On June 24, I ordered over #600 worth of vaccines for my dogs, paying the hefty $75 overnight shipping fee. The UPS tracking number showed it shipped out June 25. So far, so good. Only that's as far as it went good as it took the vaccines 5 DAYS to get to me! I immediately called Jeffers, expecting a polite apology and offer to reship. Instead, I was rudely told to check with the shipper. At that point, I told them I wanted a refund. They agreed to give me a refund, but only if I sent the 81 degree vaccines back to them. Why? So they could sell the bad vaccines to someone else? I reluctantly agreed to return them. I know, bad on me. A few days went by and I never got the email with the return shipping label.
I called July 3rd and was told they have a backlog on sending out return shipping labels. Huh? They must have an enormous number of return shipping labels. I called again today, July 10, and the customer service rep said she'd send a note to a manager to send me another return shipping label since I didn't get the first one. Yeah, right. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I called my cc company to start the process of disputing the charge. IF they ever send me a return shipping label, which I hope they don't now, I will label the vaccines as BAD in permanent marker before returning them.
I don't trust this company at all to not resell these vaccines. I no longer trust them at all with anything. It's a shame. They used to be a good company. I wonder if they're now owned by another company or something. Everything from the bad shipping to the poor customer service is so different from the Jeffers I used to know. Oh! One other thing. I DID check with the shipper. The vaccines WERE NOT SHIPPED FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY which I had paid Jeffers for. Do not trust this company.

This company does not do the right thing from a customer service perspective. In addition, they sell on Amazon and are poor at that as well. When reaching out to change my order before it shipped I received no response. They then printed a label right away when they received my request so it showed as shipped and then declined my cancellation 2 hrs later. I now have to wait 10 days for the item and then pay to ship it back.

I purchased a bedding fork for mucking out stalls from Jeffers! I had to assemble the product when it arrived: attach the fork to the handle. The fork did not fit the handle. The holes did not line up. When I called Jeffers, I was told that I could email a staff member at Jeffers. I did and then I never heard from them. So my husband cut the handle bar so that we could match up the hole on the fork with the hole one the handle. When all was attached well, the fork wobbled. This is a very very cheap product. Don't waste your money on Jeffers Pet!

Do NOT order from this company!! I have used them for years and they have recently merged with another company and service is absolutely TERRIBLE!! I ordered nearly $300 worth of refrigerated vaccines along with extra ice and a cooler. They shipped my vaccines in a normal cardboard box without a cooler since they were "out of coolers" as was written on the invoice. Obviously the vaccines arrived warm and useless. After 3 phones calls and an email I still have no resolution and have been getting a complete run around from this company. Save yourself the hassle and order from someone else as Jeffers is no longer a reliable company. They should be shut down!!

I guess pleased customers don’t seek out a place to make a review. We have been buying from Jeffers for years, and I thought they were great. We live in Alabama, as do they, so vaccines don’t have to travel far, plus they have the best price. My mother had been placing the orders, not me, so maybe it wasn’t as good as I thought. I knew she had issues getting vaccines around Covid time, but I wasn’t expecting issues in 2025.
I began an order online on March 6, but it charged sales tax, so I call to ask about it and I’m told to submit an online tax form. I call USDA to get my number. I fill out the form and submit; it says 2-3 days to process. Vaccines ship M-W, so I will place the order on March 10. I called the 11th, because the tax still showed on my cart. I was told I need to fill out a tax exempt form. I explained I had done, but they said it took several days. They said someone would call me. (No one called). The next day I check my cart, my items are there, tax is still on it, worse, they have now run out of one of vaccines I need! Monday the 17th I called, explained about the tax, was told it took awhile to get it approved, but was told I could talk to someone. I waited online for one hour and 15 minutes.
I was disconnected but got a call back and she said something about the computer system was being redone and someone would call me, no one did. On 3/20 I wrote to customer service. Lots of apologies and excuses about the computer system, but was told the tax exemption was attached to my account now. (Why is it even taxing Cattle vaccines and ear tags?) Went to order online, still shows taxes. On 3/24 I call to place the order. Tiffany helps me, I buy the last 4 of a substitution vaccine. She says I could have placed the order on 3/6 and they would have refunded the tax. No one in the three prior calls said that, nor did Peter T. In his emails. Lots of apologies for "inconvenience".
It’s more than inconvenient, I got my order yesterday and they shorted the 4 substitute vaccines I ordered! (Obviously their inventory tracking system doesn’t work right either!). I called (and I’m not appreciative of it now looking like I’m a **), they don’t do back orders, I have to reorder (if the vaccine ever shows up) and pay again for the shipping. Apologies are meaningless when You don’t rectify the situation. Good customer service would provide free shipping on my next order and notify me when they get the product in. At this point, I don’t know if I have been refunded on the shortage or the tax. I wish I could say I’d never use them again, but I don’t really have other options!

These folks are straight up crooked. Almost 3 months later, and my refund for out of stock items has not been received. Several calls and emails, and they still won't do the right thing. I have been a customer for many years, so I don't understand how this once great company is no longer a trustworthy entity.

Jeffers is the absolute worst company to buy from. As a company they have no moral integrity. I bought my first shipment of vaccines in May of 2024. I set it up on an auto ship. Thy customer service department set it up because buying vaccines I wanted to make sure it was set up correctly. When the vaccines arrived they were hot and the second set was also. Their advise was to get an ice pack and send them back. They did refund me my money.
I gave them a second chance. Big mistake as they delivered my November shipment fine however, my January shipment never shipped on the 9th. I contacted them and they said it shipped on the 6th and would be to me by the 18th. I paid for 2 day shipping. I contacted them and told them this was unacceptable as the vaccines would be bad when they arrived. They told me they would refund me but I needed to send the vaccines back. When the vaccines arrived I rejected the package and not only do I not have the bad vaccines they never refunded me. This company is absolutely shady and deceitful.

Jeffers often has good prices on horse supplies, but I will never shop with them again. I ordered a saddle pad from them, and some fly boots to make up the free shipping. The fly boots arrived, but the pad never did. After a few weeks I reached out to find out when I could expect the pad, and only then was I told that it was out of stock. It took a few more days of back and forth for them to refund me for the pad. I assume that if I had never contacted them, they would never have informed me of the situation or returned my money. I would never trust them again and will make my horse purchases elsewhere.

I tried three times with these folks and got cheated three times. They overcharge as a business practice. Each time I had extra charges. I still haven't gotten the last order. Customer service is horrific.

I am heartbroken. I purchased vaccines on a limited income for 3 dogs and a litter of puppies. The vaccines came too warm to be effective. I emailed Jeffers...not response. I called and a very rude lady told me it was my fault because I chose the standard shipping. However, when I chose the standard shipping, nothing popped up saying it would be my responsibility if the vaccines came too warm! I had no idea it was a problem. I was just trying to save money because I didn't need them right away. If they had warned me effectively, I would have paid the extra cost. They shouldn't even offer standard shipping if there is a chance the vaccines could be ruined.

This company has terrible customer service, and they are very cheap. I played the wheel and got a discount, but it didn't take anything off my bill, I explained it to Jeffers and they could care less. They are arrogant and terrible to their customers, find someone else. This company is no good.

I ordered a tray of 7 way vaccine and not only was it improperly packaged (I can say this after years of working at a vet clinic) and with complete disregard. I’ve seen garden insect companies ship things better. Needless to say I can not use ANY of this vaccine. It was a waste of a 175 dollars and I will be disputing this with my bank regardless of their policies on no returns. If you are negligent with medical products you are responsible for the liability that comes with it. I refuse to be liable for their poor product shipping.

I am about to give up ordering my vaccines from Jeffers. Only the 2 vial IBR,PI3, etc mix was available. Having a small herd of cattle, I end up disposing vaccine not used in the same day. Jeffers needs to carry Triangle 5 or Triangle 10HB for small producers.

I purchased a 2023 Breyer horse on Black Friday,,,Supposedly "lowest price of the season" for $52.65 final price. A few days before Christmas, they put the horse on sale for $17.50. (I received the horse Dec 7th). I called to get a refund of difference since I received the horse within 15 days of the lower price and they have a price match guarantee. They would not refund the difference, but said I had to return the first horse ordered and reorder at the lower price. This makes no sense. I pay return shipping...They have free shipping for the customer but they had the overhead to pay to ship me the new, lower priced horse...A lose, lose for everyone.
This seems an unnecessary complication for both parties. But, the real insult was that the C.S. supervisor offered me 10% off a future purchase but when I told her I already had an email offering me 20% off a future order, she just said "that's the best I can do." I find the C.S. department lacking. Also, they would not honor $5.00 off to complete my order which I received via email because I already had a 10% off promo code in my cart. Didn't they know that when they sent the offer?? Not the friendly, ethical way to treat a customer IMHO.

I have ordered 2 wheeled folding saddle racks at a fair price and received the order on time, the problem is I received the wrong item, they sent me 2 folding blanket racks, I called to let them know I need a return label 10 days ago and I have not received it yet I keep calling and get told hopefully I will get it this week, come on this is 2023, are they sending me a return label through pony express or what? I am not even trying to be reimbursed I just want the item that I ordered, but of course they will not send it until they get what they sent wrong first.

I ordered Neopar Sunday evening, for Monday shipment, 2 day.. They’re only 8 hours from me. They arrived today at noon, I took them from the courier and immediately opened the box.. It was 80 degrees inside. It was only 80 degrees here at the time of arrival today. I called Jeffers, thinking surely something happened and they’d make it right.. I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did they not even let me speak without interrupting me repeatedly, they refused to make it right, stating that ONLY Alabama residents should order vaccines 2 day.. I'm not sure why it’s an option or why their website doesn’t state that.
I’ve ordered from Revival for YEARS with the same 2 day shipping, packaged the same way but with a different type of Ice pack (one that is actually ice instead of the ice “sponge” that Jeffers uses).. I only ordered from Jeffers to try them out.. Needless to say, that was a $70 mistake, as my vaccines are now garbage. Revival is 18 hours from me. The ONLY time my vaccines ever arrived anything less than cold, the courier arrived a day late for delivery. The company immediately shipped out another pack free of charge, no questions asked. Jeffers also told me that their typical shipment method is an envelope with no ice pack.. the manager told me that they threw in a cooler and ice pack with my order for free…

I received my order of 8 puppy vaccination kits today and the ice packets were all room temperature. I contacted Customer Service and they stated the ice packets should be cool or cold to the touch. I requested a new shipment be sent and they stated that mine shipped ground and thus I would need to place a new order as they do not guarantee ground shipments. If your ground shipments are not recommended then you should offer them, period! I have lost $350 because this company as they choose to operate in a gray area. If you ship vaccines then you should be required to provide proper temperature in-transit and if not you should refund or replace and your company shrugs it off - this should not be allowed.

This one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The website erroneously used an address from a residence well over two decades ago despite that I had used PayPal with my correct address. They sent the products to the old address, and would neither provide good service or a refund for the products. They let me call five times without getting back to me. The process took many weeks. I cannot recommend this company. Please support good customer support teams and better companies. It was frustrating, and I lost money and time, and had to re explain the situation to each new lackluster customer service representative.

They told me to drive from Wisconsin to Missouri to intercept a package!!! I have ordered from Jeffers as we are a small dog rescue. I will order vaccines and supplies. At times I would get the wrong product or they didn't use the extra ice I bought and the vaccines were no good. I send them to fosters and other locations.
On Saturday I ordered vaccines online. It give you the customer service number to cancel and an email. June 30th I did both. I received a reply back on July 3 , Monday that they hadn't shipped the order yet and could cancel. July 3rd I responded yes please. Label was created July 5th and sent. Not only would they not reimburse me, they told me to drive from WI to MO to intercept the package! They said they would send me the return label to send back, I explained that the woman wouldn't return them. There's other reasons why I wanted the shipment stopped. So after they said they would stop shipment, shipment was sent days after (a holiday in between) they wouldn't accept responsibility and will not refund the money.

This is a company I have done business with for years. Over the past 3 years, the customer service and shipping have become unbearable. I can count on items missing from my packages which don't ship out for sometimes a week. I am told that I cannot get refunds for products I did not receive but paid for, because I used a gift card. Items that show availability on the website when ordered are often on indefinite backorder after I have ordered and paid for them. Issues are not resolved by calling or emailing customer service. What a shame that a once great company no longer takes care of its customers.

I received a prompt call from Jeffers. The nice lady explained that they recently had an update to the website and didn't realize that some of the information wasn't being shown on Android phones. She also explained that the original customer service rep was out of line in the response I was given. They took full responsibility and offered to have my next order shipped free.

I made my first order with Jeffers pet. They post all over their site free shipping on orders over $49. My order was over that. When I was at the Paypal confirmation button I noticed the charges way in excess of my expectations. When I call to inquire they told me they didn't add shipping but they are forced to add shipping from UPS. That's not free shipping and that's not my problem. If they advertise free shipping then it should be free shipping. I don't care what happens behind their business. Nowhere during the checkout was I notified that additional fees are being added. Even up to the final press of the paypal conformation button did I know that they tried to sneak in shipping. This is bad business and a insulting behavior on their part. FREE shipping is free shipping. I don't care what you need to do on your end to comply with your promises.

Item became backordered 5 weeks. Never notified if wanted to continue order. Shipped notice sent, called as event passed requesting return label. Cust has to pay for all shipping returns even though company states returns if shipping error. Lost a large equine barn over rude customer service

I ordered a 25 pack of vaccines from Jeffers Pet Supply for the first time. When they arrived, they were shipped in an insulated envelope. The ice had melted and meds were not cold. They killed 12 pups. I still haven't even got refunded for my vaccines and as far as the 12 pups I loss, I guess that was an expensive lesson learned. I will never use Jeffers again.

I placed an order for two heating pads - one for my dog and one for my cat - on December 15, 2019. I knew the smaller heating pad was out of stock until December 30, but, because a family member had recommended the site to me, I didn't think twice about placing the order. I received the first heating pad on the 19th. December 30 came and went, with no word from Jeffers Pet. I logged into their website to see that it said both heating pads were shipped together. That wasn't true. I contacted them and was told that it was a clerical error and they apologized for the confusion. Then they told me the smaller heating pad wouldn't get here until the end of January 2020.
It's February 19 now and I just received an email from Tamera ** of Jeffers Pet. She wrote to inform me that it's a seasonal item so they won't get any more until October. I'm livid. They deducted $50.21 from my credit card in December. I've been paying interest on that since. They held my money hostage while withholding the product I paid for, all while lying to me about restocking the item. This is outrageous. I haven't seen any company, let alone a small business, get away with such terrible customer experience since internet reviews first became a thing. If they think they can lie and steal, all while telling me they appreciate me, they've got another think coming. Avoid Jeffers Pet at all costs! $40 spent on a heating pad you receive in two days is better than $25 spent only to wait 2 months and end up empty-handed. Your pets deserve better. We deserve better.

I placed an order for my puppy vaccines, waited almost 7 days for my order which was fine. I got my order and was shipped nothing more than 2 ice packs! I called customer service, they informed me that they would re-ship the order. The next day I got an email from Jeffers saying they were going to refund the price to my debit card. It has been over a week and I have not received the refund. I will not shop here again.

Products are good & price was decent. I shopped around at different sites for “Hay Where’s That” brand. I thought it was a good deal, but the shipping is slow as molasses. Will buy elsewhere next time.

I have been a customer of Jeffers for well over 25 yrs. I used to order by phone and when they went online I've ordered that way since. I have never once been disappointed with any products or customer service in all of those years. Their prices are always always lower than "pet stores" to the point I refuse to shop at any of them because I'm always disappointed in customer service, lack of knowledge and of course... pricing!
I have purchased everything under the sun from them... toys, treats, collars, beds, medicine... You name it I've bought it from them. One Christmas years ago... I forgot them in the confusion to purchase puppy presents and at the last minute put in an order that I wasn't sure would be delivered on time even with expedited delivery... It was with a day to spare. This last Christmas I needed 2 toys of the same color and I know that color is not a choice with this particular item... I asked knowing it might not happen and when I opened the box there they were!! So for this long time customer I will always use Jeffers Pet Supply... They have been there for me and current and past Dober Loves!!

Customer service was able to recommend the product I needed based off the need I told them and they even gave me a discount for my troubles. The goods were what I asked for--grade A first class products at a great price. Customer service provided a excellent service to my needs and wants. I wasn't too sure about the prices at first but when I explored their website and saw all the great prices I knew this was gonna be my favorite site. They were able to recommend the products I wanted with all the information I need. Their knowledge of their products was very impressive.

Customer service is extremely helpful in that they answer any questions I may have without having to transfer me to someone else. They are also very friendly and do not make me feel there is a question I cannot ask. The quality of this product is very good. I would have to rate the quality of this service very high in that the price is well below what would be expected. The quality of this product easily beats others. The value for these products is extremely affordable. Most anyone can afford these services and I think they will be pleasantly surprised to see how well these services are. The company is very knowledgeable in the industry that they are working in. They seem a lot further in their industry experience than most other companies in that they keep their services very innovative.
