I received a broken table top. I had to call the vendor since Appliance Connection states they only email vendors. There was a replacement in stock. Spoke to Sergio the floor manager who stated they will try and overnight it. Today I spoke to Santiago the floor manager who got nasty with me and stated it cost us 309 dollars to replace it so we will either discount you to keep the table or come and get it because it would take a month to ship.
I told him ship it, I want a table that wasn’t broken and I stated I spoke to their liaison at Furniture of America who was very helpful and he stated it was in stock. Santiago got nasty and said he didn’t care and it would take a month and I needed to stop calling everyday. No one has given me any updates and I had to call the vendor myself because they were too lazy to do their job. I asked to speak to his manager Calvin and he said Calvin doesn’t take calls. Very unprofessional and they do not care if they send broken items to consumers.

I ordered a dishwasher, and before it arrived a refrigerator. My neighbor actually ordered a dishwasher around the same time. All three arrived separately with damage. As far as I can tell they make a business out of reselling damaged goods. The delivery people are trained and even have managers they put you on with to hard press you to accept the goods so they can repair them later and/or give you a discount. After waiting so long in anticipation of your purchase you may be tempted to accept delivery but REFUSE. If you do buy from Appliances Connection be ready to thoroughly inspect and refuse delivery on anything with even a scratch. Don't talk to the manager they will want to put on who will try every tactic including scare tactics to get you to take it.
Install services are also terrible. They also claimed the dishwasher couldn't be installed but that's because the truck drivers they have do the installs have no idea what they are doing. It was later installed with zero issue by a real installer and all the extra parts they told me to buy were not needed. After much hassle I got the dishwasher installed, front replaced and am just living with a dented $5k refrigerator they could not repair. Buy from a reputable local dealer that will stick behind their end-to-end service.

I got a microwave trim kit, it came a week later, did not even ship for three days. The packaging was not original but 3-4 pieces were thrown together between a couple of non fitting bricks of foam, not even taped together. This was shoved in two boxes, slipped together end to end. I have never seen anything so unprofessional. The pieces were loose and jumbling around inside, so the trim piece, was dented in several areas. Yes, maybe the price was 20% off, but it was a piece of crap, packaged by incompetents'. Based on this experience, ANYTHING from this site is HIGH RISK of damage! If it seems too good to be true, it usually is and this place takes the cake for junk.

They sent the dishwasher with their installation crew, two young men, who did not speak English. They could not install the dishwasher, saying that we should first call an electrician. We called them again a few times, and they sent two other persons for the installation, who could not install the dishwasher once again, saying that we should first call a plumber. After we had it installed with our own effort, we contacted them again for an invoice. Their phones are NOT responding, and they do NOT respond to our emails. This company should NOT be trusted!

My wife and I bought our first super nice dishwasher (Miele) and found a deal on one that was panelless. We wanted to get a stainless panel from Appliances Connection and found one that was $350 that boasted compatibility: “The panel and handle combination fits any full-size Vi Dishwasher in our assortment and will harmoniously match the design of the Miele Range.” The week we got it, there wasn’t a bracket included to attach it to the dishwasher. It seemed like a small part and we thought we could get one from Appliances Connection. They delayed their responses for weeks, asking details about the bracket and not directly addressing questions about if this panel really could work with our dishwasher.
They directed we go directly to Miele for the bracket needed, claiming it was supposed to come with the dishwasher. We reached out to Miele, who directed us to Appliances Connection. After AC recommended we go back to Miele, we did, and Miele finally scheduled a call with us, sent a bracket that wasn’t the correct part, and then after other contacting with them, they scheduled a tech to come out because we were under warranty. When the Miele tech realized that the dishwasher worked fine and the panel was incorrect, they advised that we return it, get a refund and buy another panel that would work. (We spent $260 for the Miele visit, by the way.)
Even though we were well past the 30 days since shipment, Appliances Connection finally acquiesced to allow a return and they sent return information, which included a statement that we needed to have the exact box that it arrived in to be able to do the return. Even though this was a single piece of unmarked cardboard folded around the panel, they wouldn’t take anything else. Now, we’ve spent hours trying to get this to work, and $600 or so between the panel and the Miele service visit. The dishwasher is amazing by the way, but it’s looked horrible for months and Appliances Connection has not been helpful, in the least. I’ll never use them again.

The company reached out to me. Unfortunately the management had been given inaccurate information. They refunded the damaged oven and sent a new one with a trucking company that specializes in fragile transportation. Monika, from Appliances Connection, personally handled my situation and has not only stayed on top of the return and delivery of my new oven, but has also been vigilant in keeping me informed. Looking forward to receiving my new appliance.

I ordered a complete kitchen set of appliances in August, and was told it would be delivered in September. I took a picture of the delivery date for my own verification. After making numerous nonending calls, and dates being pushed and pushed, I started getting deliveries months later. My excitement was quickly squashed because everything had some kind of damage in transport from NY to CA. I was able to deal with some of the cosmetic issues because I hid them within the cabinets. On the dishwasher, I attempted to get a replacement and they refused. The dents that are clearly visible, I was so desperate to have my kitchen together that Ive just learned to learn to live with them.
Then In December I finally received the wall oven that I’d been very anxiously waiting for. Because of my past experiences I immediately opened the box and saw that it looked like it had been compressed and damaged. The delivery company said to send pictures to Appliances Connection for resolution because they didn’t deal with returns. I immediately contacted Appliances Connections and the delivery headquarters. They gave me a number to call so a repair representative could come look at it. I called and made the appointment. The rep came and said it was so damaged that it wasn’t repairable and looked like it had been dropped from at least 5 feet. I sent over the report to let Appliances Connection know.
At this point because everything coming from New York was damaged in some form, and I had waited 5 months for the oven, I just wanted it returned and refunded. I didn’t want to wait for another damaged product. I prefer to look for an oven locally. Fast forward 2 months of my continuing to call and email, they are refusing to refund me. They have no replacement in stock and forcing me to wait until they do, so they can send another oven from New York to CA. Nothing I have received from Appliances Connection has come free of damage. Sadly had I done my research I would have seen that the items are being shipped from New York. I give a strong warning to anyone purchasing from out of New York to find a local company and to not use Appliances Connection. I’m now 6 months without a complete kitchen and no end in sight.

I ordered a washer and dryer on December 16, 2022, It is now February 14th, 2023 and I am due to make a second payment already and I still have not received the dryer. It took a month and a half and one payment made before I received the washer. I have made numerous phone calls and they just put a ticket in for you. I would caution anyone from ordering from this company. I would have rather paid Best Buy the $200 dollar delivery fee than to have to hassle with this company. They truly are the worst company I have ever done business with.

Ordered a vanity in early Jan. The website “claimed” it would ship within 2 days. Big lie. I had THREE notifications of delay, and each time the notice extended delivery by weeks. I cancelled the order. Fine print online said you had to call with a cancellation. I called. They said the manufacturer needed 72 "business" hours to process a cancellation. 72 Business hours which I didn’t catch initially, but translates to 9 DAYS. Ridiculous. Today, day 9. I contacted Customer Service. They claim they “can’t“ process the refund because “something is wrong with AMEX”. Total **. "Might" have to MAIL me a refund.
After requesting multiple times to get a confirmation of cancellation - I have been told they are "working on it". It’s been a nightmare. I can't get this un-shipped item cancelled, I can't get a refund from them, so I am unable to comfortably order a vanity from another provider. It's a total scam. Today, is the date that the manufacturer last said it would be shipped - I have a gut feeling these people are going to respond with "oh sorry we can't refund you because it shipped." DON'T BUY FROM THEM and save yourself the huge inconvenience of this type of debacle.

We purchased 12 appliances over a year ago, expecting some to take months to ship. The house was delayed 6 months so installation was also delayed. Incorrect items were shipped, matching items shipped separately and in one case match never came. The worst issue is that the oven’s package and outside appearance were undamaged upon inspection so accepted. It wasn’t until installation that major, unfixable damage was discovered and since it had been a year the company will not assist in resolving at all. Customer service has even hung up on us. We regret using this company as more research has uncovered that this is common and want to warn future shoppers.

1st day I used the big oven was 7 days after delivery and so excited to have our stove in time for the Holidays. We were away the day after it arrived so Christmas Day was our very first 1st use of this Oven. My daughter came so close to getting her face burned while I was right beside her. Thank Goodness She reacted quickly to what appeared to be a mini explosion from the oven when she opened the door. My husband has patiently been calling and emailing for weeks. We have not turned this oven on since. It took weeks before they responded with 1st we need to send someone out that took more time. The repair man said it need a new oven igniter!!! A Repair for a NEW stove that cost Thousands!!! Needs a new part!!! And dangerous!!!
ThOR advised don’t use the oven!!! Well Then why did I buy a NEW stove!!! Here we are now moving into Feb with no resolution and Appliances Connection is dragging their feet so here we are NOW on the last day of Jan and they want to send another person!!! This time want to send a THOR rep out!!! Our WORST buying experience Ever!!! Sitting here with dangerous stove, not using the main oven & Borrowing neighbor's stoves for our large family dinners. I’m very angry and want this faulty stove Out of my home and our money returned!!!
This company will take your $ and do all they can to avoid a return. Who wants an expensive stove that could cause harm and needs a major part replaced???Shame on Appliances Connection and THOR for bypassing Quality Assurance and taking advantage. I also plan to contact the department of elderly affairs as they (AC) claim Fed laws assures them the right to repair the stove. Really a brand New stove 1st use??? Beware!!! I’m not as patient as my husband I give him much credit for constantly reaching out to Appliances Connection. I want it out of my home!!!!

Appliances Connection was fast and easy to order from and was the most competitively priced. The Whirlpool washer I bought works well for the price paid. It's quiet and cleans very well. My only partial complaint would be that even with the jet dry it doesn't dry completely. Especially with the plastics, which can be somewhat expected, but it also occurs sometimes with the glass.

The process of buying on the internet was easy and uncomplicated. I have not yet received the product but hopefully it will arrive in good time and good shape. So far I am very pleased with the process and was happy to find the microwave/convection oven of my choice at a reasonable price.

Usually customer experiences don’t go so well. You know, you call and can’t understand the person on the other line that is on the other side of the globe, or they’re kind, but can’t help you resolve your problem. Or, they’re not kind at all or you’re on hold for hours while you get transferred from person to person, explaining your dilemma each time.
So, of course I was dreading calling Appliances Connection to resolve a FEDEX undelivered, perhaps damaged, drop-in range cooktop I had ordered. I called and decided to hold. Then they let me know I was 34th in the queue. Yikes, I called back and took the offer to get a call back. They must have a lot of customer service representatives, because they returned my call less than half an hour later. Martin ** was my customer service representative, and I have to say, it may have been the best customer service experience I’ve had.
First, he helped me resolve my range order in the way that best suited me and my somewhat undecided travel plans. Then, when I thanked him for his excellent service and complimented him on his very good English (I thought his accent was Caribbean, but he let me know came here from Liberia), he told me how much he appreciated someone being kind to him! These days, it seems like everyone is so unpleasant, I totally understood where he was coming from, especially when dealing with people who are calling with a problem.
That made me remember the terrible service I received from the shipping company they used to deliver my other appliances. Martin listened and laughed with me and told me he appreciated me letting him know, as the company isn’t aware their delivery contract companies are doing a poor job unless the customers let them know. He assured me he’d send my detailed experience up the chain AND offered me complimentary ten year warranties on the appliances for my inconvenience, which I totally hadn’t expected!
He also gave me his personal extension so I wouldn’t have to join the hold queue next time! I’m so glad he did and that I received him as my representative. I really liked the prices and selection at Appliances Connection, but was leery to order from them again on my next projects (rentals), due to the hassle with the delivery company. I will definitely shop with Appliances Connection again, as I now know that if I run into difficulties in the future I can count on Martin to take good care of me. And I’ll definitely let all the friends and family (they all asked who I purchased from, BTW, I did assure them it was the delivery company at fault) I told my ridiculous delivery stories (yes, there was more than one) to how Appliances Connection not only listened, but made it right, which is extremely refreshing nowadays. In fact, it’s only been a couple of hours and I’ve already told two people. Martin really made my day!

Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame. No wonder they only get two stars on BBB. Check all the reviews, not just here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This is a DANGEROUS company. DO NOT buy from them. We bought a $18,000 stove from Appliances Connection in June. There was a gas leak from the faulty stove and installation. The emergency gas company came and confirmed that it was ongoing leak. When Appliances Connection returned, they said the smell was from our "spices." National Grid came back and confirmed there was a leak still. We called the company again and this time they said they can’t have anybody come for a MONTH. While we had a GAS LEAK. The gas leak was not resolved from Appliances Connection who supplied the Stove and the Flexible Line. Do NOT buy from this company. Buyer Beware for your own safety. They couldn’t care less.

Absolute garbage customer service. I ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered to doorstep. Left it in the box until contractor needed to install. It was out of 30 day window and they will do NOTHING for the fact that both top and bottom doors and back vent panel are smashed. Not my fault the contractors got delayed with labor shortages and illness and couldn’t get to Appliances until now. I had spoken to management on the phone and they said they absolutely would take care of it and walked me through the claim process. Then I get an email saying “nope, they won’t do a thing.” Terrible customer service, terrible policies and complete liars telling me they would fix it and then wouldn’t. Never buy from them.

Purchased an Asko dishwasher. Purchased delivery. Installation and install Kit was included. Took off work for install. Called night before, they left message they would have to cancel. Left an automated message for a future install date and if I agreed to confirm. I did not confirm because I needed to find a suitable date. They delivered anyway. I just happened to be home for an hour. They decided that installation was not possible because the existing hole drilled for the 5-year-old D/W drain was two small and call them back when I widened it --5 minute job. I called them back. They said they will be back in the area in 2 weeks. I decided it was too long and would hire someone myself. They took off with the installation KIT, I am trying to get it back. Also left outside my door a pile of trash in the street. Have called many times (5) to get the install KIT and a credit for installation. No Luck! Anybody with a reputation ie..local would not do this.

I had a complete order and paid for a freezer. Then I received a email for backorder of one month; which I understand for Christmas shortages. Sadly 5 days later received a email of cancelation, which was explained by increase by manufacture. What happen to commitment? What happened to integrity? I am a 22 yr veteran; which made me fight for the greatest country in the world for its values. If you are looking for a deal without security: this is the place. Recommend, pay a little more for some company that cares.

Appliances Connection does not have any quality control. We purchased a Ventahood from them that was obviously a returned item from someone else. Appliances Connection apparently doesn’t inspect returned items for quality flaws, as our box was missing its plug and installation screws, and the screws that attach the top of the hood to the side had been pulled loose and stripped. When I called Appliances Connection, I was told it was well beyond the time period that they will help me, but that I was free to contact them directly. They then put me on hold to elevator music while they looked up a contact number which turned out to be a generic 800 number I could have looked up myself.
READ THEIR FINE PRINT. Their website states they’re not going to do anything for you if they send you a defective item. “Policy On Defective and Damaged Products: All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. AppliancesConnection.com will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects. During the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the package.” They insist you inspect the product immediately (even though every contractor and designer tells you to NOT open boxes until you are ready for install) BUT how could I have even inspected the box and refused to accept delivery of the driver just left the box at my door?? Very, very unhappy. This is a headache that I did not need.

Ordered a hearth pad at the end of Oct 2022. Initial promise date was end of Nov. 2022. Then delayed to mid-Dec...now was told delivery projected to be Mar 2023...yet the item is still being advertised at a price $200 more than what we paid. Suspect that those units sold at the higher price are being shipped first. Waiting for next correspondence to say order cancelled.

DO NOT buy anything from this company! Just a complete nightmare. We applied for their credit card to get interest-free monthly payments to purchase a dishwasher. This process took forever, more than a month to actually have the credit card in hand. Then I ordered the dishwasher and paid for installation and haul away of our old dishwasher.
Almost a month later, the dishwasher arrives, and the company delivering it informs us that their company does not install or haul away. Then comes the fun part, Appliances Connection customer service. The first person I spoke to sounded like he was in his car, and he was irritated that I was interrupting his bong rips. He argued with me/yelled at me that the delivery company does do installation, and then HUNG UP ON ME. I spoke with multiple people after that, and two of them informed me that they would contact the delivery company and call me back. No one ever called me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
You would think that after shipping a $1,000 dishwasher, they would want to try to find a company that could install it. Nope! After all this, it took multiple emails to be issued a refund and a long phone call with the credit card company to get our first payment refunded and have the credit card closed. Took a nice ding to my credit score. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!

After surfing the web for hours I happened upon the site for AppliancesConnection because they had the lowest price on the refrigerator I was looking to buy. I was also looking for a washer/dryer combination with pedestals. They did have what I wanted but I had to piece them together. It was a little more work but doable, but other sites have the washer/drier/pedestal combinations all together and easier to shop. The important thing is that I found what I wanted, the prices were good, and I am happy that I shopped here.

We just did a full kitchen remodel and bought Samsung appliances from Appliances Connection and are very pleased with everything. The prices are great, no shipping charges, and no taxes. We also bought a Samsung washer and dryer a couple years ago and couldn't be happier with them.

I am really pleased with my shopping experience. I bought a gas stove with convection oven and believe that it saved me about $200 on the price compared with sales prices in my area; plus the sales tax and the shipping was free. The delivery service they use is very good, the appliance arrived with perfect packing, within the time frame they had arranged, and the drivers were polite. Overall a good experience.

We received a damaged electric range, and the oven didn't work. We applied for a refund but the numerous people assigned to my case over a 2-month process were not very helpful or responsive, asking me to submit the same information documenting the damage multiple times, but only one person, Martin **, did an excellent job to complete the process. The numerous back and forths with different staff, receiving different/confused messages, arranging for a 3rd party technician, and a 3rd party trucking company, took about 2 months to complete, all the time with a nonfunctional oven.
These delays were caused by a lack of prompt follow through for each of numerous steps in the process. The burden fell on me to keep checking back on whether any progress was occurring, as we never got updates from them on what was happening at each juncture. In addition, the email formats were legalistic, bureaucratic, and confusing, the opposite of user friendly. We were actually wondering if the process would actually result in a refund, until Martin was assigned, and who helpfully and diligently brought it to a close.

Was somewhat nervous buying a major appliance over the internet, but Appliance Connection had the best price I could find on my refrigerator. Their ordering process was straightforward and they shipped in a timely manner. They use freight shipping so you have to allow a little more time for delivery, but for the price an extra week was worth it. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Sunbeam air conditioner from this company. It was delivered as promised and while a very heavy item, the delivery company brought it into our apartment (as opposed to leaving it at the door which would have made it very difficult to bring in -- and many delivery companies do this these days). The item works beautifully and was as described.

A+ all around. Flawless from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful dishwasher that we got from Appliances Connection. Shipping was quick. The dishwasher arrived in great shape and was installed the next day and it works well as expected. Thankfully we did not receive a damaged item and have to go through the experience that we read that others did. I recommend that you pay the extra money to have it installed for you, as I did it myself (new dishwasher installation) and it took much longer than I thought it would and it cost me more than I thought only because I bought the wrong hardware and couldn't return it after opening it. Easy buy, easy delivery - great support. This is a great product and the size of it, even though written in the specifications, looks smaller when seen in real life than on the Internet. A mind illusion, I guess. Aside from this, it does not consume much electricity, it is not noisy, and cools items perfectly.

I had been shopping for a new gas, wall oven for several months. The prices both online and in-store had been moving up and down and the industry had clearly cut back on gas wall ovens. When I found one of the brands and models I'd been looking at along with an amazing price I ordered it online. It was delivered sooner than initially promised and, so far, we love it.

Ordered from Appliances Connection for the first time on October 31st, 2022 for a Frigidaire Window Air Conditioning Unit which has a pretty good price and after some price comparisons I decided to give Appliances Connection a try. Oh brother. What a mistake. When I placed the order the account said that it would process and ship within 48 hours. After 96 hours I checked the order and it stated that the item was on the way to the warehouse and would ship soon. I wanted to make a courtesy call to customer service to verify this information because when I was checking the order status I quickly clicked on the model number of the item I purchased and it stated that it had been discontinued and a new model and price was listed so I was very confused and didn't know what I would be getting.
I called c/s and they stated that that I would be getting the new model and that I would be getting an email with the Fedex Ground tracking number the next day. When later in the evening I checked the order they completely changed the order around to show the new model and changed and jacked up the price $60.00 higher which I never agreed to. I guess they thought I wouldn't mind but they were wrong. If they want to send the other model they can sell it to me for the $319.00 not some jacked up price. I called customer service back at least 10 to 15 times. Got hung up on by multiple reps and never got a coherent answer to why they were trying to commit fraud by changing my order to another model and changing the price without my consent. This is FRAUD!!! Plain and simple.
After they cancelled my order I went back to the page with the model I originally ordered and it said in stock ready to ship???? So the item they were quick to cancel and create another order was actually back in stock like a miracle after my order was cancelled. These people are downright crazy and haven't a clue what they are doing. I would rather pay a company like Home Depot or Lowe's an additional 20.00 for the same thing than deal with these idiots. Scammers plain and simple. STAY AWAY!!!!

Appliances Connection is an absolute nightmare! I spent nearly $30k on appliances from this company and EVERY SINGLE ITEM has been damaged and/or doesn't work, and ALL items have been extremely late for delivery (almost ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase)!!! The 2 double door Fisher Paykel refrigerator freezer units ($7k+) were both dented in on the doors and drawers and frame. Appliances Connection only offered a $50 credit. The Marvel beverage refrigerator ($3.5k) arrived badly bashed on all four sides and never worked. Appliances Connection made us go through the hassle of having a Marvel rep come to our home and see if it could be repaired. It was not repairable. We had to wait EIGHT (8) months to get a replacement, but only after extreme hassle.
The Fisher Paykel gas cooktop arrived with crushed control knobs. The GE garbage compactor was delivered crushed and was dead on arrival and never worked with a broken foot pedal. After months of waiting for a replacement, the replacement unit stopped working after 3 months! I purchased a Marvel ice maker ($3.5k) to match the Marvel beverage refrigerator, but apparently the glass door model was discontinued when I purchased it (not disclosed) so Appliances Connection just sent a "substitute" unit that doesn't match the beverage refrigerator (to be installed side-by-side). Additionally, the "substitute" unit was badly scratched in the inside, as if it had already been used by a prior customer.
I've been waiting TEN (10) months for the Fisher Paykel double oven ($8k) and warming drawer ($2.5k) and dishwasher ($2k) but Appliances Connection offers nothing except an excuse that "it's backordered." I never speak to the same person twice and multiple "ticket" submissions for damaged and non-functioning items go ignored and are apparently sent to a black hole. This company is an absolute nightmare! It appears they are selling "scratch and dent" items for FULL PRICE. Save your money and save yourself the anxiety and hassle of dealing with this outfit and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I bought a refrigerator from this company. I paid for the installation as well so I don't have any problems later. One man in a huge rush delivered the fridge plugged it in and left. We later realized that the fridge doors get caught to each other. The fridge is completely crooked. One leg was damaged during the shipping or they sent us a damaged unit from the beginning. Over a month of calling these guys also sending numerous messages I finally decided to return the unit. NO LUCK. They keep sending you around a circle. Never buy from this company. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, you're on your own. I am paying out of pocket to a third-party company to come and see if they can fix the fridge. A big IF.

My Galanz freezer was missing the set screws for the handle, that attach it to the door. I called both Galanz and Appliances Connection to notify them of this problem. Had to leave a message with some secretary who was dumber than a bag of hammers, in both cases. They delivered a unit that was very badly damaged - we did not realize the extent until after the delivery people had left. They sent 1 repairman - he recommended replacing the unit completely. Four months and dozens of emails/calls later, they are still refusing to replace it or send another repairman. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Placed an order with Appliances Connection in March of 2022 for an entire suite of appliances. The fridge arrived in May, damaged. The replacement arrived in late June only to be the wrong size. While going through the original order I noticed that someone took it upon themselves to change the size from the originally ordered 32" to 36".? There is a reason why a 32" was originally ordered, 36" will not fit in our kitchen. On top of it, through our own research, we came to find out that the black stainless steel fridge we ordered has been discontinued and was no longer available. Nobody from AC notified us of it, their solution was to change the fridge size on us.
As for the remaining appliances, cooktop, oven and a dishwasher, we were assured that those will be shipped as soon as available. I have been checking the order periodically and noticed that a number of items were available to ship for a time, only to disappear the next day, assume they were sold to someone else. Come September, 6 months after the original order was placed, I received an email notifying me that the order has been canceled by Appliances Connection. To this day, all the items (other than the fridge) are listed as In-stock on AC's website...? At the end of the whole experience, all we got from AC was Sorry about any inconvenience. I'd highly advise anyone in search of appliances to go elsewhere.

I purchased and paid them for a new refrigerator and for the installation of it which was done in July. We noticed shortly thereafter that the refrigerator was tilted to one side. which is aesthetically unappealing, makes it difficult to open the freezer door and could cause damage to the mechanics of the refrigerator. The incorrect installation has also caused damage to the cabinetry. I spent hours and hours on the phone trying to reach them, wrote three letters to the CEO and still the problem has not been resolved. No one from Appliances Connection has communicated with me. They have been unresponsive and have not corrected the problem.

I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dishwasher. The delivery took a very long time. When it was finally ready to deliver a very rude delivery person arrives and immediately starts claiming I need to pay extra to go up stairs, $50 per extra 7 stairs! What a joke! I naturally declined this generous offer. They come in, take a quick glance at the existing dishwasher and claim they can't install because of the existing pipes. They call their manager and come up with a flimsy excuse "copper is too fragile", they can't be liable because of leaks. And leave as quickly as they arrive.

Tried to leave a negative review on their website and the system wouldn’t let me. They only have positives reviews on their site because that’s all they allow. Such a shady awful money hungry company. I’m still waiting on support from an ILVE stove that arrived damaged back in May. It’s been 6 months and I still don’t have all the replacement parts. I also chose Appliances Connection because they said they would install and show you how to use the oven and all the features. That definitely didn’t happen. In fact, the delivery driver laughed at us and said this company does this to everyone and then people get really upset with them. They said they aren’t qualified to install. We had to pay hundreds to have it installed safely. The customer service team has also been extremely rude. The responses take a month (not exaggerating) and often don’t address my questions.
I’m still waiting on a replacement rod. (They sent one in a box that was too small so the new rod arrived scratched and bent: see photo of the collapsed box they sent it in.) They have yet to tell me how to send it back or if I can dispose. They also said they would have a specialist install the new oven door (which took 5 months to get- after they said it would originally only be three weeks). Then after waiting another month for a response I was sent a YouTube video and told to install myself. Now I have an oven door that I’ll have to try and take to the dump (minimum $50 to dump). I could go on and on about the horrendous customer service. I’ve never had a company treat me so poorly. Still waiting on my 5% back that was promised and a new rod 6 months later.

With supply chain problems, we are all looking far and wide for the items we need for our projects. Unfortunately, sometimes that means working with various e-commerce or remotely located businesses that are hard to trust. Appliances Connections has a great and easy to use site that gives real time inventory. In my case, that inventory was very accurate and they were able to partially ship a complex order quickly. One item was delayed and when I inquired about an alternate version of the same item, the support rep immediately made the substitution and the item was on a truck the next day!
Outside of the great ordering experience, their post-sales support is great. My project changed a bit and I had to return one expensive ($3,400) item. I contacted support via the web and my rep (Martin **) opened a ticket and took me through the process of validating the item, and packaging it. He even scheduled the LTL pickup of the item. About a week and a half after my item was picked up my purchase price (minus shipping, clearly outlined and explained prior to purchase and return) was refunded! I will 100% be buying with this company in the future. The combination of inventory, real-time updates, simple processes, and a highly empowered support team make them great to work with.

Finally someone wonderful. I bought a speed queen washer and dryer and the beginning of the transaction was great we got it delivered within two business days very happy about it and delivery people were very nice and thorough. Unfortunately the dryer had a big dent in it so it had to be taken back. That’s where a lot of my aggravation began. I spoke to many customer service reps who gave me false information or were not the most polite. But then I was transferred over to Miss heavenly Pauling Who is so incredibly kind and patient I can’t even begin to express how appreciative I was.
After first being told I would have the dryer in 2 to 3 business days to I will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks, she was able to rectify the situation. Ms **’s customer service skills and knowledge were just phenomenal. Because of the way she rectified things and the kindness and patients she had with me I will definitely order from them again. But, I would like to work directly With her. Ms. Heavenly ** made the transaction so wonderful.

Finally called and requested refund after several times calling trucking company and Appliances Connection. AC send several emails to trucking company which were unsuccessful for getting any results. I am supposedly getting a refund (7-10 business days) which I think is ridiculous it takes that long especially since it was from no fault of my own for needing the refund.

I would give this company a big fat zero if it were allowed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you had a good experience then you were one of the few lucky ones. Buy local!! I could write a book on our experience, but I will make it short as possible. My legally blind husband was at home to accept our refrigerator. I called them when I found out they were going to drop it at the first dry spot after I had paid for installation. The guy told me that wasn't available in our area, but he would upgrade us to the white glove service since my husband is blind. Well, that white glove should have been ran thru the mud. A third party delivered it, and tried to shove it thru the front door and never bothered to tell my husband how badly damaged it was. It didn't fit so my husband told them to put it in the garage and they banged it all around putting it in there.
I immediately called to have it picked back up after I arrived home. It has been a total nightmare ever since. This is still not resolved and it has been almost three months now. After sending pics they said it was just cosmetic, and this is so not true. They want to charge you out the you know what to pick it back up even though they sent a damaged item and delivered it to a blind man. So anyway after many complaints and even to the BBB they have scheduled two pick ups and of course have never come to pick it up. This company should be closed down!!!! Save yourself from the nightmare and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a set of matte white Cafe appliances in November 2021. I received everything in early 2022 except the range. There has been no communication from Appliances Connection about a delivery date. I call them every few weeks but am told it is on back order and they do not when it will be delivered. Yesterday when I called I was told December. The funny thing about this is on their website it says that if I was to order it today it will be delivered in September (this date keeps changing by the way). I don’t know why they are selling a product that is on back order for more than a year and saying that it will be delivered with a month.
I am now stuck waiting with NO range in my house and no options to switch to a different one as the model colour is specific and there is nothing else that will match the rest of my appliances or kitchen. No one from Appliances Connection has reached out to offer a loaner until it comes in. Nothing! It would have been nice to know up front how long it would take to get everything then I could have decided if I wanted to wait or choose something else. As it is I’m stuck now waiting for a range that I’ve already PAID for.

Product pricing was great, delivery might have taken a bit longer than expected (instant gratification syndrome!) but overall it was fine. The company thought the dryer was delivered at the same time but it wasn't. It took months for them to find the dryer and get it delivered to me. I eventually received the dryer in January of 2022. I went to have the items installed but the washer was so badly damaged (dents everywhere, screen cracked, front panel hanging off). It was unusable. I contacted the company and they would not replace the item. I had a repairman come look at the washer and he told me to buy a new one. Total waste of time and money.

The Appliance Connection web page ad indicated the dishwasher would be "shipped" within a couple days. I obviously thought that meant it would arrive at our house in a couple days. Instead, it turned out it would be *at least* 2 to 3 more WEEKS for delivery. I considered that to be unacceptable and requested that my order be canceled just a few days after I ordered it.
Even though the unit was still sitting in a "Consolidation Center" in New Jersey and had not moved off the lot and had not gone "in transit", they considered it "shipped" and invoked their draconian penalties for returns ($1.50 per pound), which turned out to be $196 (18% of the total purchase price)!! Most companies have a 100% money back guarantee. But NOT Appliance Connection! Read the fine print before you buy! All other web pages for appliance dealers indicate approximate delivery date, while on their web page case it is *misleading* to only write their own shipping date on it. I felt very misled.

- Charged me for the whole order once they had shipped a $100 part on a $2500 order.
- Told me that they would ship both units together but then sent them over a month apart.
- Sent me a damaged product and refused to take any accountability.
The full story: I ordered a washer, dryer, and stacking piece that were all indicated to be in stock and ready to ship within a month from Appliances Connection in February. 6 months later I have finally received all products. The stacking piece was sent immediately and at that time I was charged for the order in full. The expected ship and delivery dates for the bulk of the order came and went with no update from Appliances Connection. I called them repeatedly for updated expected shipping times and was always told that these would be within a month and that they were just waiting on the washer from the manufacturer so that they could ship both the washer and the dryer together.
As 90 days from the initial charge date approached, I asked to be refunded for the items that I had been charged for but had not yet shipped because there was clearly no time for them to arrive and I was told that the only way to do this was to cancel my order. With no working washer/dryer in my home I was forced to make a difficult decision, should I make the financially safe choice and cancel my order, potentially waiting several more months to have a way to wash my clothes at home, or should I continue with the order and hope that the company upheld their end of the transaction? In hindsight, I wish that I had canceled.
I received my dryer in July and my washer in August, once I received both units, I unwrapped them and found that the dryer was damaged and had a part missing. Of course, I immediately called Appliances Connection asking what they could do for me and the answer from their end was that they had no liability for this and would not help. Apparently, in the fine print, they state that if you do not notice any damage at the time of delivery (for the particular item NOT for the order in full) they will not be held liable for a non-functional unit, which is what I received from them.
The photo included is the dryer immediately after I unwrapped it. The dryer has been sitting untouched since I received it. As you can see there is a large dent in the metal plate which makes it so that the door on the left does not close and a door on the right is missing entirely, which means that the unit was A) never inspected by Appliances Connection before it was packaged or B) Appliances Connection knowingly shipped a product with damages (if the damages had occurred during shipping the door would be present). Overall this is probably the worst buying experience I have ever had from a company. Period.

I purchased a Viking range and dishwasher at the end of June 2022, not only did it show up 2 weeks later than agreed, the "white glove" delivery service damaged my floors, did not install either appliances nor removed the original appliances as paid for; As if this was not enough, they provided me with damaged goods with dents and scratches!! I paid close to $8000 for high end products and service to receive neither; Customer service does not exist; Told that the door is functional so they may reimburse me $150!!! (Analogous to buying a brand new Bentley with dents in door and told, "hey it drives!" Are you kidding me?!) Then told in order to receive a new item I would need to pay AGAIN to receive it and then reimbursed after the fact!!! Dupe me once shame on you...twice...nah!
I had to pay AGAIN out of pocket to have the appliances installed and old removed as I had no functioning range due to the moving company hired! The floors are still damaged and not fixed! The door to the appliances still not replaced; Overall, save yourself the money, time and lack of professional services! DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION! Just doing this review to advise people never buy from this company. I bought a Dining table set on 6/7/22, since I bought it, I have been trying to track my order, called and they send me an email with tracking number and website. Month after still the tracking link show nothing. I emailed and called several times and always they gave me same tracking website. On June 29 I received a text regarding schedule delivery, I open the link provide my tracking number, zip code and then it shows that was not able to schedule delivery yet. I wait and two weeks later decided outreach them again with no update, always they send me same link that show nothing.
I decided open a case with PayPal since I pay using PayPal account, after a week know nothing, then decided to email the and let them know I opened a case with PayPal and in 5 min Appliances Connection called me and state they are same company with Goedekers. Short story, they never were able to tell me what happened to my order and when possible it will arrive, they sent to PayPal an email with tracking number and shipped status, same info I am having for more than a month and that is not really a tracking since show nothing else that order was shipped and not able for deliver.
At the end on 7/15/22 I asked for refund, and they immediately accepted and sent me a ticket by email. I did report to PayPal and sent the PDF of this ticket. I am waiting now to see if that really happened. So, in 10 days I will back and update this review. Lesson learned for me, never buy nothing online with a company before checking the reviews first, and next time I also will buy just local or companies like Home Depot that always are responsible for delivery, tracking or return in case item is damage.

On 6/25/22 I purchase a Miele stovetop online. I screenshot the ship date which stated it would ship 6/27-6/29. They didn’t ship it and after I inquired as to why they “created” a shipping label online with FedEx. It is 7/12/22 and they have still failed to actually turn the shipment over to FedEx. They have failed to respond to my inquiries until today when I called over 20 times demanding answers. First told FedEx has failed to print the label and deliver it to them, then telling me that FedEx has failed to come to their warehouse since 7/1/22. Never once apologizing and refusing to cancel the order every time. My order status reads ”SHIPPED” however, the have not met the legal definition of shipped and continue to blame FedEx.
The last call I was told FedEx now is possession and so it will not be canceled. This after a week of asking to cancel the order. A call to FedEx disputes this. It is my belief that they are fraudulently saying they have items in stock, listed false ship dates and knowingly and purposefully charging customers for items they don’t have in stock. This is fraud plan and simple. If you call then they ignore you and then make any excuse they can to justify their failures and fraudulent business practices.

I bought a four piece appliance package here and couldn't be happier. They had great communication throughout the entire process and they arrived much quicker than expected. Nice online experience. You don't have to go to your local Big Box stores and pay more to buy appliances...those guys will even charge you for delivery. This is the way to go.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased my appliances before from Best Buy or PC Richard's, not sure why I change that this time. I bought a 6500$ Thermador Range from Appliances Connection. The salesperson, Natasha, was very nice during the purchase process. After that I started having problems, first there were mishaps with the delivery. Trying to contact them I spent hours on the phone. Finally, they delivered and installed the range but it does not work. Contacted them the same day and since, I keep calling them to try to get it solved. I had to call myself Thermador and the service date is more than 2 months after purchasing the range. We are now for all this time with no functioning stove. I keep calling Appliances Connection, hours and hours spent on the phone with no result. Again, do not buy from them! They are nice when they are selling you the product but all that stops once they take your money!

Be very careful before ordering from this website. The website will say the item is available and list a ship out date, but after the order is placed you will receive an email that the item is backordered. Upon calling customer service to cancel the order you will be told it will take 3-5 days to cancel and 7-14 days to refund your credit card. False advertising at its best!!

It was a horrible shopping experience, My Order Number: **, on 06/14/2022 I ordered a washer and dryer from this company for $2126, but after I placed the order same day and found out that the dryer I ordered was not gas, I immediately asked them to cancel Or change the order, please note that the order and the request to cancel or change were issued on the same day yesterday from 06/14/2022 to today-06/29/2022. I have contacted them many times, but they put the blame on each other, the answer the customer service gave me was: “the order cannot be cancelled only waiting."
I am now waiting for the delivery of the merchant, what the merchant below said my order number is fake, It's so deceiving, I still received their emails today, but it still contains nothing, just saying that it is checking, and then there is no following. I am a customer but I have been so ravaged by the merchants, you will refund the money if you have no goods. The money is dragging on like this, I regret placing an order Appliance Connection online, it's horrible.
Bad shopping experience made me feel about this company:
1. Attracting buyers to purchase online at a price lower than the market, but there is no actual goods.2. Although the merchant informs online that the supply is tight and can cancel the order, in fact, the buyer cannot cancel the order on its own website, and no one answers the phone call or chat on the official website.
3. The stock price of the parent company 1847 Goedeker has fallen by more than 95% since 2021. Given the current predicament, of course I am very worried about being deceived.
I ordered from this company on the Internet, but it has not been delivered yet. Chatting on their official website is almost impossible. When I call, they said they will transfer to the customer service. but no one has called me. It has been ten days since I paid, and none have told me whether it will be shipped or how long it will take. I have no choice but to complain to the media.

This is my 10th phone call (at least) to get my issue resolved. Appliances Connection came out the first time to install my new dryer in my new house and they forgot to put the vent in the back. The only reason I know this is because the pedestal that goes underneath the dryer was damaged so they had to come back and install a new one. Two weeks later when the part came in, the installer then told me the first installers did not hook up the vent correctly. Before he would install it for me (I had to tell them I paid extra for installation) he called the company to make sure I was telling the truth. He then installed it but incorrectly so I get an error when using my dryer. It will not dry my clothes because of the vent being installed incorrectly.
I don’t have a dryer so need to use a laundry mat. I called LG and they came out and told me the installation was done incorrectly and he couldn’t fix it. I would have to call the original installer. So, that’s where I’m at. Multiple calls, no solution. They keep telling me they will call me back. Nothing. I purchased an extended warranty for my washer and dryer and I cannot believe what horrible service (lack of service) I’ve received from this company. DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered a washer/ dryer set on March 31, 2022, with installation kits, extended warranty, and pedestals. The washer/dryer was delivered on April 18. Not bad, but the rest of the merchandise was not. So, the delivery company unloaded the crates and placed them in my garage and said, "We will leave them here and when we come back next week after the pedestals arrive, we will uncrate and install them at that time." Great plan at the time, or at least I thought.
It took an additional three weeks to receive the installation kits and pedestals. So, the washer/Dryer sat in my garage uncrated, at the suggestion of the delivery company. When they showed up almost 4 weeks later to do the install, the crates were opened, and this is when major damage was discovered on both the washer and dryer. The damage on the washer was so bad that the drum would not even turn. Both units had major, visible damage. We sent the pictures of the damages to Appliances Connection. I told them that I was not accepting them and would be returning them for credit. This is where the fun began.
I was told that I could return them, my account would be charged $627.50 for return shipping costs. What?? Since I did not open and inspect the merchandise within 48 hours of receipt, I would be responsible for anything and everything after that point, even though their delivery contractor said they would open them when they came back later to do the installation. It would do no good to open them and risk any damage, so they said.
I spent the next three weeks trying to speak to a manager to get them to pay for the return shipping but to no avail. All they wanted to do was dodge phone calls, hide behind canned emails and read me their fine print that says they are not responsible for anything and told me that either I pay for the return shipping, or they could not help me.
Even though the photos clearly showed shipping damage, they went as far to say that I could have damaged the merchandise while waiting for them to return to do the install and this was why they could not pay for return shipping. Really? Like I am going to damage merchandise I ordered to the extent shown in the photos. The disturbing thing about this whole issue is that Appliances Connection offered no solution, they offered no replacement of the damaged merchandise, nothing. All they wanted to offer was too bad so sad Mr. Customer, deal with it on your own. Really pathetic customer service to say the least.
Appliances Connection does not return phone calls; they answer with canned email responses and offer absolutely no customer service value. It is bad customer service when you are left in the dark and no one wants to respond to help you resolve an issue. Words of caution- if everything goes right with your order and shipping, then everything is great, and they get all these 5-star reviews. But when something goes wrong, they fail miserably at customer service and resolving issues to at least salvage a customer’s satisfaction to retain their business. Read all the bad reviews and you will see a pattern. They do not want to deal with you, nothing except we got you by the short hairs, so take it or leave it.
In customer service you do not hide from dissatisfied customers, you address them and put forth the effort to turn them into a satisfied customer. Not Appliances Connection, they have no interest in solving problems or even care about a positive customer experience. I have since cancelled over $10K worth of orders and will never buy anything from them again and will do my best to educate anyone that is considering buying appliances to use anyone else but them because of their poor business tactics and bad customer service. They respond great when you want to buy, but buyer be highly aware that if you run into issues, they have no interest or care to put forth any effort to resolve them. Major Red Flag. Do business with them at your own risk.

I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from this dishonest company. Man, that was a mistake to trust them. They sent me used, badly damaged appliances, when of course I paid for new ones. They promised compensation for the condition of the appliances they sent me, but after repeatedly sending them evidence (even the delivery guys collected an entire file documenting all of it) and requesting action on it for weeks, they ultimately gave nothing but an offer to return the appliances (so they can try to dump it on the next unsuspecting customer). They took my appliances which were older but still worked, and will not return them to me. THIS. IS. STEALING.
So for all the time and effort to send them photos and documentation and plead with them to respond, plus having to remove and install the appliances TWICE, and having several thousands of dollars sitting on my credit card bill for months waiting for them to do something, they offered no compensation, not even a discount on replacements. And of course, they stole my still-functioning older appliances. Everything about the experience was miserable, from shipping communication (their logistics crew, AM TRUCKING, are totally clueless) to delivery (they damaged my house).

I’ve had the worst experience dealing with @Appliancesconnection. Customer service has been terrible. I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator. After waiting 7 hours for delivery (3 hours after the 12:00-4:00 window btw). The fridge was never even unloaded off the truck as the hinge’s and coil were damaged. The driver showed us pictures. It was also dented. I’ve contacted customer service three times. First time disconnected and they never called back. Second time told my ordered fridge was now out of stock. I was then connected to sales person Douglas. After holding for over 5 minutes I was disconnected again! Called back and customer service connection to sales again. Asked for Douglas. Left message. No response.
Connected through the web site explaining my experience and asked for a receipt of my refund to be emailed. So no apology just a message saying that when the damaged Refrigerator is returned to the warehouse then a refund will be issued in 5-7 business days. We paid $2,200. Our experience with Appliances Connection has been unprofessional and frustrating.

Original dishwasher sent to us had defects. We ordered another one. But it arrived dented so we refused it. Replacement was sent months later. We paid for installation, but the delivery person refused to install it because "installation" was not written on his instructions. (Customer service later admitted it was the company's fault.) He removed defective dishwasher. But when he left our home, unbeknownst to us, he disconnected our hot water and some other tubing, and our whole kitchen flooded when we turned cold water on to try to wash dishes. We now have no dishwasher and a flooded kitchen floor.

Ordering was easy and the initial price was good. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. Thankfully I'd signed up for the white glove delivery service so the damage was discovered and confirmed by shipping company personnel. Appliances Connection's customer service had closed for the day, but the delivery personnel for the shipping company contacted their management who then immediately contacted Appliances Connection. Delivery personnel with the shipping company were extremely nice and helpful as was Appliances Connection's customer service. I highly recommend paying a little extra for the white glove delivery service whenever furniture is ordered online so the item is unpacked and thoroughly checked by delivery personnel before leaving the item.

I purchased a microwave for a rental property. Transaction was fast, delivery was very quick. Only issue I had was that per Appliances Connection policy, I was required to fully inspect the delivery before accepting the order...problem was that UPS dropped it off at my garage door and did not even ring the bell to let us know it was here. I know this is not really an issue with Appliances Connection, however, they should ensure their delivery companies are allowing their customers an opportunity to follow their policy. BUYER BEWARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They sent us a damaged dishwasher and expect us to pay to have them take it back. We a purchased a Bosch dishwasher from this company. When we received the dishwasher there was no apparent damage, but upon preparing to install it, we discovered the door clips/stays on one side were broken. We contacted the Appliances Connection immediately (within 30 minutes of receiving the unit). They said we would have to open a claim ticket which we did. After two weeks worth of back and forth them their "solution" was to send us a new door. We told them it was unacceptable as we had paid for new dishwater not a refurbished one, nor should we be responsible for having to make the repairs ourselves.
We requested either a exchange for the new functional unit we paid for or we would send it back for refund. They informed us there were no longer any units in stock, so our only option was to return the unit, BUT WE WOULD NEED TO PAY THE $100+ in return shipping costs! The whole situation has taken forever and I'm nervous that if I suck it up and pay the return shipping they will continue to give the runaround and not return my money. THEY HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE to work with. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Purchased LG Dishwasher in Oct 2021 but not delivered until Jan 2022. The delay was not the issue so much but the post delivery. The dishwasher was received in Jan 2022, after installation is developed a small leak that has turned into large leak. After plumber was called and confirmed the dishwasher was defective, LG refused to honor their warranty. Contacted Appliances Connection who refused to help mediate on our behalf being they are the distributor. Experience overall between the two companies has been frustrating especially paying the amount for this dishwasher with nothing to show for it. We have had problems since day 1 and no one wants to own ensuring we are satisfied.

Below is what I wrote to the BBB. I really wish I had looked there before doing business with them. There is a reason they have a D+ rating. Please be aware. I originally ordered a generator from Appliances Connection. Several days after my order I was informed that the product was out of stock and no longer available. Appliances Connection then canceled my order. I went to another retailer and purchased the generator soon after they canceled my original order. A few days later I received shipping confirmation for my new order. When I met the truck driver to pick up my generator it was pouring down rain. The shipment contained 2 crates with all boxes in good condition. I took them home and stored them.
When next going online to pay my CC bill I noticed the charge for my new generator and also a charge from Appliances Connection. It turns out they received in more generators, charged my CC, and shipped it to me without my consent. I later learned that 1 of the 2 crates was from them, but the bill of lading does not show whom either of the crates were from. Now they will not refund my money. I have tried working with them but they have been extremely difficult. Their latest offer requires me to ship it back to them at my expense or pay them to come and get it. How is this legal?

The delivery was fine, the price was excellent, and the item arrived with no damage. My only complaint is that, when we ordered the stove, we asked for delayed shipment for two weeks. This was never acknowledged and the stove arrived a week earlier than we anticipated, which required us to scramble to find a place to temporarily store it. It came very quickly by two young men who delivered it to my front door without scratch or dent or any quarrels whatsoever. Ordered a Bosch Dishwasher on February 22, 2022. Was told by this company that it will ship in 4-6 weeks. It has been 11 weeks already, and the product hasn't been shipped. However, if I was to re-order the same item, the website continues to state that it will ship in 3-4 weeks. During theses 11 weeks, multiple e-mails were sent and made phone calls were made. E-mails stated that the item will ship on April 11, then May 1st. Over the phone I was getting responses that I should get the product pretty soon. Finally, I was able to get a sales representative (probably the only honest person working there) who told me that there are 471 orders pending for this particular item, and the person who ordered it 2 years ago hasn't received yet... When I asked this person why their website continues to advertise that this particular model will ship in few weeks, I received a suggestion to try to guess myself... So I did.
471 orders for the product that cost $1299, not including taxes. The customers are charged on the day of order, so that totals up to $611,829 charges just for one product which will take years to arrive, if ever will. In a meanwhile, customers are fed with lies and false shipping dates which this company knows are not not realistic. Moreover, Appliances Connection continue to advertise the product as available in order to get more orders that are unable to fulfill. I know nowadays there is a shortage of appliances and they might take months to arrive, but, please, don't continue lying to your customers that they will receive the product in week weeks if you know it's not gonna happen. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is then. Attached is the screen shot for their web made on 5/2/22 with estimate shipping times of 5/24-5/26 if the customer is to order it today (on 5/02/2022).

I bought an appliance from this company. The appliance was all broken upon arrival at my home and we refused the delivery. Appliances Connection pleaded with us to keep the unit and not return it and in exchange promised to reimburse us for 10% of the purchase and would extend our FULL warranty for 10 years "no questions asked". Today I had to ask for the unit to be repaired under warranty. I first got the run around from the company saying the order did not exist, then that I did not have the right order number... all kinds of excuses. I was then given a warranty company's phone number to call. The warranty company said I had NO warranty and that Appliances Connection OFTEN lied to their customer about warranties that they never purchased for their clients.
Appliances Connection seem to lie about the warranties. I have a copy of the email giving us a 10 year warranty dated June 2nd 2015 to prove all of this. Yet a Manager by the Name of Nino claims they sent us another email with some fake information saying me had to register our warranty ourselves within 30 days or the warranty was void! They never sent any such thing and I would not have accepted the delivery if this was the case. They are not a reputable or respectable enterprise and they cheat their clients.

On March 14, 2022, I ordered the Best Cattura downdraft vent from Appliances Connection. I was told that the item was back-ordered and expected delivery was 3rd week in April. On April 22nd I received an email to call a specific representative about the order, called that day, that agent was not there and was told no one could tell me any information about the order. Called back on April 25th to be told that the item was discontinued and I would have to choose another item.
I called the manufacturer directly and they told me the item was not discontinued and was backordered until 3rd week in May. They also gave me information to Ferguson, another distributed, who was able to order the item and it is expected to be delivered in a month. So the only conclusion I can get is the Appliances Connection lied multiple times to me.

I love that they are able to hold my order for shipping so I don't have to wait until the last minute to order and take advantage of rebates. Only thing is that I wish they let me do enter the hold info right at checkout but it was not a big deal. Can't wait to get my new appliances in. Prices are unbeatable!

I recently placed an order for a range hood insert. I specifically ordered an item with an internal blower because of my installer's specifications. My range hood was showing as out of stock for 2-3 wks which was fine with me. I received the wrong item a week later and when I asked for them to take it back, they are trying to claim that I placed the order for the range hood with an external blower. I did not. I called immediately upon receipt of the wrong item and the CS rep said she didn’t know why the item was switched and that her screen showed my item wasn’t even shipped yet (which it shouldn’t have been if it was the correct hood). I have gone back and forth with this company and they are now ignoring my communication. Horrible customer service and an unwillingness to fix mistakes that they make. Don’t buy from this company.

They sent me an email 10.5 months after purchasing them asking if I would like a maintenance plan. I called and was able to do it immediately. I appreciate the professionalism and prompt service.

I live in Portland, Oregon. I bought a Miele dishwasher online at www.appliancesconnection.com back in November, they included installation for additional $49.99. Their initial ETA was in late November, but they missed the ETA several times, I ended up waiting until 1/21 that's when they shipped the dishwasher. The trucking company Appliances Connection contracted supposed to come out on 02/17 to deliver and install the dishwasher, but when they arrived, they told me that they only deliver, they don't do installation at all. The truck driver called their manager and confirmed what he said in front of me, the truck driver said Appliances Connection always do this to their customers, they know the dishwasher won't be installed but they still sell the dishwasher with installation service intentionally.
They asked me to call Appliances Connection have them send someone else out to do the install. The trucking company left the dishwasher in my garage. I called Appliances Connection but each time they would refer me to their "ticket system", each ticket reply takes exactly 3 weeks. At one point their agent admitted that they don't have contract with any installation company in my area, so they can't install my dishwasher, and said they will escalate to their management. On March 13th I had enough of their ** so I told them I don't want the dishwasher anymore, they need to pick it up and give me full refund, but Now is April 15, they are still kicking the ball around and won't take the responsibility. I'm passing this case to my attorney. Future buyers be aware of this shady company.

Waited 9 months for a refrigerator, kept calling and they kept running my credit to make sure. Financial dept was rude. No one told me I needed handles purchased separately. Kept waiting and by chance saw the higher model was in stock so purchased that one for $3k more. Was told by several reps that since I purchased the white glove delivery they would install and haul away. The day of delivery happened to check with delivery service to find out it was not included. This company has extremely poor communication, Didn't tell me a different model was available, that I needed to purchase handles and told me white glove included install and haul away. Had to pay the delivery service another $500. Miserable experience.

Well first I would like to say that it specifically says fast free shipping and that is not at all true. Second they were supposed to deliver within 5-7 days also, Not true! It took a whole month and I had to call and talk to someone and they gave me a date but that did not happen. I called again and they apologized but then did it again. I called a third time and talked to a woman and she said that their shipper quit and that now I have to go half with the company and pay $800 dollars if I want it shipped. Not only that but once I get the product they leave it on the curb with a big pallet in the freakin pouring down rain! I should have not paid $400 for shipping and I did not get to inspect the product because the Truck Driver pulled off. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We purchased a Blue Star Range on Sept. 22, 2021 and was told it would take 6 weeks for delivery. Ten weeks later, (Dec. 7) it arrives....but Fragile Pak won't bring it in the house---drops it on the driveway and leaves! 15 phone calls and two months later Feb 10, they put it in the house---and it's damaged. We return it. We're told it will be 3 months to replace it. Our next mistake: Sales person says we have a Capitol Range that can go out today..."you'll get it in 3 weeks". Ok. Oven actually ships out 3 weeks later---March 4. Arrives April 1 to final warehouse. Now April 8....Fragile Pak refuses to deliver it, Appliance Connection won't refund it, and we have no oven. Yes, we feel stupid getting fooled like this. Beware!

This is the worst company ever. We purchased a washer and dryer in November 2021. They delivered 6 weeks later and delivered a broken dryer. It took 4 weeks for them to agree to fix it but never came out to service us. We then demanded a refund. They refused and said they had no reason to refund it. We threatened a law suit, bad review etc... They finally agreed to pick it up. It took them 4 months, last week, to pick it up. They are now refusing to refund us. All this time, with a new born, we were unable to wash our clothing at home since we could not afford another washer and dryer. They did not care about our issue and ONLY wanted to screw us for their sale. Horrible customer service, product quality and should NOT be in business. Check out BBB on them. It is horrible what they are doing to the public with their company. Buyer beware!!!

For the sheer disregard this company has for their customers, I am eager to write a lengthy review including all of the details of the absolute nightmare this process has been. I wholeheartedly believe that it is worth it, if I can spare anyone else from making this mistake. Upon deciding to buy a Frigidaire double oven, the Frigidaire website recommended ApplianceConnection as a good place to purchase this from. The purchasing process was easy enough however they did not communicate until after I placed the order that shipping delays would be problematic. True this was not ideal, but I understand these things happen and patiently waited.
Several weeks later my double oven was delivered and installed, however from the moment it was plugged in, it showed an error code and did not work in any capacity. I contacted ApplianceConnection to let them know that the product was defective, they were difficult to get a hold of and dragged their feet before sending out a service technician to repair the item. Also, this can happen and I was patient. To my dismay, the service technician caused multiple areas of damage to my large cabinet, that was custom made for a double oven.
In person the technician was polite, took photos of the damage and assured me that they would be contacting me to fix the damage they had caused. My expectations were low at this point however I continued to be patient about resolving the matter. After several business days of not hearing anything, I contacted them to inquire about how they were going to go about the repair and for a return on the double oven that was not able to be repaired. This next part is going to sound ridiculous, because their customer service is absolutely atrocious. It took well over a month before they would even agree to talk to me about the oven return. Multiple times I waited several days for a reply, the reply would be dismissive and evasive.
When I would call, I would wait on hold for a very long time and the moment I said the word refund, I would be hung up on only to start the process over again with an hour wait. I should note here that I also paid for the extended warranty - although receiving an item that never worked to begin should merit a quick and professional response. I spent several hours on the phone and on hold, was hung up on multiple times the moment I asked reasonable questions. When ApplianceConnection finally sent a shipping company to come pick up the item for a return, the company refused to take it because they were under the impression that ApplianceConnection would have told me that I needed to have it uninstalled and removed.
I am a single dad, I didn’t have the means or manpower to remove and uninstall this on my own and was not informed of this expectation. So the shipping company left this defective oven in my kitchen. As you can imagine, being a single dad with four children and spending over three months without an oven, was a massive burden to making meals for my family.
Finally, 2 1/2 months from the delivery date, my oven was finally picked up for a return. (for anyone wondering, I did have to lineup help to remove and uninstall the item that I paid to have installed). ApplianceConnection is taking no responsibility in repairing the damage to my cabinets. As they have been through the entire process, they will take up to a week before responding to an email, where most of the responses are blaming others and refusing to take any steps towards resolution. They often hang up in the middle of a phone call after I have spent nearly an hour waiting to speak to an employee. Heed this warning, my goal is to save anyone at all from this waste of time and money I’ve endured as ApplianceConnection lacks even the lowest levels of integrity and responsibility that any decent company should have.

I bought four appliances from appliances connection and when I received them all but one had damage and two were completely unusable. They want you to inspect the products before the delivery truck leaves but in are case that was not possible. It was raining and we have stairs to go up so unboxing at that moment wasn't going to happen, plus the driver bolted as soon as I signed the paperwork and went inside to grab a dolly. When I unpackaged the oven it was completely destroyed and after being bounced around for a few days the company decided to pick it up and refund our money. They sent a new handle for the refrigerator but when we hooked the dishwasher up it leaked over and under the new flooring we had just put down in our remodel and that's when we discovered the damage to the top of the appliance.
We contacted the crooks and of course they blamed the movers and wouldn't refund our money. I feel they sent us damaged goods that they had repackaged because there was no damage to the boxes. You'd think they'd go after the moving company for the damaged appliances but no they just stick it to the customers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF.

Beware, they falsely advertise services to get you to buy their appliances! They advertised a dishwasher and said it was free delivery, free installation and free removal of old appliance. They scheduled it for delivery but the driver who delivered it said that he did not know how to install it. I contacted the company and they said that they did not have anyone in my area to install it. They did not tell me this but just delivered it. I called a local plumber who charged $225 to install it and take away the old appliance. I asked them to honor what they advertised and pay to install/remove the appliances. Several emails later with this company they would only credit a small amount to install/removal. I would have to pay for most of it myself. I would have not bought this had I known it would not be installed/removal of old appliance. Beware - they advertise services that in truth they cannot deliver. You end up spending more money in the end. Greatly disappointed...

I did my research, comparing multiple companies and brands before choosing Appliances Connection and the Whirlpool French Door refrigerator. I planned ahead and had it scheduled right on time when I was moving into my new home. Unfortunately, the compressor did not work, which I did not realize for a couple of days after it was delivered. Appl Conn made arrangements for a repairman to come to the house, to check it out, but it was ~1 week after the delivery. He was sure it needed a couple of relay switches, but it would take 2 weeks to get them, and he would be back asap to install them. He was scheduled to come back out in ~3 weeks to install the relay switches (timewise, we are at 4 weeks now, that I have been w/o a refrigerator).
After working on the fridge, he came to me to say it wasn't the relay switches and needs to replace the compressor. However, he would not suggest doing that. It was way too complicated to do for a brand new refrigerator and suggests I simply return the unit for a replacement. It should take ~ 4-8 weeks!! I am sitting on 8 weeks, as of today, without a refrigerator, and no one at Appliances Connection cares. They did not respond to my request to improve the delivery time for the replacement, or give me any type of credit, or offer anything to me for the trouble that I've been through. How many of the leaders at the company do you think have been without a refrigerator for 8 weeks, or 1 day? I have a guess. The shipping status states "waiting for shipping information". Great. This is a summary of my experience so far. I would not recommend this company.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliances Connection. AppliancesConnection sold me a hose that was not necessary, and then their contracted "White Glove Delivery" service damaged the refrigerator trying to install that hose (rather than the hose provided with the fridge). Their "White Glove Delivery" service damaged my property during delivery and then forged my signature acknowledging Proof of Delivery, thus lying that the refrigerator was delivered in working condition (it wasn't) and without damage to my property (which was a lie).
They also left all packaging sitting in my house rather than hauling away, inconsistent with how they advertise their service. I have spent hours trying to reach them by phone and work with their claims system. Every time I call they say they'll respond today but they never do. Buy from refrigerator somewhere else unless you like getting lied to, people forging your signature, damaging your property and the purchase, and never resolving the issue.

Presumably, the hoses were in stock @ their warehouse, as it turns out the item was backordered from the manufacturer instead. After many telephone calls and being lied to did I discover Whirlpool no longer manufactures the hoses. This is a terrible company to do business with and their communication skills is non-existent. The website makes it appears that they will be connecting you to appliances in a timely fashion. The site tells you the appliance is in stock and to select your delivery date and time. Not until you make the purchase you get a COVID delivery delay message. This company basically blamed the company they use to delivery the appliance with a 7 day delivery time frame just about a month from processing payment. They have charged me $370 to cancel the order, “restocking” fee from an appliance purchased 2/22/22 and the so-called delivery possible dates 3/17-3/24/22. Horrible experience with customer service rep who made me feel more of a fool. The company is out of New Jersey and does not connect you to appliances in a timely manner.

Was seeking a specific model microwave that this site said was "in stock" and available to ship on 3/2/22 based on my order date of 2/28/22. After 3/2/22 came with no shipment I contacted the company the learn the product was not in stock but estimated to be available in 4-6 weeks and would ship 3-5 days after that. The company never reached out to inform me and was never even apologetic about the issue. They instead would only say "those are estimates" and "buy another product that is in stock." This company advertised an item as in stock just to get my order and then pushed other products on me instead of trying to resolve my issue. Very poor business practices and buyers beware....

Bought a Microwave they said they had online. After waiting many days I contacted them and they said they did not have that Microwave in-stock. That I could exchange it for another one that was comparable but would be more in price (first hint that this may be a scam). I went ahead with the purchase which was a mistake. Finally received the microwave after waiting forever. When I got it there was several things missing from the box that should have been there (including the glass turntable) (second hint this was a scam). After contacting them many times and creating a ticket on their website I finally received the glass turntable but I never received the other items that were missing. Then I plug it in and it does not work. Asked for a return and of course I have to pay the freight shipping back to them which is over $100. SCAM complete. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Terrible business experience. Don't purchase from this company. They falsify what's in stock so you buy from them. 4-6 weeks means 2-3 months... of silence as well. then when it's on its way, they likely have a 3rd party delivery that won't offer installation or the service you were expecting when you paid for it. We bought a Samsung fridge, they knew for 30 days that FragilePak doesn't offer installation and WE had to figure this out. I even talked to a supervisor that knew they had 30 days and said "we are trying to configure out company's policy and we are sorry we don't offer installation in your zipcode". They know they can't offer details that people want (and paid for) and yet miss lead you to buy from them. I could have made arrangements for installation for 4 weeks but no. Just save time a buy from Lowe's or Home Depot so you know you get their company to delivery and install.

I ordered a washer and dryer & was aware that both were on backorder. The dryer checked in and the company they use attempted delivery without even calling. I went back and forth with them and the delivery company for about a month JUST to get the dryer delivered. No one was on the same page and everyone kept pointing the finger. I waited 3 months for the dryer and 1 month trying to get it delivered. Frustrated, I cancelled both and was issued a refund. I will NEVER order from them again. Just imagine if something arrived damaged. The runaround.

Before ordering refrigerator and dishwasher online, I spoke with the sales rep. He confirmed that appliances are in stock and I will get them by 2/20/22. I called on 2/15/22 and spoke with the representative who confirmed delivery by 2/20. When I didn't receive the appliances on time I called them again and came to know that my order was supposed to be "pushed manually" and someone didn't do it! Hence I wont be getting items anytime soon. My whole planning and relocation was hinged on getting those appliance within the time frame so that my family wouldn't be relocating to a new place without refrigerator. Now I have to hustle again. Wasted so much of time and they expressed no remorse. Please do not trust what they say or promise.

The ordering was easy, I felt completely safe with the transaction, they contacted me quickly to set up a delivery time, and the delivery was on the date and window provided. First, the good. Appliances Connection was able to get the high end Miele dishwasher I wanted faster than any other company. Sadly, that’s the extent of the good. I waited several months for my delivery, and when the dishwasher came, it was very badly damaged, like it fell off the back of a truck. The dishwasher also arrived in a very suspicious looking box, which led me to believe that they attempted to sell me a used unit, which they knew was damaged. The delivery company that Appliances Connection uses, YF Logistics, is a nightmare, and worthy of its own review. Suffice to say, they have awful communication, don’t show up when they say, and give very bad service. More on that below.
After my first attempted delivery, which came damaged, I had to put in a new order, and again waited several months. I finally received a delivery date, and on that day, for which I took off from work, YF Logistics never showed up and I didn’t even get a phone call. Because the delivery was scheduled for Saturday, there was no one I could call myself. On that following Monday, I called Appliances Connection and YF Logistics to ask what happened. I didn’t get a clear answer, and was told that they would reschedule for delivery “in a week or so.”
Two weeks later, they rescheduled and again I took the day off from work (Friday this time). Friday came and went, and YF Logistics didn’t deliver. Appliances Connection was unhelpful. Thankfully, this time I did get a phone call from YF Logistics, though it was well after the delivery window. Another day off wasted and not even an apology from Appliances Connection or YF Logistics. The call told me that they would come the next day (Saturday), which they did, though it further inconvenienced me.
On the ultimate delivery day, the driver came and brought the dishwasher into my home. I am glad that this time it was undamaged. The driver, however, told me that they forgot the dishwasher connection kit, which was part of my invoice. The driver asked to use my bathroom, and made quite a mess in there. That was the first clean up project that I had then had. In the driver’s attempt to install the dishwasher (without the proper kit), he damaged my kitchen cabinets. He ripped the paneling under my sink off, and he broke the molding around the dishwasher. This was the second clean up project. After he finally left, with the dishwasher improperly installed, I contacted Appliances Connection. They took over a week to respond to me, and offered to ship me the dishwasher connection kit so that I—on my own—can have the dishwasher properly installed.
I learned my lesson here. Appliances Connection may be able to get products in faster than others, but their customer service is ABYSMAL, and their partner YF Logistics is HORRENDOUS. I should have waited longer and gone with a local, reputable company. I am posting this so that others might learn from my negative experience.

I placed a large order with appliances connection and upon receiving a partial shipment one of the items was damaged. I followed policy of AC and refused delivery of the damaged item as requested. In the subsequent weeks I made at least 20 calls to AC to get a status on the replacement. They kept telling me they were waiting for my part to be returned. Finally a customer service rep told me she was processing the replacement and was going to call the shipper to schedule and would send an email.
As I was going to hang up I heard her ask a colleague, "should I put that I lied to the customer in the comment field?" I heard her ask this twice as I was yelling in the phone "hellloo?" When she finally came back to her microphone I asked for a supervisor and after 30 minutes on hold realized I was not going to get one. Long story short it is now 1 month later and I still do not have the replacement part that was supposed to arrive yesterday (shipping company said they forgot to put it on the truck) but I waited around the whole day for the delivery. NEVER AGAIN... I cancelled the remaining items on my order and will get them elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. The Customer service first level was ok if you could get them to answer, always documented the issue, but was not able to solve it. Then the issues got dropped on the floor. When I ordered my Kitchen Suite of appliances I stressed the fact that they needed to be delivered within a 2 week window as I have to fly there to take delivery. I was told "it would be no problem" multiple times. I had to reschedule my flights and car rentals 2x due to delivery scheduling despite the fact that I gave a 2 week window each time.
The delivery finally happened on the last day of my third 2 week reschedule. The delivery driver did not want to take the items upstairs even though I paid for 2 items upstairs. They dropped the range off the stairs and dragged the Refrigerator up the stairs and slammed it into the front door casing and handrails numerous times. Both items were damaged and scratched badly. Water lines and connections were torn off the refrigerator, plus many dents and scratches. My property was damaged, stairs, railings, doors, door jambs, new tile.
Shipping company says I have to call the seller. Another five calls to customer service, ticket opened, promises of management call backs... nothing. Now I find out that to get a replacement, I have to ship it back to them insured, and they will refuse the shipment if it is damaged in transit (it was already damaged in transit by their shipper). It is an insurance scam.
I can't stay here, my job is elsewhere, and I can't afford to continue to fly here to arrange and take shipment of the replacements. The first level customer service offered me $250. That won't cover the replacement parts or get the dents out of the fronts of any of the damaged appliances. The price of the items is not worth it in the end. Their return policy should be illegal. Will " a manager" ever call me back? Extremely disappointed in the the whole experience.
Update: I came to a documented agreement:1. They will have any damaged or scratched parts that can be replaced replaced,
2: I will Accept a 10 yr warranty on the appliances,
3: I will take acceptable compensation for any damage that could not be fixed with replacement parts.
I extended my stay (yet again at my expense). I sent all the pictures they requested, and had to go home. Now they are asking for more pictures and want me to send back an appliance because "AM Home Delivery sent the wrong one". I already paid the installer to install the appliance because of the above three point documented agreement. I had to pay the installer 2 other times, but the appliances did not show up. Their "need more pictures" ploy is well documented by many other dissatisfied customers. Stay tuned for more updates as this scam continues.

Ordered couch Coastal Variel Motion #608991. It says POWER RECLINE in 2 spots under the couch description. This is not what we received. We received a manual couch, and one side of the recline is broken! HORRIBLE customer service, as this as been going on for 45 days with no resolution to send us the right couch. They simply say they sent us the right couch, and want to send us the parts to fix it ourselves. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE, BUYER BEWARE!!

As mentioned in a previous review, the company charged your credit card arbitrarily without letting you know. I placed an order with a given price. Then they re-calculated the cost and charged your credit card quietly without notifying you. After I caught the error, I called them more than 5 times and still did not get the refund (just $25!). Each time I called, customer service replied politely and apologized, and said they will process and please wait for xx business days. But it will never happen! So be careful and watch out if your credit card was charged quietly by this cheap company. Really bad experience.

You might be fine if you buy some AC products that never require after-sale support. Otherwise, you will be frustrated by some NYC hustle. AC "Customer Service" staff work strictly from the "nothing we-can-do-about-it, its- the-manufacturers- responsibility" book. Different responsibility dodges are applied depending on which "agent" replies. Sometimes their human names were associated with our case. (such as Jason, Monica, Gary etc.) Other times, it's just an anonymous "not our problem" Customer Service reply. A week ago we were told if we'd not contacted Samsung directly, AC could have "helped". But under current circumstances, if AC took action on our behalf, we'd lose our "place in line" with Samsung. (As if there is an actually line.)
Most recently AC told us today ONLY Samsung can resolve our issues! This apparently includes our request to cancel a "pending" Samsung refrigerator order, that is 4+ months old. So... we ask you ... Why would/should we/anyone risk a major appliance purchase that arrives without basic product support from an unresponsive manufacturer and slippery vendor??? Our advice: Avoid Samsung and Appliances Connection. You have plenty of other options.

I purchased a Toto toilet. Fed Ex delivered it but dropped it off by my garage door. I didn't see the package until I went out to get my mail. I moved the package into my garage. A few days after New Years I had the time to unbox the toilet. The package was pretty beat up. Upon opening, my wife noticed hair line fractures in the base area. At the time I thought that the hair line cracks were minor. Once I removed the the toilet I found cracks all over the ceramic on both sides. I called Toto to report the damage but they told me to contact Appliances Connection. I called them about the damage and took pictures of the cracks and the shipping box. After many calls (four reps) before I finally connected with Ms. Abigail **. Abigail is the only rep that took the time to sort out my problems. She handled everything as a pro should. I hope that Appliances Connection appreciates her skills. Thanks to Abigail I feel that everything will work out.

I ordered a refrigerator on 9/17/21 from Appliances Connection. I went with them because the price was lower than everywhere else by about $300, and it showed the item was in stock with a 10/24-10/28 delivery window. I paid in full and completely filled out the delivery survey. I noticed that almost immediately after placing my order, it showed on my order that my item was no longer in stock. Taking supply chain issues into consideration, I was patient and waited to reach out to customer service until the middle of November, as I had zero communication regarding updated stock or delivery dates since ordering.
They replied with "Your estimated ship date is 4-6 weeks, but we have a couple differed restock dates listed for November and December so we will see if we can get one assigned to you in those restocks". This is copied directly from their email reply (I wanted a paper trail of responses just in case). The option of exchanging the item for a different color was offered to me, but I decided I would wait the 4-6 weeks for the one I wanted. Occasionally I would check on my item to see if there were any updates that I missed, but found it strange that from October until December, the item on the website continued to show as "In Stock" to anyone that was browsing that item's page (like when I ordered it back in September).
I waited the 6 weeks (with zero communication from AC in the meantime) to reach out again, at the end of December. This time I mentioned that if I could not have the item delivered by mid-January that I was going to have to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. I got the response of "We have multiple restocks in January. The restocks are on 1/7/22, 1/12/22, 1/16/22 1/26/22." Again, I have had zero communication from AC for the last three weeks. Yesterday I decided that I had waited long enough, put in a ticket to cancel my order after double checking to confirm that it was still not in stock, and ordered elsewhere that had a confirmed 2-week delivery window. In a coincidental (suspicious) turn of events, the item that I ordered from AC now is showing a status of "Waiting for truck to pick up".
I have a feeling that I am going to have to put up a fight to get the item cancelled, even though there is zero evidence of communication that was not initiated by me. I'm speculating, but I think they continuously mark items as "In Stock" just so people will buy them, string them along with no real plan to get the item to the buyer, and then make it as difficult as possible to get any resolution. Wish me luck on my refund!

I ordered my Refrigerator on 11/26/2021 (Black Friday) but the item still not here yet. I have called them several times. First time they told me the item will be here soon, the second time is Jan.10.2022. The third time is Jan.27.2022. When I tried to do the price match, the another agent told me the refrigerator won't be here Jan.27.2022 and just don't even know the ETA. What the hell? They should tell the customer when they place the order if the item needs take a while be here. And the agent told me that some customer even ordered the item Sep 2021 and still waiting for it. If the customer already knows the time frame which that is OK, but you can't assume every one are willing to do that. That is very bad. If I knew that is the case, I would order from other places and don't need to pay more for the same item now. The only solution from them is: "do you want to cancel order"!!! And the agent was not patients/not nice.

Bought a commercial Maytag washer dryer, the installers made a big dent on our unit. If we wanted to return it we had to pay for the shipping. The installers ripped the electrical chord that was causing the unit to short out. They would not cover all cost to fix it even though we only had it for 4 months. Don’t care and won’t do anything about your problems. "Call the manufacturers" - that’s their solution but the manufacturer did not install the washer-dryer, your guys did and it was your fault the washer would not work due to a tear in the plug causing it to turn off, would not listen and have no manager that you could speak to. Poor customer service. Will not buy from this company again.

We ordered a stove at the end of November 2021. It finally got delivered on January 7, 2022. We were very excited until we took the packaging off the stove and found the glass top broken in many pieces and the side of the stove bent in and back of the stove bulging out. The delivery driver was still there and we wrote down the damages on the delivery ticket and took pictures of it. We reported it to the Appliances Connection that very minute sending all pictures of the damaged stove. We were told that no one could help us except the person that opens the claim to begin with. This person was Sara **.
Between January 7 and January 19 we called and emailed more than 7 times and got no response. Then we received a email from Sara ** stating that this issue is resolved because of no response from my wife. This is very bad customer service in that Sara ** never got in touch with my wife. Even though Appliances Connection might have good products, the customer service is crap. Maybe Sara ** is a good person, but she performed her duties with my wife poorly and because of that, we will never order from Appliances Connection again. This type of service causes stress on people and really upset my wife to the point of tears.

We ordered appliances form Appliances Connection in November of 01. There were two pieces to the order, a range hood and a stove. Both appeared to be in stock at the time. There was also a free set of pans that came with the stove. This outfit requires payment upfront for all orders prior to shipping. The range hood shipped out the 3rd of December however we were never notified of this and it did not show as such on the appliance connection website. The shipper, Fragile PAK notified us in late December that we could schedule a delivery time using their website. This feature did not work despite multiple attempts. Finally a call was placed and we scheduled the first possible date they could deliver. That was January 14th.
I was sent several text messages from Fragile Pak confirming the delivery. Despite all of this and having to rearrange schedules and work needs to meet the truck, it did not arrive. Fragile Pak does not deliver to our part of the state. We were later that evening contacted by another shipper who said they would be delivering the box on Monday the 17th. So another day of waiting and rearranging schedules. The box did arrive on that Monday however the 45 or so days on the road were not kind to the box. I inspected the contents and can't see any obvious damage or missing parts but time will tell.
We decided to cancel the stove order and sent several messages to appliances connection and finally placed two phone calls to them. Their "associate" was rude and tried to use the type of tactics I would expect from a used car salesman. He also completely discounted the issue with the shipper as though it was just how it is. I was told it would be up to 14 working days before they could process a refund for the stove. I was also not issued any kind of reference number despite asking three times. I called back and spoke with another person and was told it would be 24 hours and that I would get an email with reference numbers at that time. I still have not received an email and will likely have to be in contact with VISA to get a resolution. Communication was generally very slow to nonexistent during this experience despite multiple messages sent. In short I would recommend staying away from Appliances connection.

On 12/20/2021 I cancelled my order and they still shipped it out on 12/22. After they informed me to reject the delivery, in which I did 2 wks ago as of today on 1/14/2022 I still have not received my $452.13. This has been a complete disaster in which I had to get my bank involved. I want all consumers to please be careful with this company.

We ordered the Samsung Dryer and washer combo with stacking kit on September 24. At the time, it had an estimated ship date in October, less than a month away for the set. It's been almost 4 months and the washer was scheduled to be delivered multiple times in November and December, and now at the end of January - the date keeps changing every couple weeks. The dryer was backordered and never even shipped as far as we can tell, there is no tracking number. So in that time, our dryer died and we have been going to the laundromat and hanging clothes to dry around the house (family of 9), and meanwhile I see the exact washer and dryer set available at our local appliance store to pick up immediately at a similar price. So we finally gave up and asked for a refund. We had to ask 3 times before they would actually process a refund.
They refunded us $527 of our $1589 order!!! On the refund form, it says they will charge you for return shipping unless there is damages. WE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE ORDER!!! And they're charging us 2/3 of our total bill for return shipping??? They said that it is "in transit." It's been "in transit" for 2 months!! Seriously, what kind of operation is this?
I see the same washer/dryer set is right now still listed on their website with a ship date in February, less than 1 month away. All I can say is don't trust those dates at all, and be careful what you get yourself into with this company. If you can get what you need from a big box store, it might be a safer option because at least they won't charge you for shipping if you need to cancel the order. I think we might be out $1100 over this mess.

My order for 5 appliances was a month late. When they did come I only received 4 out of the 5. I have asked for a refund on a dishwasher and they won't give me my money and keep giving me the runaround. They have lost my dishwasher and want a restocking/delivery fee. These appliances were for tenants that moved in DEC 13. I ordered these Nov 10. First the delivery was before Thanksgiving, then Dec 18 then the 20 then the 22 and then the 30th. So I had to give my tenants a deal on Jan rent because these people couldn't come up with the appliances I bought. Not to mention I had to ask for delivery dates.
They don't communicate and definitely aren't accountable. Specifically Santiago, he just argue and don't problem solve this. Santiago told me he would get me a partial refund today and then turns around and says "Oh sorry. I need to look into where the dishwasher is first." These people are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing or how to treat people.

My wife and I purchased an Uline ice maker, Perlick refrigerator drawers, Miele Hood, Duct cover, and blower, thank God we bought refrigerator freezer and wine cooler from local big box store. Besides the typical delays, I noticed a pattern, that most everything they shipped was damaged, except Perlick refrigerator drawers and Miele blower (for hood). Final straw yesterday I arrived home to find a duct cover, delivered by FedEx, which was not in box and badly mangled. Based on my experience, I feel that Appliances Connection is involved in fraudulent activities, selling open box/used appliances, as new. Also when shipping past state Lines, are committing mail fraud.
Their parent company is Goedeker's (traded as GOED on NYSE), and in reviewing their reviews, are practicing same fraudulent activities. If anyone else thinks they have been defrauded by Appliances Connection or their parent company, you may have similar goals that I have, which are to get new products which I paid for, and prevent others from being victims of Appliances Connection. I spoke with Mike at Appliances Connection. It was so nice to actually talk to a person without waiting online forever. I explained that I need to change my order due to a back up, and he understood and arranged for the exchange, sending me a confirmation email as we spoke. I have not dealt with this company before but if my appliances arrive as promised, even with all the backups, I will definitely do business with them again.

Appliances Connection delivered a damaged range and has lied to us repeatedly about the status of the rest of the items in our order. Three months into the process of trying to buy appliances from them and all I have is a broken range and a microwave. Speaking to customer support is useless. I was a Comcast customer for a decade and honestly Appliances connection is worse. The real kicker is that they charged me a thousand dollars without my authorization to "expedite" the replacement of the broken range they sent me.

This is a review of the company's shady business. I ordered the oven on Nov 30th and the site was showing delivery as early as Dec 4th. When we called at beginning of December to check the status, we were told that we should get ours sometimes in around December 17th. We called again after Dec 17th and we were told that delivery will be in second half of January. I called today, Jan 5th, to get a status and I was told that they don't know when I will get the oven and that people are waiting from August for the item. So, this company they lied to us from begging about delivery. If I knew all this info from begging, I would not ordered with them. In the meantime, the oven price increased with 1k. They are not trustworthy company.

I ordered a fridge on September 10th that had an estimated delivery date of 10/29-11/6 since it was about two weeks quicker than Home Depot. However, AP didn't have that fridge in stock, so it was delayed. I switched to one that the customer service reps assured me it would delivery between 11/16-11/17, which was a bummer but we obliged. I reached out around that date and they said it would deliver on 12/2, then that it would ship on 12/2, but then it was delayed again to ship on 12/15 with two weeks for delivery.
Lo and behold it is now 12/29, coming up on 4 months from original order, and appliances connection only solution is to keep stringing me along and say it's on the way but I have absolutely no choice of pivoting other than getting a refund and starting all over somewhere else. The business model appears to be based on a sunk cost fallacy, and I will never ever shop here again and I recommend no one else does either. Many better places. Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's, local stores, etc., all superior customer service and delivery windows.

The item was actually out of stock and today when inquired of the current status the revised ETA was mid April 2022 without any guarantee. The customer service except today's call when I cancelled the order was rude, careless, and very unprofessional. I have cancelled the order, and will never waste my time or money with this company again.

This company bears no responsibility for its lack of attention to customer service. Their prices are ok--just ok--but when you factor in everything else, it makes no sense to order from them. Thieves. It is always best to buy local, anyway. I placed my order on August 24th. On November 24th, they told me it was shipped. IT WAS NOT (I spoke with the shipping company), so I cancelled the order. THEN, they told me it was shipped on December 4th, even though I had already cancelled the order. They are now trying to collect a return shipping fee, but we are fighting them through our credit card company, while we are preparing to litigate. And, by the way, even in these times of Covid-19, whoever heard of a four month shipping window for an item that they claimed was IN STOCK??

Called in and was told the trucking co. was having problems, after the 3rd call Item still had not shipped so I asked for refund 14 days later still had not been issued a refund. I purchased a major built-in refrigerator from Appliance Connection last June. The order seemed easy and very efficient, with a delivery set for the same week. That week, I doublechecked and the delivery date set by the vendor was in fact erroneous. A new date was set (about a month later, for delivery and installation). The crew came, realized that the item was too voluminous and said they could not do the job as they needed two more people. They first wanted to leave the fridge on the driveway so I could arrange for my own installation service. I refused, requested to cancel the order but was convinced otherwise by AC to agree on a new delivery and installation date.
On that new date (about 6 weeks later), the same happened. The crew arrived, asked where additional help was (they needed two more people) and first said they could not do the job, said they needed a moving company to help, etc. They tried and after several hours and herculean efforts, they got the fridge inside and installed. The grey stone staircase in front of my house was badly damaged, and the hardwood floors were very damaged as well. Some parts of the fridge were missing. I have submitted a claim to the company and they have not done a thing. They tried ordering the missing spare parts but they got the wrong ones delivered. I am stuck with a fridge that is not fully installed and significant damages that are being ignored. One staff was very kind and doing his best but unfortunately that did not prompt the company to do the needful. It is a very sad, unfortunate experience.

This is primarily a review of the company. I received a microwave that didn't work. Contacted customer service to request return and was told it had to be checked by manufacturer before return would be authorized. It took them a month to schedule a visit while the microwave sat on my kitchen counter. I requested a copy of the service report twice and have not received it. They haven't responded to my request. They are very difficult to work with. It would have been better to purchase from a big box store. They don't give you the run around when an unused item doesn't work. More than a month now without the microwave and no resolution of the issue or return authorization.
I can't speak to the quality of the microwave as their return policy is very strict and requires it not be use or installed. It does have clean lines and all the necessary settings. However, it is noisier than other microwaves when it opens and shuts. Based on that alone, I would not buy it again. The repair guy did say to purchase a Whirlpool or Maytag instead. Unfortunately haven't found one that fits in my cabinet.

Ordering and payment were easy and efficient. Prices were about 20% lower than big box retailers. Website stated "In Stock" Delivery by December 15th. (I ordered on the 7th) When there had been NO communication by December 16th I called customer service. Appliances Connection said my order had been shipped. I called the shipping company with the provided tracking number, they said they had received the electronic shipping request and had been to the warehouse 2x to pick up the items but AC would not released them to them.
I called AC back and shared what the shipping company had told me. The customer service Rep then stated that the promised delivery date was only for an electronic shipping label to be created. That my items were in the warehouse and in "queue" for pick up but they were very backed up and there was NO ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY, that all orders are released in the order in which they entered the queue. So as of today AC has had over $2000 of my money for almost 2 weeks and cannot even give me an estimated date of delivery. Sounds a lot like deceptive trade practices to me.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you have unlimited time to wait. (P.S. of course the trucking company and AC both say the other is lying - go figure)

This has to be the worst company to deal with. I ordered 12 appliances and was assured they would get to me in time and of course that didn’t happen. But because they all lied they sent me an invoice stating all appliances were shipped only to find out 1 item had shipped. I’ve spoken to so many people and I’m always told there are no supervisors at all and they keep pushing you back and forth between billing and customer service. They then cancelled half my order without telling me. Then I receive 3 damaged items and try to deliver 1 item that I had cancelled 2 weeks prior. I am still a month and a half later waiting on my refund. I have spoken to no less than 15 people over the last 3 months. I list my rebates and my discounts due to getting appliances elsewhere later because they're refusing to refund my money. These people are the worst. Buyers beware.

Ordered a matching refrigerator and freezer. They said they were going to deliver both at the same time and only delivered the freezer. For the last 6 weeks they have been "trying to locate the missing refrigerator" in their warehouse. I call twice a week and they claim that they are looking for it and they will call me back in 24 hours. Never happens. They don't apologize when I call back. Worst customer service ever.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with the worst company in my life. Was lied to at least seven or eight times over the course of this nightmare. Let me press all of this by saying that I’m not the type of person that ever leaves bad reviews. I wish I had checked the reviews and saw Their D- Better Business Bureau rating before I spent $4000 with them.. It’s been six months now and I still don’t have a working washer and dryer. Everyone that you speak to at this company simply lies to you or gives you the runaround. Every single step of this process went wrong.
First was told that the dryer and washer set were in stock when I ordered them. Then I was immediately somehow number 27th in line. Then I was told it would be “two weeks before I received the set“. The next time I would call two weeks later they would tell me, "Oh there’s no ETA at all." Then I’ll call again two weeks later and I have another ETA of two weeks. This happened approximately eight times. When that units finally arrived they were damaged and the company did not want to do anything that was satisfactory to rectify the problem. Additionally the installers had no idea what they were doing nor any tools. I had to go to Home Depot three different times to facilitate the install and they still did not get installed. They ended up damaging the dryer after they brought it in. It’s been almost 6 months and I still have no working washer and dryer. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

I ordered a unique compact dishwasher months ago. With the delays, AC was always forthcoming with the details and sorry for the delay, but the delay was the manufacturer. The order is now being filled, and my call to AC from their email was answered quickly and accurately by representative Mike ***. My experience over the past 15 years with AC has been solid, I highly recommend them.
