I applied for an increase on my credit card and was denied due to serious delinquency. I find out this serious deliquency was a $31 Mandee balance that was an oversite because I never recieved a statement for that month and rarely use the card so was not expecting a bill anyway. When I got a phone call from Mandee looking for payment I was stunned and very apologetic because it was an oversite and paid it over the phone on the spot. The rep assured me this would NOT affect my credit as I have excellent credit rating so I was naturally concerned.

Sure enough this minor thing has turned into a major event with me trying to get it removed. It can only be removed with a copy of the report. Experian will only provide a 'free' copy of report with a $30 triple advantage membership. And you need their report # in order to dispute. And you can't get a person on the phone it is strictly an automated system. I have spent hours trying to straighten this out to no avail.

Due to this I have had a signifignt amount of stress. I worked very hard for years to develope a good credit history. This has caused me to be denied a new car loan when I have never been late on my current car loan and have over paid the monthly payment every month in the last 3 years I have carried it. Also denied credit line increase on a the one credit card I use and have never been late and have never made just a 'minimum payment'. I have been nothing but responsible and experian has made it impossible to correct this.

Experian lumped my information with 6 other people with the same name, including social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, employers, etc. By doing this, they made my information available for someone with MY name already to use MY social security number. He used it to obtain a rental house, numerous cell phone contracts, among other things. I have been dealing with this for 3 years now.

I enrolled in Lifelock over a year ago because of this. I'm still receiving collection notices from Nextell (I've never had a Nextell account) and two MCI accounts are on my report (never had MCI either). I tried to refinance my house this year, but I couldn't get a decent interest rate because of these idiots. I hate to have to sue, but I have so much rock solid proof. Do you think we can shut them down completely? That would be my goal if I sue. I just want my credit restored.

$110/year for Lifelock. Severely adverse impact on my credit rating. Untold hours spent trying to clear this up. Plus costs for paper, cell phone minutes, printer ink, etc.

My American Express card was declined and I found out Experian put a erronous 30 day late charge from Capitol One on my account and my husbands (both seperate accounts?). So I called Capitol One and so did my husband for his account and as we knew we were never 30 days late or even 1 day late.

So I went online, and did a dispute where they do not allow you to write anything you have to pick from a list. There was one that fit and I picked it. The results came back the next day that the file was 'Updated meaning nothing changed but a new date. So I went and looked for a place to write them again and explain and there is nothing. The only email on the site is from the company CredtExperts who said they have nothing to do with this. I called Capitol One and they again said no one has contacted them. So basically what is happening some one is sitting there just pushing keys on the keyboard and not doing their jobs..as Capitol One has not talked to Experian. American Express will also not do a thing until its fixed.

I had to pay my American Express Bill this month in Full not revolving. It was also suspended for any further purchases. I just bought a home and we wanted to refinance in 6 months as it was owner finanaced and we want to go bank. I will get a higher interest rate if I am accepted that is. I am 69 years old and this is making me very ill. The stress of not being able to talk to someone and them being able to do this is unbelievable and I do nto know what to do.

I did not authorize Experian to disclose to the general public or more specifically to those who are willing to pay for such information at the expense of my privacy.

I have many problems on my credit report, example: someone elses social security number, addresses, phone numbers and date of birth, on my credit report. I have tried numerous times to contact Experian and have not received any help. I have called the numbers and always get the recording that eventually hangs up on me.

I have went on the website and it says I should contact a representative. I also sent them a letter asking for someone to contact me so I could go over the problems and get them corrected. Their answer was that I did not provide enough information and they could not honor my request. I could however order a copy of my personal credit report.

I would think that we as consumers could choose to not use this company but we are not given that choice. I feel that this company should be forced to make changes in their practices or be shut down. They would not exist if it was not for us. I see from the website that I am not alone in these matters. I have read enough to see that that this company should be shut down for good.

The consequences of the lack of action by this company can be catastrophic. I know that I will not use the persons information that I have but I have no way of knowing who may have my information. I have excellent credit with the other companies but if they all don't agree then it is hard to get loans. With a refinance coming up for me this could mean a foreclosure on my home. This does not include all the excessive worry and distress I have encountered since finding out about this problem.

Subscribed for a free 30 day credit monitoring with free credit report via internet in February 2008. Message on internet web page stated credit card would not be charged until free 30 day period was over.

On February 12th, $29.95 was debited from my credit card. I did not know this as I did not receive this information until I received my monthly statement in March 2008. I cancelled the 30 day trial period with several days left. I received an email confirmation of the cancellation on March 11, 2008. Too late, the debit had been made and I did not know it. Experian has been part of class action suits for this type of behavior several times. I will gladly be part of any class action suit on this matter.

Two Times now in the past 4 yrs. I have been turned down for a Home mortage as well as a credit card. The problem is there is a Junior not me as my suffix is senior. But these credit companys continue to have on my report whatever they feel is good. I have sued Equifax two times now and won both times in Federal Court. Now its Experians turn.

As I learned this evening that they have bogus information I even called the one creditor that had nothing to do with me and he stated that this bill that was on this report was paid in 2005 this is May of 2008 it is not a matter of mine. But since they like paying me I will continue to sue.

First of all, I would like to say that of the big 3 credit reporting agencies, Experian is the most difficult to contact. They make their mailing address hard to find (they suggest on their website that you contact them at the address on your Experian credit report, but if you got the report from another source like TrueCredit.com, you don't have an Experian report), their automated telephone system is flawed, and their customer service agents tend to be rude.

Second, I have been trying to remove an erroneous collection account from my credit report since 1999. I successfully removed it from my Transunion and Equifax reports YEARS ago, but Experian refuses to remove it. Most recently (in April 2008), I sent them an old Experian credit report which showed that the account was scheduled to come off my report in January 2008. The account is still on my report, so I asked them to remove it. They wrote me back that the account was disputed (by me) and investigated (by them) in 2005, and that unless I had some further proof, they were not altering it. They also said that the account is now scheduled to remain on my report until August 2008.

When I got that letter, I called them (and fought my way through that ridiculous automated system)and asked the rep why the date had been pushed back. She basically read the letter I had received in the mail. When I told her that didn't answer my question, she admitted she had no idea why. So I hung up and called right back. The next rep I spoke to claimed that they investigated the account after my letter in April 2008, and the collection company verified the account. When I told her that the letter I received from them specifically said they were NOT going to reinvestigate the account, she didn't know what to tell me.

Seeing that dealing with Experian wasn't going to work, I wrote letters to the original company and the collection agency to dispute the account. The collection agency still hasn't responded (clearly because they have NO PROOF that this is my account, because it's not), and the original company actually sent me a letter stating that this wasn't my account. I sent that letter to Experian on 5/1/2008. To date, Experian STILL has not removed this account from my credit report.

This is not the first time I've had a ridiculously hard time removing erroneous items from my Experian report. They have gone as far to add false addresses and aliases to my report to justify erroneous account information they're reporting. I have a good credit rating with Transunion and Equifax, but my Experian rating falls between POOR and FAIR, which is outrageous. Experian needs to be held accountable for their sloppy credit reporting practices, boldface lies, and failure to investigate the information they're reporting.

I am currently trying to buy my first home, and have been working to clean up my credit for about 3 years now in preparation for this purchase. Having a collection account listed on my Experian report is seriously hurting my chances of getting a decent mortgage rate.

Recently I dispute a Prime Acceptance on my credit report which, I've spoke with the company directly and mail a dipsute letter directly to the creditor along with a police report. I've also dispute the same credit on Trans Union and Equifax and Prime Acceptance has been removed except for Experian.

Experian also has my social security number incorrect which I was informed by a creditor who've spoke to a Experian Representatve that informed Landsafe that there wasn't two credit files and the social security number they have on file was one that was given by the creditor. Experian changed my social security by a credit which they should not have done, but match the information with the one they have on file.

However, less than 15 days of disputing this item on live Experian sends me an email stating it has been investigated and remains on file. I've disputed it again informing Experian that this company has the wrong social security number and it does not match, which I had landsafe send a copy of my security security number.. It comes back a second time stating it remains. along with two other itmes that I've dispute.

I strongly believe that Experian is not doing an investigation and they are not contacting the creditors item.. Now, I can dispute any of the items online. It says sorry, we have already investigate and verified the information belongs to you please mail in any additional information. Experian isn't really doing anything, they aren't investigating and they are verifying the information nor or they contacting the creditors at all.

because they failed to inform us that any surches we do stay on our credit file for 12 months and have now seriosly damaged our credit, we feel that it is their responsability to let all customers and buisnesses know of the damage this can do, most of the major lenders are only aware that these things come of your report within around 56 days, we have been made to take a very bad rate on our mortgage and loans after being told that we could amend our credit not being told that if we search for a cheap loan or mortgage they would stay on our report for this amount of time it would do more damage than you started with it has cost us thousands of pounds and now have to wait 12 months before we can do anything about it,

we rang experian with our complaints and all they said was that we should ring all the companies that have done a search to take them back, and we feel that this is their responsability not ours, why should we chase round for their mistakes and run up another bill trying to do so.

the consequences to us means that we are in serious debt even after clearing our report of any debt. all that is causing our bad credit is all the searches we have done trying to get a good deal, in relation to these searches expeian have pet us in thousands of pounds worth of debt, which would have been unecesary if we had been told the correct information from the start, that these things would stay on your report and seriously damage your life, we are seriously thinking of seuing the company.

My credit report in April 2008 contained inaccurate negative information. I disputed the items, one of them was a judgment and I have a copy from the court proving it does not contain my name, address or ssn. I called Experian and the woman was very rude. I asked her for the source of the information and she said the item was physically verified at the Hampton Court Clerks office.

This is a lie, the court clerk stated Experian did not inquire and they never physically send someone to check the information even though they are required. She then asked me What is your problem. I stated the item did not belong to me and they had lied about verifying the information because I had a certified copy from the court showing the judgment did not belong to me. I also told her the court clerk said that no one, specifically Experian, had made an inquiry about the disputed judgment. The Experian agent then made another comment such as so what. When I said excuse me, she reiterated something to the effect of so what's the problem? I again restated that this item did not pertain to me and she made another rude remark. She also lied and said the court was the provider of the information.

I told her FCRA rules require Experian to provide me with the method of investigation, the source of the information and all other information on disputed items. She said that they would send it to me. When I asked her to hold on that I was looking other items up, she said is that all. I told her I needed that information and other information from Experian and she rudely said I told you we would send it, it is already in the mail.

Experian reports the reporting source of this public information Hampton District Court. The court clerk states that Hampton Courts do not and have never reported information to any credit agency. Experian has been placing my son's information on my credit file for the past nine years. When I get it removed, they reinsert at a later time in violation of FCRA rules in that they must notify me.

In 2004, when I purchased my house, they had a collection from Sentara that I disputed. They claimed Sentara verified the information and it was correct and told me to contact Sentara Medical. When I contacted Sentara, they stated they never reported the item on me and that the address and date of birth did not match mine. To get around this, Experian added the address to my report to justify the item belonging to me. Additionally, I had and always had insurance and did not utilize Sentara Medical. My medical provider was Riverside Medical. I had a phone number and contact that Sentara Medical provided but Experian refused to cooperate. Sentara was kind enough to have their attorney generate a letter and fax a copy to the mortgage company, Experian, and myself. Experian removed the item once Sentara's attorney got involved and removed the address. This was in 2004 and I could not get a contact by phone so the mortgage lending agent gave me the secret number to Experian, but I was not to disclose the source because Experian would have her fired.

Experian was very suprised I had this number and was more concerned about where I got the number than correcting the error about the Sentara collection. However, two years later they added the address back into my file. I disputed this address in April of 2008 and they removed it. However, they violated FCRA rules by reinserting the disputed item without notifying me.

They also had all of my ex-wife's addresses that I had removed back in 2000 from my Experian record. On average, Experian adds 4 to 6 addresses to my credit file every year or two. I have lived at only two addresses in the past 10 years. I have one address on my report now that I disputed. My son resides at that address and I reside at the home I purchased in 2004. My son is 29 and does not live with me. They refuse to remove this address because, again, they claim they physically verified the information.

Higher insurance costs for approx 7 years -- I estimate over $2000. My insurance score was so low that I was considered a risk even though I have never had a ticket or accident in 33 years of driving. There were excessive addresses (indicating I was always on the run) and excessive inquires against my credit file.

A State Farm regional manager got involved because ChoicePoint stated that they were not required to provide me with any information and were not covered under the FCRA. ChoicePoint even told me go ahead and sue us and we will make sure you never get insurance. All this emotional distress was the results of Experian's negligence. Experian was the only agency that had this false reporting on my file so they had to have been the source. My credit report has been 100% accurate with both TransUnion and Equifax.

My Chase Mastercard rate was raised from 7 percent fixed rate to over 23 percent due to errors in my file in 2006. I had to take out a second mortgage loan to pay this card off. Despite paying the card off, I was charged two months interest because of the way they calculate interest. This was all due to negative information on my credit file.

Higher loan rates. I have had several loans over the past 8 years and, although the creditors will not specify the reason, I am never given choice rates even though my FICO score is between 710 and 740. Creditors only have to provide information if they deny you credit.

I ended up hired a third party, Southwest Credit Service, to help me clear up the problem.

Experian Group failed to meet the following 6 obligations FCRA law currently guarantees: 1. October, 2007, I was unable to access my Experian credit report using my social security number. 2. I was not able to dispute information in my Experian credit report using my social security number. 3. I was requested by Experian personnel to access my account using someone else's social security number, a Federal crime! 4. Experian was the only CRA which reported inaccurate information, and not because they were supplied with inaccurate information. I verified this with Chase Manhattan, USAA Savings Bank, Ent Federal Credit Union, Kohls, Bank of America, Discover, GEMB Dillards, GEMB JCP, GEMB Mervins, MCYDSNB. 5. Not only was I supplied with, but, in the end, (after exhausting every Experian phone and internet channel I could access,) I could only take this other person's social security number, personal and credit information off my report by hiring a third party.

I contacted senior managment, who forwarded my case to Jason. Experian's position is that I always had access to my credit report. They don't believe me. I will file a complaint with the FTC, but is there anything else I can do?

In October, my husband and I each received a letter from Experian stating that someone had requested a change to our name, address, and/or social security number. Since then, I have sent four letters using Certified Mail asking three questions: 1) Who specifically requested the change, 2) What specifically they wanted changed, and because both my husband and I have security freezes but don't know the codes, 3) the security codes to access our credit information. Along with the letters I included copies of our passports, driver's licenses, mortgage statements, pay stubs, and even the copies of the forms we sent in 2005 to place the credit freeze.

Experian's responses have varied from sending us credit reports, telling us that they can't place a credit freeze because we already have one, and that we have not provided enough information to identify ourselves. I am getting ready to send my fifth letter. On it I will state that I have filed a complaint with ConsumerAffairs.com. My last letter said that I was sending a copy to the Better Business Bureau, but they still didn't answer the questions I asked.

I don't know if there have been any consequences. My credit report appears to be fine, but until I know who requested what changes, I won't know if there is a problem.

I placed a security freeze through another credit bureau other than Experian. I had the freeze lifted for the day, so a prospective landlord can view my credit report. However, unknown to me Experian also had a security freeze on my credit report which I learned via the prospective landlord who tried with no avail to get my credit report. When I tried to get this resolved with Experian, it took me about forty-five minutes to be able to talk with someone, and yet I couldn't get a straight answer. One person said that Experian shouldn't have a security freeze on me since I didn't go through them for this service, and someone else said that Experian would have a security freeze on my report even if I had gone through another credit bureau for this service. Everyone I spoke with at Experian said that they couldn't be of help, for they were just a department of Experian and not the actual Experian Credit Bureau! Therefore, any of my questions they were unable to answer!

They all told me to call the same number which is just an automated voice messaging system; it was not an option to speak with anyone. This was of no help, for I prompted to type in a pin number; and yet I was never provided with a pin number since I didn't go through them for the security freeze. I was then directed to write them to request a pin number and was not told how long of a process it would be! Therefore, I was unable to secure the apartment!

After two and a half months of searching for an apartment I finally found one that I wanted to apply for, and yet I was unable to secure it due to the fact that I couldn't get Experian to lift the security freeze.

I even had my attorney send them letters, and there are still two incorrect negatives. One is for a credit card processing machine. (I am 21 years old and have never had a credit card processing machine.) The other one has no name of creditor or legitimate contact information; I had my attorney send a certified letter to it, to no avail.

I have sent 9 letters through my attorney to Experian, trying to get info, and they have offered no response. They are required to respond within 30 days. So I filed a complaint with the Fair Credit Reporting Agency; hopefully they will help me. A lot of banks don't use Experian because they have realized that it is a fraudulent company. I believe that they make stuff up and put it on there to hurt your credit so that you have to pay their fees to join, and then they will get rid of them. For the first time today, I noticed a recurring $12.95 charge on my bank account under contractor/business services. I had no idea who is was: it was listed as Triple Advantage, with the phone number, 877-481-6825, so I called. The first question asked of me was my social security number. I didn't feel comfortable giving it to some company I had no idea about, but then I find that it's a group that does credit report checks--something I used once with no intention of using again (it was supposedly a free report). Apparently I gave out my social security number and even my mother's maiden name for security purposes, and, even my bank number. I can't recall doing that at all. So, I'm wondering if this has to do with a credit report that Wells Fargo ran for me as I sought a loan (that I decided against taking). So, I find out I've been charged $12.95 a month since Sept. 2006, or, over $194!

I just didn't check my account closely. The worker, Danielle, told me I'm not getting a refund and that it was my fault because I should have noticed a statement on the website (which I don't recall using at all) that if I fail to contact the company after three months I will automatically become a member. It doesn't matter, Danielle said, that I didn't know about the service or even use it because they've supposedly have been monitoring my credit for me. This is outrageous and needs to be stopped.

Danielle told me if I want to resolve this, I need to get a police report for fraudulent charges and contact them again with the police report number. That's what I'll do. However, reading through others' complaints, I'm convinced Experian will refuse to answer my calls. There must be something that can be done. Also the reason why people were canceling and it showing back up on their credit cards is because experian had the call center in the phillipines at one point. They were paid on how many kept and they would lie about saving a customer when they really said they were cancelled.

Experian has recently moved the call center to the US so that will not happen any longer, FOR THE CUSTOMER'S BENEFIT, because trust me, they paid a lot of money to build a call center here and to pay the employees more just for you!

I purchased a free online credit report from Experian and attempted to contact them to dispute a claim on the report. However, they only provide you with automated phone numbers that do not help and their website claims you can obtain a phone number if you order ANOTHER report. The website then failed repeatedly to process my request for another report which I don't even need.

This could result in further damaging my credit as I am unable to remove an inaccurate claim on my credit report.

My son was a fraud victim in the past and want to keep watch on his credit report at all 3 agencies. Maybe no damage, but how can we find out?

I've been trying to remove some fraudulent items and have run into the same brick wall as everyone else: Experian. Two items they list show an American Recovery Netw[ork] which appears to have gone out of business. I tried to contact Experian but they demand you purchase a report from them before you are even allowed to dispute the reports they're sending to everyone else. Nor can you speak with anyone on the phone. Nor do they have a contact email address. That's really got to be illegal.

As a result, I cannot get these items off of my credit report. I've been turned down for apartments, jobs, purchases -- all when I have letters from my bank confirming the fraud. At least I can see that many people have had the same experience with Experian.

The last payment WAS late due to the title company disbursing funds when I re-financed. I've sent emails and received no response.Experian shows my credit rating nearly 100 points lower than the Equifax or TransUnion, resulting in unfavorable impression with possible creditors.

This credit agency keeps adding my sons bad debts to my report. I was born in 1950 he in 1982. I just went thru this mess in nov. of last year when I purchased a home. It took a month to clean up my report so I could get my mortage. Hours of phone calls and letters. You would think that with 32 years of difference in age and totally different ssan mine starts with 233 his with 359 they would realize WE ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON. They still show all of his addresses on my report as of 5/10/06 although in nov. this was all to be corrected. The other two got it right why can't this one????? I can't take months correcting their errors every time I wish to make a major purchase.

I'm almost convinced this company doesn't exist! After trying multiple times to obtain information online and through a bogus 800 number, I wrote a letter to the address provided on my credit report. The letter was returned to me as "address unknown." I too have items on my credit report that are false and this company is obviously not interested in helping people resolve credit matters. These items have prevented me from even getting a debit card from my bank, and I still cannot determine where to begin to contact the credit company through which these items are posted!

I have been denied credit and even debit cards from my own bank due to the items posted by Experian on my report. Due to my credit score, I was forced to accept a higher interest rate for a home loan - which I was almost denied. I have spent many hours trying to contact this company to get an explaination about what the items on my credit report are from, but to no avail.

We are victims of Hurricanes Charley AND Francis, and unlike the people of New Orleans, we didn't get new Cadillacs or Big Screen TV's or Gucci Handbags....Instead we royally got the shaft from FEMA, but this isn't the worst, these events profoundly affected our credit and we were afforded NO PROTECTION. I have worked HARD to clear up credit issues that now prevent us from owning a home or buying a car, or even having a bloody credit card, all to little avail.

I like so many other people have found the Beacon Scoring farce to be Prejudicial and highly Discriminatory. It is , as well, a complete MYSTERY to everyone including the credit reporting agencies, as to how it works...I have, by a large margin, more perfect credit than negative credit, even through the disasters, yet my Beacon score is lower than that of most HOMELESS PERSONS, and nobody can tell me WHY or even how to fix it.

I HAVE had some pleasant experience with Equifax, and they truly want to help, but EXPERIAN and TransUnion have done their level best to prevent you from speaking to a human being, discussing or disputing credit problems, and they have had ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for victims of National Disasters. The Beacon Scoring system needs to be outlawed and some common sense laws passed to PROTECT the CONSUMER for a change.......It seems as if all current lawmaking benefits the merchant or credit reporting agency, and WE THE PEOPLE don't stand a fair chance.

I have never come into contact with a company that so blatently disregards the law and human decency. I ordered all three credit reports from Suze Ormans Credit Kit at FICO.com (which I highly recommend). Of course I found errors on all three reports, but what was frustrating was the fact that Experian makes it almost impossible to dispute anything with them. Transunion and Equifax were very easy to deal with (provided their address and contact information, etc.). Experian requires you to "dispute online" which kicked me out and told me to call a 800 number. I called the number and was put in a continuous loop of nonsense.

Their main objective was to make me purchase another credit report FROM THEM before moving forward. They do not provide an address on their website or give you any possibility of speaking with a live person. What is a disgrace is a company that holds so much of our "lives" in their hands can be so outright unlawful. But even worse is the fact that you can look at the countless customer complaints on this website and know that absolutely nothing is being done about them. Life is too short and our livleihood is too important to have to deal with this.

I disputed a collections entry on my credit report and got a reply from Experian that it was resolved. It was not resolved, but since their computer said it was resolved, every time I tried to phone to speak with a person, the automated answering system said, "Sorry, that's been resolved" and hung up on me. There was no way to get a live person except to trick the system by entering a false number for the erroneous collection agency entry.

Just gets on a person's nerves that agencies with such power to ruin your credit with their mistakes make themselves completely inaccessible with those automated systems that, if they can't be programmed correctly, should be abolished! All automated systems should have an option to speak with a live person, especially credit reporting agencies.

I disputed this with Experian and was told that because the collection agency verified the accuracy, that they would not remove it from my credit report. I even mailed Experian and the collection agency numerous correspondence, including two letters from my worker's comp attorney, which verifies that the charges were incurred as a result of a worker's comp claim. Problem was that I could not find a way to cancel. I logged in and went to the section that was to manage my account. When I started looking for how to cancel, I could not find it. Therefore, I thought that the deal must not have not gone through. A few months later, I start getting bills on my statement for "CIC Credit Report". Having no clue what this was, I came here and found lots of other stories. These people need to be reported to the rip-off bureau.

These people break the FTC laws everyday and keep getting away with it! I have been going back and forth with them over 2 accounts listed on my credit that aren't even mine! They have removed them, put them back on, removed them again, and put them back on again for 8 years now! The collection companies reporting these accounts keep selling off the accounts, re-aging them by the date they bought them and re-list them on my credit and I'm screwed. Even when they say formerly Fingerhut, which the credit reporters know is the same account, they blantely break the law and put them back on.

I even filed a COMPLAINT AGAINST EXPERIAN WITH THE FTC, but they can't do anything until a certain number of consumers file complaints, then they can take action. This seems like double jepordy to me as why even have the FTC if it takes a class action to do anything? Why have the consumer protection laws when they are not enforced? By law once an item is removed like that it is not to be put back on, but they sure get away with it!

In 2001 we used Experian Credit to repair the inaccuracies on our credit reports and they informed us they did.

They told us that our loan with Commonwealth ( which we paid monthly out of our checking account) would be corrected and also a small item from the same bank would also be corrected. They were supposed to get this done. Not only did they do nothing about any corrections we asked for but .

My wife got the corrections done herself but then they put them back on again and when we went for a refinance in 2005. We found out everything was put back on and never corrected even though we had letters from the Bank saying they were to correct the errors. They are a disgrace. They should be fined and put out of business.
