Bought item 10/23 listed as avail & ready to ship in 2-4 days. 3 weeks later no one can tell me when I will receive it bc out of stock & won’t let me cancel. Still listed on site as avail in 2-4 days yet I order 3 weeks ago and no one can tell me when I’ll get it. But if I bought same item today on their site I can have it in 2-4 days. False advertising.

My oven arrived many days late, damaged, and after business hours for their offices on the East Coast so I couldn't speak with anyone while it was physically there. They use a third party for shipping. If their office had been open, I would have proposed that they allow me to keep the oven while a replacement could arrive (2 more weeks, though they can't guarantee that and my experiences so far tell me it would be much longer). Seems appropriate since the damage was their fault and it was already late. It sucks not having a major appliance for weeks! Spoke with them the next morning and they would not deliver the unit so I could have a working one in the meantime.
Customer service was not in any way helpful or understanding, and then when they found out I was speaking to them on behalf of my landlord, they said "you're not our customer" and **HUNG UP ON ME**. Hence me, here, speaking up in the only way I can and hoping others don't give them a dime. I just keep thinking about what it would be like if corporations didn't run the world. If we had local economies, no one would treat their customers like this because it would actually impact their business if they mishandled things. Hopefully BBB complaints like this make a small difference and improve the ways people are treated.

This company is the worst. Do not buy from them. I purchased an antique brass plumbing fixture. When we received it, it was neither antique nor brass, but rather a spray painted metal that looked terrible. Customer service said, "Sometimes, the manufacturer does not provide an image for the item, but will provide a similar image or a different color to give you an idea of what the product looks like." So despite the fact that the fixture was nothing like the photo, they are unwilling to accept a return.

I spent $3000 on a nice Ilve Range. Less than 2 years later the oven will not work, their warranty team will not warranty it, the extended warranty company has refused to fix it because parts are no longer available. I have called and spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer, Appliance Connection, the factory warranty company and the extended warranty company with absolutely no results. Basically they all told me in so many words, "Sorry buddy but you are out of luck, we're not going to do anything for you!" Finally we removed it and took it to the scrap yard and bought a new range.

I ordered a 20” stove and received it all banged up. The door handle busted, the sides banged in and the back side banged in. The part where the knobs are is also banged in. I tried to get help to get the stove replaced. What an ordeal. I have to take pictures. They lose the pictures. No one calls me back. I have to take more pictures. On hold for hours calling back and forth to get help. I send more pictures. No one calls, I’m sent an email and I can’t log in to my account because the ticket number is wrong.
I learned a lesson. Don’t buy from this company. To send the stove back I have to pay for the shipping. I thought I was saving money but it’s a lot of aggravation and too much back and forth through emails. Not good communication or customer service. I didn’t damage the stove. Why I have to pay to send it back is making me upset. I'm going to Home Depot where things are easier. Even if it is a couple hundred dollars more I wouldn’t have this problem returning the damaged stove. It should be simple. "Damaged stove - we will come get it and bring you a new one." No it doesn’t work that way. Beware.

I was redoing a kitchen. First I did go through Appliances Connection in 2022 July, but it took a long time to get the delivery of the dishwashers, hood, induction stove top, and oven. As not all of equipment was present and coordination of contractor delayed, we put off the job essentially for a year to get the people we wanted. As we were unpacking (this is a yr later) I realized I ordered an island mounted hood, and not a wall mounted hood. As I was still buying the refrigerator from Appliances Connection, that they would work with me and swap the hoods and let me purchase another one, with a restocking fee. BUT NO, Santiago was nice but once escalated to the managers, just FIRM NOs. They have now lost my business in the future. I felt like I was on the line with an insurance company! Very disappointed especially after giving them almost 13,000 dollars.

I purchased a stove hood, dumb me I didn't realize there are code heights. Result is I purchased a hood that is too tall for the space. I didn't realize I only had 30 days to exchange it. Well it took that to get an installer scheduled, when he arrived he told me it was too tall. I contacted them to exchange the hood for one that would work (it was more expensive than the one I purchased). They said NO. It's been 30 days. It was 4 days past their 30 day mark. I will never purchase from them again and will tell everyone how terrible they are!

The service and delivery was absolutely horrendous and we will never ever work with this company again. Clearly Appliances Connection and AM Delivery have NOT learned from any of the past reviews. There were 4 missed delivery attempts. The first was because the delivery driver didn't wait 5 minutes after calling for a call back. We called back no more than 5 minutes after we missed the call (because we both were in meetings) and the driver still left. The second time it took the driver 45 minutes to find the very clearly labeled service entrance. Not only was it well labeled, but security personally led the truck to the entrance and they still couldn't find it. The building blocked this after the 45 minute fiasco because the delivery company was clearly incompetent and wanted a COI for liability purposes.
The third time we were waiting on the COI (which took 3 weeks to get after being promised it would only take 24-48 hours and why in the world are you charging $125 for a COI. That is completely absurd and unheard of) and the delivery people still tried to deliver the fridge even though we did NOT confirm delivery. The fourth time it took over an hour for the delivery driver to find the service entrance, despite being sent pictures and being walked to the service entrance. THEN once we finally got off the forsaken truck one of the delivery guys continued to talk on the phone the whole time planning his weekend without helping the other guy. We had to unwrap the refrigerator ourselves because your guy was lazy and too busy not working and planning his weekend to do the "white glove service".
He also couldn't figure out how to plug in the refrigerator into an open receptacle and we had to do it for him. I mean come on!! It's plugging a plug into a wall. How hard can that be?? You have no business being a delivery company but especially not one that promotes a white glove delivery. This was absolutely the worst experience we have with any vendor.

On Sept 20th 2023 we ordered a Bosch 300 Series dishwasher from Appliances Connection. Their price was comparable to Home Depot and Lowe's (Lowes showed out of stock). The factors that swayed us towards this vendor were these: It showed as in stock, they said they could ship within 2 or 3 business days, and they were including free installation and free removal of the old dishwasher. Note: not until I was deep into trying to resolve our issue with them did they ever mention that you must purchase their dishwasher installation kit or they won’t do the installation.
I received an email the following day – Sept 21st – showing the order had been processed, and also got an email with the tracking number for the shipping company they use - which is called AM Home Delivery (a division of AM Trucking.) The tracking supplied by AM showed only that “Pickup Order Notification received.” ON the 25th I became puzzled that no further status was shown on the tracking.
I called Appliances Connection and the phone queue was long, so I chose the “Call me back:” option. They called and advised me that the item had already been shipped and that they would check with the shipper to see why the tracking was not updated. 36 hours later I had not received any updates, so I tried calling the shipper myself. They claimed that they had not received pickup authorization from the vendor, despite the fact that they made trips to that warehouse nearly every day for pickups. I called the vendor back and they initially insisted that it had shipped. Then… she started talking about how it was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 14 days of the purchase date and that it had actually not shipped yet. She also person said she was the manager of that department and there was no one above her that I could speak with.
I hung up, called their main number, and asked for the Sales department. The person I spoke to there referred me to an email she had copied me on, in which she attached photos of the dishwasher in the wrapped pallet and the AM Home Delivery stick on it with my name and address. The vendor then insisted that they HAD shipped it (the story kept changing) and the shipping company continued to claim that they still didn’t have authorization to pick up the item.
I finally gave up in disgust. The shipping company gets only 2 stars out of 5 on Trustpilot but I still don’t know who was lying to me – there’s no question that someone – either the shipper or the vendor -was not telling the truth. I requested a refund and they did issue one immediately. I ordered it from Home Depot, who will deliver it in 3 business days. No installation services are provided but dishwashers are easy to install. I also got a $100 discount for opening a Home Depot charge account. From now on I will stick to known entities like Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot etc.

I just recently bought a Frigidaire refrigerator and dishwasher from Appliances Connection recently. The dishwasher had no damage and I paid for install. I have not been able to get the thing to work and am having a service technician come out and diagnose the issue. Hopefully this is covered under the Frigidaire warranty.
The refrigerator had a very noticeable dent in the side and upon assurance by the delivery guy it would not be seen behind a short wall to the left of the unit I let them bring it in. It was noticeable. I did not order a scratch and dent. I called and requested a return and an alternative. Following this the nightmare started. After approximately 60 emails later (no exaggeration) the damaged refrigerator was picked up and no problem with that in and out in 15 minutes. Appliances Connection then they said in the emails they would credit me for the damaged one and charge for the new one. I paid for the initial transaction with my debit card as I don't like to use credit cards.
Big mistake. They have now charged my account for the new unit $2,186.01 and then charged $2,850.70 for no reason I can figure and have yet to receive a reason for the additional charge or credit for the damaged return. At this point I am out $7,351.87 and my bank says since it was debit, I can't stop the pending transaction. This is fraud at its heart and I am a broke senior on social security. I can't speak with anyone, only emails which I have copies of all of the bickering back and forth. To top it off I have no refrigerator a dishwasher that doesn't work and little recourse of getting my money back as I can't afford an attorney. Stay away from this company and buy local!! This is a real bad situation and I hope this review saves someone from the same fate...

I NEVER received the refrigerator I paid $1186.67 for, and Appliance Connection kept my money. I'd put it on hold, because my builder wanted it to arrive at the right time. Appliance Connection asked me to call each month to keep replacing it on hold. But then when I called the next month, Appliance Connection said they had shipped it several weeks beforehand. Yet, there were NO CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS to tell me or my builder it was being shipped, and it wasn't supposed to be shipped in the first place. I was diligent about sending the emails to keep it on hold each month. I'm not even sure it ever was shipped.
I called the warehouse in Denver that Appliance Connection told me to call saying the refrigerator was sitting there, and I'd be able to reroute it back to me. But the warehouse said my refrigerator had disappeared and was no longer there. They didn't know where it was. I called Appliance Connection to get a refund since I never received the refrigerator, and they said they had credited me the $1186.67, but when I checked my credit card, I noticed they had kept $445.86 for themselves without telling me and only refunded me $740.81.. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded $445.86. But then Appliance Connection sent a multi-page legal document to my credit card company justifying charging me $445.86 "for shipping" a refrigerator I never received and the $445.86 was again taken from me.
This refrigerator was for the first home I've ever been able to afford to own, a tiny home. I deeply regret trusting Appliance Connection with my purchase, and in particular my sales agent, Jimmy **, who cared nothing for following through on his promises, only for taking my money. Appliance Connection is the most corrupt company I've ever worked with in my life. They don't keep their promises or communicate well, and they take zero responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they blame you and take your money. STAY AWAY! I'd sue them, but my lawyer said it'd be too much in court costs to try and get $445.86 back to make it worth the effort. I guess that's how big corporations like Appliance Connection can rob ordinary people and get away with it.

After emailing my sales rep, he responded and asked me to give him a detailed account of what my experience was. After doing so, a manager called me (Santiago D) and asked me if I would give him the chance to fix my issues. I agreed to do so; we discussed the issue, he made corrections and at this time all is well. I will wait to update the rating beyond 5 stars after delivery is received, pending no more issues.

I ordered a refrigerator on a Thursday afternoon. The salesperson named Georgi told me it would ship the following week, but I could call back if I needed anything within 48 hours. I called back on Saturday morning (less than 48 hours) and asked if I could change my selection to a smaller unit- same brand same specs, just a little smaller. I was told that it had already shipped and that I would be charged a return fee if I wanted to make the change. Because I did not want to pay a cancellation fee, I let it go and decided to just accept the original refrigerator that I had ordered. I was told nothing could be done until at least Monday, when my sales rep would be back in the office.
On Monday, I received tracking information, stating the refrigerator had reached the "consolidation center". The email said I would receive another email 1-2 days out from delivery. I heard nothing more until I received a partial refund on Wednesday. When I called on Thursday, 7 days after ordering, I was told that the refrigerator was canceled, and that the partial refund was due to the cancellation. But I never canceled it!! Their call center person over the weekend took my words, twisted them around, handed it off to someone else, who then decided to cancel it several days later. Customer service told me it is a done deal, and their "policy" is law. I asked them to just send me the original, as the delivery process had already started, but she refused. She told me I could re-order at full price. No thanks. I will let Amex stand strong on this one, and pursue legal action if necessary. Buyer beware!!!

My wife and I were looking at a Miele dishwasher for months. We finally decided to bite the bullet and spend 3K for a nice dishwasher and Appliances Connection said they had them in stock ready to ship. I thought it was odd, because they were backordered at most other dealers. We ordered the Dishwasher and it arrived horribly damaged. It looked like it fell off the truck with a massive dent crushing the side of the appliance. It's completely unusable. Appliances Connection is refusing to return or refund. We are out $3,000 now and are pursuing legal action. This company is a FRAUD. Never order anything from them, they sell damaged products and will take your money.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from these guys over the 4th of July weekend 2023. They had a package deal going with white glove delivery and installation at time of delivery. I also paid an extra $30 to have them haul the old dishwasher away. Since I had company coming and no working dishwasher, I was excited at the prospect of getting this all wrapped up in one visit. When they delivered my dishwasher, that is where the excitement stopped.
The delivery company tried to put the dishwasher on my back patio (outside in the weather), but luckily I caught the guy before he drove off and asked him about the white glove service and he had no idea what I was talking about. When I called Appliances Connection, they admitted they screwed up and dispatched the dishwasher to the wrong delivery company (who does not honor the white glove agreement). The customer service rep then told me to get my own installer and send them a copy of the bill and they would refund the money. So that is what I did - just in time for my arriving company.
Then began countless calls and emails on my part following-up asking where the $200 refund was, plus the $30 for the haul away of my old dishwasher (which never happened - I had to organize removal of the old dishwasher myself as well). So much for saving me time! I sent them a copy of the invoice from my handyman on the install and they just kept telling me it was in “approvals” and they would call me back with an update - which never happened. They never called me - not once.
Here we are August 10th, and they finally refunded the $30, but then told me they will only pay $150 as a refund for installation (since my handyman charged $200 they cannot pay the extra $50). Seriously? That is not what they said at the beginning of all this drama - which was their fault. Plus this customer service person, who was supposedly some kind of manager over there (Calvin maybe?), talked to me like I was the ** and suggested the customer service rep who told me they would refund me could Zelle me the extra $50 himself. Very unprofessional.
When I said maybe I should contact my attorney and the BBB to get this resolved, this guy told me to go ahead and good luck. Unbelievable! Don’t order from this company - save yourself the headache, they don’t stand by their agreements and clearly don’t care about their customers. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Appliances Connection.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator. The description is wrong on Appliances Connection website. The description notes it comes with an internal water dispenser and this is not the case. When I looked up the description of the fridge to research this problem, I found out that every retailer had the fridge priced at $1000 less! This includes the big box retailers like Home Depot, Lowe's, and even Samsung had the fridge for $1000 less. I found this out the day the fridge came into my home.
I called Appliances Connection immediately. They refused any price adjustment although their website states they will match prices from an authorized dealer. I asked to speak to a manager and was routed to one. He was rude and made me feel small. He also refused to offer any price adjustment. I could see if I had the fridge for a while, but again this was the day it arrived. Also, we are not speaking of a small amount – this is a huge discrepancy in pricing vs. the other retailers. To add insult to injury, within two weeks Appliances connection had also dropped the price.

I requested a supervisor call me back to confirm that my stacking washer and dryer had been installed corrected and to send me a prepaid return label if the stacking kit their staff told me was necessary was not required (as stated by the installation service that I paid for from their site). It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from a supervisor, just received multiple tickets that have no information to address my concern. The staff member who talked over me and then hung up on me has sent an RMA number with no return label. I do not have confidence that the luxury brand product I purchased was installed correctly and I should not be paying to return an item that I was advised was necessary for the installation. I would be in the market for multiple other new appliances, but this company lost my trust by not responding in a timely fashion to my concerns. I am surprised by their google review score of 4.7. I contact them about the big change to my estimated delivery and I basically get told too bad. I contact them again and tell them I will leave them a bad review and they ask the shipping company to expedite my order.
A week later and it's still sitting on a "consolidation center" and then it has to go to a delivery location 5-7 days later and then after that they will finally schedule delivery. I have multiple options to still order from and still receive it quicker than this order and it's a week after I placed the order. I ask about canceling the order and they tell me I will have to pay cancelation fees. I think this is really how this company makes their money, strong out deliveries until their customers get tired of waiting and cancel their orders and then they charge them hundreds of dollars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I DID!

I didn’t do my research on this company before I ordered from them and went only on Google Reviews. Check out their reviews on the BBB before you make any decisions, like we should have. If you want the TL; DR of the 1 star rating, here it is: Summary: 5 appliances ordered. None of them on time. 3 damaged or not working correctly. 0 responsibility on the part of AC. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
If you want the blow by blow, here’s what happened. 1. The appliances did not, in fact, come in anywhere close to projected dates. We let this go, because that is just how it is with supply chain shortages. Oh well. 2. Our washer and dryer come in first. One of them is scratched. It’s in a spot we can’t see it, and they offer a $75 credit. Oh well. What happens next is not okay.
3. When our dishwasher finally comes in, it’s installed incorrectly. Wish I could add photos here because it was so bad. Instead of taking responsibility, AC basically says, too bad. Your choices are to request a refund or wait an indeterminate amount of time without a dishwasher until we can get a new one (we can’t say when that will be). We won’t “rent” you a dishwasher in the meantime (i.e. you can’t keep the one we installed, even though we took out a perfectly operational one you had to install it). Then it gets worse. After I escalate this to the BBB and they finally respond, they not only remove our dishwasher without providing a new one, but remove it in such a fashion that it floods and damages our kitchen floors. I have yet to hear back from them about how they will address that. 4. We get a range from them and 1 burner doesn’t work. They send out someone to repair it, now 4/5 of the burners don’t work.

I bought a washer and dryer pair off their website, which worked very well, everything past this point was horrible.
First - Shipping took longer than displayed on their website, not a huge issue, but this seems to be extremely common complaints that the items they say are in stock, are not actually in stock. (When getting a replacement, they said that they had no models of the exact same number, meanwhile their website said they had 6 in stock.)
Second - Both items arrived damaged, the washer had a large dent on the side, and the dryer had an even larger dent. The dryer was so damaged it could not run. I have been on an email chain/phone calls with them for 1 and a half months trying to get these issues resolved with them. The dryer is in the process of being replaced (still another 2-3 weeks away from seeing the replacement model) and a technician has been sent out for the washer. They also charged me a second time for the replacement dryer, they call this an "advanced replacement"
Third - Customer service is slow, it may take an entire day emailing back and forth to answer a single question. They keep trying to offer a "warranty" for these products in exchange for keeping them, but it's worthless since the manufacturer's warranty covers these machines for just as long. Trying to call them is worse, 3 hour queue times, if you're lucky enough to sit through it, they will ask you keep working with customer service over email, and provide no help. I have asked to get replacement machines for both units because of the damage, it took almost 2 weeks for the dryer to get the process started, and they refused to replace the washing machine
Fourth - The washer was also broken, per the technician they sent out, the suspension had been damaged in shipping due to the dent and is unrepairable. I now need to wait another 1-2 months to get the replacement for this machine. All in all I will have been without the ability to do laundry for almost half a year by the time this replacement comes in.
I urge anyone using this website to go elsewhere, if things are shipped correctly I am positive you will have 0 issues since all their installations and shipping are handled by better run companies, but as soon as you have a single issue you're going to be spending months of your life dealing with a company who will lie to your face and try to get more money out of you just to fix their own mistakes.
