    Their white glove delivery is a joke, it's their normal delivery people being forced to deliver furniture. They didn't even try to bring in the item, I was forced to use my own building maintenance to make an attempt, as they stood by watching. They didn't even make an attempt to bring it in from the balcony.

    I had previously purchased a TV stand from Wayfair and was pleased with the process. I recently needed to make a much larger purchase and was offered a Wayfair Mastercard with 0% interest for 12 months. 3 hrs after making my purchase, the item went on sale for $400 less than I paid. I called immediately and was told they did not do price matching, even if it was their price. I attempted to cancel the item and received an email stating it was under review. 2 days later I was told the item had shipped. It did not arrive for 4 weeks.

    After making 2 payments, I noticed I was being charged interest. After calling the MC #, I was directed to Wayfair. They basically stated that if I didn't have the email stating I was approved for 0% interest, there was no proof. She then proceeded to tell me that I was given Wayfair bonus dollars for future purchases in lieu of the 0% interest and there was nothing to be done. The credit is a scam.

    We are a business and we decided to use Wayfair for the first time. Purchased 24 plastic containers. The day they were supposed to be delivered we get an email that we canceled the order. That was a lie. Wayfair allows their vendors to lie about why a product was not delivered. We did not canceled, the vendor did not have the product but took our money. 100% scam.

    Shocking - falsely advertised items for prices higher than actual. You are led to believe you are choosing a better quality version by paying more, only to find out that they are just changing the description and falsely advertising. When you call them out on it - they refuse to refund or update the website. Shocking.

    I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I made my first (and last) purchase from Wayfair on September 2nd, 2023. What a mistake that was. I used a financing option offered by Wayfair to make this purchase (Katapult). Katapult made the payment to Wayfair (I confirmed this with Katapult) and I made my payment to Katapult, which was debited from my account on September 5th.

    After placing this order, I was told that it would be delivered between September 22nd – September 27th. On September 20th, I called to inquire why the item had not shipped. I was told the item would ship the next day (September 21st). At this point in time, the representative told me this was a custom built item (it’s not) and that’s what caused the delay in shipping. On September 21st I still had not received a confirmation e-mail the item had shipped so I called again. Initially, the representative told me that the item would ship out on that day, but upon further digging she discovered there was an issue with the payment. This was an issue on the Wayfair side (again, I confirmed with Katapult everything was OK on their end) – the customer service representative told me she “pushed” the payment through (whatever that means) and told me the item would ship out the next day, on September 22nd.

    On September 22nd, I called Wayfair again because I had not received a shipping confirmation. Again, the agent told me the chair was in the warehouse waiting to be picked up and would ship this day. Later in the evening, the chair had still not shipped so I called again. I was told the same story – the chair was sitting in the warehouse waiting to be picked up. When I tried to get additional information, the agent on the call hung up on me. Needless to say, multiple agents flat out lying to a customer (if the chair is back ordered, how is it “sitting” in the warehouse?) as well as hanging up on a customer is completely unacceptable. If I was this bad at my job, I wouldn’t have one.

    And then – it gets worse. Even later in the evening on September 22nd, I log in and check the status again to now see the chair is back ordered, and it will allegedly be delivered the first week of October. I have asked multiple representatives for free assembly at the minimum and have been denied each time. I am asking for something from Wayfair to make this right, since at this point you have taken my money almost 4 weeks ago and currently don’t even have the item ready to ship out. This is an unethical business practice, and I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again.

    TLDR: I bought an item, Wayfair has yet to ship it and your customer service sucks.

    I purchased a gazebo from Wayfair..Was suppose to be delivered within a week of order… When delivery date came they said it was backordered.. When the next delivery date came they said again it was backordered.. They then gave me a discount on the item… When the next delivery date came it was backordered again… Now the next delivery date I can see is still not going to happen… This is not the way business is done and Wayfair will do nothing …I asked them to replace item with another at the same price and they refused… I will never do business with them again!!!

    I logged in my Wayfair account, put an order for Metal Hose Reel by Ames yesterday. Later in the day, I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled, and asking me to call an 866 #. I called the # this morning, and a lady picked it up, she said it needed to verify with sales dept. after collecting some of my info. After 15 min. or so, she said the sales dept. deny my order. I asked why, she says the sales dept. didn't give any. I just don't understand how an ecommerce company can conduct business in such a way, and still in business. I am very disappointed with the company.

    Bought rug and when I unwrapped it, bugs came scurrying out. Customer advocacy team wanted "photos of the bugs and an exterminator to come verify origin of the bugs" before they'd issue a refund. Needless to say, the bugs didn't hang around for a photo op and I was not going to incur the cost of an exterminator to come find bugs that had long scurried away. Still no resolution after having spent $$$$ in the process of the remodel.

    Prior to this issue, I've been quite happy with my experience, but not anymore. Very bad taste in my mouth. Looking for other sellers that have better customer service. Will definitely do better research this time around. Finally., I have myself to blame for not reading reviews from as many sources as I could find.

    I trusted the opinion and experience of friends and family who had made purchase from them. Their prices were reasonable and the furniture were of decent quality. Their "customer advocacy team" leaves much to be desired. They were definitely not advocating for me.

    We recently thought we got a full-size bed frame from these idiots and what we got was 2 drawers. It was $500!! We returned it and was treated like idiots. The picture shows the entire bed from all views and they argued with us and said that was our fault. One lady told us it would be $4 to restock the item and we were charged $80. I went to a furniture store and they said it was very deceiving and they do that on purpose!!! I will tell everyone I know and I will post it all over my social media to NEVER buy from this company!! Horrible horrible people.

    This is an extremely poorly managed online shopping company. They sent out damaged and parts missing products. The experience of shopping with them just getting worse so I will not return and do not recommend this company to anyone because it is a headache to deal with returning and they NEVER return emails to any questions we asked.

    The day I opened my Wayfair account, I accidentally ordered an extra pantry because it didn't look like my second order went through. After my doctor's visit a few hours later, I called and found out that I actually had ordered another pantry twice, and it would cost almost $100 to cancel the order because they already printed the label. I agreed. Then a couple of days later the extra pantry arrived, along with another one. My husband refused delivery of one of them as we didn't need three. A little over a week ago I was told to expect a refund probably by the end of the day. I called today and was told that Federal Express is showing that everything was delivered and Wayfair is now refusing to issue me any credit at all.

    I purchased a product on September 4th, and as of today (September 21st), it has not been shipped. I've reached out to the company three times, and each time they've asked me to wait another 3 business days and to keep checking my email. However, I've received no updates. Upon my most recent inquiry, they informed me that the expected shipping date is September 28th. Strangely, if I were to order the same product today, the estimated delivery is September 25th. This discrepancy in their delivery estimates is misleading. If they know the product will only be available for shipping on September 28th, how can they promise a delivery by September 25th for new orders? It's quite baffling. It's quite baffling.

    I put 2 of these recliners in my online cart but I needed to get my wife's opinion before completing the order. I went back to the website the next day to complete the order only to find out that they increased the price by $200 per chair. I contacted Wayfair who said they couldn't do anything about the increase. I decided to "bite the bullet", and placed the order even though I had to pay an additional $400. The following day, the price was reduced by $30 per chair and when I contacted Wayfair again, I was told their policy prevented them from honouring the new price. I have never dealt with a company who really doesn't care about their customers. Will never deal with Wayfair again.

    This company is horrendous, the quality of their products are cheap at best. The specs they advertise are misleading. They do not pick up their moldy mildew products from your home even after multiple phone calls and missed appointments by their "Freight department". Their large freight department is deplorable IE: Tammy- such an embarrassment to the company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

    I ordered a air hockey table and a pool table. The delivery date was 9/15 from 3 pm to 6 pm. After 6 pm I kept receiving delay in 30 minutes increment until 8 pm. I called and a lady said they have one more stop before me. After that I did not receive any updates. I had to go to a important dinner. Since it was an inhome delivery I had to stay. I could not go to the dinner. I called on monday, a lady said the truck broke down. And now they have to wait 48 hours for next delivery date. Since then its been getting scheduled, delayed and cancelled again and again. They lie like I was born today. Wayfair is a scam. I don't have the items that I pay for, can't cancel. They want $240 dollars if I want to return the items which have not even being delivered. So save some headache and buy somewhere else. It's not worth buying from Wayfair. Scam company.

    Working with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered a TV stand in one color and they sent the wrong color. Then a door was damaged. They sent a replacement door and the replacement was the wrong color again, so they went to send another replacement. I was told if they couldn’t replace it I would get a refund. They sent me a whole new stand without my knowledge in the wrong color again! I asked them to return it as I just needed a door and they said I would have to pay for it. I asked for a refund and to return the item and they said they wouldn’t refund and I’d still have to pay for it. Then I was hung up on. I will NEVER order from them ever again.

    Wayfair deserves a negative 0. I only put 1 star to post my review …Buyers beware, I ordered vanities which on two occasions both came damaged and then was missing vanity top then I ordered again and vanity was delivered again without top. So this is the fourth time they have messed up my order. I will never do business with Wayfair again. They are the worst. I normally shop Amazon and it was a really big mistaken shopping Wayfair. They get you by showing all these nice products but cannot deliver. Order was delayed then I’m made aware that it’s back ordered then arrives damaged and missing parts. This is ridiculous and mind you during all of this they don’t even expedite your order. You're still waiting 2-3 weeks. Wayfair is the worst. I definitely won’t be shopping on their site again ever again.

    We ordered a couch for my daughter's apartment. More than a week prior to the shipping date I updated the shipping address to the apartment rather than our home as she was able to be present for delivery. The website allowed me to update and I received a confirmation email. Exactly 1 minute later I received another email stating my order had been canceled due to "indiscrepancies" in my order. I noticed these emails within 20 minutes of receiving and immediately called Wayfair to rectify. The customer service person was very pleasant and told me the couch could be reordered, but the cancelation could not be reversed. I noted the color we chose was out of stock on the website. I was told that there is nothing they can do to override the system when it shows out of stock status. I inquired as to what happened to the couch that I ordered as up until 20 minutes previously, I had a confirmed order. Where did the item go?

    There was nothing the agent could do, who also stated she was a manager. She stated anytime something is changed with an order 7 days or later after the order was placed it is automatically canceled. I opined that it seems odd that there isn't a hardstop on the system, or a message that you must call to make any updates. Especially considering the hardstop in place precluding the agents' ability to override this arbitrary cancelation. I expressed that I was an unhappy Wayfair customer. I have spent a lot of money over the years at Wayfair but I won't be making purchases ever again. The agent sent me a 10% off coupon with the subject line "We're sorry." There are other couches that are similar, but not at the price point I wanted as it was a Labor Day sale item.

    Wayfair has many attractive items wrongly advertised to lure customers into tempting to buy. For example, they show good table with chairs. You purchase thinking it comes with chairs. This is not true. Down somewhere, it says item is sold as a table only. Now, when you ask to refund you even when the item has not shipped, you will be forced to pay a return shipping (mind you for an item that has not shipped from their store, leave alone delivered to you). The return fee they charge you is absolutely unacceptable. In this case, I was charged $140. I have never seen such a scam. A business that intimidates, irresponsive and customer rip-off industry.

    There are other incidences. I bought another table with chairs after the first one. I paid additional amount for assembly. When the driver comes to home, they said they are not going to assemble for it will take long time. The company offered to return the item. The disappointment is that all this happens after you have removed the old furniture, spend your time to wait at home for delivery and many other inconveniences. I will neither do business with Wayfair nor recommend to others.

    I have placed a 3rd order on wayfair.com. The shipping is usually slower than company says. Before ordering my item it said it will be delivered by Saturday which is when I needed item by, but after placing my order it now says Monday, and I feel Wayfair lies about shipping time to increase sales.     Wayfair has made the already stressful moving process instrumentally worse. A few weeks ago, I ordered a 70” couch for $383.98. Instead, I was sent a 40” couch and decided to return it and get a replacement. So when I started the return process, I realized that I could not disassemble it as the locking mechanism had clicked in. I called customer service to talk about both issues and they told me to just buy another box. Unfortunately, there was no box that was big enough to carry it so Wayfair said we’d have to make our own box. The total cost of all materials was about $110. I called Wayfair and asked if they could cover that cost considering that it was not our fault for any of this. I managed to get $85 back.

    The second problem arose from this shipment when we realized FedEx was not picking our package up on purpose. As per Wayfair’s advice, we decided to drop off the package only to be told that our package was too big to be shipped through conventional means. We now had to get it done through Freight services (which they will not cover).

    The third problem came when we realized the replacement was the exact same package as before (40” sofa). At this point, I was frustrated and decided to ask for a refund instead of getting another replacement. They were able to immediately refund the protection plan ($43.99). However, they said they would not issue a full refund for the couch as they had already given me $85 earlier. When I tried explaining the context, I was told by both the customer service representative and the supervisor that they could only give me the amount I paid for the sofa, saying that they had nowhere to pull the money from.

    Mind you, the refund is $85...This is a billion-dollar company that - according to their own PR reports - had a net revenue of 3.2 BILLION for their second quarter. And yet they have nowhere that they can pull $85 from. And sure, maybe I'm bugging out over $85, but it's the principle of the matter. A billion-dollar company can't pay back the money they owe for their double mistake and is going to try to guilt me into accepting that they just "can't find the money"???

    I have ordered from Wayfair for years. The longer you order you're bound to run into an item that doesn't live up to your expectations. In the last few years I've needed to return a couple of items. I was first offered 2.00 dollars refund and keep the item. If I returned, the refund was less shipping and less that I originally paid. First time I returned and realized I was in the red and they got the item back. Just make sure the items you order are exactly what you need. Research the items fully. Because of my experience Wayfair is my last resort.

    I purchased 2 packages of a 72 Shoe capacity shoe rack. At the time we were under a major renovation (main floor and top floor) so I didn't open the packaging until almost a year later. Upon opening the first package, I was shocked and disappointed to see it was made out of plastic and wire. It was easy to put together, which I did, one box of the two to see how it looked and if it was functional. The plastic doors would not close properly. The plastic doors show the seams through the plastic. Measurements of each shelf was a little off which meant the heels were difficult to put in and once in and vertical, they poked both below and above, damaging both the shoe and plastic shelves. For the 700 Canadian I paid, the product is extremely overpriced and inferior.

    Contacting customer support was not helpful as I was well past the 30 day window for returns and exchanges. However, I did notice while the brand is still available, my particular product was removed. The product also took about a month to arrive and I am in a major city. Even a store credit would have been helpful. But the answer was just no. They did try to have the manufacturer contact me for support, but they couldn't be bothered to reach out. I imagine its because they know the product is useless. My first experience with Wayfair was poor. My suggestion is open your package immediately and contact support if anything is inferior, poorly made or looks cheap. The manufacturer was Rebrilliant. Stay away. Disappointed and ripped off.

    Half the products I ordered showed up. Quality was crap. It costs 50 dollars and your own packaging to return anything. Buyer beware. You can't tell the quality after you have spent a good amount of time putting it together just to be dissatisfied.

    Wayfair sells products that are broken and or dysfunctional. Their process is to have you send pictures of the damage and then they seemingly resolve the issue, only to come back 9 months later, yes nearly a year later and accuse you of sending photos that aren’t of the item they sold you and telling you that they are rescinding the refund and you now will be charged for the item. They don’t ask questions, only send an email, and refuse to call you. The only human you can talk to is Customer Service, who will tell you that they have no information and can’t discuss anything because it is now in the Resolution Department. There is no recourse, no corporate number, no complaint department and the Resolution Specialist will tell simply respond repeatedly with the same cookie response and then tell you to stop contacting them because they will no longer answer your inquiries. It’s criminal and they should be investigated.

    I ordered a 60" x 24" steel table for my laundry room. A week later it was discontinued and Wayfair suggested another 60" table which I ordered. Received the table and it is 36" not 60". Customer service said if I looked down the page there are many sizes and I ordered 36". WRONG and now they have charged me over $60.00 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This is the third time they messed up.

    Interesting that you can’t leave a Google review about Wayfair so I’ll do it here instead! Overall a very poor first and only experience with a company. I had to call in to customer service to place my order just to use a gift card. Then it took weeks for Wayfair to recognize my gift card as not being “fraudulent” or something. This was after my order was supposed to have arrived at my house. Did I even realize that the order was not correctly processed even after Wayfair associates said that it did. So after more weeks and more phone calls in to customer service at Wayfair and also to my gift card provider to prove to Wayfair that they had indeed taken my money therefore they are obligated to ship my items immediately, my order finally shipped and arrived a long time later with no tracking available.

    The only condolence they gave me was a 10% off coupon, as if I would ever want to buy from this company again after an experience like this. It was practically insulting. They weren’t even able to provide me a complimentary build service since my dresser was suppose to arrive before my graduate school classes began. The only positive thing I have to say is that it was easy to reach the customer service agents and they were all friendly and willing to assist even though they had no power in which to do so. The managers I spoke to, however, were short and unwilling to assist. As far as the dresser goes, it’s particle board, which is a disappointment. The drawers themselves are smaller than I expected. It took almost 6 hours and 2 people to put together. So not great. It looks nice in the end. But yeah long story short don’t use Wayfair!

    What a scam. I bought four kitchen island chairs from them almost 5 years ago. The chairs are made from a white leatherette material. Slowly over the course of the last 4 years, the materials has started ripping away from the seams and cracking. I also purchased an extended warranty offered by Wayfair through Uniters. I called Wayfair to discuss the issues with the chairs and they told me to call the warranty company, Uniters. Uniters said they won’t cover it and that each crack needed to be reported separately within a specified time period. Called Wayfair back. They won’t do anything for me or stand behind the product in any way. I’ll never buy from them again. What a disgrace.

    I was shipped three times the item I ordered in the wrong color. I spoke with customer service three times. I have now asked for a refund. Not sure how this can happen it is beyond a small mistake. I feel that ordering from Wayfair is taking chances and can not be trusted.

    The service was absolutely terrible. It took two weeks and three messed-up orders, ranging from incorrect item descriptions on their website to inaccurate shipping estimates (the item wasn't shipped for three days). The customer service was completely clueless. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I'm still working on trying to get my money back, but it also required a call to a manager. I should have ordered my items from Amazon in the first place. If they continue to treat their customers this way, this company will go under soon.

    I started off buying furniture from Wayfair about a year ago for my son and the products were fairly decent at that time since they were just starting out. Since then I’ve bought a couple items that have come with parts, missing extremely warped, and just plain cheap particleboard crap. I would not recommend Wayfair for anybody looking for anything quality and if you’re looking for something, cheap and temporary it’s definitely the website to check out. Their products definitely won’t last long.

    I ordered this item July 2023. The chest, in black, was severely defective. Side pieces were cracked as well as the back and top panels. The drawers poorly constructed to the point that some didn't have holes or the holes were drilled in the wrong place. The options to return this item was severely limited. Either I shipped the whole chest weighing over 35 lbs (I'm an elderly person and I couldn't lift the box) at my cost which would defeat the purpose of the sale ($160.00 or so) or they would send replacement parts which DO NOT INCLUDE the drawers. Beware of Wayfair's return policy! I kicked myself for not using Amazon who for years their return policy is outstanding. I will NOT EVER purchase from Wayfair!

    Ordered a desk and a executive chair to go with it. I received my desk just as they said I would in a fast time. My chair never came! FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and sent a photo of the wrong house! I followed the protocols that Wayfair put in placed about not receiving deliveries, only to talk to 3 reps to tell me that I never spoke with a second rep and they would start the process of shipping a chair that I was supposed to have 2 weeks ago. Plus the only thing that they could think of to make me happy about this debacle is a $9.00-$10.00 off of a future purchase. I am extremely disappointed. At least now I can look forward to receiving my chair in 7 more days! Oh yeah this was a supervisor's solution as well!

    Ordered an Otamam because they said I would receive it in 3-5 business days. What a joke. Every day I check (it's now been 9 business days 13 total) It says est arrival is that day.     Purchased a bed but could not select a delivery date that was convenient, they select a date. They don’t set-up the bed, they use Angi. Angi cancelled 2 hours before set-up. When we opened the box only half the bed was delivered. Customer service was not helpful and wouldn’t take responsibility. After all of this (very time consuming) I cancelled the bed and asked them to come pick up the part of the bed. Never again!!!!

    I purchased a double vanity for our bathroom renovation. The contractors had a very difficult time installing the undermount sinks as there were missing holes, etc. I called Wayfair and spoke to a supervisor by name of Alicia. After multiple requests for photos which I obliged and over 1.5 hours on the line, I was told that I should have bought an installation kit that was never suggested to me during the initial purchase. Now, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in contracting fees with a defective product which Wayfair will not reimburse me for.     I placed my order and within 5 minutes "I am serious" I tried to edit my address as I mistakenly put the address that I moved from and I couldn't. I immediately called and was told that it was too late that a label had already been made!!! I talked to 5 different reps and 2 supervisors who told me to wait until I get the email that it shipped and then call to correct the address...They had a week to correct the address but it's now sitting 90 miles away in the Desert and I have no means to get it.     Estimated delivery was a joke. I chose the sofa for the early delivery date and paid more. It didn’t arrive!!! Neither did Wayfair provide an update of late shipment prior to my calling them. Amazon would have done a much better job. I would not recommend Wayfair unless you’ve got weeks+ to wait and money to throw away. Customer was no help and suggested I rent furniture to host my guest.     The couch is very cute and is the perfect size for my space. However, after 4 months of normal everyday wear, one of the braces that holds one of the legs cracked and can no longer support the couch. I contacted Wayfair but they only guarantee their product for 30 days unless you pay extra for an “extended warranty". Is it unreasonable to expect a piece of furniture to last more than 4 months? I will seriously have to think about ever ordering from Wayfair again.

    DO NOT purchase any clearance or open box products from Wayfair. Although they state that they will inspect to make certain all pieces are included so that the product can be used this is far from the truth. My blinds arrived missing EIGHT components and I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket to get the pieces...."If they could locate them." I have NEVER heard of such a policy. I am certain that when I return them....such a hassle....they will sell the product to another unsuspecting customer as is. I will never order from Wayfair again.

    I purchased a TV Console from Wayfair, along with the warranty. The console had a defective power cord. When I contacted Wayfair they referred me to the warranty company. When I contacted the warranty they referred me to Wayfair. Then Wayfair told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer name listed for the product is not the true manufacturer name, so I was never able to identify the manufacturer. I spoke with Wayfair 4x and SquareTrade (the warranty company) 4x and never received resolution. I have a new TV console with a defective power cord. I will never purchase from this company again.

    I will never shop at Wayfair again after a TERRIBLE experience. I caution anyone who shops there, and be prepared to be SCAMMED. My husband and I purchased a nice looking sectional from Wayfair. The estimated delivery date was a few days later, and was one of the primary reasons we selected that couch. The date came and no couch. We also had heard nothing about a delay. We checked into and the couch had it not even shipped yet, per Fedex. I contacted Wayfair to find out where our couch was and what was going on since we had not heard anything, and were excited to get our couch that day. Wayfair said it hadn't shipped and gave us some fake spiel. Disappointed and upset, my husband and I requested to cancel the order, and Wayfair refunded us the money + gave us 25% off another couch (after we requested 25% off and expedited shipping) THEY DID NOT INITIALLY OFFER ANY SOLUTION.

    A Supervisor said in a chat that I could email her directly once we picked out our new couch to get the 25% off. Some time goes by and I contact Wayfair to see about getting the same couch again because it appeared to be a decent couch and no other couches were comparing. I had been in touch with a Supervisor, and after 3+ emails I received no response. I felt like I was being scammed after getting no response over a week. I called today and asked about the couch, which per the website now said it was discontinued. I explained I felt like I had been scammed and how no other couches seemed as good as that one. I asked for another couch that with the 25% off we would have had to pay another $50 and that I was concerned to give them more of my money, after the couch we had JUST ordered was now allegedly discontinued.

    *I had been checking their website daily to see if other couches went out of stock or became discontinued and not a single one did.* The person I spoke with at Wayfair said they could not do that and would not give me more than 25% off a couch. I again explained that I was cautious given the odd circumstances surrounding this couch and how I am nervous to give more of my money to a company that seemed so sketchy. Especially since I had done more research into Wayfair reviews and saw this happens frequently to people. Where others had found an item, bought it, there was a delayed/odd shipping circumstance, they asked for a refund/option to make the experience right, and Wayfair "only could do so much."

    I don't feel I was asking for too much from Wayfair given the circumstances and distrust. Hopefully this review helps others avoid buying from Wayfair, and then being let down, disappointed, and frustrated. I don't plan to buy from them again and will be sure to thoroughly review wherever I do buy my couch from. I also have email proof of my experience and the lack of communication from Wayfair.

    I received an item damaged, almost every single piece. When I asked for a replacement, they sent only 4 pieces more than a month after asking for it. Trying to return the boxes it’s being a nightmare. WORST service ever from the Wayfair customer service team. 0 helpful. Like computers, they only answer one thing. It’s like talking to a live manual.

    Don’t even try to return anything heavy, you will not receive assistance from ANYBODY (FedEx). And believe me, the treatment you will receive from customer service it’s awful. They don’t even try to do something for you. There is only one answer and that’s it. Soon they are going to be replaced by AI, and then everyone is going to surprise. They already act like machines, AI will do better work for sure. Human is the only one that is losing humanity. Very sad.

    They are incredibly difficult to buy from. I ordered a desk. The order was cancelled, and I was asked to call their customer service to process the order. After being on hold for almost an hour, I am informed that there was an error on the billing address, although I've never had trouble with this card before. I'm instructed to speak to the bank and call back after 24 hours. Presumably, that's another hour hold, again. It defeats ordering online. Make it easy on yourself... just purchase from a website that can take an order.

    I used to love ordering from Wayfair. This year I moved into a new house and ordered a security mailbox. When it arrived, the parts inside had all come loose and were rattling around. It is NOT supposed to be dismantled item--therefore there were no pictures of what the inside should look like (and nothing in the instructions), so I was unable to figure out if I could re-assemble it. I requested a return from wayfair. They asked for a picture, so I took a picture of the inside with the loose parts. Then they told me to keep the broken one and they would send me a replacement. Well, ok that works I guess.

    SIX MONTHS LATER I get an email from them. Saying that the picture I submitted did not match their picture, and therefore I committed FRAUD. "And they take fraud very seriously". THEN they re-charged me for the broken item. Yup. SIX MONTHS LATER. Maybe they were waiting for me to throw the item away so I could not contest it?

    Here is the thing: OF COURSE my picture of the insides of the broken box did not match theirs. They did not HAVE any pics of the inside of the box. Plus--even if they DID have pics of the inside--my pic would not have matched BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN AND NOT WHOLE! So yeah. Great company. I am reviewing them everywhere I can to warn people. If they tell you to keep a broken item--INSIST on them sending a return label. because six months later when you have forgotten all about it, they will recharge you and say it is your fault.

    Once I received my package in the mail, I noticed when I was putting the cat tower together that there were parts missing. I called them and tried to tell them their manufacturer built the cat tower all wrong according to the directions that were given. There were double doors that attached to this cat tower, that led to the cat box. The whole reason of me purchasing this cat tower, was because it hides the cat box. Of course, the manufacturer built the double doors backwards and the door was too small.

    Once they sent out a new cat tower, once again, parts were missing. This time, the double doors leading to the car box worked. But, the magnet that allows the double doors to close, stopped working over time. I paid $140 for this cat tower for cheap quality. I haven’t had this cat tower more than 3 months and it’s falling apart. Now a price of the wood from the door has fallen off, because again, it was cheaply made. For their prices… be ready to receive $20 worth of quality not $200.

    I was watching a product on wayfair.com. When I checked the product on 1st of August 2023 Wayfair displayed the message: "Spoiler: Sales ends today midnight." I felt forced to order because wayfair clearly said that sale will end. For this reason I ordered the product at the displayed price. What happened the next days? The sale did not end and meanwhile the product is much cheaper!

    I am well aware that prices change but I am not aware that wayfair does not tell the truth and makes customers order by using fake messages on their webpage. For having "fair" in the company name this is a dubious behavior. The really tricked me. In addition: If you would like to get in contact with a responsible person at wayfair you are lost. If you chat with them they say « they will forward the complaint » but you don’t get any direct contact or feedback. NEVER AGAIN!

And they won't step up to fix the issue!!! Terrible customer service! Even finally got to speak with a manager and all they could tell me was their "policies"...i.e. we aren't liable for anything.     I spent $1,300 on a new couch last May...Order #: **. It showed up several weeks late, but no big deal! Within a few weeks, several issues were discovered with the item. So I sent an email outlining the issues to service@wayfair.ca. There was no response. A few months later, the issues became much worse, so I followed up on the email. Still no response. I finally phoned today and was told that "emails sent to that address are often, but not always responded to". They all but called me a liar. They refused to address the concerns with the couch whatsoever because we were a couple of months outside the warranty and would not acknowledge any effort I made to reach them.

    I would NOT recommend Wayfair entirely based on their lack of customer service or their complete inability to try to resolve a problem. I advised them that I was not looking for a refund. I advised them that I was happy to share responsibility for them not responding to an email. Wayfair does appear to be a reputable company that stands behind their products. I have recommended many clients and friends purchase from Wayfair because I thought they were a solid company. I would advise to NOT purchase from them at all. Anyone want a free couch that's falling apart???

    I purchased a recliner from Wayfair a while ago, when it arrived I was lied to or they just use fake photos. The recliner was not the size they said it was. It was horrible.     We ordered this outdoor sitting bathtub and have been told many different delivery dates. Every time you call customer service, they relay a different story depending on who picks up the phone. I have contacted them multiple times and there is not one person who tells you the same thing regarding delivery dates from the previous person you talked with last. They (the manufacturer) shipped our bathtub to a Wayfair warehouse on August 1st and the supervisor told me it took 13 days to arrive from Nebraska. She said it would not arrive to their warehouse until the 16th and it could take up to a month to schedule a delivery to our location. We were promised this bathtub for August 6th.     The delivery team at Wayfair ruined the entire experience and the customer service team did not thing to fix the problem. I ordered a Vanity for a rental property and I waited two weeks for it to be delivered. I love two hours away so when the delivery time was provided I made sure to be there at the start of the window provided (1 pm to 5 pm).

    Unfortunately, the delivery team showed up before the delivery window, called one time. I missed the call so when I tried calling back I sat on hold for over ten minutes. By the time I arrived to the house at 1:05 pm I found the door tag that I missed the delivery. When customer service finally answered the phone they said there is nothing they can do because the delivery team could not turn around. They repeatedly told me that the driver waited at the house for ten minutes and that is their policy. They didn’t care that the driver didn’t honor the delivery window that was provided by them. They offered no other solution except attempting delivery again three days later. I would avoid Wayfair at all costs. This was completely unacceptable and I will never do business with them again.

    I have been shopping at Wayfair for a couple of years now, and have ordered many things during that period. I have only had positive experiences with Wayfair. The customer service has been excellent. They are prompt to reply, and when a very large mirror I recently ordered arrived with a slightly bent frame, they immediately issued me a 15% refund as I did not want to have a replacement sent and was fine keeping the slightly bent item. I received multiple messages apologizing and promptly addressing the issue. Another time, one of the legs on a loveseat I ordered was damaged, and they sent an entire new couch and just let me keep the damaged one (which was still usable). I gave it to a friend. I will continue to order from Wayfair.

I called to see if they could correct this problem over the phone and order the couch as I still wanted it.     I purchased a birdcage from Wayfair in good faith. I was given shipping delivery for Monday, August 8. However, I received notice the package was been delayed till Wednesday, August 10 as I was looking on the site I noticed the birdcage had dropped in price by $40, I contacted customer service and asked to get a price adjustment for the $40. My package had not even arrived yet and I still have the option to cancel it. They informed me it was their policy to not price match. They also proceeded to give me textbook comments they completely understood my problem and sympathized with it. However, their computer was unable to give me a refund because it was programmed by the Wayfair policy Not to give price matching.

    I’m not sure what has happened to real customer service anymore. They clearly are for the company and not the consumer. Wayfair is not the only game in town so you would think they might have better customer service to try and keep the business they have, I, however will no longer shop here now. My package is delayed again and it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow. Let’s hope it makes it.

    Here are some highlights of the ongoing issues with my recent orders:

    - Items are given an estimated delivery date when the order is placed but there is no one accountable within the organisation for multiple changes to those dates. Wayfair disconnects itself from the order once processed.
    - Most items are shipped through FedEx. FedEx arbitrarily organise shipments and when cancelled/postponed there is no one in Wayfair tracking these incidents causing frustration and dissatisfaction to customers.

    - Every agent that answers the phone within Wayfair will give you a different answer to the same question/issue. There is a lot of time spent in justifying why an issue took place and very little time to none pursuing resolution.

    There is a lot the organisation needs to do to improve customer service if you expect customers to come back. Hope you find this feedback valuable to exert some change.

    HORRIBLE/WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH ON-LINE BUYING - EVER. Product in question is a Vanity by Latitude Run®. This is pressed wood, laminated and is extremely poor quality despite costing $640. (Not even sure why Wayfair would offer such a product which is tied to their name/brand.) I paid for assembly a month ago and now it's been sitting on my daughter's floor for the entire month.

    The vanity showed up damaged. A guy from Angie's showed up to install but instead had to ordered replacement parts for the ones broken. After parts arrived, no word from Wayfair on installation reschedule. I called Wayfair for the 4th time, they said a Wayfair Tech would be on site on August 3rd to assemble. On Aug 3rd, no show, no word. Called again, the rep said the assembly was on hold so she released it and said Wayfair would call me back within 2 days. After 2 days - No call no word so I had to call again.

    Today I called for the 6th time, and now I am getting the 4th different story, and now talking to the 3rd person of the day. Still no resolution. This has been a merry-go-round beginning with an inferior, yet expensive, product, disjointed customer service, customer reps giving me different versions of the problems and still no resolution in sight. So, if your desire is to purchase inferior products, deal with customer service reps who give inconsistent information and invest a lot of your own time with a frustrating/high hassle factor situation - Wayfair is for you.

    Wayfair is a fantastic place to buy anything due to their superior customer service and free returns of anything. I'm distressed to find that such a high quality company, in that regard, is now selling Valyou Furniture which is poor quality and has terrible customer service with a short, unreasonable return policy. My Feather sofa has flat cushions after just one week and it so comically short that it's hard to get out of so you'll want to avoid buying from them on any website. They will not take it back even if you offer to pay to return it. They offered me an absurd $50 credit on more furniture to "compensate" me. Like I'd buy again from them?

    Once you press the button to buy something it will very costly to return. Returns can not be stopped without being shipped. It's expensive -- my rug is $42 to return even though it was 4 hours after I made the decision to buy it. They will not stop delivery. This happened before and I forgot how hard things were to return. I am finished buying at Wayfair.

    We tried purchasing a bookcase for our son’s bedroom on July 4, taking advantage of a holiday sale. The item kept getting delayed with no further explanation. To make matters worse, Wayfair only told us of the delays the day the item is supposed to arrive. Finally, after the second delay, we were told the item was back-ordered, not out-of-stock. The person we spoke to was completely unhelpful and unempathetic to our situation. He refused to compensate us for the multiple delays, wouldn’t transfer us to a supervisor, and even stated we were free to shop elsewhere given that there was nothing Wayfair could do.

    We hung up and called back, hoping to speak with someone with better customer service, and a supervisor informed us that there was an issue with the supplier of the materials for the bookcase and it wasn’t going to be available for months. We cancelled an item and got a coupon for 10% off (which is what we got during the sale to begin with). A greater discount to compensate with the delays and poor communication would have been better, but they say this is the best they could do. I disagree.

    So we ended up getting another bookcase for our son that said would take two weeks to arrive. Two weeks later, we get another email saying our item was delayed and wouldn’t arrive for another month. Needless to say, we were pretty annoyed at this point, and when we called back for an explanation, we were told that this bookcase was also from the same supplier that was causing problems with our first order. The month delay was an artificial delay placed by Wayfair, meaning that if we just took their word for it, the likelihood that we would get another item delayed email in a month was quite high. In fact, wayfair had to start an investigation with the supplier because of delayed items and zero communication. Yet wayfair didn’t feel the need to communicate this with the customer until the day an item was supposed to arrive. More importantly, why wasn’t every item sold on Wayfair’s site that used materials from this supplier flagged and listed as backordered or out-of-stock?

    Turns out the shelf we wanted had the best estimate arrival time of DECEMBER. And that’s only after us taking the initiative to resolve the repeated delays. Wayfair seems to not care about the customer experience in the least. Our time isn’t valuable to them, and they unapologetically do nothing to compensate us, other than a measly 10% off a future order. Save yourself any headaches and don’t order from Wayfair. Horrible customer resolution, no communication, and poor internal tracking systems that list items in stock when they really aren’t.

They could have and had time to cancel it. They just choose not to so they can keep your money. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do.     I received a defective item that was refused to be replaced by Wayfair just because it was on clearance! I have received many defective items in the past from this company, and never have ever made a huge deal because I would always find a solution and fix it myself. I have been a Wayfair customer for many many years. Never thought that I would find myself posting such a horrible review but this last exp was enough! And to top things off, they wanted the defective item back in order for me to get a full refund.     DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR!. The company is using fraudulent practices. I ordered 2 patio sets that were on sale on Friday 07/21/23. Order confirmation showed delivery July 26th. On Monday July 24th I get an email stating that my orders was delayed until January 2024. Which I was not happy, but I figure, I would just wait. Today I get a Cancellation email saying that they cancelled my order "Per my Request"! I never cancelled. I called their customer service and first thing they said was they were out on the item because supplier was not going to have any inventory anymore. I go into website and they have the item available to ship but at a higher price.

    I was transferred over to a supervisor named Helina, she was not helpful at all. All she said that it was an error on their part, could not give me the item for the price I originally ordered at. She went on to say, that it is on their website that they have the right to cancel any order if an error has been found. Sounds like a scam to me.     Delivery dates are not true. Ordered a $3,000 TV console. Unit came damaged. Requested a replacement. After 2 weeks, did not see the order being processed. Turns out that the replacement was never ordered. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Also ordered an ottoman. Supposed to ship on July 15th. It is now July 25th, and the ottoman has not even shipped. Their customer service department does not follow up until you call again. I've bought here many times before, spending 1000's of dollars, but this is the last time.     I purchased a nightstand for $1300. It arrived at my home and after unpacking it I noticed a terrible paint smell that took our breath. After airing it out on my porch for hours we still could not move it inside. I noticed on the back the CA 65 label that it was made with cancerous materials. I ask for return and was refused a refund or credit for the nightstand. I was told just to donate it or resale it to someone. (So who cares who they give cancer to!). After about an hour on the chat line I ask for manager and was told the same. I have spent well over $50K in furniture purchase and items but will no longer be a customer. Be very careful before you purchase from this company on their return policy.     I purchased a Sectional Sofa, side tables, entertainment unit, indoor fountain, and bed frame. The only decent products from Wayfair are the ones with no moving parts. Drawers on the side tables and entertainment unit are flimsy, rickety, and sound like a shrieking death scream when being opened. They were also advertised as having LED lights. However, these are cheesy LED strips with adhesive backs that stayed on for maybe 1 month before sagging off. The wireless receiver for the lights also requires line of sight from close range to function, so don't expect a hidden receiver.

    The fountain worked well for the first 4 months, but then it started splashing everywhere. I drained and cleaned it thoroughly, taking care to scrub the spouts, and remove any calcium buildup, but it didn't help. I exchanged it for a new one which worked well for about two-months and then the lights started to burn out (non-replaceable), and the splashing started again. I requested another exchange, but Wayfair said they were not dealing with the manufacturer anymore so there was nothing they could do. I requested the contact information for the manufacturer, and found out they were defunct. So, I take the hit on that one. The bed frame, sofa are good, no complaint about them.

    Furthermore, the prices are outrageous for the quality. At $600 for the side tables and $800 for the entertainment unit, you're better off buying from Ikea for half the price and 10x the quality. The sofa is certainly not worth $3,000, $1,500 at best, and the bed frame is good but it's not worth $1,200, maybe $900 is more appropriate. The fountain is worth the $400, and in fairness, maybe I should try distilled water next time. I was looking for a bunk bed on Wayfair but wound up getting it from Amazon. In hindsight, this was the best decision I could have made. All-in-all Wayfair is way overpriced for the quality you receive. The quality of products they sell would be more appropriate for a thrift store. Go elsewhere and spend less for much better quality.

    I ordered an open box item on Wayfair. Their website states all open box items are inspected. When I received my bathroom organizer (only about 8 parts, not big or complex where something might be missed easier) a shelf was missing. At first, no problem. They have a statement on their page that says if you notify them within 30 days and provide pictures, they'll provide the missing part.

    I contacted them the same day it was delivered with all necessary photos. I was told they wouldn't replace the part because it was an open box. But they offered me a refund for about $20. That I'd only get after jumping through hoops of shipping it back and waiting 3-5 days after they get it. A) That hassle isn't worth getting $20 in a week or so. I'll just pick up an extra hour at work. B) What happened to the claims of full refunds? C) What about the 30 day replacement stuff on their website?

    But here's my favorite part. I asked the customer service representative for an employee number of who inspected my item. She couldn't tell me. I asked for any evidence inspections happen, because clearly they don't mind lying about A-C above. Couldn't offer any. I asked to speak to someone who could. Ie, phone number of inspection department, name of an inspection manager, or even a picture it exists. Idk, just some kind of evidence. And instead they cut communication. I'm about to go through this process again because I have nothing better to do with my day and I'm feeling particularly salty. But there's a reason they're rated 1 star here and with the BBB.

After several days waiting for the product to be shipped, I received an email saying that “my cancellation request” was processed. I never requested a cancellation, so I contacted Wayfair and was informed that the order was cancelled by Everly Quinn because “the price was incorrect”, and the seller proceeded to increase the price.     I have always received solid customer service from Wayfair, however my recent interaction exceeded all previous service. Our home was hit by Hurricane Ian and as a result we were repairing rooms. We ordered a vanity that arrived in early May. Two of two packages were delivered and while we would usually open up the packages to confirm everything was correct, we had so many items waiting to be installed we decided not to open the boxes upon receipt. Our contractor was scheduled for June 1, however, like everyone in SWFL he was backed up and rescheduled for mid July. We opened our boxes July 9 and immediately realized we received only one sink (double basin vanity) and no vanity top. There was also water damage to one corner of the vanity (the cardboard inside showed water stains but not outside).

    I called Wayfair and the customer service rep told me she was unable to do anything about the order because it was too far past the delivery date BUT she asked me to hold a minute so she could talk to her supervisor. A few minutes later, the customer service rep returned and told me they would send us a new vanity with both sinks and a vanity top. We appreciate the rep going the extra step (and we will open boxes upon receipt from now on!).

    Product was missing essential parts for the operation of the chair, missing power supply, remote control for massage and heat, missing safety brackets. Customer service said that the manufacturer will not ship just the parts, I would need to order a new chair, take the missing parts out and then return the chair. No way to treat a customer, I have filed a dispute with my cc company until Wayfair sends someone to rebox the chair and send it back. I am disabled and cannot do this. I even paid someone to unbox and set up the chair but it was missing parts.

    The item was listed as "open box" which meant it had been returned from a previous buyer which also meant it was probably already assembled. That was the good news. But the buyer didn't pack the nightstand properly so when it was returned, Wayfair DID NOT OPEN THE CARTON to check for damage and repack it for resale and shipment. They just turned it around and shipped it back out after I ordered it. IF they had done their job and inspected the nightstand they would have found:

    1. Interior shelf down and dislodged so badly it wouldn't budge, with shelf tabs ripped out of the walls.
    2. Doors wouldn't close properly, so probably improperly installed by first buyer.
    3. Both front corners chipped of the night stand chipped.

    3. Protective plastic corners just thrown into the carton along with random shards of foam core so loosely packed that the stand had no chance but get damaged in transit.

    I was able to return it quickly and refunded fully after FedEx driver scanned the return shipping label.

    WAYFAIR CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This company operates using fraudulent practices. I ordered two different times, both times my orders were cancelled because Wayfair couldn't get the items they sold to me OR they wanted to charge me more after the order was confirmed!! They don't have any inventory! They sell stuff that doesn't exist! They cancelled one of my orders because the price (they claim) was incorrect on THEIR website... and would only send me the order if I paid the difference with a new price they pulled out of thin as air (which was hundreds of dollars more PER UNIT).

    More recently I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday. The item listing indicated a quick delivery time. The delivery date came and went and the order status still said "processing." I reached out to their support team who told me not to worry... I'd be getting a shipping confirmation email within the next 1-2 days. Then 3 days later, I get the email saying my other was cancelled!! I have a very disappointed daughter and I am furious. Now I have to fight to get my money back and find another way to purchase this item. This company is the absolute worst. They have thousands of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Check for yourself. DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR with your hard earned money!

    After not ordering from Wayfair I thought I would give the company another opportunity. I placed an order for a bed and it is pending shipping. "Preparing for shipping" for a month. There is no option to cancel this order either. I will never again be purchasing from Wayfair for any items. It is unacceptable for me to have to wait for a month. Be aware how long it takes to receive your orders. Thank you but no thank you.     Wayfair offered me $40 off for a first-time purchase of $100 or more. I applied for the card, was accepted, but the promo was not applied to my checkout cart. Just to make sure something was wrong with them instead of me, I changed my credit card choice for the desired purchase and tried 5 active promo codes for which I also qualified, but none of them worked. All of this verified to me that their promos are false advertising to prospective consumers like me. So what should have been simple cost me 1.5 hours resulting in no purchase (because I was disgusted) and a phone call to cancel the application. What wasted time in my day. Back to Amazon I go!

    On June 11th, my husband and I ordered a Hot Tub from Wayfair with the promise it would be to us no later than June 27th. This particular product had great reviews and great on time delivery. Flash forward to July 2nd my husband received a email stating that the hot tub would be delivered on July 3rd between 7-11. Then another email that canceled the delivery. Now Wayfair is saying that ABF picked it up and it was to be to us by the 5th. Now as of this morning, Wayfair and ABF has no clue to where the hot tub is located or when it would even be delivered. Wayfair is a ripoff, liars and has no clue how to handle shipments or customer service. How are you a major company but release an item to a third party but have no way to track it or know where the product is located. I will never order from them again. GARBAGE COMPANY. Now we have to scramble to find a hot tub before our event.

    I ordered the canvas print "Shore II" by 17 Stories. I owned it for four months before it self-destructed. The hangers for the print are attached to a backing the same size as the print, the backing is glued to the canvas where it wraps around the (so-called) frame, and neither the backing nor the canvas are attached to the frame itself. So when the glue failed, the backing came became unattached from the canvas and the canvas started sagging toward the floor. I considered stapling the backing or the canvas to the frame, but the frame is only very thin heavy duty cardboard and there is no way to attach anything to it.

    It never occurred to me that Wayfair would sell such shoddily constructed merchandise. The print looked great until it fell apart. Wayfair refuses to issue a refund because it has been more than 30 days since I received the print. They do not care that the merchandise was defective. There are a lot of other places that DO stand behind the products they sell. I will shop at those.

    I ordered a chair for my mother with dementia for her new assisted living facility on 6/21/2023, with a delivery date of 7/5/2023 (that date also changes every day). To date the product still has not shipped. After emailing them about it, Wayfair sends a FedEx tracking no. with a status that says "Label created 6/26/2023" and "delivery 6/30/2023 by 9:00 pm". Today on 7/02/2023 FedEx status says "A delivery date will be provided when we receive your package from the shipper." When you call to cancel the order Customer Service says they can't because the product has already shipped, when it did not. This is just a SCAM for Wayfair to hold up or keep your money, UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD!!!

    Ordered couch, was provided shipping date (June 30) and window of delivery (1-5 pm) and confirmed all. Deferred flying to Montana on day of arrival for 4th holiday weekend so I could take delivery. Received texts messages from Wayfair on morning of (9.49 am) asking if anyone was home and that delivery would be earlier than expected. Great. Fast forward to 4.45 pm when I hear nothing and no couch delivered! Speak to customer service who advise that something happened to the driver and the route and delivery couldn’t be completed. Mount Vesuvius erupted again! No texts, no calls advising delivery wouldn’t be made, not that that would’ve made things better! So I would avoid these guy at all costs!     I talked to a person about the ad on web page before I ordered a 10 foot by 39 inch pool. I wanted to make sure that the cover and the pump/filter system was included. I was assured they were. The package arrived and the outside of the box stated that it did not include a pump/filter system. I called and was told that I would be contacted in the next day or 2 by the company. I received an e-mail stating that the company does not include the pump/filter system and I would have to buy it. I sent an requesting they send me a pump/filter system like their web page stated (I attached a screenshot of the page). The next day I called and asked for a supervisor. The only options were a free return or a $30 discount towards buying a pump/filter system (cost $47.52). I asked that they just provide the pump/filter system like the web page stated, but they said no I would have to buy. I took the paid return and will cancel my credit card and not shop again.

    I bought a dresser from Wayfair that needed to be built. Once fully built, it was clear that a door on it refused to close. It got hung up on the frame. The pilot holes for the hinges were in the wrong place. It looks like hell, and doesn't work properly. After I completed the online refund process, I was notified by email that the dresser needed to be dismantled, repackaged, and returned to FedEx. This is an 80 lb item, fully built. How do I mail it back? I had difficulty, and needed help getting it into my house. After my issue was elevated to "executive customer service," I was notified that I still need to return the item. They even said, "It doesn't look that bad in the picture."

    I offered to send them pieces, rendering it useless, lest they think I'm trying to get something free. They declined the offer, and insisted it be dismantled, repackaged and returned. Here I sit with a piece of trash, out $217.00, and a customer service representative telling this old man I need to be packaging and lugging around an 80 lb dresser. Please be careful with this company. They are not dealing with customers in good faith.

    I purchased a Murphy Bed and storage unit and received a damaged storage unit. It was poorly made and asked to return all items. Still waiting for them to pick up the item which has been sitting outside for two days! They charged me to return everything and I’m still waiting for the money! I ordered a wine bar which showed up at my door with no tracking or confirmation and was told they can’t do anything if the item is damaged because they don’t have a record of the purchase but they got my money! Don’t order from them!!

    I bought a patio set (2 chairs and table). Two days after I purchased I received an e-mail showing the set I purchased was now less money. Please note I did not receive the item yet. Each person I spoke to gave me different information - One said don't accept delivery and there will be no charge to return; another told me charge to return; one said no price adjustments. After being disconnected three times I finally got a Supervisor, Azilynn, she said she would make a price adjustment as a courtesy, but lo and behold it is in the form of store credit. Not back to my credit card. BUYER BEWARE!!

    Sadly we have had a negative experience. We saw the picture and thought this was exactly what we were looking for. We paid $90 to have it assembled. While the unit puts out a good amount of heat, the actual fireplace insert is extremely and embarrassingly cheap looking. We are planning to return it. However, buyer beware! It costs $80 to return it! Wayfair should be ashamed for not offering free returns. They just lost a customer for life. PS..same fireplace from different seller is sold on Amazon for much less!

    I'm so very disappointed in Wayfair. I had two items in my cart. I put them there in the AM. Six hours later I got an email saying that my items are on sale. However the price on both had gone up substantially. The email stated get them now or "poof they gone". That was also portrayed by the Customer Service Representative who said, "I'm sorry but that's life." I feel that I have spent a lot with Wayfair but after yesterday yesterday I'm looking somewhere else. They always lean into the e commerce paradigm that, "We can raise pricing whenever we feel like it." My items in my cart one was $259.00, the other was $114.00, but on the ”poof they will be gone” email my pricing was $385.00 and $185.00.

    So we ordered a birdbath/fountain in May, 2023. When it arrived, it came without a pump so it wasn’t functional. We immediately contacted Wayfair and they told us they would get a pump out to us right away. Two weeks later we had heard nothing so we called them again. They had no record of the pump being shipped so they re-ordered it (if they ever ordered it the first time). After another two weeks of hearing nothing we called again. Our customer service person (Ashley M.) was responsive but her ability to do anything to help us was very limited. Because the manufacturer would not send a pump by itself (why did it take a month to find that out?), she offered to send out a whole new unit and then we’d have to pull out the pump and send it back. Our other option was to take a 15% refund and source the pump ourselves.

    We chose the latter because we had already been waiting a month. However, in the month it took them to come up with this solution, Wayfair had discounted the price of the birdbath $200. We originally paid $830 for it and now it is selling on the same site for $630. Our discount amounted to $124. The cost of the pump was $65. Doing the math, that means we paid $761 for the birdbath. The total time we spent calling Wayfair and sourcing a pump was probably about 4 hours. That means we spent $130 more for the birdbath and 4 hours of our time than a person who orders a birdbath today and gets a complete unit shipped out within a couple of days. Does that seem fair to you? Maybe not fair – but WAYFAIR!

    I purchased a whole outdoor seating set. It has been less than two months and one of the covers, for one of the cushions, has come apart at the seam. It was not torn, cut nor ripped. It came apart at the seam. Since it is over 30 days Wayfair WILL NOT replace the cushion cover. This is a manufacture defect!! Pretty bad when Wayfair will not back the workmanship of the products they sell. Beware of purchasing anything that you think, is quality merchandise, from Wayfair. If it was quality, then they would back their products.

    I ordered a pantry over 500 dollars and because I’m old I had to wait a few months to get someone to put it up, so when I opened the box it had only boards no hardware or instructions, I called Wayfair to send what they left out and they said the time to get it has passed then the lady hung up on me because I started to get mad, I offered to buy the parts because what else can I do, I got an email the next day with the instructions for the pantry and nothing about the hardware, I’m going to try and get the parts from a hardware store and hope they can figure out the parts I need.

    I purchased back in March some furniture from Wayfair, they had advertised 36 month 0% APR on order over $999 online order only. I ordered online and I applied for the offer. Citibank offered me the Master Card form Wayfair instead of the regular Wayfair. Instead I ended up getting 36 months with an APR of 9.99% monthly. I tried to fix it and I got bounce back and forth between Wayfair and Citibank. I was on the phone for four hours, I got the phone hanged up at me four times and never got a call back. At the end they just told me there is nothing they can do. Neither Wayfair, nor Citibank wanted to resolve the issue. Misleading information, horrible customer service. Be very aware!!!! I'll never buy anything else from Wayfair and I won't use Citibank ever again.

    I've ordered from Wayfair here and there for years and have mostly been satisfied, other than with item delivery. Most recently I ordered several items, including an area rug, in May. I received an email noting estimated delivery 7 June, which came and went with NO update. I reached out via chat and was told I'd get an email within 72 hours with an updated status. Never received anything. I reached out again via chat 5 days later and was told Wayfair couldn't actually tell me where my rug was, but the order status had changed to "preparing for shipment". I asked/was told they can't contact the shipper for better info. I asked/was told they wouldn't offer expedited shipment to make up for the 3 week delay. Nope, and nope. They have lovely decor when you can get it but their lack of interest in making sure stuff actually arrives is unacceptable. I guess by then they already have your money...

    I ordered a box spring on 6/14, paid for expedited shipping, and still have not received my order. I will say, Wayfair has issued a refund for my shipping (I have to wait 3- 5 days for it). The order status still shows an expected delivery date of 6/15.... It's the 19th. Here is a word of advice, Wayfair, be transparent with your consumers instead of advertising next-day delivery because that is super misleading. Had I known shipping would take this long, I would have gladly spent my money with a better company. To make things worse- I cannot even cancel the order at this point. Things are expensive enough and people are trying their best to spend their money wisely. Your dishonesty and misrepresentation only contribute to the problem. This is the first time I have purchased from Wayfair and it will be the LAST! Absolute HORRIBLE experience.

Which to me tells me to stick it. I don't know what executive thought that was a good idea but it just pisses off customers more IMO.

    To be fair, I did get help, but I won't know for certain if it will ultimately end with getting my order delivered to the correct address. I spent 45 minutes chatting with a representative. I had to ask repeatedly to speak with a supervisor, because even though she was trying to help she either didn't know how or was just tired of chatting with me. She sent an email to my old email address, associated with my former home address and another account which was supposed to have been deleted by Wayfair. Since it obviously wasn't, my most recent order was sent to the wrong address. When I first realized what had happened I tried to cancel my order and resubmit. Didn't work.

    Called customer service and was told it was not possible to cancel since it was in progress, and was assured that it would be delivered to the correct address. Called customer service the next day to follow up, and before I could explain fully about why I was calling the rep said she'd updated my address and no worries. However, I wasn't able to track my order, so clearly there was something to worry about. Called again. Rep called FedEx, she was told address had been corrected. Still unable to track my package I called wayfair again. Was told my order was going to my old address.

    After much back and forth and asking to speak with a supervisor at least two or three times she finally had someone join the chat. He called FedEx, told me it was corrected. I said I look forward to being pleasantly surprised (by receiving my order) but that I was disappointed and unhappy and probably wouldn't be shopping with wayfair again. His response? I'm sorry to hear that, I can understand. Would you take the survey and give me five stars? I am GENEROUSLY giving 3 stars because he did make an effort, but beyond that?... The feeling I got was, I understand loyal customer, but you may leave. Goodbye. I liked shopping with Wayfair and I'm sad now.

    Ordered two sets of bed sheets from Wayfair. They sent me the wrong size. Called the customer support - they said they would ship the replacement. The replacement turned out to be the same (wrong) size. Contacted CS again but instead of help I got a bunch of rude phrases. Spent a week or so to communicate with their manager but he/she turned out to be same bad manner person as the other Wayfair reps I spoke with. So, long story short - this is the worst customer support team I've ever dealt with.

    We moved into our new home this year 2023. We need patio furniture for our beautiful backyard to entertain. We specifically looked for items that were verified on the webpage as in stock and settled on Wayfair option. Days after we hit purchase, we got an email about a backorder. So they knew it was not in stock. They gave us a date of 6/6 which was about 4 weeks after original delivery date so while not thrilled we left it alone.

    6/5 comes and I have had no comms from Wayfair. I call them and ask what time to expect the package still showing 6/6. they respond that they have no idea where my order is. After A TON of complaining and pushing I was put in touch with a customer advocacy group who said they would call the supplier and handle it. I was told that the package actually was in stock and would be delivered by the weekend of the 9th.

    The weekend came and only 1 of 10 boxes showed up. We called advocacy who has now started to ignore us. Today Tuesday the 13th half of our boxes have arrived, no idea where the other half is...and half of what we have received is the wrong color. Advocacy won't respond. Social media points me to advocacy, and they won't supply any other escalation option other than to write a letter to the corporate HQ. WRITE A LETTER! I will NEVER deal with this company again.

    Ordered power assist chair for my elderly father. It came within days. Nice. Then we opened it and put it together and it was broken. I even bought extra warranty. I called and they said they would get us a replacement. They have backed up the order over and over now and 4 months later still no chair. Terrible service and pretty much thieves.     We ordered a couch and we had old couch removed (6/6/2023) to coincide with delivery of new couch (11-4 pm 6/7). Wayfair contacted us this morning attempting delivery at 9 am when they were told no, they messaged corporate saying we were not home.

    1. They had a scheduled time 11 am to 4 pm Pacific in Carmel California.
    2. We work. We scheduled the delivery so we would be home for white glove delivery for the new couch.
    3. We do not have Star Trek transporters to spirit home immediately due to their earlier availability (give to us at short notice).
    4. The delivery people lied and the corporate customer service believed them and would not reschedule same day delivery and now we have no living room couch furniture to sit on and a wedding tomorrow with visitors.

    5. The delivery won't let us reschedule and said it would be days and we will be on our honeymoon.

    This is the worse case of not giving a rat's behind about customers I have seen. They don't care and expect you to live with what they have, when they have it and you will have to like it or they will accost you for wanting them to do what they said they would do. Horrible.

    Gave a one star because system made me choose something. I placed an order for 2 items on May 29, 2023. Originally told items would arrive June 1. When items still showed “preparing for shipping” on June 2, called customer service and was told they were scheduled for pick up that day, with a then ETA of June 5. Now on June 6, still showing the same status as before, I’m told they don’t know when it will ship and I can not cancel because they are in a container with hundreds of other items and will not pull mine out. And basically I will get them when I get them. So don’t order anything if it’s something you actually want after paying. Never again!!

    We recently ordered a $1200 patio set from Wayfair which was a lot of money for my wife and I to spend. She is turning 50 so we thought we would put a nice patio set on our deck and have a BBQ with friends and family. Her birthday is this weekend and Wayfair has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE to work with. Literally every box that showed up for the patio set was either missing the hardware or was boxed up with the incorrect hardware. We paid to have a contractor from Wayfair come out and assemble it when it all showed up and he could not because of all the missing hardware so not one piece was able to be put together.

    Now we have been waiting on Wayfair to ship the hardware that was missing out of all the boxes and they are telling us it might be here Thursday. When we called customer service to reschedule our install they refuse to reschedule it. They told my wife on the phone they were unwilling to do so even though she went through the entire painstaking experience with two customer service agents on the telephone. When she asked to be transferred to a manager, she was told Wayfair does not have any managers who are customer facing and speak with customers.

    Long story short, we have have a BBQ scheduled this weekend for a big birthday and no real chance of having furniture that is put together. One of the extremely rude customer service agent's big idea to rectify things is for us to call around to some of the work sites like Angie's List, etc and try and find someone but basically said no longer their problem. If you buy from Wayfair you are making a HUGE mistake, buy anywhere else but do not waste your money on these guys as customers are not important to them at all.

    I purchased a sale item which was delayed for 3 weeks. After contacting Wayfair numerous times I was finally told it was out of stock even though the item was still for sale on the site. I ordered a similar item on Wayfair that day. The item was marked as “shipped” the day after I bought it yet after a week, tracking showed FedEx never received the item. I contacted Wayfair to question this and was told the item was shipped and would be received a few days later. Again, this item was listed for sale on Wayfair. I contacted them again and questioned their unethical practices. A few hours later I received an email from Wayfair stating the item was out of stock and they refunded my money. The out of stock item is still for sale on Wayfair.

    We recently moved and our child’s dresser was ruined in the process. I ordered one from Wayfair, upon receiving the item the package was wet and smelt funny. When my wife opened the box she stated there was mold present. I contacted Wayfair and asked for a REPLACEMENT not a refund. My son has a serious illness and my wife threw out the item immediately!! Therefore we don’t have any pictures!! I will NEVER shop with them again.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a very experience bed from Wayfair. Before it was shipped I tried to change the order because the item would not fit in the room. I was told by customer service rep that I could not cancel or change order and had to wait for delivery and then return it. When I waited and returned item I was charged a fee to ship back to them, If I was allowed to cancel order in the first place there would be no return for this ridiculous policy. I shop on Amazon for anything I used to shop at Wayfair for. Much better customer service with Amazon.

    Wayfair has been pretty good in the past, but our last experience was poor. The furniture went on sale for many hundred dollars less between when we ordered and before it was delivered, but they wouldn't match their own price drop. Furniture was supposed to be delivered within the next few days, but now they are saying it is three weeks out, even though it is sitting in our city with their delivery company of choice.     Horrible product. I bought a raised garden bed for almost $200 back in August knowing I would keep it until the spring to build it. After building it finally, one week later it completely breaks apart. I was so disappointed and contacted Wayfair Customer Service. They told me because it was over 30 days the warranty was gone. How was I supposed to know it would break apart within one week after the months of having it in my basement? They said to contact the manufacture company, who told me to contact Wayfair.     We purchased a 23L Electric Cigar Humidor by Needone from Wayfair on 4/29. Our neighbor also purchased one at the same time to which they received theirs the following week. We started tracking our humidor on May 7 and had a new delivery date from May 9th now to Nov 11th 2023. I called Wayfair to find out how the date changes so drastic only to be told a label has been created and we are waiting for the courier to pick the item up.

    I waited and waited and finally called back because the humidor never arrived. I have called several times to have the item shipped out only for them to keep saying a label has been created. I have told them several times on the website you all have an estimated ship date of May 12-14, then as days go by it’s May 15-17 and so on. No one can seem to do a little research on their job to actually have the item shipped other than to keep saying a label is created. When you ask for a manager no one wants to transfer you. They always say they are a senior representative. This is so frustrating. I have reported them to the BBB. This is my last purchase from Wayfair. I have even sent them the email that shows where the website says you order this date and the estimated shipping is this date. Bad for business. BUYER BEWARE!! I will be reaching out to their corporate office also.

    I am not generally one to complain, as I know things happen. However, I am very disappointed in my experience and hope it doesn’t happen to others. I purchased a vaccuum that was estimated to be delivered May 8. On May 10 it still had not shipped. I contacted customer service and was told they would look into it. As of May 17, my order info had never been updated, still showing an estimated delivery date and of May 8 but still not shipped. Ultimately I contacted customer service 3 times before I actually received any type of update. That update told me that the warehouse would not respond and they were cancelling my order. I decided to try and give it another chance because the price was was right and they just went ahead and cancelled that one too. Ultimately it was a super frustrating experience and hopefully others have a better one.

    I purchased a dining set from Wayfair on 4/22/23. I paid for full service delivery and when the delivery team showed up on 5/5 to assemble there was no hardware, not a single screw. So the box was left open on my dining floor with Wayfair saying the parts would be shipped. Long story long, after calling a week later when no parts had been shipped yet, I receive an email saying the parts are unavailable and anticipated date was now 5/22. At that point I decided to return the item. I spoke with Jasmine at Wayfair who told me I have to contact the manufacturer because it is their item. But, I bought the item from Wayfair, Wayfair took my money so why are they suddenly saying “not our problem”.

    Then I speak to a supervisor Jonathan who starts trying to find me a hardware list and assembly instructions so I can go hunt down all the hardware and assemble myself. Jonathan couldn’t find a hardware list and said he’d look into this more and call me back despite me saying repeatedly I shouldn’t have to do this and I don’t want the table after this mess. Jonathan never called back. On my 5th call and hours of my time going through the whole situation over & over I speak with a woman (from Wayfair) who processes my return within minutes. So, Wayfair ultimately handled the situation but made it very difficult. I’ve shopped at Wayfair for 8 yrs and this is the first bad experience. I will continue to shop there and recommend them, but I do not recommend purchasing furniture, especially if the merchant is Winston Porter.

    I ordered a couple rugs from Wayfair & that was fine, kind of difficult to screw that up. I thought I would give them a try with something a bit larger / more complex & I ordered a small patio set. There were some quality issues from the manufacturer, which is not their fault, however, to resolve the issue, You get to do the job that Wayfair should be doing in dealing with the manufacturer of the product. When You call, they pass You on to the manufacturer to deal with them via email only. So Wayfair collects Your money, however, if there's issues, Wayfair throws their hands up & won't help You. I will not be placing another order with them & I would definitely not recommend them for any furniture purchase outside of very simple things that don't require any assembly (rugs, pillows, blankets, wall hangings etc.) I am staying away from Wayfair in the future.

    Their customer service is awful, I bought outdoor furniture that had a gas fire pit, but the fire pit didn't work and it had back pillows missing from the set, and when I contacted them and told them the issue they said they couldn't do anything they can give me a 3% discount.     Ordered a Faux leather sofa on Mar 30 2023. Initial delivery was on Apr 6 2023. Today is May 09 and there is no delivery. No one even bothered to call and inform us about the shipment. Multiple scheduled delivery dates were given, but no shipment. Every time we call the customer service they ask us to wait 2-3 days more. On last call they offered a replacement and it's been 10 days already, but not shipped yet. They charged the credit card and we made the credit card payment also as part of the billing cycle. They don't let us cancel the order and not delivering the order. In fact they did not have an idea where the shipment is and when it will be delivered. Worst ever experience with WAYFAIR!!!! Not fair at ALL!!!!

    Purchased a very expensive 2 piece chair set ($355.00) for elderly couple at a religious community who was on a fixed income. They wanted this particular set of chairs so I purchased the chairs for them for Christmas. The chairs are falling apart just over a year later and Wayfair - after months of waiting on their customer service - finally called and said they won't replace the chairs - they say they are not defective but the chairs have had "Excessive Use". The surfaces show very light wear only and look completely new - but the hardware is garbage and falling apart! What a joke! This was a complete rip-off! Purchase from them at your own risk - Be Advised. You absolutely don't want to purchase from Wayfair! They stole my money and refused to warranty the garbage products they provided. Keep in mind that these chairs had five star reviews - Lol. This has to be a complete scam!

    I ordered an armoire on 4/19, and when I reached out on 4/26, I was told that the item is scheduled for delivery on 5/4. On 5/4 morning reached out again, as I didn't receive any call or email on delivery. First when I spoke to an agent I was told the item will be delivered next week.     After a full kitchen remodel we needed to order a new kitchen dining table. We found a table we liked from Wayfair after a weeklong search. When I received this $1300 table I noticed that the box was beat up and had been resealed with tape, unlike you’d expect from the manufacturer. Once I carefully opened the large cardboard container it became immediately apparent that this was a returned item. Packaging was resealed and repacked poorly, hardware was in a ziplock baggie, one piece of hardware was missing and there was no original manufacturer instructions or documentation of any kind included. Upon closer inspection it was obvious that the table had been assembled as the black bolts for attaching the legs to the tabletop had some of the black paint worn off due to threading in and out of the metal inserts.

    I expected and how it was advertised, was a factory new, factory packed and un-opened product. In my view Wayfair misrepresented the table as new, when in reality they shipped a used table to an unsuspecting consumer. Had I known this was a returned open box item I would NOT have purchased it unless it was advertised accordingly and the price reflected that. After calling Wayfair they would only provide a 20% credit and a 10% discount on a future order. I would have returned the table however they are out of stock until December. I am NOT happy. I have written a review in response to a how did we do email and requested customer service (at a higher level) contact me, but no response as of yet.

    I ordered a rug a rug and warranty back in Dec 2022 knowing it was on backorder, but I was willing to wait. Next thing I know I am getting a invoice for the warranty for the rug I don't have. At the time when I purchased the warranty, I thought common sense would say, we haven't shipped the rug put the warranty on hold until the rug ships. Come to find out common sense is not something that Wayfair employee have and apparently not something required to work at Wayfair. I immediately called and cancelled the warranty. Now I think this is resolved. NO- received another invoice the next month with interest and late fees attached. Unbelievable This time I called and disputed the charges.

    This took several months to resolved but finally that charge and all related fees were removed. Keep in mind that this entire time the charge for the rug was never on the invoice. Now I'm thinking everything is straight-Boy was I wrong, now this month I get an invoice for the rug-which I still don't have. I call the credit card company and speak to Abby who get a Wayfair person on the phone. My plan was to pay the entire mount once I got the rug. So now I have no rug and I can either make monthly payment which will involve interest or pay in full for a rug they don't know when they will ship it. Neither were willing to remove the charge until the rug shipped. I don't know of anyone that would pay for an item that is on backorder and no one knows when it will ship.

    So, this Wayfair employee says the only thing you can do is cancel the order. I cancelled the order and close the Wayfair credit account. I only opened it because they gave you an additional discount and since the rug was hundreds of dollars, I wanted every discount I could get. What a mistake! So, Wayfair, you don't have just what I need unless I am looking for incompetence. I told both these individuals that I would be posting my experience with Wayfair and their credit card company, and neither could have cared less. I wonder if Kelly Clarkson know who she is really representing. Maybe I'll copy and paste this to her. Why after all these months of not charging me for this rug ALL OF A SUDDEN, they charge me and still no rug is the mystery question, but again NO COMMON SENSE AT WAYFAIR OR THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! Like Forrest Gump says "You can't fix stupid" so I chose not to continue after 5 months of dealing with stupid.

    I've ordered a few times from Wayfair and had no issue. That's the case for the second star in my rating. With the order I'm about to speak of, I even signed up for their credit card and planned to purchase many more items in the future. The order in question was a u-shaped desk. There were three shipping options given to me (and still given to me): Outside your door, Inside your entryway, and Room of your choice for an extra fee. I opted for the latter, as the desk I chose came in three boxes that totaled ~450lbs and it literally says it's recommended for heavy items and I can't get it in my house by myself.

    A handful of days later I get a call from the freight company they contracted asking when they could drop it off. I mention the room of my choice option and they had no idea about it. They said they'd contact Wayfair and be back in touch. This was a Friday; the Monday after I get an email from Wayfair Freight saying they can't bring it inside my house because it's too big/heavy. I replied, trying to compromise to put it on my porch or in my floor level living room. Still have yet to receive a response. Later the freight company called and, by their talking, they'd put it on my porch or in my living room if Wayfair gave them the go ahead. Otherwise, the freight place can only drop it "as close to the room as possible," which would be the sidewalk outside. She encouraged me to call up Wayfair and call back after.

    I called Wayfair customer service. Rep kept insisting it was the freight company saying they couldn't do it and when I said, no, I don't have anyone to help me, suggested I -call a moving company- to have them move the boxes from the sidewalk, inside. I gave her the freight company's phone number and was put on hold while she called them. When she came back, she said they wouldn't put it anywhere but the sidewalk. Not on my porch, the sidewalk. Because I have three steps up to my porch and "they don't do stairs". At all. Period. I told her to cancel my order and had $140 deducted from my return for it to be shipped back, despite them not following through with the services they claimed they had (and I paid for!) to get it into my house. After this nightmare it'll be highly unlikely I ever order from Wayfair again. I will be paying off the single rug and padding on their card and cancelling my account.

    Well, today I had a very bad experience with a manager who was supposed to help me, but on the contrary, she did not want to help fix the problem. I bought a dining room set where they sent me a table that was damaged, a chair that I received later, and a bench that also arrived later. But she didn't even apologize if she didn't help me at all. Her name is yenna. I always understand Wayfair but I never received the treatment they gave. For that reason I will remove it from my list.

    Having already spent 3 plus hours of my life dealing with the most incompetent Company one could imagine, let me just say that this was my first (and last) time ordering from Wayfair. To call it a "nightmare" is a gross understatement. They sent me the wrong size mattress and I've now spent over 3 hours of work and my lifetime trying to get it picked up. I've spoken with supervisors and with managers. Suffice it to say that nobody has any clue of what is going on and there is no coordination at all. It's like being gaslit every time you speak with a different person. You get transferred endlessly and then start all over again. I only ordered from Wayfair by default. Had I read their reviews, I never would have done so. Horrible, horrible systems are in place, and can't believe they are still in business.

    Purchased a patio chair on-line on April 12th with promised estimated delivery of April 20th, arrived April 29th. Chair came in four parts, two legs, seat and back that needed minor assembly; however, the box was missing the back of the chair. Reordered replacement on April 30th and will not ship until May 12th, exactly one month after my initial order. I'll be lucky to see it by the end of May. Overall, I find the Wayfair website to be misleading on estimated delivery dates and their quality control checks are questionable. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

    I bought an expensive outdoor table set in June 22. During the winter of 23, the table actually bent in half during a storm - right down the middle. (The chairs were fine and made of the same material.) I called customer service and they said they would get me another table since it was still under warranty - less than a year. A week went by and I get an email stating that the "replacement order" was cancelled. I was told that I couldn't get it since I hadn't purchased the extended warranty (I then get form emails stating they are sorry and I could call customer service. I emailed back and was told a supervisor would give me a call. That never happened). No effort to try and help me replace the table. I have spent a lot of money at Wayfair over the years. I expect help in replacing the table even if I had to purchase a new one - I was just ignored. I get much better customer service from Costco.

    I ordered a bed through a Wayfair owned company Josh and Main. The delivery was a nightmare. The unprofessional team came unprepared and with bad attunes. They began by showing up to my home with filthy boots and tried to enter when I stopped them and made them put on contractor booties which I supplied. They then asked for a box cutter to open the package. I do not have a commercial grade box cutter and was taken aback at the fact that they did not have proper equipment to do their job. They carried the box to my bedroom and for whatever reason the so called leader stated he couldn’t move a mattress I moved the mattress out of the way while three grown men watched me. I am petite by the way.

    The room was clear with more than adequate room but I guess they got lazy and decided that the white glove service I paid for didn’t matter. One pretended to make a call and they got in the truck and left a filthy unopened box in the middle of my room. My neighbors moved it to the side so that I could get around my room. Please take heed to this story. I will never purchase anything from Wayfair or any of its companies again. I have requested a return and am fully prepared to take it up with my credit card company if this item isn’t removed from my home in the next day or so.

    I ordered a chair in the color of Red Linen Floral. The chair I received was NOT Red Linen Floral but Tan/Brown Linen Floral. I contacted Wayfair immediately, sent them a picture of what I received, was told I could select another chair since the color I wanted was no longer in stock and it would be sent out ASAP. The next day I received an invoice for the replacement chair which was MORE expensive than the original chair. After talking to customer service (a very apologetic woman) who explained that there was no "free" replacement chair, I had to pay for the replacement PLUS I would be paying for the shipping back of the wrong chair - what a CROOK!!!!     I assisted a Senior in purchasing a robe. It was $70 plus tax. It was no way near the fit of a xxl. So we wanted to return and order a larger size. After numerous phone calls and promises of a Free Return label I never received one. I called again. The rep I spoke to told me her account would be charged over $20 to return the robe, “ Because it wasn’t defective.” The sizing is wrong. The woman wears an xxl in everything. I wear a large and it wouldn’t even fit me. No tags were removed. I repackaged it.

    Today two more calls. Promised emails came but no return label. They kept saying their “System” was having problems. One rep put me on hold so long knowing I’d hang up. So I did. She was rude and said nothing the email I received guaranteeing full refund. So I called again. The last rep was polite. She looked at the account and immediately sent me a shipping label. So we’re the first 24 hours hoping I’d give up? Because I didn’t. It was for an 87 year old lady a new robe. Their Customer service was rude and untruthful. I now have the package labeled and ready for FedEx.

    Ordered a mattress from Wayfair. I did once before and had great luck. This time, they sent me the wrong one. Of course, since it was in a box, I had to open it and let it expand to realize it was the wrong one. I contacted Wayfair and the manufacturer told me I could keep it or return it. Then, a few days later, I get a Fedex return label. I contacted Wayfair (cannot reach by phone....had to go through the chat) and the lady told me it was processed wrong and that I would hear from a "local agency" within 5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I again today contacted Wayfair and they said AGAIN I needed to wait 5 days. They are horrible when you try to return something. They did refund my card, so that's a plus.

    I had purchased new living room furniture in 2021. I rarely used the chairs unless company came over. I spent $318.00 on one chair to have it fall apart on Easter Sunday 2023. So not happy. Now what do I do. That's a lot of money to spend on a chair to throw it away. It was made cheap and I couldn't return it when I purchased it because the shipping was more than the chair. My mattress was $1000.00 I do even know where to begin about the POOR quality of this mattress.

    It actually was purchased the same time as the living room furniture but took 2 months to get here so it's not even 2 years old and guess what? I have to throw that away due to a huge dent in the mattress on my husband's side. He's 6'4 220. No reason for that to happen to the mattress. I would advise you all to read the reviews before buying anything from Wayfair. Once purchased you cannot return unless you plan on paying double the cost and it takes forever to talk to a human being.

    Wayfair used to be good. They became terrible. I ordered two items from them. For the first one, a wrong item was delivered. Wayfair said that the only option I have is to sort it out with the manufacturer. And that the manufacturer would contact me. Manufacturer never contacted me. And Wayfair says that I have to pay return shipping fees if I return the item.

    For the second item the delivery was delayed. They are not able to give me clarifications or reschedule the delivery. They only pointed me to talk to the local courier that is uncontactable. It's impossible to reach the courier. And Wayfair is "not able to help". As if they didn't pick which courier they would use. It seems that these days the only thing Wayfair is good for is to take your money. Delivering the right items, or delivering the item at all, or providing any support when things go wrong, is outside of their responsibility. Don't use them if you can avoid it.

    I will not be buying from Wayfair again. Over the last year, mostly around the same time (bought a new house) we have purchased the following items from Wayfair- A sofa, dining table, bar stools, coffee table, entertainment center, crib and dresser, 2 changing tables and 2 comforter sets, computer desk/hutch (beyond a year ago but ill add it)..there may be more but that's what I can think of. Out of all of these items..the only items so far that has held up is the entertainment center and the crib. The 900.00 computer desk, crap..scratched at the lightest touch, doors falling off, keyboard tray broken. 2k dining table is garbage- chips in the flimsy supposed real wood, legs constantly breaking off chairs, warped end just from 1 year of use. 150.00 a piece Bar stools- heavy but garbage- legs falling off, cross bars breaking. 150.00 Coffee table, meh...legs bending, top super easily scratched.

    The 2k sofa...gosh the sofa, if I could burn it in the fire pit..I would, it's single handedly the worst I've ever owned or sat on, I literally hate it and make a point to sit in our movie room (which has a 10 year old sofa that is insanely comfortable) for TV watching to avoid sitting on it. 200.00 Changing tables- should be recalled, can't tell you how many times my poor child has had a limb stuck under its poor design leaving her with bruises. 250.00 baby dresser- bottoms of drawers fall out with very light use. 150.00 comforter- washed once following directions and the entire underside looked like it had been bleach it was completely discolored...from laundry detergent!

    500.00 Entertainment center- SO far no issues and while the 500.00 crib has been great, it's easily tippable which is a concern, especially since we've have 3 other children in cribs with no fear of tippage. Wayfair absolutely lacks quality control and they let complete garbage products be sold under their name. I can't get past the absolute greed they must have to allow these items to leave their warehouses.

    We have bought few things from Wayfair which was charged on their credit card and every time there's an issue they turn it over to their "Resolution Management Team" which means there is no resolution. They shipped damaged goods, they lose items but they give you no solution and the charge on the days on their credit card fight. Of course, Wayfair don't sell anything as all the product listings are from 3rd parties dropshipping. Wayfair is a scam so stay away.

    I purchased a dual-reclining Love Seat (in 2019) and paid an extra $300 for an extended 5 year warranty. Upon delivery of the furniture I was told by delivery personnel that they had no extra paperwork. A few day ago, the reclining handle broke and I called Wayfair for assistance. After spending 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out the correct person to talk with, I was told there was no record of me having a 5 year warranty. I recommend you stay away from paying for an extended warranty for you'll never get any paperwork for something they will not honor. They will take your money and offer you nothing in return.

    Yes, the products look great but always come in poorly made. I bought a Kitchen Table and added the extra assembly charge because I wanted to keep everything and assemble it correctly. I had to wait almost an extra week after delivery for it to happen. When it was completed, the handyman was very kind and knowledgeable and agreed that the table was in poor condition regarding the hinges and surface wood. I contacted Wayfair the same day to see what my options were. They told me they could either have someone come in to fix it or get a partial refund of $200 something. I told them to get it fixed but didn't believe its fixable.

    They didn't trust my word and I was okay with someone coming in to improve it, but I told them I was concerned since I needed it to be fixed within two weeks and would like the whole issue resolved by then. Rep assured me the handyman would resolve the problem the same day he arrived, but he wouldn't come for another week and a half. Still worried that is closing the date, but I reluctantly agreed. I was told to provide photos; I sent the pics out the same day on March 22nd and then was asked to offer them again on the 25th and the 26th. I mentioned my deadline in the March 25th email because I don't have room and will have many guests sleeping over for the month. The earliest time the repair man could arrive was April 5th. He came, took a glance, and said what the first Wayfair handyman said; it's unfixable.

    I contacted Wayfair again, and they just wanted to offer a replacement or a $ 200-something reimbursement. I said I wanted it replaced, and once again told them I needed it done before the end of the week and brought this up several times. Rep says the inventory is very close and should arrive in a day. I was relieved and asked about having a handyman b/c I paid for the extra service. They wanted me to schedule that and pay for it, but they will refund me that portion, which will arrive in another week. Stressed, I got the new email with the tracking number; the representative lied, and now it says it'll come Wednesday instead.

    I don't have room! I already have three guests sleeping over for a month with a defective one. I called a rep and told them the situation, and they said they couldn't do anything, and I had to do the extra task of contacting FedEx, and they could place the item on hold for ten days. None of that was helpful. I don't understand why can't they use the first handyman's notes and my photos to replace them instead of having me go through all this trouble. What's the point of telling them your deadline in advance if it still needs to be considered? Why was this product even deemed acceptable to ship? The time to resolve the issue would be solved in 1/3 of the time.

    Another separate issue I had with them was that I had an anonymous person use my account to purchase a gaming chair and a sports camera. I was so worried that my account got hacked that it questioned the security measures the site uses to save its client's information. I use a VPN and practice other safety measures.

    Wayfair has a policy that, if for any reason you have to return an item you are charged. Because of a misleading photo on their website I ordered the same product twice. While I was refunded for half the order I still had to pay return postage for the one set of cushions. No more online shopping here again. It’s back to Walmart for me.

    My daughter was making a long distance move and after having good experience personally years past with Wayfair (easily into Wayfair for over 10K of goods and furniture) I encouraged her to buy everything new through Wayfair. Huge mistake! Everything was late causing 2 nights of extra expense in a hotel since no bed was delivered, a "piece" of a sofa, chaise only, with the rest of the sofa to be delivered a week later (still not delivered), a dresser delivered broken with one main board split in two and NO HARDWARE, unusable.

    Not to mention multiple time consuming phone calls with nothing more than a pseudo sympathetic ear. They have finally agreed to refund the money for the dresser but she has to take the responsibility of returning it. Lots of fun in a 5 story walk up in NYC no less. NEVER using Wayfair again, neither will the rest of my children. What a shame, WHAT HAPPENED TO WHAT WAS A GOOD DEPENDABLE COMPANY?

    First of all, their shipping to Canada from USA is sloooow. They are a dropshipping company, I believe items shipping from the USA first get sent to a warehouse, and then from there a courier takes them to Canada. In my case, they lost my order before it even made it on the Fedex truck. Don't order anything you need by a certain date. I need my order in 2 days, and instead of overnighting it to me, which they still have time to do, they are refusing to do so. Generously, they did offer me a refund and 10% off my next order! Stay away if you can help it.

    I received a damage wall unit. I called. They were closed. I then chatted online with a representative. Was told to call back Monday through Friday. Called customer service. Spent hours being transferred to another representative to another representative. I uploaded two damage parts of the wall unit. The fireplace does not work and heat up. It only lights up. I've complained so many times and nothing was done. Never got replacement parts. Never got a refund. Never got a shipping label to return. I am still in limbo and I have to fight with my credit card company for a dispute. There is no action taken. I keep getting emails with a no reply so I can't even respond to them. This is done through a third party so be very careful ordering anything from Wayfair.

    They would not cancel my order, it has only been about 8 hours since placed. So they sent the item anyways and told me they would waive the return fee. Then when I went to return it they said I was being charged regardless when I never even opened it. So I paid almost $60 plus tax for an item I didn't even open, just for it to go back to store brand new. That is inconceivable. I just want my full refund. It's all lies.

    I ordered 2 poolside chairs from them. They were beautiful but the colors were different than on the site. The next day I called to return the pcs and I was told that I will have to pay for shipping out of pocket since I didn't have the shipping boxes. I got these in ripped up boxes to begin with. I agreed and shipped it back as instructed to the address that was emailed to me. After getting confirmation from FedEx, with proof of delivery signatures, I checked on the status of the refund only to be told they didn't receive the chairs. I did everything possible to prove to them that the chairs were returned but, Kisha S. with Executive Resolution Specialist, would not let the refund come through.

    I even tried to escalate the matter as it was $1,250.79 of my hard earned money and she would always respond by letting me know that she will make sure this matter is closed and no refund is due. I'm still bitter about this and will make sure I voice this to anyone that mentions Wayfair to me. I returned the goods as I was told and kept my end of the bargain but Wayfair didn't. I tried reaching corporate, only to receive an email instructing me to reach out to the Executive Resolution team. I have called a lot of times and asked someone to call me back to sort this out, but no one calls me back. Disgusted and sad because they have good stuff, but bad policies that keep me away.

    I purchased a chaise lounge on March 1, 2023 and noticed on March 22nd that the price dropped by $20. Since, it had been less than 30 days, I requested a refund of the $20 plus applicable tax, but was told that since the price drop was not due to a sale, they would not refund the price difference unless it was within 7 days of the purchase date, even though it took longer than 7 days to receive the product. I told them I would no longer do business with them, and I've done a lot over the years and they said, "sorry to hear that" and offered a 10% coupon. They'd rather lose my business than refund $20.     Ordered a bookcase from Wayfair, paid for the hassle free expert assembly, the guy was careless and broke 2 pieces and therefore made it unusable. They are sending a replacement item -- to just get the parts would take 2.5 weeks while the whole item 1.5 weeks. So getting the full item. Wayfair customer service was very unhelpful only taking $30 off the assembly. Ummm--not only was it not assembled and it is broken. All the items from my old bookcase are now on my office floor making it difficult to use. Very disappointing. The guy just left leaving me to clean up the mess he made and put things back in the box. He also said he didn't care because insurance would cover it. THIS IS A HUGE HASSLE. False advertising and wayfair could care less.

    I ordered the wrong TV stand as I wanted the one *with* a fireplace and ordered the one *without*. Even though I saw what I had done right away and cancelled the SAME day, they processed my order THREE DAYS LATER! So, I wanted to upgrade, but "Too bad for you, it's on the way" seems to be the attitude. This is so sketchy to me and it just feels like a way to get people to keep the item rather than going through the hassle of sending back furniture. I have never really liked Wayfair as I find them expensive, especially what Canadians pay compared to the US site. I also paid over $1000 for two armchairs and they both came with damaged fabric, so the quality is also in question for me.     My package was out for delivery by FedEx but was never delivered. I chatted and was told I needed to contact FedEx to see where my package was. I do not think it is my job as the customer to do that. Tried chatting again 2 days later and was not able to re-open the chat. Emailed twice with no response. Contacted by text and after the second attempt finally received a response from a helpful person who actually acknowledged that my package was lost for 6 days. This is a big company that should have enough staff to help customers with lost items. This was my first order with this company and I am not impressed.

    I placed an order for 3 tables. I only received one. It was obvious based on weight only 1 was sent. I called customer service and was told I had to wait 3 days and call back before they could resend the 2 tables that were showing available on their site. I called 3 days later and was told they are sold out and won’t have them back in stock till next year. I would never had ordered the tables if I couldn’t get 3. In order to refund all 3 I would have to take apart the one I did receive and ship it back. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to speak to me.     UPDATED 03/22/2023: I received another bill from Comenity on a closed account. They billed a late fee and an additional fee of $8.00 so now I owe them $14.00 on a closed account. Time to call my attorney. I have already placed a complaint with the California department of Financial Protection. Guess I need to file one with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau with the federal government.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: We purchased some furniture from Wayfair a couple years ago. We paid off the purchase and some months later received a late notice in the amount of $50+ for monthly fees, interest and late fees. We thought the account was closed since it had been paid off. I contacted Comenity who assured me the account was closed but that I would still have to pay the final bill. Fine, I did so.

    Last December I received another bill for $89 for monthly fees, late fees and interest on all above. I called and complained that the account was closed so why were we being charged fees on a closed account. I asked the fees be removed and their response was that they were too old to do so. I paid it with assurance that we would never hear from them again.

    This morning, yep, you guessed it, I receive another bill, this time for only $6.00 in fees and interest. I called and told them I was filing a complaint to the State of Califonia, which I did. Enough. What is it going to take to close an account. I will never shop at this company again nor do any business with any company that uses Comenity. I am done.

    What a scam. Ordered 2 sets of dishes from them. Before I ever received them the items, according to an email sent to me by Wayfair, went down in price by a total of ten dollars total. I received an email that they were being delivered today from UPS and then, a few hours later an email from Wayfair indication that they were on sale. Called Wayfair and they would not honor new price. Spoke to supervisor and would not budge. Told them I would refuse delivery and they said there would be a fourteen dollar refund charge. My honest opinion is that their marketing policy is to look at what you viewed and then lure you with a lower price. Somehow they missed that I had ordered it. If they had never sent me the email I would have never known. Wayfair actually demeans themselves by when their supervisor says they are just like Overstock.com. Have ordered from them before --doubt I will again.

    We had ordered a sofa at least a month before delivery, we had to change the delivery date because my son and his wife had a baby early. The DAY of the delivery Wayfair called to say they don't have it in stock and will return our money. First of all, they had sent us MULTIPLE emails about delivery. No one ever said anything about being out of stock. One of two things happened, it was a really great deal and they realized they were selling it too cheap, or when we rescheduled delivery they sold our outdoor sofa. Either way it is complete **, not to mention that they sent me art hung upside down and an $800 tub with giant chunks out of two corners. Don't do business with this company. My son was having people visit and is now scrambling to find something for them to sit on!

    Saved to order a nice platform bed. After googling quite a bit, I found a great one on the Wayfair site. It came really quick, within one day. What I realize now is that it arrives so quick because they are peddling garbage. It was the wrong finish, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but then over half of the hardware was stripped. Meaning I would turn the bolt, it would catch, but would just spin and spin without tightening. I’m pretty handy so I found a way around it with a drill and wood glue. But seriously, this isn’t something you should be found with a new bed.

    Once it was together I realized one of the side pieces was wavy and warped. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the quality of my purchase. The problem with companies like this is they have a widespread digital footprint. They hire people to leave tons of positive reviews on items and the problem orders are drowned out. If you don’t see that’s what they’re doing, that’s too bad and I wish you luck. They did return 40% of my purchase price, but why am I dealing with a company that is accustomed to doing this, and why am I in this situation with a brand-new bed to begin with? Just use your money somewhere more trustworthy.

    I had a Wayfair account and had paid it in full. In January I received a notification of a purchase that was not mine nor authorized by me, along with a notification that my account had been closed. Thinking that Wayfair had caught the fraudulent charge I thought no more about it. In February, I received a statement reflecting the fraudulent charge. I called and made a report for the fraudulent charge (it was obvious that it was shipped to an address that was not mine and had never been used by me). So now I get a statement that has past due charges added in and I am told the exact same thing by the billing office - "We'll file a report." The employee even admitted that they typically will not approve a charge that is shipped to a different address. So after the call today, I decided it was time to give them an appropriate review. Be very careful if you choose to have an account with them.

    I've purchased items from Wayfair in the past and always had a really good experience. They always went over and above to provide excellent service along with products that were always good quality. This time was a completely different experience. I purchased bedroom furniture for my mom in an assisted living facility. I got a metal frame bed, a dresser and nightstand. The nightstand arrived at the end of January. The bed frame and dresser mid-February. Mom had a few issues getting adjusted so the mgmt suggested she go over to the Memory Care area to help get adjusted, then move back to assisted living.

    After she got to memory care, the ALF was sold and the new mgmt said they did not transition residents back to ALF. Her room in MC was not big enough for all the furniture I got for her and needed to return it. Everything was still in the boxes. The first person I spoke to spent more time verifying every piece of information imaginable, then as I explained what I needed, she clearly wasn't paying attention because she got the details wrong. Then she told me she couldn't return the nightstand because it was ONE WEEK past the 30 days. Not even because of the circumstances. I was surprised because I expected more from the business based on previous experiences. So I cancelled to talk to someone else.

    I asked to speak to a supervisor. I gave her the order number...and she wanted to go through the whole interrogation to verify everything. I asked her to just transfer me and she refused. As I started explaining to her she was talking over me...which I absolutely LOVE :-/ So I hung up. Called a THIRD time. I just asked to talk to a supervisor. THIS woman, her name was Kimberly, was actually nice - she said I sounded sad, and asked what she could do. I explained to her and she listened, was kind and said she'd get a supervisor to waive the return window. But when talking to the 'supervisor' I was shocked at how poor her quality of service was.

    Wayfair sells a LOT of furniture. If you need to return it, you are going to pay a hefty return fee. My $189 dresser had a $60 return fee. And the little $130 night stand is costing me about $25 to return. So I am losing almost 1/3 of what I paid to return these 2 items. That's a ridiculous amount, especially considering how much furniture they sell. She told me she would email me the labels. I asked if she could email the labels to the ALF since they'd be handling the return. She wouldn't do it. She emailed them to ME and I had to forward the email to them...A simple nuisance but considering this is a supervisor, you'd think they'd try to simplify things and make them EASIER. It was like they were making things as complicated and difficult as possible. I had also purchased a metal bed frame. I would have liked to return it, but with as heavy as that item is, I'd be losing over half what I paid for it to return it.

    Returns through other companies are much easier. And less expensive. Large companies like this usually make deals with returns so they aren't as expensive. Even something as simple as return labels...I've NEVER heard of UPS or FedEx making YOU do the return labels. They usually arrive with them. I have to say I will NEVER purchase any other items from Wayfair ever again. Their prices may be decent, but not if you need to return an item. Then it becomes an expensive fiasco and the customer service is awful. Shame. Because they used to be GREAT.

    I purchased a chair from Wayfair. Received a chair that had very poor quality workmanship. The piping on the side was not correctly sewn, the material on the back and seat of the chair was not stretched properly causing waves in the fabric. The cushion piping was not sewn straight and the cushion did not fit the chair properly. Wayfair used a bait and switch tactic to sell this chair. The picture did not match the chair that I received. Wayfair would not refund my money and I had to jump thru hoops with their supplier and provide numerous pictures of labels that were on the box, pictures of the chair from all sides. I did provide all the info to the supplier and they never responded to me.

    I then contacted Wayfair complaining I had no response and questioned why I was dealing with their supplier as I had purchased the chair from wayfair not their supplier. Wayfair then sent me a shipping label which made me believe they were providing free shipping to return the damaged chair. However, when I received my credit on my card, Wayfair had only returned part of the money and keep $67.

    On January 30th 2023 we order 6 leather dining chair sets. On February 7th we received 2 chairs damaged and reported to Wayfair for replacement. As of February 28th 2023 on my online account still showing replacement parts ordered. On February 28th 2023 we called wayfair customer support and lady supervisor saying chair is discontinue and we can not able to send exactly same chairs and offer me similar chair but not same 2 chairs. Eubanks Upholstered Dining Chair (Set of 2).

    It is wayfair problems not to provide 2 replacement chairs so I offer them to send me this 2 Eubanks Upholstered Dining Chair (Set of 2) replacement chairs with no extra cost or start to return all 6 chairs. Also she offer me 40% off of only 2 damaged chairs but I don't need 40% off, only needs replacement or return all 6 chairs. As of February 28th 2023 we throw all big bulky boxes in garbage so wayfair has to arrange the box to return pick up. But wayfair refused to accept. It is completely unacceptable wayfair customer support today. I been wayfair customer since 2008 and giving lots of business in USA in past. I hope someone can resolve the issue peacefully under the customer satisfactions. Will attached the original invoice with damaged front and back pictures from package. Completely disappointed from wayfair Canada. USA headquarter must take actions. Thank you.

    We ordered a chair with a 5 day estimated delivery window. They missed this and it still would not deliver 4 days past when expected. I called when the delivery window was over, the rep stated the label was created a week ago but no other info was available. I realized it was not going to meet my expectations and tried to cancel. They suddenly knew where it was but could give no info on when it would deliver. They blamed the warehouse and FedEx. They would not cancel this order and told me they could help me. Helping me included me having to just sit around and wait for confirmation and then take 3 extra steps to prevent it from sitting in the rain for weeks until I got back. Wayfair has a strong “that’s a you problem”. No accountability and every rep has a different story. Managers act like they are helping but they are actually just saying it’s not our fault or our problem.
