    Do not recommend shopping with Wayfair at all! The price of the item that I ordered just 2 DAYS AGO is $23.60 cheaper today, so I requested a price adjustment. They have a policy NOT to price match with their own cheaper price!! What a ridiculous policy!! I will never shop with them again, and I strongly recommend NOT to shop with them that has such a crazy policy!

    Stay away. Company is a scam. I placed an order and it was canceled due to fulfillment issues. 13 days later still waiting for my refund. They said because I started a dispute with my bank. It could take 90 days for them to refund my order.

    Very frustrating experience with Wayfair. I ordered a rug in November 2025, and the delivery kept getting pushed back month after month. After waiting for months, Wayfair still couldn’t provide a reliable delivery date, and I was forced to cancel the order entirely. Customer service was just as disappointing. I was told my case would be escalated and that I would receive a follow-up email within 1–3 business days regarding compensation for the delays. That follow-up never happened. I had to chase them down again myself, only to be given scripted responses and no real resolution. Months of delays, no accountability, and very poor communication. If you actually need your order by a certain date, I would think twice before relying on Wayfair.

    I ordered a comforter set and matching sheets. The confirmation I received showed I should receive by a certain date. On that day there was still no tracking available so I called for status and they immediately offered to cancel my order without checking into it.

    Poor customer service experience as I ordered 2 twin beds, which were shipped and received as promised, but parts were missing from one of the beds so rendering it unusable. Meanwhile my grand beds were sold, not expecting such a mess up on receiving a complete bed plus I paid for assembly to make they were assembled properly as it was the assembler who discovered a large portion of one bed missing and asked to in which he did as I received confirmation with a possible delivery for missing part but after 3 weeks and no part, I reached out and was asked to send photos of codes on box which I did and was promised a response in 2 days to be contacted but after 2 days another excuse requesting which parts were missing.

    As assembler placed all parts received back into shipping box, I have no knowledge what to look for and since it’s Wayfair assembler, I do not retain their contact information. This has been a great inconvenience as my grand boys are sharing the one completed bed. I do not recommend due to my poor customer experience. This is not my first experience with Wayfair not sending all parts to furniture. Very disappointed!

    I ordered a circular metal art for my bathroom based on the measurements provided by the vendor. I received the item, which was smaller than advertised by 1/2-3/4" which does not sound like it would make a difference, but it did make the circumference noticeably smaller. I was astounded that I had to pay the return shipping cost especially when the measurements were inaccurate from the vendor from the get-go. I called Wayfair, and they would not budge on shouldering ANY of the shipping cost. Needless to say, my Wayfair shopping forever ended with that last purchase. So sad. I see my Google searches send me Wayfair products - I scroll past them every time. Thanks for your customer support, Wayfair!!!!!

    I placed an order on 3/11 for two items, a chair and a bedding set. My delivery address was correctly filled out as I always double check it. Google has my home address stored, as well as the payment provider I used. My address is correct in all 3 places. I go on about my business and decided to check tracking on the items a couple days later and they are being delivered to some random apartment complex in Florida. I'm in TEXAS! I contacted Waifair immediately to have them call FedEx to update the delivery address. "Mohammed" replies and says that I can contact FedEx and make the change. WRONG!

    You would think a retailer as big as Wayfair would know tha tonly the shipper can update a delivery address. I will never shop here again. I've never dealt with such incompetence and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction as this. Stay away! It's a craps shoot as to whether or not you will get your items, or if you end up donating them to some random person God knows where in the country.

    Tried to return a valance that I paid $28 for with $4.19 my shipping cost. The valance was not at all like it was described. Colors were faded and incorrect background. They would not refund the cost of the valance, only 15% of my own shipping costs!! Anyway, don't get ripped off by them like I did. Just plain do NOT do business with them at all. I will never again.

    Stay away from Wayfair! I was just curious about kitchen islands and looked on Wayfair. There was a button that said members receive extra off. So I went there to see what discounts were being offered. Guess what? You put in your information that they requested and you get charged a $29 membership fee. AND…they refuse to issue you a refund.

    They appear to sell junk products to consumers made to look high quality and then deduct enough shipping costs from the returns to still make a good amount of money off people. They even offer to give you a discount when you start the return form encouraging you to even not bother with it knowing most people won’t get anything back and it’s worth the 10% discount to them to have you go away quietly. All a big scam.

    I ordered a dining set at Wayfair in February, they delivered, I scheduled and paid for assembly tech, The person never showed up, wayfair didn't call me to say that the tech wasn't coming, I called and wayfair, scheduled with Angie services, The technician for Angie Services came and assembled my table set, Only to discover that that screws for the seat cushions was missing, So I called wayfair to get the hardware for my seat cushions, They wayfair mailed my screws for the seats cushions, I called wayfair to ask to get my seat cushions put on the chair frame, They assured me that Angie would come out march 5th at 1pm, again no one showed up, I called wayfair again, They said no appointments was scheduled.

    Product came damaged. Requested return or fix it. All I have heard is crickets. Also was lied to when told a product was in stock but would not ship for four months when it became available. Meanwhile they charged my card that they did not have permission to keep on file. Buyer beware. This in very dishonest company. Kelly Clarkson should be ashamed to be their spokesperson.

    I ordered a desk and paid for full-service delivery, which is supposed to include scheduling and coordination. No one ever contacted me to set up delivery. When I called Wayfair, I was told the delivery would be scheduled for March 4, but that was a lie. Nothing has been scheduled, and there has been no follow-up. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Very poor customer service.

    This review is specifically for Wayfair's customer service. After being disconnected, I spoke with two agents who each asked different verification questions, claiming it was standard procedure — which was inconsistent and odd. Both refused to transfer me to a manager despite 10–15 minutes of hold time. When I asked about submitting feedback for the interaction, the agent laughed and said no, then suggested I email them — without providing an address.

    This has to be the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a desk and bookcase. After two shipment the bookcase main piece arrived shattered. The driver took it back. We waited and waited. We called, we emailed. Here it is months later and still has not arrived. Tracking says attempted to deliver failed. We have not gotten that last part and they clearly have no intentions of sending it. We asked for a refund and they asked me to return the desk lol. I mean it’s absolutely laughable at this point. They are crooked and customer service is the worst. Stay clear of this company. We are out a lot of money.

    BEWARE!!! The product was just junk!!! I knew it when I was putting it together and I should have returned but it took so long to put together and it was pretty but just a HUNK OR JUNK THAT ONLY LASTED A MONTH and they won’t refund cause it 30 day return and I understand why now IT'S CAUSE THEY ONLY LAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY FALL APART!!!

    I bought a dining room set that needed to be put together. I got thru 98% installing one of the chairs, only to find that there was no way (no drilled holes) to connect it to the base. I went back and forth with this company, and we agreed that I'd get a professional installer to come... at their expense. They promised me a refund of the installation cost within 3-4 business days, but I had to pay yet again meanwhile on my own dime. When I inquired with their so-called support team, I kept getting told different things. Now they've decided to issue a store credit instead of the refund they promised me. I did not agree to this, and will never shop at this vile store again.

    On 12/24, I purchased a table lamp from Wayfair (Invoice # **) that is defective (the light flickers - I’m guessing there’s a short in the wiring/base somewhere). It arrived on 12/30. I contacted Wayfair on 2/12 for assistance, but because I am 13 days past the standard 30-day return window, it appears that I am out of luck. I tried getting help from “Aerojeet” on the website chat, but he was no help (he wanted a picture of the lamp flickering - not sure how I would capture that in a single frame). It’s good to know that they only stand behind the products they sell for exactly 30 days and that all of the business I have given them over the years means absolutely nothing.

    I purchased an oversized recliner chair from Wayfair over a week ago. When delivery was made, it was not the correct color that was shown on the website with the cat. The measurements are way off. I think they need to be better about putting certain pictures on the website if that not the correct color. That is fake information. When your delivery comes you see something totally different from what you ordered. This is not a way to keep customers from coming back.

    I ordered the Tilson Wooden Loft Bed with Wardrobe, Shelves, Blackout Curtains & RGB Lights, and this experience single-handedly reminded me why I have avoided buying large, assembly-required furniture online for years. The initial delivery arrived with missing parts, making assembly impossible. Customer service sent a “replacement,” which took almost another full week to arrive, only for that shipment to be missing even MORE pieces than the first one. To make matters worse, Wayfair would not allow me to combine parts from both deliveries, even though that would have solved the problem immediately. Instead, I was forced to sit in my small apartment with FIVE massive boxes, each weighing over 120 lbs, taking up space for days. I also had to repackage everything myself and wait around for FedEx to schedule a pickup.

    This was exhausting, time-consuming, and completely avoidable with even basic quality control. Between the missing components, delayed replacement, rigid policies, and physical burden placed on the customer, this was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in years. If you are considering buying any furniture from Wayfair that requires assembly, I strongly recommend you reconsider. This was a frustrating, inconvenient, and deeply disappointing experience, and I will not be repeating it.

    Very disappointed with Wayfair delivery service. They left our furniture at the end of the driveway in 6 inches to a foot of snow, practically in the road. Not sure who this delivery service is, but it is ridiculous. I hope it isn't damaged from sitting in the snow. Also, I am glad I got a message from Wayfair that it was delivered. What if I hadn't been home to receive it right away? It could have been stolen, snowed on more and even more damaged. I am very unhappy with this service!!! It looks like they just pushed it out of the back of the truck and took off. The picture they shared when they dropped it off was clearly cropped to make it look like it wasn't just dropped off in this location. If I open this and it is clearly damaged, I will contact CS, right now it is literally thawing in my foyer.

    I can't stand Wayfair. I've used them a few times for business purchases because they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for. Their lead times are outright lies; 7-8 weeks turns into 4 months, frequently. It would be helpful know upfront, but they change it after it's ordered. One time, I just ended up cancelling the order altogether because it just wasn't getting there. This is the last time I'll order from them. Lesson learned. A negative star would be a more accurate review.

    We ordered the Khania 59.06'' Foldable Reclining Sofa Chair on January 9th. It was delivered perfectly and put together in record speed on January 22nd. Alex and his colleague had superb communication on the day of delivery, offering multiple updates and were extremely accurate with the timing. They were both extremely kind and professional. The couch was very carefully taken out of the truck and brought up to our apartment. They put the couch itself together in ten minutes, I was shocked at how fast it was put together. Not to mention they put it together perfectly. This process has made me want to order all my furniture on Wayfair due to the service. 5 stars!!!

    Please folks don’t shop Wayfair. L purchase 2 pictures from them. Months after both pictures started bleeding, changing their colors. For 200 dollar I wasn’t expecting water paint pictures. L contacted Wayfair, they say they will contact the seller, they emailed me back with a denial of and exchange from the seller. Bad, bad quality items. Don’t ever order pictures online. Shop in person for items like this, no receipt because it been past 6 months.

    I am writing to formally report my experience with Wayfair customer service regarding Order #**, placed on January 25, 2026. At checkout, I was offered the option to pay an additional $19.99 for expedited shipping, with a guaranteed delivery date of Wednesday, January 28, 2026. I selected and paid for this option specifically to ensure delivery by that date. Today, I received an updated delivery notice indicating the item will now arrive on Friday instead. I contacted customer service via chat, as the phone number listed on their website was not functioning, and requested a refund of the expedited shipping fee. I was advised that shipping fees are non-refundable.

    However, after reviewing Wayfair’s shipping policy, I do not see any statement indicating that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable when the guaranteed delivery date is not met. All items in my order qualified for free shipping. I paid the additional expedited shipping fee solely because this item is an outdoor cat heater needed to keep cats warm during cold weather. The delivery guarantee was the only reason for the added expense, and that commitment was not fulfilled.

    Charging for an expedited service that was not delivered as promised is unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I believe a refund of the $19.99 expedited shipping fee is both reasonable and warranted.

    We ordered a duvet cover that was (from the photos) identical to another one we were looking at but in Navy. When it arrived it was completely different than the photos. We ordered the black one from a reputable site and asked for a refund from Wayfair but they refused because the package had been opened. Terrible service, bait and switch website photos, just and awful experience, do yourself a favor and never order from these scam artists. The photos of the black duvet cover show a product we ended up purchasing from Dillard's.

    So far my experience with Wayfair has been a disaster. Ordered a table that says it will be delivered in 3-5 days. On day 2, I received an email stating that the table was too heavy, so it needed to go via freight, so it was going to set my delivery back by 2 weeks. Ok, I get that. 1 week later, I get another email saying that they now were backordered on my table.

    Wait, what? How did we go from my table was ready for pick up from a freight carrier to its back ordered and now it's been pushed out an additional 2 weeks??

    Customer service was of no help. Refused to work with me. Refused to expedite any shipping when the table became available, just said Welp, that's life. My app still says that it's waiting for pick up from freight carrier. The site and app still have the table as available and deliverable in 3-5 days, so I'm at a loss of what the actual truth is. Anyways that was my first and last purchase from them.

    I bought furniture but then canceled it because I’m in the middle of moving and the furniture would arrive before I moved. I canceled within 1 hour. Wayfair charged my credit card right away. Then I looked at my credit card and they have another charge same amount pending. So the are charging twice. I called wayfair and was told to call Apple Pay. I did not use Apple Pay. I called my credit card and they are handling the problem. I don’t understand how they can charge your credit card without delivering the furniture.

    Horrible experience. Ordered a piece of furniture. Got the wrong color shipped twice. Not a accommodating. First time was offered a 40% discount of if I kept it. Really wanted the right color. Sent it back. Got wrong color again. Discount the 2nd time was 25% off. No thanks. Both times when I had to call was on the phone for an hour to get order situated. No decent discount for their mistake, my time and frustration. Would not recommend this company at all

    This has been the worst experience with Wayfair, they use fed ex delivery services which are known to be the most incompetent delivery service. My package was clearly delivered to a wrong address and wrong building. I contacted Wayfair and they told me I will get a replacement. I waited 2 weeks after notifying the agent about my lost package. I noticed it was taking too long, I decided to call wayfair, to have an agent tell me the item is no longer in stock. This is poor business, no communication, no transparency and no integrity. Never again, they lost a customer in me. This is unacceptable, I requested my refund and no longer doing business with Wayfair.

    I really liked this company until I decided to order furniture. Unfortunately, the delivery process has been awful. We were unable to schedule a delivery date because the store uses FedEx as a third-party delivery company. FedEx rescheduled the delivery multiple times, which caused significant inconvenience. Be cautious when placing a large order. This was my first—and last—experience ordering a large purchase from this company.

When we caught them they tried to get us to keep it with a discount instead of them paying for a pickup.     This review documents a significant failure in the handling of a consumer transaction involving a fluted king-size bed. The order was improperly managed at every critical stage, including shipping, delivery, and final product quality. The items delivered did not meet reasonable or advertised workmanship standards. Multiple good-faith attempts were made to resolve these deficiencies through standard customer service channels for 4 months. Those efforts were met with inconsistent representations, delays, deception, and a lack of meaningful corrective action. Rather than resolving the matter, the process created additional obstacles to an effective remedy. With no arrival at a resolution, the issues were escalated to executive leadership, where specific assurances and false promises were provided.

    Those assurances were not honored. Despite executive involvement, the company failed to deliver a conforming product or an acceptable resolution. This experience reflects systemic operational and customer-care failures rather than an isolated incident, as evidenced by the volume of similar consumer complaints. Based on these facts, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. Consumers should exercise caution and consider formally documenting and reporting unresolved issues to appropriate oversight and regulatory authorities like the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (as applicable), and their state Attorney General. I will note that the CEO Niraj Shah, was made aware of the issue and even he failed to resolve this in a reasonable, professional, acceptable manner. Buyers beware. We need to make this company shutdown, they do not deserve our business!

    Terrible experience with both Wayfair and Chase Bank. I bought an outdoor sectional from Wayfair for an event, and it arrived late—making it useless for its intended purpose. The quality was awful: missing parts, misshapen cushions, and unstable seating. I requested a return and was promised a manager callback that never happened. Instead, they offered a small discount, which didn’t solve the problem.

    After weeks of no resolution, I disputed the charge with Chase. Wayfair sent missing parts even though I clearly wanted to return the item, and Chase closed the dispute just because parts were sent. That made no sense. I reopened the dispute, provided documentation, and still Chase eventually closed it again—leaving me stuck with a $1,300 charge for furniture I hate and never wanted. Wayfair refused to properly handle the return, and Chase completely failed to protect me as a customer. Hours wasted, zero accountability. Extremely disappointed.

    Worst customer service ever. Have had multiple issues returning items. Recently I bought an item they didn’t have in stock, so lied about it. Then canceled the order and didn’t notify me. When I called to ask about it, was promised a rug at same price ( within reason) only to find the rug, be told they wouldn’t discount it, then talk to 2 different people in different compartments to say has to be approved and will take 3-5 days. Meanwhile I need the rug they didn’t have over a week ago and now am supposed to wait 5 days to maybe get another with discount after their employees told me they would. Don’t buy from them.

    Horrible customer service. I ordered a left-facing sofa and they sent me a right-facing sofa, so now the chaise is on the wrong side. They only offered a 20% discount to keep the wrong sofa and the other option was to re-package the sofa and ship it back for a full refund. These are huge boneless cloud couches that come shrink wrapped and then they inflate to full size. They are seriously expecting me to put a full-size sofa into a box or wrap them up with plastic? I have to waste my time and money re-packing an entire sofa because they messed up and sent me the wrong sofa? No way. I guess I have to live with the wrong sofa after spending my hard-earned money on a new one. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Do not risk it, they will not make it right.

    Do not ever buy from Wayfair. They won't care how the products are delivered and if that causes injury to the customer or the public, despite reaching out for help. I am in the process of rewarding them with a lawsuit along with one of my neighbours! F U Wayfair!!

    Ordered my item in November 2025 and was to be delivered on December 9th long before when I needed it for Christmas. Here we are January 10, 2026, excuse after excuse and still don’t have it. There are too many other place to spend you money. Avoid Wayfair like the plague! Terrible

    Ordered a big man's recliner and didn't have it a month and the seat started breaking down and the one arm was wobbling back and forth. Was given a replacement big man's recliner (same one, brand and all and WE had to pay to have the old one shipped back). Haven't even had it a month yet and it also is breaking down. The handle has a plastic ring that has cracked. For a big man's recliner it is very lightweight and doesn’t seem to be sturdy built. You'd think for the money you'd get better quality.

    I purchased Alamo Patio Daybed with Cushions. It is rarely ever used. It sits on my enclosed patio and the zippers from the cushions just split. They are cheaply made. I purchased the protection plan and while still within the timeframe of coverage I reported the issue and sent pictures and they will not replace the covers. The coverage plan does not stand by their commitment and the cushion covers are made very cheaply. Protection plan is definitely not worth buying.

    Poor quality and bad experience. Purchased Currey & Co sideboard from Perigold/Wayfair. High end furniture at cost of $6,500. Came damaged with scratches on four sides of cabinet (pics) and door handles that are square and will not stay straight as top screws are stripped. Called on damage at delivery and they offered repair with discount or replacement. Since scratched at bottom legs took discount and repair. But, within 2 weeks console began to crack and finish chip off on doors like poor finish. We had not even touched the doors other than day of delivery. Also, door handles cracked at the handle screws.

    Connected with customer service and said considering new quality issues wanted replacement unit. They shared that it was likely from dry winter heat. Shared that I have whole home humidifier and my other furniture that has been in my house was fine with no sign of dryness. They did agree to replace which was appreciated. Received email on delivery of replacement within a week but offered delivery date was not going to work as day after Christmas and not home. Ended up having to call three times to get someone to change date with each call saying needed to call the following week and finally on the actual delivery date.

    Needless to say frustrating. Got changed to today, January 5th. We are in Michigan and it snows pretty much everyday. Sure enough it snowed 1 inch last night. We have a 700 ft drive and shoveled walkway and area for truck to park. Delivery showed up and stayed on road, called and said would not deliver as they may get stuck. We drove out to show that drive was fine but they said no time and would have to reschedule. They were there 10 mins. Now new delivery date is January 12th. Another day need to take off work and move furniture around. At this point really just want to return and get money back. Shared that with customer service and they brought up return fee. Should have known. If you have damage and quality is the issue you are at their mercy of getting something acceptable or end up paying something for nothing!

    I ordered six of an item from WAYFAIR yet only one arrived in the box. They cannot provide me with any additional tracking numbers that they keep telling me to wait and see if it shows up. If there were shipments, there would be tracking numbers and they can’t explain that. Still have only one item when I paid for six and now I can’t make a return because I only have one in hand! Do not work with this company! There’s a reason there are so many bad reviews and so many commercials on TV!

    Horrible customer service. I was told delivery address would be changed as requested and then they changed their mind. Delivery had not even been started. They claim you only have 15 minutes to change address if you made an error. Staff did not seem to care that I am a 70 year old incapable of lifting heavy furniture delivered to door. She just said oh well it will be delivered to door. There was no e-mail that she claimed was issued denying my request.

    I have spent hundreds of dollars with Wayfair, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I initially ordered a bed, and when it arrived, the boxes were already opened, damaged merchandise. I immediately contacted them to report the issue and was told to place a replacement order. They offered me a discount on a future purchase. I planned on using that discount to order a dresser, but they refused to do it.

    After placing the order, I waited for several weeks. FedEx contacted me to inform me that Wayfair had labeled the item as 56 lbs., but the item weighed over 200 lbs. Unable to get my item delivered, I immediately reported this to Wayfair and requested a refund. I called numerous times over a period of 4 weeks, to no avail. They simply ignored me and refused to refund me. I had to contact my bank to issue a claim against Wayfair for my credit (over $1,100!). The entire process was fatiguing, time-consuming, and unnecessary. Between damaged items, incorrect shipping information, lack of accountability and moral values, I NO LONGER TRUST THIS COMPANY. I would strongly caution others before ordering from Wayfair.

    Headline: Ruined New Year's Eve: Missing Parts, Shipping Delays, and Inventory Failures. Rating: 1 Star. Order #**. Item: Raliect Dining Table Set by Orren Ellis. I ordered this dining set on November 29, 2025, specifically to host my family for New Year's Eve. The original delivery estimate was two weeks, but it was pushed back repeatedly. Despite tracking showing the packages sitting in Clayton, IN, since Dec 22nd, they did not arrive until Dec 30th.

    When the delivery finally arrived (just one day before NYE), only 5 of the 6 packages were delivered: 8 chairs and the table support. The actual sintered stone table top was missing. The Customer Service experience was a nightmare. Wayfair and the carrier kept passing the blame back and forth regarding the missing box. I was initially told the top would ship Jan 9th (missing my holiday event entirely). After escalating, I was told the table top is not actually available. Most insulting was the initial resolution: I was offered a 25% discount to keep the item without the table top. Why would I want a table with no surface? While Wayfair has finally agreed to a return and refund, I am now left with no table for my New Year's Eve family dinner and the hassle of coordinating a pickup for a massive furniture set. Logistics, inventory accuracy, and empathy were all completely lacking.

    I had been a long time customer of Wayfair and purchased several pricey items through the years. I needed some cabinets for my living room and found these mango wood ones that I loved. I ordered two to sit side by side. When I received these items, they did not hold up in shipping well. I reached out to Wayfair and told them about it and provided pictures. I told them I could probably combine the two cabinets to make one non-damaged version. Great solution in my eyes and they agreed to ship another one. Well, that one arrived and it too was damaged. I asked for a refund at that point. They finally did agree to refund me. Great, problem solved, right?!

    Well, it’s been a few years since I have placed an order personally… I place orders through work being a prop manager, but now I have a new home and am ready to add some furnishings there. I went to place an expensive order and you know what happened? Wayfair sent me a message saying I’m just not the right fit as a customer and I can’t place orders any longer. So…okay Wayfair! You send damaged goods and a customer complains, so you ban them?! Got it! I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. That is a terrible business practice and you are correct that you are not a good fit!

    Wayfair is awful to deal with if your product is damaged. They do not make you whole or offer a fair and reasonable discount or rebate. Angi services through Wayfair are the same. Do not expect a refund if the assembler is rude and installs a damaged items without notifying you of the damage. You will be left totally unsatisfied and will not be made whole. All the while wasting hours of your time trying to work through the claim process. Beware, if you have any issue with the apparent poorly made and designed furniture they sell, you will regret ever purchasing from Wayfair. This is a totally unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

    Recently we purchased a patio wooden swing. When we opened the box the bench on the swing was broken. We had to go through the procedure of packing it back and placing in the front of pick up. We accepted refund and ordered a new one which arrived and today when we went to install it the contractor opened the box and we found dirt on the mattress and all the cushions were bitten by the mice, even the screw packet was bitten. The cushions were smelling awful. I did not expect this kind of service. Once by accident we got a faulty swing. Again the second time we are experiencing this problem.     I rated this a 5 because the delivery timing was on point—fast, efficient, and on schedule—but the condition of the items upon arrival was disappointing. The left arm of the chair and the footrest both arrived damaged, even though they were wrapped in bubble wrap. The exterior box also showed some damage, making it difficult to determine whether the issue occurred during shipping or earlier in the packing process. However, the presence of damage despite internal protection raises concerns about quality control at the point where the chair kit was assembled and packed within Wayfair’s supply chain or by its fulfillment partners. While I appreciate fast delivery, I prefer quality over speed.

    Due to the inconvenience of returning large furniture items, my only realistic option is to file a claim under the 5-year protection plan. If Wayfair is willing to send a replacement chair or offer a 50% discount on another ergonomic chair, I would reconsider my position and be open to recommending Wayfair to my partners and colleagues.

    Wayfair is a highly frustrating and annoying site to navigate; their filters need worked on considerably; I was trying to find African wildlife wall art canvases and I spent a considerable time on several occasions and did not find what I wanted.     Very disappointed in Wayfair's Lack of customer service. I admit I purchased a Faux Leather Queen Sofa Sleeper distributed by Red Barrel with a rating of 4.8 on their website. It was manufactured by Coaster Furniture. I have spent over two hours on the phone with the Customer service Agent Tsarry and the Manager Kima. I even texted on the website for help and Haley just left the Chat feature, said give her time to do research, 20 minutes, nothing. Insurance was purchased for 5 years, I should have reached out back in March when the faux leather flaking was embarrassing, however, I called today and was told the warranty has lapsed.

    I asked for help locating seat cushion covers that would fit. I was willing to purchase them. The company's employees were of no help, I don't think they even care, it may as well have been a computer phone tree for the extremely poor customer service received. I could not locate a phone number for Red Barrel but sent an inquiry over the internet. I called Wayfair a fourth time over a two hour period and Brice, a caring agent, did locate a number for Coaster but said he could not find the SKU. I called Coaster and they lady said without the SKU she can not help and hung up. This has been a nightmare.

    I have furniture that I purchased which has lasted over 5 years. Wayfair, for all of the advertising and enticing you do with TV commercials, you are a disappointment. I need to take over the company and teach your employees to value the customer, and most importantly, add the manufacturer's SKU number to the paperwork and help your customers with issues. It could be you some day with an issue and needing expert customer service from someone who truly cares. Dr. C. **.

    I recently ordered a rug and a coffee table from Wayfair. The holes and screws did not line up on the bottom of the table so no matter what I tried, there was always a gap at the bottom. The rug came with carpet beetle larvae. I took photos, sent a message and requested a refund. They gave me a very difficult time. They said they could have the carpet picked up in a few days but I would have had to keep it in my apartment until then, infested with these carpet beetles and possible eggs still developing. I’m sorry, but I was not willing to keep that inside. They refused to refund the money that I spent on an insect infested product because I could not get it back to them. I put it in the dumpster because I didn’t want bugs in my house. The customer service and product quality are both extremely poor. Do not recommend.

    I ordered a wine cellar from Wayfair. It was delivered and set inside my house. We moved it to another room and waited over 24 hrs to plug it in as directed. After 2 days, it does not go below 65 degrees. Trying to get a hold of Wayfair Customer Service is quite difficult. They do not provide any email to contact them. You have to go through a chat with a virtual asst. After finally getting a phone number, I called them to explain the problem with the brand new wine cellar that is unusable. I paid over $1700. for this. I expected them to bring me a new one and take this one back. Oh no - they said I have to deal with the manufacturer now!! I called them and they started a repair ticket. Why do I have to keep an item that is defective and now it's my problem!!!! I will never order from Wayfair again and I will write this review everywhere I can. We will see if the technician shows up Monday and fixes whatever is wrong.

    Tried to inquire about a return for a gift in case the recipient did not like the item. Found out there would be a 20.00 charge for a return if the product is opened and returned because of a personal reason like You don't like it. No fee if the gift is defective. This is not a way I would ever choose to give a gift. As much as I'd like to use Wayfair and avoid Amazon, its return policy will prevent that from happening.

    Pathetic logistic system. Internal carriers, product ready for pickup. It takes almost 4 days before it’s moved. It’s moved 250 miles but now it’s the weekend so it sits until 10 pm Monday. It’s moved again about 250 miles but it takes now 36 hours before it’s checked in at local delivery location. Great. It’s half hour away but it takes Wayfair 3 days to get their act together to deliver. It sure feels like pony express in 1910. It takes 11 days to move an item 500 miles. Totally dysfunctional operation.

    I bought a bed frame from Wayfair. They billed me and promised a delivery date. A week later I am getting daily updates moving the delivery date forward to the next day with unacceptable excuses (most "delayed in transit", but also "weather conditions" (it is winter in Ohio, but no extreme conditions in my opinion)). I feel I should at least get a refund until I get the product, but Wayfair says its can't cancel because it's already shipped (I didn't actually ask for a cancel, just my money back (until I get my product). I will not do business with online companies who will not take responsibility for shipping problems, so so long Wayfair. No idea how good the frame will be or if I will every get it.

    I have ordered many things form Wayfair and this is my first complaint. I decided to order Xmas decorations for my front yard which were advertised as to be delivered a couple of days later. So I got xmas garlands and garland hanger, I got the garlands puntctually but the garland hanger keeps getting delayed, until the 12/10. Xmas is a shirt season and Wayfair has not come thorugh with advertised delivery dates for the item. So Wayfair gets a BIG thumb down for Xmas decorations. Customers should just go to your local Lowe's and get those. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ORDERING XMAS anything from this company.

    I think Wayfair is fabulous with the best customer service. I've been buying from them for years and they are one of a few venues that have American speaking human beings that understand what you are saying and vice versa. Their customer service women are the sweetest people! If anything is damaged you can return it or they discount it for you. Then on top of that they give you 10% off code as an "I'm sorry" courtesy.

    Customer service is non-existent today with so many companies but Wayfair is GREAT! Furthermore, Wayfair is a venue. It is not a department store. It is a website with thousands of venders. All Modern is on there! MacKenzie Childs is on there! Josh and Main is on there! Some items may cost a little more but they ship by Fedex for FREE! That's class. No ontrac or trac17 shipping with a strange man in sweats in an unmarked van knocking at your door. I don't know about you but I'll pay a little more for safety.

    I had ordered a tarp from Home Depot and it got lost because their terrible customer service made an error. I cancelled the order and ordered the exact tarp for $10 more at Wayfair. The tarp from Wayfair came in a box in 3 days by Fedex! Then after 3 weeks they found the lost tarp and I said I didn't want it. Home Depot failed to tell the shipper and it was sent to me again. I refused it and I noticed it was thrown into a poly bag all smashed up. I called up their customer service and I could not understand anyone on the phone. There is a difference when you have bad customer service and good customer service. If you are having a bad issue with Wayfair then you might be on a scam site or your merchant is messed up. It ain't Wayfair.

    Do NOT purchase from Wayfair. Purchased something, paid for assembly. Product did not come when told. Did not even get an email stating package was delayed. Assembly was all set up BY Wayfair for the day after package was SUPPOSED to be delivered. Awful communication to the customer. I’ve only made 4 purchases through Wayfair, this is the THIRD issue I have had with them! No more.

    Received an outdoor sectional. First it was returned as you could see all hardware was used. Instructions were useless. Cushions were not 4” and padding was garbage. Went back and forth with customer service. Three times said they were sending thicker cushions. Never happened. After speaking with a supervisor was told they would reimburse partial money back. Never happened. Now wife is sending emails to admin. Probably nothing will happen there either. Please stay away from this company. Crap product and customer service is lower than whale poop at the bottom of the ocean

    I ordered four barn door bifold closet doors. While the site said "Easy Installation" they were anything but. I worked 10 hours on one door before deciding to return them all. The instructions had measurements down to 1/16th of a inch! I followed them exactly and was never able to install them. I returned them. Shipping and packaging for the return was nearly $400. After expressing my dissatisfaction to Wayfair, they 1. Offered me a discount, 2. Offered a discount to keep them (what? I can't install them!) and that's about it according to our policy, sucker! I'm done with Wayfair - there are better companies out there!

    Ordered two workbenches from Wayfair in Sept of 2025. The price seemed cheap so I was skeptical. The product was coming from China and I followed the tracking. After almost a month tracking showed it was delivered to me. After several days I contacted Wayfair to let them know I haven’t received any package. They asked me to check local PO and neighbors. I live in the country with no neighbors or foot traffic. Wayfair offered 30% refund and increased it through the complaint process to 80%. I asked them to resend another but they refused.     My experience with this company was good for the most part. They went above and beyond to make sure they took care of me. Even when it seem like they didn't know how to help me they made sure they went to find the answer. That spoke volumes to me. Their Black Friday sales were amazing.     I went back and forth with different Wayfair staff to locate my missing order. Each employee gave different information. It was a mess. No one could find it and I was told to keep calling back. My last call consisted of an employee calling me a “dumb as **” twice after he said that my address was wrong and I tried to tell him about my conversation the day before. I spoke to several people the next day who did not seem to think that was a problem. When I finally did speak with a manager - the best offer was to cancel my order because it “must be lost” and promise to look into the verbal assault. I received an email the next day saying the same thing, “we cancelled your order and refunded you and will investigate what happened”. The refund is not a gift - they lost the order. They left me scrambling for new materials and provided absolutely no material support. Absolutely bizarre. I previously loved Wayfair - I will not shop there again.

    I’ve purchased from this website several times. They have very good customer service, and the quality of their products is really good. It’s also very easy to contact them and get a response. I think the only drawback is that if you want to return a product, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. It’s not like Amazon or other websites where you can return items for free.

    I purchased two sets of filter replacement cartridges, from Wayfair, for my Aquasana. That was in June. I purchased them in advance, so I would have them when I needed them. I needed them today, 11/28/2025. Neither worked. To make sure the filter was working properly, I put the old filter cartridges back in. The filter worked fine. The filter would not work with the replacements I purchased from Wayfair. I informed Wayfair and the response I got was, sorry, it is past the 30 return window. I will never buy from Wayfair again.

    I have had my account at Wayfair for seven months. I have been on time, never missed a payment. Pay three weeks in advance of the due date and pay more than what is asked for, but because of a balance date ending, then miscalculated one of my payments turned around, threaten me with turning into the collection bill or something that was clearly their fault. When you go on the website to pay your bill or schedule a payment there’s all kinds of flashing little threatening notes on their threatening you with legal action or threatening you to turn you into collection. This is unacceptable for a company that wants to keep their company in good standing For myself. I have excellent credit and do not need to be threatened with something that doesn’t need to be this is unprofessional and a disgrace to the name of this company. I’m planning on paying off my table and never using them again.

    Wayfair delivered me a sofa that was advertised as having lumbar support. It had none. They asked for $300 to return it ($160 shipping and $140 in boxes).     We purchased the Pantry Cabinet 72" Tall Storage Cabinet, 4 doors and adjustable Shelving. Excited that the pantry arrived on time as promised. 2 or 3 days later the Assembly Pro, arrived at our home to put the Pantry together. He open the pack of hardware and said, there is a problem. I'm staring at him and said, "Yes?" He said section A is missing and apologized. He said, "We need to call the company and let them know so they can send it out to you." Just when we thought it was our lucky day, we felt betrayed. I called and the Hardware will supposed to arrive on 12/1/25. I also ordered the straps to secure the Pantry and decided I did need them. I wonder who's checking the hardware before sealing the package closed.

    Bought a $500 chair that was terrible quality. I couldn't put it together because the holes were too big so the screws wouldn’t stay in. They said they were going to send me a replacement and then said they couldn’t, they offered to reimburse me 30% of what I paid for it.     I have absolutely no words for how much Wayfair deceived me and then did not give a rip about it. I was assured on customer chat that this chaise had legs. I couldn't tell from the photo. I was also assured other incorrect information. I called their help number expecting, well, help. Even though I've used Wayfair so often, I was treated like I was either a liar or crazy. Couldn't I tell from the photos? No, I couldn't tell from the few photos provided. If a customer service agent tells you anything, do not believe it. I have never encountered customer service this bad except at the DMV, cell phone companies, and satellite TV.

    How much of this is on the company who manufactures this and how much is on Wayfair? I assume the Wayfair employee was inventing information to encourage me to buy this chaise, knowing I'd have to pay a huge shipping fee to take it back. But it could be the actual company making this chaise deceived them and Wayfair isn't taking responsibility for the matter.

    What I do know is Thanksgiving is in 4 days; I have no sofa of any kind (I ordered three of these and my husband already took out our other furniture & disassembled because we trusted Wayfair), and I have a toddler who can't even sit in the living room right now. It's just...unreal. We have no usable living room, and all this time and careful searching for the right product was a waste. More than that, though, I was tricked, and I won't forget that. Wayfair has ruined my trust in them and taken advantage of my trust, too....And the agent had the audacity to tell me to have a 'great day' and 'happy Thanksgiving' at the end of the call, when I was in tears.

    I did not trust the AI chatbot of course. I made sure I was talking to an agent before I ordered. I was told on the phone just now that no records of chats are kept, and whatever the agent tells me, it's my fault. And this during the holidays....and when money is tight. My family gave me Wayfair gift certificates for our anniversary. I will never, ever, ever buy from this company again. They stole more than our money. They stole my trust.

    I wish I could give zero stars. Wayfair is a perfect example of the wrong way in doing customer retention. I placed an order and during the checkout process offered several times to sign up for their preferred custom program... I declined. Within minutes of me placing the order, I got an email notification asking me to sign up for their preferred custom program. I got this even before my order confirmation. I deleted it. A few hours later, another email which I also deleted. Bright and early the next morning, just right about 8 am, I get a call from their outbound customer service center asking... You guessed it... to sign up for their preferred custom program.

    Come on. How many times do I have to say no before it becomes badgering and simply pathetic. I called and asked for my order to be cancelled out of sheer frustration. And, unsurprisingly, despite being told it would be handled, the cancellation never went through. Wayfair’s customer retention strategy isn’t just ineffective—it’s downright intrusive.

    I had a terrible experience with Wayfair. They don’t deliver products on time and often change the delivery date after taking payment and marking the item as shipped. Their customer service is just as bad — you first get stuck with a chatbot that isn’t helpful, and when you finally reach a live agent, they don’t resolve anything either. When I asked to cancel my order after it was delayed, they refused, claiming it was already “in transit.” Overall, I’d advise anyone to be prepared for delays, poor communication, and unhelpful customer support.     I purchased two accent chairs from Wayfair doing their Wayfair sale. The chairs were delivered on November 1st, 2025. When placing this order with a customer service representative with Wayfair, I asked the question in reference to the assembly of the chairs. It was stated to me that the only thing needed to be done to these chairs was screwed on fold legs to the chairs and did not have to pay for assembly of the chairs so when the chairs arrive on the 1st of November the chairs needed to be assembled more than screwing four legs are at the time.

    I called customer service and spoke to a representative and stated to them what my concern was about. My order stated that I was not giving the right information about the Assembly of my chairs and stated that only the four legs needed to be assembled and I told the representative that this was very poor customer service to tell someone something when it was not The truth the representative stated that he will speak to a management person to see if they can have someone to come and assemble the chairs.

    Today is it's Thursday and no one has reached out to me nor by phone or email to give me the status on getting the chairs assembled. So this afternoon I spoke to another representative, told her then what my complaint was in reference to my order that no one had reached out to me concerning getting the chairs a simple and that this is poor customer service. Skilled to not reach out to a customer in a timely fashion to let them know the status of getting something done. The representative placed me on the whole came back and told me that the only thing they can do is that they can waive the fee of shipping and have FedEx come and pick up the chairs.

    I think this dissertifying to a customer tonight. Because I purchased these chairs and hopefully they had them in place for my housewarming which is this coming Sunday. This is very heartbreaking to my wife because we will not have chairs in place for the housewarming. I will not recommend to my friends or anyone to purchase anything from Wayfair because they do not trying to satisfy the customer's need or rectify any situation when the mistake was made on their part. They do not even need a one star that needs zero Stars pull customer service.

    At first when I purchased my first item from Wayfair, I was chosen by them to participate in the True & Tried program, where I chose 2 items per month and can keep them as long as I gave a review. I did that for about 5 years. I always kept my reviews truthful and provided as much information as possible. The times I was not able to build the item in the time frame I was given to provide the review, I always noted that I had not had the time to build the item and still provided a review on the pieces and if the material seemed a strong good material and would often go back and provide an updated picture once I was able to put the item together.

    I never had an issue until recently. I recently had about 5 brain surgeries, the last one being in July 2025. In October I picked my usual 2 items, one of the items was a shoe storage cabinet, my picture was of the wooded pieces because I was not able to put the items together in a short time frame due to the fact that I couldn't bend down or lift heavy things. I was emailed letting me know that I was removed from the program because I didn't meet the rules of the program with my review. I called to try and obtain clarification but they told me that was private and they couldn't give me the information. I believe is because maybe the program needed to cut some people off because it seemed they were not having enough items to put on the list for that program because how other times I never was told anything when I provided pictures of the items not completely built.

    Purchased a bathtub through Wayfair - item was set to arrive a week after ordering. On the set delivery day, I got a notification that it was delayed to the following day. No big deal. The next day, I checked the tracking status and it turns out the item is on backorder and hasn't even shipped. Had I known the item was on backorder, I would not have ordered it. There has been no update to the shipping date, and I no longer trust that it will arrive. From reading other reviews, it appears this is not uncommon for Wayfair to sell an item that it does not actually have in stock. I will not be shopping with Wayfair again.

    It would be hard for me to imagine worse customer service. After a very long time on the chat, I purchased a mattress and a bed when the customer service representative was adamant that I could purchase the items but not have them delivered until later (I have screenshots of this). I did not want them to come right away as I had no room for them until my furniture was moved. I called the next morning just to reconfirm that the items would not be arriving. That afternoon my neighbor called to tell me that there was a giant box with a king mattress sitting out in front of my house, which I then had to get somebody to move. I am honestly stunned at how poorly this was managed, and now I have something for which I have no room. Horrible!

    I placed an order this morning for a "fandelier" we wanted for our dining room, above the table. From what I can tell, this fixture will be nice and meet our needs. The price was fair too. But it falls apart at checkout. I was given an offer to apply for a Wayfair Credit Card that said if I was approved I'd get $50 off my first order, which I was currently placing. Well I was approved and returned to complete my order. The new card was not an option (on the prior screen, there was a partial number, just showed the last 4).

    Anyway there was a link if your Wayfair Card was not showing. I did that, still could not use it on this order. So I called Customer Service for the Card itself, then transferred to regular customer service. NO HELP. Told I'd have to wait to get the actual card. Then I tried to email Wayfair, Customer Service as well as some of their execs. None of that would go thru. SO SICK OF COMPANIES DENYING CUSTOMERS THE ABILITY TO CONTACT VIA EMAIL!!!!     I used to love Wayfair but after my experience, and realizing that a lot of people were having the same difficulties with this company nowadays, I don’t think I’ll be using them anymore. I ordered an entertainment center in a dark brown color; when it arrived, I got rid of my old TV stand to maw room for building the one I received from wayfair. (I admit that this was a mistake on my part, because I hadn’t checked the package first to verify if everything was in order.)

    When I finally opened the package, I realized it was the wrong color! I thought, eh, It’s not a big deal— I’ll just let them know and they can replace it. Once I did so, I thought everything was ok! But after a couple of weeks of not receiving the replacement, I decided to check my order to see what was wrong. I saw that it was marked as “Delayed,” and that I would only be able to contact them about it if it hadn’t shipped after a certain date. So I waited.

    Finally, after the required waiting period, I contacted them and asked what the delay was about; they didn’t want to tell my why it was delayed, but someone did inform me that it was “On Hold.” They didn’t explain why, but the told me they would request the hold to be lifted and that usually it will be lifted within 24 hours. Pretty much exactly 24 hours later, the hold was lifted, and it was shipped within the week. But when I received it, I realized they had sent the wrong color AGAIN!! I was pretty peeved at this point, and contacted them immediately. After prodding them, the customer service rep admitted, “Sorry, it appears that we don’t have the item you want so we will have to refund you.” I was so flabbergasted by that response!

    So, I was left with no TV stand and my TV on the floor for about a month, and I had to shop for a replacement. Thankfully, I found the same TV stand on Amazon and thought I’d bite the bullet and try one more time. I received it in a timely manner, and it arrived in the CORRECT COLOR!! Ecstatic! Something I noted, by the way, was that the Model # I received from amazon was similar to the two that wayfair had sent me, but the last 3 numbers were different. Therefore, wayfair was sending me the wrong model # for the item multiple times. So, so annoying. I’m done with them.

    We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with Wayfair this year alone — furnishing multiple rooms and outdoor spaces. You’d think that level of loyalty would count for something. Apparently, it doesn’t. Our latest purchase was a BBQ grill that required assembly. We requested assembly through Wayfair, and they assigned one person for two hours via Angi — even though the manufacturer’s instructions clearly state that two people are needed for four hours. It was never going to work. To make matters worse, we later found the exact same grill elsewhere for a lower price including assembly. Naturally, we decided to return the Wayfair unit. Wayfair’s response? A $200 return fee — for an unopened item — and zero flexibility despite our extensive purchase history.

    We reached out to our sales representative, hoping that our ongoing relationship and significant spend would count for something. It didn’t. We were met with canned policies instead of customer service. At this point, it’s hard to justify continuing to buy from a company that treats high-value customers like disposable order numbers. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere — to retailers who value loyalty and stand behind their products and their customers.

    Worst service ever!!!! I ordered this popcorn machine to make sure it was delivered on Thursday the 16th because I had a Halloween event with 2000 kids on October 18th at my campground!!! The popcorn machine came on time, however they shipped me the wrong one! The popcorn machine they sent was sooooooo small and would never have worked! I have been doing this for the kids for the last 15 years. I called and explained to the lady what happened and I even scanned the pictures of the popcorn machine inside of the box and the outside of the box that was damaged also. The dimensions were way smaller and the box weighed 12 lbs lighter.

    The lady did not believe me that it was the wrong size until I had to convert kg to lbs to make her believe I DID receive the wrong item. I asked her to overnight me the correct machine as to not disappoint all of the kids for the event, however she said she could not do that! This ruined my entire event!!!! I explained to the lady I was going to leave a review as to what happened and would not ever order anything from Wayfair again and she did not care!!!! Getting the wrong item was one thing, but not making it right and ruining my entire event was another problem!!!!

    I purchased a shed and installation in April 2025. They sent installers that were unqualified for the job, and they walked off the job. They didn't know what they were doing. They left us with hundreds of parts and a bent perimeter of the shed. We had to finish it ourselves. They did refund the installation fee. A few weeks later a collection agency called me saying Wayfair refunded me the money by mistake and they want the money back. I am being told if I don't pay it back the amount I will be charged will increase.

The table I purchased has been sitting unpackaged in my dining room for almost a week now. They have cancelled repeatedly.     I ordered an item on 9/13/25 from Wayfair and paid for it with my PayPal account - it was never delivered to me - FedEx said it was damaged in transit so they sent it back to Wayfair - Wayfair received it back on 9/29/25 - despite providing all of this information to Wayfair and Paypal on numerous occasions I still have not received a refund as of 10/15/25 - I will never order from Wayfair again - their customer service is TERRIBLE - Buyer Beware!

    I placed an order, after the order was confirmed, I received an email that told me I had 3 days to call and reconfirm my address. This was the first time I have ordered from Wayfair, I am a regular customer, this is the first time I had to deal with this. I called and spoke with on rep who assured me that everything was ok, only to get another email that it wasn't corrected. The rep said that it was nothing he could do on his end because it wouldn't allow him to change anything on his end. I'm not sure what he was changing because he verified everything with me. He said the only thing he could do was cancel the order and send me a refund.     I had a terrible experience with Wayfair’s installation service. About two weeks ago, I received my patio furniture and paid an additional $100 for installation. The installer was supposed to come a week after delivery but never showed up. Two hours later, he called to apologize for not reaching out sooner and said he would be late. I rescheduled for the following week, and a young man arrived — but he had no tools and didn’t even seem to know why he was there. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. I paid for a service that I never received. Please beware when ordering from Wayfair if you plan to use their installation service. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m still waiting for what I paid for.

    We have been waiting since 8/30/2025 for resolution from Wayfair. Short version of the extremely well documented series of events: We are a boutique hotel which has purchased almost $40K of merchandise from Wayfair. Wayfair failed to process a refund from a $10K order from 2021 resulting in Wayfair holding $1,176.37 of our money for four years. When this came to our attention, we contacted Wayfair management. Wayfair "lost" an email for six weeks it is now well documented Wayfair had the entire time but was apparently avoiding response. Wayfair refused to either update the refund amount to reflect value lost to the highest period of US inflation since the 70s or to offer an equivalent discount to reflect the lost purchasing power of the dollars held.

    Wayfair initially offered only store credit usable only on Wayfair goods. When pressed to make good on the lost value of funds, Wayfair instead claimed to have refunded the $1,176.37 to "our card on file". When we attempted to verify this, no refund appeared to either of the cards on file in our Wayfair account. When pressed, Wayfair eventually acknowledged they had refunded the $1,176.37 to a credit card which has been closed for years while claiming to have made the refund to a card currently on file, a statement we have demonstrated as a falsehood on several levels.

    On 10/1/25 Wayfair emailed one of our employees, providing a link to Stripe so they could refund our money to her. We have clearly documented that the email address of the employee offered our refund assuredly does NOT appear in our account and has not in a LONG time. Wayfair attempted to refund our money with no inflation value adjustment to an employee whose information has not been present in our account for quite some time. It is abundantly clear Wayfair has no intention of resolving their error or what is rapidly beginning to look like fraud.

    We tried to order wall art online. I could not figure out how to order and pay. I got stuck again at payments, I opted to use their Chat feature. The Chat person was helpful until we reached the payment point again. The payment option had a glitch I could not get passed. The Chat person sent me a link that did not work. I asked to speak to a human by telephone. The Cat person told me "I am a human!" Not helpful...

    On October 1st, I ordered a recliner from Wayfair. The price was fair and they stated free expedited delivery with a 2-day delivery. 10 days later, the item has still not shipped and they refuse to refund me and told me they would look into it and advise by Oct 21st.     Worst company ever, never contacted me about late delivery, I contacted them multiple times and fed lies about oh it will be delivered x day you will get notification before delivery or notification if delayed.     I purchased a sofa with Wayfair in 2023. At the time of purchase the order was cancelled two times. When both orders were placed, both orders included an "Allstate Warranty" for three years! I then placed a third order for the same item and spoke with a customer service for assistance. The customer service representative was supposed to translate everything into a new order. I contacted and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Danielle T., in August 2025, which is still within the three-year window. Danielle T. sent me an email, with the options to choose from. Unfortunately, due to death in the family and mental illness, I followed up to speak with Danielle in October 2025, via email. No response.

    On October 9th, I called and was transfer to Kim, who is another supervisor, who informed me to contact "Allstate", someone from Wayfair, who she couldn't identify their position, named Tipendra C., sent me an email after Danielle T., informing me he/she wouldn't honor the offer that Danielle, send via email!.     Wayfair is horrible. I will never order anything from them. My mother's chair was to be delivered on Sunday, and no one showed up – she's in a wheelchair, so I had to get someone to stay with her all day to assist with getting the chairs out of the house with her. I called all day yesterday, Monday, and got no help – the customer service was very rude.

    Now it's Tuesday morning, and still nothing – they won't refund my money, cancel the order, or assist me. I've planned to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I'm going to return the chair and purchase it from somewhere else, because now I'd have to pay someone to stay home again to be there for the retrieval, if it ever comes.     I purchased a mattress set from Wayfair. They called to say they are 30 minutes away for delivery, so I went and break down my bed to have place for my new bed. When they arrive to the house, the delivery guy told me they only have the bedframe and the footboard. So I asked him where am I supposed to sleep.     The worst experience EVER! EVER! I applied to one of their many third party financing companies THREE times. Each time I was denied. I have a 760 credit score and earn $96,114 a year. After being denied I get an email stating my shipment was on its way. They shipped all but one piece, well they shipped two of the same thing so my sectional was not complete. I have several emails apologizing and stating the ship dates have changed, implying that they DO have the needed part. These emails start 9/17. Today I get an email from this place stating that the mfg is unable ship single parts and that they need to pick what they sent me and ship a whole new set. And every time I speak to someone I get a brand new excuse, every time!

    We purchased a recliner from them about 2 years ago. It was delivered and assembled in a day. It didn't recline from day one. I told the delivery/assemblers I didn't want it and the assembly guy asked if I would mind if they pick it up on the way back to the warehouse so they don't have to work around it on the truck all day. I thought it was a reasonable request and they seemed to be truthful. So here it is, about 2 years later, the chair is still here. Numerous calls to Wayfair yielded nothing but lies, jerk job after jerk job. If you want to purchase garbage, by all means, order from these disingenuous liars. I had to fly down to Arizona to accept a delivery of a new couch and of course what they said when I ordered it is not what actually happened and of course the customer service said, "Well we don't really know the shipping date until it ships.."     Their Home Service description was deceptive to me. It sounded like Wayfair would deliver, bring my delivery into my "location of choice" and assemble upon delivery. Here's their website claim: "A pro will unpack and assemble your item in your location of choice." First of all, Wayfair does not deliver; FedEx does. FedEx does not bring the items indoors or to the "location of choice", nor do they assemble on the day you receive your order. FedEx delivers on one day and Angi may or may not communicate with you about the assembly on another day of their choice (unless you change it.) So, you have to bring the boxes in yourself (I had 160 lbs of boxes and am elderly) to avoid theft or weather damage.

    Next step is the day before Angi shows up (if they contact you at all - you must look on Wayfair website in the right spot to see when you are scheduled) you receive a text that tells you to "...move the item into place and check for damage." So now you have brought the boxes in, put them in the "location of choice" yourself, opened the boxes yourself and pulled everything out yourself even though the website says the pro will unpack. All that's left for the Angi person to do is put in 32 screws in 8 chairs for the total price of $339. Just... wow! That's $10 per screw. Not worth the price!! But that's not all... there's one last insult. Under Frequently Asked Questions on the product page it states "Afterward, the pro will tidy up your space." But on the Wayfair Help Center page for Home Service it states that "Service pros are not responsible for disposing of packaging materials ..." I cancelled the service! I'll do it myself!

    Purchased my pool table/ dining room table June 24th for a deliver the following month. As of today 9/16 half has been shipped. Status hasn’t moved in over a month. I would highly recommend not ordering from this company.     I am not really sure who is responsible here. Wayfair or the service they use, Angi. I paid wayfair for the assembly and installation of a gazebo. First day, one "pro" as Angi calls them, showed up, whereas it states that 2 - 3 people are required to put this together and get it set up. The pro stayed his time, 5 hours and got done the framework only. Left saying we would have to hang the curtains. What does he not know assembly means?

    I had to reschedule for two pros to come finish what was started and should have been done in 4.5 hours total. Okay, second time, one pro showed up. The pro said from the start, "I cannot do this without help and need another pro here, so I will wait a half hour". Which he did and no other showed up. I talked to wayfair and they referred me to Angi, which the scheduling began, and wayfair just flipped it away like it was nothing important, given the fact that I have been put off twice now. "My time is mine and waiting a few days for what I paid for is not a picnic".

    Now, the project is scheduled for the 16th. If the pros show up, it may get completed, but I am not holding my breath. So where is my compensation for putting up with no-shows, inexperience, tardiness, and my patience? While reading these reviews, I am wondering, are they doing anybody any good, even if they read them, does wayfair read them? Or do they just sit here on this website and show no response from wayfair or Angi? Live and learn costs good people a fortune and sanity. Never again.

    Absolutely terrible company. Had several items scheduled for delivery and assembly. I had old furniture in place as Wayfair is unreliable with delivery schedules. Because I requested they wait 10 minutes for me to have to furniture moved they said they didn't have time due to scheduling and left. The furniture assembly would take way longer than 10 minutes. Clearly they do not have any time management skills. A previous delivery was cancelled because they ran out of time. This confirms that they have 0 time management skills or that other customers are given more grace and actually receive their items

    I purchased both a sink and the recommended faucet from Wayfair. The project got delayed a couple of months and when it turns out the faucet was the wrong size Wayfair refused to refund or exchange the faucet they recommended. Do not buy from this company.

    I will never order from Wayfair again mostly because they have zero customer service. You can only contact them by text message or email which is all AI generated. There is no real person to speak to. That bothers me because replacing an item was very difficult since their messages are pre-generated and I can’t get a good answer to my questions about the product I needed to return/replace. I ended up returning and ordered from somewhere else who has customer service.

    I ordered a propane heating stove on 8-31-25 Labor Day sale and got a good deal. Apparently too good. It was supposed to be delivered about 2 weeks out. The price went up $300.00 the day after Labor Day. They sent me an email on 9-4-25 stating it would be delayed until 11-5-25! This same product was still being advertised with a shipping date 2 weeks out so I was confused why mine was going to take 2 months. Then on 9-5-25 they sent another email stating the order was cancelled. No reason. They refunded the amount paid. I contacted "customer service". They said there was a pricing error and had to cancel it as it was "company policy". They said they could help me order another one, $300.00 more in price. I passed. Not sure it's legal to advertise a price, take the payment then cancel the order because they gave me too good of a deal. They can't do that at any retail store. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

    Placed an order for a sideboard ($1,479.99) on July 28. Confirmed expected arrival window Aug. 28-Sept.6. On Sept. 2, checked my order online. It was still on order. I call Wayfair, after several times being placed on hold, was told by the representative that the item was out of stock and the supplier had no time frame for new inventory. So the order was cancelled.

    On the same day, went back to the Wayfair site, and found out that the sideboard was listed as TWO left in stock, but the price now was $1,739. Called back Wayfair customer service, the representative as soon as she identified the order put me through a supervisor, who lied and told me AGAIN the item was out of stock, when I could clearly see on the site what had happened. On Sept. 3, went back to the Wayfair site to check on the item. This time not only had they added my cancelled order to the stock on hand, but RAISED the price to $1829.99. I had been a loyal customer of Wayfair, and I trusted their service and merchandise quality.

    Bought some chairs that are supposed to be gold like the stock photos. Not gold. Brown/bronze box with one leg poking out and bent and another leg had no foot rubber pad. Sent photos and had an Hour long text chat and they wanted me to send it back but the box was damaged beyond usability so would have to buy a new box and go ship it settled on a 20 dollar discount. Now we get to figure out how to straighten a leg and see if we can spray paint these to look like the photos. Probably don’t buy anything of medium to high value with Wayfair because when it goes wrong it will be your inconvenience and expense.

    I did not realize Wayfair is a middleman, not at actual furniture retailer, and as such each purchase will be shipped and handled by the specified manufacturer, not Wayfair. Therefore, if you are shipped a completely wrong item, you will be dealing with a random manufacturer who may or may be in China and it may take several days of back to back emails to even establish the fact that you received the wrong item. Sorry, four days and multiple requests for photos of different stickers on the box are not the same as a simple phone call or email to the company you thought you were doing business with.

    Decent "inexpensive" furniture. Fairly easy ordering process, app is very user friendly; easy to set favorite and comparison shop. Everything is great, right up until you actually pull the trigger and they have your money. Then it goes one of two ways:

    1. Things go pretty much as advertised; stuff arrives as described, within the delivery window provided during ordering, and either you put the stuff together or you hire someone to help (which I recommend in cases of most furniture unless it's a simply table or something).

    2. Things don't go at all as advertised. You make a purchase based on a product description and "standard shipping times" only to find out that they (apparently) work exclusively with FedEx, who is arguably the very worst courier in the history of couriers. I placed an order from MD, and as I follow the tracking, it went from GA to FL (???), and hung out in FL for a couple days. Not only is it five days past the "estimated" delivery date," but going to customer service at Wayfair is a waste of time. Literally, do not bother. They can't/won't do a thing. You can't even cancel your order. Meanwhile, they've got your money, and "it'll get there when it gets there."

    My experience to date is that it's like flipping a coin. You have a 50/50 chance of either getting exactly what you expected when you expected it, or getting it weeks and weeks after you order it.

    While Wayfair has become well-known for their nonstop advertisements on TV, the reality is that behind the hype, their delivery service and treatment of customers is poor. Last month, I ordered a set of three bronze vases -- and the largest of the three arrived with warps and dents like I'd never seen on any product before. The vase is completely unusable, as it would be a source of ridicule if it were ever visible to company -- not to mention that the overwhelming damage has rendered the product ugly and misshapen.

    To make matters even worse, Wayfair offered me two lousy options: repack everything, having to get new boxes because I never would have expected their product to arrive so badly damaged, or...get this...a 10% refund, even after they saw the photos I'd send them of their damaged product. They are just so lousy. How in their minds can they justify that -- beyond wanting to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who think and hope they might be trustworthy? The greed is unconscionable and unfathomable. Find a more respectable business anywhere. You deserve better.

    I've been a Wayfair customer for close to 20 years. Price, reliability, exceptional customer service, quality - these were the reasons for being loyal to Wayfair. Recently, however, their quality, reliability and customer service are abysmal. My daughter bought a bed for her new apartment, when she and her fiancé opened the box - the bed was very poor quality and damaged. I told them to pack it up and I'd get in touch with Wayfair.... no worries - or so I thought.

    I wasted over three hours via text and trying to get someone on "live chat" - to no avail; I was given the runaround; first they refused the return; then offered a return with ME paying the shipping; then just a return. When I explained the condition of the box and product and that it would extremely inconvenient to haul this thing back to our house for a return.... I got a "sorry, not sorry" reply. So - for $228 - Wayfair not only lost THIS customer, but I will dissuade anyone from doing business with them in the future. Sad and unfortunate!!

    Horrible customer service and unfriendly to consumers. Customer service representatives don't know anything about the products and refer you to things that wouldn't fit in your space. Make it hard to want to order things because you don't want to take the risk of not liking it and then having to pay a fortune to send it back because it's not damaged which is the only way they will take things back without a hassle. The stuff is cheaply made and very easy to damage when putting together.

    I purchased a dresser from Wayfair. I put it together and the quality was terrible. I tried using it for a while but it was just not working at all. I contacted them and they instructed me to send it back. It took me over a month to find a box big enough to send it back and they cancelled my return label. They would not reissue a label and now I am stuck with a dresser that is TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!

    Have purchased from Wayfair several times and generally consider it a last choice option. It’s a crapshoot, and sometimes I’m not willing to gamble. Most recently, ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. The money came out of my account immediately. It’s been 15 days, and the sofa never shipped. Occasional mistakes are okay, but not when 5 separate Wayfair reps can’t manage to give a straight answer. Canceled the order. It’s unacceptable. Hopefully I’ve learned my lesson.

    I ordered a tv stand with fireplace.... It arrived very quickly. The fist thing I do is check off all the parts. Everything was there... then I assembled it step by step.... I made a mistake and put one part on the wrong way... but, quickly rearranged the part.... It took me 2 days to assemble with a screwdriver.

Wayfair refuses to honor the sale and for a "reputable" company apparently cannot or will not stop this theft from innocent customers.     Wayfair loves to promise low prices and quick shipping, but they're unable to actually deliver on those promises. Items arrive missing pieces. They're very friendly when you call for those parts to be sent out, but they aren't going to order them when you call the first time. First, they're call you back because the hole in the box and the entire bag of missing screws is most easily explained by you not knowing what you're looking for, not packaging that looks like it was designed by a 6 year old child (lots of tape trying to keep it together in a too small box that easily gets broken and torn). Then, they'll agree to send you the screws. They should get shipped out 10 days after you received your original order.

    You remember your original order, it's the box that you were forced to fully unpack in order to guarantee that you weren't missing the hardware. In ten days, I may finally have a functional living room with a chair I can sit in, but given past experiences, I know that the odds are good that they aren't going to show up. Save your time and sanity and buy through literally any other online retailer.

    I purchased a buffet cabinet on Wayfair’s website on August 10th, with an estimated delivery between August 14th and 16th. To my surprise, the very next day I received an email stating that delivery had been rescheduled to October 1st — an unacceptable delay. When I reached out within the original timeframe to understand what had happened, the response was even more alarming: “The item is out of stock, we are waiting for replenishment.” How can a company sell a product that is not in stock without informing the customer? This raises serious questions about Wayfair’s credibility and shows a complete lack of respect toward its customers.

    The issue is even more significant considering that my purchase was made during Boston’s tax-free weekend. Had I known that the item would not be available, I never would have proceeded with the order, since my intention was to receive the cabinet quickly. Instead, I was misled into purchasing something that was not actually in stock. To make matters worse, customer service gave me a new delivery date of August 19th — which was also not honored. This is beyond unacceptable. I cannot help but ask: What has happened to the level of service in America that was once praised for its quality and reliability, but now shows such disregard and disorganization? The result is clear: I am deeply frustrated and completely disappointed with Wayfair.

    I can’t imagine a more inferior recliner than the one I received from Wayfair. It is too small for anyone but a child. Very hard seating and difficult to recliner in. At 5’5” my feet hung over the foot rest. Do not waste your time and money on this one.

    Ordered a 13 x 20 metal shed/carport and received it actually earlier than they said that was gonna come, which is good however, he came and a 6‘ x 4‘ box looks like a coffin. This box is supposed to hold two large swinging doors, one man door, the Roof, all the bolts, all the stuff to put things together plus the poles to stand it on it, also has sides and they’re telling me that this 6‘ x 4‘ box holds all of that. We called them and said "We’re not satisfied" and they said, "Oh sorry about that but you’re gonna have to spend $200 to send it back to us." When we ask him how come, they said it’s because it wasn’t broken or damaged. Well we don’t know that that’s broken or damaged, because in order for me to say that, I had to open the package, which nullified the refund when I asked them about that. They said "Nothing we can do about it." "You pay us $200 and we’ll send you the rest of the money."

    That’s fine. I’m not gonna argue with them anymore because there’s no winning that however, what I can do is let everyone know do not shop at Wayfair and expect a refund or expect any type of Satisfaction and getting what you really want so we’re gonna let everybody know we wanted to let you know that picture, also the picture that I tried to download to this review would not allow me to or send them pictures so anyway be cautious, don’t shop.

    In a single word, my experience with Wayfair was HORRIBLE! Products were subpar and actually dangerous - the "gripper" rug pad was worthless could have caused an accident for anyone stepping on the rug when it slid out from underneath the person. So with two items I could not use, I then got to deal with the Wayfair return policy, which is a win-win for Wayfair and a lose-lose for the customer.

    In short, they make you buy a return shipping label for each item, regardless of how they shipped it to you. So you pay multiple shipping charges - one per item. But then they tell you to combine as much as you can into a single box/shipment and discard the extra labels. In short, they force you to pay for multiple labels/shipments ($5.50 each in my case) but Wayfair only incurs the cost on the label(s) you actually use. We will see if this is the end of it or if I then have to constantly follow up to get the refund...the story may be worse but it's bad enough already I felt that I should warn others now!

    Wayfair Cancelled my order after almost a week of purchase, said it is out of stock. Coming to find out, they didn’t want to sell it for the price it was listed. They lied about the whole process as customer service told me the item is out of stock and I see the item listed on those website with a different price tag. When I called sales to check item availability, I was told they have 4 of the item available. I asked then why was my order cancelled, they said because the vendor wouldn’t accept the price I paid. Wow, I didn’t fall for the price, the price was posted on third website and I purchased it with that price and was accepted. But after almost a week, they decided to cancel my order for to the price. I could’ve scored another deal from a different retailer if I was notified at least within 24 hours. This is very disgusting and really bad customer service.

    I won't be shopping with Wayfair again. I purchased a light fixture in brushed nickel. When it arrived, it was in gold. I went online to return and replace the item and saw that it was out of stock, so I called the customer service number. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and told me that I'd receive an email with instructions on how to return and exchange the item in the correct color. So I assumed that he perhaps had access to a different stock than I was able to see online.

    I received the email and they provided the instruction to return the old fixture and told me they would be sending the new fixture in brushed nickel. Yay! Well about an hour later, I received another email stating that it was in fact out of stock. I was of course disappointed and now I'm convinced that they knew they were sending the wrong item, but just sent me whatever they had since they sold an item that was clearly unavailable.

    The manufacturer offered me 50% off the item that I have if I wanted to keep it. I said no because it does not match the color scheme of the bathroom that I'm redecorating, and that I wanted to return it. I reached back out to Wayfair customer service and asked for a 10% discount on my replacement item for the inconvenience. They declined and said it wasn't in their policy to offer a discount for something like this. I felt like that was a small consolation given that I shouldn't have been able to purchase an out of stock item.

    So, I am returning the item. The light fixtures that I'm looking at are around the $200 range so what skin off their back would it have been to offer me a $20 discount? Now they're getting nothing as I found a very similar item from another store. I understand that $200 isn't anything to a company of that size, but the customer service element is what was so disappointing. I'm done with Wayfair.

    Updated on 08/19/2025: I ordered a simple L-shaped desk (no hutch) and paid an additional $90 for it to be assembled. The first assembly appointment was two weeks ago; the "window" was 11-3. Nobody showed up, and I was not notified. A few days later, same thing: an assembly appointment for which nobody showed up; the "window" was again 11-3 and again I was not notified.

    Today was the third date; for this appointment, Wayfair had e-mailed me that "your assembly team will arrive at 11:30 Aug. 19." I waited until 2 p.m. when, having received no notification of any kind, I called Wayfair, and advised that I was filing a dispute with my credit-card company, which I did. Over the next hour, Wayfair phoned me four times. I would not speak to them. I will find someone else to assemble the desk. To avoid refund issues with items that are unsatisfactory, I would suggest using a Visa, Master, or Discover card to make any purchase; you can file disputes with these companies, and if the issue is legitimate, they should decline or revoke payment. As for me, I will never again purchase anything from Wayfair.

    Original Review: I ordered a desk, requiring assembly, and three book cases, intact. Per Wayfair, the assembly of the desk cannot be simultaneous with the delivery. Sunday, 10 Aug., with no prior notice of any kind to me, two heavy boxes were left in the entryway of my (55+) condominium building; the entryway is an enclosed space between the lobby and outdoors. Only after the truck had driven away did I receive an e-mail that the desk had been delivered. I could not budge the boxes, much less carry them to my first-floor unit.

    The assembly of the desk was scheduled for the following day, Monday, 11 Aug., between 11 and 3. By 2:30, having heard nothing, I called Wayfair. The representative transferred me to someone in shipping, who called the truck. Back on the line, he said there were "vehicular issues" and the assemblers would not arrive for another three hours. I told him that would be too late, and we'd have to reschedule. He advised that earliest possible date would be 14 Aug., which is today, and again between 11 and 3. It is now 12:30, and I have heard nothing yet.

    Meanwhile, the bookshelves, scheduled for delivery Friday, 15 Aug., were delivered this morning, but again I was not notified until the truck was gone, and the notification was an e-mail. Three immense boxes were left in the entryway of the apartment building, partially blocking egress for residents. I will never again purchase anything from Wayfair.

    For online purchases with any other platform, the customer doesn't pay return expenses as long as you drop the item at a drop-off location. But Wayfair will take a junk out of your payment for return. Be careful when buying from Wayfair!

    I was out of town and not accessible to my secretary who was told to file a claim for damage to my dining room table. Allstate would not take his call and he had to resort to online claim but required a code be sent to my phone. He gave up. I have proof of this. We I came home one day past a 30-day cut off, Allstate stated it was past 30 days and they not accept claim. After email proof of their phone system not allow you to call them for the code and my assistant also put the date of occurrence at May 1 when he was guessing when it was May 17, Allstate did not care.

    I called Wayfair and they washed their hands of the matter, even though they admitted that Allstate finds ways to not pay for most of their claims. I am out of $155 for a 5-year warranty and no repair of my dining room table. Next is the lawyer, bad reviews and never buy from Wayfair again. Wayfair is guilty for dealing with misleading Allstate insurance when their own employees hear this all the time.

    This company uses FedEx for shipping, and my order did not arrive as promised. Once they shipped it, customer service told me it was no longer their responsibility and that I would receive it whenever FedEx decided to deliver it. When I called for answers, I was hung up on, and the representative who did speak to me offered no solutions or compensation for the delay. My package has been lost for days, and there seems to be no concern about resolving the issue. At this point, I don’t even know if I will ever receive my purchase or if it will arrive in usable condition. This was my first and will be my last order with this company, and I will be sharing my experience with others.

    I had a problem with my order. A chair set comes in two packages. One was out of stock. I tried to cancel the entire chair set (Who needs half a chair?) I was told by the rep that I could not cancel and had to wait for the delivery and return it. Meanwhile the rest of my order was in the same status and did allow me to cancel. I then tried to chat online with a rep. If I did not respond immediately, I was dropped. But they took a very long time to respond to me. When picked up by a new rep, I was repeatedly asked to explain the problem. They could have helped by looking at the chat for my info. Then, a rep claimed this was a UK site (It wasn’t!). I’ve never felt so abused by a company before. I used to be a regular customer, but never again!!!
