    I had the pleasure of working with Anisha ** in customer service. She helped me pick out a new refrigerator after the first one I ordered had been back-ordered for several months due to current supply chain issues. Anisha not only took the time to check on my existing order, she sent me a variety of alternatives to look through and gave me her personal extension so that I could contact her directly and bypass the customer service wait time when I had finalized me decision. She was professional, helpful, courteous and even fun to work with. I DO NOT write reviews and yet here I am. That's how awesome she is!     I placed an order with Appliances Connection for a Christmas gift. I called today to see if I could get an update on a ship date. I had the pleasure of talking to Mike Salcedo. Not only did he give me the information he had available, but he took the time to call the item manufacturer directly as it was being shipped from their warehouse. I was extremely impressed that Mike took the extra time to get me the answers I was looking for. I know Customer Service is a very difficult job, but Mike was patient and a pleasure to work with!

    Ordered from them because they specified that they had the freezer IN STOCK. I paid for it. Scheduled delivery. I bought beef and do not have a freezer. It would be another 3 weeks or so. They said that they do not have it in stock YET. I asked how that could be as it was in stock when I ordered it and paid for it. They offered to let me purchase another "in stock item" but would not guarantee that they actually had it "in stock". I would have to wait another 5 weeks to see if it would work out according to the rep. It is dishonest to take my money for an in stock item when they don't actually have it. By the way, the first rep denied that they had an order on file for me.

    Since times are tough right now on getting products in this pandemic. I called Appliances Connection to get the status of all my products that I ordered. I talked to Mike ** and he took time out of his busy day to track down an ETA on my products and gave me some really great advice on how to get some of them a lot quicker than normal. Appliances Connection has the best pricing and customer service, hands down! I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

    Purchased 4 washing machines over a period of time. My last purchase the machine arrived with broken display lights, the in use, last spin, rinse etc. that panel of lights would not work, but machine runs fine. Contacted Appliances Connection. They say that they will put you thru to support, about a 20 minute wait, someone answers and you explain your plight and they say, "I'll put you thru to support" which was what you initially thought you were waiting for. In short the run-around scam, no one wants to address your complaint or issue with a damaged or not working product, but if you want to place an order they will be on top of you like flies on sugar. I will not do business with Appliances Connection again. Purchased 4 machine and had ideas to purchase many more but they are sinister in their ways, no customer service whatsoever even after you spend thousands. Pump and dump---

    The price for this dishwasher was lower than getting it anywhere else we looked. As promised, the shipment arrived on time. It was easy to contact the trucking company and figure out exactly when I needed to be at home. The driver himself gave me a call when he was 15 minutes away. The driver and his assistant were polite and careful with the delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Called Appliance Connection about a specific LG refrigerator and their pricing before ordering. Was told that they match and beat any price, but was not told that was only true until the item was shipped and received. Was specifically told that if the price dropped at their own company for a sale, such as Black Friday, they would match that price. 10 days after receiving the refrigerator they dropped the price $190 and other places such as Best Buy and Home Depot dropped it $300. When I called about the “match and beat any price” was told they couldn’t honor that because I’d already received it and that was the policy. They wouldn’t even honor their own price. Their prices are not particularly competitive and they gave misleading information. Buyer beware. They did communicate about delivery, but missed the first window they provided. Rescheduling was not difficult.

    My wife purchased a bar on September 4,2021 for the amount of $1299. On November 4, 2021, her friend purchased the same bar that went up in price for almost $2,100. The bar my wife purchased we still haven't received it, but her friend who paid a higher price received it 2 weeks after she purchased the item. As of today, this company has our money and we don't have the bar, 3 months later trying to use Covid as an excuse when we have a screen shot that the item went up on price, and it shows on their website in STOCK, lol. They sent my wife a tracking number last week, and stated they would deliver the bar on Friday, November 19, 2021.

    My wife took off from work, and received a call from the delivery driver, stating he would deliver our merchandise in 30 minutes, 2 hours passed by for us to find out the company, YF Logistics which is still Appliances Connection, they just call their warehouse a different name even though the warehouse is on their lower level of their building, failed to load our order. It's call YF Logistics because they have tons of complaints. They do this to lots of customers. Speaking to a supervisor, we were schedule to have a supervisor call us regarding this, no supervisor call us back. They have our money and we don't have the bar we ordered. They are a scam! Don't do business with this company.

    I followed terrible local advice and ordered an inexpensive under-sink garbage disposal unit from Appliances Connection. A few hours later, I realized that exactly nothing was gained by ordering from a business in Brooklyn, when I could more easily have gotten the same thing at any of several stores. Appliances Connection Customer Service representatives, two of them, were helpful, kind, and efficient. The first lady listened to my issue, and transferred me to the department that would manage that business. The gentleman to whom I spoke next simply looked up the order number and cancelled it.

    Not every business is so thoughtful, nor so accommodating. After this experience, I would never hesitate to make a "real" order for any major household appliance I may need in the future. I believe that Appliances Connection, as a business, treats customers with respect and consideration, and that their shipping methods are established to minimize risk of damage in transit. I regret having caused Appliances Connection an inconvenience, but am very pleased to know how the company operates. They have become my go-to option for online household appliance purchases.

    Appliances Connection is horrible. I couldn't find anything negative prior to ordering a fridge and washer dryer for my new home, and its sales staff is very friendly. I took the plunge with two separate orders about a week apart. The fridge took forever, it came damaged, and I still have not received the correct replacement part. Six weeks later, I still have no w/d. No one knows where it's at. The warehouse? The shipping company? Typically, when I call for a status update, I will be on hold for over a half hour. Most reps are indifferent. Their response is a shrug and a vague statement about the warehouse being short-staffed. One implied I should be happy I haven't been waiting six months for my order. Canceling your order is a substantial fee. The same model w/d combo was more at Home Depot, but it would have been better not to be absolutely stuck and helpless, endlessly dragging clothes to the laundromat, with no recourse after a $2000 purchase.

    I ordered a brand new double oven. Came in good time, I installed it, and it has not not worked properly since day 1. I have called the company and they communicated well but have not been able to get service for my appliance. They finally washed their hands of it and said I would have to call the manufacturer. I feel jinxed. Won't buy from again.

    I placed an order on Aug 8th for a Miele Dishwasher that said in-Stock and available in the Google Ad and website. I screenshot both for proof. Nov 6 and I still don’t have it. On 10/24 they emailed tracking yet the item has never actually shipped in last 2 weeks. They didn’t actually stick these products and make false advertising claims, false delivery claims, all which violate FTC 30 day drop shipping guidelines and laws.

    Unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend NOT to purchase from this company. I placed an order on 9/14/21. The delivery date was set for 10/7/21. I was assured that the item was in stock in the warehouse. No delivery was made. I followed up with about 8-10 calls. Escalated the issue to supervisors each call and never got a call back from a supervisor or got the item delivered. When I call, operators are polite and want to help and promise to deliver results. Supervisors repeatedly dropped the ball and didn't care to follow up. No call-backs and no solutions ever came off it. My credit card has been charged, and I still haven't received the item. No explanation or a follow-up as of 1/11/2. This is gross negligence and lack of care for the clients by the supervisors. I'm not particularly eager to give any business a bad review; however, this is very much warranted to alert other customers.

    I purchased a GE washer and dryer from appliancesconnection.com not .net. I received a damaged washer and the delivery guy informed me of the damage. He called Appliances Connection and the REP told me the washer was sold out. They could give me a $150 discount and a 10 year warranty instead of a 5 year warranty I already purchased. I accepted the worst mistake I ever made. I was trusting this company just to go online myself and the washer was in stock. By this time the washer and dryer was being installed and I told the REP I wanted a new washer, appliances connection then made me purchase another washer because the delivery men already started installing.

    Appliances connection doesn’t use their own delivery service they use YF Logistics and sent an older guy and a younger guy to install the washer and dryer. They disagreed the whole time. The older guy was complaining that it couldn’t be done and the younger guy was saying yes it can be. Make a long story short I purchased a brand new built. Didn’t even move in yet and received severe damage done to my home during installation. And when I put in the complaint I was told to submit my own pictures. The delivery guy pictures didn’t come through correctly, then when I submitted pictures I was then told to submit my own estimate, I now submitted my estimate and a manager name Vico was assigned to my complaint. Vico informed me that policy to move forward with the complaint I would have to submit my home insurance policy. I became so frustrated I began crying. A grown woman crying real tears.

    Why would appliances connection need my home insurance policy if the claim should be going through their liability insurance. Vico the manager said by law I need to submit my home insurance policy but by law you’re supposed to have home insurance so what am I submitting for? Now every time I call appliances connection back they say only Vico can talk to me and now he will not get on the phone when I call. I was told he’s unavailable three times in a week and he was in a conference call all in the same week. I then requested to speak with another manager and they told me no. Please pay the extra for Home Depot or Sears. It’s worth it. (PLEASE LOOK AT THE DAMAGE) and I had more than enough space. 37’ doorway for 28in stackable washer and dryer. They didn’t even install the stackable kit right. It caused the appliances to be wider than it actually was.

    I ordered a fridge from this company without looking at the reviews and now I'm expecting the worst. 30 mins after paying the order I received an email saying that I could no longer cancel the order. Within hours without prior notice (in less than 24 hrs) 2 gentleman came to my door trying to deliver the fridge, but I wasn't home. I was able to see them through my cameras. Now that I see all these bad reviews I know to expect the worst. Hopefully they try to redeliver the order. Will update this review after delivery.

    I ordered three GE Profile kitchen appliances: Induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We have been pleased with GE Profile appliances for several generations. The backlog with shipping delays across the United States has caused delays with back orders on two of the three appliances. They called 30 min in advance to give us notice and did a wonderful job backing into a tight driveway. :) They brought in a large fridge in a tight spot and were smiling the whole time.     Absolutely would not recommend this company for anything. Ordered a sectional that they said would take 2 weeks, ended up taking at least 5 weeks (still don't have the couch). All that originally arrived was the corner piece of the sectional and when I called customer service they said that the other two pieces of the sectional were lost in the warehouse (they didn't tell me that only the corner piece would arrive ever and I only found out about this situation when I called them). The rest of the sectional somehow ended up taking 1.5 weeks for them to even find. Once found, I assumed they would ship it out immediately but instead it has been well over a week and it has still not even shipped out. I keep receiving assurances from customer service that it will be shipped out soon or by end of the week and then that time passes and I'm forced to call again to try to figure out what the issue is.

    I am really unsure of where the issue is in the company but there seems to be no sense of responsibility or value of the customer. I originally ordered from them as every other company that had this specific sectional said it would take 8 weeks to deliver but I really wish I had just ordered from someone else as it would have been much less of a headache.

    I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Luis and Alex for their delivery today. It was very tricky - I live on a hill and the kitchen is up a flight of stairs.     Placed an order for the appliances, that I need to be delivered in about 90 days. I was asked for a credit card to hold the order and was told that card will not be charged until order is shipped. 3 days later I received an email that order is shipped and my card is charged $9500. I tried to call the Appliances Connection and spent hours on hold with out be able to talk to anyone. Finally after several attempts I was able to get through and was assured that my card will be credited, that was a complete lie!!! It's been almost a month there's no credit! I tried again several times to talk to someone and every time I able to get through as soon as they hear reason for call they just hang up.

    Shop elsewhere! This company charges their customers $50 for a certificate of insurance because their insurance carrier charges them $75 to produce one. What company charges a customer to provide proof of their OWN insurance???? RIP OFF.

    Avoid them. The order took months to finally deliver and there was absolutely zero communication as to the delay or anticipated delivery date. By the way other companies had the item in their warehouses - so it's somewhat my fault for not cancelling the order and going with someone else. Any way, they charged my card upfront, then a month or so later credited me back. Then charged again when the item finally shipped. When the item was delivered it had a huge dent on the side which rendered it unusable without fabrication of a cabinet end cap at the cost of $750.

    I requested a credit for that amount or for an exchange of the damaged unit with a new one. My request for a credit was denied and I was offered only $400. I then requested an exchange of the damaged unit for a new undamaged one and they declined to exchange it until they first picked up the damaged one. That is not an option as I need a refrigerator and have paid for a new unit in new condition. Their basis for declining the reasonable credit to make me whole is that they didn't make that much on the unit to start with so I am the one who should eat the cost. Well - in reality they will now have $600-800 alone in shipping costs to make me whole with an exchange not to mention a damaged unit to deal with.

    I ordered an in-stock appliance and 6 weeks later it's still in their warehouse. Five times I spent an hour on their automated support line to get a person, who tells me they forgot to ship it. Again. You cannot get an actual person to respond to a voicemail or email, and waiting for 60-90 minutes is the only way to find out what happened. I understand a person in a warehouse can make a mistake and not release something for delivery, but to make a mistake five times is not believable. The only things Appliances Connection can do well is market and take your money. Avoid them.

    I order Refrigerator online. I called prior to and ask about their process. Financial process was smooth. Appliance arrived a day early. The appliance was beautiful. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Interior of item was more spacious than I thought it be. One item very important to me was the warranty and extended warranty.     I purchased a couch and loveseat and on the purchase was told the items would ship directly from Appliance Connection Warehouse. Later, I was told by Appliance connection that the shipping company had damaged the items and there were not any more in stock so I would need to wait until items were back in stock. On the website, however, it indicated items were in stock and “ready for shipment” the following 3 days. I received an email indicating that my items would be shipped.

    A week later, I received another email from Appliance Connection that the shipment would take an additional week. In all, I’ve been lied to and never know what shenanigans appliance connection is going to pull. They charged my credit card already and I’m already making payments on the items. They are deceitful and their representatives all provide different information. I contacted the delivery company to inquire on the story Appliance connection told me about my items being damaged and therefore couldn’t be delivered in time. The delivery company, AM trucking stated that they never even picked up the items from appliance connection so we’re equally confused as to why I was told this. Appliance connection is absolutely untruthful and dishonest.

    I purchased an appliance package 4 months ago - an expensive Viking kind. My husband and I were so excited as we are newly married and this is a big purchase. They promised us 6 weeks. That came and went. We only received the refrigerator. The range was delayed and delayed and the hood and dishwasher. They won't give us a straightforward response. Poor communication as well - I had to painfully call every few weeks and they gave me the same story. I called today to cancel... Guess what? Ironically they were in the process of shipping our appliances. I found another supplier who had it for less and are delivering this week. If you're buying anything for your home - buyer beware. They will lead you on - sadly.

    I have ordered several appliances from refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many more. All those went super smooth until my recent order of Bosch Speed Oven. The order was placed on August 4, 2021. 3 weeks passes and no delivery. When I called to inquire, I was told to deal with the freight company, YF Logistics. When I phoned them, they said they couldn't locate the package. Sent a claim ticket with Appliances Connection and they said they would open an investigation.

    Another 2 weeks passed and they said to wait a little longer. I even called and got nowhere with the phone support. I then requested a cancellation and full refund. 3 days later, I get a response stating they are putting a request to refund. It is now Sept 21, 2021. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No accountability and poor communication. Had plans on ordering more appliances from them but their customer service is so poor that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    The beginning of the month I started having eye issues and when I realized I was going to have a few surgeries I called to cancel my order, Sears did not get the information relayed to the delivery company, therefore they went ahead and started to deliver it. When I canceled it again for the third time I got charged $300 for shipping fees. This is not what I wanted but I could not afford to get the range because I've had four eye surgeries and that did not matter to this company.

    We purchased a $6k range at applicanesconnection.com We signed off that the range was delivered, but could not have known at the time that the control knob was loose and defective. When we went to use the range, we noticed, and contacted them immediately. They offered a repair, and we told them that we did not want a refurbished range, we wanted a new one. After 3 weeks, we are still being denied a refund/exchange. They have a 48-72 hour return rate for e-mails, and every phone call takes about 1-2 hours for a return call. We keep being told on the phone the exchange is being processed, and then getting e-mails that they can't process the exchange, starting the endless runaround process all over again.

    Appliances Connection website was easy to use. I find the product I was looking for and at the best price online or in a box store. Email confirmations were quick and clear.     I usually don't write reviews, but I'm making an exception in this case. On May 23, 2021, we ordered a sofa, loveseat and dinette set online from Appliances Connection with the "White Glove" delivery option and paid in full. ALL 3 items were delivered between June 2nd and August 13th damaged, mishandled by the delivery drivers and missing assembly parts. The manager we spoke to was very rude and seemed to care less that the company had delivered damaged goods, and more about how they could squeeze more money out of the customer with their outrageous return policy.

    It appears that AC's goal is to have the customer believe they are trying to make things right, but in reality wear the customer down by delaying a response as long as possible. Paying a few more dollars at the box stores is definitely a better option, vs the headache and frustration we've experienced dealing with Appliances Connection. Once they have your hard earned dollars, they have no reason to treat you with respect. Don't believe us? Read some of the other reviews not just here, but on Google as well. Had we known about this company's track record beforehand, we would never have purchased anything from them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

    I ordered a freezer on 7/12/21 which was in stock. Today is 8/25/21 and I still don't have it. The trucking company scheduled delivery for 8/19/21 but didn't bother to show up or call saying that they weren't coming. They tried to tell me that our address is wrong and they called and no one answered. Neither of which is true. I was hoping that they would reschedule delivery for today but they haven't. I have complained many times and nothing is helping. I would send it back but they want $1.50 per lb to ship it back which is almost 1/2 the cost of the freezer.

    I ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Appliance Connection. The model is irrelevant to this review as I never got my dishwasher. Here are some of the things that happened:

    1. I out on my order that I had to have the appliance installed on a Friday, but the company ignored this when scheduling my first appointment.
    2. I called customer service and was hung up on after waiting over 30 minutes on two separate occasions.
    3. I finally got the message through and a delivery was scheduled for a Friday BETWEEN FIVE AND NINE PM. WHO DELIVERS DISHWASHERS AT 9:00 ON A FRIDAY NIGHT?!
    4. The long-awaited day and time arrived. The three installers arrived looking unprofessional in an unprofessional truck. They were clueless about wearing masks, so I gave them disposal masks.
    5. When the dishwasher was unloaded, it not only was dented, it had no power cord. They were willing to install it anyway, and I said absolutely not. They said that was ok and that I would be called on Monday to make further plans.
    6. The call never arrived. I went on vacation the following day (Saturday) and didn't check email until I got back. They tried to ask my opinion on what I wanted to happen next (which was good) but by the time I got it, they said they hadn't heard from me in time and were giving me a full refund.

    7. Start to finish, order to refund took a month and three weeks. Admittedly, some of this was my difficult schedule and COVID related supply problems. However... I would recommend that no one buy from Appliance Connection. It was the worst major purchase I have ever had.

    On a final note, I will say that the individuals I spoke with over the course of this gauntlet were typically friendly and helpful. It's more the system that is broken.

    Worst costumer service we have ever had as a business in 8 years. The representative started off by giving me a quote for products that was about $1000 less than all other suppliers around (roughly a $13000 order). I then declined all other suppliers who could get me the product quickly, like appliance connection, and choose to go with them. After finalizing it all the rep said he made a mistake and needs to charge me more nothing I could do about it. Also, couldn't go back at this point to others because they were now sold out. THEN it took 6 months to receive the items. Which is not a huge deal with all the shortages right now. The constant lying of it will be here in 2 weeks, it will be here in 2 weeks, it will be here in 2 weeks as well as rude service over the phone is what is the frustrating part.

    When I actually told another rep about it all, they took the time to research my order and find out exactly a possible date for arrival, 5-6 more weeks. Again, not complaining about long wait times for things or price at all. Purely TERRIBLE customer service and zero care about the client at all. In our business if we bid a job incorrectly and sent them a signed quote we have to figure out how to eat that on us. Also, EVERY SINGLE ITEM that arrive arrived damaged if not once but twice. Not just a little ding either. The entire inside of the dishwasher was torn to pieces. A wine fridge was set on a sidewalk out front and not even brought to the door. I paid for installation and not ONE delivery person installed anything. Only to find out I'm out of installation service line. Again, rep why did you sell me installation if you knew I was outside the line. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

    I ordered a new GE gas range and range hood from Appliances Connection with installations service for the gas range. Installation was not done properly with gas leak. We smelled gas all over, in addition the range was damaged. They sent their logistics team twice and the logistics team agree the product need to be replaced. It's now 3rd week and every time I call I talk to a different person with assurance that the replacement will happen with one or other excuse. Left with a defective gas range! Please stay away from this shop. Each call they will put you on hold for 20+ min, each time a different person and a different instruction to just dodge. Please do not buy any appliances from this shop. You will regret if the appliance happens to be faulty as they won't honor the problem!!!

    Ordered a LG gas range through them to be delivered to Chula Vista, Ca. in March 2021. They said it would be 10 days. It wasn't delivered for 3 weeks! They lied. You cannot cancel the order without a fee. Once the truck delivered the stove, the delivery guy had me sign for the delivery. The box was in excellent shape, not even a scratch on it. Two days later, my husband opened the box to install the range, and the entire front frame underneath was bent inward. The stoves have anti tipping legs that are attached to the frame in the front, and he could not open the legs due to the frame being bent.

    Called AC, customer service was the most rude, unprofessional "customer service" rep. He said that I must have bent the underneath frame, and that if I wanted to send it back, I would have to pay $315.00 to ship it back! DO NOT buy from these scammers. I went to Best Buy, bought the same stove, for the same price, and they said that I had 30 days to return the stove if it was damaged, NO CHARGE. Best Buy has a price guaranty to match and great customer service. The stove from Best Buy was in perfect condition, and I could not be happier with Best Buy.

    We purchased full gas range oven from Sears online service, Sears bought through Appliances Connection. We received oven wrong color, manufacturing defect. I believe oven was used Or store display. The time we installed the oven, it did not worked. We informed the appliances connection, I made more than 60 calls, text and phone contacts for exchange, or refund that I can buy other one. It is embarrassing for the company to deliver the used oven for full price. Frank told me he is only to make decisions for exchange, no other person can do it. He offered me $1200.00 and fix the oven. My wife did not accept it because we order navy blue. It doesn’t match with kitchen cabinets and appliances.

    The customer service agent are very dishonest, manipulators and liars. United States don’t need dishonest agents in this country.     I bought a Whirlpool side-by-side Fridge/Freezer combo 18 years ago when I moved into my house. Never had a problem with them, love them but knew it was time to replace before one went out & left me hanging. I found the same exact units but brand new, built in 2021 models. So I ordered them on the 4th of July special thru Lowe's but they said they couldn't be delivered until Nov. 2021, which was 5 months down the road, but I ordered them anyway because I had such luck with early models, same units. Then I decided to Google the model #'s and both units popped right up thru Appliances Connection. The price was lower than Lowe's prices, even though they were on sale at Lowe's & they showed they could deliver in just a few weeks! I actually didn't believe it...it is sincerely was too good to be true. I told my wife they must be "scratch & dent" & just not listed as that.

    So I order them & canceled the Lowe's order & got a full refund from them. The process was absolutely amazing! They sent me full tracking with daily updates, got an email to confirm delivery was ready. They gave me a window of 7 am to 1 pm. I agreed, they showed up a 7 am on sharp the next day & I was actually still asleep. They rescheduled a couple days later, with no charge or complaint. They delivered, the crew brought them in & delivered to my kitchen. They were wrapped perfectly, could tell from the factory. I went over them with a fine tooth comb. No dents, no scratches, absolutely perfect. So lower price than Lowe's even so called "on sale", full accurate tracking, delivered with no "nickel & dime" fees, hand delivered & super fast start to finish.

    I do review a lot, happy or unhappy. I actually like to review more when I'm happy. I'm here to tell you, I've been self employed for 32+ years & this was one of the best, smoothest transactions I've experienced, since I can remember. At this point, I'd HIGHLY recommend this company. I know you can't make every customer happy & as they say "**" happens but I'm am a seriously happy customer...hope this helps & things go as smooth & seamless for you, as it did for me!     Purchased most expensive dryer. Salesperson did not advise on additional costs involved with shipping and installation (no power cord!). Shipping was heavily delayed and impossible to predict (unreasonably long delay). Product was damaged and non-functioning (water stains on back and bent frame). Company has advised me to return on my own or exercise my warranty with the manufacturer. They simply do not care. Appliances Connection failed on all fronts. They are connected with Goedeker’s, so do your research.

    Bought a dishwasher that was in stock and the estimated delivery time was between 7 and 14 days (business). The item was collected by the transportation company AM Trucking on May 27th. The item did not leave their warehouse until June 7th. It arrived to another warehouse in Salt Lake City on June 10th. I live in Boise, around 9 hours away from Salt Lake. The dishwasher has been sitting in Salt Lake City since the 10th and I heard absolutely nothing from the delivery company.

    I contacted Appliances Connection and I was told that there is nothing the can do about it. The best they can do is give me a phone number to contact the transportation company. I called the company, but the wait time is long. I am number 35 in line on their customer service line. I have also sent the company an e-mail. I did not receive a response. I do not recommend Appliances Connection and also if you have to use AM Trucking, do not. They are slow and have terrible customer service.

    Customer service was very nice and seemed helpful. I left every call feeling like things were resolved, but they were not. I have had to call customer service over half a dozen times to get basic parts of my order and delivery moving. My delivery is going to be at least a month later than the original date that I was given, and that is my best-case scenario at this point. They said that they worked with the delivery company and had a confirmed delivery date for today. My wife and I both made arrangements to be home for the delivery. I called the delivery company this morning and they had my order but did not have it out for delivery today and that the person from Appliances Connection did not have a confirmed delivery date when they told me that they did.

    I called Appliances Connection and they did not offer much help this time except to say that the person who I spoke to previously should not have said that it was confirmed for delivery two days ago. They tried again the next day, but no luck. A third day in a row and we have had the same issue. Hopefully, the delivery has occurred by the time that you read this, but at this point, who knows?

    Gas dryer delivered broken! This may be the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The last representative talked over me and then when I questioned what was taking so long setting up a service call she said “did you not hear what I said?” Ohhhh yeah, I heard you.     I ordered a new 1/2 hp garbage disposal through Appliances Connection. They offered the best price I was able to find even when compared to sales at local big box stores and they offered free shipping. It took a little longer to receive (3 wks) than originally estimated but they did a great job of communicating and apprising me of each step in the delivery timeline. The disposal arrived at my doorstep in perfect condition and the instructions were so straightforward I was able to install it myself.     Great experience so far... I was shopping for washer/dryer combo and googling for the best prices. I almost got them from another local vendor but then found out the crazy delivery fee. In my search I came across this site but wary about it since I'm not familiar with the company, I Googled and read up on all the good reviews so I decided to take the dive. Since it was such a good deal I figured the downsize is the long delivery time frame but I couldn't believed it when I got the call telling me that it will be delivered next day which means the turnaround was only three days.     It's like this, we purchased 10 chairs in January 2021, 2 which are defective, and have been trying to get replacement parts and or 2 new chairs, sent in lots of photos, been in contact many times, to have them want more photos, about 15 emails so far. I also purchased the extra 10 year warranty for all 10 chairs. They keep coming back, with "We will forward this information to the manufacturer/vendor. Once they respond we will update you via this case."

    They sent some replacement parts which require you to do the work, not all the replacement parts that we were asking for, but only half??? Requires you to dismantle, and or have a press to put the parts on, not sure how that works!!! This is a large company, they need better customer service department, as we did purchase in January, and still waiting to use those 2 chairs, April 28, 2021, no one should be able to take this long!!!

    We bought a new refrigerator from Appliances Connection online and purchased the install package. Everything went as planned. They were very insistent on us buying a new water line for the refrigerator or they would not install it. We bought one along with the refrigerator. When the time came to install the installers (third party from Appliances Connection) used the old line and did not install the new line. After three days we walked into our kitchen and noticed our laminate flooring squishing when we walked on it. A three day leak from the old hose line. We contacted Appliances Connection and they put us in contact with the delivery company who has since ghosted all requests from us and our insurance company- which submitted a full claim with all invoices, pictures and documents for the insurance claim. Nothing from the delivery company.

    Appliances Connection admitted to us that they have had nothing but problems with this company and would look into it for us. It has been weeks now and nothing from anyone. We were left out to dry from Appliances Connection. They essentially blamed a delivery company whose only avenue of contact is a claims department email and form. This experience should be heeded as a warning to anyone dealing with this company. IF it is resolved in any manner that is satisfactory to us- I will update. But this seems unlikely. A true shame- and very poor business practice from Appliances Connection.

    I had ordered from Appliances Connection in the past. It had gone well. This time we ordered a $3,000+ fridge. We had to order the handles separately which came as a surprise but we were fine with it. Fast forward two months:

    - They delivered the wrong handles not one, not two, but three times.
    - Still no handles installed as I write this review.
    - Very poor communication from their customer support all along.

    - I tried to leave a review on their website which they never published.

    I am typically a very low maintenance customer. First time I am leaving a negative review. This has to be my worse customer experience ever (I am 43). You can't imagine how long we have spent over the phone with them and how frustrating it is to have a fridge with no handles when you have three young kids.

    Purchased Dishwasher and Installation. Three weeks, told DW was out of stock, so they sold us an alternative. Delivery date... truck driver did not use truck route but instead of correcting his mistake, he blew us off and didn't deliver. A week later, delivered and badly installed. DW would not turn on. Delivery refused to take it back and left us with a bad machine and took our old one. I insisted that they give us back our old DW and take back the bad one, and they refused. I refused to sign. Driver threatened me. We called police. We called App Connection, told our story, they claimed no responsibility for quality of installation and delivery guy's behavior, even though we paid AC directly for delivery and installation. They said they would send a truck back to pick up the bad DW "when it's in your area next", but we haven't heard from them nor received the refund promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

    I've bought two appliances from Appliances Connection, and paid for installation and disposal of old units. They delivered and installed the gas range. I had to re-level the stove myself after they tried a couple times and refused to complete the job. They also didn't send or install the anti-tip device. The microwave showed up 4 months later. They would not install the microwave because the two mounting holes didn't match the one they took out. You would expect that for the $125 installation fee, they could drill two mounting holes. I will not do business with this company again.

    I ordered a dishwasher and they made an appointment to deliver and install. When I went to log in and check arrival time (the day of the appointment), it showed the dishwasher had never been in stock. The first customer service person insisted it was “totally on a truck” but I just needed to call the trucking company. We went around a few times about why this seemed to me odd (given what their webpage reported), until I went ‘full Becky’ and asked for a manager. The manager - mind you this was more than a 40 minutes in to this escapade- said he had no idea who I was talking to previously (you know, the person who got him on the phone?) but that it would go out next week.

    When I pointed out the company had made an appointment, never contacted me to cancel or say there was a problem, and that the first person had tried to send me on a wild dishwasher chase calling trucking companies, he huffed that obviously I didn’t want to do business with them and would cancel, and hung up.     Bottom line - if you want an appliance delivered to your front door, that you must install, and may or may not have slight cosmetic damage - then go ahead and buy from them. However, order it online only so you can get screen images documenting everything. Do not place your order over the phone as they will tell you things that aren't true and you'll have no proof. Understand that they offer awful, argumentative customer service and that it'll take weeks to resolve any issues, which in the end will only leave you frustrated.

    11-22-2020 I tried to order a Frigidaire Professional column fridge/freezer, with the financing they offer. Even though it said I was approved it wouldn't let me check out, so I called. This purchase included; white glove delivery service, installation service, 3-year warranty, removal of old appliance, and the necessary trim kit. I was very excited to order these and understood I was on a wait list until January. On 2-18-21 I received notification from the shipping company that said threshold delivery, so I called and Elizabeth at Appliances Connection who first said I didn't have installation but after I walked her through the receipt she sent an email advising this should be White Glove with installation.

    On 3-5-2021 they arrived to deliver and advised it was delivery only. I was responsible for removal of wrapping materials, old appliances, etc. and they only had part of the trim kit so couldn't install even if they wanted to. Also after delivery, I noticed a very small divot in the freezer door. This wasn't visible during delivery as I had to remove the Styrofoam, tape, and wrapping off the doors, drawers, shelving, etc. It's certainly not enough to merit a return but is disappointing as it's at about chest height and close to the handle so in clear view.

    I called Appliances Connection and advised of my issues. First, every time I called they denied I had white glove - even after I provided a screen image and a copy of the email they sent to shipper. Eventually, after weeks of back and forth I was told that white glove isn't offered, period. Their idea of good customer service was to refund me the money I paid for installation. The units can't be leveled without a trim kit and I'm not able to install wheels on the bottom of these units myself but that's apparently my problem - not theirs.

    After telling them they could pick the units up, I then received an email from another representative offering 200 credit to find a local installer. This doesn't completely cover the cost but at this point I don't really have a choice. No one I spoke with cared a thing about customer service, everyone argued with me and after all of that I didn't receive the 5% cash back gift card I was promised. If this forum allowed I'd post images of my receipts and their emails... I can't warn you enough. Don't buy from this company.

    Updated on 7/7/2021: Don’t go to Appliances Connection to purchase anything - it’s been worst purchase experience ever and I am extremely disappointed. Following up with my previous review. After another three months (six months in total now) they still haven’t refund, and I still have no refrigerator to use. Problems:

    1. They didn't refund as they promised and they lied in order to keep your order. I ordered five appliances for my new kitchen for $21,999 and the total price dropped by $890 right after the order and before any appliance was shipped. They promised to refund $500 to keep my order otherwise I will cancel it. After six months now I haven't received the refund yet. I have all the email communication as the proof and I consulted legal and decided to move forward with the legal process.

    2. Their high end $11K Dacor built-in refrigerator cannot even be installed. Wasted five months communicating with both AppliancesConnection and Dacor. After five months they were still able to ship the proper missing installation parts. I initially contacted AppliancesConnection back in Feb. about all the missing installation parts and their customer support team had no idea about the Dacor built-in refrigerator or understand anything about installation parts. ApplianceConnection asked me to directly talk to the manufacturer instead of taking the responsibility to help customers as a retailer. After back and forth communication with Dacor, Dacor finally found out all installation parts for the built-in refrigerator should come from ApplianceConnection…. As shown in the attached photo, my Dacor refrigerator is not working after six months.

    3. Their escalation team is a joke and not responsible either. There is a guy who represented their escalation team contacted me after my initial review claiming he could solve my problems. After I shared all info and problems, he disappeared after a few weeks of communication.

    Original review: I will never order from them again. Bad experience. A few problems:

    3. The price tag on their website is misleading. They make it look like that every item is on sale but it wasn't. They simply raised the original price and their "discounted price" is actually the original price.

    Don't waste your time/money & order somewhere else. If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. My current Bradford White water heater started leaking so I ordered a new 50 Gallon - $1,300 Bradford White water heater February 23, 2021 from Appliances Connection. The website showed it in stock. We'll that was wrong. Immediately after payment I received order status which showed the water heater not in stock and estimated Delivery date was March 10th, 2021. Things happen. That was alright.

    A week goes by and then I receive another email with delayed shipment date to March 17th, 2021. I was annoyed, but again things happen so whatever. Water heater finally arrives from YF Logistics March 17th, 2021. Guys were very professional & careful unloading the water heater. I open up the water heater box and surely there is a huge dent next to the gas monitor. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Immediately called to report the damage & for an EXCHANGE. Not my money back an EXCHANGE. They picked up the water heater 2 days later & the customer service lady said Appliances Connection is processing your exchange. This was Thursday March 18th, 2021.

    I didn't hear back from anyone so I followed up Friday morning March 19th, 2021. Slowly but surely the customer service agent said, "No one has worked on your EXCHANGE. I will get that started now & you will receive a confirmation email with the EXCHANGE this afternoon & you should be set to go." Weekend goes by and I did not receive any confirmation emails. I call Monday March 22nd, 2021. The customer service agent did not process my water heater EXCHANGE. In fact he REFUNDED my money back to my credit card. At this point I'm furious. The lady places another order and charges my credit card again but obviously the credit card company takes 4-5 business days to process a refund so my card gets declined.

    At this point my current water heater doesn't work so all I have is cold water. The lady ASSURES me that she will reach out to Bradford White to make sure they ship another water heater to Appliances Connection while the refund gets applied to my credit card. Once it gets applied to my credit card I should call back to process payment. She said the water heater will arrive to appliances connection in 3-4 days and we will deliver it to you 2-3 days. I said fine. I'm already too deep into this. What is another week with cold showers.

    I call 4 days later March 26, 2021 after the refund is applied to my credit card to pay for the current exchange water heater. At this time based on what the Appliances Connection customer service agent told me on Monday March 22nd, the water heater should be at the warehouse and should be delivered in the next 2-3 days. Well, shame on me for not cancelling the order and going somewhere else. The shipment is now delayed to APRIL 9th, 2021. I initially placed my order FEBRUARY 23rd, 2021. My current Bradford White water heater has been leaking for over a MONTH now & I have had cold water for over a week. This company is GARBAGE!

    These people sent us a washer and dryer that not only was not what we ordered but also was $375 cheaper (Total) than the ones we requested. We submitted the paperwork online and pictures telling them we wanted the items picked up (Still packed inside and have wrapping on the appliances, but unpacking service removed shipping boxes which were destroyed when they opened anyway). We asked for exchange and got a note back that the appliances we ordered were discontinued so they would offer as APOLOGY???‍♀️ A 10 year warranty.

    Not only is that not true (I bought both the items at local appliance store they are in my laundry right now) but even if it WERE, they just substituted a sub par product, kept the money? Complete crooks...I have called and emailed and get runaround every time. I am turning them into BBB and Google reviewing them as well. Just called my bank to get them involved as well. DON’T DO IT PEOPLE....THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT.

    I was looking for a hard to find mid-size 11 cubic ft fridge, without a freezer (I already had one that was fine). Not only did Appliances Connection have the fridge, but it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other sources. Free shipping put it over the top. Shipping at some other stores was over $100!

    I first saw a mini-kitchen like the one I wanted at the school where I taught. I rented a space in an area where rentals are at a premium. The space is great, but there was not a kitchen area. I thought of the mini-kitchen I knew that the school had. I searched online until I found something similar, and fortunately, I found one through Appliances Connection. The price was great, and it is just like having a full size kitchen. I was able to get everything I wanted at a low, fair price.

    We ordered a Viking gas stove top and it took awhile to finally get the confirmation that it had been shipped. The shipping company FragilePAK picked the item up on March 1, 2021 and now 19 days later we still haven’t received it. Our delivery date has been changed now 3 times and it was done by the shipping company. We’ve made every effort to be home during the timeframe we were given and then at the last minute the date is changed. When I call Appliances Connection and FragilePAK to find out what’s going on they can’t tell me anything. They just keep saying they see that the date was changed but can’t give me a reason why. I will never purchase another thing from Appliances Connection even if I have to pay 4 times the price.

    The thing I like about Appliances Connection is the confidence I have in knowing nobody beats their prices. Appliance Connection always delivers superb service.     Terrible scam of a company. The installers tried to remove my gas line for 30 seconds and said they couldn’t do it. I think this was lie #1 because AJ Madison installers has the same unit installed in 20 min. a week later with no problem. Then the installers said, Lie #2, that in 2 days they would have a professional from their company come and install the gas line because they couldn’t.

    When I called customer service said that the installers can’t promise that and that I need to get a plumber and they can deliver in 7 days. I wasn’t happy with this so I said because the installers lied, I would like them to redeliver my unit and I would figure it out. They said they couldn’t deliver for a week but because of all the issues I could choose to receive a full refund (lie #3). That refund came in today (2 weeks later) and it was short $200. I called and they said that it was my fault because I didn’t disconnect the gas line. I said I was promised a full refund and they said they would call me back today (lie #3). They never called back.

    The experience was amazing. I got the washer and dryer I wanted for less than what I found it in our area. The delivery time was reasonable, considering it was shipped from New York. The delivery company, AM delivery, was the best I have ever seen. They arrived on time, in a truck clearly marked with their company name, the drivers were wearing collared shirts with their company logo clearly embroidered on them, and they were so kind and considerate. They un-boxed the units and delivered them to my laundry room. No arguments, just very concerned that I was happy with their service. What a change from our last delivery from Lowe's.     Great prices and service. Does not get any better. I bought a high efficiency front loading washer (Maytag Maxima EcoConserve Series MHW6000XG 4.3 Cu. Ft. Capacity DOE Front Load Washer) from Appliances Connection at my sister's recommendation last July. They had a great special on my washer which included delivery services. I was going to be out of town when the delivery was to occur but it was really easy to reschedule. I was very pleased with my experience.     I had originally ordered the washer and dryer set that I purchased from a major hardware and home appliance store. Not only did they cost significantly more than Appliances Connection, they also failed to deliver the items when scheduled, and never bothered to let me know they weren't going to be there when they said. I cancelled that order and called Appliances Connection. The man I spoke with was super nice and helpful, and explained that it would take a little longer for the dryer, because they were on back order, and that's probably what happened with the order I cancelled. I placed the order with AC, and when the washer and dryer arrived, they were exactly what I had ordered. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase, the service, and the price.

    We've had our new dishwasher for about 3 weeks now. So far, it works great. It's quiet to operate and leaves the dishes and silverware clean and shining.     Buyer beware. I purchased a dryer from this company giving my order to Giorgi over the phone. He promised me my dryer would be delivered that week. This was on a Monday. After a few days I was contacted by the company telling me my dryer was going to be delivered the following Monday. I told her the sales person said that week and she said he should have never told me that. I'm convinced the only reason he told me that was to get the sale. On Monday I received an email telling my that my dryer wasn't going to be delivered until the following Monday. Then I received another email telling me my dryer wasn't going to be delivered until Tuesday. I had been told the delay was because the driver was sick, and then by another person said it was because of bad weather. So I do not recommend ordering from this company OR using the trucking company - AM Trucking - because they lied as well.

    I am a very fair person and I give a great review when deserved. This will not be that. I received a Miele dishwasher last night 2/18/2021 with a scratch center front. I called the delivery company to come back 2 mins. later but they didn't answer. When they did later they just lied and said they'd be back. I realized that wouldn't be the case. My 2nd. call not 3 mins. later was to Appliances Connection and yes I was furious and have to admit I talked over Grace. I sent in a photo of the unit and all else they asked.

    I was told all of the following from all different people: You just wanted free install (which I didn't even pay for), you must have scratched it when you took off the protective film (there was no film to protect), we will let you send it back ~ how would you like to pay to have it shipped? Your husband must have scratched it when he installed (not installed). The last one was a manager this morning who said "ya that's what we'll go with, it was your husband." I made him mad because I had the unmitigated gall to stand up to him. I told him I was going to call my credit card co and Miele direct. 7 calls followed from them none of which I answered.

    Later an email was sent saying we scratched it and as a curtsy they would wave shipping. What a joke this place is. This was my response: We did not remove any coverings of any kind. There were none. No delivery driver removed any film in front of us either. You people are trying very hard to drop the blame on us. Your BBB rating has an alert near it and now I know why. How dare you insinuate all the things you have.

    Let me tell you how customer service should go: Oh my gosh I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you, You paid top price and we want to make you happy. We will pick up the unit immediately since the driver is only 5 mins. away and will be in your area till tomorrow morning. We will get a new unit out to you as soon as possible. Not well ship it back and how would you like to pay for the shipping? Not you removed the film and you did it. Not you just wanted it installed for free. Not your husband must have scratched it trying to install. If this is how you run your business then best of luck to you.

    The appliance showed up sooner than I expected and exceeded my expectations. Everyone comments on how beautiful the fridge is. We live in a smaller apartment and had a refrigerator that was better suited for a suburb house. It was wide, it was deep, it was massive.     After a frustrating search for Thermador repair parts, I found Appliances Connection. We had determined that repair of our Thermador vent would cost way too much than we could afford if parts were available, and they were not. At Appliances Connection, a new Broan vent was found which had great reviews from many users, and was cost effective with free delivery. (Be sure to look for the discount code). We purchased the vent, installed with some retrofitting needed, but it is very functional and surprisingly quiet. The noise factor being significantly less than the previous vent was a bonus.

    Purchased an Aquadom D6030 in June 2020. Arrived broken. Contacted Appliance Connections. Filled out the paperwork. Took the pictures. Then waited for over 2 months for a resolution. During that time I purchased the same exact mirror from Amazon. Arrived with no issue. When Gary finally contacted me, he told me Aquadom had approved the replacement of the broken mirror. I informed Gary I really needed a mirror so I had purchased the exact same mirror for essentially the exact same price elsewhere. Since Aquadom had approved the replacement, I was expecting they would refund me for the broken one and tell me where to ship the broken one. Same resolution, just a different avenue.

    Here I am in February 2021 still with a broken mirror leaned up against the wall and out all the money. All I get is what appears to be an auto generated message saying they are waiting on the manufacturer. Either one or both companies are totally incompetent or simply have no desire to resolve this issue with me. Either one or both companies are guilty of pathetic customer service. I advise avoiding Appliance Connections and Aquadom since neither seem to be able the simplest of transactions.

    This company offers great prices but has slow shipping and an onerous return policy. I purchased a loveseat that turned out to be uncomfortable. When I inquired about returning, I discovered that there would be a 30% restocking fee because the packaging was discarded (by the guys who delivered the unit) plus $1.50 per pound to return. I wish I had read all this somewhere before I purchased this unit. Next time I will stick to Costco!!

    I went appliance shopping on Black Friday 2020 and none of the local retailers could supply anything I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. On the Appliances Connection website they showed the exact ones I wanted in stock with delivery times by Christmas. After giving in and swapping out items for supposed other in stock ones several times I still do not have everything. Manufacturing being unable to meet demand isn't their fault but being blatantly dishonest about stock levels is absolutely reprehensible! Avoid at all costs and just wait for your local home improvement store to get them for you. 10/10 do not recommend this company. Lastly, their shipping department is also garbage. I didn't get a notification that delivery was going to be scheduled until the night before and I had to work the next day. Then they showed up to my house at 630 am to deliver... Am I being punked by these guys?

    I was totally impressed with Appliances Connection. I live just outside of Austin, TX and was VERY skeptical of buying a large appliance from a company all the way in NY. I had recently bought a stove from another company and it took 3 deliveries to deliver a stove that was not damaged, which made me more wary of working with a company so far away. However, the price was SO GOOD I just had to give it a shot. Wow. Perfect delivery. I inspected the box before it was pulled off the truck. They then unboxed it in my driveway and let me inspect it again and it was flawless. The delivery guys were superb. It took a little longer to get than had I ordered local (about a week and a half), but I saved lots of $! For that kind of money, I can be a very patient person person. :-)

    I had never heard of AppliancesConnection before, and was hesitant about ordering appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washer, dryer) for my new construction home from a shop based across the country. It was inconvenient enough dealing with the local businesses. I took comfort in reading positive reviews online about them and decided to take the plunge. I've very glad I did because I had no issues with my items and wound up saving lots of money altogether due to their low prices and not having to pay sales tax. Delivery took about three weeks, but the money savings are definitely worth the wait if you can manage it.

    I recently shopped for a wall air conditioner unit and was limited to a specific model that would fit the current opening in my wall. The unit was hard to find, but Appliances Connection had it. When I called them the sales people were knowledgeable, and very helpful. They also offered the best price I could find, but offered a price matching service if I did find a better price with one of their registered websites.

    I was really concerned about receiving the unit undamaged because I've read many reviews online from various companies that the units often arrive damaged from shipping. When I expressed this concern to the salesmen I spoke to, they informed me of their standard delivery service included delivery inside my unit, and the delivery man will wait there while I open the unit and look to see if there's any damage. If there is, he will take it back and re-delivery another unit. This peace of mind is what sold me on Appliances Connection. I've had a great experience so far, and am looking forward to receiving my new A/C!

    The free installation is attractive when we were initially comparing price with other websites where normally don't provide this service for free, however, the actual installation being done is minimal, crap, full of rejection and excuses. You got what you paid for, but just don't count this as anything good when you make a decision, it only value $0 dollar. Plus, they shipped me a open-box hood, while we actually ordered a new one, cannot list enough...they will ruin every happiness you expect with your new appliance.

    After considerable "surfing" for the best online price I decided to buy our refrigerator from Appliance Connection. I spoke with a representative who was well informed, prompt and polite. I told him that we would be away for the holidays and requested a delayed shipment. He confirmed inventory and went over various details of the purchase. I also informed him that I wanted the "white glove" delivery serviced offered. The call was concluded without any other issues. Sometime later I was contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery, and everything went smoothly. They even removed my old fridge. I strongly recommend them.

    I purchased an appliance 11/30, and requested a change on 12/1 IF the product hadn't shipped. I was notified on 12/3 that it had not and they would make the change requested. I contacted again 7 other times with no answer. I was billed and paid for the item on 12/3. On 12/20 someone notified me that they were still working on the pending ticket. On 1/4 I asked again for an update. On 1/8 I asked again for an update. On 1/11 I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card because I had yet to receive ANY shipping notifications and no one was returning messages. I received a message and a call on 1/13 from Customer Service (Seaonta). He was personally going to help me get this resolved. He was kind and genuinely seemed interested.

    On 1/21, nothing was happening. I don't think he had any luck, despite his efforts. On 1/26, he asked me to remove the dispute on my credit card and they would ship my item. Before I had a chance to respond. Someone from disputes (Wellington) sent me a pretty disturbing message about taking off my dispute because this was not an error on their part. WHAT?!?! I have no idea who Wellington is, but they should maybe look for another job. RIDICULOUS. I said, "Maybe you should read the notes on this ticket," and Wellington responded, "Do you want this item or not?" I'm going to say OR NOT. Who can wait for a simple appliance for 60 days, then to be treated like this??? Not me, I will spend my money elsewhere.

    AppliancesConnection did an excellent job in delivering our washer and dryer. One of the reasons I used them was because they didn't charge extra for indoor delivery. I was kept up to date on shipping and tracking, so I knew when my appliances were going to be delivered and I could make sure I was home. Everything was shipped and received on time, and I'm super happy with my new washer and dryer.

    This company is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE REGRETFUL. I ordered an outdoor fireplace from their website in June of 2020. They attempted to deliver the order six times and each time there was an issue, such as they didn’t have the item on the truck, there were not enough delivery people, the white glove delivery service which I paid for was not on the order, etc. After being given excuses by this company multiple times, the item was finally delivered at the end of November 2020.

    The company sent a fireplace that was not pictured on their website and is now claiming that there was an "image disclaimer" on their website. It's the classic bait and switch. They marketed a product they had no intention of selling and replaced that product with what could possibly be a counterfeit product. They will knowingly send you the wrong product and mislead you into believing you will receive what you ordered. Their website is deceptive and they are intentionally so. I am shocked that this company is even in business. If you peruse their reviews, you will find they have a history of misrepresenting and delivering used, subpar products to people’s homes.

    I sent numerous emails and called several times to request that Appliances Connection remedy the situation. They did not respond until my credit card company reversed the charge and began an investigation. Then an associate named Wellington ** replied and proceeded to act like a pathetic bully, more like an annoying fly, claiming that the item below was the item I ordered and that there was an “image disclaimer “ on their site. It is hard to believe that there is an ignorant, stupid joke of a person in existence, but yes, it is true. This company is an absolute joke and I urge you, for your own peace of mind, do not have any dealings with this company and warn others about them so they finally go out of business and stop bothering people.

    I rarely do reviews but I had such a great shopping and ordering experience with Appliances Connection that I just had to share my experience. We just built a home and I needed a refrigerator, a freezer and washer & dryer. The other appliances came with the contract. So I stumbled across Appliances Connection and they had the lowest price on the Frigidaire professional series counter-depth french door refrigerator than any other place I checked. So I called and ordered the refrigerator from a very, very nice gentleman. The ordering process was very quick and easy. Delivery of the refrigerator was within the time frame. They said no damage and with FREE delivery and no taxes I made out like a bandit. Lol. Service was so good. I came back to order my front load washer & dryer and got the same great service as before.     I discovered Appliances Connection when I was shopping for a new Bosch dishwasher - from my preliminary research they had the best prices both of on-line retailers, as well as local stores. Since I knew I wanted a Bosch and had a general idea which features I wanted, I needed to see which Bosch model was the best match & their website allowed me to narrow my search by selecting which features I wanted. I was able to compare several models at once with each model's features in columns so I could see how they varied and make my selection. It was very helpful visually to see it displayed this way. Once I decided which one was the best match, I proceeded to check-out, which was a straightforward process.

    It was the first time I had made a major on-line purchase but I felt the process was clear and concise with a chance to correct any entry errors as I went along. I appreciated that there was a full description of my purchase with the features of that model before I clicked submit purchase. Customer Service has kept me updated through every step of the way through email, from confirmation of the purchase to when the item was picked up from shipping. Now I'm anticipating the delivery and can't wait to try out my first Bosch!     Purchased a Viking warming drawer that arrived with a couple stains on the handle. I called to ask how they would suggest removing the stains without damaging the stainless steel. I was offered cleaner IF I sent them a picture of the stains. Seriously? I was asking a simple question. I didn’t want homework. Customer service rep clearly couldn’t care less.     Would NOT recommend using Appliances Connection -- if your experience is like ours, you will be frustrated, upset, and left with a poorly-installed, faulty appliance. We ordered a Miele dishwasher online through Appliances Connection and paid for installation. The dishwasher was installed, but faulty -- it tipped forwards, the drawers rolled out, it leaked into our adjacent cabinet. We requested reinstallation -- and the same two installers came out, ineptly tried to fix it, and left -- and the dishwasher door now will not remain open (it slams shut), and it is installed crooked. We contacted Appliances Connection, but they have not been helpful in remedying this frustrating situation.

    I purchased a Washer, Dryer and 2 Pedestals on September 8th 2020. It's January 6th 2021 and I still don't have anything. If you call customer service, you get routed to India where they have no idea of anything and tell you things like "It's on its way from the Manufacturer". True or not, it doesn't matter. This company does not care about you. They have never reached out to me because of delays.

    Since I do not speak Indian and cannot understand their accents, I tried using their customer ticketing system... same thing: Customer service staff from other foreign countries that take over a week to respond to you and tell you it's delayed blah blah blah. Same story... "it will be in in 4-6 weeks". Then after 4-6 weeks... "More delays, it will be in 4-6 weeks." I would never use this company again. The status of my order is now "Waiting for truck to pickup" which has been like that for 2 weeks. LOL. Pay more - go somewhere else. It's not worth the frustration to deal with a company like this.

    I am always skeptical about ordering expensive items online but this company is one of the best I have worked with in the 30+ years I have been buying online. No one locally had the dishwashers we wanted but Appliances Connection said they had them in stock and would ship them right away, with shipping free I might add. So I went ahead and bought them and they shipped within two days and we received them 300+ miles away in less than two weeks. We live in a remote area so local deliveries are at least two weeks if you are lucky. The young men that delivered the dishwashers carried them both right into our house and could not have been nicer. They both wore full masks without having to be asked and they were in and out of our house in less than two minutes. The price was good and the warranty was better and less expensive than the competition. We will be back as our other appliances need replacing.

    I recently inquired into the status of my order from Appliances Connection. Time is of the essence on this delivery, so I wanted to check on the status as soon as I could. I could not discern from the website the exact status of my order though I was told it would ship on Monday. I clicked the Chat Now button to find out more and a customer service representative assisted me in my inquiry. She asked me for my order number and almost instantly had an update for me. She told me that the shipper had been changed to express and that a confirmation would be sent shortly.

    We ordered our dishwasher on AppliancesConnection.com over a year ago. Appliances Connection had the best price with no tax and free shipping. I was skeptical ordering a major appliance on-line, but it came and installed like a breeze. We love the dishwasher and it worked out. So, now when we decided to replace our gas range, refrigerator, and microwave we are not surprised to find, once again, ApplianceConnection has the best prices and services.

    At first we tried the local big box stores but not all colors and models are on sale or available. Since we had such a great experience with our dishwasher, I thought I would check appliances connection just to see if they have what we wanted (I do a lot of research before buying). I was thrilled to find not only did they have what we wanted they also had all of the information we needed to make an informed purchase. Every model has all of the installation/manuals/dimensions on its page. Not only did I find exactly the models of what I wanted, 2 of the 3 were on sale. I also found an extra coupon and since we purchased all three together we qualified for rebates. I know when we are ready to replace our washer/dryer I will shop here first.     While shopping for living room furniture for my daughter, she spotted a fun gray swivel chair. Unfortunately, since we bought a brown sectional sofa, the gray chair wouldn't match.     I was searching for a couch online. Everyone else had a 4-6 week delivery time and I wanted it sooner. I then found Discount Bandit, I didn't think they were going to charge me upfront before I knew the vendor. It was matched to Appliances Connection. I saw their wait time was longer previously, so I was surprised, but thought that Discount Bandit may have an expedited deal with them. (BTW, no Discount from Discount Bandit, just standard rate and I wasn't going to buy from Appliances Connection as I saw their delay time earlier.)

    Well, Discount Bandit made the order, I got confirmation from Appliances Connection should have shipped 7/17/2020, then a delay to 7/21/2020. I currently have 19 updates from Appliances Connection of delays. It is now 12/17/2020 and potential ship date is 12/31/2020. This means, if they don't delay again, it will be six months for my couch.

    Additionally, I try calling to cancel and cannot get in touch with anyone at Appliances Connection. I did get one call back that says I have to go online to cancel on their website, however, Discount Bandit made the order, so I can't do that either. So, Discount Bandit is just a Bandit and Appliances Connection simple is holding my money, not sending my product, and it is six months of waiting. I am not curious to the relationship they have with Discount Bandit. DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION.

    7 month ordeal. Damaged appliances by the shipper Fragilepak (another one to stay the hell away from). Refused them. Said they would work with me on discounting damaged appliances. Order redelivered. Once assessed they offered $50 on a $4K purchase. The range casing is BENT. Refrigerator scratched up in front. Attempted to recharge my card an additional $3K during the credit card dispute process. Finally their shipper came today to pick up. I stored their appliances for 4 months while fighting with them. The dispute has been resolved by my credit card company for the amount. The time, frustration, and inconvenience was not worth it.

    DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY. I would also give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and can't do anything right. The manager that I spoke to Celia is worse - I'm not sure what she's managing. Shipped to wrong address twice. The first time was my fault. The second was not. Celia was supposed to reschedule the third delivery - the order still isn't scheduled. Customer service keeps "dropping" my call. I purchased because they had best priced warranty, but because their customer service is so terrible, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Find another company - the extra hundred dollars isn't worth it. Also, if you ask to speak with a manager the customer service agent lies and tells you that they are a manager.

    Bought a LG insta view refrigerator on Nov 2. Bought extra shipping. On the 13th I found it cheaper 600 cheaper. Asked for price adjustment. Refused to give it because it left to a warehouse for shipping. Then it was supposed to be delivered on the 18th. Nope! We did not get an answer when we asked for new delivery date. So we went to the warehouse and picked it up. After we were there they said, "Oh it was being delivered next day." Sorry we brought it home. I looked on the website now and it’s listed for 1695. Our freezer works great and is exactly what we ordered. Patience was the overriding test. Understandably, they were delayed in shipping since the actual manufacturer couldn't produce enough product to supply to demand. That is no fault of Appliances Connection. We are happy with the purchase and the performance of the employees we were in contact with. The driver with the shipping company was polite and quick.     Updated on 12/06/2020: They finally, after months writing back and forth agreed to refund me for manufacture defective range. However, they have been giving me run around for weeks about this refund and picking up the defective range with no intentions of helping me. My property is on the market and I could not schedule showings ever since I bought this range back in September as Part of remodeling my kitchen. I became ill from this predicament, as a result with tears in my eyes I am scheduling, with city 311 garbage pick up, to pick up this range. Lose way over $3000, by another stainless steal, but cheap range, just so that I could preserve my health. I am disabled and simply cannot afford mad people to continue tormenting me indefinitely with lies.

    Original Review: My property is on the market and we decided to replace our 28 years old perfect stove with Bosch HGS8055UC latest model based on great reviews. Industrial style look is amazing but beyond that this range is probably equal to a garbage can fire. We received supposedly new stove with visible large spot. The product which was installed for us by the delivery company. I paid over $3,500 with all add-ons. At the time we thought nothing of this spot as the reviews claimed easy to clean. The large stain is not removable. Buying from this merchant is like gambling. I bought the rest of my appliances from elsewhere.

My double oven is exactly as described and I am extremely happy with it. My order was delivered eleven days from when I placed it. That is a fantastic turnaround. The men from the shipping company who delivered the oven were great. This company cannot be beat.

    I just got my new stove delivered and this was the best delivery that I've had in a long time. With covid I've had several deliveries to compare it to. These young men were respectful and prompt, they called and gave me a heads up that they were on the way and arrived in a timely manner. I was advised on set up and all of my questions were answered. Both men should be considered assets to the company as they were pleasant and playful. Which is very much needed with all the stresses of today's world. Thank you for sending these two on this day to complete my delivery.

    I am so upset with this company. I am never one to write reviews but am so disgusted I have to. Long story much shortened: upon installing our new oven, the technicians broke our counter tops in 2 places. After filing a claim, expecting to get it fixed and initially told it would get fixed, I spoke to representative tonight who accused me of lying about the counter top being broken and threw in that the techs weren't really a part of Appliances Connection, but under a third party.

    Also, he asked me "why would they try to remove the stove if it wasn't disconnected? Our policy is it had to be disconnected." This is the first time I have heard of this rule and in fact, I paid Appliances Connection to disconnect my old oven! He wasn't helping, I asked to speak to someone else which he replied to call my homeowner's insurance to get this problem fixed and that I'll have to call back tomorrow to speak to someone else. I am taking legal action if this isn't resolved internally.

    Terrible company - do not use!!! Save yourself some grief. My wife and I ordered a new washer and dryer one week before moving into our new house (Washer and Dryer were both in stock on the website). It's been almost 4 weeks now. Multiple times my wife tried to call in and get an update (1 hour hold time each time she called). She asked to speak to a supervisor twice, the rep said, "I will have my supervisor call you back" - they never called. Not once.

    After multiple calls and 3 WEEKS later, we finally got our delivery date (a Friday), on the call the rep said, "someone should be calling you with a window of time today" (Wednesday or Thursday). No one ever called with a time. I am currently sitting at home waiting for our appliances, not knowing when or even IF it will come today. Again, TERRIBLE company with HORRIBLE communication and DEPLORABLE customer service. I just hope their delivery folks do not reflect the work ethic of their customer service. I would also give this company zero stars if I could.

    UPDATE: The Washer and Dryer did not arrive on Friday. Took a day off for nothing. Thank you AM Trucking & Appliances Connection. Appliances arrived the following Tuesday. But wait, that's not all - delivery folks would not hook the appliances up even though I explained to them the situation. It took some convincing for them to just take the boxes and trash the appliances came with. BUT WAIT there's more... THE DRYER CAME WITHOUT A POWER CORD. Zero connections (pipes, tubes, exhausts) and no power cord. C'mon guys at least pretend to try... Never buy from these guys. I never leave reviews, but I have the duty to my fellow consumer to steer you away from companies like this!

    Excellent service, the Frigidaire fridge was delivered on time and the delivery people were very helpful. They didn't tip the fridge on its side at all so we were able to turn it on right away and start using it that day.

    I ordered a refrigerator and a Stove, they delivery the refrigerator a different day and they had me waiting for the stove in 3 different dates so far. I ordered the stove on 10/17/2020, today is 10/27/2020 and I do not have the stove as yet. I have been buying food from outside for my family because this irresponsible company have not been able to delivery the stove, which they promised to deliver in 3 business days. I gave one * because you do not have anything below that.

    I purchased a set of double ovens from Appliances Connection on 9/26/20. My confirmation stated I would receive the ovens on 10/2/20. I have never received the ovens. The company will not respond to emails nor will they will pick up the phone. I received a shipping number for a trucking company called AM trucking who I am also unable to reach by phone or email. There are notations on the site that say there may be delays due to COVID if the appliances are not in stock. Through the website, I confirmed that it was in stock and the purchase page confirmed 10/2/20 delivery. I am not buying that there are delays in shipping. I work in the trucking industry so I am very well aware of the logistics.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... I ordered a Frigidaire wall A/C unit for my elderly mother along with the Professional Service Appliance Installation for $139.99 and the Appliance removal for $29.00, full amount debited from credit card. Product took two weeks which we were ok with, because it was coming from New York and would be delivered by AM Trucking Company. The trucking company that Appliances Connection contracts with. I specifically ask A.C. customer service who would be installing the A/C unit and disposing of the old unit. I was informed the trucking company would install and remove the old unit.

    Today AM Trucking delivered my mother's A/C unit and told her they do not install nor remove old unit. They left the A/C and made her sign the electronic device stating it was delivered and installed and old unit removed and unit was inspected for any damages (which she cannot do) or they would take the A/C unit back as not accepted. This is theft of the elderly. I spent hours on the phone throughout the day waiting for a rep from Appliances Connection and when I finally got through to them and put on hold time after time after time.

    I was informed by Tay that he would contact AM trucking and get back to me, five hours later no call back, so I called again on the phone another 45 minutes just to get a confirmation from A.C. to refund back the $139.99 and $29.99. This is on Appliances Connection and their contract agreement with AM Trucking. Unbelievable and I would recommend you stay clear of this business unless you like poor service and total frustration in your life.

    I do not know how they manage to get even a star. I bought a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner set from them for over $2500 in July 2019. The entire set started changing color and peeling off within 8 months. So, I contacted them to get the issue addressed. The first, agent told me the items are still within the one year manufacturer's warranty and should be sent to them for an exchange. Then, when I called to get the address the next time so I could ship them at my own cost, I was told by this agent name Levan (**) that I will not be able to ship anything until they get pictures of the damages and make a decision. I emailed them so many pictures from the email he sent to me but never heard again. I have been emailing them to no avail.

    When I reported the matter to BBB, they responded after two months. With BBB, they will respond to my inquiries after months. They told BBB that they didn't receive any emails from concerning the matter and pictures they requested. I provided the emails to BBB but that didn't still provide the address to ship the items for exchange. They told BBB that they email the address, which was a not true also. I provided BBB a copy of my entire emails to show they were wrong. As I write, I have been battling with them now for 4 months on exchanging my entire set and the issue has not been resolved. They have refused to provide the return and exchange for all my items that are having issues. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. PLEASE RUN WHEN YOU HEAR OR SEE APPLIANCES CONNECTION ANYWHERE.

    I ordered a Bosch dishwasher on the Best Buy site. It estimated delivery in four weeks. I decided to try Appliances Connection. It estimated delivery in one week, and had good reviews. I canceled with BB and ordered from AC, and paid about $170 extra for installation. AC then announced one delay after another, and the dishwasher finally arrived four weeks later. AM Trucking delivered it, and a young man worked for about two hours installing it. He was frustrated. He finally finished but left a mess inside and out. He left no receipt or card.

    An hour later, the sink faucet started spitting and finally slowed to a trickle. I called AC to ask him to return and fix it. Days later they replied I would have to contact the delivery company. I explained that I hired AC to install it -- not a trucking company. Days passed without water. AC finally gave me a contact at the trucking company. AM Trucking did not return my calls. I filed a claim on its website, and got an auto reply that the claim must be filed within seven days, and I must send a notarized statement by registered mail. When I next heard from them, the email said I must have filed a claim within three days. After three weeks, I hired a plumber to fix the problem. AC and AM Trucking never did anything, and have not refunded the installation fee.

    I called a couple months ago about a flush mount range hood, and there was a coupon for $10 off a specific amount and I called to see if something better was floating around. The guy said no coupons existed...and I told him I had just put in a coupon for $10 and found it odd they didn't "know" about it. Then he said he did, and that was it. Ok, why not mention it to me when I asked? Then, when I told him I had one, he said that was the only one available. Very strange business practice. That should have been my red flag.

    Then, my order got pushed back several months due to COVID so I looked for another site and cancelled with them. That site also got pushed back but they didn't inform me until later. I thought I'd come back to Appliances Connection to see if they'd help me out and I'd not only give them my business for graciously accepting a cancellation... but refer them to a family member who also was looking for quite a few remodeling appliances/parts. The same guy answered and he told me pretty much to not buy from again them if I'm going to cancel on them and to stay with the other company. Wow-I was shocked that he even said that. All I wanted to know was if it was going to come on a certain date and not keep getting pushed back...from ANY company!

    They gave me a ship date, and didn't follow through on it, so WHY would I not cancel?! Most homeowners with project deadlines WOULD. He should know that people need to receive parts so that remodel dates/costs don't keep piling on. He also casually told me that canceling in general wasn't an issue anyways because he would just give it to the next person in line. Awesome, so then...what's the big deal? Very rude. He hung up on me as well. Don't buy from them.

    On 5/24/20 I placed an order for the TK Classics Kathy Ireland River 8 piece Wicker Patio set in the amount of $1969.67 and there was an separate charge for $11.63. Through Appliances Connection. The estimated delivery date was 6/20/20. On 6/22/20 I contacted Appliances Connection. I spoke with Doug L at Appliances Connection and inquired about the delivery of my Patio set. Doug L said he was the Sales Floor Manager and that it would be delivered in July however he did not have an exact delivery date. I then explained that my family would be out of town effective July 1st and we would not return until July 23, 2020. Doug L then recommended that when Roadrunner Transportations their shipping company contacted me that I could schedule the delivery upon my return. That sounded great and I agreed to scheduling.

    On July 10, 2020, I received a phone call from Roadrunner Transportation attempting to schedule delivery. At this time I informed the representative that I was currently out of town and had been told by the Sales Floor Manager Doug L on 6/22/20 that I could schedule delivery upon my return on 7/23/20. The representative from Roadrunner Transportation then informed me that their would be a $300 storage fee should I delay delivery. I explained that I felt this was unfair given I had called prior to our going out of town make all necessary arrangements and on 6/22/20 the Sales Manger Doug L had recommended that I schedule the delivery upon my return. At no time was their discussion of a storage fee. The representative at Roadrunner Transportation said she would escalate the matter to a manager at Roadrunner Transportation and call me back. I never received a follow up phone call.

    While we were out of town my father suffered a massive heart attack and passed away July 14th. We were unable to return home until July 26th given the circumstances. On Monday, July 27th I called Appliances Connection. I sat for 2 hours on hold before I could speak with Doug L. I informed Doug that when I attempted to look up his contact information I had the unpleasant experience of finding a few tickets that had gone to my junk mail notifying me that I had a storage fee for my furniture. At which time I explained about our extenuating circumstances about my father's passing and that I found it unethical to charge such fees especially since Doug had informed me of no such fee when we spoke on 6/22/20 and Doug had recommended that I postpone the delivery until my return.

    On Monday, July 27th Douglas L from Appliances Connection emailed Ms. ** at Roadrunner Transportation explaining there was a family emergency and to please reschedule delivery. The email address used was ** at 3:50 pm on July 27th. At 4:42 I received at ticket via email from Gary at Appliances Connections notifying me that the carrier would be charging me storage fees for the furniture and once I approve the charges then and only then my furniture would be delivered. At 7:10 pm on July 27th I emailed Doug L at Appliances Connection and shared the email that I received from Gary at Appliances Connection. I received an email from Doug L at 7:17 saying he would look into the matter further and get back to me.

    On Wednesday July 29, 2020 I spent an hour and a half on hold attempting to reach Doug L about the scheduling of my furniture. When I called the system said I was the next caller in the queue. Then the system said I was the 18th person in the queue. After waiting an hour and a half I spoke with Oscar. Oscar said Doug was away from his desk and Doug would return my call. Doug did not return my call.

    On Thursday July 30, 2020 I spent nearly 2.5 hours on hold attempting to reach Doug L. I had a similar experience as the previous day. I was next caller in the queue. I was bumped to caller 22. This cycle repeated itself. I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with an unprofessional female sales representative that was also unable to put me in contact with Doug L. At this point I explained that I either wanted my furniture to be delivered and the shipping fees to be waived or to please cancel my order entirely and refund my money. This representative then got Oscar a "manager" at Appliances Connection on the phone call. Oscar said, he would split the storage fee and if I agreed to pay $150 dollar storage fee my furniture would be delivered. Regretfully and out of pure exhaustion I agreed to paul the $150. No one from Roadrunner Transportations called me to schedule the delivery Thursday afternoon.

    On Friday July 31, 2020 morning at 11am I sent an electronic ticket to Appliances Connection explaining Roadrunner Transportation had not yet contacted me to schedule delivery and that it was unethical to have charged me an additional $150 storage fee without having a scheduled delivery. I explained that the delivery needed to be scheduled that day or I wanted to receive a full refund. Appliances Connection then sent a ticket response providing the tracking number ** and phone number 1-800-831-4393 to schedule the delivery. I called this number at Road Runner at which time the customer service representative at RoadRunner Transportations explained that there was still a balance for storage fees.

    I explained to the representative all the details of the last week and that storage fees had actually been paid to Appliances Connection. She delivery would be made because of the storage fee balance. I requested to speak with a manager. The representative at Roadrunner Transportation then put me in contact with “manager” Kathy ** at **. Kathy confirmed there was still a storage balance but that she would look into the matter and schedule delivery for Monday, August 3rd.

    On Monday, August 3rd the furniture was delivered. The driver asked my husband to sign for delivery. My husband Matthew ** said he was not comfortable signing for a product that was unopened. They began opening the furniture that was poorly packaged in damaged boxes. At which point my husband and the driver realized the patio set was incomplete and was missing a piece of furniture. They also were able to identify the furniture was extremely damaged. One arm on a chair was bent and mishaped. Another chair had broken wicker weave and a hole in the side of it.

    My husband refused the delivery. I called Kathy ** and informed her of the damage and that we were refusing the delivery. I asked Kathy to please refund me my money. She said that she could not do that, that I or Appliances Connection would need to file a claim with the Manufacturer Kathy Ireland and the process takes several weeks. This is unacceptable. I have submitted a ticket to Appliances Connection in writing expressing I want to be refunded $1969.87 for the 8 piece set, $11.63 for the furniture clips, and $150 for the storage fee. Appliances Connection is being unresponsive.

    Do NOT bother to order through this company! Not only did they delay my order with excuses for 4 months, they also sent a defective product! I have contacted them regarding a return or refund, and they again are only providing excuses. They are obviously not interested in satisfying their customers! I will be demanding a refund through my credit card company as they are failing to rectify anything on their end.
