. Also, it took a couple of times for them to hook up with ConEd and go that way. But other than that, I have no problems with them.

CleanChoice is transparent and it works. It's the lowest-priced energy available to us. Enrolling was satisfactory. When we went to renew, we found we were enrolled in the wrong program. But they resolved that issue really quickly. Going with them has been the best thing we've done.

The enrollment process was very simple. It was also very simple to renew, and it says any time you want, you can cancel it. Their website was very easy to navigate too.

The way that CleanChoice computes the numbers for the billing is very confusing. It shouldn't be confusing to consumers. I don't know if I'm getting a good deal or not ‘cause I don't know what the totals are. I'm not happy. The way it was described, it was supposed to save me money compared with BGE. I'm assuming that I am not paying more now than I did when I was completely on BGE, but I don't know because I can't figure out the bill. For older people particularly, CleanChoice needs to have a simpler structure and not shift things after they've got people signed up. Also, initially, they said that I was going to get a bonus when I signed up. But I never received anything.

I decided to give CleanChoice a try when my apartment offered it. The marketing mail was very noticeable and I can't think of how I would have been introduced to them otherwise. However, there was a lot of contents that I had to go through. If that can be simplified a bit, that'll be great. Other than that, it was great. I followed the instruction from the marketing mail, then I went to the website to sign up and it was easy. The contract was easy to understand as well. CleanChoice is good for the environment, and that's one of the concerns I had, so it aligns with my vision. Hopefully, that gets implemented across different places. I don't notice too much of a difference, but the experience has been good.

The enrollment experience was real simple. I got something in the mail, I signed it, and I sent it back. There was no pressure and no long process. Hopefully, it's clean energy like they say.

The enrollment process was very straightforward. Their rate is a little bit more expensive. But it works for me if it's cleaner energy. CleanChoice is pretty tight on sending reports every month on how they do it in terms of the energy that they're sourcing and how much of my energy is coming from renewable energy. So the reporting piece is pretty neat.

The kilowatt-hours have been good. Everything has been exceptional, so I'm staying right where I'm at. I call them every once in a while because I couldn't remember what this minus was on my billing. The lady said, "Well, as long as you got a minus, it means you don't have to pay." The reps have been courteous. Everybody has been wonderful there on the phone.

I like CleanChoice's clean energy. I like clean energy. It's about the wind chimes. I would like to get rid of the pollution that we have a lot of. CleanChoice's customer service reps were great. Their rate is lower than SmartEnergy. I recommend everybody to switch to CleanChoice.

I worked with a representative when I enrolled with CleanChoice and he was good. I have electricity with them and they have a pretty good rate compared to ComEd, which is our main electric supplier company. It's providing about one cent lesser than CleanChoice, but I have a contract with the CleanChoice for 12 months. If the rate goes down somewhere else, I will move it and try to save the cost.

With CleanChoice, my power goes out less. My bill is a little bit higher, but that's what I expected from this. CleanChoice is more expensive per kilowatt-hours but I wanted to go with a reputable brand. I referred my neighbor to them. We both have CleanChoice now.
