    I purchased an extended warranty from BrandsMart on 10/24/2024 for my washer. Less than a year later, I needed service. It has now been five months, and the issue still has not been resolved. Despite multiple attempts to schedule service and follow up, I have not received a completed repair. A warranty is meant to provide peace of mind, but in my experience, it has resulted in delays and frustration. Based on my experience, I would strongly reconsider purchasing a warranty through BrandsMart/BestElectronics is the warranty service provider.

    I purchased a sofa online from BrandsMart that was listed as available. After completing the purchase, I was later informed that one of the pieces had already been discontinued. Now, two months later, they canceled part of my order. The worst part is that I had already gotten rid of my old sofa based on this purchase. Now I’m left with neither the old sofa nor the new one. This situation could have been avoided with accurate inventory information and better communication. Very disappointing experience.

    This is an opinion on your type of service. I went to your Dadeland store and was tended to by a store manager by the name of Leornard **. He was able to tend to my issue regarding an uncancelled order which, promptly was re-cancelled and refund was granted. The invoice # is ** and the first time, about a week back, 12/22, it had not been officially cancelled and I had to return to the store to ask why. Mr. ** was able to resolve the issue promptly today and the refund was **.

    I purchased a natural gas Char-Broil grill online from Brandsmart as a gift to my wife for Christmas on Dember 6, 2025. We put it together (2 hours of 2 people's time) on December 27th and went to use it on December 28th and it would not start ever. It would not ignite at all. Today I went to return it to Brandsmart, only to find out upon arriving that grills are on their list of NO RETURNS. I was told there is nothing they can do it about it.

    The manager named Josh was very nonchalant, like there is nothing he can do or would even try to do. The grill has not been used, as it never worked. It came from the factory defective. Josh showed me the fine print that shows what is not allowed to be returned from bought online. If I had known that was their policy on grills, I never would have purchased the grill from them. Also, with all of the technology that exists, that should be mentioned on the order of anything that is purchased that can't be returned. None of us go reading the online policies of any merchant or retailer. Most state clearly on the email receipt if there is a 30 day return or a 15 day window or none at all. Brandsmart stated nothing, they could care less what I have gone through and still have yet to go through dealing with the manufacturer now.

    I was amazed at how slow Brandsmart is and was when I picked up the grill and now I know why - they are not the Brandsmart they use to be like 10 or even 20 years ago. There is no customer service that exists, they could have at least told me what to do with the manufacturer. I have now been on the phone for over an hour waiting to talk to the manufacturer for a grill that does not work. I am thoroughly disappointed, disgusted and fed-up with this grill and the mess I'm in and the money and time I am out and I haven't even used it yet. Do not buy anything from Brandsmart without reading the fine print. There is a long list of stuff they will not take back once left from the store and purchased online or at the store.

    Hello, purchased the Samsung Fridge in Brandsmart (Miami FL), terrible experience. Came up defective the ice making machine, not warranty. Then Samsung only can sell the parts, nobody else. I was told by a technician that works for Brandsmart that the only reason they sell cheaper is because they purchased appliances from major brands but what they don’t tell you is that many of their inventory was never inspected that’s why they buy cheaper and sell cheaper than for example Best Buy or other retailers.

    Ordered a television for a Christmas gift on December 1. The following day, it said that it shipped and provided a FedEx tracking number. Two weeks later, there was no shipping update from FedEx and all it said on the FedEx website was that a shipping label was created, but it has not been picked up. After at least 10 phone calls to their customer service, they still had no answer in terms of whether they had the item still or if it was already shipped and in FedEx possession. Despite my consistent claims that FedEx never picked up the package, Brandsmart constantly blamed FedEx for the delay. I was constantly told that I would get a callback from a supervisor or get an email in terms of the progress but I never did get a phone call or email. On December 18 I called again to find out if there was an update. The customer service lady read back to me the last notes, which stated, please provide this customer with an update or he will keep calling.

    The customer service representative, then walked over to her supervisor, which was never done before. After being placed on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes, she came back and stated that they were just gonna refund the order. When I asked, why wouldn’t they just send the item, she said she didn’t know and she didn’t ask him that. She would not go back to the supervisor to ask if they would ship the item and stated that they would just refund my money. My guess is they were tired of my calls asking about an order that I ordered and just wanted to give me back the money that I paid and have me stop calling.

    The only thing that was on time from Brandsmart was how quickly they charged my credit card for the purchase. I ordered a TV from Amazon and I’m getting the item within three days. I let the customer service representative know that and told her that they don’t have to worry about any calls from me nor any future purchases. Poor customer service and no follow-through. They do, however, blast you with emails every day.

    Absolute worst decision I made on buying a dryer online. The order was delayed a month. Then I got an email saying to reach our to them and lied at me saying they would schedule for delivery in 4 days, it did not happen. After a month, I ended up cancelling the order.

    The worst place to buy anything. Customer service are incompetent and rude. When you buy something they don’t inform you about their return policy. I won’t recommend it to anyone to buy or visit the store. 🤢🤮🤮

    BrandsMart customer service is One of the Worst I have experienced. The employees don't listen to me and barely help me at all, this BrandsMart is at Hialeah Florida. I would not recommend anyone to Shop here.

    Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Brandsmart's customer service is a joke, careless and completely unprofessional. No one takes responsibility, and trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid them at all costs. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers once they've taken your payment. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

    I purchased a GE dryer on line. It was delivered with a dent on the front bottom. I kept the dryer & notified Brandsmart that it was dented. A couple days later I received compensation for the dent. The price for dryer was great & I really like the way it performs. Thanks Brandsmart!

    Wow BrandsMart is terrible. They’re just not trustworthy. They say one thing and it’s another. I purchased a set of appliances and they said that I would get a rebate which was a lie. Just to get in touch with her manager took me days. Will never buy there again.

    I purchased a floor model TV for $1000. The employees took it off the wall and brought it to the back to wrap it. They were back there, out of eyesight for 35-45 minutes. When they came out the TV was wrapped, poorly, and they loaded into my vehicle by twisting and turning and flipping it upside down. When I turned it on at home there were horizontal lines on one side of the screen, so I checked the corners and sure enough the bottom corner was cracked and had wires coming out. I tried to return it the next day. When they took it out of my car, they, again, twisted and flipped it. Then, when it was turned on in the store it was trashed. Black screen with red and blue vertical lines and all white in the corner where it was dropped. They denied my return and, in the process, said there was no way they could have dropped it because there are cameras everywhere... How can a camera prevent objects from falling!?

    When I asked to see the footage, I was told that would never happen. So now I'm out $1200 because they won't admit to a mistake that, at $1000, is not going to hurt their bottom line...and if $1000 somehow puts a store like that in the red, they are more incompetent than I am giving them credit for. They are liars and crooks and they suck, and I'll never step foot in one of their stores again.

    We experienced a "Bait & Switch," followed by bad interactions. My wife and I were seeking a specific top-of-the-line washer & dryer and told the salesman that we needed the washer within 3 days or we would buy it elsewhere. He spoke with his manager who in turn told us that he had the washer in the warehouse and we would have the machines timely. We paid in full (and for other items) based on those promises. The evening before they were to be delivered we received a call that there was no washer available and that a washer would not be delivered for 2-3 weeks. I told the manager that this felt like a bait & switch and his epic and horrible response was "Well, what are you going to do about it?" I told him that I would file a complaint and wanted the order canceled and our payment returned. He abruptly said "The order is canceled" and hung up. We are now buying elsewhere, and I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

    I write this as I’m waiting on hold to speak to a supervisor which I was promised a call back from one last Tuesday (it’s Thursday the next week). I called, explained my washer is still broken a week later and still not fixed. Today they advised me Monday that the claim to fix it was denied and that they will issue me a credit to purchase a new one. They said someone will call me back which they never did.

    I’ve made so many calls. I’ve been lied to saying a supervisor will call me back and never did. I’ve been hung up on multiple times asking for a supervisor. After holding for 25 minutes I talked to a supervisor by the name of Lucy. Who tells me now I have to wait another week for the credit to be approved before I can try to purchase a new washer and store credit only no refund can be done. So I have to now wait 3 weeks to get a new washer, from the same terrible company and will buy another warranty because I have no faith in their products. My lesson learned is never to buy anything from this company outside the product that I’m now forced to buy…

    Purchased a high-end Samsung dishwasher from Brandsmart USA 3 years ago. I also purchased the extended warranty. When I needed service is when the trouble started. A so-called technician came to the house and my wife needed to show him how to remove it from the cabinet. He needed to make several phone calls for his boss to hear the sounds it was making. Nothing was fixed on the first trip after 2 hours of him staring at the unit and texting on his phone.

    On the second trip he said he needed to order different parts, and he would be back tomorrow. Well, he never returned and after calling the service department they said the contract had been cancelled due to infestation. I removed the dishwasher after he left it disabled and found one dead palmetto bug (a common place in Florida). The technician who was clueless about appliances, is now an exterminator? Now I left with a dysfunctional dishwasher and no response from Brandsmart USA. Anybody with a similar story?

    This company has multiple levels of incompetence and unprofessionalism. I've had the worse experience with receiving a new appliance that didn't even work then trying to return was just as horrible. The entire company is deplorable. They do not value customers' time nor the complications their mistakes have in our lives. No one should ever spend money here. I dealt incompetence from the sales person to, customer service to the delivery team.

    After explaining to the salesperson that my delivery requires 4 men because I have steps, he still screwed up and did not notate that on the sales order. So, my original delivery had to be rescheduled after waiting over an hour past the end of the delivery window. The driver finally showed up just to tell me they could not provide the service. So, delivery was rescheduled and I had to readjust my schedule again. This time they successfully installed the appliance but the dryer did not work. After making multiple phone calls and going back to the store no one would schedule a technician to come the day to at least look the appliance. No one I spoke with cared enough about a dissatisfied customer to resolve this issue the same day.

    I decided the next day that I value my dollars too much to spend with this horrible company. I requested a refund and pick up of the appliance. I had to find out that refunds are not processed until after the appliance is picked up. The same salesperson who screwed up the first delivery processed the pick up. Somehow, this incompetent human managed to mess up again. I was scheduled for pickup on April 1st. I purchased a appliance from a better company and scheduled delivery for April 2 because I was given the April 1 pick-up date.

    I came home during the pickup window time and to my chagrin, the company rescheduled my pick up without contacting me. So, now Im stuck with an additional appliance taking up room and slowing down my delivery. After speaking with the store, delivery team, customer service and an uncaring store manager, I was again pushed aside. No one would adjust the pickup schedule to remove this appliance so I can move on. No one is professional. Worst Company.

    Wife and I bought a gas stove from them. When the stove was delivered, the side panel was broken. They took it back, and told me someone would call me that day - they did not call (yeah, like that's a shocker). Since we could not get another stove like the one my wife wanted, we asked for a refund. Did not get the refund when promised, so I called, and they said: We have no record of a refund. If this is the service they give, I want no part of them. They lost a customer.

    Horrible Return. These people are thieves. I went to the store to return a Samsung tv that I purchased 4 days ago. The manager name Rodolfo ** treated me horrible and charged me a 20% restocking fee $420 dollars because the box of the tv was damaged in one side only one side, he then told me to learn the laws of the United States. Treated me like I was an ignorant not a customer. These people are thieves, will never buy from them again.

    I wish I could give no stars. I feel so mad and frustrated. They do false advertisement: "Your order will be ready in 1 hour". I had an emergency with an appliance, I found the same one in Brandsmart, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, and the only reason I placed the order with them was because of this advertisement, I really needed the item, at least in the following 24 hours, but when I went to pick up my order, they said they don't have the product but they requested a transfer, and that the order was placed at 10 pm. So Brandsmart, this is my first and last time.

    We purchased a refrigerator, with the extended warranty. The week before the warranty expired, the refeigerator started leaking water from the ice machine. I called. The tech came out a week later and found that there was ice in the back too and the freezer's ice machine also wasn't functional. (I thought my husband turned it off) He daid it needed 3 parts and would come back when they came in. A week later I call to find out he never ordered the parts. Then a few weeks later, he comes back and said "they" didn't send all the parts and he can only install the parts they send, but he can't do anything more and I have to call to put in a new ticket to gwt the rest fixed. Well, whatever he did thst day didn't fix any of the issues, so I still need the entire unit fixed.

    I called and they had to do a recall ticket (which took 5 phone calls because they were fighting over who will now pay for the service). Finally the recall is approved and they send him back out to.access the unit. He no shows, but then comes the next morning and confirms all 3 parts are still needed and nothing is fixed. Then I call 3 days later to learn he didn't order the parts yet again. A few days later, ai have all.3 parts on my order and I'm waiting for them to come in. Three weeks have now passed. Last week, I received a text saying I was on the schedule.

    I didn't understand that, since I had called that day and knew the parts were not in. No one showed up, which I am told is because the parts weren't there, but in this process it closed out the ticket! So, then I had to have it reopened, but the parts were not attached to the new ticket. Finally, someone agrees to copy them.over from my previous ticket. Fine. 2 phone calls later, ai find out only only 2 parts were transferred over! This upsets me. I am told someone will call me back, once they speak to the tech and confirm I actually need the additional part. No one calls, just like all the other times I am told I will get a call back from them.

    Now, I called.this morning and they will not answer my calls. They pick up and put it on hold. I sat on hold for 30 minutes without being greeted. I called HR and am told a Customer Service manager will call me. I highly doubt they will. Legal action is going to follow because this is ridiculous. I paid for a warranty and their tech confirmed TWICE that the unit needs 3 parts and they are yet to install them. Do not EVER buy from Brandsmart. There is a reason it is cheap.

    I purchased a Samsung microwave. Got it home, unboxed it and it's missing mounting hardware. I should have known when the tape sealing the box was just packing tape. Unfortunately I am at fault here. I saved 3 bucks over the price at Lowe's but now have to drive 90 minutes to return this.

    I will never buy another item from Brandsmart. I completed the entire transaction online, I never walked into the store. This item is supposed to have a $50.00 rebate. I filled out the forms online. Brandsmart has all the information internally, since it was all done online. They say information is missing. I sent the email of the invoice and the completed form. I will never shop here again. I hope they enjoy the $50.00.

    281 people gave them ONE Star. 30 people gave them 2,3, 4 or 5 Stars. GET IT? In my opinion, these people are the most condescending, rude, dismissive, dishonest thieves you will encounter. Two weeks and $5,000 later:

    1. All deliveries not made.
    2. I paid for installations that didn’t happen as promised.
    3. 17 unanswered, not returned phone calls.
    4. 41 phone calls I was left on hold, then disconnected.
    5. The corporate headquarters gave me the name of a store manager who left 19 months ago.
    6. The new General Manager, Patrick **, promised to call me back personally, but never did.
    7. The attitude of most employees is that they know their delivery and installation department is a mess and total fraud, but there’s not much they can do about it.
    8. They obviously have no interest in solving customer issues.
    9. Once you pay, they have no interest in resolving your issues.

    10. Don’t be lured by a lower price for an item, you will pay double and triple in aggravation!

    Would I recommend to my friends and family? Clearly not to any that I want to keep!

    After patiently waiting till the 3-hour delivery window ended. I call “Customer Service”. Unfortunately, they were impatient, condescending and short. It seemed like they get their share of complaints daily and are just as frustrated. Just beware that if it’s reasonable service you expect…. go elsewhere.

    We purchased a washing machine, the sales rep did not put in any of the correct information so that we could have our appliance delivered. I reached out to the sales department, the young lady who sold the appliance Yusin gave me her personal phone number. In the text she stated that she could not reach us by phone or email, it was because she entered nothing correctly. Once she got all the information I was told she would have the item delivered the following Thursday which was a HUGE inconvenience, Thursday came no call and the delivery guys were a NO SHOW. I asked for a full refund. I will NEVER EVER purchase another item from Brandsmart, their customer service is HORRIBLE, all they want to do is sell and get commission but not service their customers. Please shop elsewhere. Brandsmart is HORRIBLE

    Ordered a window unit air conditioner online. At first, website showed a/c would ship next day. During checkout, it showed shipping in a week. I decided to wait on it. A week later I received a text message asking me to confirm delivery for the following day which I did. Two hours later I received an email asking me to confirm next day delivery...which I did. At 8:30 pm that night, BrandSmart telephoned me to tell me their inventory was off and the air conditioner would have to be backordered.

    I called the following day and tried to get one shipped from another store. They were willing but inventory system was incorrect all over the southeast. So I chose to cancel and bought the ac somewhere else a couple weeks later. It's now been 3 weeks since I cancelled the order and I received an email update that the order still hasn't shipped. It was ordered 30 days ago. I checked their website and it shows in stock, ships next day. This was my first and last experience with BrandsSmart.

    Bought a refrigerator and the extended warranty. The refrigerator broke and it has been a month without a refrigerator the technician has been out twice to fix it and it is not working. The warranty is terrible, don't buy extended warranty it is a waste of money!! I will not buy at Brandsmart ever again!!!
