    I want to post my experience because I think it is unfair, my husband and I went to buy a electric bike and when my kid uses it the speed star to slow down so we took it back thinking that the time cost us $400. Well I thought wow it is very expensive and it has this issue of slowing down... so we took it back like three hours later and Brandsmart charged me $80 dollars plus tax for restocking and because they said it has a zero days return policy so I went the same day three hours later so now I felt frustrated just thinking about the $80, I write this because I don't want someone go thru this like me... be careful with their return policy.

    I was hesitant to order from them because of all the negative reviews. My husband said he had ordered from them before and has never had an issue, so I broke down and purchased a brand new air conditioner. My item arrived on time with no damage. I paid $100 less than than what other stores are selling these brand new air conditioners. Very pleased with my purchase.

    I would give them a zero rating if I could. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 from their website and paid expedited shipping. A week later, I still had not received a call for my delivery. When I called in, the phone was out of stock, and on backorder. This was my third call to them. I had called in twice before and also spoke with someone via chat, and was never told that the phone was out of stock until the day it was supposed to be delivered. This company sucks!

    We purchased a freezer from them in January. We also purchased the extended warranty. Immediately the "frost free" freezer starts building up frost on the inside. I have been making weekly calls to Brandsmart and Kenmore to trying to get someone to come look at the freezer and fix the issue. Brandsmart sends me to Kenmore, Kenmore sends me to Sears service, Sears services sends me to Brandsmart. I call the extended warranty company and they say that because of my location, I have to call the Brandsmart store where I purchased by freezer and the cycle starts all over again. I am would not buy ANYTHING else from Brandsmart and I feel the same about the Kenmore brand!!!

    Order **. I made a purchase on Feb 26 /2024. Asked to change the delivery 2 times and on the date of March 25 was the delivery date to deliver a refrigerator an oven and a hood, but I only received the hood and the refrigerator and the oven. I have already called several times to know about the delivery and they tell me that there is no date because it is no longer in stock, and no one solves or gives me a date.

    I bought a Dryer which broke after a year. I bought extended guarantee which I have been dealing with. It is being a month and still it hasn't been fixed. We called, made already 3 appointments. The technician came after 2 weeks, and he was going to order part. Never did. He closed the ticket, saying it was fixed. I will never buy anything else from Brandsmart.

    Avoid purchasing from Brandsmart! On January 16, 2024, I made the mistake of ordering a dryer and washing machine from BrandSmart Online. Despite receiving confirmation for a specific delivery date and time, the appliances never arrived. After enduring a frustrating two-hour wait past the scheduled delivery time, I called customer service and was placed on hold for over an hour, only to be disconnected. Upon calling again, I encountered a more helpful agent who explained that the delivery was postponed to the next day due to the addition of wires and vents for the equipment. To my dismay, the following day passed with no delivery, and I later discovered that my order had been canceled because they claimed the items were out of stock.

    Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund. Despite being assured multiple times that the refund was processed on January 20, 2024, and would reflect in my account within 2-3 business days, it has been 10 business days, and there is still no sign of the credit. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

    8 service calls to have a Samsung refrigerator ice maker repaired. Worst service ever. They send out technicians that do not know their products. Call into the warranty department. There is a bad language barrier. They do not understand what you are saying half the time. Had to replace the ice maker 7x. 8th time I refused to have it fixed again. It was not worth my time. Ended up throwing the refrigerator out and Buying a new one from Best Buy.

    Purchased appliance and was charged on 11/10/23 almost $5000 and promised delivery and installation for 11/28/23 and when they delivered they did not sent stove. After 2 hours with manager Carlton, he told me that even though I wasn't then sell my charged and set up a delivery they don't guarantee to hold my purchase and they sold the stove to someone else during the time I paid and the delivery date, now I have to wait 3 more days hopefully and they will deliver me the stove but are too busy to install it as promised when I purchased. This can't be legal to take money and then sell my stove to someone else who wanted earlier delivery.. Now I have to pay my electrician to install what I already paid Brandsmart for.

    Customer service does not want to do their job. Have a problem with damage done by a tech and still have not had it resolved in over three weeks. I have called many times over, and keep getting the same answer... So I guess that makes me Insane. I was stupid to buy a product from this company as they are the worst from the sales people to the delivery person, to the people you speak to on the phone. After just over a year have the compressor break on a new LG refrigerator, called in and took a week for a tech to come to my home then he just looks at and says it's broken and I have to get the part for it. There goes another week. Then have to wait a week more after the part comes to have come back. He comes back to repair it and damages my floor.

    I called in right away about this and am told I have to wait till he closes the job. The tech says he notified his boss and took a picture of the damage... It has now been almost a month and I am still waiting after many calls and the normal it's not my job. It is so very disappointing that service has gotten to this level. Do not buy from them at all.. just let this company go out of business.

    Had a terrible experience with getting my dishwasher fixed. My landlord purchased our dishwasher from here. It broke within 3 months of using it. On the day of my appointment to repair it I missed the rapair man's call at 8:57am. I called back at 9:10am. They told me they couldn't come to repair my dishwasher because I had missed my appointment. How ten minutes is missing my appointment is absurd to me. My appointment was scheduled from 9am-1pm. How was I supposed to know that if I didn't pick up at 8:57am, even if I called back in ten minutes, that somehow my entire appointment would be cancelled. They didn't even reschedule me for later that day. I called a second time to speak to someone else and when I asked the different representative for the manager, she literally told me no. I was told a manager would call me back, yet no one has. Absolutely shocking service.

    I made the biggest mistake of buying a refrigerator from Brandsmart. The refrigerator stopped working in less than six months. A Whirlpool refrigerator. It's theft. And since then we haven't stopped repairing. Let's say I have warranty on Whirpool and Brandsmart, we haven't stopped repairing. Today it's the sixth time we've come to a repair, and I've already paid for everything, and he still not working. It's organized theft. It's a scam well organized by this company. It's a scam to charge money for something that is fake. It's mean of them. Buying a refrigerator from Brandsmart was the worst purchasing mistake I have made in my entire life. It's the worst company ever. My worst mistake, my biggest bad purchasing experience.

    I have had nothing but problems with the Samsung washer and dryer that I purchased from BrandsMart. I have had multiple service calls for them both with my warranty. The most recent one was repairing the housing on the dryer on Friday 9/22 and resulted in a fire in my garage that easily could've burned my house down. I had a few small items in the dryer that same night and heard a popping noise from inside the garage. My lights started flickering inside the house and I heard more popping sounds. Luckily, I was there and ran out into the garage to see what that noise was. Immediately I smelled something burning and then saw smoke coming from the back of the dryer.

    My daughters helped me open the garage door and I somehow was able to rip the dryer from the wall to drag it out into the driveway. Through the vent, I saw flames coming from inside of the dryer and they were getting larger. I had to use an entire kitchen fire extinguisher to put the flames out. My air conditioning unit is right behind the dryer, so my entire house has smelled like fire and smoke for days. It took me sending complaints to the BBB to finally get a response back from BrandsMart 4 days later. They then sent the installer back out only to find that it was in fact their mistake when working on the machine earlier that day. They tried to quickly settle with a replacement and told me to take up any further claims with Samsung.

    Thankfully I didn't settle because when the Samsung Technician got here a week later, they confirmed that this was the fault of the BrandsMart Technician not clamping the internal wires down after service and that Samsung will in no way be responsible for any part of the damages. BrandsMart then handed the claim over to their third-party claims administrator who hasn't gotten back to me in a week. I've left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. The lack of communication once again is what is so upsetting. Currently I've paid out of pocket to have my AC unit serviced, my AC ducts & vents cleaned, the drywall replaced in my laundry room and not to mention the money spent from having to use a laundromat and dry-cleaning services since July when I initially started having issues with the washer! It should not take 3 weeks to solve this problem.

    Horrible company. The rep wouldn't even listen and then the manager was equally awful. My landlord ordered the appliances and I only asked them to call me as I am a physician with clients back to back and they were both rude and not helpful.     I purchased an extended warranty on a $800+ home theater receiver. I did so because two of the last five equipment purchases at Brandsmart died or had significant performance issues within the first two years of ownership, plus the sales people are like vultures when it comes to sales and extended warranties. The sales guy said that if I have any issues with the device that I could bring it to the store within my warranty period and they will evaluate at the store the issue and determine if it needs to be replaced or serviced. Turns out to be nothing but a sales pitch.

    First lie, you actually have to call their warranty department for a warranty number. A couple of days later you will receive an e-mail for a shipping label. They were so not wanting to take my device that within hours of receiving the number I received an email asking me if I was still interested in submitting a claim, just weird. Instead of bringing the device to the store, which are not allowed, I had to find a box with padding for my 20+ pound receiver and haul it over to a FedEx store. The Brandsmart phone rep told me that it takes a maximum of 48 hours once the device is received that it will be diagnosed. If the device can be repaired it will take no longer than 7 days. Second lie, per the service department where I sent my device to, it takes 7 to 10 days to just diagnose the failure. Third lie, I have been waiting almost 2.5 weeks for some type of correspondence with my warranty status. I have no idea if they can repair it or if they even still have it.

    Warranty Website: This should be enough not to trust their warranty. The warranty website does not work. It takes 3 to 4 minutes for the site to load. After it loads you cannot click on any items to login, create an account, check claim status, etc. I have been trying for two weeks on different browsers on different computers and I have the same results each time. I contacted the warranty department about the issue and they told me to wait. I did time and time again with the exact same results.

    Overall: My personal experience is the extended warranty is a waste of money. I have seen a higher failure rate for Brandsmart equipment than other stores, so any cost savings or sales they have is not worth having dead equipment within two years of purchase. Truly I hate to see this because I like brick & mortar stores for equipment orders over online retailers. I like to see the equipment firsthand, test it out, etc. prior to selecting a device.

    The experience with Brandsmart service department is nothing but sucks. Someone named Debbie hung up on me because I asked her to let me speak with a supervisor after she was being useless. I purchased a 75 inch LG TV less than a year ago. I purchased extended warranty and I paid for screen protection coverage. Sure enough something went wrong with the TV screen. When I called the service department, I had to wait for 9 days to get an appointment. The technician called me the night before and said he would be coming between 12 and 2p.

    The day of the appointment the technician called me at 10 o'clock and said that he was in the area and that he was 30 minutes away. I said to him that I was at work and that my appointment was between 12 and 2. The technician replied and said to me: "Sir, this is like a court date. You should have taken the whole day off from work to wait for me." I said: "Excuse me?" He hung up. I left work at 1pm and rushed to be home before 2. The technician didn't show up until 6:30pm.

    After he assessed my TV, he determined that the TV panel needed to be replaced. That was on August 29. I'm still waiting. I tried to call the service department. I spoke with Patricia. I spoke with this woman named Debbie. They both were useless. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Debbie hung up on me. I kept calling and finally spoke with a girl named Herrick. I hope I spelled it correctly. She placed me on hold. Finally someone's named Irene came to the phone. She said she was a supervisor, which I did not believe due to her poor attitude. She tried to defend the behavior of the technician instead of apologizing for what happened. I still don't have a TV for my kids to watch. Brandsmart is the worst company ever. Everyone reading this message should stay away from brandsmart. Their service department is suck.

    I was cut off by a delivery truck owned by Brandsmart USA. The passenger thought it was funny. We were 1.5 miles from the store so since I live right next to the store. I followed them and took pics of the truck and truck #. I went into the store to speak with the GM but was advised he "took the day off" and the acting manager was a female who had an attitude right off the bat! Being I have live next to the store for 19 years... I know everyone there that's been there for any notable time. She wasn't one of them.

    She attempted to tell me she had been there for many years and she's never seen me. When I advised her that I not only have been coming here since she was a child, I OWN part of this company as I am a Share Holder! I have stock in AARONS Company which OWNS Breandsmart USA! I was getting nowhere as this lady not only didn't WANT to hear even the story as to why I was there, she was to the point of flat-out rude. NOT someone I would leave in charge of a store!

    I am now strongly considering selling my stock in the parent company as it hasn't done any real growth anyways... just like the woman they put in charge of "Helping Customers"... I can't own and support a company that can't even help a customer file a complaint on a staff member that was misrepresenting the company by driving erratically.

    "Beware of this fake warranty" I am deeply dissatisfied because I lost $3850 with the dishonest practices of Brandsmart. Their failure to provide adequate service and honor their promises is nothing short of unethical. I urge anyone considering doing business with either of these companies to proceed with caution and carefully consider your options before making a purchase.

    "Fake warranty promises" Beware they trick you at the time of the delivery their tricks is to deliver older model cheaper model previous model than you paid, double check you invoice if is the exact model and référence of the TV you paid before you leave the store! Mostly with Sony model the price is different for 85" 85j or 90j or 95j or 95k.

    Went to replace a tv that will not power up. Salesman was aware was replacing a failed TV. Decided on a unit. He accessed my acct to write it up. Saw the purchased tv I had explained why I was replacing. Along with a 5 yr extended warranty. The failed tv wasn't 2 yrs old. I had forgotten I purchased the extended plan. Salesman did not tell me 'you have an extended warranty on that tv'. He continued to aggressively pitch a warranty for the TV I had agreed to purchase. Guy started to piss me off told him hold up no sale and walked away. Following day found the original purchase receipt and saw the 5yr extended warranty. Will set up a service appt.     I recently purchased a toaster oven manufactured by Bene Casa from Brand Smart. The experience has been negative from beginning to end. First, most companies offer free shipping for orders a certain dollar limit and I paid almost $15 for shipping. I realize this not a valid complaint, but has added to my overall discontentment. The was received timely and in good shape.

    The first thing I noticed was a discrepancy between Brand Smart's description and Bene Casa's, the manufacturer. The unit has dual burners on the top of the unit and brand smart described these burners as dual burners for stovetop cooking. Bene Casa's manual states that they are only hot plates and cannot be used while oven is in operation. This was a big deal for me since my stove is not functional at this time. I tried calling the manufacturer to clarify this and their phones are not manned And I had to leave a voicemail which was never returned.

    I decided to go ahead and register the product for warranty purposes at the manufacturer and the online form requested the UPC code from the product which I did not have since I had thrown away the box already. I contacted customer service at BrandsMart and was told that they did not have this information, but that the UPC code was on the unit itself, which it is not. My impression was that she was dismissing me as soon as she could possibly do so. So, I decided to try and call the manufacturer again, and this time, not only were the phones not manned, but their mailboxes were full as well.

    This morning, I decided to call BrandsMart again. Since I had had such a miserable experience with customer service, I decided to try sales instead. I explained to the representative that I had not been able to get this information from customer service and that it should be a simple request since they sell the product and they could get the UPC themselves from the box if nothing else. I don't recall her exact words, but her voice elevated in timber and basically she started replying in a really rude manner. So, basically I have purchased a product that offers 0 support from the distributor and the manufacturer. If the product breaks down within the warranty period, I do not expect to get any help or even be able to reach the manufacturer. I imagine, I will eventually be visiting the Better Business Bureau.

    This has left a really bad taste in my mouth for both brands smart and the manufacturer as well. I am kicking myself because generally when I purchase a product, I not only check reviews, but I call the manufacturer and speak to customer service to make sure that I will have support in the event it is needed. Unfortunately I failed in doing that. This does not excuse the distributor nor the manufacturer for failing to provide adequate support. I have no intention of buying anything else from BrandsMart again and I will pass that information on whenever anybody asks me.

    My mom bought a brand new refrigerator from Brandsmart. LG product. The water was really nasty. Called customer service twice. They even issued me a case numbers on both times saying they will replace the filter at no charge and ship out asap... On my third call was really aggravating. Already asked to speak with a supervisor and she tells me she cannot authorize this request, for a filter this will be my last time purchasing anything from LG, it's a disgrace.

    I always buy my electronic equipment in BrandSmart for being a recognized store brand and for the good service that the company and its employees always provide, specifically in the store Across from Dadeland Mall, 7260 N Kendall Dr, Kendall, FL 33156, phone number: 786-401-1700, it is my favorite store, I have bought in it for 7 years, The service from all the staff is excellent, very good attention and they help you a lot, and if you are undecided for which team to choose they help you by providing all the information about each product of interest and one decides which one to buy. The bad service I have received from this company has been in the Warranty service they provide to the equipment that customers buy.

    In February 2019 I bought a Samsung Brand TV, The Frame Model, QN75Q9FN, of the year 2018, for a feature that has that TV, and that is that it is ONE CONNECT, the cost of the TV was $3597.99 and that same day I bought a warranty for 5 years that cost $ 599.88, the warranty expires on 02/18/2024. The TV is currently broken, I called the warranty service and they sent me a BrandSmart technician to check the TV, the result is that the Screen is damaged, factory defect, and the warranty covers it. The warranty service sends me an email giving me two options, they give me a TV Model (SAMSUNG QN75QN90BAFXZ) that is not ONE CONNECT or they give me a store credit for $ 1,930.84. I don't want credit, what I need is a TV that is ONE CONNECT.

    I call the warranty service to inform me of the mail they have sent me, I get a lady who did not even tell me her name, I ask her about the options I have, she only tells me that I have those two options and that I have to choose one of her, I explain that the TV they are offering me does not have ONE CONNECT, that I had bought my TV because it is specifically ONE CONNECT for that feature, I ask why they offer me a TV that does not have ONE CONNECT and has nothing to do or is similar to the one I had bought.

    When I said that to the lady, her you changed, she began to speak to me ugly, with authority, telling me that I have no options other than just those two, that I had to choose one of them, and I still did not understand, and I explained that I need a TV that is ONE CONNECT and she insisted on more than 5 occasions that I should choose between one of those two options to process the claim, she kept pressuring me to choose between one of the two options, As if she were in a hurry to solve the problem in her own way, interrupted me on many occasions, did not let me speak, and demanded that I had to choose between those two options.

    She was annoyed when I told her that I did not use those two options and she said, "Sir you have to choose, there are no more options, that you are going to choose, it has to be fast, you can not delay", I ask him what year is the TV they are offering me and I did not want to tell me, he told me very rudely and annoyed that I searched the internet for the year in which it is the TV or that it arrived at a BrandSmart store and asked for that TV with the mail they had sent me, anyway, the lady did not want to give me the year of TV and did not want to help me.

    I was pressured by her to such an extent that I felt offended, humiliated, undervalued, she was disrespectful of her, in a certain way discriminated against for not wanting to help me with the year of TV, I felt that she passed over me without caring about my situation, I ask her why the haste of me chose one of the options and she refused to tell me, rudely and with disrespect he tells me again that which of the options he was going to choose, I replied that for the moment I will not decide, and that I have to think about it before choosing one of the options.

    My question is the following, because they do not offer me the TV 75 "Class QN800B (QN75QN800BFXZ) Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV (2022), which is last year, as it was the one I had bought in 2019 that was 2018, both 75" and both are ONE CONNECT, means that in effect it has almost the same characteristics, and that currently costs $ 3199.99 even less than the one that cost me mine, being a lower value than mine for $ 398.00.

    I have spent almost $ 3000.00 dollars on a piece of furniture that I had made specifically for the 75" TV of ONE CONNECT and with all the equipment that I install to the TV in that cabinet, and I will lose all the aesthetics and design completely if they give me the TV they want to give me. I do not plan to choose any of those two options that are offering me and less with a lady who serves the client badly, mistreats him, humiliates him. I've been shopping in that store for years, it's a shame and a pity that they have humiliating people in such a position of Customer Services and the reputation of the company is tarnished and lowered by a bad service of an employee.

    In October me and my wife purchased over 10,000 $ worth of furniture from Brandsmart USA online. Upon receiving furniture delivery company refused to assemble furniture. After some heated arguments furniture was finally assembled. Upon assembly marble coffee table was cracked. After many months of telling me it would be replaced and after delivery company brought out 2 broken replacements, I finally got someone to tell me the table was not going to be in stock. Just purchased home and was stuck with a broken table. January and I need my refund to purchase more tables and now I am going through the same lies about getting a refund. I paid cash for this awful service. Stay away from this company. Worst customer service from the top to the bottom

    I purchased two built-in appliances for a planned new kitchen. The salesman instructed me multiple times (more than 5) to make sure I opened the items during delivery to inspect for damages as he knew we would not be installing right away. Plans have changed and we no longer want these appliances or a new kitchen. The items were delivered 4 days ago and I called today to return these items as our plans have changed.

    I was told they would charge 20% re-stocking fee because we removed the shrink wrap from the boxes. I explained to the lady these were the instructions given by the salesman and that the items were in the boxes, exactly where their driver left them. She said they would still consider them used and charge this fee. This is beyond unethical and a premeditated scam practice that seems to be spread across this company. Stay away from this company!! I will fight this. Their receipt says nothing about this. The return policy says nothing about this.

    Samsung Refrigerator was delivered with damages. It been more than a year and Brandsmart or Samsung have not been able to fix it or replace it for a new one. All they do is kill time to run out of time and warranties. Now I'm dealing with the extended warranty, lucky I bought it. I do NOT recommend Brandsmart and Samsung is even worse.

    Samsung should be able to fix or be responsible for their products, but that is not the case. To top this, explaining everything to each customer service is frustrating, they all have different reports from the technicians, and requesting to speak to a supervisor gets worst. Supervisors are NEVER available, they don't care if you wait or they schedule a call back. WORST EXPERIENCE.

They mistake the delivery time and do not pick up my old refrigerator. They think that the customers are stupid and if they talk fast they are right.     I purchased a new refrigerator from Brandsmart in West Palm Beach Store and it was delivered on Mon Aug 8th. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. First the driver called and said that he couldn't find our house and said for me to fax him the address. I tried to give him the address but he didn't speak good English and after a while they showed up to make the delivery. I asked if they would put the old refrigerator in the garage so I could give it to a charity. The driver said he couldn't do that and he left the old one in the living room. I called customer service today and they said the the delivery men are not furniture movers and that all they have to do is get the old one out of the way. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. FINISH THE JOB! Think twice before buying anything from these customer unfriendly company.

    I ordered a dishwasher online and was told to go to Sawgrass mall to pick up machine. At 5:45pm arrived at store only to be told that it was not released yet. So I waited called customer service and spoke to woman that said that the machine had been released and printed by the store and that they were just waiting to pull the merchandise. Go back to the desk and now I am being told that the machine is in Dania. I have already been here close to 3 hours. Called into Customer service again and was told if that's what the store said then that's it. This customer service and store need to be shut down. Now I have to wait 10 business days to refund the money that was spent. What about the time and ** Brandsmart. You guys are a joke to say the least!!

    On July 4th I got email by Brandsmart. I opened and it was a receipt for portable speaker, someone else had bought it that day, I went to store the next day to asked about it and the only thing they said, "Not to worry it was a mistake," so the physical receipt it was giving to the customer who purchased the item with my full information on it, I was concerned why someone has my full information. That person who look like not interested to help or lacks of tools to fix the issue. He kept tell me isn’t nothing can be done at this point then told me to contact the company on the phone, I called numerous times. No one was able to help me. The only thing they put me on hold. I waited around 10 minutes and I just gave up … How I can fix this issue? Cause my full information is been given to stranger. I’m worry about it.

    I went to the store late Sunday i.e., 3:50 pm. Your salesman Walnick ** was in a hurry. I purchased a cooktop that I took with me. I also have a Microwave on Back Order. He said there are 60 on order coming soon… Most important, he would not change my address in the file because he said it would take too long. He also insisted on selling me a 4-year warranty but I realize now if I need service the WRONG address is in your file! Upon installing the cooktop, I found there is a 12-month warranty plus 3 years for only $41. from the manufacturer and less money to extend the warranty each year directly from them. I’m sure Walnick ** knows this.

    He also insisted on a 4-year warranty on the microwave. I assume there is a one-year warranty from the manufacturer on this too with even less money to extend.

    This is the second time I got double talked by one of your salesmen. I am coming to the store to get my address changed and a credit for both Warranties sold for $259.

    I purchased a dishwasher which was scheduled for a Saturday delivery. No Call No Show. I called Customer Service. Somehow the delivery was not processed in the system. A rescheduled date was put in the system. Again No Call No Show. I contacted customer service for 2nd time. They informed me a company by the name of TCI at 954-493-7300. They were supposed to call me Monday to schedule an appointment time. Again no call. I called customer service for a 3rd time. They have nothing on record of the dishwasher being scheduled for delivery. I finally made the only rationale decision available - Cancel the order.

    Beware when purchasing their extended warranties. The warranty department will make you jump through multiple hoops. We manage rental properties and every warranty call is an absolute chore. They pretty much do everything they can to discourage you from filing a claim. Here is what you can expect:

    - Even with order receipt, serial number, model number and every possible detail they still never find our orders and always escalate.
    - Customer service reps are lowest possible volume, even on speaker sometimes I can't hear them.
    - They are not based in US and you have to speak very clearly and slowly or they have trouble understanding.
    - Twice the reps just hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager (they couldn't find my order).
    - File it online and have your warranty claim denied every time until you call in.
    - Escalate your case - takes 2-3 business days and they will not get back to you. You must call them to continue the claim.
    - Finally given a claim number and told to contact local service to set something up.
    - Local Service center is always swamped, be ready to call 10-15 times just to speak to someone.
    - Local rep will show up and have to set up another appointment to actually fix it.

    - Finally it will get fixed (2-3 weeks is absolute best turnaround time), and pray we never have another issue. Hours of our time wasted.

    We've stopped buying appliances from Brandsmart entirely. Sadly, even competitor's extended warranties are just as bad with the same tactics. The amount of time wasted is just not worth the trouble, we call it the worse possible technical "warranty."

    I purchased a refrigerator that was out of stock and was fully charged for the same and the extended warranty although the item was not expected for 1-2 months. After a month I contacted customer service as to the status of the item. I was informed the item had been in for a while and they were waiting for me to call to schedule the delivery. I was very upset being that the salesman had informed me he would call me to schedule as soon as they received the item. Customer service informed me that the salesman had placed the item on "will Call" which to them means the customer will call to schedule delivery.

    I contacted the store manager who was too busy for me and all he could say was that I was not the only person with this problem. I contacted Corporate and was given an email address to file my complaint. It is a week later and I have not heard back from Corporate. The refrigerator was delivered yesterday and to my surprise the salesman had failed to sell me the water line to connect the ice maker. Thankfully the delivery crew (Ryder), had water lines in their truck and not only gave me one but completed the installation. Buyer beware, Brandsmart only cares about selling and money. They have absolutely no concern for their customers.

    On 08/09/21 I bought a refrigerator from Brandsmart and I took it home. It start to make a strange noise so I took it back to Brandsmart. They checked the refrigerator and wrote on the receipt ok to unload. When I went to customer services to replace the refrigerator they told me it had a dent and they couldn't replace it. When I left the refrigerator with them it did not have a dent and now they don't want to replace my refrigerator or credit my account. Beware of brandsmart. They have no real customer service whatsoever. Go to Best Buy. They will match their price.

    Purchased a scratch/dent fridge and a new stove. Delivered as promised. The refrigerator was beeping and not cooling. Freezer didn't work at all. Called the service center, the store, the manufacturer, and got nowhere! Sat on hold for more than 20 minutes only to get disconnected a dozen times. Finally, I looked up the email addresses of the head honchos at BrandsMart. The next morning I had action. Several persons from BrandsMart called me, sent a service technician to discover the fridge had an electrical problem. Phil made the situation Right! He sent over a new fridge within a few days. I am now a happy camper. Brandsmart does need to fix their customer service/phone system, it's terrible.

    My 90 year old client purchased an AC unit along with the service/warranty program from Brandsmart. The AC was scheduled for service and the repairman they sent stated that the AC needed a part and they would call as soon as it came in. After waiting 2 weeks with no call, I called them and was given an an appointment the next day. The service man came on September 13 and stated that the AC was not repairable and that I would be contacted with details for a replacement.

    I called Customer Service On Sept 14 and was told that an email was sent to the manufacturer and that I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive a call within that timeframe so I gave them a call on September 16 and was told they would send another email And that they would contact me again within 24 to 48 hours. I explained our frustration and that I’d been told the same thing. She states that If I didn’t want to wait I could call the manufacturer. I was given the incorrect number for the manufacturer and I did not receive a phone call so I called them again on September 18 and asked to speak with a supervisor who informed me that they had sent an email and still had not received a response from the manufacturer.

    I thoroughly explained to the supervisor that I was working with an elderly woman who is in extreme discomfort due to the inoperable unit and that this issue had been lingering for over a month. She assured me that she would take care of the issue and that someone would call me back and again no one has. I called again on September 20 and was told again that they would send an email and try to contact the manufacturer and would give me a call within 24 to 48 hours. I Did not receive a call back so I called again on September 23 and asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who could escalate or expedite the request. I was told that all of the supervisors were not available (at lunch) and was assured that someone would return my call who would be able to resolve my issue. Again no one called.

    I called again on September 24 and was told that another email had been sent and I would get a response in 24/48 hours. I called Monday September 27 and was told there was an email sent and she had “no further information”. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for six minutes before being hung up on. I called back and explain the situation again and was placed on hold and again disconnect it from the call. When I called back I was told there were no supervisors available. The lack of attention placed on this matter and the apparent inadequacy of the employees delegated to handle customer issues is not only disappointing but an injustice to consumers. At this point we request a REFUND for The unit and all of the money we have spent on a service warranty that is seemingly useless. ======

    Update: It’s been another week I still have NOT received a call from ANYONE at either Brandsmart or Warrantech (their warranty company). This has been the absolute worse customer disservice I have ever witnessed from a major company. The supervisors never come to the phone nobody ever has an answer or a resolution and exhibit an evident lack of concern. I don’t even know what to next. I was advised to call the BBB and an attorney in the matter.

    I will attach all the pictures I took to show the damage caused by the delivery personnel for Brandsmart which also caused a bad electrical wiring installation on my dryer, TWICE. They installed the 240v wiring in opposite directions which was almost causing a fire. The personnel put my family and my new home of risk. The dryer and owner's manual does have multiple warning labels for possible risk of fire or explosion due to improper installation. I also made Samsung aware about the safety concerns on their products. I plan on sending this to the Better Business Bureau to let people know that Brandsmart hires Non certified electrical people to come and set up electrical appliances without caring for the customer's safety only cheap labor prices.

    I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Brandsmart about one year ago. The first problem started with the delivery. They came in and turned off the water to start the ice maker. No sooner did they leave, I realized NO WATER. I immediately called the service desk and was told TOO BAD, they could come next week. I called the plumber who came and found out they did not turn on the water under the sink. He also found a leak in the connector. One year later the ice maker broke.

    I have a 5 year extended warranty. I called and was told a technician would visit in one week. The technician came, with no part, and told us he would be back in one week. Eight days later we called and found out that the technician just ordered the part and it would be another two weeks. Three weeks later the technician came WITHOUT THE NEEDED PART. He stated he would be back in one week. One week and one half later, no part, no technician, no call no service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY. After this is fixed, I am asking for a refund for the extended warranty and will look for another company or pay for the repairs myself.

    We purchased washer and dryer and cooking range from Brandsmart. We purchased the expensive Warranty from them. But when we had an issue with all 3 equipments the service was so poor. The issues never got fixed and they don't want to help. The manager has the least accountability. They don't follow up. Not ready to help at all. We don't recommend anyone to purchase any Warranty from them. Even though Warranty company is ready to help, just because the brandsmart service department doesn't want to help. We can't get a replacement.

    We purchased our refrigerator from Brandsmart in Deerfield as well as the extended warranty through Warrantech. Absolutely useless... They were supposed to be at the house to repair the fridge yesterday. I confirmed with the company the date/time of service. The technician did not show up and did not have the courtesy to contact us saying he couldn’t come. I contacted the company today and they had no answers for me other than he ran late on appointments. We should have been the 1st appointment today. However they wanted to reschedule us for next Wednesday, which was completely unacceptable. Our fridge has completely shut down and the only working component is a light bulb. Now the tech is supposed to come tomorrow. As of this review, at 5:34pm, we still have not received any form of an update with the time of when he’s supposed to show up. Purchase your appliances somewhere else.

    **UPDATE** Saturday 6/5/21 the Brandsmart tech came out to the house and installed the ice maker part again (as this has been repaired numerous times). HOWEVER due to Warrantech circumventing the repair process, this tech had no idea the freezer broke and needed additional parts. So needless to say the refrigerator is still inoperable. Warrantech does this purposely and sends out different companies, who do not have any communication with one another, in order to use-up the extended warranty and then at the end of the day your appliance still does not work.

    Brandsmart offers Warrantech, which is part of the Amantya Group, as an extended warranty for their appliances as an FYI... the extended warranty is quite pricey $$ for one appliance by the way. Brandsmart tries to say they do not have any control over what Warrantech does however they OFFER it at their stores and Brandsmart has a complete record of the appliances repair history because you have to contact Brandsmart’s customer service in order to set up an appointment with Warrantech... Again I will say to you purchase your appliances at a reputable store like Home Depot or Lowe’s not here... save yourself a lot of headaches. ***The company that has the claim for the freezer still has not showed up or returned our phone calls and this is over 2 weeks ago that they originally came out to the house to look at the freezer.***

    Update*** On 6/9/21 Brandsmart’s service repairs department contacted us to schedule a service for 6/16/21... saying this was the next available appointment. We still do not have an operable refrigerator. They keep saying contact Warrantech and it’s not Brandsmart... to contact Redd’s Appliance. We have not received any follow-up calls from this company. Brandsmart and their sub-contracted out companies are a joke.

    Bought nearly 5k in appliances. Salesman is a liar and delivery guys are worthless. I would never again buy a single item from Brandsmart. Go anywhere but brandsmart. Supposed to line up install for microwave and dishwasher. Never happened. I installed myself. Supposed to haul off old but all working appliances. Didn’t happen. They did take the stove and fridge but barely. Had to argue with them for that. Had Junk King pick up the rest for 128.00. On another note, junk king guys were awesome!

    I haven't even bought yet, and I'm not able to get any service/attention to close the sale. It can only get worse once I actually buy and pay. I'm trying to order a dryer online. I'm trying to call different numbers at Brandsmart to ask about delivery/install details. The phone calls are never answered. I'm on hold listening to the Bransdsmart jingle for an hour straight, and I'm sure can go on for a whole 8 hours if I let it.

    At checkout, the delivery cost is just $20. I'm skeptical that this would include hookup/install (it seems to imply that it is included, on the web site, but does not explicitly say so or whether it's an extra charge). Simple question; a customer should be able to get this answer within 5 minutes, but it is taking hours. Imagine what it would be like if you actually had an issue, and actually NEED their service? You would be TOTALLY SOL. This is a clear signal to me not to buy from them. The same unit might cost $50 to 100 more at Best Buy or other retailer, but you can actually get somewhat reliable/responsive service from those places.

    Purchased a washer and dryer that came in to the courier damaged. I reached out to them now 6 different times and I was told that I had to call the courier that they sent them a call tag. This procedure isn't listed in their return policy nor is it standard procedure plus why wasn't this even mentioned until 11 days after the fact. They need to pick up their merchandise and refund the 1800. They have tied up awaiting the return. They are dragging their feet and it's very frustrating when they offer absolutely no assist.

    I ordered an 70 inch tv on March 22, have been checking the status of my order for day it just kept saying “PROCESSING”. Mind you they have already took the money out my account. And on 3/27/21 I get an email, text, automated calling confirming that the tc will be delivered on 3/29 between 9:30a-1:30pm, then a gentleman calls.. I received email and text and phone call confirming my delivery date, and then a gentleman calls and stated that the television that I purchased isn’t in stock. He tried to offer a 65 inch and then a 70inch but I would have to pay more for.

    I am very displeased with Brandsmart, and how they handle their online purchases. I have requested a refund with the gentleman and I have also called customer service as of this email.     Please be cautious when purchasing items from Brandsmart. I'm convinced they're selling refurbished products. My LG refrigerator and Samsung dryer have both broken numerous times since the day they were delivered. Additionally, their repair service is horrible. They take weeks to send for diagnostic review and seldom fix the problem. The dryer has been replaced twice in two years and the third dryer just started acting up. The LG fridge came broken, was replaced within two weeks. Hundreds of dollars in groceries lost. The fridge has broken again and the repair person is scheduled for Monday. I have two kids sick, one post major surgery and no fridge. LG repair company is heartless and doesn't care about Sales of Goods Act nor their customers. Brandsmart sells refurbished and defective equipment.

    The worst experience. I bought a refrigerator on sale last Black Friday, I told myself the delivery was for 2 weeks after which it did not happen, I licked the seller. He never answered the cell phone, then I started to call customer service. What a bad service experience. Until I get the delivery for today 10/01/2020 they call me and mw they say that the delivery truck broke down and that now it will be for Saturday. I will never return to Brandsmart to not even an item.

    Two years ago I purchased an Atak brand 40” tv from Brandsmart. When I go to buy things from a reputable company I expect it to LAST. Then when I called customer service I’m told I’m basically SOL and I should call the manufacturing company. For what?!     Bought a Samsung refrigerator and oven in August 2020 and, six months later in December 2920, Brandsmart says they have no idea when the products will ship. Salesman Elvis ** told me there are hundreds of Brandsmart customers in the same logjam. Only option he gave me was to refund my money. Called manager Joe ** and his assistant only asked if I knew him personally, implying that if you don't he will not talk to you. She took my telephone number and not surprisingly, manager ** never called. This company takes orders and money but has no products to deliver. Will purchase from Best Buy and will never go back to Brandsmart.

    We purchased a Washer Machine from Brandsmart Feb 18 2019 Model is a MAYTAG Top Load HE. From the day we picked-up the washer machine, the control panel console never properly responded to the touch panel. There was a very long delay after placing finger-touch upon the console switches, but console eventually responded and we figured we'd simply tolerate the latency. Moving forward to September 2020-- we began to notice water pooling beneath washer on occasion, the leak seemed to be intermittent at first-- October 2020 the leak was now very prominent, every time we washed a load of laundry, we would notice near a gallon of water beneath the Maytag washer.

    We called the *Warrantech tele number located on the receipt. Beginning early October we have reached-out to Warrantech for service on 7 occasions over a two week timeframe. We were informed that a service tech would visit.. (nobody ever showed-up). After calling and calling back over the weeks our issue simply fell on deaf ears. We got absolutely nowhere with this Warrantech. -- Today is November 29 2020 and now the Maytag washer machine is dead-unresponsive! We have launched a credit card payment dispute with Brandsmart / October 2020 at this time, we have video footage of the unresponsive machine as well as the copious amounts of water leakage over the past few months. Last month; I would have settled for a *repair, today I want an entire replacement! My extended warranty covers 5 years!

    I called into the customer service department on 11/19/2020 at 12:22pm to reschedule an appliance delivery order I placed online and was attended by a customer service agent that I unfortunately did not get the name of, she was extremely rude when I asked to please have the delivery rescheduled for an earlier time and even yelled at me when I asked to have an earlier time. She ended up hanging up the phone on me after I waited on hold for 30mins.

    I decided to call back and was attended by a customer service agent named Rhonda who was on the contrary a delight and extremely helpful with helping me reschedule the delivery, she was prompt with the questions I had for her and I even explained the situation I had before calling back and she apologized and tried to check to see if the rude lady had logged anything in, but turns out she did not as expected. I hope Brandsmart can get to the bottom of this because that was extremely unacceptable and she should be properly trained, if not find another job because clearly customer service is not meant for you.

    Their installation team arrived on Wednesday, did not shut off water and while trying to install the washer/dryer they broke the pipe off and flooded our unit as well as the unit below before finding a maintenance person at the resort and getting the water shut off. They left and would not complete the job. We had to pay for a plumber to fix the pipe and water team to come out to clean up the water. They then came out to reinstall today. Got a text that they would be at the location in 45 minutes. I sent out our person to meet them at the location, unfortunately they showed up in ten minutes, only stayed 10 minutes and left as they had to "keep on schedule". I contacted customer service immediately and they couldn't do anything but come back on Wednesday! This is the second time I had to pay to meet someone at the location and also had to pay a fee for them to come back again! This is ridiculous. No care whatsoever!

    I went into Brandsmart to purchase a Washer and Dryer. It was delivered and I didn't like the product when using it. Mr. ** went out of his way to find an exchange purchase for me. Since they didn't have alot of inventory, it took awhile until he found the right type of product for me. The new washer and dryer was delivered yesterday (Samsung) and what a great product. The exchange was handled smoothly and the end result is that I have a great product and am beyond pleased with the way Mr. ** handled the transaction.

    I bought a Samsung Dryer from a Miami Brandsmart location in November of 2019. In less than a year, this dryer was not finishing the complete cycle and turning off only after 30 seconds of starting. The technician came in and did not spend more than 15 minutes looking at the dryer and blamed the house builders for having either an obstruction in the vent or a closed vent and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the dryer. I called the Condominium and they came to check the problem from the outside and inside of the house taking pictures of a clear and opened vents.

    I called Brandsmart again so a technician could come fix the dryer problem. The man was the same from the first time they came. Extremely rude, answering personal and work calls while in the visit, and blaming the fault of the dryer to everyone else. This is a horrible experience and would not wish it on anyone. I would highly recommend getting your products from another retail store, just so that you don't have to deal with extremely rude customer service, technicians and ultimately bad equipment they sell you at Brandsmart.     Updated on 09/12/2020: This is my third review respect the same matter with Brandsmart. I have an extended warranty on my washer/dryer, the washer stop working over two months ago, Brandsmart sent two different technicians to my property three times, they were not able to fix the washer, finally they pick it up to take it to the shop where was kept for a week. When the washer/dryer was returned to me I was be able to do two loads of clothes when the washer stopped working again.

    I am a health worker that needs to wash my uniforms on daily basis, this is incredible that Brandsmart knowing that they sold me a defective appliance haven't change it for a new one keeping me going in circles and wasting time which I don't have, this is unacceptable! I am not willing to keep this game any further. Please I need help before in my household we became sick for being in contact with contaminated uniforms. At this point this matter needs ASAP attention please.

    Updated on 08/30/2020: This is my second time complaining for the same situation. My washer which has extended warranty has been broken for two months, three Technician had come to my place not be able to fix it, I want to know how much longer a health worker who needs to wash contaminated uniform on daily basis has to be in this situation. Had been over a week that the last technician came to my house not be able to fix the washer, since then I haven't heard from Brandsmart employees. If they can fix my washer they need to replace it for a new one, that's what they told me when they wanted me to pay for the extended warranty. Please, I need help on this matter my work is helping very sick patients to get better or feel better, I believe I deserve a better treatment from this company.

    Original Review: I had a new washer and dryer from Brandsmart, broke down within a year. The technician came to check it and told me it was a serious matter and he will put a rush in the parts order. After waiting 3 weeks, the parts came. Two weeks ago is always a problem to schedule an appointment with the technician. They do not work with people that works like other companies do. I work at the hospital with very ill patients. My uniforms are contaminated. I wash them on daily basis and with no washer I have to place them in dirty basket for a week. I talked with Brandsmart's supervisor and she made a note in the system that nobody will be at home before 4 pm but it didn't work, the technician obviously do whatever he pleases. Also the technician only works every other Saturday to make matters worse, they should have enough technicians on board to satisfy customer's needs.

    Do not make the mistake I made buying home appliances from Brandsmart, I regretted. Also, when they brought me my refrigerator, is on second floor and only two guys to carry the heavy refrigerator up. They were hitting the refrigerator on every single steps up, I don't know how is working. This is a terrible company to do business with, be aware!

    What can I say? This horrible experience is still in progress. I wished that I had known that the washer of the washer and dryer pair was not in stock. I was told weeks; it has now been over 30 days. I don't get any updates or information regarding in stock availability. I purchased these items to discontinue visiting the laundromat due to COVID 19. Sadly, I purchased a washer and dryer and still have to go to the laundromat, with over seven hundred dollars less money in my pocket.

    Customer Service and chat are a joke. The stores are too. None of these individuals are helpful, only to give some canned response about supply due to COVID 19. Had I know this upfront, I would have purchased elsewhere. Now, my money is tied up with Brandsmart and I have nothing to show for it and no one to help me navigate this nightmare that I find myself in.

    Do you know why their products' prices are reasonable, because they don't have customer service! I have ordered an air conditioner at the beginning of June, they charged my credit immediately but I didn't receive my package ten days after an estimated shipping date.     I ordered a dryer online and paid for it the same time. The only reason for this purchase is because a bird got stuck in my perfectly working one. They sent a delivery confirmation text and email. Delivery day, I took off work and stayed home to wait for my dryer but to no avail. I had to call the store to find out that the dryer I ordered is out of stock. I was treated rudely by Maxine and she lied about sending me a different dryer. This store has the worse customer service and here it is three weeks later and they had yet to process my refund. They advised me to call my bank to get my money back.     I recently bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Brandsmart in the Atlanta, GA area. It was the most unpleasant major-purchase experience of my life. Firstly, the store itself was huge, crowded, loud and overly lit. The employees were running around wide-eyed like they were in a constant state of panic. The employee that did help us was rushed, terse and was trying to get us to make a decision quickly. When we made the decision to buy and tried to set up a delivery and installation time, we were told they would call us when they could deliver. I said ok. They rushed us out the door. They didn't call.

    Two weeks later, after getting back from out of town, I called them to set up a delivery time. I explained this to the first operator, who then transferred me to another person, whom I told the same thing. Then I was transferred again. And again. And again. I talked to someone who told me my washer was out of stock, and they could deliver the dryer. I said ok, even though I was told both the units were in stock when we made the purchase. Then I was put on hold again. For half an hour. I hung up and called back.

    After being transferred three more times, I was told the dryer could be delivered in four days, and they would call me back when they knew the time. I said ok. That night, they called and said "when can we deliver your washer and dryer tomorrow?" When the delivery was made, the guys were in a hurry and not careful with the units. They scratched the washer and the dryer rushing it through my front door. When they were installing it, they roughed it around so much I had to literally catch it and prevent it from banging into my oven at one point.

    When I tried to use the dryer, I found it wasn't hooked up to the dryer vent, but rather the air intake for a gas-powered dryer. The dryer didn't work. So I thought I would need a technician to come and re-install it. I called Brandsmart service about getting a technician. They told me they couldn't send one because they didn't have any technicians in Georgia. I would have to call Whirlpool. I said, "Thanks, but no thanks." So I had to pull the dryer out and re-install the dryer hose, which was not easy as the washing machine was blocking access, and moving the washing machine would require disconnecting all the water lines. After paying for expert installation, I ended up spending several hours re-installing my dryer myself.

    Brandsmart is what happens when price is the only factor that concerns a business. The price for the washer and dryer combo was satisfactory. Everything else wasn't. I would highly recommend that people stay away from this business and buy from somewhere that maybe a little more expensive, but way less of a headache.

    I purchased a Samsung TV from them 9/24/18. A new brand TV it supposed to be. Now it’s not working. It didn’t even last me 3 yrs. I have Other Samsung TV for over 8 yrs now still working no problem. I brought them from PCRichards. I called Brandsmart. The Customer service rep was very mean. I asked for a supervisor. They had me holding for 1 1/2 hour until I hanged up. I will never go back to any of their stores are doing any business with them again. They are the worst. They sells refurbished products.     I tried to purchase a washer and dryer from Lowe's for a house warming present for my daughter. After 5 attempts at delivery, the last couldn't be installed because they forgot the stacking kit, I told them to take it away. The 3rd party drivers, who also worked for Brandsmart told us to try Brandsmart. We did. The morning of the delivery, she got a text saying they couldn't install the machines because they didn't have the stacking kit. I called the customer service line. Do you believe the manager of the store went to another Brandsmart store which had one and personally delivered it to my daughter's condo so that the installation could be completed. Neither of us will ever buy from anyone but Brandsmart. What Lowe's couldn't do in 6 weeks, Brandsmart got done in 3 days from purchase.

    I have purchased the most expensive top of the line laundry machines Electrolux. Happened to be it was out of stock (understand in this uncertain times). I don't even have an approximate delivery date. I'd like to note the salesperson was wonderful and very helpful. However, I was billed at the date of purchase. How it can be? Why do I pay for something that I don't have in my possession? Called in, spoke with finance department representative. She has tried to explain why and because. Then I asked to transfer me to the appliances manager. Well, unfortunately she transferred me back to the customer service, where the girl pick up the phone telling me "Please hold" and never came back to me. I was on hold for 40 minutes. BRANDSMART OWNERS AND HIGHER UP MANAGERS PLEASE BLINK AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

    Brandsmart very disappointing. I purchased a appliance package on April 23, 2020 and delivery was set for Monday April 27, 2020. Appliances delivered and the smell of gas but you know thought because it was a new stove it would wear off. Tuesday April 28, 2020 the installation of the microwave and dishwasher before Shawn got started and asked if he smelled gas he said yes. Geesh come to find out the idiots that came on Monday April 27, 2020 just rigged the connection together and stripped the sealed of my gas pipe. I was advised that my brand new stove was kicked in at the side now it’s sunken in as well.

    Shawn was very fast called the store and reported the damages. I was informed I’d get a refund on the fee for installation as well as a new replacement stove and that someone from the company would reach out to me regarding coordinating getting someone out to fix my pipe since Shawn had been nice enough to turn it off before it killed my family. My family 3 kids all younger than 7 exposed to gas in my home. I called Brandsmart the afternoon on April 29, 2020. I was told that it been be days before someone could come out to fix a problem that they caused. I kindly advised that was not an option. I am working from home with a full family eating out 5 days no way. So Richard the manager said to me if I could get someone out to fix the pipe I would be reimbursed for the fee.

    April 29, 2020 I reached out to a contractor company and they dispatched someone first thing the next morning. He said to me if the gas had been on for 24 hours my family and I would be dead. What kind of imbeciles would rigged a gas pipe. I have forwarded my bill to Brandsmart on April 30, 2020. Have been in contact twice with Richard. The last conversation was on May 9, 2020. I was advised the stove wouldn’t be more than 1 more week out and I someone from the claims department will reach out about my reimbursement. Fast forward to May 14, 2020 and I have not received my refund to my card for install fee nor the reimbursement and no stove.

    I bought a freezer at Brandsmart Deerfield location and when I came to pick it up, they were all gone. Upon canceling the purchase an employee name NEIL gave me his freezer that he bought for himself. This made me so happy. I went from being disappointed to being elated.     I bought a leather sofa with an extended guarantee. They promise that everything will be handle by them, and the sofa will be cover for any damage by use or manufacturing defect. The first incident 4 months later was a breakout on one of the side's recliners. The first scam; the plan don’t work till one year later, because the manufacturer's guarantee. Took more than six months; a continuous calls and last resource talking to Brandsmart Palmetto 47 Avenue Miami store manager, to have my sofa fixed. Second scam. 1 year later the sofa start to discolored on one of the recliner head, so I contact the guarantee company Warrantech, after a long process, they told me that leather sofas are not covered by this kind of damaged, just fabrics sofas.

    ON 03/25th/2020, The two guys came saying that they could not make the delivery because the order did not clarify that there was no elevator to accessing my 2nd floor and they blamed the seller. The seller did put in the order the special team requirements for not having an elevator, I called customer service and nobody knew how to give a reason for this negligence that forces me to stay two more days without the product for which I paid by trusting in the name of Brandsmart. Never thought to be a victim of such a lack of consideration to a customer. I feel it was on purpose, just to appear like they wanted to do the delivery, but they did not want to work.

    One of the worst customer service experience, I ordered a TV stand and received it in a timely manner. However, after opening the box I noticed some damages to the TV stand. The wood back panel was heavily bowed to the point that it broke off from the stand with the screws no longer able to hold the back piece to the stand (the screw holes on the corners of the wood panel broke off). I really don’t know if this damage occurred during shipping or not but packaging appeared to be in good condition. I contacted Bell'O to see if they can send me new replacement back panels, I was told by law (huh??!) that they cannot replace the damaged pieces and I needed to contact the BrandsMart to replace the entire stand.

    Okay fine, so I called BrandsMart and talked to probably one of the rudest customer service representative, she recommended I contact Bell'O, I told her I did and was told to do an exchange. She said I can do an exchange but I have to provide my own means of shipping the package back to them (shipping cost at my own expense). This stand weighs almost 200lbs, it was shipped by freight and I paid the initial shipping cost when I ordered it ($150)…so assuming it will cost the same to ship it back to them, that would cost me a total of $300 in shipping, that’s more than the actual cost of the TV stand itself! I asked her why should I pay to ship a damaged product back to them, not to mention I really don’t have the means to transport it to a shipping facility since it's huge and heavy. I suggested a better solution would be to open one of their existing TV stands and swap it with my damaged part (that probably weighs less than 5 lbs).

    Of course they wouldn’t be able to sell that stand anymore because it would be replaced with a damage part but this would be no different than me replacing the entire stand since they still would have to send the whole stand back to the manufacturer. She was quick to say no and either I drive up to one of their locations (what?!!) or pay fright to have it ship back. Worst experience ever, customer service was no help, she was rude and honestly didn’t care. I figure instead of ordering from Amazon (which I typically do), I would support other businesses since Amazon is literally taking over, big mistake! Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. I love Bell'O products, for the price you get high quality pieces (I own several stands and shelves), but their customer service is just as terrible. Last time I will be ordering from both companies.

    I purchased an LG kitchen appliance package. The salesperson was actually very helpful in identifying the appliances I wanted and looking to see if he could get them for me. So, I purchased the package knowing that the microwave might be on back order. The salesperson thought he would be able to get it to me with the rest of the appliances. So, delivery day comes and they not only did not bring the microwave, they did not come prepared to bring my refrigerator up the stairs and haul away my old refrigerator. With TONS of attitude from the terrible delivery people..I mean, he was annoyed, he ripped the packaging off the refrigerator when I told him I would not sign for it without seeing it, almost damaged it, told me he leveled the stove when it was not level, told me it would not go flush against the backsplash because the outlet was blocking it (it wasn't)...I mean this guy was terrible.

    So, they left my refrigerator in my garage and scheduled a new deliver date for Tuesday. After clearing my schedule to be home for delivery, I got a call from the same delivery staff that scheduled the Tuesday deliver that they are not in my area that day and it would have to be Wednesday. So, I cleared my schedule and waited the entire three hour window (after confirming on the phone as well as by text that I would be here). So, with 45 minutes left in the delivery window, I called Brandsmart and was told the truck was still in the area and that they would be here. 30 minutes after the window closed, I called back and was told that the item was never placed on the truck...which they should have know since it was here!...and that they left the area at 3:30 (an hour before my delivery window started).

    I was seeking some sort of clarification when the guy transferred me to someone's voice mail. So, I called back and finally got someone who seemed to be trying to help, although she had no ability to actually do anything or get me any answers. This is a terrible company based on this experience. I do hope that they make this right, and if they do, I will let you all know with a follow-up update, but for now, definitely lousy service. Stay away.

    I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Yes, Brandsmart has very competitive prices but the service was terrible. It took them 4 times to come out to properly install the appliances. When I spoke to the General Manager he was dismissive and clearly did not understand “customer service." I would not recommend nor would I purchase from Brandsmart in the future.

    I purchased a set of pots and pans online from them that were on clearance with no defects listed at the best price on the net. They shipped them fast via Fedex and I had them in three days. When the package arrived I inspected it. It was an open box item and was securely packed with heavy bubble wrap around the cookware set box. All of the pots, pans and lids were in new condition and in their original packaging except one stock pot that had two small chips in the ceramic nonstick coating near the top where the lid contacts. I took pictures and contacted them by email.

    The customer service lady who replied was very professional and courteous. I had no problem getting a partial refund for the damage (they gave me exactly what I asked for after I pointed out that they couldn't replace the set since it was no longer available online and that the shipping would probably be more than the refund). The stock pot is perfectly usable except for the minor cosmetic chips and I am very happy with the set which is basically a previous year's Cuisinart professional cookware set that used to retail for $250 but I was able to obtain at an excellent price due to Brandsmart. I can't fault a clearance outlet for not having perfect merchandise every time but what matters is how they handle problems. They definitely gave me a good customer experience and I recommend them highly.

    I bought a Nintendo which cost 99.88 + tax and they offer me a warranty of 2 years, the cost of warranty was 21.88, it is more than quarter the cost of item and when I will use the warranty, they tell me that warranty is only of damage software. It is possible that I deceive the clients, because the clerk said me that warranty is everything. Brandsmart is scammers. Receipt **. Date: 09/30/2018.

    After buying one couch it sort of fell apart they send somebody to fix it it came out worse so they gave me a new couch and one month after the warranty it's rotting literally cracking and rotting. Please don't buy any furniture from BrandsMart do yourself a favor. I try to put a patch over the vinyl but days later the cracks we're like lightning type of cracks coming from underneath my patches they used old rotting vinyl to make my couch.

    Terrible service. Rude delivery drivers. We bought a washer and dryer set and had an issue. They couldn't correct onsite so told us it would be $50 to come back. We said we just want to return the units then. They said they need to charge a restock fee because they already opened the boxes. I contacted customer support to see if they would waive the $50 fee. They responded with a copy/paste answer saying no.

    Schedule a warranty repair. Time of schedule was 8 days out. They were to call to schedule a time, never did. They claim the phone number was wrong. After calling dispatcher and supervisor numerous times on the day of the appointment, they inform me he is on the way. I do not know how he got here, with wrong home number and wrong phone number. He argued with me that he was calling me, but had wrong number. There is no excuse for this since my number and house number were verified at least 4 times. He came and started to argue with me and left.

    I will never buy another product at Brandsmart. This is the second time I had problems with them. Another time, warranty repair was needed. Appointment was days out. When they came, a part was needed and took 12 days to get to find out wrong part. They offered to buy unit from us at a lost, which I took, just to save time waiting to get washer fix. I will not recommend their warranty service.

    We bought all of our kitchen appliances there in January 2017. They were not delivered until March. That was how we wanted it. We bought the extended warranty. I since had a problem with my oven, last year about this time. That took about a month to finally get repaired. This year my dishwasher was showing an error code every time it finished. I called for service on August 21. I was scheduled for service on August 29. He was scheduled to come between 12-6. I called to make sure he was coming because it was getting late. They said he would be there. He did not show or call.

    We then has a hurricane scare. I called back on September 5th. I was scheduled again for the 11. He came and said he needed a part. Great! I was called on the 23rd to say he would come on Friday the 27th. I was called again on the 25th to say I was scheduled for October 2nd. So I called back to complain because I would have to miss work on the 2nd. So then I was finally scheduled again for the 27th. He was supposed to come between 12-6 p.m. I called to make sure he was coming at 5 p.m. They assured me he would be there. He was at another service call and that I was next. Well he did not call or show again! What a waste of time and money. Do not buy an extended warranty of appliances from Brandsmart! By the way they are LG appliances. Why are they breaking down so quickly?

    I was promised a delivery on 9/18/19 and the drivers went to the wrong building and left without delivering. Called customer services 8 times. On September 13, 2019, I went to the Brandsmart USA to purchase a dryer. The store is located at 4320 NW 167th Street, Miami FL 33054. I purchased my dryer and was promised that the dryer would be delivered on 9/18/19. As it is, I was waiting too many days for the dryer. I decided to wash my clothes that afternoon because the dryer was supposed to arrive from 4-6 pm. At 6:00 pm no one had made any deliver or call to me in regards to the dryer. I decided to call customer service to find out the status of the delivery. I had all the clothes washed and needed the dryer. Customer service indicated that the delivery would be made by 7:15 pm.

    At 7:30 pm I had to call customer service again because no delivery was made and no calls from the driver. Then they indicated that the driver was 5 minutes away. Shortly after I received a call from a driver saying they were in the condominium. I explained to him that I was standing outside and didn't see any truck. I had been standing outside looking out for the Brandsmart truck. The the driver indicated he was by the pool. I told him to please look for building L. Deliveries are supposed to be made to the doorstep. And I found it disrespectful that the driver asked me to walk all the way to the pool to look for them. I called customer service a 3rd time to please contact their driver and ask them to deliver the dryer to the address listed and that I reside in building L not the pool.

    When I spoke to customer service they contacted the driver and he indicated they left because the security guard of the condo told them that they can't make deliveries at night time. This is the first time I hear of such thing, and I've lived in those condos since 2006. I explained to customer service that I needed my dryer right away. I had all my clothes wet and that the drivers didn't make any attempt to deliver the dryer in my building. I was insulted by their response. They flat out said they couldn't do anything, driver left and the next delivery available would be on Monday. I paid for a merchandise that I couldn't even get on time as promised. I called customer service another time and asked to speak to a supervisor.

    The supervisor gave me a hard time even to pull up the account and when I said he was incompetent he said "I'm hanging up" and hung up, with no regards for a customer's need. I had to call a 5th time and spoke to another agent. I explained to the lady that I needed the dryer to be delivered, at this point I was furious, frustrated and in tears. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't deliver, my condos are not gated and no driver even tried to come to my building. Basically they were lazy and wanted to finish their delivery route. I even walked to the pool house to see if any truck was there. Meaning if they tried to deliver, they left within 3 mins which is how long it takes for me to walk from my apartment to the club house/pool.

    I called another time to customer service and spoke to the customer service manager, Janel. I had to explain the situation a 6th time. And her response was that she couldn't help me and the delivery would need to be on Monday, September 23, 2019. I am traveling on Friday until Monday and I wouldn't be available to receive any delivery. SO I was stressing enough that I needed the dryer no later than Thursday 9/19/19.

    Bottom line I have no dryer, the worst experience I've had in 30 years with customer service was with Brandsmart. They didn't care about the customer's need. And due to their own negligence and incompetency I was affected to the point that I will not be purchasing from them again. I even indicated that I would be returning the item if I can get it deliver by 9/19/19 and the manager Janel said I should return it. What kind of customer service is that? I was so upset to the point that I will make public my experience. I will use social media to share the horrible experience I had with Brandsmart.

    I've been a loyal customer of Brandsmart and all of my family for a very long time. Brandsmart WAS always the store to get a great deal on appliance and electronics but never had a return issue until until now and had to deal with the non enforced return policy and the non Customer Relations dept. This company projects. Very sad... There always a 1st time and there is a last time for everything. Unfortunately, Brandsmart Customer Relations and the return policy with its shady gray return policy has left a lasting negative impression on me about its store and future purchases.

    It's not worth the savings anymore to purchase at Brandsmart with a return Policy that states "Unfortunately we cannot accept a return of damaged merchandise one it is inspected and signed for."     No matter what policy and procedures are in place in a company if you provide products or services to customers and there is a Big Problem with that product it was common knowledge that Customer Service should be priority. So why in my 30 years as a consumer have I had to endure the verbal abuse and cynical response from the Manager of BrandsMart? Our family purchased a Recliner and the main purpose of this purchase was for our 74 year old grandmother who went through Hip Replacement Surgery and needed a comfortable recliner to rest in.

    The Night of the purchase My husband and I went to BrandsMart on US1 and SW 159th Street (16051 S. Dixie Hwy) to look over their selection. I spoke with their sales rep and we explained the situation to her that our grandmother is in pain and if the chair is not to satisfaction if it could be returned. The sales Rep was polite and gladly agreed that if the chair will be allowed to be returned with no problems. The Chair did not work out for our grandmother as we found it to be UNSTABLE! She reclined and the chair leaned forward sliding her onto the ground. My Husband had to rush her aid and assist her to bed, she refused to sit in that chair so we replaced it and she in turn gave us the chair.

    After a week of having the chair in our house I was sitting in it reclined and I moved to adjust myself slightly and the chair tipped forward and I fell to the ground. This Chair has no stability when it is reclined and if you weigh less than 200 lbs. it will tip forward and fall. We took the chair back to BrandsMart expecting to return the “Defective” Chair and the receipt had a note printed saying 0 day return. This was not at all explained to my husband and me. If that were the case we would not have purchased something that could not be returned. The District Manager dismissed us on that note on the receipt and we asked to speak to the Sales Rep that sold us the chair and he stated forcefully that He has the last word and No we cannot speak to the Rep.

    I went into the store to find the Sales Rep and found the District Manager next to her and as I spoke to her she changed her whole story citing exactly what the district Manager just told us, and I told her that it was untrue that she NEVER mentioned the 0 day return policy because WE ASKED IF IT COULD BE RETURNED! I went back to the returns office and my husband and brought and assembled the recliner right there and the District Manager who probably weighs more the 250 lbs. sat in the chair and partially reclined it. He stood up and said that the chair is fine, it is not defective and for us to leave.

    We asked to speak to his Manager and he laughed and said, "I can give you his number but he’s on vacation." And he walked away repeating like a child, “Chair is not defective, chair is not defective, chair is not defective.” I was upset and appalled by his mannerism and rude behavior because I asked another customer service agent there what the hell has happened to customer service?

    BrandsMart does not care about Customers. Any other company would hear their customer’s issues with courteous behavior and instead the childlike immaturity and unprofessional power trip that the district manager displayed makes me want to submit every possible review of how terrible BrandsMart treats their customers and the well being of happy customer should always take precedent to any ridiculous return policy. The item had a receipt. The item was brought within 30 days of purchase. We had a safety concern with this recliner and instead of listening, they just dismissed us and told us to “deal with the manufacturer ourselves”. I will never recommend BrandsMart for anything to anyone after this humiliating treatment from a District Manager.

    I needed to replace my refrigerator and being elderly and never purchasing one by myself before I purchased a Frigidaire that was a lot smaller than the one I had. As soon as I saw that it was not the right one for me (it also dumps ice cubes all over the floor) I immediately went to see the refrigerator department at the store in Pompano Beach where I had purchased it in order to return it and buy a much larger one and that didn't dump ice that is very difficult to pick up for an 84 year old lady. I met a man in a white shirt and the name Bob on his chest who didn't even try to be friendly in any way. I told him I needed to return the fridge for a larger more expensive one and my sales slip said I had 30 days to return. He said I would have to pay to have it picked up, transported and pay a 20% restock fee even though it had only been a few days.

    I asked about the 30 days and he said after 30 days they wouldn't take it back under any circumstances. This was not at all clear when I purchased it. This man was very rude and seemed to enjoy taking advantage of an older lady. I will never purchase anything from Brandsmart again and have warned everyone not to go there. Most people tell me they already know not to go there as you only want money and the customer doesn't matter. I now need a cooktop but will not be going to Brandsmart.

    I purchase a Samsung robot vacuum cleaner. They gave me a big headache and didn't return my money for the defect vacuum, they claim I was missing a foam from the packing box. Instead after talking to the manager he like God accepted the defect item back doing me the big favor of giving me a store credit instead of giving me my cash back. Is a take or leave it deal.     Last Sunday 5/26 my wife bought a King ProAdapt Tempur-Pedic mattress. Later she received a message saying the item will be deliver 5/29. I proceeded to get rid of the old mattress that same long weekend but on 5/28 they called and said “they don’t have the mattress and we must wait till they receive it. But they do not know when it will be receive it”. I do not understand how they sell a product they do not have and besides that they announced it will be delivered.

    Brandsmart delivered a washer and dryer to my house, and the men who delivered my appliances pushed my sofa up against my wall to make room to walk through (with no permission), and broke a mirror off my wall. The mirror frame broke and could not be fixed. I had to toss it. When I called customer service on Monday to report the damage, the Home Damage Dept asked me why I waited until Monday to report it, when my delivery was Saturday. I told them I didn't report it in front of the two delivery men because I'm a single woman who lives alone and was fearful of the confrontation in front of those men. It was a safety decision I made for myself. Any woman in her right mind, would do the same. So I waited until first thing Monday morning to call.

    They also said they asked the men if anything happened, and the men said no. Of course, they would never admit to damaging my home. So due to those 2 reasons, my home damage claim was DENIED! And I'm being forced to replace my mirror out of pocket. I spoke to Jared **., then his boss Paul **, which both were the least bit understanding, not to mention RUDE to me on the phone. Especially Paul. Paul went as far as telling me "being alone in a house with 2 men should not be reason enough not to make the claim right then and there". I also told him I'm 8 months pregnant and he said "being pregnant is not good enough reason not to make the claim right then and there in front of those men". So basically, my only option to make a claim was to make the call with the men inside my house, even if I was scared to do so? I even had pictures to prove it. Still denied.

    This department is pointless, if you're not going to take the word of the customer with damage to their home. I will NEVER use Brandsmart again. And I want everyone reading this to know that Paul ** should not be the head of any department. He is rude, insensitive, and a bully over the phone. He raised his voice at me several times and cut me off while I was talking. The men who delivered my appliances spoke a different language. I only speak English. When I told Jared they weren't speaking English and I didn't understand what they were saying, he laughed and said "they know how to speak English, they were just doing it on purpose". Completely unprofessional to have delivery men walking around with Brandsmart logos on their shirts that are purposely not speaking the language of the customer receiving the appliances. And in their own home, to make things worse. Those men need to be fired. It's an AWFUL look for Brandsmart.

    DO NOT BUY anything from Brandsmart. They sell broken electronic and they don't want to replace it. You paid for Extended warranty which is a lied. The customer services is super bad starting with the returned manager. He is a sorry person. I been a Brandsmart customer for years until today. I will make sure people that I know never buy from them. They sell bad quality. Take your money to another company. Brandsmart in Stockbridge is a bad store. DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDSMART.

    Bought a Sony Bravia TV at Deerfield store and it has horizontal lines. Returned it 2 days later for exchange or refund as I have been buying appliances there for 20 years and they have a 30 day return policy. Said I damaged the screen and nothing they can do for me. I didn't damage the screen and can't eat a $1200. Tv and now I'm screwed. Left the tv there and manager didn't return my message. Yes, the corporate people are no help and just re-direct you in circles back to the store.

    I have never had a worse experience dealing with a company than with Brandsmart. Every time I tried to call the store, 4320 NW 167th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33054, which I made my purchase at, I was rudely transferred to another person without the person hearing what I had to say. No one listens to the customer at all. They are rude, disrespectful and do not have any customer service abilities. I finally had to call the corporate office, but that was another fiasco. Brandsmart takes advantage of its customers and when you try to correct their errors, no one wants to hear it or assist you. I dealt with Linda at the corporate office, and it was because of my persistence to get assistance, that I finally got a response. I feel that Linda did not want to take the time to listen attentively to my issues, therefore as usually nothing was rectified.

    It is very unfortunate that such a large company has so many employees that do not have any customer service skills. The only power that I have as the customer is to never give Brandsmart my business again. I have and will continue to share my unfortunate experience with anyone who will listen so as they do not patronize Brandsmart neither. Anyone that is looking for quality customer service, stay away from this company because you definitely will not get it.

    One of the sales reps in appliances at W Palm Beach location, Evan has no moral compass when it comes to lying. Lies to customers and, to his boss about customers. Otherwise this is a good store, just go to Mark and he'll take good care of you. As for Evan, go back to flipping burgers or being a greeter at Walmart. I hear they're hiring.

    We purchased several items from Brandsmart. All were shipped to our vacation home in the Caribbean. Our TV, however, had a huge crack across the screen. When we unpacked it and noticed it, I contacted customer service and was cut off of several phone calls. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I emailed where I got a response from Linda. She had a terrible attitude in her email. Immediately, she was trying to refer me to the manufacturer of the TV but refuses to give me any information on who directly I need to contact. Brandsmart shipped the TV and it was not packaged appropriately. That is not a manufacturer problem, that is a shipper problem. I will never make a purchase from there again. All we wanted was for Brandsmart to resolve the issue. We could have shipped the defected product back to get one that was not damaged.

    Good morning. I usually do not do this sort of thing, however, I was very much disgusted by my visit to your store off the Palmetto Expressway in Miami yesterday evening and the contact that I had with the customer service representative sitting behind the desk. I am not a frequent customer or Brandsmart due to my past experience with the lack of customer service of some of your employees. It is sad to say that my experience yesterday, January 14, 2019, with the customer service representative reminded me of why I do not patronize your store. I recently had a washing machine break down for which a service technician was dispatched. Thank you for hiring this gentleman. Nevertheless, because I had an extended warranty of my washer, a decision was made that it was cheaper to replace than repair (my guesstimate). I was offered my choice of replacement or a store credit.

    Upon going to your store off the Palmetto Expressway, I advised the customer service representative of my situation and repair number. After taking my phone number and driver's license, she said that I was getting a credit of $516.00. I did not chose to have the credit and tried to explain the representative that I had spoken with the warranty company and accepted the replacement. This representative was, to say the least, RUDE. She told me that I was getting a gift card in the amount of $516.00 (although the warranty company said store credit of $516.36) and that was that. She then walked off to "get my gift card". While she was gone, I called the warranty company and spoke to a customer service representative and expressed my confusion and concern as I was under the impression that I was at the store for the replacement washer and to schedule delivery of my washer.

    At the point, the customer service representative returned with my gift card and I again tried to explain and comprehend. The customer service representative was beyond rude and I even informed her that I had the warranty company on the phone and they would like to speak with her. The attitude of your customer service representative was harsh and as she said she wasn't speaking with anyone and did not need to see any paperwork that I had from the warranty company. The representative from the warranty company told me that she could hear her very clearly and could not understand the attitude. The warranty representative said she could not understand the confusion so she suggested I see the store manager and she noted her system with the hostility received from your employee.

    This misadventure ended with me speaking with a person in the office who explained Brandsmart's policy and procedure to me and even contacted the sales manager to personally assist me in scheduling the delivery of my replacement washer. This was an example of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am writing this with the frustration of an experience that was over 16 hours ago and would just like to state that we should all practice humanity when we are serving a customer. Thank you.

    Bought 3 Apple watches for my wife to pick one for Christmas. 1 was bought online and the other 2 were store pickups. Went to return them (still unopened in the plastic wrap) and they stated that I only had 5 days to do a return. So knowing this the clerk opened 2 of the watches out of the plastic before looking at my receipt. I now am going to be stuck with 3 watches and now 2 of them now considered opened.

    After chewing out the manager on their store policy he was forced to take the 2 watches that the clerk opened and stick me with 2 big store credits that expire within 2 years. Your website doesn't even list Apple watches is one of the items that has a special return policy. If you are going to have such a ** return policy, how about having it in big bold letters across the tickets and have the purchaser initial it... I guarantee you I would have never left the store with them if you had me initial your 5 day return policy. With 30 days written all across the bottom of the ticket. This might clear up the deception you obviously try to hide. Because of this unethical company policy, I cannot buy from you again.

    I came to Brandsmart and a gentlemen helped me by the name of Juan **. He did all at excellent expectations. He got all my information and found me in the system and wrote up order number so I can go pay at register, this is where the fun begins. Cashier register name Jahiria ** attended me not to only be disrespectful and rude but I knew she was up to something with the next person which was so called manager of that section. She asked me for my ID, which she found me in the system and of a sudden she needed another identification. So she asked for my debit card. I said, "For what? I have an account with your store, credit card. You don't need my other credit cards to verify it's me. The gentlemen put all details in that piece of paper which all you have to do is scan items and use my account that you already found in the system as well."

    She comes up with the excuse that she need to call bank to verify, and needs social security number but she already had my account in front of her. So she calls the bank. I had to give bank information and this cashier writes down my account number of my credit card. I said, "Ok cool. Let her finish." As soon as she finished I said, "Give me that piece of paper. I will dispose of it myself because it has personal information of mines." The woman next to her or girl I don't even know. She looked weird to me. She said, "I can't give you anything. I will shred it." I said, "No. It's my information and I want it. Who are you to take my information and throw it just like that in the trash as if that's not how scams start and information be stolen and used."

    When I went to get paper out of trash she picks it up fast and starts ripping it in my face. Yes I was close enough to go over that counter and have her senses take out. She was rude and disrespectful and then the cashier started smiling and making attempts like seizing me for me to actually do something so I can get arrested. I kept my calm and said, "That's how it is. Ok. I want all this returned and I'm done with Brandsmart." They called the higher managers. The manager was Jamaica and she couldn't understand not even half the things I said as if what her employees did was ok. Then she called another higher person and that persona was more ignorant than the rest. I got my refund and never again will I go to this or any Brandsmart ever. As soon as my account is cleared from the last purchase it did 4 months ago it will closed.

    I went to Best Buy and got the same items cheaper and with great customer service. Never again and I suggest you all not to go to any Brandsmart ever. They are rude and keeping your information near them at register. They say they can't give your information back to you. Isn't that crazy? Them keeping my information. For what reason? You already verified it's me, how you gonna keep my information like that and especially my account number to my credit card. No way. That's a scam and this is the store that is in sawgrass mills in Sunrise Florida. Never again will I go there. They lost a sale of $500 dollars. I just feel sorry for salesman. He lost his commission. But if the manager cared that they all got caught keeping information of customers he would of kept his sales but he didn't. He was being more ignorant and not cared that he lost the sale and that his employees was doing something illegal.

    Went to the Brandsmart in West Palm Beach. The patience exhibited by the shift manager, Mr. Osvald **, was enough to remind me of the bias I admit I have with an aging, nervy parent. He assisted us in 'bringing back to life' the electronic appliance that was presumably broken. Thank you so much!!!

    Went in to purchase new appliances. Had Ruddy help me pick out what I needed. He says, "No problem. We can deliver it on Sunday. No Problem." He wrote up the order and even verified the address on Palm Beach Property Appraiser's website. So was good to go! NOT SO FAST, SUNDAY came and I waited until 4 pm on the delivery! NO SHOW so I decided to give them a ring. Then the fun began, I was informed that my address was correct. However my zip code didn't match? Ok so my phone number is printed clearly on the invoice. The salesman must have made a mistake, call me and verify the Zip Code. Simple enough right? NOPE. Not for them.

    They informed me even though the address was correct the zip code didn't match that the driver can't take my word for it over the phone? WHAT are you kidding me. So after 3 different customer service reps that had NO CLUE what they were doing I returned to the store MONDAY morning only to get more of the runaround. ENOUGH is ENOUGH. I got a refund and will NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER BRANDSMART, Super poor Customer Service. They got a 1 STAR only because there are no other options.

    If I could, I would not give any stars. Worst to buy appliances from. Have great deals but all defective appliances. So we brought 4 appliances last year. Our fridge has been acting up. This is the second time it broke down and going on 3 weeks without a fridge. A tech came last week and ordered a part. Came back today and that was the wrong part. So it will take another few days for the part to arrive. Mind you, we had 4 big black garbage bags of wasted food thrown away. And having to buy food every single day because we can't hold on to a damn thing in the fridge. So extended warranty can't do anything besides sending techs for repairs.

    We are still paying for the appliances. So I called Brandsmart and some ** of a manager says, "Well the only thing I can do for you is for you to come in and purchase another fridge and once your old fridge is repaired we will refund you your money." After 3 wks and money spent and food spoiled, you want me to purchase another fridge? Really??

    They sell crappy things. Deal or not. All defective. Do not purchase anything from Brandsmart. Worst customer service. Within a year of purchase our fridge broke down and now again. My 13-year-old niece is with us for a few wks and having to buy food every day is ridiculous. It's Brandsmart fault that the tech ordered the wrong part. Yet we have to suffer still. And the sad part is we are still paying for a broken fridge. Unbelievable. Listen people do not purchase anything from Brandsmart. All refurbished and defective.

    I purchased an extended warranty (36 months) for my washer and dryer. After about a year the dryer stopped working. I called to file a claim and they told me Brandsmart did not supply them with the washer/dryer manufacturer and that it would take them 24-48 hours to update it. I asked if there was anything else missing because I had the receipt with all the information. They said they had everything. I called the next day. They told me they had the manufacturer, but they were missing the model numbers and since I bought the bundle, they had to separate the order and I had to wait 48 hours. I waited 48hrs and called, to my surprise the lady said they needed to create a separate contract for each item and that I have to wait another 48 hours. IT'S A SCAM!!! Every time you try to file a claim they come up with an excuse not to process it.

    I have been waiting since September 23, 2018. To get my washer repair. They gave me a 2 weeks time frame before they could come out. October 8th, I had an appointment between 1 and 4. I was home at 12:30 waiting. No consideration to call me to let me know you're running late it's now 5:30. They showed up at my house a quarter to 6. Now they have to order the parts. The parts are in. Now it's October 16th. They won't be able to schedule me in until the following week. In this time frame. I have spend over $450 washing and drying close. I'm pretty sure by the following week I will have to wash a again. If I would have known that from the beginning. How long it's going to take and how much I'm spending out of pocket. I could have just bought a new washer. Very very very disappointed and a horrible service.

    Thieu call in system is horrible. Many prompts and go around to get to a person. Then Warrentech transfers you to Brandsmart Scheduling and service. More go around. When a part is needed, there is no way of checking on Status. There is no way of speaking to the Brandsmart service people. NEVER BUY EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTIES from Brandsmart. Use online warranty companies that are much better in providing service.

    I am so upset with this service that I have received. I bought a tv and I bought the warranty for this sole purpose. A tech came to my house and my tv is unable to be fixed and they said 5 days. Then I call the store and they said 48 hours. Now I called back and now they are telling me that it was just inputted yesterday when this tech was at my house 4 days ago and now they are telling me an additional 3 to 5 days. This is ridiculous. I have been out of a tv for 10 days and every day someone tells me a different story. I call the store and they constantly hang up on me. What is the purpose of me buying a warranty?

    DO NOT USE BRANDSMART USA on large purchases and large sums (!). Not unpacked and new cellphones don't accept to return even next day after purchase. Delivery of kitchen appliances if happens after the 10th attempt and in time according to the schedule, then it will be good luck. Delivery service of kitchen appliances from this store comes true Not according of the schedule and after 6 PM when the elevator is closed for access. Delivery-drivers do not pick up phone. Very low level of service, unusual for the USA.

    We purchased a washer and dryer from one of your outlets. We have over the past 10 or more years bought appliances and had them shipped to the Caribbean - where we live - without incident. Never had any issues until this last purchase. Despite informing the salesman that the items were not remaining in the US, we were sold appliances with 60HZ cycles and only 50hz cycles work in my country. When contacted with our concerns and complaints, the response from the salesman and his manager were less than unacceptable. The experience have left a bad taste and we wouldn't be making any other purchases from Brandsmart.

    Bought an over-the-range microwave from them online. Got it and then realized that it was too tall for the space where it was to be installed. Ok, my mistake. I packed it back up in its original packaging and requested an RMA. I received the RMA and set out to return it via UPS, who wouldn't take it because it exceeded their limit of 70 pounds. Great. Then I tried USPS - they wanted $135! BrandsMart charged me $49 shipping when I received it. I paid only $169 for the microwave, and they want to charge me $135 to return it! Absurd. Never again with these people.

    I never write review in any website. I actually do not have any social media account. However, this time my experience has been so so bad that I have to write this review. First, they never clear up that the delivery company do not help you to put your items in your unit (even though it is first floor). So, if you order heavy things you have to carry by yourself. Second: returning items that you buy online is a nightmare. You have to pay by your self the return and the assistance to do that from them is ZERO. They basically do not care you to return the item. Third: Once you successfully return the items, then start the email, phone call and fax battle to get your refund. Everything can take you a month, easily.

    On June 29 2018, I called to report that my 65" LG tv wasn't working. After verifying that I had extended warranty, I was told that the earliest time and day to have a repairman dispatched was July 3rd. The repairman came to the premises and did his assessment then left. I called dispatch (since no information was provided by the tech), and was told that it was customary for the tech to do the assessment then the associated parts would be ordered. I found it odd that an assessment was done and you the TV was never removed from the wall on which it is mounted. Two days later, I began calling the service center to get an update on the status of the repairs, and was told that it can take as long as seven business days for the parts to arrive (basically telling me that I have to wait for the parts to get here). They acquired the part on Friday July 13th.

    On Tuesday July 17, the tech was dispatched to my home (they said that was the earliest possible time he could be dispatched), and arrived sometime in the afternoon around 3:00 pm. He called me and informed me that the TV had to be removed from the wall or else he could not affect the necessary repairs. He offered to leave and return the next morning, which I refused. I called my sons and had them, reinstall the TV so that no more time would be wasted. When I got home, I was told by my eldest son that the tech said the repairs were completed. Upon connecting the TV, I realized that the RF tuner and HDMI ports weren't working so effectively the repairs weren't complete. I called back customer service the next morning July 18th to have the ticket reopened and the tech re-dispatched.

    I was given an appointment of Saturday July 21st (previously I was told that they don't work on Saturdays) as the day for the tech to be dispatched again. No tech showed up on Saturday, neither was there any courtesy call with an update. Monday July 23rd, I call back to customer service and ask to speak with a manager. The representative who answered the phone Cayla (not sure if I misspelled her name), told me that I would receive a callback from the manager which I did. When the manager called back, she said that the earliest day to have two techs dispatched to site is August 1st and I promptly refused. She said that since the TV was mounted on the wall and was heavy, it would require two techs to remove it. I informed her of the fact that it was previously removed by my sons... no problem there.

    She offered to contact the tech to determine what went wrong on Saturday which resulted in a no show, at which time I determined that I had had enough. I told her that this was unacceptable and that I am demanding a replacement TV or that it needs to be repaired today. At the time of the composition of this review 6:51 pm... no TV. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    I tried to purchase a Maytag range and Microwave bundle on Sunday. My card company blocked it for phone approval which I did. The Brandsmart website did not appear to be working... I foolishly sent payment 7 times. A $50 gift card for $0 appeared. The sale never went through, my Brandsmart account shows no orders. My Visa account shows 7 sales pending for the same price and is nearly maxed. This is late Tues and I have been on the phone with Brandsmart 8 times now begging them to reverse. I have canceled my card in case Brandsmart has been hacked but Visa cannot do anything. Brandsmart cannot find any record of me though I am receiving promotional email, this would not be so stressful if I live locally but it is over $150 shipping in just this direction. 7 times if they send the 7 Ranges. A $50 gift card for $0 is still in my cart?

    About two months ago we had a washer/dryer delivered from Brandsmart. The delivery people knocked an antique plate off the wall and caused it to break. They also caused a flood in the foyer when they dropped the old washer off the hand truck they were using. Brandsmart refuses to take responsibility saying that it is the delivery company's responsibility. So far no one has done anything to resolve the problem. Capital One says it is Brandsmart’s responsibility. Stay away from this seller, they will do nothing to help you.

    From start to finish, this has been the absolute WORST business with which I have ever done business. The customer service reps are completely clueless and rude. They fraudulently charge your credit card for things that you don't approve, they lie about sending out your package until you call them out on it, then make up another lie to cover up the one they just told you. When I had finally had enough of the nonsense with the idiots in the customer service department, I told them to cancel my order after verifying with UPS the package had not been picked up. I was assured the shipment had been canceled and I could receive a cancellation notice twenty minutes later. When I called back, I talked to another rep who blatantly lied and told me UPS had already picked up the package (I had just checked prior to the call and confirmed the package had not been picked up from their warehouse yet).

    She told me I could just refuse it when it arrived. I told her they just needed to cancel the order as I had requested several hours before, but she refused to do so. I asked for the corporate number to call and file a complaint, and was given an email to which I sent a letter detailing the nonsense that occurred. I am not holding my breath on receiving a response because it is quite clear this business is managed very poorly and with a complete lack of integrity from corporate down. Now, I will have to wait for the package to arrive, refuse it, then fight with them for months to get my money back which will probably require legal action before it is over. This company needs to be put out of business!!

    I decided to Google to see if it was isolated since it happened to me twice and now I see it's not. Be careful when dealing with this retailer, they are really dishonest and shady. For the second time, I returned an item and was told the credit will go back to my credit card and months later nothing. In both cases I was able to get the credit card company to issue me the credit, but be aware when dealing with Brandsmart. I will likely not go back, but if I do I will be very cautious.

    I also purchased an item with a rebate offer, was given the wrong form by the salesperson. I had to go back in for the right form and last night it occur to me that several months later I never got that rebate check. I will be going to the store tonight regarding this, but am not optimistic anything will come of it. This might be the last time I step foot in one of their stores.

    I went to the store and wanted to buy a certain Maytag washer and dryer. The salesperson insisted I buy another brand. They told me Maytag it was a special order. I ended up buying what I wanted from Home Depot at a better price. On another occasion I went with my daughter to buy her a computer. Of course, they did not have it in stock. They told us to fill a form whereas we would be contacted when the item was back in stock again. After waiting for a month, we decided to buy the item from Amazon. Had it within days.     I purchased all new kitchen appliances. The microwave stopped one week from the end of warranty. They delayed getting back to me and when they did, I was told it was out of warranty. I finally got them to come to my home three weeks later to fix it. It needed two switches. They had to order the parts. Three times they set up appointments to come back and three times they didn't show as "the parts are not in." A big joke. Their corporate number is another joke as they just hang up on you. I never received a confirmation email so I called the customer service number to ask about my order. The woman was so rude! I was told that this is Brandsmart and we don't sent confirmation emails that I would hear from them the day before the delivery was scheduled.     I bought a set of what should be a set of Leather Couch at Brands Mart Saw Grass Mills after doing business with them for years, every Electrical Appliances in my house I purchase them at Brandsmart. This time around I am a dissatisfied customer, the Material is not Leather as stated but Vinyl and strip and cracked up, within a short period. I Called. Made Complained. They send out someone with parts. He came out. Patch up a little part of it then leave, telling me they ordered the wrong parts for over seven months I have been waiting. The repairman leave everything on the floor. Also the wrong parts that were ordered by them in the middle of my house with all the tacks that were taken out. Also the piece of parts that were taken off. I am presently calling CHANNEL 7- Howard Fleckenstein and CHANNEL 10 investigative line.

    Also I am thinking about "SUING" Brandsmart, I have pictures of how this man left my house. Also the crappy job that were done. No one follow up to see if my job was done, I am a poor man but I am prepared to fight Brandsmart to make sure someone else don't get the kind of treatment that I am presently experience.

    Brandsmart I would not recommend to my enemy at this time but I am still hoping someone will listen and attend to my plight, my wife is having a hard comprehending with Brandsmart representatives.

    I wish I could give them a minus (-) 100. I purchased 4 products from Brandsmart. Each product was purchased individually, paid for individually online. Two of the products were delivered correctly to Fort Lauderdale and Sunrise addresses. The other 2 products were delivered to an incorrect apartment # in Tampa. I have been calling their Customer Service Dept. since 12/3, 12/4, 12/7, and today, called the Sunrise store and asked for a store manager and was redirected to their "corporate office," which is nothing more than their HORRIBLE Call Center.

    The 1st time I called on 12/3, the lady who answered had the audacity to tell me that it was MY fault the products in Tampa got lost, because I "didn't clear" the apartment field. That is just a plain, stupid excuse when I paid using 4 separate transactions. I told her that's not my problem. When I entered my correct apartment # the system should have saved it. She got angry at me (I have the phone call recorded) and started to tell me that it's NOT their fault. I got upset and asked her to send me to a Manager, where then she hung up on me. I called back, got another representative and asked for a manager, and was hung up again. I was in tears.

    The total of purchases was close to $80-$90 dollars and were gifts for my children. I called their Sunrise Store, and they told me to call "Corporate." I've called their "Corporate line," which is nothing but the SAME customer service line and have been hung up again, or transferred to some unknown holding line and have held as long as 1 hour. This is the WORST experience I've had. I have reported them to BBB and will be reporting them to my bank as fraud as Brandsmart refuses to refund my money or replace the items. I will never buy from Brandsmart. They should be sued, and charged with fraudulent business activities and unfair trade practices.

    I purchased a refrigerator online. I was told it was to be delivered to me today, November 30. I received a call yesterday that it would be delivered today between 4 and 7. When I asked if they could deliver it on Friday, I was told that it would have to wait until next Thursday, so I said to deliver it today. The person hung up without saying anything. So I called twice yesterday and confirmed it. I rescheduled my plans for today for the delivery. And hey, NOBODY SHOWED UP. When I called your 800 number, and waited an eternity before I was able to talk to someone. When I was finally able to I was told it was rescheduled for next week. Who rescheduled it? I got into a disagreement with one of your employees when I called to confirm. Did she reschedule it on purpose just to get back at me? What kind of incompetent people do you have working for you?     It has been the worst place I have bought. First I will buy a table where the sample was white and when the person who assisted me put it in the system she did not ask me the color I wanted. I very quiet after doing a line of 20 minutes and having paid my tablet I realize that the color is black, I returned to do the line and the cashier told me that I had to go back with the person who had helped me so that I changed, and this person told me that I had to go with customer service so they would change it, all this on a Black Friday.

    I looked for another person to help me because customer service was not open. This person without even looking at the receipt I canceled the order and in that moment the person who was helping me before arrived and told him that there were no white tables that were all black. The person had already canceled the order and broken it until the receipt and they had to look for the information through the store. Everything was a tremendous confusion and the height of everything is that this last person that supposedly helps me was the manager of the store. It has been really disappointing.

    Purchased a stackable washer and dryer from Brandsmart USA. Their item was cheap and that's what I got most like a defective item. I had it installed by Brandsmart USA, it was installed wrong. They had me initial if everything was fine. DUH! I am not a technician it looks like it is installed and they make you initial and talk to someone. Dryer went out then the washer several times got damaged. The technicians in my opinion don't know what they are doing. They say they will call, they don't and if they do they cancel or don't show up. Today it's been a month and a half and they just called to tell me they have the wrong part. Two weeks ago they said I wasn't home, nobody called. I was home all day. Nobody called and I have security cameras. Nobody showed up. They lie and lie.

    The service provider is Brandsmart USA, a suggestion FIRE the whole group and rehire competent individuals or get out of the service aspect of the business. It's the moral when it is cheap, question it. I would go to another store, Warrantech is great with the service provider Brandsmart that must be replaced. Few ready these complaints, if you do after the fact contact me and I would be more than glad to formally place a legal dispute against Brandsmart. I have be washing at a laundromat for a month, and nobody cares. By the way, they don't care if you complain in writing. They welcomed it, it doesn't affect them. RUN! I am doing you all a favor.

    My review is exactly like to one dated June 17, 2017. I went to Brandsmart for the very first time on 10/7/17 to buy a 49" 4K TV. Paid cash for it. Got it home and horizontal and vertical lines showed on the screen. Called back the next morning as soon as they opened and took it back to the Doraville, GA store where I was met with immediate suspicion from the clerk and then David **, electronics manager. Even though it says on the receipt that it was his discretion as to whether he would take it back, he said he chose not to because I had cracked the screen.

    I tried to convince him that I didn't damage the TV, but his response to me was, "well we didn't either" and dismissed me just like that. Now I'm stuck with a new TV that I cannot watch. Something should be done about their practices. This is totally wrong. They're just robbing people by selling damaged and sub-standard products and refusing to give you an exchange or refund. No wonder their stores are going out of business. I hope all of them do.

    I have the worse experience with the Department of Service and Repairs whatsoever!!! The technician was very unprofessional even broke parts inside the cooktop, he was not handling the cooktop properly and broke the cotton inside that is between the upper glass and the heating plate. I have a video that proves all the above mentioned. My claim was made on September 13, 2017 is been over 13 days without the possibility to have a hot meal at home and the claim still in process, Brandsmart service center are the worst, they even hang the phone to me, we have tried in all ways to speak with a supervisor, they do not have supervisors available ever, the tell you they will call you back and that hasn't happened either.     This is the worst place to buy, is like selling your soul to the devil and never getting it back. To charge you and make you make your payments on time they are number one but for them to help you in any small way they are the last person to talk to. Bad customer service. They should either train them again or fire them all and get professional to do that kind of job. I have been waiting 3 weeks on a response on a sectional sofa that I bought no more than 1 month ago and they don't want to either exchange it nor credit it back. They want to repair it which is ridiculous to do so.

    It broke down but the funny thing they told me to call the factory or the company where they purchase it to sell it to us and to demand an exchange. I told them I bought it in Brandsmart.     I bought a dryer last week and they delivered it last Friday with the wrong cord. They lied to me that they will send someone to come fix it just so I can sign and receive the dryer. I called them more than 20 times and they kept hanging up the phone and transferring my calls all over. I finally called their corporate office and did not even get an apology. But anyways, they transferred me back to the store and I finally spoke to someone today. So I have to wait for another 4 days to have someone come fix and hook it up.     Called the warranty company last April because my refrigerator was making loud roaring noises. Was transferred to another number who scheduled an appointment to come out. No one ever came out. After a few days, the refrigerator stopped roaring so I left the issue alone. Here we are 4 months later and my refrigerator is totally dead. I called Platinum Services who is the company contracted to fix my refrigerator and was told that no one could come out for another week because of the Labor Day holiday.

    A week passed, someone came out, pulled the refrigerator from the wall, then turns and says "Oh it's the compressor. We ordered the part last week because this has been an ongoing problem with this model." I thought to myself, wow either this guy is psychic or full of BS. If you already knew what was going on why didn't you bring the part with you? He then proceeds to tell me that it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the part in. Here we are, another week, I have to refrigerate my insulin using a cooler packed with ice which is unreliable. I call Warrentech and get absolutely no remorse for my issue and essentially was just told to wait some more. I was also told that any refrigerated medicine that was lost is not included in the reimbursement. I am so disappointed in both companies. I definitely will not shop at Brandsmart again.

    I called Brandsmart in early 2016 to make a claim on my $485 dishwasher which failed. They advised me that the warranty had expired. I could not find the paper work, but reiterated that thought I had bought an extended warranty. Said No. Then in early June I got a call from Warrantech who provides the warranty for them and they ask me did I not want to renew my warranty on it as it would expire in a few weeks.

    I recalled BS who then did own up to the fact that my warranty was still in effect. They gave me a claim number and said a repair service provider would call me and make arrangements for service. They never called. Getting back with them sometime later, they said that I was not in the right area to receive their service and gave me the number of Jiffy Appliance repair service. Trying to reach these people took a monumental effort. No answer at the published number except for a voice mail that said they would return the call in 24 hrs. Didn't call for some time, but when they did they missed me, now requiring me to call them back and get no answer, with the claim that they would call me back "within 24 hrs".

    After repeated complaints to BS and Warrantech, I finally got a repair man to appear. He said it was a electrical module, would order and be back the next week. Never showed until I went through the loop with Warrantech and Jiffy again. Finally came out, now after the warranty expired. The repair according to Warrantech would now extend the warranty 60 days after the repair. The fix lasted about 4 weeks then the same failure occurred. Have been wrestling with them getting different answers every time I call.

    Jiffy Appliance will not return my calls. I called to Brandsmart 9-2 and complained. The attendant in the call center said they did not service Georgia any longer and I would have to deal with Warrantech who keep giving me a conflicting answer every time I call. No wonder the company (BS) is going out of business. I wouldn't buy a AA battery from them. I have no idea where Warrantech will take us and if I will ever get through to Jiffy Appliance, which have no rating with the Better Business Bureau. Claim #**.

    Please note that I am writing this as I am holding for someone to answer me at customer service! I wonder if anyone from the Brandsmart Company actually reads how people review them. Or are they making so much money that it does not matter? We have purchased a washer dryer at the store last week, set to be delivered today. The driver show up today, wanting to deliver from the front of the store "because it is closer". We informed him that deliveries happen from the back. At this point he was already irritated by us. He then went to the room where we are installing the washer and dryer and instead of explaining to us that our water supply does not match the hose and he has no adapter he waved the hose and kept asking me, "Where do you want me to put that?" Am I supposed to know? Am I supposed to accept his sarcasm?

    After a few minutes of being treated with no respect and lots of bad attitude he left and told me, " I need to get a plumber". At this point I expected he will bring in the washer dryer I ordered, leave it to me to install. He actually left without even delivering, I then called customer service, who was not trained to say any "please, thank you, can you please hold, sorry for the bad experience you are having" or anything a good call center usually learns to say. Their rude supervisor then insisted that the driver left my area and WILL NOT DELIVER UNTIL THURSDAY. I then proceeded to tell them I don't want it anymore, and want my money back. They also refused to do that. "Until the truck is back with the appliance". Although they know it is coming back.

    I called them early evening (now as I am writing this). After waiting for 20-30 minutes I got transferred without being listened to only to be hung up at. I called after that 5 times where I was hung up on without being even answered. That was 6 missed opportunities to be spoken to without any respect or professionalism. By the way I wrote this entire review without being answered. No. But seriously, improve your customer service, this is embarrassing in this day and age.

    Worst experience ever!! Trying to use extended warranty I paid for to fix ice maker and what a nightmare!! Showed up without a call, I was at work. Then they call and say they'll be at my home in a 30 minutes, rush home, two hours later still waiting. 8 phone calls later!!! Brandsmart transfers me to the Warrentech who transfers me back to Brandsmart. They either hang up or just transfer!! I finally spoke with an agent at Warrentech who felt so bad, he placed me on hold and tried to contact Brandsmart directly to help. He was also disconnected 3 times. He is escalating my concerns, but I doubt there will be any response. It also took a week to get the appointment scheduled and they don't show. Don't buy the extended warranties from Brandsmart if this is how they treat the customer!! I will never purchase anything at Brandsmart again!!

    I purchased an air conditioning unit for my apt... It's a wall unit and I purchased a Friedrich brand in November 2015... From having had problems with other units in the past I knew I had to purchase an extended warranty on my unit just in case it stops working... Fast forward my unit worked very well until a year and a half later... It stopped working. I couldn't believe it... But I had an extended warranty which I was so happy I purchased...

    So I call Warrantech which is the name of the warranty company to file a claim and although Warrantech seems to be on the up and up they are very slow... However Brandsmart is the worst... So I schedule a repairman to repair my unit and this was on a Monday. They wanted to schedule a service appointment for 2 weeks later... Yes believe it... I said "Oh no I need to have my air fixed. I live in South Florida." So the scheduling department says "Okay hold on... They have that Thursday available..." I said fine... That's all they had and I had to miss work that day to wait for him...

    This repairman's name was Miguel and at first he was really nice, comes over and takes out the unit and says "Oh I see the problem. It's your capillary tubing (it's a copper tubing that helps to cool the unit)... And it's shot... I have to order a new part for you..." I said "You drive this big van and you don't carry this in your van..." "No I don't" he said it has to be ordered... I was so mad... As this is going on 4 without air... So he says he will order the part and to call on Monday to have someone install it... So now I know it's going to be several more days with no air conditioner... Keep in mind I have ceiling fans but they don't produce the cold air I really need when it's 90 degrees outside. I live in South Florida...

    Fast forward to Monday I call Brandsmart service repair department only to hear that Miguel never ordered the part he was going to order. I was furious at this point and furthermore Miguel said my unit was being repaired from another company... Real nice guy huh... Such a liar and so unprofessional... He didn't care what he told his boss. He will tell them anything... So I have to straighten this mess only to have them get the part I need to order and wait even longer... And was told to then wait 5 days which I did and called to ask if my part arrived only to find out my part was discontinued and my unit could not be repaired...

    I am beyond furious at this point but you have to understand I am poor... I couldn't afford to just buy another unit... So I have to go through this entire process with Warrantech now... They have to replace my unit now that it can't be repaired which they have been accommodating so far... However it's a long wait with them too... They are replacing my unit with another brand which is fine but the journey I had to take to get where I am is a nightmare. NO ONE calls you to tell you anything. The repairman lied... If I didn't pursue in making the calls to call them and find out the status I would have NOTHING right now... And currently I still don't but I have another week I have to wait...

    My new unit will be in the store for pickup this week I hope... I don't know what day as I call every day to ask if my confirmation number is in the system yet... I can't pick it up until my confirmation number from Warrantech is in their system... By the time I get my unit and have my neighbor install it... It will be a 5 weeks from the day it broke down to the day I got it... It's 5 weeks way too long... And I will never go through this again... Can't wait until I can afford a nice apt with central a.c... I hate wall units. They really suck... I hope this review helps...

    To briefly describe my experience I bought a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator at Brandsmart in Stockbridge GA. Both times I was quoted a time window and the driver failed to deliver the items within the time that they promised. I intentionally had someone come over my house between the two hour time limit and the driver did not get there until 2 hours outside the window. I feel this is unacceptable because it wasted my time. I would let it go but it happened once before. I think they need a smoother process.

    I went into the Brandsmart store in Miami Gardens or Opa-Locka the one next to the Palmetto on 5/21/2017 to purchase a comfortable mattress. There we were helped by a Christian ** who was very energetic but quite annoying at the same time. He did not let us enjoy viewing all other options and kept telling us to try this one, lay down, try that one, lay down, it was super annoying. At one point he told me to lay down while he takes my 2 older daughters away for a while, which in his way it maybe meant something funny but in my way I saw it as he was a freak and a pedophile and he should not use those words ever again if he claims to be customer service. I told my daughters to stay away from him.

    Anyhow to hurry up and get his sale we requested a memory foam and he ended up getting us a hard and uncomfortable Innerspring mattress, and not even being more than 5 days I called to see if they can help us and I spoke to him again when I called and he told me he would have his manager call me, this was around 12:30 PM my lunch time. I ended up calling at 6:10 PM because as unprofessional as it is I never got a call. I spoke to a department manager who claimed to be Curtis which I didn't know his name until after 7 minutes into the call because he didn't even introduce himself correctly (lack of customer service). Curtis did not let me explain not one time why I felt the need to return the mattress that his sales guy put the incorrect mattress in the system. I understand there is a 0 return policy but I just got the horrible thing on Sunday, something should have been done to help me.

    IT'S CALLED COMFORT EXCHANGE and I have heard of that in a lot of stores they provide COMFORT EXCHANGE. Anything to see a happy customer. Curtis kept overtalking me never let me speak, he was very unprofessional and rude, trying to get me out the phone. He told me to call corporate but if he can't help me and he was rude I can only imagine what people I would speak to in corporate, most likely the same way as Curtis because if he was trained that way then I can only imagine upper management speaking to me that way as well. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I HAVE A MATTRESS FROM HELL THAT I DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST. I called the manufacturer and they also told me that Brandsmart should have given me a COMFORT EXCHANGE.     I purchased a 5 year warranty on a $3000 LG refrigerator in July 2012. 6 days ago, it just quit cooling. I called the number for Warrantech (warranty co extended plan purchased from). A date was set for repair 2 days later by BrandsMart. The day of the service, I received a call that my zip code is not serviced by BrandsMart any longer. They advised I call Warrantech back. They gave me a repair company in GA (Best Appliances). I called them to make sure we were scheduled. I was told they are too far from me and they do not have a tech to come to my home. He stated he MAY be able to get to it by the end of the month. That is unacceptable and no definite date could be set.

    Called Warrantech back and was advised BrandsMart will service my appliance. Stated I would get a phone call in a couple of days to schedule my appointment. Again received a call that BrandsMart does not service my zip code. Now back at Warrantech and was advised my file was being sent to a service tech and would be called in a couple of days. I have been without a refrigerator for 7 days now. I have spent hours on the phone and waiting for return calls. Still no definitive date for repair. Store near me closed several years ago. If it was next door to me, I would not grace their doors again.

    I had such a bad experience at Brandsmart (Palmetto) that I promised myself never to buy anything there anymore, I don't even care if the prices are cheaper. I bought a Canon printer at a very good price, I thought, because when I got home and was ready to connect the printer to my computer I noticed that it didn't have the cord to connect it to the computer, I checked everything and no cord, plus it didn't bring ink cartridges. Well to my surprise I read the tag attached to the printer which said that those things were not included, I had no use for a printer like that.

    I put it aside and a week later I went to the store for a refund or to exchange it, well to my surprise after waiting about 45 minutes the guy who was to help me, told me that he couldn't take it back and let me have a refund or anything. I asked to speak to the manager, and she was right there next to him and she told me the same thing, I told her I have the receipt, and she told me that no exchanges or refunds after a week and that 8 days or so passed by. I told her but I don't want it, I rather buy one with everything, not one that I have to be buying a cord and ink cartridges. It will be more expensive than buying a complete one, she refused to help me and said that that was it.

    Of course I felt very insulted and told her to keep it with receipt and all and left the store letting them know that I will never buy anything at that store or in any other Brandsmart. Easy for them to sell a piece of garbage and later telling us that they don't have a 30 days policy. I just want to let everyone know to be careful when buying there. Customer service are unfriendly, they don't even bother with you after you already spend the money on their useless stuff.

    I am unhappy and hot. I bought an AC unit Friedrich 24000 BTU on Dec 29 2015. By April it was not working well. They sent someone to the house. He looked at it and said it was working. Sometimes, the unit works until the hot of day and shuts down with ch34 code on the screen. The repair service wanted $75 per day to rent unit while they repaired mine. I bought a LG front load washer and dryer. And I purchased 5 year warranty for peace of mind. From day one the washer seemed out of balance. So they came out twice (a driver) and tried to level it. Still not right. So many calls to BrandsMart. They tell me at the store I'll have to have service to come fix the problem. I say ok and get transferred to service.

    Well they come on the phone, I explained my problem and she says, "No worries. Let's get someone out to fix it. So I start giving my address. When I get to my zip, I'm told they don't service my area. What is that? I buy a service plan that's no good. So I call BrandsMart again. I'm told again service will need to fix it. I explain that I was told you don't cover my area. He says, "That's not possible. We're nationwide." So how do I get my washer fixed? Do not buy from this establishment. You will regret it.

    On October 2015 we purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer with extended 5 year warranty. On October 2016 the washer would not spin. Therefore I contacted customer service to place a service call and scheduled for technician to come. I had to miss work the first time to wait for technician, when he arrived he took his time to check machine only to tell me he needs to order a part that was missing. He said he was going to order the part and once it arrives they would contact me to schedule repairs.

    It took him 2 weeks to come back and then tell me that unfortunately he was not able to repair because the washer needed additional parts he will need to order. Another 2 weeks went by and I had to be following up to make sure they schedule the service. The 3rd time he came he then told me that he was going to report that machine needed to be replaced because while he was installing a part he broke another that was not repairable. I then contacted customer service to inquire about the process of getting a new machine. They informed me that there was no such report of machine not being repairable. That Samsung manufacturing was going to send that part that was broken and that this would be a 2-man job.

    I scheduled service once they said parts were in. I missed work AGAIN and they contacted me on the same day at the last minute that one of the technician had an accident on another job and was not able to make it. I then had to wait for 3 weeks because they did not have a Saturday available because of the upcoming Holidays. We scheduled for the next available Saturday they had on 1/21/2017 and to my surprise they contacted me on the same day that the technician was not going to make it because he had to go to the Hospital and they had no one available in my area. Therefore we scheduled for Friday 1/27/2017. Once again I had to miss work and they did not call or came to service my washer.

    I got a refrigerator in August 2016. By December 2016, the door panel was not working properly. It was before the holidays. I called the service department, they said they would send someone and gave me a 5 hour window!!! The whole morning! I had to take a half day off from work. A person did show up during the time they said; however, when he got there, the door panel WAS working. Knowing my luck, I had taken a picture of what it looked like when it wasn't. It took him 10 sec. to look at my picture to determine what was wrong. I could have sent that picture to someone when I called!!! I did not have to take several hours off from work, especially knowing that when the part came, I would have to take time off from work again. COME ON! The only reason why I can buy a refrigerator is because I have a job and that's the way I want to keep it!

    I was told it would take 5-10 business days to order and get the part. Being the holidays, I waited until the 10 days had passed. When I called Brandsmart, I was told there was a backup order on the part and that I would have to wait about 3 more weeks. It had already been almost 3 weeks since I had reported the problem. What the heck! I'm paying for this piece of garbage and they cannot do anything for me! The Brandsmart rep told me she had contacted LG to ask about the part and would get back with me within the next 24-48 hours. Of course, she did not, so I called Brandsmart again to be told I had to call LG myself to see if they could do anything for me. I did and I was told I had to send proof of purchase and wait 5-7 more business days. At this point I'm screaming at the LG rep. What the hell!!! Couldn't I have sent that two freaking weeks ago???

    Brandsmart might be cheaper than other appliance stores, but as far as I'm concerned, this is the last time I buy anything from them. When the appliances break down within the warranty period, the company does not have an efficient way of dealing with the situation, something I have found to be unprofessional and inconsiderate to the customers. So, if you get anything from them, cross your fingers it will work and that you will not have to deal with their service department.

    After being waiting 6 week for my refrigerator, I had to call Brandsmart (us1 & 158 st Miami) to find out what was going on. They told it would get delivery on Friday. Then called me Thursday to tell me they could not do it till Saturday. Then Saturday Dec 31, I did not go to the party I was suppose to because I was waiting for my $2000 refrigerator that was suppose to arrive between 4-8pm.

    Well the 2 contractors showed up and before anything they started to give excuses to not bring the refrigerator to the 2nd floor where I live and I already had told to the salesman and was in their ticket. According to them they need 3 peoples and his boss only sent 2. After 30 min in the phone trying to find a guilty and me trying to find a solution and they refusing to cooperate they left with my refrigerator. My salesman never answered the phone, a manager offered me a $100 rebate for the inconvenience, really?? That will fix it for you? He said, "That's the best I can do for you."     DON'T shop at BrandsMart USA, specially the South Dade Store. They have the WORST customer service. Actually, I can't call it customer service. They mistreat the customers by not taking responsibility. After having trouble with the delivery service, the store's manager Joe ** and his employee Veronica ** promised me they would send a delivery service on Saturday, December 16. The delivery service NEVER contacted us. I went back to the store and Joe ** and Veronica ** could not recall what they promise the night before. Joe **, the "manager", implies that I was a liar.     To aware all the clients. Don't let the salesman fool you. I bought 2 TVs and 2 mounts. Then the salesman told me he was giving me 2 FREE screen cleaners. Then I found on my receipt I was charged for them $10.00. Called and someone on that department answered me who was very rude and told me "You want to return them and I can raised the TV $20.00" (which was a "discount" they did in one of them). I asked to be transfer to the salesperson and surprise they told the salesperson was not able to be located. Literally I was forced to buy something I DON'T USE since I clean my TVs normally.

    I have been a customer of Brandsmart USA for more than 10 years. Over the years I have received emails from them. Recently I decided I no longer wanted them so I clicked "unsubscribe." That takes you to a "Manage Your Subscription Services" page. You are REQUIRED to complete your email address, first and last name, zip code and birth date. So I did. Needless to say the emails continued. Then I telephoned and was told it would be taken care of within 48 hours. It wasn't.     It took me a few purchases to figure it out, but they seem to sell used appliances and label them as new and try to trick you into thinking you are buying new products by having them in the original packaging. I bought a window A/C and it had mold from the beginning and the vents in the back were bent and the unit had scratches on it. I returned it as it was clearly used and got another unit that was a bit suspicious and ended up having mold too. I thought it was just coincidence and maybe the mold came from my side.

    Months later my parents bought a refrigerator that ended up having many issues and was clearly used. They also bought a television from brandsmart that had some voltage back feeding issues that destroyed a ps3. Fast forward two years, I buy a portable A/C unit that had multiple scratches out of the box and a few noise and cooling issues. It was definitely used. A week ago I visited a friend who was installing a new dishwasher they got from brandsmart. It had rust on the bottom, multiple scratches on the back and was filled with mold on the inside. All this right out of the box. That is when it finally clicked.

    I am convinced they sell refurbished/used products and don't tell anyone, just sell it to you at "great prices". You are not getting great prices, you are getting refurbished garbage. Definitely inspect any appliance you buy from them closely. Nothing should have multiple scratches/dings and bends right out of the box. Don't write it off, you probably got ripped off and were sold a used/refurbished unit. Just be vigilant if you decide to buy from this place.

    Imagine how upset I am to take my time to write this review on a Sunday evening, but I feel a responsibility towards other to keep them informed. I will summarize a 6 month nightmare in a few words if possible. Allow to start by saying that this is my own individual experience and it is not meant to be a generalization of Brandsmart services but just the chance of being in my shoes is worth and double thought.

    Let's start: Oct 2014: I purchased a GE washer and dryer and purchased and paid a 5 year "TOP TECH Protection" plan from Brandsmart number ** so to "save money, time and have ease of service and flexibility" as their pamphlet stated. Mar 6 2016: the washer started leaking. I of course called my protection plan number 1800 228-2731 that would answer "Brandsmart customer service". Between that day and Jul 7, 2016 at least 3 different companies with a 1-2 week time difference (it seems they had no rush of course) were sent to fix washer without success (of course meanwhile washer could no be used). Between Jul to Aug 2016 I spent countless time on the telephone back and forth repeating the story and giving details of every unsuccessful visit at many customer service numbers.

    By late Aug 2016 I requested washer to be replaced and I was informed that a "Exchange" had been approved, just to find out later that there was a report that indicated that the washer had been fixed!! What a bad joke!!! By early Sep 2016 I was directed to call a customer relation department at a "corporate level", specifically to a lady by the name of Magy (I will be respectful of her last name). I left several messages and explained the situation to her (yes again). She asked me for a couple of days to review the case but did not hear from her for more than a week.

    When I called her again, yes I had to repeat the story again. A few minutes later she called me back to let me know that I would have to call the very first telephones I had been calling for months for them to schedule a repair visit (yes this is +6 month since I reported the washer was not working). At that point I just told her to expect this review and of course I would never step into one of Brandsmart stores again and I hanged up. I invite you to draw your own conclusion as to if this is a service that you would like to receive and an experience you would like to come across, I doubt it. Be really Smart!!

He told me to call customer service. They told me to go to the store and they told me the installer had to call me. Then speaking to the store manager he told me, he was busy.     I called to submit a claim for my tv. I was told that I would receive a phone call in 1 to 2 business days. At the end of day three still no phone call. I had to initiate the process and make that phone call to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and inspect my TV. My initial call was placed on August 6, 2016. I got an appointment on August 20, 2016 which the repairman said it would take approximately five days to receive the part. He was here for a total of four minutes. At day six I still received no phone call regarding said part and again initiated the phone call only to find out that the part has not been ordered Until four days after the inspector was here. I received a tracking number for the part and was told that once the part is in I will receive a phone call from the scheduling department to schedule the repair.

    Today is August 31 and I have yet to receive a phone call. This morning I again initiated a phone call. After calling the scheduling department they redirected me to customer service which redirected me to scheduling department. I then spoke with an individual that told me the part came in last night. I swiftly corrected the customer service individual to let her know that I in fact had a tracking number and it arrived on the 29th at 10:18 in the morning... And that I have confirmation that an individual with the last name of ** signed for it and now that I know you have the part I want to schedule an appointment.

    Somehow I was told that they could come out tomorrow to repair the television and a service technician would call me tonight between six and eight to schedule that for tomorrow. Overall I was on hold multiple times. I called for over 30 minutes many times without receiving any quality information or service. In the future I will not be making any large purchases from Brandsmart due to my experience. The aggravation is not worth my time or effort.

    Updated on 09/27/2016: I was told that I was given an option of store credit for $588 or another Samsung TV and was given a model number. I asked the representative what the difference was from my TV. She declined to go into detail and told me that I had to go into the store and see for myself. Additionally she told me I had 48 hrs to make my decision. I looked it up and found it was a curved TV. I immediately called back in less than an hour and told the service representative that I decline the offer that a curved TV is NOT comparable to what I had... and reminded them that my contract stated that I would be offered a comparable TV as per my extended service contract that I purchased above and beyond the purchase price of my original TV.

    After declining the offer as stated above I was told that I would be contacted in 3-5 days. I again, never received a call and called in. I was told that no answer was given and that an email would be sent to ask for a status update. This was on September 16, 2016 and was told I would again receive a call once a decision was made. I called Saturday September 24, 2016. Still no decision. I called again Monday September 26, 2016 and was told that the only thing they are offering is a store credit for $588. I again declined this offer as per my service contract I am to be offered a comparable television and not just a store credit for half of what my tv was worth.

    Terrible customer service department! Contacted the company on 8/8/16 requesting service for my Kitchen Aid refrigerator with an extended warranty because it is not cooling. All food items had to be thrown away. Since then, I have contacted the service department every day and have been put on extended hold then told the replacement part was received today and that I should get a call within the next 24 hours. I never receive a call! I have left my contact information several times for Eddie and Maggie (so called service managers) and I have yet to receive a call back to get a status report as to when my refrigerator will be repaired.

    My experience with them has been horrible and I would have gladly purchased from a competitor if I had known better. I purchased a New washer and dryer from Brandsmart along with the extended warranty for a few hundred additional dollars. The product failed on me this month while still in warranty. I called the service department (Whose administration is managed by a third party company Named warrantech.com) to file a claim for support.

    They told me service would be dispatched a week later on the 16th but they would tell me what time or time frame of the day. Their policy is to call you the EVENING prior to inform you of which day they will provide service. This is wildly inconvenient to the working class to schedule around but obviously Brandsmart and Warrantech does not care. So on the 15th we were to expect a call between 6p to 8p. We called the service center 1-800-228-2731 at 8pm after not receiving a call and was told to wait until 9pm. We received no call and called back at 9am and was told to call the service center. Called the service center. Message comes up stating they closed at 6pm. On the expected day of service we received no call and their technician did not show. So my whole day that I took off for this service was wasted.

    The next day (Aug 17th) after the service was support to occur; their tech calls me in the middle of the day and states he will be to my home in 20 min. I was at this time not able to be at the home as no one contacted me to tell me they would be a day late for service. They closed the service request without any follow-up communication and no one contacted me.

    I attempted to call their support line again to speak to service management and could not get one on the phone. The hold /wait times are horrible. After waiting for around 30 min today for the service center someone picks up the phone and immediately hung up on me while I was calmly asking if this was the right service center. I called back waited forever again. Their scheduling group told me a supervisor was not available and would not allow me to wait for one. She could not hold with me while a supervisor became available. It has been several weeks now and still no call from their service department and my equipment is still broke. I will never buy from them again. Claim number ** (STILL UNRESOLVED). TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN FAR AWAY.

    The extended warranty sounds great when the salesperson is telling you what is covered and all work is performed by Brandsmart. This protection plan is pure garbage as one has to wait on hold for extended periods of time to speak with an operator. Then to be on hold again to get with a person in scheduling. Then again on hold for a service tech availability to schedule a date and time. This operation is a carbon copy of how Adelphia Cable customer service operates. So, don't think you are getting a good deal at Brandsmart. Pay the extra and go to Lowe's or Sears, for appliances, which respect your time and operates a whole lot better.

    I purchased a complete appliances package from Brandsmart in 1994 and swore to myself after that purchase that I would never again buy from Brandsmart, due to the poor customer service then. However, my wife thought it might of changed and again we purchased a complete appliance package on May 2014, but history is repeating itself again. Terrible repair warranty service. Never Again!

    BrandsMart has had a long history of poor customer service and poor products - it is unfortunate I fell in the "YOU DIDN'T CHECK BRANDSMART"? trap... It is a trap - DO NOT GO TO BRANDSMART unless you are purchasing something that you don't care about the long term value and you don't need the warranty backed up. Buy if you're shipping to Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, the Islands ... anywhere but here! Their products are of poor quality and they do not stand behind their warranty. The store people are rude, the managers are rude and their customer service - the absolute worst! I just purchased an LG Stove that has electrical problems since Day 2.     While shopping in this store I overheard employees talking about a customer they had waited on. When asked how it turned out a member of this sales staff stated that the customer tried to "Jew Him Down". He stated this loudly, boldly and without any hesitation. He did not look over his shoulder first, he did not lean forward and put his hand to his my and whisper. He stood strong and without hesitation used a slur that is rarely heard in private or in public but especially not in the work place. I asked this employee for his name and he told me it was Mike **.     I bought a refrigerator in Brandsmart with my 3yrs warranty, the warranty expired in February 2016. My refrigerator broke May 4, 2016. Immediately I was given the information for the Brandsmart Service Center, providing I pay for service on my refrigerator. I have paid what I was told. It has now been almost 4 months and my refrigerator is still broken. Brandsmart customer service always transfers calls to the service center and they leave you on hold for sometimes an hour. And they say it's not the right dept and they transfer to the parts and scheduling dept. That hold is also an hour hold. After 50 or so calls, I stopped calling and called Corporate. Corporate takes no responsibility and send my calls back to the service. EYDE BOWE is vice president of customer service. But she has yet to speak to me. I am seeking legal action against Brandsmart.

    RUN AWAY FROM THIS UNACCOUNTABLE, LOW LEVEL, GROSSLY NEGLIGENT PLACE! I purchased a split air conditioner with an extended warranty in Sept. 2014. I picked it up and had it installed professionally by a licensed electrician. It broke about 1 year later due to defective parts. My first call to Brandsmart was April 04, 2016.

    Today is July 05, 2016. IT HAS BEEN IN THE 90 DEGREES FOR MONTHS here in Florida and the air conditioner still is not resolved. I asked Brandsmart to replace it after they had changed both the condenser and compressor, each tech stated that there was a different cause and each time I had to wait for weeks, call everyday, wait on hold constantly and l even lost time from work waiting for techs. They finally said that they will give me a 'store credit' or after another week of mediating this issue, they said they would replace the unit... if and only if I uninstall the unit from the hole in the wall that was made for the air conditioner, take it to their store, pick up the replacement and hire my own electrician and pay for the re installation. This is completely unreasonable, unethical, irresponsible and grossly negligent. They should be prosecuted.

    While shopping I passed a group (4 or 5 b) of Salespeople standing in front of a 75 inch TV. One man was describing his experience with a customer he just finished with and he stated loudly and with no shame that the customer "** me down." Before I left I went back found the salesperson asked him for help (pretending to be interested in a TV) and asked his name. He told me it was Mike **. Just to be clear and try to allow the store to verify this encounter I have included his name and where he was standing. It was after 6 pm on Friday 6/30.

    Mike ** has a Caribbean accent, wears glasses and looks like he is in his late 50's. Even more disturbing was the reaction from his co-workers. They did nothing and this shows, to me , that this is an acceptable behavior. After 25 years will never go to any BrandsMart Store. To be honest I never liked it to begin with, but if you don't mind terrible service it was a place to get deals. Now with price matching there is no need to go there anyway. I will be finding any and all websites that I can find to right about this.

    I purchased a washing machine in 2014 that BM won't fix or replace. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind the product or send out repairpersons in a timely time. Within a month of the last repair, they are sending someone out with the parts in 2 weeks!!! That means 2 weeks of laundry at a laundromat, which is a huge expense. We already did this for 2 weeks a month ago. This is all regarding the machine and nothing to do with us. Horrible!!! I am in tears writing this.

    When visiting the Sawgrass Mills store, I attempted to purchase a Karaoke that was listed for a labeled price. I was advised by an agent that the price was not for that item. When asked to speak to a store manager I got a lead who clearly told me nothing can be done after he removed the label that was there. I called corporate who asked me to speak to the general manager which I did and got a second manager who still didn't resolve my problem.     How shady is Brandsmart?!?! Here's the issue... My husband bought an item at Brandsmart and returned it within the proper return time. They handed him a receipt with big, bold letters on top that says "CREDIT" and it was a credit for the full amount back to his credit card. He checked the next statement for the credit and it wasn't there yet. He then checked the current statement and still no credit. He called his credit card and they are going to open a dispute but here is the interesting part.

    He called Brandsmart and after putting him on hold multiple times, the girl comes back and says "Oh, you needed to take that receipt to a cashier so that she could complete the credit process." But no one at any point during the return informed him of that. This got him thinking...how many people do they do this to that don't bother to check their statements? Not only that but the girl on the phone says to him, "We get a lot of these calls every day." So they know what they are doing and they don't tell the customer about the proper process for the credit in hopes that you don't check your statement and they then keep your monies. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HUH!!!

Today, May 4, I received a call from your office confirming you cancelled my order because you do not have it in stock. I tried to call you to find any other way to solve this problem but they put me on hold for more than an hour every time I call and I asked for the supervisor. I already arranged with a technician to come on Friday to install it. Also on May 1 a few same model air conditioners were on sale in other stores but I chose Brandsmart. Because of this I now I lost other chances to buy this unit while it was on sale and I did not get the one I ordered. I am very upset that a big store like yours would do this without any other solution. Unfortunately I will do more complaints and bad reviews if I do not get any support from you.

    Last year I purchased a dryer. The delivery service took my door out and they didn't want to put it back. I went to the store then put a formal complaint and the manager told me they were going to contact me but till now nobody call me. I just purchase new appliances and they supposed to deliver them today. They were late and then they call to tell me that besides the time frame the driver is two more hours late.

    I tried to call customer service and they just put you on hold till I get disconnected. I managed to call the store and talk to the manager. He said "sometimes happen". They offered me a gift card and another delivery day. I asked please for next day. They say is not possible. I explain I took off from work just to wait for my appliances. They reschedule my delivery after two days. It is really disappointing when you call customer service but they make it feel that is our fault. Very bad Brandsmart. Probably losing a loyal customer doesn't matter but after two bad experiences we need try other choices out in the market.

    We bought our TV back in 2013. With the TV we got the warranty so if something happened we could have it fixed. Back in December the TV would not turn on. We called made a claim to get it fixed. It took them almost 2 months to fix it. We get the TV back and it worked for maybe a week and then it would not turn on again. If it did turn on it would cut right back off. They came and picked the TV up to take it to the shop, had the TV for over a month. We got our family TV back on Wednesday but did not hook it up till Thursday. We thought everything was work fine.

    I get home on Friday to turn the TV on and once again it will not cut on. The TV repair guy that Brandsmart is sending out to my house has car trouble every time. I waited for him this morning and was late to and he never showed. Normally I do not post reviews, but after buying something so expensive and having a warranty on it and them not replacing it after it has been down for almost 6 months is not right. I have called and called and I get the run around every time. My family is still without a TV. I will never buy from this place again and I will make sure that everyone know how crappy their customer service is.

    Many years with Brandsmart. Last June purchased washer and dryer. Dryer was broken several time until was delivered in working condition. I decided to go back and give them another chance. I just purchased kitchen appliances. The ice maker delivered 3 time. Box is missing some screws and parts, they are so stupid 3 time they sent the same box missing parts. We wonder the reason why everything is sent to India, Russia, we American can't do our job anymore. Still waiting for my ice maker.

    I placed an order online for an Xbox One system. It was supposed to be delivered today 4/1/16. Came to find out that it was being shipped back. There was no phone call from Brandsmart about my order. I called customer support and they told me I put in my order information wrong. Not even a courtesy call at all. Customer service wasn't willing to help. I asked for future order "is it going to happen again" and the rep said "well you can make sure you put in the right information next time". Last time I checked, I didn't move or change my name. First time order and it will be the last time. I didn't think customer service could be worse than Wal-mart's.

    I bought online a washer and a Grill. They had me waiting for 5 hour for the delivery and never called me to let me know what was going on. When I called them, they told me my address was wrong but I check when I placed my order and everything was fine. We re-schedule and second time they had me waiting for 6 hour. No one showed up until I called and they told me there was a problem with the system and they gave a wrong delivery time.

    Customer service not professional at all, They hang up on me many times when I was trying to find out what was going on with my order because they didn't know. And have to said I was very polite because I was trying to find out what was happening. It was a nightmare, beside that I just can't understand why a company like this can hired for their customer services so many unhappy personnel or not well trained employee. I don't recommend to no one to buy big items online for delivery. This company need to improve its system or its services because something is not working right there... Very bad experience.

    Could write a book on how poorly you are treated if you need service. Just trying to speak to a manager is impossible. They seem to hide when problems arise. Whatever money you think you will save shopping there is really not worth it. Read all reviews they tell the story. The delivery drivers are pretty good though.

    I have a LG front load washer. Works ok but I did not know until doing research after it was purchased there is a flaw in the pipe that takes the water out of the washer. Anyway washer began to leak so stupid me called in a repair. I was told it would take approximately 22 days. On the date of the repair no one called so I called and was told and I quote "we don't service that area". So the young lady gave me another company to call, Best electronics (don't use them), and I scheduled an appointment for monday the 7th between 6-10 pm.

    They called at 9:38 to my cell phone, which I did not have. When I looked at it I called back at 10PM, the number I was given. That number was to a closed company. I called the next day and was told, "you did not answer so we don't come out if you don't answer". I explained to the guy that "you called a cell not a home number. That was on your information". Talking to someone that lacks common sense will not get you far so that company is off my list. Next I called corporate on the 5th of March. Why did the person I spoke to transfer me back to the call center. She lacks customer service too. Okay now I am calling on the 8th numerous times trying to get to a person (Service Manager Maggie **) whose mailbox was full. Of course they don't want to answer anyway.

    Now after calling and calling I finally reached someone, I was transferred to someone and now I have another service center that will call to schedule an appt on - wait for it THURSDAY. Also the person I spoke to said a manager would call. I doubt it. Oh well Brandsmart is for the dogs. I won't purchase a pencil from them. They are not reliable and their customer service STINKS. I will get the washer fixed and gotten rid of but, I am purchasing another one today, not from Brandsmart.

    Our nightmare was at the Brandsmart on US1 and SW 160 st in Miami. My 76 y/o father went alone to purchase a Sony 55 inch smart tv. He went to the loading dock and the retriever pulled the tv from the box and plugged it in and asked if it was "OK". My father not knowing what a cracked lcd screen even looks like, said "I guess, its on, and I see color". So it went in the truck and I met him at his house to mount it on the wall. After we carefully did all the requirements and got it on the wall and turned it on... there it was a big crack. My father said "well wait a minute, that's what was on it at the loading dock". He really thought it was a color check.

    So... he called them the next morning... waited for a return call... and waited. So after his Dr. appt he stopped by the store and explained what had happened. Basically the Supervisor that they gave him Mr. Tim ** told him that he broke it, and they aren't going to take it back. After he signed the paper at the dock it was all his. I then went to the store, and spoke to Mr. **, and again the same "recited" story. I asked to speak to his supervisor... so then appeared a Mr. **. Again, with the recited story of, "your father broke it, we check it, and it's your problem". I was extremely angry, said some things I normally do not, and he "asked me to leave his store". I also asked for the regional manager and was given a name of an Eydie **. I attempted to call her many times, and was put on hold, and hung up on. Did I say numerous times??

    This company is the poorest Ive encountered, and urge whoever wants to purchase a 1000 dollar tv... DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM BRANDSMART! They take advantage of the elderly, and don't care about the consumer. There are many other businesses that treat people like people/human beings, this company does not. They act like a bunch of used car salesmen (in the negative way). Please protect your money and your elderly parents from these nasty, blood sucking poor excuses of life!!
