    The worst customer service and delivery service. They cancelled on me 3 times when I took off from work to accept my furniture. Not acceptable. They called. Said they were delivering. I waited for them then they cancelled a few hours later for no reason.

    I had an issue with 2 items that I recently purchased. One was a buffet table that arrived and one of the doors was the wrong door. The second item was the glass sliding barn door that was missing all the door handle, hex bolt, lag bolt, floor guide, junction plate, acorn nut, door stopper, anti-jump pad and the adjustable spacer. Not only were all those parts missing, the holes that were created in the door were blocked by the wrapping on the wood. I'm extremely disappointed with their carelessness and poor quality products. I will not purchase anything from them again and will let family and friends know as well not to waste their money on Wayfair products.

    I will never purchase anything from here again. I ordered a coffee table. It was wrong color. I noticed it about 8 hr after I ordered it. They refused to change the order or cancel the order before it even shipped. Never will I buy from here again. Waste 220$.

    They cancelled my order after saying it was pricing error. I am not the only one this seems to happen a lot. They didn’t want to honor anything and offered a 10% discount only. I will never shop here again. This was actually going to be my first time. Amazon would of never done this.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible! We purchased (3) poker tables from IDS Online Poker tables through Wayfair. We did not know until after paying it would take over 3 weeks to receive. Upon receipt and unpacking over 27 boxes (totally frustrating) we realized NO INSTRUCTIONS or NUTS/BOLTS/TOOLS were included. Things only grew worse from here. They only have an email for you contact them. Wayfair provided 2 telephone numbers, both went to a voicemail during business hours. No response 2 weeks later.

    This morning Wayfair advises it will take another week 1.5 weeks to ship and another 3 weeks to receive the hardware. We are not even sure if Wayfair provided the correct issues we are having. This is totally ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. We are opening new locations and were referred to ID as we need a 35 new tables for our next location. We had to improvise and purchase tools ourselves as we can not return the tables due to our tourny. But, we will not return to this terrible company. Buyer beware! Wayfair shows it is a last option compared to their competitors. They have obvious NO control over their vendors and do VERY LITTLE on the customer's behalf. We will not use again or refer positively. Sending emails at 4 am in the morning and taking 24-48 hours to reply with plain emails.

    Wayfair scheme appears to be like other poorly run companies, get the fees and screw the clients BECAUSE most people DO NOT READ REVIEWS. Wayfair attracts the type of vendors that are poorly rated and we have learned our lesson well. Horrible, horrible, horrible. BTW, we don't need to hear from you Wayfair, we already went through your customer service AND it is horrible! Shame on you, but karma will get you... just like it have other poorly runned, customer service businesses. The word will get out about you. Now I see why Wayfair ranks low. Tip for consumers: Avoid Wayfair and IDS Online Corp. PLEASE read reviews FIRST! Past customers are hoping and helping you AVOID the same or worse treatment and MONEY loss.

    Purchased this as a birthday/Christmas gift for someone who lives out of state, it came a day late and box completely destroyed. Hoping for the best I opened the box and the items are damaged and completely thrown around in the box, the chair had rips. Broken wood pieces and broken wood dowels, contacted “consumer service” to explain and they are stating they can not help with a refund to replace the item (that was need the day prior but arrived late) until I send the broken one back and then it will still take 3-5 days for a refund (day before the holiday) once they receive the product, so I would not get a refund until the New Year. Worst “consumer service” I have ever experienced, I will stick to Amazon!

    I bought a comforter that was vacuum packed, the comforter has permanent wrinkles, also the quilt sticking has pulled out immediately, very poor quality. The material of the comforter is cheap looking, the picture made the comforter look much more high quality than the comforter actually is.

    Wayfair and Roxanne the escalation manager have refused my refund claiming I opened a dispute with my bank which you cannot do through afterpay. Roxanne claims that I have to wait 45-90 days for my refund due to a dispute that doesn't even exist.

    Wayfair’s customer service is awful. Once an item is shipped they wash their hands off it. Had 2 large boxes delivered to wrong address and they told me to hire an XL Uber to go pick it up. Took no responsibility and offered no help. Cannot trust them to get a product to you.

    Wayfair scam their customers forcing them to take product they do not want before it leaves the warehouse. Their game is to charge $35 to return something to the warehouse that has not left with the 30 minutes. Made several calls were lied to by two different agents. One canceled the shipment. One stated there was nothing else they could do. The purposes to get the product to your door and then you have to pay to have it returned when they have plenty of time to cancel before the shipment ever left their warehouse. They want you to believe that once you make place that order within 30 minutes and label is printed and that product is on a FedEx truck within 30 Minutes. They’re scamming people for the $35 and the product is trash. It’s not worth it. So far everything from Wayfair is trash. Stop buying from Wayfair.

    Wayfair's online return policy DOES NOT reflect accurately. I ordered a bath vanity; and canceled the order BEFORE any delivery. The supervisor, Rod, whom I spoke to, indicated I had to pay a delivery charge even though the product was never delivered to my home. I did not sign for anything. And, yet Rod/Wayfair still charged me $182.00 for a delivery that I never received and I canceled. Wayfair's online return policy indicates that products are returnable within 30 days. He tried to email me a different policy (that was not available to me when I made the purchase). I will never purchase from this dishonest company again. I also informed my friends and everyone within my circle NOT to buy from Wayfair.

    Wayfair considers your purchase a "remorse" purchase if you want to return it for any reason other than it being defective. Difficulty being products online when color is tricky and pictures aren't necessarily accurate when reflecting color. Return shipping costs were ridiculous because it was bedding. Will never purchase anything from them again.

    I will never buy from this corrupt company ever again. They created 2 listings for the EXACT SAME couch I bought, with two different prices. So I happened to buy the more expensive one and then saw that there was a listing that was cheaper and when I contacted them to get a refund for the price difference they said they don't price match even on their own products. And their customer service made it clear that this company has no morals or ethics of any kind and are just trying to rip people off and get profit.

    I had problems with Wayfair before concerning delivery, but I decided to give it another try. So, I bought 4 chairs that were shipped separated. When the 2 first ones arrived, I thought I ordered them wrong and ordered two more. Less than 2 hours later I put the new order, I realized that the problem was with the delivery and not with the order. I called right away to cancel the order, but there was no way they would cancel it. The reason: A shipment number was already created. Of course, those chairs were not eligible for return. I’ve never seen in my whole life you’re not being able to cancel an order that you put less than 2 hours before. Especially a big order like that. Wayfair was dishonest.

    Bought tile from Wayfair to complete our kitchen backsplash. I was excited because online they looked to be beautiful. The picture they had was of multiple toned tile. So I was surprised when I received the tile, and there is only the slightest change in tone between the tiles. (Will attach photo). Not only is the picture advertised not the same as the tiles we received, there were specks and almost stain looking marks all over 80% of the tiles.

    When we reached out to the resolution management team, they told us to send more pictures. I did. Then they said they needed more pictures and a full video. Which I also provided. They said that the specks and stains in the tiles are shown in the picture (only if you have a magnifying glass) and it was my fault. A fourth time I was asked to send another picture to show that the tones do not change and it’s all one shade of tile I was given. After they reviewed again, they said that I could either get a 10% discount on the tiles or they would take them back (this has all taken over a month to review and correspond etc. that we had to go and pick out a new tile from another store to finish the kitchen).

    So we asked when they take the tiles back, what happens. They said if they deem it acceptable, they will refund the money. If they do not deem it acceptable, they will not be sending back the tile and they will not refund the money. So they are essentially saying that it’s possible I’m out the hundreds of dollars if they think it is fine. They have already proven to be difficult and I have no doubt they will reject the claim. Which, as you can see in the pictures, the tiles were falsely advertised.

    When asked to speak to a manager or superior, they said there was no one higher. When asked if we could speak on the phone, they again said this was not possible. I have dealt with Wayfair in the past and had excellent customer service, even with products that were damaged or not satisfactory. They have changed the way they run it, and I would Save yourself the headache and do not order from Wayfair. I know we won’t be anymore. This has been such a horrible experience.

    I thought Wayfair was a reputable place to shop, however I can honestly say that now I know why people shop at Amazon. Customer Service is horrible. If you have a straightforward order then you are fine. Beware if you need any assistance from customer service for any type of errors. They do not help and are so unprofessional. I was shipped the wrong item and they did nothing to rectify the matter, had to call three times to be placed on hold and told it was shipped with no expediting and received it after the date I needed it. Awful. Shop other places that you know help when needed. Would not recommend Wayfair at all.

    I ordered two reclining chairs due to their great advertised price. I didn't realize it would take a month for it to be supposedly delivered, but I was not in a rush so I decided to wait it out. No updates on delivery. Just a tracking number through a place that doesn't have any live chat unless you pay for it. My items finally showed they were delivered last Friday. However, they were not. I emailed their customer service 2 days ago inquiring about where my items may have been delivered with no response as of yet. Terrible experience!

    My experience was very disappointing. I received my sintered stone table broken in a half and Wayfair could not offer me a replacement. They processed my refund without picking up the broken table, so now I'm stuck with oversized and overweight broken table to dispose at my own expense. And on top of it, I do not have a table to use for my Christmas dinner and the set of chairs which I would probably have to return too because they might not match a different table I have to purchase. This experience was not the first also, back in September I had similar experience with dresses I bought from Wayfair. It's also arrived damaged and it's took over a month for them finally to say that they couldn't replace it and process a refund. I'm very unhappy with Wayfair customer service and how they treat their customers. I would think twice before ordering something from Wayfair.

    Tisha **. I am so disappointed with Wayfair. I have been doing business with them for years, and their customer service and products have changed, and it sucks!. 1 I purchased a reclining loveseat. I received two of the same side arms. I had to wait for that to be replaced. 2. I purchased 700 worth of pergolas for my deck. I had to pay 300 for professional installment, and they are poorly made. I sent videos of the top swinging in the wind. They were gliding across the poles, making noise until they flew off the base.

    They want to offer me a 10% discount or pay someone to remove the pergolas, pack them up again (find some boxes for them to fit), and send them back for a refund! I have spoken with multiple people since 10/17, and this is still not resolved. I ordered a table and received two tops vs a top and a base. It's three weeks, and I am still waiting. I was told today they cancelled the shipment because they need a picture or proof they sent the wrong item (two tops). I am so done with Wayfair! No more! If I can give a zero, I would!

    First time ordering a product on Wayfair and never again. I ordered a dresser for my expecting baby and was provided an estimated delivery of 11/29, which would work out perfectly because I need it fast to assemble and prepare for the nursery. Contacted them on the 11/30, and they said they’d send a replacement since the first one might’ve been lost, and was then promised another “delivery date” for 12/6. Here we are 12/8, I still haven’t receive anything, so I went to a store to just buy a new one and reached out and asked to cancel. They refuse to cancel and insist that I’d need to wait to receive the item then pay for shipping to have it sent back. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me. This is a scam company.

    I signed up for Wayfair rewards and the Wayfair credit card. DO NOT BOTHER. I thought I’d be buying lots of things from Wayfair for the new house, but it’s all been terrible and I’d just rather pay more to have the customer service and the actual product I thought I ordered delivered to my home. I ordered two night stands thinking they were three wooden drawers in a night stand. They are cloth and cheap, so be wary about your furniture and if it’s actually wood material or just cloth.

    I ordered a couch. It’s been lost in transit. They couldn’t order me another one because it’s backordered. They said they could give me a refund, but that just goes back to my Wayfair credit card I opened… or I can get Wayfair credits. Wayfair is not helpful and I am stuck trying to get this stuff situated. They don’t make it easy and all the customer service people say are “so sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to help resolve this”… without any resolution.

    I purchased two leather chairs. On my invoice shows 2 were shipped. Only one arrived. Since they are on one tracking number it shows they were delivered which is not true. Did receive one like the chair. Customer service said I would have to wait 10 business days for them to contact me. Unacceptable. These are paid for. Customer service has no idea what has happened. Not satisfied at all. Would not recommend when buying pricier items left in no ware land as to where my other chair is would not recommend. Customer service agents are polite but have no idea of finding things.

    I ordered a Mattress in a Box and later the same day, I ordered a Frame for the mattress. Per the Wayfair site when ordered, delivery was Quick Delivery 2-3 days. 2 days after purchase, I received a notification from Wayfair and FedEx that they were both "out for delivery". Didn't show. Received the same notification for the next 3 days in a row, still nothing delivered. Then on the 5th day, the frame was delivered, and although the notification said both were on the truck and out for delivery, still didn't receive the bed. So here it is 5 days after the purchase and still no bed to sleep on. I would not recommend ordering from Wayfair and I will never make that mistake again!

    I would never order anything from Wayfair again. And Here’s why: after much research, I very carefully selected a summer chaise for my husband’s bday. He can be tough, so I was very mindful of my choice. When the chaise was delivered, I immediately saw that Wayfair sent an entirely different lounger — 1 of much lower quality! Customer service was so horrible! The woman was rude and tried to tell me that the chaise Wayfair delivered was what I had chosen, and therefore, I ineligible to return it. Long story short, we got stuck with a piece of garbage that was worth way less than the $250 I spent!! The chaise Wayfair delivered is of such low quality that it TIPS OVER when anybody tries to sit in it. I had to put it away for safety reasons. I am out $250 with nothing to show for it. I still can’t figure out how Wayfair gets away with such Deceptive business practices.

    I ordered certain items that were scheduled to come the first week of December for Christmas - one being a Christmas tree. The shipping time came and went and when I spoke to Wayfair, they stated it "should" arrive in another week. The tracking number is gone from my product and no one can provide me any other details than that and they won't let me cancel the order. If you want something by a certain time, don't buy it from Wayfair. It's not going to come and when you ask where it is, they are just going to say "sorry". Also, my other item arrived damaged and that seems to be a hassle to get replaced as well. Good luck to anyone buying from Wayfair in Canada.

    Shower door never arrived. First one was damaged before delivery. I had to call Wayfair to get another one coming. They were not aware of the damage. The reordered panel has yet to arrive.     I am having horrible experience with Wayfair.. I ordered for a Corona Sideboard on Nov 1, 2024 for the price $319.99 and received the package by FedEx on Nov 7th. Upon opening the box, I found some of the boards are unnumbered whereas the assembly instruction goes by the board numbers. But the worst part is the box did not have the hardware pack. So I had no means to assemble the sideboard. So, I called, texted the support. After long discussion to convince them, the support agreed to mail me the missing hardware pack. I did not hear anything for next 6-7 days. So texted them again and went through another round of long discussion, they agreed again to mail me the missing hardware pack. Wayfair emailed me that the replacement Hardware pack has been shipped on Nov 22. They also gave me a FedEx tracking number. Since then I have been checking every day on FedEx website.

    Today is December 4th. Check FedEx website again. Even after 12 days since they claimed to have shipped the missing hardware pack, it still says on FedEx website "Label Created" and "A delivery date will be updated as soon as they receive the package". So my sideboard package is still lying unassembled and useless for last one month!!!

    I ordered a daybed and trundle and the delivery date changed. When the items were finally delivered, I received the trundle and a powerlift chair instead of the daybed. Customer service said the manufacturer would contact me in 3 days; however the additional delay is extremely inconvenient.     I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent subject order placed on November 1st. The item I received is defective and not working. I promptly initiated the return process on Wayfair's site and meticulously followed every required step, including uploading the necessary photo. However, after I selected the Fedex QR code and drop-off option for returning the item and clicked continue, I was met with an error message instructing me to restart the entire process. Now, the refund option has completely disappeared from my account, leaving me utterly frustrated and disappointed with Wayfair's service.

    On November 30, 2024 I placed an order for a wicker deck box. I filled out the for and on shipping I put my Company address and when it came time to select payment method I entered my Credit card information. Now reminder my shipping and billing address and name are different. I finished my order and then I get an email that my order had been canceled for inconsistencies in the information provided. So I re-entered the information and changed the details and put my name first and my Company name second with the same address as I previously put on the first order, again the order was canceled by Wayfair. I called the number furnished and wanted to know why this is happening. After approximately 8 minutes I was told that they still were canceling my order. I asked why and was told that they did not have to give me this information and I should shop elsewhere. I am 83 years old with a 800 credit rating and have never been told to "Shop elsewhere" I would not recommend this Company to anyone. On a second note I did shop elsewhere and paid $62.00 less for the same item.

    We paid over $1,000 for 2 chests of drawers plus assembly. The assembler broke 1 drawer & then turned her phone off. Got a replacement part from Wayfair, but the drawer was next to impossible to assemble. Parts don't fit well, connectors are nonstandard & hard to use, wood is soft, breakable pine. After a couple months of use, drawers fall apart, come off roller tracks. Looks nice, but poorly designed and cheaply made. Hardly worth 1/10 what we paid.

    Spoke to CS on phone requesting "White Glove Delivery" charged $40+ CS requested for delivery placed in room only not setting up, taking away packaging etc.! Having to pay someone additional being a senior citizen was not friendly to my budget. This Nightmare started with delivery time 7am-7pm with text stating would receive a 4 hr timeframe prior too. We'll received time frame after 10pm the night before. The day before I called CS and Shipping at least 4x throughout the day and night before! Received text timeframe at 7:01am the morning of with a time frame of 5 hrs!

    I live in a high rise which requires elevator scheduling which due to noncommunication from delivery time a move was scheduled in my building from 12-3.pm which Wayfair's latest time of 1pm wouldn't be possible for the use of elevator. I live on the 7th fl. Overall this is the 1st time that I've experienced this nightmare with ordering for myself & relatives from Wayfair! Got to rethink and pray before ordering again!!

    Purchased a light for my dining room that fell off the ceiling after just over a month. The screws that were attached broke due to poor quality. I contacted Wayfair who said there's nothing they can do because it's past 30 days. This is despite it clearly saying there's a 1 year warranty on their website.     This was my first (over $1,000) purchase from Wayfair. I am not normally impressed with businesses but Wayfair did an excellent job fulfilling my order, assembling and delivering. I purchased a bed frame and mattress. Because I am a senior, I needed it assembled. They delivered the frame via FedEx. The next days the assembler came and put up the new frame. A few days later, Wayfair delivered the mattress. Everything was seamless and went very smoothly. I could not have been more satisfied.

    Less than one. Wayfair delivered the base of a coffee table only, with no word as to why the marble top was not delivered. I spoke with 5 different Wayfair representatives over four days, all of which promised they would have FedEx pick up the heavy table base as promised. Once FedEx did actually pick up the table base, however, the next day it was back on the driveway. Hours later, all I can do is cross my fingers that FedEx and Wayfair do their job and have it removed tomorrow as again promised. Deal with these companies at your own risk..

    I have ordered a fancy table for Thanksgiving party. I order on November 11. I schedule for home delivery on November 16. On November 16, they email me saying can not deliver my item because they do not have it. They want me to wait 72 hours for the update. I expect them to call or email me back after 72 hours, but they did not. On November 20, I call them, and they say they have my item and schedule for November 23 for delivery. I ask can I get it earlier, but they says they are short handed. So fine, I wait 3 more days.

    On November 23, I got an update email from them. They check my item and they see it is damaged, so now the deliver is cancel again. I call them again and they say I need to wait another 72 hours for update. I says if it come after Thanksgiving, the item has no purpose anymore. I want to cancel and refund it. They say I can not cancel it. I say, "I want to talk to your manager," but she would not transfer me there. I feel completely scammed.

    I bought a leather chair from Wayfair. It was delivered to my home in a very banged up box. When I opened the plastic wrap around the chair I discovered a slit in the leather on the seat. I contacted Wayfair and they told me that they could either fix the chair which will require me to take a day off of work or I can send the chair back. I decided to send the chair back. I had to repack the chair, drag the chair out of my home and leave it outside my house. I am not a young person and that’s difficult for me, but I did and it was ordered picked up. My new chair came in a badly damaged box worse than the one received before. It looked like it was packed by a customer and not a company.

    The second chair had slits on the armrest. I called Wayfair and told them the problem. They offered me $100 discount to keep the chair, return the chair again and hope someone in quality control might have actually checked it before leaving the warehouse. Of course I always had the option to wrap, pack and drag the chair out of my home again, return everything and just get a full refund. After three weeks of waiting for this chair to finally go in a place where it was needed I decided to take the refund, but I am really not happy with Wayfair’s offer. It is like they are reselling damaged goods to their customers on top of having their paying customers pack and drag their defective products back and forth. The products should be checked before being sent to their customers.

    I ordered a Christmas wreath in October because it was on sale for $90. Pre-lit 4 ft by 4 ft because we were going to put it above our garage door. We didn't even think to check it, however when we just opened it today on November 22nd because we were putting up Christmas decorations, half of the lights do not work. I called to see if I could exchange it, not simply return it but exchange it for a new one. They said I could not do it because I was over the 33 days for returns. I can understand if I was simply returning it outright but I just wanted them to send me a new one and I would return the damaged one. I can tell you right now that I will never shop there again and I have been a very loyal customer. I decorated my entire basement and my son's renovated bathroom with them. Such a shame they really need to get with the program with return policy.

    As a professional buyer, I placed 5 items in my cart, called the professional team at Wayfair and asked about purchasing now (mid November) or wait for Black Friday sales. The representative told me not to worry that they had me covered. Excitedly, I went ahead with my order. I placed this large order, over $2200, and before receiving my order, I went on their site and noticed that each item is being sold for less money.     Total garbage. 50% of my orders are defective or completely destroyed during shipping. Plus, they always say it will arrive in a few days then after you order something change the shipping date for weeks later. Additionally, they don't care at all if you complain. They don't offer anything for their incredibly poor service. As a matter of fact, the only thing worse than all the cheap garbage they sell is the even worse customer support they provide.     I ordered a sofa from Wayfair, it was stated it would arrive on 11/14, I needed it by that date, all of a sudden tracking info disappeared, now stated delivery would be delayed, if I do not receive it by 11/24 I should contact them. There is a virtual messaging you cannot reach a real customer service, finally in a chat option I was told should be receiving it in 6 days, if it arrives I am not sure how the quality of it just seeing this poor customer service. If you need something on time, do not rely on wayfair, I wish I had ordered from Amazon when service and tracking reliable at least. I would call it fraud if when selling the product you are given a date for delivery then it will not come in another week. Just warning..

    I returned a kitchen table because it was damaged upon delivery. The package was lost in return shipping and they will not issue a refund. I have been reaching out for two months and they continuously tell me they are sending my issue to the resolution management team. Two months later and not one single person has responded to my emails or phone calls and I am still waiting for the refund. This company has absolutely no customer service in place so if anything goes wrong with your order you are never going to get it resolved. They should not be in business if they can’t even manage to resolve a simple return. I am STILL waiting for a reply and refund and the product was returned and picked up on September 25.     The following review is based on a 10 x 14 foot shed. It's heavy and comes in 2 boxes. I am currently on hold with customer "service". If they do not pick up the "scheduled" pickup today it will be 5 times I have attempted a pick up. The first 2 times the pickup team did not have a pallet jack to place the item on the truck. The 3rd time they listed as "unable to pick up". I have been home all 4 times and today and the 3rd time - no one came to the door to knock to see if I was home. Again, if I have to reschedule again today - like right now - IT WILL BE FIVE TIMES (or more) that it took for WayFair to pick up the return.

    Per Wayfair "item needs to be returned to them by a certain date" or I do not get a refund for this very expensive item. I have asked to speak to a manager or someone from Wayfair corporate to make sure the issue is addressed in procedure and about the local team they hire but no phone call, no email, not even a text. I will never buy an item from Wayfair no matter how large or small. This review will be posted on various review sites and anywhere else people will review a company before doing business with them. This is beyond frustrating missing 4+ days of work AND Cancelling vacation trips due their incompetence. UPDATE: Yes, they missed today and it will now be 5 plus times before pickup.

However, it is shedding all over, I am told this is normal (never had one does this that bad before even cheap ones) so if I want to return I need to pay $70.     I am not sure what happened to Wayfair. I already filled a complaints through BBB. Please save your time and your money. They made a error in sending me a return label. I had two return a kitchen table that had arrived damaged. The table was sent through two boxes. One box has the head of the table and the other box had the legs of the table. When I return the table I put the label that I was sent from customer service on the two boxes. Fedex picked up the two boxes and it was delivered to wayfair warehouse. Because the customer service only sent me one Fedex label for two boxes to put on the two boxes, it looks only one box was delivered. Even though I sent them videos that shows Fedex picking up the two boxes. Wayfair only refunded half of the order.

    I don't even know why they separated the order. One price was for the legs and the other for the head of the table. What they refunded me was for the head of the table but didn't refund me for the legs which it was $ 287. I sent numerous emails and videos and refused to send me the full refund. At this point my mental health is more important than to keep fighting with them as they were not listening to what I was trying to explain to them with the boxes. As well what do they think I am going to do with the legs of the table. Ridiculous. I am done fighting them. Wayfair keep my $ 287. I will continue to tell everyone of the horrible customer service wayfair has.

    Purchased a new range exhaust fan for my kitchen remodel. Going open shelf, so need a fairly slim unit. The item I selected seemed perfect; however, as soon as I opened it, I realized the mounting holes were deeper than 12", so I wouldn't be able to hang it. I immediately repackaged it and attempted what they brag is a "no hassle return." The app said the item was ineligible for return, so I contacted Wayfair and was told the same "sorry" bit. When I pushed for a reason, they investigated and said their back-end system reflects that it was an open-box item. Now I'm more annoyed, because the listing did not indicate that, nor does the invoice or my account in the app. They sold me an open-box item without my knowledge, and then proceeded to deny a return on that basis.     I recently placed a substantial order of metal planters totaling $1,200 with All Modern/Wayfair, expecting the high-quality service typically associated with a purchase of this size. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short. After receiving several emails confirming my order’s shipment, I was dismayed when only half of my original order arrived. Instead, the shipment included six large planters I had never selected planters, in fact, not even listed on their website.

    Upon notifying All Modern/Wayfair of the discrepancy, I was initially hopeful for a swift resolution. However, after a two-day wait, I was directed to resolve the issue with the manufacturer directly. This redirection led me to a customer service portal that appeared disconnected from All Modern/Wayfair, with all interactions handled by a bot or call center representatives, leaving no option to speak directly with a representative.

    The manufacturer offered an unsatisfactory resolution: I could keep the planters that I did not select, with no refund for the four missing items, or return them for a full refund—placing the responsibility on me to manage the error. The absence of live support and any sense of accountability made this entire process frustrating and impersonal. For a premium retailer, the lack of ownership over such a significant issue was disappointing and disheartening. I had anticipated a higher level of service and responsiveness from All Modern/Wayfair, especially given the cost of my purchase.

    I would never order again from Wayfair. It is a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a fireplace and the day it was delivered I found out that it is available for much cheaper at Lowes. When I contacted Wayfair they said that they don't have any price match policy and if I return the item which I had just received I would have to pay 200 dollars in return shipping charges even though it is within the 30 day return policy. So they don't have a price match policy and their return policy doesn't cover shipping charges which are exorbitant for large items.

    I have been purchasing from Wayfair off and on for a while now. I purchased two recliners which the material started to fray terribly within a year of ownership. But though I didn't go back and change my reviews recently I placed another order. I bought a Christmas tree and I bought the cover for the Christmas tree and I also purchased some decal which is the saying which you apply to your wall. The problem is is that the letters that I sent for the saying that you apply to the wall has been in transit with FedEx for over a week.

    I get all kind of texts from FedEx saying that the label was blurry and for some reason they keep being held up in three different places throughout Pennsylvania. You cannot go on and complain to Wayfair. They tell you when you go on to complain about this item that you cannot get your refund and it's you cannot cancel it. I don't understand what we're supposed to do when we have nothing but an automated idiot to talk to and there's no live customer service. I have had it with online companies who offer no solutions and I've decided I'm never going to shop on there again. I don't need the aggravation, the disrespect or the frustration. It's time we start taking back our lives and eliminate these places. We do not need these items as bad as we convince ourselves that we need them.

    You get no help from Wayfair whatsoever and the automated assistant that you get takes you round and round and round and round. I'm sure you get the point. The government needs to adopt rules and regulations and having a lot of customer service that speaks English and can help you solve your problem is the number one issue they have to make sure every company in America has if you're doing business in America. Stop making excuses for people to rip us off and abuse us and price gouge us. Give us some help because the office of the attorney general does absolutely nothing anymore.

    I have been a customer of Wayfair a long time and have bought rugs from y’all in the past. I am the one who referred my mom (Patricia **) to y’all to buy her rugs. I was here at the house the day two of her rugs arrived. She was really upset because she didn’t receive her 3rd rug and it showed it was delivered. We have waited for a long time and her rug never arrived. This is ridiculous and I will never buy anything from Wayfair again.

    Obviously y’all didn’t do an investigation because you would have seen that Fedex didn’t deliver her 3rd rug and only two rugs were delivered. Several of my packages got delivered the same day as hers. As you can see in the picture. My packages were from Amazon and TikTok. Then you can see she only got two of her rugs from Wayfair.     Aside from being more expensive than all other comparable companies offering the exact same products, Wayfair's delivery service is absolutely horrid. To begin... their drivers are rude and not the slightest bit customer friendly. I am a designer and this time I spent around $15K on their site with no special treatment, no incentives or bonuses, none of the things that Amazon offers. Their "white glove" delivery service requires that someone be at the property to accept delivery during a window of time that could be as early as 7am. Despite giving the idea that the customer has any input in the delivery time, they do not. You get what you get and you deal with it. If you do not live at the property where the items is being delivered (ie, if you are a designer like me), this can be extremely inconvenient.

    To top it off, the drivers (1) call 1 time, leave no message, no text and if you don't answer you don't get your delivery, (2) show up outside of the scheduled window of delivery time and leave if you aren't able to be there at the time they are, (3) cancel deliveries at the last minute with no explanation. I experienced all of this and more. I called until I finally reached the Service Supervisor who helped me get my items re-scheduled for delivery, I received a confirmation for delivery, and the next morning both items were canceled and returned to the warehouse. Putting me 3 weeks behind on my design job and requiring that I start over ordering a dining table and sofa from someone else.

    To top it off... I still gave them one final chance to do right by me, I ordered one final sofa from them ONLY because they offered the earliest delivery date, and they immediately canceled my order and emailed me to say they will no longer accept orders from me!!! Just can't make this up. THEY ditched ME after I spent tens of thousands of dollars on their site, and after they screwed up my deliveries over, and over, and over again and literally NO ONE at Wayfair would help me. Use literally ANY other company but this one, trust me.

    I ordered a 12x10 Gazebo and a 9-person outdoor seating group. The product quality of the device were fine. It was the customer service that was less than desired. When the products were shipped there were some different colors of seats for the seating group. I called them and it was hard for them to understand what I needed. Customer Service they shipped the product, but I never received a tracking number. I called them back and then someone sent it but it was the wrong color again. I contacted them again and finally received the right color.

    The gazebo screen zipper came apart. I contacted customer service and they mentioned after a couple of days that the zipper will be shipped to me. I was sent a tracking number. Unfortunately for me, I forgot about it. Contacted them to mention I never got my zipper. The tracking number showed product was in another state. Customer service told me since it was outside of their 33-day window, they could not do anything. Their systems are very disjointed. If you place a support call, they will not even know what the actual issue is and what was done. TERRIBLE. If you never have a problem great. Otherwise, stay away.

    Wayfair website reviews totally biased as they won’t ask you to review for an order you had problems with. Ordering is easy and paying easy too. That’s where it stops … at least it did on my freestanding bathtub order. They offer to deliver to room of choice for a fee, but then don’t tell you they won’t uncrate it. Would make sense to inform you of this and then tell you the crate measurements and additional weight. All said and done the subcontractor delivery company couldn’t deliver it in crate so had to send it back. Was told that since I ‘refused the delivery twice’ I would be charged a 200 refund fee: after MANY calls to Wayfair I did succeed in getting that waived but only by sheer persistence. BUYER BEWARE.

    I purchased a Queen size bed and dresser from Wayfair and when it got assembled, the bed was little, mattress barely fit, dresser was so small, color was off, looks like I purchased from wish!!! Cheaper furniture!!! And let’s not mention shipping!!! They use 3rd party and lie about the weight so don’t be surprised if you get cursed out by Fed Ex. Now I’m trying to return and it only gets worse!!! Fed Ex won’t come back!!! Now I had to pay someone to disassemble the furniture, now I got to pay a mover to take the boxes to Fed Ex!!!! Let’s not mention customer service there, out of all 107 that I spoke with I had to curse out 2 for being aggressive with me, but really, no help. This process is exhausting, hell and stressful. Don’t trust the pictures you see is my lesson forever. Beware!!!!

    Worst customer service. Be very aware of returning an item. I ordered a rug, 9x9. It came in at 8.8 x 8.4. I took pictures with the measuring tape, wrapped it up to ship back. Now, after waiting for 5 days of no response and complaining about that, they call me and tell me that they want a video of the measuring tape!! Are you for real? This is pure harassment to wear me down, so congrats, you won. I give up. Never again wayfair and will definitely encourage others not to.

    Yesterday I was preparing to place an order with Wayfair. After realizing the name, address and credit card was not updated, I tried to go back and correct. I NEVER hit the order, and somehow my order was placed. I thought I was successful in cancelling this order. Went back in and corrected the address and credit card information, and placed the order, but I swear I didn't even get the opportunity to go back and check the information before the order went through. This morning I was checking my credit card statement, and was charged twice for the same order. There is no way the first order could have gone through without the correct credit card information from the second order. This was not the first problem I had with Wayfair in the past year.     Do not shop at Wayfair. I ordered a rug and within 12 hours changed my mind and canceled the order. I confirmed with an agent it was canceled. She said I would not receive the item and would get a full refund. Then the rug gets delivered and I was charged for it. I immediately contact them and ask why they shipped the rug to me. She apologized and said she would send me a FedEx label and I would get a full refund. She never send the label. I contact them again and was told that I don't even have to send the rug back. They would be refund me. No refund. I contact them again and then am told I need to return the rug and will have to pay $70 for shipping.. I said no. You shipped the item by mistake. Why would I pay?

    She said she would escalate this to someone higher and someone would contact me. No one contacted me. Then I contacted them again and explained the situation and was told there is nothing they could do. I have to pay for shipping. So they shipped an item to me that was canceled and then made me pay $70 to ship it back.

    BEWARE!! Have purchased many smaller items from Wayfair without much issue. Ordered a bed with headboard and integrated nightstands Sunday late afternoon. Within hours I realized I ordered the wrong finish. I didn’t cancel the order (should have though likely would not have made a difference) because I wanted to speak with customer service. Called Monday the minute they opened. Cannot change the color must cancel the order BUT CANNOT cancel the order because it’s being prepared!! Not shipped, not picked up, being prepared. They will now go through the time and literally energy (fuel, environment) to send this to me so I can pay them $90 to do it all in reverse to return it. I will never shop here again.

    Wayfair is becoming one of the worst companies! They started with a great customer service and returns but now when they got big they are changing for the worst! They got people's trust and now they don’t care! I bought a lot of products and I regret it! The furniture I got a leather set very expensive, I discover later that one couch was defective and hard to fix! I end up losing thousands! I got other products and called customer service but those people are horrendous, no help, no care, repeating stuff like a robot!     Just moved into a new apartment and was excited to get the easy to assemble queen size metal box spring. This is my first and absolute last time I will order from Wayfair. I was scammed. I received daily notifications that my order will be delivered today, then another notification it's delayed, other notification it'll be delivered tomorrow. This went on for fourteen days so far. The order was to be delivered 10/12, it's now 10/25 nothing! Spoke with supervisors 3 times, the 2nd supervisor reordered the item, still nothing, but the same notifications, it's on the way, it's delayed, it'll be tomorrow!

    The only thing I ordered was a queen size metal box spring. I will NEVER order from Wayfair again, nor will I refer anyone. I'm so furious! Wayfair had the nerve to send me a survey immediately after taking my money wanting to know my purchasing experience. How do you celebrate paying for an item you didn't receive!     Horrendous customer service experience. We had a delay in our project that was out of our control and we wanted to exchange a mirror we purchased for a bigger one due to the smaller one not fitting the room correctly. We were barely outside the review window and they could care less about our issue and did not care at all about our circumstance.     That was a horrible experience. They do not let us know in advance that is a third party delivery company. Fedex set a delivery date to Sunday. I live in a condo and as like most condo cannot deliver on weekend, Wayfair told me that I had to deal direct with them and gave me a number. That number did not give me an option to reschedule or to speak with/a human being.

    When I called the next day my bed was already in the truck and would be delivered in that day nobody told me and of course did not have anyone at home and they left the huge package downstairs and I have to bring up to my apartment myself. They set up the assembly for the next Monday. Nobody showed up and I missed a day of work. I had to call them to find out what happened and set another date. Wayfair is okay to purchase small items but never a big items like furniture. They are NOT responsible for anything and they do not care.

    I have used Wayfair many times, but never again. Wayfair sent me a canvas of a wheat field at sunset instead of an art deco dancer. I was redoing the room it was to hang in, so I left it in the carton until the room was done. I sent them a picture of the canvas still in the wrapping, sitting in front of the box. Since it was over thirty days since I ordered it, Wayfair refuses to correct THEIR mistake, and told me I am stuck with a $137 picture I hate, that will definitely not fit in my art deco room, while they keep my money. Perhaps the reason they are losing customers has nothing to do with the housing market, and everything to do with their customer service!

I purchased a bed frame and headboard in May, and 6 months later the thing snaps from the bolts in the legs. They just ripped right out of the legs of the bed. My outdoor furniture set from last year went through one summer and stated fading and the wood peeling. It looked terrible this summer, but I don't have the money to buy a new 2k set every year.     Shipping is quick, but what you’re delivered is surprisingly bad. Might as well be ordering from Wish, because that’s the quality you get except they charge you premium prices. The parts a flimsy, hardware is missing, and don’t be surprised if you receive a something with a missing leg to stand on or parts to hold it together. To really rub salt into your wound, they happily deduct $75 dollars from your refund for the pleasure of returning their crappy items using fancy shipping methods.     Check the prices that are listed as a "sale price". They are doubling the price on items then showing them on sale. I found a headboard listed as the original price of $4279 and it showed on sale for $2979. The manufacturer has the entire bed (headboard, footboard, and side rails) listed for $4279 and the headboard alone is listed as $2979. When I pointed this out to two separate agents at Wayfair they stated that is the correct pricing. So they are either dishonestly marketing or made a serious mistake on their pricing. It won't let me give no stars for the review. I wouldn't give them one.

    I ordered a queen size bed frame that shipped by FedEx in 2 packages. One package arrived a day late. The other (bigger) package never arrived. I contacted FedEx. They opened a claim as they have no idea where the second package is. I then contacted Wayfair and explained the issue. Wayfair told me to go pick up the package from FedEx. But FedEx doesn't know where the package is and it's a queen size frame - it wouldn't fit in my car even if FedEx managed to find it. I asked for a refund but Wayfair won't do anything since I don't have both packages. I am out $900 with no resolution. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and file a complaint with the BBB and my state's Attorney General. I should have heeded the other reviewers' advice. Very expensive lesson. I will NEVER purchase from Wayfair again and I encourage you not to do business with them as well.

It was at the fedex facility 20 minutes from my home but fedex couldn’t release it for me to pick up because they aren’t the seller. That’s funny, bet it’s their name on my credit card statement.     Our experience. Purchased a top grain leather reclining sofa and loveseat, or so we thought. Being from Western NC, where furniture is made, have no idea why we tried WF. But the wife did and regretfully so. This furniture is from China. AL technology you are wrong, it's sold cheaper because it is China junk. IT is not top grain leather. Nor is it cowhide leather, as noted on the site, after our C/O. So which is it WF/manufacture? That being said, the loveseat doesn't recliner like it should, there is a peeling scratch on the couch and it is not leather (absolutely no leather smell to it). Contacted WF, they bucked it to the manufacture, in addition to rudely stating they do not have to disclose where item is manufactured from (knowing that we would not have initiated a purchased of $1710.11 with a return fee of $400, now being attempted).

    Furniture is not comfortable either, hard. What happened to disclosing details so a customer can make a decision as to whether or not they would buy a certain item based on those educated details? To us, that is deceiving a customer, or better yet, a bold face lie. Well, the sales amount has been disputed on my card, along with a better business C/O. I won't pay return shipping, not due to dishonesty to make a sale. We stand firm! They won't have to worry about any further purchases. Especially from myself, I don't purchase from dishonest companies.

    We bought a bed and it arrived with the wrong measurements. We asked for a replacement and another one arrived with the same problem. When we tried to contact them again, they said it was our problem and never responded to us again. In addition to the quality of the bed being horrible, we were treated like garbage. I work at a company with over 5,000 employees and several people there said they had problems with this company.

    Some people here in the comments are saying they thought it was good, but in fact they were lucky. Statistically, this company is no good. It's up to you to believe in luck or pay only to have problems. The photos are also meant to deceive you. When it arrives, it doesn't have the quality shown in the edited photos. The price, in some cases, can be attractive, but how much is it worth paying to have all this wear and tear and dissatisfaction?

    Of course, there are people who haven't studied and don't have this idea, but if you have the slightest bit of intelligence, you wouldn't pay just to see it. In addition to this bed, we bought 16 other items of different sizes and materials. Absolutely none of them are good. To prove that I am not exaggerating or lying, I leave my contact details available to prove this with photos, videos, invoices, etc.

    I purchased 2 standard size zippered pillow protector cases. I received 2 queen size, which they claim is standard size. I began a return. They are deducting the original shipping cost because they claim it was my fault that I thought standard size was what the entire country calls standard pillow size. Then they wanted to deduct over $10 dollars more from my refund to ship it back to them in addition to the original shipping cost. So I am losing the entire amount of 1 of the items to return them.     I order and get an email saying that the package will be left outside. This is an expensive sofa and the package can be stolen. More importantly, I live in a gated apartment complex and the building is also secure. I called customer service to find out how the delivery would be managed and they said Fedex is on a different system and they couldn't help me. So they take your money and then leave everything to a third party for delivery and don't help at all. I am not even allowed to send them an email about delivery instructions. HORRIBLE COMPANY.     I’ve been a part of Wayfair’s Tried & True program since 2022. This past April I noticed that my account was glitching and asking me to write a review for an item I purchased an entire year before, which I had already done. Due to the system “losing” my review I was unable to order any items through the program. I spent 3 months contacting customer service asking them for help fixing my account and every person I spoke with not only didn’t have enough knowledge to fix my problem but also didn’t seem to care to. I was told over and over that my account was in good standing and that I should be able to view and order items from the tried and true program.

    I spent months continuing to let them know that despite what they were saying that I still did not have access to even view the program’s items anymore. I’ve now found online countless other reviews on various websites from other users that have experienced the same issues as me and have also experienced the same gaslighting by Wayfair’s customer service team. It’s unfortunate that after many years of purchasing items from them for my home and for my restaurants that they have let their customer service decline to these levels.

    A listing showed a photo of an item in black. In very small print in the description it was another color. I had to cancel that item and order another listing that was the same thing at a much higher price. Supervisor said they would give me the 10 percent off, which I did not get.     So I’ve had mixed experiences with Wayfair. Overall I love their variety and large assortment of contemporary furniture. However, their stuff is actually fairly overpriced. I often search items I find on Wayfair (that claim to be on sale) on Amazon and always find a better price. The other thing that has always been a hassle is when you happen to want or need to return something. It’s the worst, short window for returns, they charge you for return shipping and restocking. I bought something recently where I literally cancelled my order at 12a PST (3am EST) 3 hours after it was placed and days passed and they finally sent me a message 3 days later saying it couldn’t be cancelled which clearly it seems with the 3 days prior to shipping that just doesn’t even make sense. So then I had to pay $40 to ship it back at my cost. Just not very good customer service in my opinion, Amazon is so much easier.

    I would not recommend Wayfair. Fedex delivered a package to someone else's address, not my address, and wayfair expects me to still pay for the product. Wayfair claims that as long as the package was delivered to the complex that counts. Fedex is lying that they delivered to the correct address. I submitted pictures of my building vs the fedex picture and the two look nothing alike. I am going back and forth with my credit card company about this. It is ridiculous. I hate companies trying to bully the customer.

    I wish I could give Wayfair zero stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any online retailer, and that says a lot. First, the item I ordered never arrived, and they didn't respond to my inquiries. The item was an open box, and they claimed it had to be shipped from a different country, which they never communicated upfront.

    Not only was the delivery a disaster, but their customer service was a complete joke. I spent hours on hold, only to be met with rude and unhelpful representatives who clearly couldn’t care less about solving my issue. They offered no solution and even told me I had to pay for the return shipping on their other awful junk! The level of incompetence is mind-blowing.

    I bought a bed (Hein Youth Queen Bed / SKU: W007834891 - Order #**). I chose the Full Size. Even though the label on the box said it was a full size, the bed came with a width of 57". In other words, the bed is not 54" wide as it should be, nor is it a 60" Queen. The bed is a size that if I buy a full mattress, it is too small, but if I buy a Queen, it is too big. I contacted the website and showed them these photos. An attendant called me, also noticed the error and sent me another bed. The problem is that they sent us an identical bed! Another bed with a width of 57". I wanted them to solve the problem and not another bed with the same problem! I just ask myself, WHY? WHY do I have to go through this? Because whoever makes this disgrace doesn't go to school to study and know how to measure. It's just a bed! With simple rectangular measurements! WHY?

    I confess that I have no capacity to understand such mental incapacity to manufacture a bed that simply does not fit any mattress! What now? Are they going to call me and say: SORRY? WHAT A DISGRACE! I bought it with the objective of pleasing my daughter. Now I have a disgraceful bed that does not fit any mattress. I sent more than 16 emails asking what the solution was. They didn't respond to any of them. After that, I contacted them via chat and they told me that they couldn't do anything. If I had contacted them within 30 days, I would have been entitled to it. Now it's my problem. They can't do anything. I only contacted them 30 days later because they didn't respond to 16 damn emails! What now? What's the solution? Are they going to say again that the problem is mine?

    *This is without a doubt, based on this behavior, a disgraceful company. If you like to count on luck to have problems or not, this company is a great chance of losing you your money. If you think I'm just talking because I'm angry, here is my email where I can send photos and videos proving that everything they sold us is of poor quality. I can also show you all the unanswered emails.

    Ordered 4 piece sectional sofa... Weight 200 lbs... After placing the order I find out delivery and assembly are on 2 different days... So 2 wait times... Delivery is FedEx. They will not bring it in my house!!!! They will leave it outside... Assembly is by Angie's List... They will not bring it in my house either... I tried to cancel, but there is a cancelation fee... They totally misled me on the phone... I placed the order on the phone, not online. I asked about getting it in the house... They said the assembly guy would do...not true. I've never had a furniture co not fully deliver. The boxes are 36x36x36.. How do they expect an older woman to move them.

    Wayfair is truly unfair and uncompassionate towards your hard earned money. An item I built came damaged throughout and their solution was to partially refund me or send just parts that may fix it. I was upset and expressed that and Mohamad on customer service automatically proceeds to try and give me a partial refund without my consent. The refund? 58 dollars out of 300 dollars of an item I can put weight on from the amount of cracks throughout.

    Horrible experience and horrible couch. First off, they sent the wrong color. Then I had an assembly person come but apparently not all of the instructions were there so he only put together half of it and had to reschedule. Then, the day before he was supposed to come back I got a call saying that guy wasn't the correct assembly guide so they needed to reach out to the manufacturer to reschedule which could take two - three business days. At that point I said, "Forget it, the couch is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable anyway and I’m done dealing with this."

    I had to take the parts that were already assembled apart and box/tape everything up again which took many hours. Then FedEx didn’t come pick up when they said they were going to (not sure if that was FedEx or Wayfair’s fault) AND I had to pay $80 to ship it back. An absolute nightmare, will never buy anything from here again and I’m telling everyone I know to stay far far away to save them money and a massive headache.

Wayfair couldn’t help me solve my issue or problem! Telling me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance. What kind of crap is this!     I purchased curtain rods online from 4 different companies to find the right color (the actual product differs from the website especially with gold/bronze finishes).     My order information: Order #** - $657.19 bought on 9/21/24, on 9/23/24 the price dropped to $589.99. So I called to see if they can drop the price and they gave me 101 reason no they couldn’t. The mentioned logistics cost would be different, order could be canceled but they would charge restock fee (the item as of 9/27/24 still not shipped), can’t change delivery address (again the item still not shipped). It’s the same seller, the item is coming from the same place but they can’t change address, honor the new price and customer agent very rude. I will never personally order again for my personal items.

    I am the type of person to write a review, but the review is a compliment for great service, customer service, or a positive product review. In this case, reluctantly, I am doing the opposite. First, I have bought several things from Wayfair, enjoyed what was purchased. Returned items at times. Paid for returns (not like Amazon..but whatever). Here’s the issue.. Bought a comforter set, it didn’t work with the decor. Returned it. Noticed on my credit card that I received a refund. Case closed, right? No…

    Two months later, I see a $11.69 charge on my credit card from Wayfair. I didn’t order anything? Was it a scam? I called customer service and the agent that I spoke with said “there was a system error, and they refunded you the entire amount for the comforter set.” Their mistake = the customer pays! So two months later, they just charge your credit card without notice or warning? Do you want to talk to a finance person? Do you want to have the issue fixed, or plead your case? They will inform you there is no number to call.

    I even tried talking online to a customer service robot to no avail. The response was “I understand you are not happy, there was a system error and we are “sorry”…is there anything else I can help you with?” Again, not the $11.69, it is the lack customer respect, customer service (if you have a financial issue), and reaching anyone that can actually help you. You have no recourse, no live person to talk to, and no solution. Just be warned if you want to return something and you have an issue! I will never order from Wayfair again, deleted my account, and the app because they find customers expendable. $11.69 I hope it was worth it. Just a warning to those needing help from Wayfair!

    As you will read, Wayfair makes horrible business decisions. This one has cost them any further business from me. I purchased a Serta convertible couch. It wasn't a great deal but it was the style we wanted for a game room/extra bed for my kid's friends to hang out and stay over. This started out as user error on my part. I've admitted that to everyone I've spoken to during this convoluted story. Basically I placed an order and didn't realize I left my father's address in for the shipping address.

    I immediately attempted to update the address. The option didn't work so I called where I was told the order hadn't had time to process and to try later. The order wasn't coming for weeks so I wanted a few days and tried again, also without success. I called again. This time I was told to call the delivery company. I did a few days later, gave them the new address. Done and done....or so I think. I get a text notice of delivery date change, then another delivery date change. Mind you no calls from delivery company.

    On the 3rd delivery change I click on the notice because it's a date I won't be home. I find out delivery address is STILL my father's address. I call Wayfair, I'm told the merchandise is now the responsibility of the delivery company I need to call them. I call Hackbarth....yep they can't change it Wayfair must update. I go through one more series of call with same result. However Wayfair tells me that because of the payment method I chose the cannot contractually update the address that....you guessed it call hackbarth. I give up. Wait a day call wayfair back, essentially get the same runaround. Mind you this is supposed to be "white glove delivery"

    We paid $1700 for a table on September 9. It was delivered on September 24. We paid for assembly, but when the delivery people opened the box they said the hardware was missing and they would need to return. They did not return that day or the next, I called Wayfair on the third day and was told there was not record of the failure to assemble the table, The person I spoke to said it would take approximately 30 days to get the new hardware, which would be sent to me, after which I would need to schedule the assembly. Wayfair was able to deliver the table in 15 days but now that they have my money it will take 30 days just to deliver the hardware. Meanwhile, the pieces are sitting in my kitchen occupying space. Basically I am storing unassembled Wayfair merchandise. When I pointed this out, I was given a refund of $44.10. The other suggestion was that I go to the hardware store to buy screws. I have rarely seen worse service.

    Purchased a small end table from Wayfair- Lundgren manufacturer. After 3 yrs. the USB port stopped working. Wayfair tells me they do not support products and recommended I repurchase the entire table again. Really? The Lundgren brand only exists on Wayfair and Amazon- therefore they don’t officially exist for the purchase of a part. Don’t waste your money at Wayfair. There is zero customer service after purchase.

    Ordered a sectional gray sofa with storage, don’t expect real furniture. Over 500.00. Total junk! More pieces than I ever imagined and no quality. Assembly required is putting it mildly. Took a railing off to get it in the basement, making a clear path and it shows up in two small boxes. I knew I was in trouble. If this is the way that the furniture market is turning, it is sad, I called about returning it before I open the boxes and I would have to get it to FedEx and I would have to pay restocking fees which amount to 25%. I kept it it will do for the basement, but I would never never recommend buying anything from Wayfair.

    In the past, I have been a satisfied Wayfair customer. Until recently, their pricing and customer service have been great. However, my recent experience with them has been a lengthy, horrible encounter that warrants this warning to buyers everywhere.     The customer service with Wayfair is horrible. (Perigold and AllModern are under them as well.) I asked to cancel an item due to a duplicate order and it took forever to get through to someone. Then I was disconnected after she told me she "couldn't do anything about it". Then I tried chat and got nowhere as well. So I have 2 of the same products and am out $2k.     Wayfair USED to be a quality retailer. Now they are one of the worst! Placed 2 orders - both times received THE INCORRECT ITEM. They WOULD NOT refund... Had me take pictures, calling Customer Service many times, only to be told not their problem. Perhaps it was just a computer issue, but could return at my expense at 90% of the cost...and receive only a 10% refund!     I do not intend to ever buy from this company again. They have misrepresented and deceived me both in the product they sent and they refund they promised. I purchased 16 towels labeled "bath towels." I opened up the package to find half my order (8 hand towels), which are half the size of bath towels. I called them. The agent with I spoke agreed that they had misrepresented the product and agreed to give me a full refund. She sent me a return label and I immediately mailed them back. She said I should wait another four days to contact them about the missing 8 towels to make sure they weren't separated from the other order and delayed in shipment.

    The 8 towels did not arrive, and so I called them today to get a refund for the missing 8. As I am looking at the invoice, I see that they have only given me a partial refund, not a full refund. I would say that I have spend 45 minutes "chatting" with them now --- a waste of time and energy. I intend to never buy from them again. The product was misrepresented, and their response to their misrepresentation appears to be more deception.

    I would never order from them again. The 1st time they canceled our the delivery the day of because not everything arrived in the warehouse. I was never contacted to say they did not have everything. The second time, they showed up but didn't have everything. The driver was told by someone in the warehouse, that 2 of the boxes were already delivered. That was not true. The third time, they canceled the night before because not everything could fit in the truck. I talked to so many Wayfair employees on the phone, and they just all kept saying the same thing, "I'm sorry this happened, you just have to reschedule" and that they cannot call the warehouse.

    I had one lady Melissa who did everything she could to try and get our furniture delivered. The morning it said canceled but then changed and said out for delivery. I was tracking it all morning so that my husband knew when to leave work. Thank God he went home earlier, because they did not update the tracking or call us 30 min before like I was told they would. They arrived 5 min after my husband got home. The warehouse seems to have horrible communication skills.

    My shopping experience has been fine with Wayfair with the EXCEPTION of the BED SHEETS. The king size sheets fail to measure up in the quality of the material used and the sizing of the sheets. The sheets have been washed per the directions. The fitted bottom sheet is extremely difficult to force over the mattress corners (Beautyrest Black mattress, purchased elsewhere in 2023). The sheet sizes shown on Wayfair's website fail to accommodate the size of our mattress despite the dimensions shown on the Wayfair site are beyond the depth size of our mattress. After struggling to put these sheets on the mattress for over a year, my husband and I have decided to donate the sheets to a shelter — and purchase bed sheets elsewhere. I did not contact Wayfair - they didn't MAKE the product, just sold it.

    Placed order for coffee table and got shipped on Aug 26th, 24 - delivery date was September 1st and they arranged local vendor on September 1st to assemble. Guy came to assemble but product was not delivered. Today as on September 17th we still don’t have delivery of the table. Wrote several emails but no reply. Called twice, talked to supervisors who were nice but have no information on the item. Gave me local carrier phone number. Called them who said they never received product from Wayfair and is still in Greensboro NC at Wayfair facility. Called again Wayfair they said someone will call back in 24/48 hours. Now four days past but no reply. Be careful for delivery of heavy item which they subcontract delivery. Waiting few days or we will dispute charge on credit card

    We purchased a single bed that arrived on time. However, some of the parts were smaller than expected, and the bed panels had several noticeable scratches. I opened two claims: one for the panels that were too small to use and another for the scratches. For the first claim regarding the small panels, we’ve been waiting a month for a resolution but have not received anything. I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times, and they promised to deliver the replacement parts, but so far, there’s been no follow-up. Overall, while the initial delivery was prompt, the quality of the product and the lack of timely support have been disappointing. I expected better from the company.     I ordered a rug from Wayfair that ended up being pictured and described as white with multiple colors and the rug was actually beige with multiple colors. It did not work for my practice space. Therefore, my goal was to return it for a full refund. Except I didn’t realize that Wayfair no longer gives full refunds. That’s fine, but the amount that they return was unacceptable but I didn’t want a rug around my space that I don’t need.

    Well, I got my refund but then a few weeks later they send an email stating they MISTAKENLY REFUNDED TOO MUCH TO ME and charged my account for more money for the return. They offered me a $30 gift card in exchange for my trouble! No! Leave my account alone and eat your so-called mistake. Who does this?! This a disgusting practice!     I ordered a white contemporary faux sectional in July 2024. My sectional was delivered in 2 weeks by a woman and young male. The delivery was white glove and when they arrived they didn’t pull ramp down to remove items from truck and dropped sofa damaging all the leather. Wayfair did offer a replacement, which was right, but I had to wait another 2 weeks. On second delivery, two nice gentlemen delivered and unwrapped the furniture once they placed it in my living room and it was the wrong sofa!!! Replacement order for the second time, which again took another 2-3 weeks and the day of delivery, I heard nothing! I called customer service and was told the truck broke down. No courtesy call was ever received about the delay.

    A customer service rep told me I could go pick it up in Atlanta! I informed him I had no truck and this was my 3rd time taking off work for delivery. No apologies or no solutions ever offered. Been 8 weeks since first order! I should have ordered from Temu, it would have been cheaper and faster. If I ever receive my couch, I will never order from Wayfair again…horrible experience!

    If you are remodeling, keep in mind that the return policy is 30 days - no exceptions. If your remodeling gets delayed and something doesn’t work out, you are stuck with it. We spent quite a bit of money renovating two bathrooms. We obviously wanted to make sure we had everything the contractor would need before the project started. My mother passed away and we had to delay the project about 5 weeks. When the contractor was working on the second bathroom, we decided we wanted to go with a different towel rack. I texted with customer service and the person said he/she understood where I was coming from and also my disappointment but they would not allow an exchange.

    I bought a lamp, it came broken. I reached out to Wayfair for a return or refund. They explained that I needed to send a video. I sent four separate emails each with videos of the broken lamp. They replied they did not receive the videos. This was very strange because my friends and family were able to receive and view them. I then uploaded the video on Google Drive and shared it with them. They stopped responding to my calls and emails. Wayfair's customer service has gone downhill and was a nightmare to deal with. I am left with a broken lamp and zero refund. I have now contacted the bank to file a dispute. Do better Wayfair.

    I ordered a bed frame and assembly and both were scheduled for today. The bed frame was dropped off and my roommate accepted it not knowing I paid for assembly. I called Wayfair and they said they do not do assembly and it's a third party company. The assembly company will not come to assemble on the delivery date as I am sure it can be confusing. BUT the delivery and assembly were schedule on the same day. No show for assembly company as that's their rule. So now I had to reschedule assembly and have a big box in my living room for a week. This is unacceptable. Still no bedroom to sleep in for another week. Not even sure of the quality of the bed as I am not opening this big box and making a bigger mess.

    I purchased a chair from Wayfair, and they have a warranty on this chair. Less than 3 months the chairs arms went flat. I called them, they said the chair is under warranty and can have the parts replaced. The manufacturer told them they are no longer making the chair and so I called Wayfair and told them of the email and he originally offered me $20 dollar refund on a $150 chair. Slap in the face, I said, "I want a refund." He stated that, "You have to send us a chair back and then be without a chair" and then wait 7-10 business days for my money. That's ridiculous.

    I need my money back now so I can get a chair. An Andrea a supervisor at Wayfair has a piss-poor attitude and offered no resolution. So how you all have a A+ rating with a 1 out of 5 review score screams manipulation on the rating. You all need to look into who you hire and the resolutions you give to your customers. Because whether you understand this or not, CUSTOMERS pay you money and your salary.

    I ordered a dining room storage table. I scheduled the delivery and it did not get delivered. According to the support center someone decided not to load it for delivery. Big problem - Wayfair never contacted me to inform me that they were not going to deliver my order. The order was supposed to be delivered sometime between 7AM and 7 PM. It was a huge inconvenience that I was to wait all day for the delivery. But Wayfair wasn't even considerate enough to inform me that they had decided to not deliver.

    Had a horrible experience in purchasing a couch for my disabled son. I had to pay for assembly for him and when the assembler arrived he sent pics that clearly showed the couch has been returned as the parts that came with the couch has been opened, taped back, and were missing key parts. Then when he started to put the couch together he sent me pics where the vegan leather had been damaged and scuffed up. Unfortunately, the assembly was more than the couch. When I tried to get help they only offered me a small discount. Be warned, they sent us damaged goods and did very little to make it right.

    I purchased a day bed from Wayfair a little more than year ago in June 2023, and unfortunately, it broke. When I reached out to their customer service, I was shocked to learn that they don't sell replacement parts. Despite my requests, they refused to source the part from the manufacturer or provide any alternative solutions.

    I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the product and the lack of support from Wayfair. Paying $900 CAD for a product that lasts only a year is unacceptable. The customer service representative's responses seemed scripted and unhelpful, offering no viable solutions. I'm still hoping to find a way to repair my day bed, but Wayfair's inflexible policies and unhelpful customer service have left a sour taste.     They are so big they don't know their ** from a hole in the wall. If they all had a pilot's license... They'd fly backwards. I spoke directly with a company that ships for them.     We bought two items. They sent us duplicates. We called letting them know, asked for a refund and a return label. We were refunded, received two letters saying they were working on it. 30 days go by and we get recharged. Called them. Anna a mgr there says, "Well you're over 30 days so it will cost you 200+ dollars to return it." So crooked. The letters said they were working on it and labels will arrive. But surprisingly after their cut off date we get charged and have to now pay this huge bill.

    I have had problems returning items to Wayfair over the years. I recently received an order with defective items and when going to the website there is NO choice for defective returns and I had to call and be on hold for several minutes. If I took the option of returning the defective items and print a label it was going to cost me $25. I was required to upload a photo which was not easy. The response time to the uploaded photos took a few hours. I was ultimately told I would get a full refund and to donate defective rugs. I REALLY want to review this item on the Wayfair website so other customers won't purchase it (way too expensive ultimately for the defective product received) but am NOT allowed to review it no matter what I have tried. VERY deceptive website and will never order there again.

    This website continuously has higher prices than other websites if you take the time to research the product you are buying. The customer service rep that ultimately gave me a full return should be commended for follow through after she received the photos but it took some time and process was not easy. Each of the 4 rugs I ordered were progressively worse with each package opened but I can't report this experience on Wayfair website. VERY BAD!

    I purchased a hammock. After checking out I found that the hammock will stretch out and would not be able to be used properly. I folded it put it back in the box, and contacted Wayfair to get info on how to return it. According to their website you have 30 days to return it, but does not mention that there is an almost 20% cost to cover shipment. In comparison to other companies who charge little or no cost for returns.

    Wayfair is no longer an option for me! After 22 years I deleted my account and I'm 100% done with it! Many reasons: undisclosed Back ordered items, taking your money out of your account at undisclosed times, horrible / untrained/ impatient customer service, cheap products, High Prices on items you can find elsewhere! Helpful hint: if you see something you want take a photo into. Image search and find it elsewhere! I've started doing that and I've saved hundreds of dollars. Wayfair was great 15-20 years ago but it has completely changed. Try Amazon, Bed Bath Beyond or even Walmart for the same thing at lower prices!

Now, on Labor Day weekend, the hottest and last holiday of the summer, I go to open my umbrella which I've only had up for a WEEK due to the base issue and the freakin umbrella rope falls apart while I'm turning the crank!     It has been 3 weeks of back and forth emails and communications to receive my return. They do not send any necessary equipment to make the return for example repacking boxes.     This is quite late, but it has bothered me each time I see a Wayfair TV commercial. At Christmas, I ordered some hard-to-find outdoor lights. They were UNsatisfactory on several levels. I phoned Wayfair to return items: I could schlepp to USPS & personally pay for return or, because they do not UPS, I could waste car gas & pay tolls TO TAKE TO CLOSEST service they DO use which IS IN ANOTHER STATE!!!! After several phone conversations with several different “supervisors” the issue was resolved. But WHY should ANY customer go through this crap?!?     Bought 809.00 dishwasher that was delivered damaged. Invoice was taped accross the whole back of the machine hiding dent. The machine had a dent going into the tub so far the tray was bumped out. Upon planning to install dent was discovered and I called for return. They scheduled return and pick up. Item removed but never credited and refuse to help. I called again to check on return status and customer service claims they see no return requested but they can charge me to do a return.

    I have no dishwasher since they already picked it up and no refund now. I had many small successful purchases before this but will never use this company again. I have been given the runaround about getting my money back and they say they see no return set up. They say I need to call GE to get my money back. There is no return account number or identifier. Wayfair said they queued up the return initially when I called, they scheduled the pick up, I have no information to follow up with GE on for a credit.

    I purchased a duvet cover from Wayfair. I was excited to get it and immediately put it into the washing machine. After drying I laid it out on the bed to put my comforter inside it. Unfortunately there were large gaping holes in the seams. I turned it inside out and discovered that the two pieces of material that were supposed to make the seam, didn’t match up, leaving sections never sewn together. I thought no problem and I emailed Wayfair. Today I received a call. The person on the phone said because it was a defect in manufacturing, and I washed it, it was not returnable and they would not be sending me a replacement. However if it were manufactured correctly and I washed it, and it fell apart they would be sending me a replacement. I know it makes no sense.

    I was supposed to get the item, turn it inside out to make sure all seams were sewn properly before -putting it into the wash. The item’s packaging said it was washable. She said that was their policy in resolution. This item is not usable the way it is, and there is no resolution. Warning people, Wayfair is no longer a place you want to shop. You will be throwing your money away. I did tell this lady that I write reviews, and that I would be writing a review on this company every single day for at least the next year. If I can stop even one person from wasting their money on this company, my effort will be worth it. By the way, the lady did offer me a discount on buying a replacement duvet. I told her to keep the discount, I would never shop there again.

    I ordered a table and chairs. Table was to be a black glass top. When we put together we noticed these silver circles on it very ugly. First I tried to get the correct one sent, they said it would arrive in 3 days. Looked on site and replace was on hold still on day 5! So I told them to cancel order I just wanted to return and get a refund. I was told I would not need to return, I could just donate or get rid of it and they would just refund. Never received refund.     Shocked to have been lied to by a Wayfair agent, and to have Wayfair admit to it! Yet they still won't honour the return as promised. After ordering 6 curtain panels, of which I have already ordered 42 of the same over the years, it was clear they have changed the quality VASTLY! When I contacted Wayfair, an agent assured me that they would replace those panels (after they received my return) and it would be rectified.

    I actually asked clearly, after he assured me, that if they were the same (because it was suspect that he would assume a new set would be any different) "if they are the same poor quality, can I return these for a full refund without a shipping fee". He said I could. Fast forward to now, new curtains received and they are still not the ones described on the Wayfair site. I can return them at a shipping cost of $90!!!! Wayfair admitted the agent lied, but said it's too bad and they can't assist me. I escalated this and received the same response. Shameful fraud!!!

    Their shipping dates can be up to thirty days after order. I ordered a mattress with a next day ship date and seven days later they have not even shipped it. Their website pictures are not accurate and when you order a product and it does not look anything like what they showed on their website, they expect you to pay for the return.     On August 17, 2024, the Embassy Desk desk I purchased from All Modern via Wayfair exploded due to a defect that the manufacturer identified as having only a 0.3% chance of occurring. Purchased in September 2020, this desk should not have experienced such a catastrophic in less than 4 years time with minimal use. Despite providing Wayfair with comprehensive evidence, including photos and email correspondence documenting the defect and the significant damage caused, their customer service declined to assist. They cited the expired warranty and purchase date as their sole reason for inaction. Given the severity of the issue and the risks involved, I believe discretion should be made in regards to the warranty policy in extreme cases like this. Wayfair should stand by the products they sell and address significant issues that arise even after the standard warranty period (and at the VERY LEAST issue a refund)

    Warning to Future Buyers: This desk’s defect poses serious risks of injury and property damage. My experience has resulted in costly repairs and the need to replace damaged items, adding to the frustration. I urge potential buyers to consider these serious risks before purchasing this desk or buying from Wayfair. Proceed with caution.

    Customer service does NOT exist with this company. They are forever having "trouble" with their website, but the truth is they NEVER want to talk to customers & NEVER want to talk to people without an account. When they force a customer to login or create an account before a purchase, their website has "trouble" connecting, and never makes the connection required to checkout. I've given them more than a year to figure this out & get their business in order, but they are exactly the same as when I tried to purchase something from them more than a year ago.     I would give Wayfair more stars if I could. I recently ordered a rocker recliner that when delivered had a small imperfection on the recliner footrest. Wayfair asked me to take a picture and they would forward it to the manufacturer for help. The Resolution team kept in constant contact and when the manufacturer failed to respond Wayfair took over.     PLEASE READ WAYFAIR's most recent reviews (as a company) before buying from them!!!! What you will see is accurate. This website alone shows they have thousands of 1-star reviews. This will most certainly be my last purchase with Wayfair. Judging by the vast number of one star reviews I read post purchase, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by my experience. Ordered an 8 piece patio set, waited a month for delivery and when it was delivered today (8/21), three items were missing from my order and one item was damaged. Wayfair's resolution was.. we'll have to order a replacement and the soonest looks like September 24th (over a month away and with no guarantee it will be right then) or you can request a refund...

    I am still annoyed by the experience and lack of accountability or customer service. I refuse to believe that they can do nothing to account for the horrendous experience, and if they truly cannot, is not the kind of business I want to give my money to. The supervisor made it clear they are a DROPSHIPPER (essentially a middleman between the distributors of the products and the consumer) which means they only facilitate the sale and markup the products for their profit. Considering they are likely making a ton of money as a drop shipper, I would assume caring for your customers would be more of a priority. I'll look elsewhere next time.

    I would highly recommend buying elsewhere. If you get the product you ordered, but it doesn't look anything like you expected based on the photos on their site, not only will you be on the hook for return shipping (as if it's not inconvenient enough that now you have to make a trip to UPS to drop off your package) AND you will only get a store credit (no refund) even if you only keep the product for a day.

    I ordered what I thought was a dark gray wallpaper. However, the paper is way lighter (even lighter than the second picture shows) and doesn't work for me. After speaking with their "Resolution Management Team", they told me the correct item was sent, and they wouldn't do anything to help. Just send it back, pay for shipping, and get the store credit.     I had placed an order for bifold doors I wanted for a long time. When we placed the order Wayfair showed it was in stock and took our money. After a month went by we still hadn't received any updates about the order and it kept showing delay, connected with a customer service person who proceeded to tell me half the order got delivered and the remaining half we cannot confirm when it will be back in stock. I was so annoyed that after a month they decided to tell me now that the product may or may not show up and their team has no clue. You waste people's time and money, have no respect/proper mode of communication? Extremely rude service and never will I ever suggest buying stuff from here.

    I ordered a shoe cabinet and they kept on extending the delivery date. I waited for a month and then they cancelled the order. Sheer waste of time. DO NOT. Order from this site if you want to save your time.

    If you like a nightmare then maybe Wayfair is for you! I wouldn’t ever trust Wayfair again on anything for any reason! From down to delivery to the product! There should be more rules/laws to protect the buyers.
