    I bought an entire bedroom set with a full size name brand mattress for under $1600. Also bought rugs after the room was put together. Quality is really good and looks beautiful. Very happy with all my purchases and would recommend.

    Wayfair is way overpriced and everything looks cheap. When I look for furniture I look for comfort and everything I looked at did not look like it had any. Just not happy with their selection or quality of products they handle. Found a couch elsewhere and purchased.

    We've purchased a good number of products from Wayfair...and they are consistently of good quality! Recently, we had a fire pit which had issues after six months of use and Wayfair, without question or issue, replaced the unit within days! It's so great to find reputable, dependable retailers in today's world! AND...the customer service line was picked up in just a timely way as a new sale would be...and by a live person without myriad digital voice prompts to navigate. Love Wayfair.com!! Our family highly recommends!

    My son and daughter-in-law purchased a nursery set for my new grandbaby and it is beautiful, functional and sturdy. Most importantly is it's quality and safety for my grandchild. I have also shopped Wayfair and have always been impressed by my selections. Sometimes I have a hard time choosing because I have found so many items I like. It is definitely my go to for the price and selection.

    When I have made purchases through Wayfair in the past and have had an issue they were very quick to resolve it. I was missing a small piece for my bed and they sent me replacement parts overnight. I've always enjoyed shopping with them whether it was remodeling my kitchen or just buying new furniture or accent pieces. They have a very large selection and great prices. I love the ideas that I get to update my style for my home.

    It's very hard to find nice furniture in the stores without paying a small fortune, the travel time to and from the stores, plus a heavy delivery fee. They give you software to place your furniture, to see if it will fit. We live in a very rural area. I have ordered 5 pieces of furniture from them, and only had one issue with some small metal tables, and the packaging and it was all handled with a phone call. The prices were great, free shipping and Customer service is A+++.

    I've purchased a number of furniture items from Wayfair and overall I'm very pleased with them. There are many options to buying furniture but in my lifetime I've seen the quality of all products diminish over time. Wayfair is better than most because If you're unhappy or have a problem with any of their products they will take care of it. No runaround — just excellent customer service. I usually check the customer reviews to see what other people had to say. Of course you have to take everything with a grain of salt but at least it gives you an idea of issues etc. with certain products. Just a tip... Never pay full price as everything they have will go on sale.

    When I walked in the store the customer service associates were very nice and trying to help me what I wanted to find. They were very specific with me about what the prices were and where the furniture was located in the store. They were very helpful and they had great customer service skills and if there was a question that I need to answer you were willing to answer any questions and if there was a question that they did not know they found someone to help me with the question. I was glad to buy a product and furniture from the store.

    There was a few pieces of furniture that I have questions about. I was able to pull up the furniture on my phone and they were able to show me the furniture and if there was the furniture on available they do have a catalog and I was able to look in the catalog to find the furniture as well as different pieces and different styles of furniture that would be interested in.

    Our family have purchased several pieces of furniture from Wayfair and have never been disappointed with the quality. From entertainment centers to buffets the selection has been excellent. We received one buffet/console that was coming in 3 pieces and they delivered two of the wrong pieces. However, upon calling Wayfair they sent out the right pieces in less than 2 days! Our dining table we purchased was put together by friendly people the same day it was delivered, of course you pay extra for that convenience but it’s well worth it! I just can’t say enough about their excellent customer service, we are impressed every time we need to call them. Will continue to buy from Wayfair for all our home needs.

    Recently bought a dining table from Wayfair and wanted to purchase other matching pieces for the living room. My research indicates that online retailers are selling the exact same product under different style names, e.g. a console table is called "Parley" on the Wayfair site, and "Eberlin" on the manufacturer's website (Furniture of America). The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) is $439 on this particular piece, but Wayfair says the MSRP is $1134 and is on sale for $539. So obviously you'd think you're getting a great deal, but you are not. Be careful of Wayfair. Seems to me that this is a dishonest business practice.

    I have been watching a dining set that was £28 for the last couple of weeks (Cali by Norden) waiting to see if the price goes down for "Black Friday". I received an e-mail today for Black Friday - Early Access. Surprise Surprise the set has increase to £42.99 !!!! No doubt it will go down in price "on" Black Friday, but maybe not to the £28 pre "offer" price. Some unfortunate people will also think they are getting a deal at £42.99. I called their customer service to check if the price increase was correct, only to be told that he could only see the price being £34 previously, but it is now £42.99. It just goes to show, you can not always believe that the offer is so "special" after all.

    I need to think twice if I am ever to order from Wayfair again. My first order and nothing but issues with shipping and delays and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a patio set from them and followed up on delays in shipping and they had nothing but excuses. One rep said one thing, another said another thing and no one could get their story straight. They ended up cancelling one order and giving me 10% off next order but why would I ever buy anything from them again. Shabby practices and unreasonable shipping expectations make this company hard to do business with.

    I had a very good experience buying living room furniture with Wayfair. Delivery was excellent and they set it up including putting the legs on etc. My main issue was the quality was not great. After owning this for a year, the cushions have started pilling and losing their firmness. I bought this piece due to all of the great reviews, but I would like to know how people feel after one year.

    When my husband and I bought our new house in 2018, I bought eight or nine new pieces of furniture from Wayfair, including a couch, an ottoman, four bar stools, a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a shoe cubby, deck furniture, and the vanity in our bathroom. We receive compliments from everyone who visits, and frankly the furniture really makes our house a home.

    I love shopping on Wayfair because I can read hundreds of reviews and get honest feedback from others who have purchased whatever it is I'm interested in. Those reviews have been spot-on! The one piece I gambled on was our couch, since it didn't have any reviews, but I submitted a couple questions, which were answered by Wayfair staff quickly, and my bet paid off. Our couch far exceeds our expectations. Additionally, when our vanity arrived with a scratch on it, Wayfair customer service provided us a great solution. I highly recommend Wayfair for just about any piece of furniture imaginable!

    We have shopped here before and found the quality of the products very good, but they are still overpriced in our opinion. They do however offer free shipping and the times that we have called them, the customer service people are very nice and helpful. We checked again on Friday and today for Cyber Monday sales; and although the special prices were good, we were able to find a bed much cheaper here locally. We would recommend Wayfair and especially for their fine customer service folks, but just were able to find a better deal at this time. I do intend on checking back with them on any upcoming purchases that we intend to make, and hopefully will be able to find a good deal then.

    I was looking for a unique furniture piece that would allow a transition between my family room and dining area but would also have a purpose. I was able to find the perfect furniture item on Wayfair. It was unique, stable and beautiful. Since I have not purchased furniture from this place I was concerned about the durability but the wood shelf has held up very well and provides a very sturdy structure. I was able to use to for multiple things and I absolutely love it. The shelf did have a screw hole in with a thread insert already pre drilled that was warped but we were able to make it work anyways. I did not reach out to the customer service team because it was minor and once the screw is in it, you cannot see it so it was not a big deal to us. The prices with Wayfair were very reasonable and we still got a quality piece of furniture. I will buy from them in the future and appreciated the shipping updates and expected arrival accuracy.

    I placed an order and when it gave me the delivery date it asked if I wanted to cancel due to shipping was four weeks out. I said YES - they took my money. Didn't cancel. I made three call to get my money back (no product was shipped or delivered). Going on twelve days and was told today it will be another 5-7 days to get my refund!! I would highly suggest finding another vendor for your needs.

    We ordered my platform bed on 11/15/2019 and they said it would be here 11/17/2019. We still have not received it and today's date is 11/20/2019. We called and asked what was going on. They said they would expedite shipping. So now it won't be here until 11/27/2019. To my knowledge expedite means in one day maybe 2. This is our 1st time ordering from this site and we will NEVER do it again.

    I recently purchased a coffee table from Wayfair, I have been shopping for one for several months. Wayfair has the largest collection of all the stores I shopped. Purchasing was simple.     Wayfair has excellent furniture choices. Price high to low but some cheaper bar and aren't really good quality but remember you get what you pay for. They have excellent customer service and return policy. Would highly recommend and last not forget the free shipping. Awesome.

    I placed an order for a rug (among other items) in early October. Online I could see that the rug had shipped but 2 days after my estimated delivery date when it still hadn’t arrived I called customer service and they advised that they were certain it had gotten lost in transit, and shipped out a new one. I got the new one and then a few days after, I got what I’m assuming was the original rug.

    **I** called Wayfair to let them know that they had shipped me 2 in error. The customer service rep I spoke with apologized, thanked me for letting them know and advised that the shipping company would be calling me to schedule a time to pick it up since it would not be fair for me to cart this 8x10 rug to a shipping location when this was not my error. She advised they’d schedule this within 14 days and if after 14 days they had not picked up, that that would be their problem.

    The Shipping company did not call me, they just started showing up at random times Monday to Friday during business hours while I was at work with 0 notice. I called Wayfair to let them know about the trouble that I was having and I was advised that a case manager would be giving me a call which I never received for help.

    The shipping company has now stopped at my house over a dozen times over the last 4-5 weeks when I clearly told them I would not be home and needed notice, and Wayfair has done absolutely nothing to help resolve this issue that was Wayfair’s error in the first place! This has been an absolute nightmare and I am now taking a day off of work tomorrow to accommodate their hours to pick up this stupid rug because clearly, Wayfair values the cost of this rug over customer service. This was my first and last order with Wayfair, this company has been such an unbelievable headache to deal with. I would not recommend Wayfair to anyone ever based on this experience.

RES FLAG — cracked vanity top. Delivery team rolled a 500 pound vanity up my concrete terrace stairs. CLUNK CLUNK. Bragging “I’ve never broken one yet.” Liars. Stay away.     I ordered a Day Bed Trundel with assembly. I would not have purchased the product if I knew I had to assemble it myself. When the bed was delivered I was informed that the delivery service does not do assembly. I was informed that they could refund me the assembly fee and give me a phone number to an assembly service that MAY be able to help me. So for clarification, the guys who deliver for Birch Lane actually never had the option to have the furniture delivered and assembled. The only option available is delivery and refund. That was my only choice. This they let me know this AS THEY ARE DELIVERING THE BED!

    If they had let me know in advance that I did not have an assembly option, I would have canceled the order. No phone call. No email. No text. No communication of this lack of service at all (that I had already paid for). I will never, ever order products from Wayfair or its subsidiaries (Birch Lane) again. This kind of business practice of pretending you have a service that you actually do not have, is obnoxious.

    Returns with Amazon are FREE, returns with Wayfair are EXPENSIVE... Bought curtains for over $60, Giant tiger sells for $7, what a mistake, 1st order with Wayfair... Never again. Wanted almost $20 to return them.

    I have had an online login with Wayfair for some years with my maiden name. On Oct. 11 2019 I placed an order online with wayfair, I opted to use progressive leasing as I have leased with them in the past. I used my credit card in my now married name for the down payment which was approved for $1048.90. I was approved with Progressive leasing. I received emails from both wayfair and progressive that the order was successful. The next day I called wayfair as online my account was showing each item I ordered was cancelled. I was then told my wayfair account was flagged for fraud. I assume my married name vs my maiden name, who knows. Nobody can tell you. I was told to order something with my credit card, wait 30 days and try the lease again. Which I created a new account with my married information and ordered a spatula with the intent to wait and give them another try.

    I then spent days on the phone going back and forth between progressive leasing and wayfair to get the lease stopped being I wasn't getting anything I ordered. I was assured that My initial payment would be returned to me. 11/14/19 I received a call from Progressive leasing collection team demanding a payment. I was told Wayfair sent an invoice in the amount of $904.94, when the total of the initial order was $1048.90. Mind you I have never received anything, I was denied the option to the order. Now I'm responsible for paying the difference. Not to mention the time I've taken from my family and worked to resolve this. It's yet to be resolved. I will not be using wayfair again. Save your time and go else where. Overstock has always been great to me.

    I had purchased a KitchenAid ceramic bowl retails for $8499. They had on sale for $5999 so I bought it paid with PayPal. My order sat on hold for three days sparking me to call to find out why. Second phone call I was informed they made a pricing error and the bowl is regular price. They charged my PayPal account. When were they going to tell me they had a pricing error? So you take my money and don’t ship the item. Offered me and "I’m sorry 10% off your next order". I can replace my order full price -10%. I guess this is the new generation of shopping is online and there’s no more customer service no more honoring prices even though that was your mistake. Online store should be accountable for their mistakes and not take that to the customer! This was my first purchase on Wayfair and might be my last.

    Wayfair is such a scam. So expensive and they give you the cheapest **. Almost $200 for a litter box cabinet, it was made out of this cardboard crap and was glued together, yes I said GLUED, WITH SINGLE STRIP DOUBLE SIDED GLUE STRIPS. The only screws that came were for the magnetic latches for the swinging doors, which weren't even long enough to stay in place... didn't even last more than 3 months.

    Bought a dresser too, SO CHEAP. Not made to hold clothes, bottom of drawers is made of extremely thin almost poster board material. Bought a bed frame too, $230 or something for a wooden panel floating bed frame. The instructions were awful, took me about 3 hours start to finish with not even a break in that time. The bottom of the bed frame is literally held by wooden dowels.... I'm super careful not to hit it a certain way because it will immediately fall out of place if hit too hard. What a waste of my money. Please don't purchase from here, shop used and local, better for the environment anyway instead of this mass produced crap.

    To be fair, Wayfair was good with their customer service. Their product though is less than inferior. First I had to get a replacement because when it got delivered parts were broken. Ok, got the replacement. Put the cabinet together and everything seemed fine except because I got a full replacement, I still have sitting in my living room the box of broken parts because they won't take it back. Now back to the real problem, the material used in their products break or fall apart easily. What else can be expected when working with press wood. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Guess you really do get what you pay for and I will never waste my money again.

    Ordered a table - comes with base and top separately. 1 - Base arrived without any hardware. Ordered hardware online and on the phone, MUST wait nearly THREE weeks to get it. 2 - Top arrived earlier than expected and was delivered to wrong address by FedEx. 3 - Top finally arrived, packaging damaged and opened/re-taped. 4 - Hardware is there, but NO assembly instructions. 5 - Tried CHAT to no avail... Would not acknowledge HARDWARE may be missing. Had to open box myself (very heavy) - I'm ALONE AND 75 YEARS OLD. Did that ANYWAY, NO INSTRUCTIONS! 6 - Chat agent took exceptionally long times to answer. Then would not do anything to mitigate the problem. HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER NEAR-THREE WEEKS FOR REPLACEMENT HARDWARE - (11/29)- after Thanksgiving! 7 - I now have NO table for thanksgiving. 8 - Chat agent would not give me RMA to free-return!

    Normally, Wayfair is a fine company, and this problem is obviously from their manufacturer. But that's their problem. I have to deal with Wayfair, not the manufacturer. Their phone people are good and helpful, but the wait times are unacceptable for replacement of items that THEY messed up. I will think twice before ever ordering from Wayfair again.

    By the looks of the picture, this end table would be the perfect match to our lanai furniture. Good thing the FedEx delivery person waited for us to open the damaged shipping box! What a piece of junk!! Look more like something put out for trash; not even something you'd donate to Goodwill after years of use. Even the FedEx delivery person suggested it be immediately returned. Not only was it inferior quality, but cardboard was glued to the sides of the piece, the finish was chipped off in other places and it was so wobbly you wouldn't dare put anything on it. The drawers were falling out (looked as if they were too small for the openings). All-in-all a piece of junk!

    I had read the reviews of Wayfair merchandise and thought they were simply posted by grouchy people...I can assure you I'm not an old grouch. This was the first and last time I will EVER order anything from Wayfair. Guess a trip to real furniture stores is the only way to assure we're getting what we pay for. Now let's hope Wayfair refunds my $436 in the promised 3 to 5 business days. Thankfully used AmEx who has promised to stand behind me if Wayfair renegs on the full refund.

    I have never had such poor customer service in my life. We ordered office chairs for our business and after a year the bolts started falling out and we actually had people fall flat on their back from leaning back a bit (the base came unsecured from the seat). I have called them 5 times for help on getting new parts to replace the bolts in the chair. The first time, they said they were sending me hardware kits to my business and a confirmation email to the email on file. Never received an email or the parts.

    Called back, they couldn't find the order, and hung up on me. Called again, they couldn't find the order, and didn't propose a solution. Just kind of awkwardly said bye. Called again about bolt sizes and they said they would email a link and size to me so I could replace myself. Gave my own email and didn't get any email even though she confirmed she sent. Called again, had to re-explain the entire situation and finally gave me a bolt size that "might" fit. I have never been this mad about such a simple problem.

    I bought a Fairchild sofa that I love 8 months ago. For 8 months I've tried out the Sunbrella fabric that I had it covered in. I am a disabled vet and I have nerve damage in my arms as part of my disability. I also get uncontrollable itching from that damage. The fabric of Sunbrella is kind of rough and has not softened in 8 months. I called customer service who was extremely helpful and gave me to a manager called Tyler.

    Tyler was extremely nice while he was on the line and told me that they would contact the warehouse and find out about getting me a different slipcover and it would be at no charge to me. He then said he gave my case to a case manager, but did not tell me who. He also said I would hear something by the 31st of October. I never heard anything so I called customer service again and spoke with Delilah the only person who gave me her direct number. She said the warehouse would do it but for $500. I said Tyler said it would be at no charge. She said that was above her head and gave me Tyler's voicemail. I left Tyler a message. I never received a call back.

    I've been sent to Delilah an email asking for Tyler's phone number I never got a response. Not even to say she couldn't give it. I spoke to a couple other customer service Representatives who themselves were very nice but could do nothing. I was given Tyler's voicemail again and left a message but no reply. I was then told by another customer service rep that my case manager was Joanne and I was given her extension. I have left a message for Joanne because I have questions, but to date November 5th have heard nothing back. When I try to call her I just get voicemail over and over again. So what I have figured out is if you don't get a human being on the phone that is assigned to your case you will never hear from them again.

    At this point I'm very frustrated because of the promises that were made and not kept so far. I can't ask for the questions because I can't get a hold of my case manager and no other case manager will help me because I am assigned to Joanne. If things change I will update this review, but as of this date I am very disillusioned with their customer service/case managers/Tyler's promises. I do like their products however, but if you can't get help when you need it why would you want to buy from them anymore.

    I have bought over $4,000 worth of furniture for my home and had one promotional credit balance come due a day before card due date. I paid the entire promotional balance by card due date, but was still charged $256 in interest. When I called customer service 3 times...they refused to even give me a dime back of interest. That is poor customer service!! I will not be buying anything from Wayfair anymore!!

    I tried to change my order literally less than 24 hours later as it was the wrong color. They said they couldn’t contact the warehouse but they would reroute the package and send me the correct chairs. Never did that. I got the wrong chairs and they wouldn’t accept a return unless I paid the shipping. I will never buy from here again. Very shady.

    We wanted to buy a fiber optic Christmas tree to replace the one our family has had for many years. We found one we liked at Wayfair and put it in our shopping cart. However, we had to wait until the next day to submit the order because we were waiting for our retirement check to be deposited. When it was deposited the following day, I went back to our Wayfair shopping cart to make the order, only to find that the price had been increased in our cart. I contacted Wayfair Chat and was told that the price of the tree could not be reduced to the first price but, in the future, they could put a week-long price lock on an item but couldn't reduce the price that was originally in our shopping cart. This seems strange. I am wary of any company that does things like this—increasing the price of items in only a few hours and refusing to honor the price that was in a customer's shopping cart for a very short time.

    I ordered a couch and chair using their in house credit, huge mistake. After three weeks of waiting Wayfair cancelled the order via email telling me the items are backordered and there was balance on the account, which there was no balance. Three weeks at this point. Then after finally getting ahold of them, I was told I ordered items that were not in stock, nowhere did it say that when I ordered, and because of that my order was canceled. Yet, the line of credit is still active. So no couch or chair, and a active credit line. The following day I got a email with their sale ad. It had a print of the couch I just tried to order and everything when I called again. They told me it was custom made...it was not backorder. Then trying to close the line of credit with Wayfair is nightmare. You call, "Yes, it will be closed today..." It has been three days and still not close.

    This review has nothing to do with the quality of Wayfair's products. Most of their products are really great and I have purchased several nice things from them. Customer service is awesome too. ;) The reason for three stars is because I get so frustrated when I am on the Wayfair website. It is extremely slow and it takes forever for picture's ad information to load. I get so frustrated that I just give up and leave the site. My advice to Wayfair is to fix this issue. If your site was faster, I would probably buy more.

    Small simple order of curtains, used gift card and my debit card for purchase, and after delivered I found out they tried to void out the gift card payment, and charged my credit card double the amount a week after these curtains were delivered. They should not have played around w/ my payments. I made the payment over the phone with agent - case closed. Why are you charging me a week after delivered the wrong amount, and then trying to credit back my gift card? This was a total disaster. Still waiting on response from supervisor Annette who never responded to any of my emails. Will never never order from them again. They are confused. I never authorized them for the amount they charged on my credit.

    Wayfair is a sad joke. Wow. I ordered a new bed frame on October 18 and was notified on November 2 that my order had been canceled. With Thanksgiving and the holidays just around the corner, It's crunch time to get the house ready for our extended family. Thinking I had that task handled, I'd moved on to worrying about other holiday related concerns. But now that I've been notified my order has been canceled, I have to double back and re-address the issue.

    Hey Wayfair, what you took so long to tell me you didn't have the bed frame in inventory. Do you not have Inventory tracking software? Not cool! Not only will I never use this website again, but also, I'm going to inform as many people as possible about the way you operate. One very upset former customer. P.S. The customer rep I spoke with was kind and understanding but had no answer as to why it took approx. 15 days to notify me that you didn't have the bed frame in inventory.

    I had to go through pages of curtains to find what I wanted. Fortunately, I have dealt with Wayfair previously, so I made my choices first then tried to order. Seven choices were sold out. I finally found one that would be delivered in 3 weeks, which was ok. Now, however, I am told that the curtains will not be here in 3 weeks, but more like 5 weeks!

    Wayfair is going through the same headaches with deliveries as did Amazon Prime during its second or third year. Delayed deliveries all over the place. It is very frustrating. I feel Wayfair should be able to assure an item is available if they say it is and can be delivered in the time period stated. Prime finally found their feet when they started their own deliveries; hopefully Wayfair can find an answer.

    I ordered bedroom furniture....a bed, side table, and two dressers. I ordered it over the phone and had a great experience. But then the emails started about order status, tracking, delivery estimates. The bed was broken down into 3 separate orders, the side table was a another order and the 2 dressers became a 6th order. Then the emails started about delivery times. I had order the white glove service for delivery and set up of items and box take away.

    One morning at 7am my side table arrived. The delivery man told me it was place inside the door delivery and he only had a time limit of 9 minutes to complete the delivery. I did talk him into unpacking the item and taking the box. I called and was assured all other items would be delivered together on Nov 7 with white glove service. Well today I received the foot of the bed and the side rails with inside the door delivery only. So skip Wayfair....shop at a local store that has its only delivery team that will carry out your wishes.

    I ordered two sheds totaled about $1100 Sep 19th, and was told the order will be delivered Sep 30th. As you have guessed, today is Oct 28th and I have no idea where the order is. During the time I have called many times. The order was lost at one time and eventually found. Then each time when I call to check on the status, I got similar story that the order will arrive at a delivery station and I will be contacted to set up a delivery time. But I never got a call, not from delivery station, not from Wayfair, not from anyone; nor have I receive any updates on the order whereabouts. As the winter finally come, I can't wait anymore. I called and cancelled the order. Right now I just hope that my refund would arrive to my bank account without any issues, actually I am praying for that....

    The worst experience. I ordered a couch that was delivered ripped. They placed a replacement order and I later found out, only after calling their customer service, that the initial item was discontinued and I wouldn't be receiving a replacement. They then gave me a refund for the item only (not for the delivery of that item) and said I could buy another couch if I wanted to.

    A month later I get a call from the delivery service stating they were there to pick up the couch. I had not approve the pick up of the couch and had already spent additional time and money to get it repaired. I spoke with customer service to see what was going on and they said that they were organizing pick up of the item and wanted to know when they could arrange this. I had thought that they had given me a refund for delivering a damaged product only to find out that I then had to pay them in order to keep the damaged item I had spent additional money to repair. They offered me 50% off the initial purchase of the item. So now I have paid for half of this damaged item which I had to pay to get fixed, I had to use two days of PTO to take time off of work to receive the damaged item and to have it fixed. It has taken so much time, frustration, and stress...that I had to still pay for! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be shopping with this group again.

    I had ordered from them before with no problem. This time, I ordered a dining set listed as "blow out" price. I got a confirmation and the money was taken from my account. A few days later, I got an email that I had canceled it. I had not canceled it. When I called, I was told the company canceled it because it was priced wrong and I was offered a higher price to get the set. I declined. I told them that I had entered into a contract with them for the price and I had paid for it and they needed to sell it at that price. They refused, again offering a "good Price" to buy it at a higher cost. I asked to speak to a higher manager and was told someone would call me. No one called me and I am not surprised.

    When I filed a complaint with the BBB, I see this is a very common practice they do. They put something on their website for sale and when you buy it, they cancel it as "wrong price" and offer to sell it to you at a higher price. This company should not be in business and its practices are very deceptive. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Then they sent me a survey to see how "Becca" was able to help me. When I filled it out, it wouldn't all me to sent. How in the world is this company still in business? Check out the Better Business Bureau and see over 700 complaints about this company!

    Bought a set of steak knives there, then within 20mins of placing the order, decided to get another more expensive set that appealed to my wife more. Put in a cancellation order and it was pending for 4 days. They then sent the package after 4 days, then claimed my cancellation order was submitted too late. They are very quick to take your money, but will not return it. Be very careful of this company. They also left in their "return policy" an open ended clause. Stating that "most items" can be returned. I now see why so many people prefer places like Walmart and Amazon. Where customer service is still done well. Once again, be wary of this company and I would look elsewhere if you are at all concerned about customer service.

    I accidentally put in the wrong address as the shipping address, so I called customer service with the expectation that it would be too late. The package had indeed already shipped. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do the customer service rep put me on hold while they reached out to FedEx and had them update the shipping address in real time. When the rep got back on the line with me she confirmed that the package was re-routed to the new address. Wow! Now that is what I call proactive customer service!

    DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL INSTANTLY REGRET IT! The 3rd party bank that this company deals with is not only incompetent but also rude and will have to calling back and forth until the point that your account is almost in collections just for a simple account number. You can verify all your information but they will never give you your account info over the phone. They say they have mailed multiple statements plus my initial letter which was never received. I don’t understand what bank asks and receives correct information (address, bday, etc.) and can tell me how much I owe and ask for a payment but you don’t have any information on hand to give to me.

    Very suspicious 3rd party bank and they also overprice items higher than overstock. I did Wayfair for the credit card but next time to avoid the hassle and headache this has become I’ll just pay for my things upfront. I’ve never had any company ask for all my information but you can’t give me a simple account number so I can go online and look at my credit agreement, interest rate, etc.

    I ordered a product that was suppose to be delivered in 3 days per the website. I received an email the next day saying it would now take 2 weeks. Finally my product came in and it was the wrong item. Today I am being told that they cannot come and get their product today and I will have to wait 3 months to get another product. This is a really crappy company that cares nothing about their customers or the service they provide. I am going to pay 3x the cost to shop local and help a family.     Most painful and frustrated experience ever! The unbelievable way this people handle business have no equal! If you have nothing else to do that receiving messages from FedEx and Wayfair saying your package will arrive at the end of the day or between 11:10-1:10 pm, this is the place.     I ordered an oak end table that was described as yellow wood. I thought it would be a lighter oak. Pictures show various finishes from honey oak, red oak, & brown oak. Order description said yellow. What was delivered was brown. Unit will be returned, no problem. Issue is credibility as a source where one can accurately shop for furniture. What you see may not be what you get. The differences can be dramatic. The help desk can't help because they have the same screen you have. Not a very professional site. Picture shows product in box with oak sample in comparison.

    Your company is destroying small businesses. You take a ridiculous percentage from your sellers, then do not pay your invoices for months. We have hundreds of open invoices that have yet to be paid by you. At the end of every quarter you refuse to send payment and make up excuses about the weather, or how busy you are. We can never speak to the same person because nobody sticks around there long enough to know what's going on. We canceled our contract with you and you still were taking orders from customers on our behalf and not sending them the product! Now we will have open invoices from 120 days ago. Such a joke. I would never recommend any business to partner with Wayfair and will never purchase another item from you again. Any person that is looking to order on Wayfair I recommend searching for the actual company that sells the product and not going through a 3rd party like this greedy company.

    I called to place an order on 10/3/19 for a daybed due to company coming. I called instead of ordering online because I wanted to talk to someone about a firm delivery timeframe. I would not have ordered had I known the delivery was so unpredictable. At the time the order was placed I was told the delivery date was estimated as 10/15/19 and could possibly be early. Also when I asked where it was coming from they said Michigan. I thought Michigan to Illinois would be a reasonable delivery time. After the order went through the estimated delivery date was changed to 10/16/19.

    On 10/4/19 I received a notice that the item had shipped. It then said it would reach the delivery partner on 10/21/19. On 10/5/19 it said it was in New Jersey. Every day it changes. Today it says it will reach the partner 10/17/19. My understanding is that it could take two days to be delivered after reaching the partner. At this point I have no idea when it will be here. My company will be leaving on 10/21/19. I guess this was a total misunderstanding on my part. I have ordered smaller things from Wayfair and did not have this problem all.

    I am waiting for my third order from Wayfair. Ordered the product online over a month ago. I received an email saying my order had been shipped within two weeks which included tracking info. The tracking info advised that it was at the courier's depot. I waited a few days and checked again - still at the depot. I rang the depot to be advised that the item had not been received by them!! Complained to Wayfair who allege they have sent a replacement, due to arrive by October 15th. I am not holding my breath. My second order - the same thing happened and I got a refund two months after the order. They are a disgrace.

    So I'm 5ft looking for a small recliner. I purchased one from Wayfair. It's small all right. There is only a 2 inch high arm rest, from the seat. In fact you could easily fall out of it sideways. Also the seat is so hard that it makes it for a very uncomfortable chair. Very unhappy. 200$ I wish I had never spent.

As if this wasn't inconvenient enough, Wayfair then refuses to pick up the broken item and leaves it on your hands to figure out what to do with it.     After reaching out via phone and email to the customer service department, and receiving little help other than being provided with the expected shipping date and promise that they are doing what they can. I've decided to post our extremely exhausting experience here as well. Our order placed on September 17 was scheduled to be delivered on Friday, Sept 27th. At the time of delivery, only one item arrived. My wife was contacted and told there was not room on the truck for the rest of the items, and that they would be delivered later that week. After some discussion with the person on the phone, we were able to have the items delivered on September 28th.

    On September 28th, items were delivered, including the bedroom set. During the delivery, my wife pointed out that there were two boxes for the bed (Labeled: “Box 1 of 3” and “Box 3 of 3”). My wife asked several times about whether there should be an additional box, and was assured that this was the entire bed. We finished our move on October 2nd and I started to build the bed. At that time, we realized that there was a box of items missing for the bed. We contacted Wayfair customer service on the evening of Oct 2nd. During that time we were assured we would be assigned a case manager, that notice would be given to the shipping company to look for the box, and that replacement items would be shipped.

    On the afternoon of October 3rd, I called Wayfair customer service again. At this time I spoke to a representative who told me that she can see that items were put on order, but would not arrive until October 15th. She reported that a case manager had not been assigned and the shipping company was not communicated with to look for the missing item. She reported that should would assign a case manager, request that the shipping company look for the missing item, and submit a request to the manufacturer to send the missing box, with hope it could be sent FedEx in one or two days.

    Today, October 4th, I called Wayfair again and spoke to the case manager assigned to our order, Tyler. Tyler informed me that the order was put into the manufacturer and the shipping company was looking for the order. He informed me that the policy is that we need to wait up to 4 business days to hear from the shipping company before sending the missing items, and that if the shipping company found the items, they could send them sooner. As of right now, we will possibly be waiting until October 10th for items to be sent, and, according to the email, October 15th to receive the items.

    I am extremely frustrated with the fact that we paid a substantial amount for furniture and are now sleeping on the floor, waiting potentially another week and a half to receive the items we need. October 15th is 18 days past the originally scheduled delivery date. I believe there should be a way for Wayfair to expedite this, 18 days past a scheduled delivery date is unacceptable.

    Doing a major remodel and addition in MA and wanted to take advantage of the selection and prices that Wayfair offers. Bought sink faucets, shower system and bath filler. Some arrived missing key parts (rough-in valves despite description and specs and 1 hour pre-order customer service call) and other arrived bent. All was rectified but not before 1-2 week delay in the plumbing subcontractor. We also had a free standing tub on hold for purchase. Ultimately however all the parts were NOT Massachusetts certified, including the tub. Everything had to be returned. I likely have spoken to every customer service rep (all of whom were super friendly but unable to help nor answer my specific questions). Due to timing delays, I was forced to pay near retail prices locally as I no longer had the luxury of online shopping and shipping. Massachusetts folks - be informed and stay away!

    I have heard of Wayfair for quite some time and decided I would purchase a new dining room table from them. I ordered the table on September 15th and remember being under the impression that I should have it within a week. I received the confirmation email and it said it would be delivered on September, 27th. September 27th came and no delivery. I went to their website and looked my order up and now got said the 28th. No delivery on the 28th. No communication with me on the delay.

    I decided to reach out to Jack who had contact me shortly after my order was placed and was going to be my go to person for future orders. I emailed him asking him if this was normally. He said no but told me to contact someone else. So much for him being my go to person. Anyways, I finally get a text saying they would deliver on Oct 1st. Yay the day is finally here! I was so excited!!

    The guys showed up, unloaded my table and one of the notices the table was broke. My husband noticed a large hole in the box that had been taped over. When my husband mentioned it the guy said "Aww man that is when they ran the forklift in to it this morning." Really!?!? How about checking the product before you just slap some tape over the hole. They called Wayfair, I am assuming, and told me that the lady would call me in a few minutes. That was about 1:30pm and it is now after 3 and still have not heard from them. I had intended on buying a coffee table to match my table at a later date, however; I am not too sure about that now :(

    Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

    Of course there's always a rotten tomatoes in the bunch and I just somehow managed to receive them all lol. This is where I lost patience a few times. I live in British Columbia and would have to really wait for certain things to be delivered. In the meantime I was doing without things in the home. Partially my fault I guess for donating right away. I could have waited for replacement(s) first and do suggest this to everyone as sometimes it's just an unfortunate series of events.

    Some of the items like my bed coffee tables and bbq had to be replaced 3 times! Well the time waiting for original the time spent on phone the time spent emailing and oh my Lord the times having to repeat yourself and waiting again for re re delivers trailed up March to July. So if you don't mind waiting I'm assuming based on your location it is still worth it for the most part. I've received nothing but compliments on all my furniture, decorations, bedding, lighting, etc and I tell them everything is from wayfair. The amount of selections is staggering.     So on Saturday September 21st I placed an order online at 6:05 pm for a Step2 play kitchen. At 5:25 same day the 21st, I cancelled the kitchen online. The e-mail they sent said cancellation pending. On Monday I called because the money was taken out of my bank account. He said the item had already been shipped out in 3 separate boxes. I explained what happened and he said he would just have it sent back to the warehouse. On Wednesday the 25th, 314.00 was taken out of my account for the kitchen. I gave it till Friday to see if the money would be refunded, it wasn’t. I called customer service and after being put on hold for 7 minutes, she came back on the phone and said there was a glitch in the system and I would receive my refund of 314.00 in 3-5 business days. I said the money should of never been taken out and now I have to wait to get my refund. She said "that is how we do our refunds here". I would think twice about this company in the future.

    I have never gotten a bad impression of a company SO FAST. When I placed my order, the site asked for my phone number "just to provide delivery info." Within a minute of me placing the order, they sent me a text thanking me for my order. NO!!! That is not "delivery info." I don't know why they want to send via text what other retailers send via email when it is definitely not urgent, but why OUTRIGHT LIE on such a minor thing???

    I ordered a table in Aug. It actually came in earlier than promised and was scheduled for delivery. They ignored the updated address and phone and tried to deliver to the wrong address. Rescheduled for the following Saturday. Come Saturday no delivery, no notification. I call and get the usual platitudes. "So sorry, we understand etc." But no one wants to do anything. I insist on talking to 'managers'. They state they are in Customer Service and can't do anything about delivery. What's the point then? I continue to press and find that they have lost 1 of the 2 boxes. Won't be bothered to look for it (or understand that they will not find. - What kind of mickey mouse operation are they running?) They are willing to re-order. Oh whoops, out of stock until Nov. 4 (it is Sept 21 today). Bye-bye Wayfair. I'll find a competent company.

    I’ve purchased from Wayfair twice now. Each time they sent me items I could have purchased at Walmart. The products on the Wayfair site are given a name that is different from what is at Walmart and the prices are way more. It is not until you receive your order you see that it is actually a Walmart brand item and has a different product name. This is deceiving and unfair to the consumer. If I knew the actual name of the product I could have made a better financial decision.

    I've ordered three over sized furniture items from Overstock. They contract with FedEx for delivery, which apparently subcontracts out to a local delivery firm as they don't want to deal with bulky items. In all three cases, the shipper scans the item which marks it "out for delivery" in the FedEx system BEFORE they load on the truck. These local delivery guys prioritized easy things over bulky items so they'd just fill their truck and my item would roll over to the next day, and the next, and the next...without me knowing until 8 PM.

    I'd have to stay home to wait for my item, as I don't want a chair or couch sitting outside or getting rained on when I am at work. Literally every time something was out for deliver each day for over 7 days. I had to call and complain to Wayfair and FedEx before a FedEx employee felt sorry for me and arranged for a special delivery. I live in the mid-Atlantic area so not sure if it is just my local area or if this happens all over. Contract this experience with Overstock, in which not only did I get a notification the week and day prior to delivery, but I got an actual 4 hour delivery window, and they showed up on time. I know it is not Wayfair's fault except to say they picked a lousy delivery company and provide no choices for their customers. I've had to give up on ordering from them because of this.

    I bought an item on their site listed under a different brand name but in fact it was an item that could be bought elsewhere cheaper. When contacting them they told me that is ok because it’s an agreement they have with the manufacturer. But what about the consumer? Do we not have the right to know what brand we are buying? As a response they said I could return it at an additional cost of £4.99 or £9.99. So I should spend more money because they decide to dupe people? They said this is common practice but I have never come across this.

    So if you’re looking at a blue swing seat branded as “SOL 72” it is in fact a Charles Bentley which you can buy for £69.99 elsewhere and not the £86.99 they list it at. Looks like there are plenty of other products they do this with so be on the look out. I always shop around for the best value for money and being treated like this makes me pretty angry actually. Definitely do not recommend this shop.

    Bought two lamps. Wife did not like them. Returned them within a few days (I paid for return shipping). Had to call multiple times to get my money. Excuses ran from "it takes a while to post in our system" to "I do not know why you did not get it. It is in our system but it did not roll over or words to that effect". Bottom line it took almost a month and continuous prodding from me to get my money back. Unethical does not aptly describe their actions. I would use a stronger more explicit word but I do not wish to be sued. I would never do business with them again. I do not like to have to count my fingers after I shake hands with someone.

    I am in need of Office Furniture for my company. I signed up for a Wayfair Professional account. I had plans for a small initial purchase. I am currently waiting on my Business Credit Card to arrive. I did not want to put it on my personal credit cards. I made my choice of furniture but realized they only had a few left in stock. When I was able to log-in they had 1 left in stock. I decided I didn't want to miss out and used PayBright. While I didn't really want or need to use PayBright it was the only quick option at the time to solidify the desk I had been looking at.

    This PayBright hard checks your credit profile, causing your score to go down, and then determines your payment amounts and credit limit. I received an okay amount to start and finished placing my order. I received a confirmation email stating Wayfair had processed my order. Because of this email, I didn't get in touch with my account rep letting them know I had placed the order and to look out for it, not that this would have solved anything.

    I checked back a while later to see there was still 1 desk in stock. Since I figured my order should have made it zero I decided to email my rep. In the process of emailing my rep, I noticed it then went to 0 left in stock. I initially thought this was my order being processed. I then found out that Wayfair never received the order and there was now no desks available. Nothing was offered other than to just choose something else and they were sorry.

    The credit check can't be taken back, it cost me a few points. I now have no desk coming my way, a lower credit score, credit I don't need, and nothing offered by Wayfair other than a few apologies, which in this instance isn't enough to satisfy me... There are no other comparable desks to the one I had chosen. The only other ones that would work are more expensive. I refuse to pay more for something that wasn't my top choice when I actually purchased the other desk, it was their system that failed not mine. I received the "Well it isn't Wayfair's issue. Maybe PayBright can give you a discount..." SMH. I now have credit with PayBright I don't necessarily need, no office furniture on the way and a desire to never ever shop with Wayfair ever ever ever...

    I ordered a bed frame that was recommended to me. I received an email that the est. delivery date would be 9/13. I didn't received it so I looked it up under my orders and it stated that it was put on hold. I called customer service and the lady told me that she couldn't tell me anything and that she assigned someone to look into it. Today is 9/16 and I have heard nothing, so I looked up my order again and it stated CANCELLED. No one from Wayfair has contacted me. I would be hesitate to order from Wayfair again.

    My name is Randy and I just bought a new house in Orlando and decided to start purchasing items from Wayfair. I ordered a large picture from Wayfair and was highly impressed with it. Next, I decided to order an expensive 11.9' x 9.8' metal patio gazebo by Sunjoy, Order #**. I placed this order in July. The following month (Aug) a representative from Wayfair called and stated that the item could not be shipped from the warehouse up North but now will be shipped from a warehouse in California. Toward the end of the month (Aug) I called the Rep back and he stated that the item was on a truck in California getting ready to be shipped out. I emailed another customer service rep with Wayfair and she sent me a 10% discount coupon. The coupon to me didn't fix this issue at hand but I decided to wait.

    The next month (Sept) I called the service rep and he stated that he would have a final update as to where the truck was and would call me back on Monday 9 Sept. Tuesday, I decided to call him back as I never received the call on Monday. The Rep finally emailed me back (no Call) telling me that the order had been cancelled. I think that this was very unprofessional having me wait July-September just to inform me that the item was out of stock when I was told that it was loaded on a truck and would be delivered soon. My Wife and I were very excited about receiving this item and installing it on our new house. I'm retired Army and work in Orlando and have told all of my business partners of my excitement of ordering this gazebo from Wayfair. Now I'm sorry to say that I've had to tell them the whole story.     I just noticed a hall runner & haven't received. Was discounted in price and called to get the discount (I will probably have to send it back anyway as they are rippled from shipping, wont lay flat) but she said as of Sept 1 they no longer give the discount...nice to let us know. All other online still does including Amazon whose prices are lower for the same items. Disappointed as these runners always seem to be flawed and you waste time shipping back and days trying to flatten which a consumer shouldn't be doing.

    I ordered a bed at the end of August to be delivered mid September. The item was paid for and a receipt was sent to me confirming my purchase. I called one week prior to confirm delivery and was told it was on schedule. When I had not heard from them the day before delivery, I called to get time frame. Instead, what I was told was that the product was out of stock. A product I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED! So, they sold MY merchandise I PAID FOR out from under from their warehouse. I never once had one email, call or any form of communication telling me the product was no longer available either. Not only is this a terrible way to do business, but seems illegal at that. If you actually want to receive a product that you ordered, DO NOT order from this company. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Wayfair to anyone!

    Just fyi, if you return an item to Wayfair you are not allowed to leave a review. Most disconcerting as this may make items look more favorable than they are. I recently ordered a quilt and curtains that were supposed to match and did not at all. The return procedure has been okay so far - not completed yet so have not received a refund. But the curtain I ordered was an open box deal and so I am not allowed to return since I got a discounted price. This is a little shady since the quilt did not match. I am allowed to leave a review for the curtain, but not the quilt.

    I purchased a floating vanity on 8/9 that was allegedly shipped on 8/14 and was supposed to arrive to the Wayfair Delivery Team by 8/27. This seemed like a ridiculous delay to begin with when other companies can you items in days. The day came and went without any updates and the online tracking never showed updates. I reached out to Wayfair and they told me my vanity, which was coming from Texas and I live in Arizona, was in California but should be leaving soon for Arizona. I then received three phones calls telling me there were no updates, that the vanity was still in California and the shipping dates kept changing. It has now been a month and my vanity is still sitting in Paris, California. My biggest concern is it will arrive damaged and be sent back. I need a finished bathroom and my plumbing has already been prepped per this vanity's specs. I will never buy anything from Wayfair again.

    I ordered a bed, and only received 2 out of 3 parcels required for it. I got in touch with them immediately, as the courier didn't have the third parcel. It says on the top of each box how many parcels there are going to be. Instead of straight away sending the replacement part, they started an 'investigation' into what had happened. I found out myself by speaking to the couriers on their live chat, who told me the third part of the bed was never sent to them in the first place. Got back in touch with Wayfair, who said I still needed to wait for their investigation to finish. So I can't get the refund, nor can I get the final part.

    A few days later, they get in touch to let me know the investigation has finished, and indeed, my part has been lost (telling me nothing new), and would I like the final part of the bed? I say no, I would like a refund. Then, I'm told they will tell their courier to pick up the parts of the bed which I have received, and only then will I receive the refund. The courier has not gotten in touch yet, even after waiting 3 days (they said they would get in touch in 24 hours).

    So essentially, I'm stuck with half a bed that can't be put together, I have the head and foot boards of the bed and the slats, and nothing to put it together. I don't trust that I'll receive the final part, but I can't seem to get the refund together. Customer service on the phone was very short with me, the emails that they send to me are copied and pasted (and they don't even hide that by pasting with plain text?), so it's clear this is a recurring problem and they repeat the same thing over and over. Seriously, never again.

    I never write reviews as I do not have time, but I am so upset about the service I received from Wayfair and all of its companies that I had to write this review. If I could give less than one star I would. I spent days and weeks searching for the perfect match Bed, Dresser and Nighstands and I spend equal time coordinating the delivery to arrive when we would be in Naples. Unfortunately the hurricane was possible going to hit Florida but I still went to receive my delivery. I flew to Florida for the sole purpose to receive my delivery which already arrived at their warehouse in Tampa on a Friday.

    By Sunday all weather reports were the hurricane was not going to impact the gulf side which would be the delivery path from Tampa to Naples. They cancelled my delivery for Tuesday and said they would deliver my items on the following Saturday which I was already scheduled to leave on Friday. Finally after much talking they rescheduled me for Wednesday. Wednesday came and now they rescheduled me back to Saturday. I was on the phone forever and they gave me a credit which I wanted my furniture. The supervisor said he would call me back and did not. The next day I was on the phone again with no success so I had to cancel my entire order and now have to start all over again and pay to fly back to Florida to receive my order. The worst ever service!!!!

    Ordered queen platform with two night stands (Orren Ellis Lashley Queen Platform Bed). Two days later getting notification the order gets delayed for some 4-5 weeks. Calling Wayfair, they explain that due to the night stands being out of stock the order got delayed but they can deliver the bed meantime, I agreed. 3 days later the bed comes, starting assembly and here what I see:

    - no instructions in English
    - missing screws..like a lot ..had to go to HD to buy extra pack
    - missing pre-drilled holes in many places
    - some predrilled holes do not match the assembly parts
    - the whole bed design is extremely bulky and heavy and has internal wood frame structure attached to the exterior frame

    - if installed on the hardwood floor - will damage the floor, requires installing soft pads, but very difficult to attach due to the bed weight

    Day later after the installation, getting email that the night stands in my order discontinued. So, I stuck with a bed without matching stands. Calling Wayfair customer service to arrange the return of the bed - NO RETURNS were allowed due to the fact that it's already assembled. Very bad experience. Will avoid buying anything from this company.

    We ordered several items from Wayfair for the first time for my daughters new apartment. It was recommended for good quality and reasonable prices. We ordered a bed frame, mattress, kitchen, lamp and island with stools. The island came as expected and on time. The mattress we had to switch because the one we wanted took too long to deliver. We chose one that had a much quicker ship date only to learn that ship date and delivery date do NOT correlate. The delivery date was obscured and she had to wait a very long time for actual delivery.

    As for the bed frame, it was all set for delivery one a certain day and when it didn't arrive, she looked at the tracking info. It changed the delivery date and stated it was at customer request which is NOT true. Also, a customer service rep called to see if we were happy. Nice touch. But when I complained about the mattress delivery problem she said she needed to research it and call me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say we never got the call back. Overall, Wayfair promises more than they can deliver

    We purchased a Murphy bed from Wayfair and because we were still in building mode (which is very slow in our area) we never unpacked the bed until over a year later. When we opened the boxes, we found that it was not quite what we ordered. The picture showed the bed with 2 cabinets. We never received the 2 cabinets. When we contacted Wayfair, they advised us that the cabinets were in the picture as "staging" which is just another term for "False Advertising". Upon contacting them, they advised they were very sorry but could not help us. They offered us $100.00 towards the purchase of the cabinets, which were over 600.00. I will never refer Wayfair to a friend because I would feel guilty if they got the same run around and service we received.

    I ordered a top grain leather sofa from Wayfair. They sent a sofa that looked identical to the one I ordered but it came from a different manufacturer and is faux leather, not top grain leather I ordered. They then told me I had to package up the one they sent me and when it is picked up I will get my refund. The company had no intention of sending the order I placed. They went so far as to tag the box with the invoice for the sofa I ordered that clearly identified I was to receive a Garbutt top grain recliner sofa item BM166036. Instead, Furniture of America item CM6193SF that is faux leather was sent and it had a hole on the side of it. Customer service never offered to correct the order, but handed me off to an agent that wanted me to look at Wayfair's premium furniture side of their business, Perigold Furniture. When I told him I was not going to buy something my call got dropped. When I called back I was told that Justin was on another line.

    Saturday 9/7/19 I had scheduled a delivery for a TV stand from 7am-11am. I waited for the delivery and around 11am the delivery changed to 6pm drop-off. I called at 6:11pm to find out the status of the delivery and they said they couldn't locate the driver. The delivery never arrived. I followed up 9/8/19. After waiting 30 min on hold I decided to try again 9/9/19. I called 9/9/19 to find out and no one could tell me what happened. It just didn't get delivered.

    I had to reschedule the delivery for later in this week. I said, "It really would have been nice to get an update that you were not going to be able to delivery this when I had a scheduled delivery date and time." The person on the phone said. "Yes I agree." No apology for the complete inconvenience whatsoever. This has been the worst experience with a delivery in my life. I can't believe Wayfair was so unprofessional. No information around why they couldn't deliver. They just couldn't find the driver. Really? Everyone was too busy watching the UT LSU game to care about work in Austin this weekend I guess. Thanks for being so inconsiderate Wayfair.

    Worst service ever. Their warranty is a scam. They talk into getting it when I call To report it. The lady said that we were just a hair over one year out of warranty and had to call the warranty place explain to them and sounds like they would have to replace it. I did everything they asked. They email back saying My warranty doesn’t cover that. That’s not what the lady told me on the phone. Very disappointing. Terrible service. The chair fell apart because the bolts and said they put in it fell out when I looked today. It’s a terrible company. I heard you not to buy from them.

    I have been a customer with them for a few years and I had overall decent success in the items I had purchase. The one thing though that has always been a huge frustration with me is their price gouging. It is so bad that prices on items changes 2 to 3 times a day. It makes it very difficult to know what price you are buying it at is a good deal. You don't have time to think about purchases either because within hours a price could change. You could even search google and sometimes they will still have the old price because Wayfair changes the prices so fast and often that Google can't keep up to display the correct price. I have never see it so bad as I have on Wayfair. It is unethical and it should be crime.

    Okay, every time I find something on this site the price goes up 10 times before I even buy it. What's up with that? I pick something, put it in my cart and decide I want to think about it. I go back, it's up $2. I close the window, go back later, another couple of dollars. What in the world? Then I got search for the product by name online, find another company that says they have it $20 less. I click on that company which takes me to the item on Wayfair at $10 more than the price I had in my shopping cart. I will not buy from a company that pulls this kind of stuff.     When the product I ordered arrived it came with the incorrect hardware package. After notifying Wayfair of the discrepancy over a week ago I still do not have the correct parts to assemble the entertainment center. I have made many calls with promises to receive a follow up call the next day. I still have yet to receive a call. While they delivered my product in two days as promised, it really doesn't matter as it can't be put together. Would have been better off purchasing one at a local store.

    I ordered a dryer, had a delivery date scheduled. Even took the day off from work and the dryer never arrived. I reschedule the delivery after the customer service representative apologized, called the morning of delivery after taking the day off again to wait for it and was told my order was cancelled because of possible fraudulent activities. It’s crazy that no one had enough respect to call me or even send an email to me saying the order was cancelled. I was purchasing a $850 dryer and being treated like a fool. I have used the company before for shipping but never in home delivery. The customer service rep. Jackie simply did not care. She said she was a parted of the executive branch and would put my order in again and give me a 10% discount on future orders. But her tone was nonchalant. Seriously! Wasted two perfectly good workdays and you want to do it a third time. Beyond me, never using them again for in home delivery of anything.

    I have shopped on Wayfair since 2016, I have only had one problem with a purchase because of the company not Wayfair. Wayfair went above and beyond to help me with this issue and resolved same day! I will always shop Wayfair, I have been so very happy with every purchase (I have made A LOT!) except one, a loveseat made by Serta, Serta made a poor product. Customer representatives are courteous, understanding and very helpful. This is my honest experiences with Wayfair and I will always shop with them over anywhere else.     I applied for their credit card, and it was a huge mistake! I got an email instantly that my credit has been checked from Credit Karma, but I didn't get the 40$ off that it is promised on their website. I asked them to cancel my application because I only applied for the offer for this purchase and they didn't accept. A very unacceptable and unhelpful customer service, which I never suggest anyone trust this service. I talked with the manager, and he didn't solve the problem or even try to solve it. The only response they gave is they can't proceed; this is not a company I can ever order from again or suggest anyone do so.

    Due to external life issues, I was indefinitely unable to receive & store my newly purchased couch, and was very worried about being unable to delay or cancel delivery as the couch had already reached the local fulfillment warehouse. I called into the phone line, where helpful Wayfair reps were able to delay my delivery in <30 mins to the date of my choosing, no fuss.     I ordered 2 lamps during a flash sale that was taking place for $20.99 each, which was a great discount from the original price. The next day I received an e-mail stating my order was cancelled. When I called I found out that they had incorrectly priced the item, their fault, not mine. The Customer Service Supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to honor the sale. I have made several purchases through Wayfair recently since I moved but will be returning EVERYTHING. What terrible business practice to inconvenience the customer due to your error!     We bought several thousand dollars worth of lights, and paid more because the website said they could be here in four to five business days. Five days later we checked back. On hold forever, finally told, “we ship those ground so it’ll be another week.” A week later we checked back, spoke to a guy who couldn’t give a rip one way or another, but after being again on hold for about ten minutes while they “researched“ the problem we were told a supervisor would call back. Next day we called and were told they were still several days away. That was five days ago. Called today, nope. "Someone will call you back." I have no idea what’s going on but I’ll cancel my order tomorrow when they open and Perigold, Wayfair and all the rest can rest assured I will never buy another thing from them.

    I have placed an order with Wayfair.ca on August 1, 2019 for the futon sofa with the delivery on August 14, 2019. The day before the expected delivery I have contacted Wayfair customer service and the lady named Deborah ** after checking her system told me that delivery will be on time and I should wait for Fedex next day. I took a day off and that day was wasted for nothing as the delivery never happened. I have called Wayfair and they checked it again, that time my case was escalated to the supervisor Sarah. She told me that the item I have ordered is on backorder and she is very sorry, she has adjusted the price for me as a compensation for the trouble for about $150 and promised the "for sure" delivery on August 27, 2019.

    On August 26, 2019 I have called Wayfair and talked to Megan, I have asked her the same question "when my item will be delivered?". She promised me to check with the warehouse and call me back. In an hour she left me a voice mail confirming the delivery on August 27, 2019. In an hour after I checked Wayfair website and it was saying there that the delivery will be on September 4, 2019. Sounds like Groundhog day. At this point I called Wayfair and talked to the supervisor Scotty who has transferred me to another lady who said that the item is on back order and they don't know when it will be delivered.

    After so many lies and unfulfilled promises I have cancelled my order with Wayfair. They don't know what is going on with their warehouse and because of that they are selling "air" or in the other words they don't have stuff they are selling. I have wasted a month and now need to rush through local stores to find the sofa as I have guests coming in a week. Stay away from Wayfair! They lure customers with fair pricing but behind their website is nothing but the trouble. Boris

    I purchased and installed a 16' x 10' retractable awning by ALEKO Products. Assembly and installation were a nightmare and their written instructions and 3 minute assembly video were not much help. One issue was that half of the pre-drilled holes for assembly did not line up and had to be re-drilled and for the mounting brackets I used smaller retaining screws. Once installed, and when extended, the left side sagged 18" lower than the right and the motor did not work. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The Wayfair customer service gentleman was extremely courteous and helpful in resolving the issue. Kudos to him.

    I was lured in to shopping at Wayfair because they seem to have good products and good prices. However, when you shop online it's never a sure deal until you see the item in person. SO after making a couple purchases that I thought were excellent, the item wasn't what I wanted and I set about returning them, which is where the problem begins. They REALLY don't want returns, and make it far more expensive to return items than even the cost of the item. I bought 2 laundry baskets, totaling $27 (yeah, stupid, I know), and they wanted me to pay $45.00 to ship them back. I also bought a small bedside table with drawers that was flimsy and not worth the cost but it would cost me over $100 to return it and the chest only cost $125. My suggestion is to never buy from Wayfair unless you know what you're buying and never intend to return it. It doesn't help that they helped furnish the migrant "camps" at the Texas/Mexico border. Terrible company.

    We purchased a playhouse for our granddaughter and it has been over a month and we have not received the playhouse. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to this product. We have called customer service and they just tell you, "We will call you back." It has been a nightmare. No experience in shipping a bulky and heavy product. They do not communicate with their shipping company. Shipping company expected for a residential customer to have a forklift in their home for delivery. CRAZY!!! A little advice for Wayfair, if you make a mistake selling a product you suck it up and do what you got to do to make sure customer gets product even if it means you have to lose money on freight. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    We bought four of these chairs, a little more than a month ago. In that time, I have been literally ejected from the chair twice. Each time I fell out, I was leaning forward once and just sitting forward on the front edge of the seat once. If you have the chair on bare tile floors or any bare floor I’m sure, and, say you drop a pen on the floor and bend forward to pick it up, the chair rolls so well it will fly out from under you and leave you helpless underneath it. In my case, twice, and I have hurt myself each time. Incredulously, we will keep our chairs and try to remain focused on our movements, because the chairs are so lovely and add elegance to the room. I would warn any guest to take care when sitting down, and I believe a child could really be hurt badly. I have tried to report it to Wayfair and probably got nowhere, with a “notation” being made by the representative.

    Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 sofas one month back. When they delivered the sofa, one of the sofas was of the wrong color. After 10 days of the complaint, when they come to replace the wrong sofa, the replacement was also of the wrong color. I don't know how many days they will take now. I also had a bad experience in the past as well. I purchased a divider and when it reached me, it was already damaged.

    I ordered the 'Versailles Right Hand Facing Sectional with Ottoman' on August 5th. It arrived on August 20th (despite them advertising "2-day shipping") and was completely damaged. I got a call from the deliverymen warning me that it was missing a box and that I should come downstairs from my 5th floor apartment before they even bothered bringing it up. They asked me if I had been informed by Wayfair that the product was damaged - I had not been but apparently they had known it was damaged for quite some time before the delivery. Not only were both boxes of the sectional completely ripped open, the couch was scratched and it was completely missing the ottoman that it should have come with.

    The delivery men were kind and knew that I would not be accepting the boxes. They told me 'sometimes they just try to give out the broken furniture because they can make a profit off of it instead of just donating it to charity'. I have heard bad things about Wayfair before but after spending $800 on a couch I would expect more than this. Everything about the order was damaged and bad. I will be expecting a full refund and will not be ordering from Wayfair again. Three weeks later, still couchless and now out $800. Thanks, Wayfair!

    The table arrived promptly and in good condition. It was packed well for shipment. The wood material is solid and sturdy. Unfortunately, the table is a disappointment because the information was incorrect. The height is not 26 inch from table top to floor as described. The legs are 26 inches long but when the casters and table top thickness are added in, the overall height is closer to 30 inches, much too tall for my purposes. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair so the table I carefully researched is not right for me. I could have purchased a wooden table elsewhere for half the price. Needless to say I am greatly disappointed. It's a good table so it will become a gift for someone else. Next time I will not count on Wayfair's data being correct. Buyer beware.

    Received an email stating I had a payment overdue, when I called they said because I made the July 7 payment on July 1 and the August 7 payment on July 12th that it fell in July’s 30 day billing cycle and so was credited to July and applied a late payment charge to my account even though it was paid 2 1/2 weeks early and from my end showed August 7th payment. Now only shows 9/7/19 payment on my Wayfair account and yet the person I reached via phone says that’s just how they do business and I have a $28 late fee for paying my bill 2 1/2 weeks early????

    Updated on 08/26/2019: So happy to report that after ordering a swing set off of the Wayfair site on July 25th, it was delivered to my front door today, August 26th. My only concern is that my five year during this time has already outgrown the swing set!!! The worst experience I have ever had with an online distributor. Please do your research before you order from this company. Make sure you can't order from another vendor. Good luck.

    Original Review: Purchased a swing set 7.25.19, it was shipped 7.26.19, and the website said it would be delivered to the Wayfair Delivery Team 8.13.19. After no delivery, I had to call to check the status of my order. After multiple calls on my end and three Wayfair associates working as my "Case Manager" to try to find out where my product is, it was discovered it was sitting in a warehouse in Lancaster, TX for over two weeks. But yet, the mystery is no one knows why and it seems almost impossible to find out how to get someone in the warehouse to research, find the product and get it to the Flower Mound, TX location.

    The irony of this entire ordeal is that this product could of been purchased via Sam's Club, Costco, or directly with the company that made the product. In this case a swingset for my five year old girl. Update: I've just been told the product has been found and it will be delivered to the Flower Mound branch either today or tomorrow. But wait, there's more. Once it's delivered, I get to set up a time for the Flower Mound team to make its delivery to my house. Which I've been told may take up to five business days. It just keeps getting better. I'll bet you $100 the swing set shows up damaged. Just my luck. Stay tuned!!!

    I would give them -5 stars if that option was available. Ordered 5K worth of furniture from "Perigold" only to find out once the nightmare delivery process started that it was actually Wayfair. Had I known Perigold or All Modern were Wayfair, I would have not made the purchase from them. They contracted to a limited English speaking company. Several phone calls, emails, and 40 hours later, I only have one part of my order. Also, when making and placing the order, nowhere does the site tell you the order will arrive in multiple deliveries. I had to be present for all deliveries of the furniture. This is fine, but since the delivery company is unreliable, I waited several times before the first delivery of two or three, were made.

    Customer service is awful: inaccurate tracking, contracting to the worst delivery companies, do not return calls or emails, totally unprofessional in every way imaginable. Due to the amount of time it has taken me so far to receive my order, it has cost me 1.5 days from work. Add the frustration, inconvenience and overall hassles, and the fact that this is a 5K order, I will never order from this company again. Be careful: Wayfair has lots of names: All Modern and Perigold are two of them.

    I ordered similar items from Crate and Barrel costing a similar amount as the present Wayfair order. The C&B order of 7 pieces of furniture came in ONE delivery within a week of ordering. Crate and Barrel called and emailed me to let me know when the delivery would arrive within a two hour time frame. Wayfair has a 4 hour time frame which may or may not deliver/show. and you may or may not get a communication from them.

    And if you do receive a communication from Wayfair, it may or may not be accurate. It's anybody's guess with Wayfair, except that you can count on 100% unprofessional service. Do not buy from this company! Without a customer base, they will go out of business. And that is what they deserve. If you wish to be their customer, expect a lot of headaches, and hours upon hours of your time to "try" and get your merchandise delivered to you. Wayfair is unacceptable in its service. Any other furniture company is going to be better.

    Summary: 1. They contract to delivery companies that are extremely poor. The one I was contracted to work with did not speak English well. I am not bilingual in Spanish! 2. Expect lots of inaccuracies from the delivery company and from Wayfair's customer service. Their tracking is not accurate. 3. Wayfair customer service does not return calls, does not respond to emails, does not follow-up. 4. 100% unacceptable business practice.

    Wife and I ordered $4,000.00 worth of furniture from Wayfair. They couldn't complete the order at first so we talked to a company rep. They then double charged the bank account. After many phone calls they finally were able to reverse that. A week later they hit the account for another $600 (supposed to be a credit). Several days and phone calls later they said it would be resolved. As of today the $600 never got refunded and they hit the account with another unauthorized debit of $2,400. Save yourself the time and frustration. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WAYFAIR!

    Applied for Wayfair Credit Card and it clearly states that it will not affect your credit, so I applied, only to receive a ding on my credit within minutes. I called the company and of course, just as I expected, no one could help me and didn't know that it clearly says on their website, "WILL NOT AFFECT CREDIT". I haven't bought anything as yet, since I was really contacted by Progressive Leasing and they want a copy of a bill to show I just moved into a home I JUST BOUGHT and a copy of my SS card.     I actually had quite a good experience with Wayfair at first with regard to missing pieces from a porch swing (although they told me I had to contact the manufacturer) and cracked chairs (they replaced them no questions asked and I didn't have to return the damaged ones). Really impressive. I was planning literally to do a lot of house-furnishing with them.

    Until I tried to set them up in my bank for online bill-paying. I needed my account number, which wasn't on my statement (last 4 numbers only). I logged on, and my account number wasn't there either. I had to call them, and was told they didn't give that information out over the phone. I literally needed my account number SO THAT I COULD PAY MY BILL. They said when I got my account, they had sent me a letter with an account number in it and no card. That's all well and good as long as there was AT LEAST SOMEWHERE ELSE I COULD GET THE NUMBER.

    I was honked off, paid my bill on the phone (to their credit, they waived the $9 phone-payment charge because I was so pissed off) and I asked the woman "is this it? Absolutely everything I owe you? For good?" and she said yes.So I paid the total amount and canceled my account. And then I got a late fee, which I didn't pay, assuming it had already been covered. Which then doubled the next month.

    When I called them back about it they said "well, you canceled your account late." I was super-pissed, and she (agent **) kept cutting me off to ask me how I was going to be paying my bill, and I said I WASN'T paying it and how did I contest it, and she said "you can't; all I can do is take your payment." She remained just inside the edge of polite, but she was dispassionate, unsympathetic, and kept cutting me off. I was pissed, but not insulting. I paid it to avoid any further charges, but it is my intention to provide as many consumer reviews about this as I can.

    To be fair, I don't know if this is a Wayfair issue or a Comenity Bank (who issues the credit card) issue. I have a Comenity account with a different store, though, and have had zero problems with it. It's a shame. They started out so well. They've lost a good, very lucrative customer for very stupid reasons: being not only not helpful, but obstructionist. There also did not appear to be a contact option at Wayfair to voice my complaint.

    We bought the Fairmont 6 Piece Sectional and although we purchased it 2 years ago we have used it outside seasonally for no more than 20 weeks. It is completely falling apart. When I contacted Wayfair they told me to contact the company, the company told me to contact Wayfair. Basically, no one want to help us. Clearly Wayfair does not stand by their merchandise. The fact that they sell an item that has fallen apart in such a short time is unacceptable and bad business practice. I was told I could have gotten a warranty, I should not need a warranty after only 2 years. Do not shop at Wayfair. They do not sell quality products and will not give you any support when the product falls apart ($2,000 lost).

They simply DIDN'T send me but 1 mug and now I have a case manager phone tag game going on. I made a complaint w the BBB and FTC and so far...nada. I have screen shots of the listing, emails confirming my set of 17 that I purchased, but nope. I get one.     I ordered a storage cabinet and paid extra to have it put together. The cabinet was supposed to arrive August 6th, 2019 and the "Handy" service was supposed to come to put it together on the 8th. It is now August 12th. Not a word from Wayfair. I called this morning and it now has become my problem.     Wayfair advertises they have a Canadian presence, they do not. They have a tiny warehouse is Mississauga that houses decor. On 2 different occasions they lost my orders at the Canadian Border meaning FedEx never received them at their depot, and 1 occasion when the warehouse didn't even ship my item. The customer service reps are great and accommodating but the headache of getting my items and tracking them became a full time job considering FedEx is also unreliable. My current dining chair order is lost as per FedEx but I have to wait 4 more days to get my refund. I will never order from Wayfair again until they actually sell furnishings in Canada. Most are from Kentucky or California and this 2 day shipping means from their warehouse to the Canadian Border not you!

    I purchased "Fairmont Metal Side Table" and 2 "Waconia Rocker Swivel Recliner Patio Chair with Cushions". Upon delivery (after two weeks of waiting for delivery) I found on the cartons have another titles (not Fairmont, but something else, not Waconia, but something else), different manufacturer, different SKU number, and the same (or similar - I can't say this definitely) picture of the products I have purchased (shown in my receipt). Strange? I told about my concerns to the delivery guy. He called Wayfair and gave me the phone. After that I had conversations with two Wayfair managers for 40+ minutes.

    Brief results of these conversations are: 1. They told me that the delivered table and chairs are the same as I purchased irrespective of the differences I listed above because they said 'the table and chairs are the same as you purchased', they don't have specs on the delivered furniture (words of one of the manager) and the specs is inside the cartons (words of another manager). I didn't open the cartons therefore I don't have an opinion. 2. I was told that manufacturers gave Wayfair the rights to substitute their product by another one.

    However, Wayfair didn't inform customers about that, moreover customers don't have access to the specs (most important is metal the frame is made of), and reviews may not relate to the delivered furniture (quality of material and production may be very different from one manufacturer to another therefore, particularly, assembling may be easy or difficult) and the furniture may last for shorter or longer time. Plus, one of the manager I talked to told me that the Wayfair rights to substitute the product is written in Terms of Use for the entire store. Being on phone line I read the Terms of Use and found... NOTHING about this topic! I told this the manager and she didn't argue switching to another subject! How manager's words can be called?

    All of that means at least massive MISADVERTISEMENT by Wayfair. It looks they sell one product and deliver another that looks like the purchased, but cheaper in production and, consequently in the price Wayfair paid to manufacturer. Otherwise, how all of these may be explained? Why does not Wayfair sell the furniture under its actual title, manufacturer, and specs? Result of all conversations is: Wayfair doesn't have in stock the furniture they sell (and they don't know when they may have it in stock) and they offered me only two ways to resolve the case: either to reschedule delivery of the "fake" furniture or get my money back.

    So, I ended up requesting a refund and losing more than two weeks while waiting for delivery. Conclusion is simple: Wayfair sells products they don't and will not have and deliver to you the substitute they don't advertise, substitute of unknown quality and without specification! How one can call this business practice? Finally, I will never deal again with Wayfair (this name is a joke for this business practice)!

    I ordered the sofa on June 5th. It was shipped right away and was to be delivered to partner for in-home delivery June 13th. I called about it on June 30th and was told there was a delay but I would definitely have it by the week of July 8th. I made dozens and dozens of calls to customer support and to their credit, the people answering the phone were very polite. Each one promised to look into the problem, track the sofa and get back to me. I did not receive one returned call...not one. Each time I called, I was given another story about where the sofa was and when it would be delivered.

    On July 20th, I finally had enough and canceled the order. However, I was charged $5.85 for a return. I called customer service twice now about this fee. Both times I was told it was a mistake and would be credited back to me. It is now August 9th and my refund is still short. So, here is my problem. Any supplier can lose something in shipment. However, not one person had a solution on how to fix the problem. No one called me back after promising to do so... So the company is reasonable until you have a problem and then you are on your own AND will likely be charged for their mistake!

    I ordered a couch, chair and entertainment centre from Wayfair only to find out they leave everything outside at your door, no calls, no knock on the door, nothing. So when I called Wayfair the customer service was very pleasant and said they don’t call because you are not allowed to talk on the phone while driving. My answer to that is take 5 seconds while you arrive to stop the truck and call. They will not help bring anything inside your house, nothing. When I found that out they can come and get all their stuff that will remain outside because I can’t lift it to bring it in, went to The Brick same price and better service, they will bring it in the house and set it up for me. Wayfair - never order a bid item.

    We ordered this bed in walnut and waited over two weeks for it to arrive, just in time for my mother's visit. It arrived, but in the wrong color. My 80-year-old mother slept on a mattress on the floor during her entire visit. We waited another two weeks for a replacement bed to arrive. They gave us 10% off for the trouble, but the bed arrived AGAIN in the WRONG COLOR. I gave up and my son is still on a mattress on the floor. We'll shop somewhere else that is more dependable.

    Wayfair, you are breaking my heart! What is going on? Your quality control is broken! I have been buying furniture from Wayfair for years now. That says a lot, right? They used to have wonderful quality with excellent prices, but now they've become more popular and I've noticed a drastic decline in quality. This past year especially. I rarely return anything, but I've had to return a bathroom vanity (it was poured crooked), a console table (color was totally different from the photo) and the two (Made in China) bar stools that arrived yesterday have manufacturer's damage. One was missing a plastic foot, the other had a big rip in the leather. Dang! It's just too much work to carry the boxes up to my place, unpack the furniture, put it all together and then find something wrong. Sadly, I will be waving goodbye to Wayfair.

Frame was missing screws, mattress that was supposed to be 8 inches was only 6 inches. I complained to customer service and was told that the specification portion on website states bed needs box spring, that pictures without the box spring was for advertising/website only. I consider that cheating the customer.

    Then every time I response to my comment, I get a different customer rep responding and I have to explain all over again. Then the last rep send FedEx to my house to pick up the frame and mattress which I explained was already setup using IKEA screws and no more boxes and bed was taken out of box (hence reason we know it was only 6 inches). So when FedEx came, I asked if they can pick up as is and of course not. WORST company ever and will never buy there again. Back to Amazon. Their website should be investigated since I am sure I am not the only customer with the problem.

    If you can get anything delivered in good condition then congrats. You're one of the few. I've had a bedroom set delivered 4 times. ALL 4 times there was significant damage to the point it could not be put together. I've finally requested a complete refund and for them to pick up the dresser. This has been a complete and utter joke. More importantly it's been a huge waste of my time having now taken off of work to be available for their 4 hour window on 4 separate occasions. I would never recommend Wayfair to anyone and will steer people clear of that company.

    I place an order for a 42-inch ceiling fan with a remote included. The fan that came was 44 inches. No remote. Customer service claims only the size was wrong. That is wrong. The fan I ordered was from a complete different manufacturer but customer service still claims it is the fan. I just returned it. I still see the ad for the fan I ordered. Only now it says 44 inches but it still is not the one they sent.

    Bought a $20 item that didn't work for me. Wayfair REQUIRES you to use their FedEx return service for which they are charging me $10.45 !! Really? More than half the price of the item? It weighs next to nothing and the US Post Office would have returned it for less than $2.00. It's not as if it's a hot item that needs to be back in stock in a day or two. I don't expect to purchase anything from them again due to this!

    I ordered 2 items on the same day. I received one tracking update for each item and each one was going to be delivered on different days. When you are at work all day during delivery hours you are unable to get your purchase. Customer service told me when I called regarding this that each item was coming from separate warehouses! It's 6 days since I placed my order and have received one tracking email and still have had no delivery attempt at all. If and when I receive my purchases this will be the last time I order from Wayfair!

    I ordered a rug online. Right after ordering I went to my order to cancel. It was not processed but there was no way to cancel. I called customer service and they stated they couldn't cancel it and they would email me a return label and I would not have to pay anything to return since I attempted to cancel. I placed this order on 07/06/19 and they received my return on 07/11/19. I received an email on 07/11/19 stating they had processed my refund. After 3-5 business days I called to ask why my refund was not showing up. The answer I got was they need to get with their engineering department because they could see the refund but the bank was getting it. There was a glitch and if I didn't receive it by 07/25/19 call them???

    In the meantime, I had contacted the bank and Wayfair several times because the whole thing seemed like a scam. One of the reps gave me a credit off an order I placed a year ago for all the problems I had had. That credit goes through the next day but the credit I want is taking over 2 weeks. Of course yesterday which was the 25th my credit miraculously went through. I guess their engineering department finally saw the light. Anyway, they were just holding my money as long as they could and that is why I will not buy from them again. I have the other credit on my account that I will not use unless they send me a check. I am afraid to ever buy from this deceptive company again. AMAZON RULES!! AMAZON KNOWS HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER.

    I purchased my outdoor furniture july the 1st. Was told I would receive it july 12th. I received an email saying my order was delayed, then was told I would receive it on the July 19th. I waited on the 19th and nothing. Now I'm furious...so a Specialists called said I was to receive it but he gave me the wrong information I should receive it later. So I called Wayfair. Asked for a manager. Her name was Ellisa and she apologized and told me over, over, and over it will be here on the 25th and she would even reach out to them to let me know what time and make them give me a 3-4 hour window so I wouldn't be home all day waiting and she would call me the day before delivery. Guess what? Haven't heard from her. My 1st experience and the worst ever.

    When you apply for a credit card, they or the crediting agency they use are supposed to send you a statement with your full account number on it. And if they dont? Or it gets lost in the mail somehow? You're just SOL. Customer service WILL NOT GIVE YOU THIS NUMBER, and you need it to register for an online account, register for an online credit account with their 3rd party agency, and also just to prove your identity to them when you call to find out ANY OF THIS INFORMATION.

    If you don't have your full account number, for any reason whatsoever, this website and its subsidiary websites become literally unusable, and no matter how many emails you write, or phone calls you make, NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU THIS NUMBER IF YOU DIDNT GET IT ON THE ORIGINAL STATEMENT "SENT TO YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS". You can't even verify that they have the correct address for you, WITHOUT THIS FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER.

    Wayfair will also claim that they themselves dont HAVE the full account number, that it's the responsibility of their third party creditors to send you that information. But guess what? You can't contact that creditor agency....WITHOUT YOUR FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER. You can't do literally anything without this number, even request the number itself.

    On July 9th, I ordered an "IN STOCK" item. The item was supposed to be free shipping and delivered on July 19th. They billed Paypal immediately. After placing the order, I received a confirmation with a delivery date of July 22nd. As of the 24th a FedEx label was generated, but the item has still not shipped. Let me explain, I studied Manufacturing at the University of Michigan. There is "no such thing" as "Preparing an order", unless it is a custom item. Items are either in stock at a warehouse, or there is an order in the system from the original manufacturer. In this case, Keter manufacturing. This is not a custom item.

    Wayfair misled me by indicating the item was "IN STOCK", when in fact it wasn't warehouse available. Furthermore, the taking of monies before a product is procured, is unethical. Lastly, Wayfair has tried to add additional charges to my account. If they had been honest up front I would have chosen a different product, as time was more important to me than the specific product. There were other items I would have preferred to buy, rather than wait.

    My boyfriend and I ordered multiple items from Wayfair for our new apartment. These items included but were not limited to a bed, kitchen table, tv console and the list continues. First and foremost, our coffee table was glass and only the bottom half of the table arrived. We waited a few days and finally contacted them to ask where the top of the table was. They then told us it was damaged and another top needed to be sent to us. If we had not contacted them, we still would not know where the top of the table was. The best part about this is that once we got the new table top, it was cracked and the edges were broken and I cut my finger on the edge of the table. Next, our bed was ordered on June 9th. We received the bed two weeks later and were very excited to put the bed together. We tossed our old bed and started unpacking the boxes only to realize we were missing half of the bed and the instructions as well as hardware.

    We called wayfair and they apologized and said they would have the rest of the parts shipped to us. Two weeks later we received another box. Again we were very excited to put the bed together and finally sleep on an actual bed as we have been sleeping on a mattress for over a month. We started putting some of the pieces together to realize AGAIN more pieces were missing. I will never buy another thing from wayfair and I encourage everyone to do their research before purchasing from them.

    We are very happy with the quality of the Sundance Knotty Alder Beam Fireplace Shelf Mantel, good product for an acceptable price. The mantel was damaged on one corner during transport obviously. The air-pillow packaging material was not sufficient to absorb the shipping company's way of handling even it had the correct labeling on it. My recommendation to Wayfair/Sundance to better protect the corners which are most of the time the points of impact. I did not send it back but repaired myself.

    We received our BarcaLounger couch and loveseat in a timely manner on 6/21/19. Our couch did not have the power cord or legs attached underneath it. The loveseat had the legs attached, but no power cord. I immediately called customer service. They were nice and apologized and said they would take care of it immediately. Said they had ordered it and it would be mid August before shipped. I told them that was totally unacceptable and they said it usually ships much faster. We received power cords, and some of the 6 legs (only one front one, only one middle one and it wasn’t the correct one)! They assigned a caseworker and credited an amount for inconvenience. It has now been one month, on our second caseworker and have still not received additional legs.

    The original caseworker, Tami, was nice and helpful, but takes several days to reach. Then she went dark and never heard back from her again. They have since credited another small amount and just found out we have a new caseworker. She left a message saying she was our new caseworker, was calling warehouse to get update and would get back with me...nothing. I called her back, left a voicemail, and didn’t hear back anything that same day. Of course she doesn’t work weekends. We have been patient because we were trying to let them correct the situation. But being told we could not get the legs for 2 months, being without a couch for a month, and now not being updated or called back is beyond ridiculous. We have ordered small items and been happy, but this experience has changed our minds on Wayfair, especially on the more expensive items!!

    Ordered 2 trundle daybeds & 2 dressers. First order arrived via a Fedex Ground damaged. Boxes were torn to shreds so I refused them at the door. Bed frames were visible and bent and scratched. Next day I learn that the dressers would not be delivered as FedEx made executive decision to return the boxes (dressers) as they were damaged too. What a disaster. Spoke to Wayfair Customer Service regarding replacement beds.... said they would reorder and expedite. Promised them in 2 days....not happening. In fact, will take longer than the original order. Decided to cancel order after talking to customer service again regarding the dressers. A complete disaster! So long Wayfair. Back to Amazon I go!     In May I received a bill for 70. due on the 10th of June. I paid through my Chase auto pay on June 3 for arrival on June 10. Chase confirms it was sent on June 3 and in almost 20 years I have never had a problem with a payment not arriving by due date. It was, however, supposedly "received " on June 12 and was posted to my account with a late fee of 30.59. I called Wayfair and was told if I wanted to be sure it was posted immediately to my account on time, I should have set up an account online with them directly. (They did not offer to rebate the late fees even though on my end, I had done everything I felt to be sure the payment was there on time.) So for the next payment of 30.59 I set it up online.

    On July 10, I made the payment before the deadline of midnight. However, when setting up the account, I had an opportunity to change the Billing Date, so I did change the date to 17 to coincide with my Social Security payment to be a more secure time. It didn't say this was a payment date change, but a billing date change. WARNING this does not change your billing date, it changes your payment date. So therefore I come to find out that my payment was posted on the 17th (date change) instead of the 10th. Again I receive a fee of 31.20 because my payment was late. In the meantime, my checking account that the 30.59 was drawn on became subject to a fraud scam and the bank put an administrative hold on the account and returns checks that are submitted against it.

    So today, I find that my 10th payment wasn't posted until yesterday (17th) so I made the 31.20 payment via a different account in an attempt to once again pay off my account. When doing so, I noticed that my payment of 30.59 was drawn on the account with the administrative hold so I called to try to make the payment that was sure to "bounce" back to them. I was informed that I would not be able to do this since at this time my bal was 0 and they couldn't make a payment that would give me a minus balance.

    WHEN the 30.59 payment is returned however, I will receive a 25 NSF fee (It isn't NSf, but rather administrative hold return). At this point, I will have paid more in fees than the original charge. They are unable to work with me in any way, and it is impossible to pay off this account so I can close it, which I will as soon as I can. AVOID their credit card at all costs and any other credit card associated with Comenity Bank!!!!

    We had ordered a task chair and folding wall desk. The desk arrived with visible shipping damage and, after repairing myself with epoxy, the support split on both sides after installing the 2 supplied dowels obviously indicating that the dowels were too large or the pre-drilled holes too small. Out with the epoxy again. The task chair arrived and found to have a defective pneumatic cylinder. Contacted Wayfair and a replacement cylinder shipped. It too was defective. Wayfair offered to replace the chair stating a delivery date and over the phone with a rep - no guarantee that it too would not be defective! Next we were informed it was "out of stock" and delivery delayed x 1 month. We cancelled the order and promised a full refund on both items although not "yet" received. Out of 3 orders placed with Wayfair, only 1 was in some way not defective and acceptable delivery time. No future orders will be placed with Wayfair.

    I don't even know where to start. I placed an order but the price didn't add up. Found out I had 2 accounts and the price on one account was different than the price on the other account. S. ** tried to fix it and just made a mess. Items I wanted were cancelled then some shipped and some stayed cancelled. While this was happening another CS Rep named Crystelle cancelled an entire order when I clearly said in an email that I only wanted to cancel one item. How does cancel one item turn into cancel an entire order. Comprehension, literacy, training? I don't know but I wasted 40 minutes while CS and Sales tried to figure out what to do and then only messed everything up. Wayfair has lost its luster with me. It's unfortunate that the so called "Wayfair Team" is so inept.

    They advertise available online merchandise but they changed the delivery due date 3 times and for the fourth time they put it 2 months and half after the date I purchased it online. They charged my credit card, yet they have not delivered the merchandise. They caused a lot trouble for me to think I have already ordered and have the item. I already not only time but also money for not purchasing another similar item on sale and rescheduled travel plans to be home to expect the delivery. Not to mention, the boxed items on the floor have been sitting there for months and I expected to receive this merchandise to organize the room. I have lost energy and enthusiasm and am very disappointed. The bank charges interest if you borrow money, my credit was charged and my money was withhold for over $200 purchase and no item delivered yet.

    Please note all items were purchased at the same time. I did not go back after their complete incompetency. And will not ever.

    Item 1 - TV stand: Never came. Kept getting back ordered. So I cancelled. Never got the refund, had to follow up.
    Item 2 - Living Room Set: Did not come with enough correct parts to assemble. Called to order replacement parts (first time), replacement parts arrive, not correct parts. I call again, get a refund w/ keeping the item, ask for replacement parts (2nd time), replacement parts come, incorrect parts.
    Item 3 - Lamps: 2 of 4 lamps were broken.

    Item 4 - A GIFT CARD WAS GIFTED TO ME AND COULD NOT BE VERIFIED WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT.

    In summary, Wayfair sells products they don't have, in broken condition, that you can't assemble and cannot handle gift cards. Literally not ONE ASPECT of their operation is competent. A waste of time, life and money. I HATE YOU.

    Ordered area rug with expected delivery date and it’s been past 2 days and called Wayfair and they have no new update for me as apparently my order is stuck at the border. Now as a customer I simply cannot in the future rely on their expected delivery date. Mind you this is the age of exceeding customer expectations and here Wayfair is struggling to even meet them.     Before you purchase anything on Wayfair, search via Google Lens and try to find it somewhere else. It will be 20 to 30% cheaper. I ordered a pendant light for my foyer with "pro" pricing and an extra discount and when it arrived, it came up on my Facebook feed from Build.com at $30 less than I paid with all the discounts at Wayfair. You really can't search by words because they are sly and change all the words and make it unsearchable giving you the illusion that you can only get it from Wayfair. The light I bought Gingerich 3 light lantern in brushed nickel from Breakwater Bay (only available at Wayfair). It arrives. It's a Westinghouse light "Isadora". Wayfair price $175.99. My price after 2 discounts $153.38. Build.com price $117 to anybody.

    I applied for financing through Wayfair and was approved through Zibby, a very good amount too. When I try to place an order that meets all guidelines it says, "Application failed. Please verify the information is correct." I contacted Wayfair which they blamed Zibby. I contacted Zibby to make sure all my information matched which it does. I'm then told by Wayfair it's a glitch in their system and they expect me to just sit back and wait week after week. I now have open credit I'm not able to use and this affects my credit. Wayfair doesn't even care that they lost me as a customer.

    Our order for the Fairchild Garden Wood Arbor by Greenstone Garden Structures arrived with parts missing: we received 10 of the 14 of the 2" wood screws and none of the corner angle braces. My husband had to abandon the assembly to go to Lowe's and try to find these missing items. This will be my first and last order from Wayfair. You need to do a better job. I will also caution my neighbors about ordering online from Wayfair. Every time those nitwit TV commercials come on with people dancing and singing about the ecstasy of Wayfair orders arriving at their door must be brain-dead.

    I was surprised (shocked) when I opened the very large box of patio furniture and saw how many pieces there were, my guess somewhere around 100 or so. I have assembled many items over the last 40 years and this was one of the most difficult projects. The directions only show pictures how to assemble and nothing in writing. If you are not good regarding understanding illustrations and photos of furniture upside down, etc., the job that took me over 3 hours will take someone who is not use to doing this type of work, 5-6 hours and may never finish. For those people I recommend spending the $120.00 for having it assembled. This project consisted of 2 small chairs, a love seat and small table. This was the second purchase for me from Wayfair.

    The 1st one was a privacy fence which also came in a million pieces, so I returned it and bought one at the same price already assembled. The good news is the furniture came on time, the driver called when he was supposed to, everything was in good condition, no missing pieces. There is no reason why many parts cannot come assembled as they do not take up any room as they are part of the furniture. Good luck!

    I will never use this company again!! I will never use this company again! What a complete and utter nightmare! My daughter ordered a bed and mattress a few months ago. I should of learnt from this. She had a bad time with delivery. She is disabled and ended up having to sleep on the floor due to their incompetence. They offered a paltry tiny amount of compensation. I thought I’d d give them a try and a second chance and order a bed and a mattress. What a mistake. After having such a nightmare trying to arrange the delivery I was told the items would be delivered on the Wednesday. Great. I arranged to be in all day as wasn’t given a time slot.

    I then get an email saying the items would be delivered on the Tuesday. I called Wayfair on the Monday morning to clarify and was assured not too worry they were definitely being delivered on the Wednesday. I then get another message on the Tuesday morning saying again they were being delivered on the Tuesday. Called Wayfair back and was then assured that I wasn’t to worry and if I wasn’t in on the day they would come back and re deliver on the Wednesday. Wasn’t convinced but took her word for it (Bearing in mind I am a women of nearly 70 with a bad back due to braking it and my daughter is disabled). I returned home to 2 large boxes on my doorstep. I was fuming!!!! I then had to try and find some help to get them into the house. I then called Wayfair back again, telling them what had happened. What a waste of time. All I was offered is 10% off my next order. Do they seriously think I will be shopping with them again!! What a joke!!

    I purchased a set of 2 side tables and a 3 drawer chest through Wayfair in June. All items were said to arrive already assembled. The side tables arrived first, and each side table had MAJOR damage; cracks, slanted drawers, shredding of wood, etc. When I called Customer Service, the rep told me that they could issue me a refund, but I would have to donate or dispose of the side tables MYSELF (likely wanted me to dispose of them due to the damage that was shown through pictures I took and sent to Wayfair via email showing they were clearly non re-sellable pieces, AND they were more inexpensive items).

    I asked the customer service representative if there were any options for pick up, because the two side tables were heavy and I didn’t have the car space for it, I had just lost my mother to cancer and then rearranging my home and don’t have the time or energy between work and handling many other matters to carry these two large pieces to donate. They said NO. Fine. I understood and donated the broken pieces myself.

    Next, the three drawer chest came in. A $600 piece of furniture that I had been saving up for (and is currently out of stock, and has been since a day or two after I purchased it). Of course, a major defect in the middle drawer was apparent. After assessing what the root of the issue was to cause the middle drawer to be so slanted and irregular, I removed the back portion of the chest to find a 5-6 inch gash of wood slammed inside the chest where the middle drawer is supposed to lay.

    Disappointed and frustrated was an understatement, however I am a very accepting and rational customer as I work in retail and understand these things happen. When I called customer service for this NEW particular 3 drawer chest issue, I initially spoke with a representative named James who mocked my email that was sent over the weekend critiquing the item and forwarded me to another representative. He also claimed that no pictures were attached to the document, so I immediately asked him for at the proper email to send pictures to at the very moment. Once he understood that my sincerity about the damage to the piece was real, I was put on hold for a transfer. After being on hold, a female representative told me the only option was that she could have someone from the warehouse come to my home to pick up the chest and then AFTER that the refund would be processed.

    I explain to her how I asked for a pick up service for the other two side table items, why is it now told to me that it’s possible for this particular piece? She blamed it on warehouse/shipping/nonsense. I, like having said, work in retail and know that the pick up services and warehouse services and Fedex services all have pick up aspects. This particular chest is a hot item and currently is sold out. They wanted to ensure that they received it back so they could fix it and resell it.

    I explained to the woman that If I had to lug 2 large side tables to Salvation Army because “Wayfair doesn’t offer pick up services“, then I intend on doing the same thing with this chest. I said MY only option is: I’m going to donate the three drawer chest and get my money back instead of having to have someone come into my home and schedule a pick up time. I explained to her how I asked for this for the side tables, and she gave some excuse on warehouse/shipping/nonsense.

    The chest item is a high seller and currently out of stock, so their goal is that they wanted to ensure they received it back so they could fix it and resell it. I’m going to donate the three drawer chest and get my money back instead of having to have someone come pick up this chest when no option for that was offered when asked for the side tables. Not to mention the representatives today were extremely unprofessional, rude, and led me to become angry with the situation that I’ve been dealing with with Wayfair for well over a month with these pieces. I asked her to politely stop calling me a name, and she continued to do so. She antagonized everything I said, interrupted my sentences, and put me on hold two different times.

    Safe to say this is my last time purchasing through Wayfair, as I’ve been a very loyal customer for many years and as was my mother who passed away recently. Never did I think that the representative would be the issue… I just thought the furniture was the issue. If the tone of the conversation was a bit more accepting an empathetic, things would’ve been very different. But the result of that nasty attitude received from customer service today totally turned me off and reminds me to always remain kind and level headed to people who have spent hundreds and hundreds.

    I ordered a garden shed from Wayfair. This was easy and straightforward and Wayfair notified me of the expected delivery date. So far, so good. It was to be delivered on July 4th between 12 and 4 pm, so stayed home in eager expectation. Nothing. Thinking the delivery truck was simply delayed (yes I'm that naive), I waited until 5:30 before calling Wayfair. They could only tell me the delivery was "missed". Yeah, I got that! But not why it was missed. I called the next day to find out more and was told it was actually loaded on the truck but wasn't delivered because they needed 4 people to unload it. I said "really?" "They couldn't figure that out when they loaded it on the truck??" I mean, this isn't rocket science, now is it.

    But no notice of the "no arrival", no adequate explanation and no rebook date. What a waste of time. Now it can only imagine that there will be damage due to the onload-offload-onload etc, so inevitably will be sent back. I think Wayfair needs to not only spend time with sales, but ensure their delivery personnel know what they are doing. I can't imagine this was the first shed that they have delivered, so not having enough people to offload the truck is lame and really quite pathetic.

    I ordered bar stools online. They came damaged and the resolution I got from Wayfair was to send a replacement part that would not arrive for another 2 weeks because the item was on back order. I can't understand why it's so hard to just deliver an item in the condition is purchased. I don't want to wait 2 weeks for a replacement part, as it is not my fault the company delivered a damaged bar stool.

    Bought a dining table set from Wayfair online. Paid a lot of money. Also paid for assembly. Had to wait about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks out for delivery. A rude guy showed up stating he was a contract deliver for Wayfair, he saw I paid for assembly but they don’t assemble flat boxes. Which is what my order came in. I politely told him to take it back because I don’t do that. He lied and said Wayfair would send a different company to do it. So I kept it. I called Wayfair and spoke to Jen a supervisor who assured me she would call me to get it taken care of by the end of the day, Never heard from her. Emailed her the next day, more broken promises. She was suppose to follow up by 2 other different dates, never heard from her.

    After about a week I called and spoke to a person name Ashley. She told me they don’t have any company they can arrange assembly with. But told me I could hire someone and reimburse me 500.00 of my money back. All though I was greatly inconvenienced and lied to I appreciated money back to find someone. I consider this experience unprofessional. Do not have the customer pay for assembly if your company can’t follow through. I will never buy again.

    I bought a set of patio furniture from Wayfair and it was delivered promptly as promised. There was however a serious manufacturing defect found when I tried to assemble the legs to the table. On informing Wayfair, their customer service was on the case immediately and I was kept informed all of the way whilst they investigated the matter and it resulted in a substantial discount being awarded. The table was manufactured in China, therefore the manufacturing process was outwith Wayfair's control but they accepted full responsibility and settled the matter very quickly. I have purchased from Wayfair in the past and will continue do so in the future. Thank you Wayfair for your excellent service caring for your customers.

    While I was checking out online for an item I purchased, a pop up box stating $40 off my order came up if I signed up for a pre-approved credit card. That was a good discount, so of course I did this. A minute later after doing this and being accepted, I was taken back to my checkout and there was no discount. I called for some assistance and was told that this discount applied to purchases over $250. This is classic bait and switch, they bait you with an offer which is not correct when you got to make the purchase.

    After my phone call to Wayfair, they connected me to the credit card department and I swiftly canceled my account. I'm VERY mad that my credit was just run and I'll take a hit for that, but I WILL NOT be purchasing anything from Wayfair moving forward. This is just BAD business practice all around. Shame on you Wayfair from one angry (now non) customer!

    I ordered the IRIS USA, Inc. Heavy Duty Plastic Storage Tote size 11.63" H x 20.25" W x 18.13" D, but I received totes size 11 x 17 x 9.5. I measured them and I uploaded pictures of the measurements with my Wayfair review. This is the second time I have received items different from what I ordered. Wayfair has not published my review. When I asked why it wasn't published, they said that I needed to clear my cookies. I used utilities to totally clean my laptop and I checked with my phone. The review is still not published. They don't want to admit that they are selling items different from what they show on the website.

    I ordered the Twin Wooden Love Seat by Woodhaven hill on the 10th of May on the Wayfair site for my parents and I was told delivery would happen on the 4th of June...as I live in Ireland I was using AddressPal service through An Post who accept parcels up to 20kg. When I did not hear from anyone on 4th of June I left it a few days.

    See below a full timeline of what happened from there on.... 6th of June rang to query where abouts of delivery. 11th of June I received email to state the seat had been located and I should receive a text that day about delivery-no text received. 13th of June I sent an email to explain as I had not received a text. 13th of June I received an email that delivery solutions would be in touch. 14th of June at 3.35pm I received an email to state. It would be delivered by 24th of June. 14th of June at 3.49pm I received this email to state there was a problem and they were trying to locate my order in the warehouse. 18th of June I emailed for clarification on what was happening. 19th of June I received an email to confirm delivery would take place on the 24th of June.

    25th of June I receive an email from AddressPal to state delivery was refused due to excess weight of the product. Product weighed at 35.5kg which is excessively different to what it states on the site. 25th of June I email Wayfair with evidence of weight from AddressPal and screenshot of the product description from Wayfair site, to see what is going on. 26th of June I receive an email to state yes size is wrong and can I arrange alternative delivery service. 26th of June I reply to state this is Wayfair's error not mine that I want delivery organised by them.

    27th of June I email again as no response. 27th of June at 3pm I get a response to say no it cannot be delivered, I would have to organize same or a refund can be arranged. 27th of June i email again with a formal complaint and list of what has happened to date and that I wanted a call from a manager. 28th of June I get a notification online that my order was cancelled and a refund would be processes. This is an appalling service. I did not get any call or pre-notification this would happen. I can safely say I will never use this site again.

    I needed a desk for a girl's room, and she Really liked a particular one. This was Only listed on Wayfair, and it was Out of Stock. However, it stated it was Expected 6/26, so we waited on it since March. It is 6/27, so I checked on it, and it Now says 9/27! So I guess we are Expected to wait each 3 month block, so we can be strung along 3 more? I feel like a Fool! Shop elsewhere more Reliable!

I am shocked to find that the company employees a significant number of people who clearly do not support the United States and also oppose any efforts to provide safe, humane lodging for migrants.     I'm so glad I found this company - I've purchased just about everything I needed to furnish a second home from Wayfair. Twice now I've had products that arrived that were either damaged or didn't work for one reason or another and they simply asked me to donate the product relieving me of the nightmare of having to repack and wait on a pick up. I've bought several things to "see" if they worked in the space and if they didn't, Wayfair happily accepted the return and worked with me on the pick ups and deliveries as I had to schedule people to be at the home to meet delivery drivers since it's not occupied on a regular basis. The sheer volume of products Wayfair carries makes it a one stop shop and the quality is great too - their app and website which syncs with sister website Perigold is fantastic, giving me blow by blow updates on each order and delivery. I'm sold on Wayfair.

    I had ordered a desk off of this website. When it finally arrived, I started assembling it and then I noticed that one of the pieces is missing. They sent an unneeded duplicate instead of one of the pieces that are actually needed. I called the store once and told them about this. They said that it will come in 2 to 3 business days. I call back 3 business days later and they say they don't see anything about this in my account. They told me that they will ship it in 2 weeks and that they will give me a partial refund. Now I have to wait for a long time with a half built table.

    I honestly wish I could leave no stars or be able to leave a Google review. I think they purposefully make it difficult to review them unless you give them your money. I will never buy from Wayfair again. Beginning of June, I originally wanted another sectional. Yes, there were only 8 left. But the website said it would be shipped within a week. Well it ended up being back-ordered until August. When I contacted Wayfair (which by the way, is a struggle to do and each response is from a different person), they stated that a lot of people must have ordered at the same time. Well 3 days later, the website was not updated yet to show that it had been sold out. Essentially, that means many other customers could have ordered a sectional that was out of stock, expecting it to be delivered soon, only to have to wait 3 months due to back order issues.

    Anyways, I asked Wayfair to cancel my previous order, so I can order this sectional instead and get it earlier than August. They emailed me confirming the cancellation. It was my understanding they would also reach out to the 3rd party financing company, tell them the 1st order was cancelled, and a refund would be applied to my account in 3-5 business days. Well, 5 business days pass. I'm still being charged for the original cancelled order. I email Wayfair, asking for my refund. The new representative tells me I was misinformed and it would take 7 days. At this point, I take matters into my own hands and call the 3rd party financier, who tells me that WAYFAIR DID NOT INFORM THEM OF THE CANCELLED ORDERED. Amazing.

    After getting that settled on my own, I wait for my 2nd order to be delivered. I set up a delivery time between 12pm-5pm. There is note that says they will contact you 30 minutes BEFORE delivery. Well they text me at 12:25 with a message they'll deliver within 30 minutes. I'm here within 30 minutes and wait around for 30 minutes. I finally call the delivery team. Turns out, they arrived at 12:25, waited 10 minutes and left. So now my delivery needs to be re-scheduled with Customer Service...who I called and it went straight to voicemail! Long store short, Wayfair is disorganized and gives out misinformation to its customers. Avoid the headache. Buy from elsewhere.

    We ordered a bedroom set from Wayfair, a dresser with a mirror, a tall dresser, and two night stands. While the dresser and mirror arrived okay, the tall dresser was, with the exception of the top, cracked and split down the middle. We refused delivery. We scheduled re-delivery of a replacement but their terrible delivery service, BlueStreak, decided for whatever reason to reschedule it without talking to us first.

    The clown show gets better. Wayfair decided to ship the nightstands, which are shipped in thin cardboard boxes with what looked like 1/16th inch foam sheeting protecting it. After two deliveries of boxes that were destroyed by the FedEx handlers, we gave up. Did I mention that we refused both FedEx deliveries yet Wayfair failed to mark the first one returned, instead marking it as delivered even though it was delivered back to them. They then made me wait almost two weeks for our credit. Still waiting to see how the second round goes.

    My opinion of Wayfair is that they are not a furniture company, but are merely brokers. They don’t seem to care if your furniture arrives in one piece or not, they only seem to care about keeping your money once they get it. Their customer service is laughable at best. We will never order from Wayfair again. We love the one dresser we received but the nightmare they made us go through to get it just is not worth any possible money savings. If I could buy the furniture locally for $200 more, I would in a heartbeat. For

    Updated on 07/03/2019: Today after having scheduled the delivery for the fourth time, I finally received my mattress! I think the problem is with large merchandise when going to delivery partners because I already bought several items with Wayfair and received it quickly.

    Updated on 07/01/2019: I bought a mattress on 6/1 and the delivery was scheduled 3th times and now a 4th time, but I still have not received the mattress. The new date and 07/3, if I do not receive the mattress on that date, I will cancel the purchase and ask for the money back. The carrier simply cannot organize itself.

    Original Review: I bought a mattress on June 1. The delivery would be until June 14. But until now I did not receive. Worse, I called the carrier several times and they say that there is no date to deliver!! I changed the house and I need the mattress! Order #**.     The date Wayfair posted for arriving date is NOT the date the product arrives to the customer but the date it arrives at Wayfair deliver team and then it will takes at least 3 more days before the customer gets it. So don't book a plumber until you know when you get the product.

    So I love the idea of Wayfair. The selection is fantastic and the prices are so amazing especially if you're like me and just moved and have no furniture. Biggest issue I had was delivery. I specifically chose items and purchased them on Monday because they stated in checkout that they would get here by Thurs, thinking that that was when all the items would be delivered. But no, that just meant that the items would all get there by Thursday. Well I bought some big items: deck furniture, nightstands, small bathroom cabinets, pretty much stuff that you cannot just leave out on the porch. I also live in a gated community and haven't gotten my name on the entry system yet so I have to run to the front of the gate to let in everyone.

    There was no space to give delivery instructions in the checkout so I have no idea how these guys are going to get in to make the delivery at this point. The items are going to come Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday... not just on Thursday, meaning I am going to have to take time off work to figure this stuff out. They are also coming by ground shipping, so there is no set time when these items will get here. I had planned to take Thursday off so I could be around to get the items, but now that plan is shot.

    Wayfair is more like Amazon of home goods and furniture: you are completely at their mercy when it comes to when your items will be delivered and unlike say, a furniture shop, have no way to know when your stuff is going to show up so you just have to take time off work to deal with it. It's a nice idea, but really you're dealing with furniture and big items that need a better delivery system. You should 100% be able to schedule the delivery of these items at checkout so you can expect them all at the same time and not be waiting around for 3 days.

    Am very disappointed in the finish on this tv stand. Rough and very uneven. In some areas the finishing color is missing. Not big areas but enough that I can notice them. Also I wish the color charts were better. Got the dark oak which is really too dark. I probably would have liked the medium better. There probably is not much I can do about it.

    We ordered and received a double computer desk the beginning of 2019. Unfortunately the desk came damaged and we requested a replacement top for the desk immediately. We have been promised the replacement parts would be sent on several occasions. After numerous calls etc we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else that seems to value their customers. This has to be the worst company I’ve dealt with!

    My husband and I recently purchased a dining room table from Wayfair. The customer service that I received from Wayfair has been the best customer service that I have received in a very, very long time. I mostly dealt with case manager Stacy ** and she was super fantastic to work with. Although it was a lengthy process to get a tabletop that was damaged (not a Wayfair problem but a manufacturer problem), she made the process run super smooth.

    I cannot say enough about her quick response time and her ability to take action to resolve whatever the issue was when I called. She never tried to rush our conversations to get on to other work. I really enjoyed talking to her. I also talked to a few others along the way who were all super helpful as well. Email correspondence and follow up was always done in a very timely manner by Stacy ** and the whole Wayfair team. I would definitely recommend Wayfair to anybody who is looking for a quality product at a great price.

    I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I called to confirm they knew they would be delivering on a military base and knew which checkpoint they would need to use to enter, and that they would need proper ID to pass a background check. I was told they were aware and prepared but they would make a note of it. However, delivery day comes and they don’t pass the background checks. They reschedule 5 days later and assure me that this will not happen again. Delivery day #2 comes and the exact same thing happens again. I was told I would receive a call letting me know whether my furniture could be delivered the same day or not, but I never received a phone call. They did refund 5% of my order but I still have not received the furniture I bought and who knows if I actually will. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never be ordering from Wayfair again.

    So I ordered a TV stand from Wayfair and bought the MyWay membership as well. And to be clear you need to buy the MyWay membership before you place an order. Also, as the advertisement goes, it promises you 1 day shipping, room of choice delivery etc (but the fine print is only on selected items) and you won't know until you are logged on once your MyWay membership is activated. When I selected the TV stand I did not get (a) 1-day delivery option (b) Delivery to Room of choice since it is serviced by Fedex and (c) They wouldn't cancel the membership because it's non-refundable although it's hardly been a couple days. And the best part was the customer support lady (Abigail) who was totally rude and also repeatedly kept saying that I had placed other orders on Wayfair when this was my first order. Never ever buying anything from them again, especially when you compare this to Amazon customer service it's clearly like day and night.

    When the bed frames (2) were first purchased and arrived Me and my daughter's first night sleeping on the beds noticed that we woke up with many bites. Next morning. My first reaction were bed bugs, so We checked mattresses and found nothing on the mattresses, so I figured that maybe they were mosquitoes since I slept with my windows open. Didn't think to check the actual mattresses until I had went to the doctors because I was informed to check the frames since the bites we had were bed bug bites. So I decided to check the frames and there was an infestation of bed bugs on both frames inside the back covering where the velcro part covers.

    It was the worst thing I've ever saw and the first time I have EVER IN MY LIFE dealt with. So my initial reaction were to get rid of the bed frames because of how many bed bugs were there. I'm not sure if it was the type of bed that was easier access due to layout that bed bugs found home in but when we got them the first night was horrible waking up with massive bites, so they came with the batch of bed bugs already. I will never again purchase a single item from WAYFAIR.

    I ordered two king bedskirts for my bed hoping that one of them would work. One turned out great. The other bedskirt was expensive for the quality of it. I wanted to return it. I can return it, but have to pay for the shipping back. The bedskirt was $30.99, and the shipping price back is around $8.95. What a joke! Most online companies offer free shipping back if you don't like the product. They advertise on TV commercials that there is free shipping. Yes there is free shipping, but only if you like it and don't return it. I would never buy things from Wayfair again. It is too expensive to ship back things!!!
