    Was very disappointed with their return policy for a large broken mirror. I opened the box, peered in and noticed it was shattered before removing from bubble wrap. Resealed and called customer service. Received a refund but told unable to take back as too risky for Fedex, even though they delivered 5 minutes earlier in broken condition, and that I can donate or dispose. Who would want a shattered mirror? Too risky to send back, yet no problem with me getting cut as I carefully transferred large pieces to my trash as recycling will not take it in the box. Now it became my problem to clean up shards from my floor as some fell.

    Updated on 05/15/2020: Several days after order, the delivery day pushed back several days, and changes several more times (strike 1). Sofa finally arrived 4 days later than originally expected, and color is nowhere near as advertised (discovered that other customers have had the same experience) (strike 2). Went in my Wayfair account to begin the return process and was informed “returns are currently unavailable” (Strike 3). Compounding the extreme frustration, there is no online support, chat, or email. Just a phone number with traditional business hours. Now stuck with a huge loving room eyesore. Nothing about this experience was positive. I do tons of business with Amazon. I spent about 15% less on this purchase by giving Wayfair a try...and very much regret it. Never again. Deactivating the Wayfair account and deleting the app. Back to Amazon!

    Original Review: Ordered a couch. A week later it’s still in the original “preparing for shipping” status. Before purchasing, a deliver-by date was advertised. The “approximately in your area” date is now several days later. If I had anticipated this, I would’ve paid slightly more with Amazon Prime, to ensure the delivery timing.

    I purchased a ROCKER recliner from Wayfair. When delivered it was NOT a ROCKER recliner and NOT the brand I ordered. Per Wayfair, "We don't actually have the chair you ordered, our warehouse sent you a "comparable" chair"." No one from wayfair contacted me to give me an option! The ONLY solution they offered was to have the warehouse send me a chair that rocked!!! I get no say??? Just have me pay for something you don't have, then send me what you want??!! I demanded a refund, and they acted like they were doing ME a favor! First experience with wayfair DEFINITELY last.

    Go directly to the manufacturer for your item. I purchased a rug that indicated it was 25% off. I later discovered the manufacturer's website (lesson learned) and their regular price for the same item, not on sale; was $110 less than Wayfair! Wayfair is a rip-off!! Will never use their site again. I’m Disgusted!

    Talked with Wayfair customer service/support a few times, I honestly hope that the company outsources this function, otherwise there is something massively wrong with the way they do busy. Always the run around from the customer service people, they read the terms and conditions from the website, then if that doesn't work, you just need to call again later. I don't think any other customer service department has ever told me before that I am wrong about what order I placed with them, which is very strange. They also aren't able to provide any more details or anything else. One of the best instances was trying to redeem a gift card, the rep told me that I needed to wait another 24 hours to redeem a gift card, I asked to speak to a manager and they said, "Do you expect to get a different outcome?" To which I replied, "Yes", I have already waited over 24 hours to redeem a gift card, I don't know what the problem is on redeeming a gift card.

    I had no idea that my credit card was closed until I got notified by one of the credit bureaus. No warning that out of the blue my Wayfair card was closed until I saw it on that website & then double checked on Wayfair's credit card website. Sure enough, only being with them for 2 years & 2 months it was closed? I've never been late & even when I did make any purchases I paid everything in full. I wrote to them because I wasn't able to speak to anyone & they told me I had inactivity so they closed my account...period. I could reapply if I wanted but that's it, my account was closed because I hadn't made a purchase in over a year maybe?

    So they were demanding a purchase & especially during the times we are all going through right now, they decide to hurt my credit & tell me I can reapply that would hurt my credit even more? No warning that they were even going to close my account. It's not like I hadn't been on their website looking for something, I just didn't find what I wanted from them over the summer. I can't believe they would just close a fairly new account without a warning simply because a disabled person (yes, I'm disabled & they also know that) hasn't made a purchase in over a year & to top it off at such a critical time with a global pandemic going on.

    Ordered two couch covers, one was a very white one from Winston Bay company. Instead, without mention, they sent me an off-white color from a different brand. What you see is NOT what you get. Product arrived, albeit wrong, fairly quickly. Very disappointed. Cannot trust this company and won’t be ordering from them again.

    I ordered a concrete fountain for our garden back in March 2020. I knew it would take 8 weeks. I got emails when it left factory, put on a truck, into warehouse, back on truck and got a delivery date. Truck pulls up. Item not on truck. This is a 400 lbs. concrete fountain in a crate. Call Wayfair, 45 mins on phone. Item lost. I get a delivery confirmation email and asked to rate delivery experience. Rate what? Item wasn't delivered. Call back. Wayfair says they will do what they can to locate a 400 lb. item. No follow up. I call again, 45 mins. on phone.

    "Let's cancel item and order a new one." I don't want to wait 16 weeks for this. I say, "No, try and find it, don't waste money." Next thing I know, item is canceled, lost in shipment. Replacement item ordered. Then another email, second order canceled per my request. I didn't request the item be canceled, I requested we try to find the original item. How can you lose a 400 lb. item in a gigantic crate?

    Next I see a 50.00 charge on my credit card. I didn't buy anything as I'm too angry about this particular order. I call again making at least 10 phone calls about this order. They charged my a 50.00 lift fee. "What is a lift fee?" I ask. The fee was for the truck driver to operate the lift on the back of the truck to lower the item to the ground. WHAT ITEM??? I never got the item. I've never been through something so messed up ever. Tons of apologies, can't find the original order, not sure why replacement order was canceled. Shouldn't have done that. "We will reorder and take off 10 percent."

    Meanwhile when I looked at the item online originally it said NOTHING about a lift fee. It said FREE curbside delivery. There was NEVER a mention in word or print about a lift fee. I've gotten to mistrust this company and will never order from them again. I felt sorry for the young people answering the phone. I was/is VERY angry and tried hard not to take it out on them. They remained calm and polite every time. The item is now reordered for another 8 weeks. I called the company making the fountain and begged for a rush. Oh well.

    Had I known my experience would’ve been as horrible as it has been with Wayfair, I never would’ve entertained their website at all. From ordering, to the missing of items, to the the late delivery, the beyond poor customer service experience, to the excuses made for the poor customer service, to the failed promises on order delivery, to the continued order delay and push back; this experience has been beyond unacceptable. To now have to wait for almost two months for my order to arrive is baffling and just overall horrible.

    I ordered a $45 box of laminate flooring from Wayfair. I needed it right away so I paid the extra $60 for expedited shipping. I was supposed to have it 3 days after ordering. Well 6 days after ordering they finally actually shipped my package. They didn't ship it expedited, just normal FedEx Ground. I paid more for shipping than I did for the flooring, I did so because it was important to me that I got it right away. I understand them taking a day longer than normal to ship it due to Covid but not 5 days. It is absolutely inexcusable to charge me $60 for air-shipping only to ship it regular FedEx Ground which would have been free. I feel like I have fallen victim to a bait and switch scam. I will never order from them again.

    I was browsing to buy ergonomic chair at Wayfair site. I browsed Billups ergonomic mesh task chair few times and suddenly Wayfair jacked up the price by 50 CAD. Since I liked the chair and I placed the order at higher prize 300 CAD incl tax. Then within 2 days of me buying the chair at 300 CAD with Tax the price for same color and model went down to 270 CAD with tax. I called the customer care and asked for price match but they mentioned they can't do anything since the item has left the WH and if I choose to return I have to pay for the shipping too. I felt like warning other customers that this website seems to use your browsing history and behaviors to jack up the price. I just feel bad with my shopping experience and wouldn't be using them again. Cheers.

    I really wish that I could write something positive, but if I hear 'thanks for calling Wayfair' or 'have a nice day' or 'I'm so sorry to hear that' one more time, I might just pull my eyelashes out one by one! I ordered 2 very simple chest of drawers for my son, in December, due to arrive the first week of January. They arrived separately from 2 different couriers, which was the first issue. One arrived in full, I built it, it's fine. Second one arrived in one big box, it said 1 of 1 on the box. I started to build it, to find it had no drawers, no runners. Absolutely nothing that would go inside the framework. After a hasty chase, they said there was a second box that had gone missing. Parts were ordered and due 2 weeks later. I waited.

    Box arrives 2 weeks later, with all of the drawers, bar one. I call again. They schedule a further box to deliver another 2 week wait. Nothing arrives. I call again. I'm then told that they'll order me an entire new unit so that I'll get all of the parts and can send back those that I do not require. I only need one drawer! Box arrives - 1 of 1. Again missing all of the inside parts. Honestly, i'm in the middle of a carry on film now. Call again. Liza, very nice tries to help me for about the 7th call now. Finds that the courier had returned the 2nd box to the depot.

    So, I'm now month 5 with ONE MISSING DRAWER. It has been arranged to deliver just the few parts that are missing and I'm still waiting. They cannot blame Coronavirus for this. It has been missing since January and no one seems to give a damn right now except to tell me how sorry they are. I DON'T CARE HOW SORRY YOU ARE - GET ME MY ONE DRAWER!!!! If I hadn't of built the first unit, the rest would be bonfire right now.

    Since Wayfair refunded my money immediately AND was responsive, I feel it fair to post this closing rating. Yes; the pillows were in bad shape (maybe a returned item?) and the packaging was totally unprofessional and unacceptable - but I am trying to be thoughtful with the resolution.

    I ordered 2 standard inexpensive pillows for my bed - I washed the ones I have and they came out all misshapen and bumpy. These pillows were so inexpensive and I've had good experiences with Wayfair/All Modern during quarantine, that I thought why not. They arrived today - squeezed into a too-small-box and part of the pillow was sticking out of the box and taped over with the shipping tape. The pillows were placed in an over-sized plain plastic bag - no writing/branding. There was not a shipping order in the box (empty). The pillows looked worse than my own pillows that went through the wringer and dryer.

    They were wrinkled and very bumpy/misshapen and looked used. If I were betting - I'd go "all in" they were used/returned items. I filed a return on Wayfair's website and they immediately refunded my money and said to donate the pillows. Unfortunately during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, I will have to keep these pillows someplace until the donation centers open. VERY bad experience and I will no longer use Wayfair or any of their affiliated stores.

    Dog bed pricing. Wayfair has decent products and a lot to choose from. But I find it insulting to send me emails that reads 70% off on products. Looking at dog beds you see something marked down from $39.99 to $19. And that's a small bed so if you want a small you're good to go but if you're looking at larger beds you going to pay over $85, $100 and Up to $400. One of the cheapest large dog beds I found that was waterproof was a crate bed for $65- $69. Imagine that they were "out of stock" because people don't want to pay $85, $150 or $400 for a dog bed.

    I purchased 2 terra cotta resin planter pots from Wayfair which were advertised as large based on the picture when I google searched for large planter pots. I went to the website and it said that these planters were $10.97 each. Beside the advertised price, it showed a picture of a large pot and this was what I expected to get. I ordered 2. I got them today and when I opened the box, I was shocked to find small planters that were flimsy and cheap looking. I couldn't believe they charged me $20.96 for these!! I could go to the dollar store and get these for a dollar each or even bigger ones than these for a dollar!!

    This site will rip you off if you aren't careful! I called customer service to report what I was sent and they said they would give me a refund. When I got the email with the shipping label, I saw that they had shorted me $4.99 of my refund. I was told by the person I first spoke to that shipping would be waived since this was the first time. The second person I spoke to said there was nothing in their notes saying that my shipping fee would be waived. I was so angry I told that person I would never order from Wayfair again! I will end up being $4.99 short with nothing to show for it. DO NOT order from these dishonest, schemers! You will be disappointed!!

    I bought a Columbia Adjustable Coffee Table recently on Wayfair and we used the dimensions listed on the website to measure in our space. In the dining table position it was listed as 27 inches tall so we made sure that would work for our current chairs to use as a dining table when extended to full height, which was on the low end of what we would prefer for a dining table but this was a good deal on sale at the time and functional for our space to also serve as a coffee table when not extended. Upon getting the package in the mail the assembly was more difficult to put together than most things I've ever had from IKEA and the bag of nuts and bolts inside had split during shipping so some pieces went missing, however luckily it was packaged REALLY well so I was able to find the missing pieces wedged into Styrofoam. Overall it seemed like a high quality product so hopefully worth the assembly and should be exactly what we were looking for.

    However, upon finishing construction and trying to use this as a dining table (as it is designed for when extended) the true height was only about 25 inches (not 27+) and therefore too low for our chairs. This was the primary function we had purchased the product for and now leaning over our meals was not comfortable and we were not going to replace all of our chairs to fit around this so decided to return it. In returning the item the website quoted me in order to return the product it would cost half the money in shipping costs, which was more than $200, which seemed absurd. I attempted to sell the table second-hand but with no luck over a few weeks.

    I at least wanted some money back on the purchase so went ahead with the return. Only to find out after I had submitted the return online and printed the packing slips the shipping cost dramatically reduced and they were only going to charge me $80. This was great news but I would have done this weeks ago if I knew it was not going to cost me what they quoted me and I'm glad I was not able to sell it for less second-hand now. Then I had to disassemble the product and puzzle back into the boxes (which I had to store from day 1 in order to return it if needed). I dislike the inconsistency or having no rationale for the difference in shipping price (as they had my address/ZIP), however I'm very grateful it did not cost $200+ for shipping at least!

    Now going on the website after FedEx scanned the return Wayfair will not let me submit a review for the product detailing that the height of the product may vary by a few inches even though the item is in my purchase history. Really would have to debate before purchasing from this website again. We now bought an adjustable table from IKEA and it is GREAT!

    I went on Wayfair to buy a memory foam mattress. I found one and ordered it 401.00. It was to be delivered on the next Friday. On Monday when it shipped it showed it would arrive on Thursday. On Thursday it showed it was still in route so I called Ups and was told it was supposed to have been delivered on Wednesday but was not and it was lost and I needed to call Wayfair and file a claim.

    I called Wayfair and was told that they would cancel it and next day another one. Well it was out of stock until August. I told them it could not be that long. Was told they would refund it. Went on Amazon found same one 100.00 less and ordered it 300.00. Got notified that UPS would deliver the other one on Thursday that they found it. I called Wayfair to find out if this was true. I explained to the lady I had already ordered one on Amazon for 100 less. She said, "Well if you let it be delivered and take it" she would give me 50 off the price. I agreed to this. Well it showed out for delivery on Friday.

    I checked my credit card and found that they had billed me for 401.00 and 351.00. Double the price. I called Wayfair and asked them why and was told it was not true. Well it was. I explained this was not good and that I would think about not taking it. Besides I had already canceled the Amazon one and that was 300.00 on hold plus 401.00 and 351.00 with Wayfair. She said she was going to stop the order and return it back to them. I said, "No I would decide that" and hung up. I called back got a supervisor and told her the story and do not return the mattress. She assured me it would not. Well it did and now they have 751.00 of my money on hold till next week. Never buy from these people again.

    During the madness associated with COVID19 I overlooked that the 6 month interest free promotion had expired 10 days ago. I called customer service and asked to pay the remaining balance and asked them to waive the 10 day lateness. The customer service representative and then a supervisor refused to waive the interest. My $60 accumulative interest was more important than customer satisfaction and any future purchases. The credit card is destroyed and I will never make a purchase with Wayfair again.

    I recently purchased an Immanuel Standard Sconce Outdoor Barn Light by Longshore Tides for $58.49 ($64.99 less 10% off coupon). When I opened the package, a Sylvania Outdoor Vintage Easton Sconce light was delivered. It appeared the same. The marketing picture on the box matched Wayfair's marketing picture on their website. When I searched the Sylvania product, it was available at other retailers for $27. I called Wayfair for an explanation and a price adjustment.

    Since I "received the correct product" they could not offer me an adjustment and I would be responsible for paying return shipping. After some back and forth, I negotiated for them to pay return shipping and I would get a full refund. They partner with manufacturers and label the products as their own (Longshore Tides) but it may be shipped in the manufacturer's packaging (Sylvania). I don't know anybody who would knowingly spend double on a product. It's like purchasing a Lexus, receiving a Toyota, and being told it's the same. If you're going to purchase from Wayfair, try reverse Google Image searching to see if it's just a rebranded item at a higher cost.

    Ordered a Lane living room set. Finally delivered to find the seams separated when they delivered the set. Informed Wayfair immediately and they sent a replacement sofa. Two weeks later, the delivery team removed the plastic and discovered separated seams worse than the first. We were so disappointed with the time and not wanting to go through another replacement to get another problem piece, we requested the return of the whole set. Got a pick up date, and when I called to inquire about the time, they changed the date. I have another set coming tomorrow afternoon and have no room for both sets. They told me to move their set outside. My husband's disabled, we live in an HOA and I DIDN'T MOVE THIS IN THE HOUSE, THEY DID. Total lack of responsibility. Very discouraged and disgusted.

    I ordered a $300 dresser for my son's room in June 2019. Within a few months a drawer trim piece fell off exposing super sharp nails. I didn’t realize this until it left a 6” cut on his leg one day. The overlay started peeling and a drawer started to sag also within a few months. I have reached out to the company but have not yet heard back. For $300 I at least expected a dresser that would last me a few years.

    I was looking for a hand knotted area rug. Against my better judgement, I thought I would look at Wayfair. I typed "hand knotted" in their search bar. MANY rugs came up, some obviously braided. I called customer support and was told that I would need to look at the specification of each individual item to determine if it was really hand knotted. I did so for one of the obviously braided rugs and the specification section listed that the rug was hand knotted.

    I called back and spoke with another customer representative. She stated that Wayfair was legally obligated to list the description that the distributor supplied with each item. So, in my limited experience, at least as pertaining to hand knotted area rugs, Wayfair must deal with very deceptive distributors. And as far as I am concerned, if Wayfair is dealing with distributors who are willing to call a braided rug a hand knotted rug, I am unwilling to deal with Wayfair! Who knows what other deceptive practices their distributors have?

    I ordered a mattress from Wayfair on January 21st, 2020. It’s now April 12th, 2020 and I have yet to receive the mattress. The date keeps getting pushed back every few weeks. I’ve received at least 5 emails from Wayfair telling me my mattress won’t be delivered by a certain date. I could understand a month maybe even 2, but it’s been 3 months with nothing. I see reviews on the mattress as recently as today, so other people are getting their mattress, but not me. My most recent delivery date was on March 31st, 2020. I haven’t received an update in the last 2 weeks about the mattress so I assume they could care less about when I’ll actually get it. Yes I could just cancel, but I’ve waited 3 months. At this point I’d rather just have my mattress, but I will NEVER buy another item off Wayfair again. What a terrible company to do business with.

    I admit I watched ads on TV touting Wayfair furniture, so I decided to give it a try. I had little success, but realized early on, online shopping is too risky for me. Upon my last order, I sent item back requesting a credit on my credit card, but was denied, stating I would receive an in house credit with Wayfair. I did not want this, but I was told that was all I would receive. After nearly a year with this credit and the current events, lost job, Covid 19, I find myself in a dire situation, so I called Wayfair to make same request. This time I was told I had waited too long to receive a refund? WHAT? Bottom line, I need a refund. Online shopping is NEVER the same as seeing something in person. The lighting used, the merchandise displayed is not even close to what you receive. Although the customer service dept was polite, they did not agree to a refund. So now I have a credit I do not want and a credit for $191.25 that I will never use. Buyer Beware.

    The furniture is garbage. Falls apart within a few months of purchase. They ignore you when there is a problem. Paid 800. for a table and chairs that I cannot use because it will crack every time I touch the table legs or sit in a chair. I only weigh 140.

    I have ordered a product and within 24 hours got an email saying order cancelled, I reached out to CC and they says my billing address is different to shipping address,, so what, is there any problem with different billing address and shipping address?? I recently moved to diff state and didn't update my billing address because I was living temporarily in Airbnb and need cookware.. Such a irritating customer service Wayfair has,,, Will never buy a product from wayfair...

    When I got my outdoor furniture the box was beat up. When I opened it the hardware for the furniture was thrown loosely into the box. I ended up with 5 screws and 8 washers missing. Then putting together nothing lined up. Won’t use Wayfair again.

    I bought 6 of product description Corelle Eurita Oval Non-Stick Au Gratin Pan for $32.99 each. I sent picture of them to my sister and after she looked at them she noticed that Corelle was not stamped on them. Upon further investigation we discovered these are not Corelle even though they say they are and even have a big long write up on the website about the Corelle brand. I never would have paid this price for these dishes if I had not been tricked into thinking they were Corelle. I would have thought that Wayfair would not allow fake advertisement on their website.     I have shopped with Wayfair many times and have spent hundreds of dollars on this website. I called in to get a promotion code for items that I was going to purchase, and a manager informed me that the promotion could not be offered or applied to my order. I was told that my promotion expired 4 days prior, and they could not apply a new promotion. I had been a loyal customer, but no longer. I was shocked and displeased that a courtesy could not and would not be extended. I will not shop on Wayfair.com any longer!

    I ordered a coffee table from All Modern and received a table that was only 12' high, nowhere close to a standard coffee table. However the problems started when I tried to return the item. It was scheduled to be picked up by FedEx and the pick up was cancelled two times and each time Wayfair customer service blamed it on FedEx. Not sure where the problem was but I will say when I called the FedEx pick up number they were clueless on what was going on, couldn't even tell me if a pick up was scheduled for my address.

    On the 3rd call to Wayfair the item was picked up, however I am yet to received my $430 refund. First I was told it would take 3-5 days from the pick up date. Now I am being told they made a mistake on the refund so it was cancelled and customer service said they would have to open a ticket with the Finance department to get it corrected so it would take another 4-6 days for the refund. A total comedy of errors. Not sure I will purchase from them again.

    I attempted to buy a hot tub online today only to find out that even with the exchange rate on the amount the Canadian website is charging $1000.00 more than the US. This is a made in USA product therefore there is no duty or taxes due on it. I will not buy from Wayfair again unless they can price their products fairly.

    Bought two chairs, 2 years ago. Well the leg broke on one and when we were attempting to repair, found the chair was made entirely made of nothing but styrofoam 90% of chair, some foam batting on seat/back, and 1/2 plywood on seat to hold the feet. GOD AWFUL!!! CHEAP!!! WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! Went to check the couch and love seat....SAME CRAP. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!!!!

    Carpet sent via Fedex. Fedex driver left at bottom of steep driveway and I am disabled, couldn't bring up. Was only wrapped in plastic and sat all night in rain. After trying to hassle with Fedex, called Wayfair for help. They promised their customer service would investigate and call. Never did a thing, didn't even give me the "coupon" they promised, no call, no follow-up whatsoever. Google Fedex - they are terrible! Yet Wayfair continues to use them in spite of complaints. Liars, will never purchase from them again.

    Apparently I spoke too soon. I contacted Wayfair to complain about their return policy. I spoke with Jake who told me I can donate my unwanted couch in Lieu of returning it. I must say that although I don’t particularly like the products from Wayfair the CSR named Jake is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service! Jake was sympathetic, empathetic, a great listener and quick to solve my issue!

    I read all the reviews before I purchased from Wayfair. I thought I was getting something of quality. The couch came, it was difficult to put together, the brackets on the arms of the couch and loveseat are installed in a way that if you lean your arm on the arm of the couch the arm of the couch falls off. See the photograph! I tried to arrange the return and they want me to spend over $200 in shipping to return the couch, unfortunately I’m not doing that. I will live with this couch for as long as I can and then throw it in the garbage and then buy from Raymour and Flanigan or even Bob’s Furniture!

    Ordered 9x12 carpet, grey and white. Received carpet and didn't realize until after it was all laid out that the pattern seemed off. So I looked at my invoice where it shows picture and it was completely different in regards to pattern-still grey and white though LOL in fact, I used the carpet's sticker to try and search Wayfair for this specific rug they sent and I can't even find it on there! Other than receiving the wrong rug (which I am just going to keep because I do actually love it), shipping was on time. I just can't believe wayfair shipped the wrong item. I understand so many of the "wrong item" reviews now! Rug in living room is one I didn't order, screenshot is of rug I actually ordered.

    It's clear to me Wayfair hires and trains great customer service representatives and managers. It's already nice that the website is functional and easy to use but when questions or problems inevitably arose the service team knew exactly what to do and tried to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. PayPal screwed up my payments after a credit card declined due to a bug (I had the credit available), and PayPal decided to then charge the entire amount to my bank checking account without ever asking or even notifying me. I did NOT have my bank account set up as a primary or backup payment method. Among 5+ payment methods to choose from in my PayPal account, none of which are set as preferred payment methods, what makes PayPal think they have the right to charge my bank account unauthorized?

    Despite this incredibly stressful event that almost left me without money for rent, Wayfair still solved the problem for me after I made a couple calls over the course of two days and I had my money back and had my credit card directly charged instead for the order. As a result of this however, I will never use PayPal again unless it's my only option.

    The whole problem started when they posted the wrong product information on the website. We were looking for a mini fridge of an specific size and that (according to the product dimensions listed) seemed perfect. When it arrived, not only the measurements were off but by a lot - it was much smaller than what we needed.

    On the same day (Saturday) I called and requested a refund and scheduled the pickup for today (Wednesday). The time window for pickup today was from 10am-2pm and the delivery people usually call around 30 minutes prior to let you know they are coming. When it was close to 2pm (mind you, I had made the time to be home and wait for them) I called customer service just to be informed that pickup wouldn’t be happening today and I’d have to reschedule.

    Now, at this time I was already fuming because not only they had incorrect information on their website, they also showed total lack of commitment and responsibility to their clients. And if you live in NYC like me you know that space is a luxury and honestly having this huge box sitting in the middle of my apartment has not been fun.

    I spoke with 4 different people, one of them being some sort of manager and no one seemed to be able to offer a better solution than rescheduling the pickup, even though they won’t give you a specific time for pickup (it’s always a 4h window) and it was their screwup. So I guess it’s on me and I have to try and reschedule work/school commitments yet again. Way to go, Wayfair... Lost one customer for sure.

    We paid extra for white-glove delivery and assembly of our new bed. Ordered it with plenty of time to be delivered to our new house. First, I got an email saying the delivery was delayed - by a week! Then, we finally hear it's going to be delivered and started to get excited. UNTIL - Wayfair contacts us to tell us they don't actually assemble the furniture and they'll be glad to do a room-of-choice delivery with a third-party company coming out LATER to do the assembly. We immediately cancelled our order. This company charges hundreds of dollars for "white glove" delivery but they are liars. We still have NO BED, and now we're forced to wait another week to get our money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR!!!

    Last two orders I received contained wrong items. Waited over a month for one replacement chair, which was delivered today. Despite paying extra for inside delivery and assembly, the delivery person plopped the chair on the living room floor and left without even removing the plastic wrapping. They talk a good story but don't come through. I'll never order from them again.

    Ordered a chair, was told it would be delivered a few days later, but no chair arrived. Called Wayfair who have literally no clue on how to resolve the issue and told me they were chasing the courier for an update. One of the worst companies I have dealt with on the internet - useless problem solving skills, use an incompetent courier (DHL in my case) and don't appear to have a proper process in place for dealing with formal complaints. I would will not be using this company again and do not recommend to anyone if you value your sanity.

    Just bought a small, wool rug-just the right color and style-at Wayfair for a "sale" price that seemed reasonable. It was a "Charlton Home" item. While doing a quick Internet search for other "Charlton Home" rugs, I noticed that the only other company besides Wayfair that carried that brand was Birch Lane. It quickly became obvious from identical photos and posted reviews of that rug that these companies were one and the same. But that particular style of "Charlton Home" rug was what I wanted, so I went through with the purchase, despite the cloying feeling that I had seen the rug elsewhere. Long story short, after some online searching the next day, I found the identical rug sold under the "Safavieh" brand name with a different name for the style of rug. The cost was half the price. As far as I'm concerned, Wayfair is a trickster labelling identical merchandise with a different name to bilk consumers.

    I purchased a reclining love seat. The middle console back would not stay in the upright position, kept falling off. Got replacement parts, still did not work. They are now sending a replacement with full delivery and setup. The people I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful and helpful. Hopefully when I get the replacement, I won't have any more problems. This is the third item I have bought from them and will continue to give them my business.

    First time ordering from Wayfair. Order was incorrect paid for a large rug received a small rug, called customer service who was very friendly and willing to work with me in getting the correct rug. Received the replacement rug once again in the wrong size, currently awaiting another replacement rug in hopes of the correct size. Ordered 6 dining room chairs 4 being from Out of the Box. Assured from customer service all parts were available. 2 chairs did not come with bolts once again calling customer service after searching for the correct bolts in the area with no luck, customer service offers a $17 refund even after explaining these type of bolts are not available at any of the local companies in the area.

    They put in the wrong # for the payment card and then blamed me and charged $28. They do not let you make a payment with a person unless you pay their fees. They don't give you a confirmation #. They held the payment from going through on the day you pay. After 3 months of THEIR mistakes and added fees I got feed up and closed my account. I'm going back to Amazon. Also, if you need to return anything, you do not get a full refund. I ordered a blanket for my dog, when it came it had a Ca.65 warning on the shipping package. I tried to return it. The refund offer was so low I threw it in the garbage. It seems to me that they attempt to get extra money from you any way they can.

    Had a horrible experience ordering a console table. Ordered on February 4th, 2020. Told it was in stock and would ship quickly. Got email that my order shipped and my credit card was billed on February 18th. For 3 days FedEx tracking could not find my package. Here it never left Wayfair. Wayfair had a different story every time I called (called four times). This last time they told me the item was damaged before they shipped it and that the product was now "out of stock" but they still billed my credit card! VERY POOR business practices to charge a customer for an item that never shipped.

    I've just recently moved to a new city. My family has used Wayfair for quite a few months. NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY OF US GIVE THIS COMPANY OUR BUSINESS. I ordered a few small items (throw pillows, sheets) and a large item (bed frame). I was told all of my items would be arriving February 12, 13, and 14th. None of my items came that week. They were delivered to my old address. When I had placed my order, I noticed I sent it to the wrong address, and immediately called customer service to have it changed. According to the customer service rep, and the email I received from the website, it was successful. However, all my items were still delivered to the wrong address.

    After constant phone conversations with customer service (one of which I was HUNG UP ON), I was finally given the 17th for my arrival dates for all of my products. My bed frame never came. Another call to the customer service, I was told my item would not be getting delivered at all. I have never experienced such poor service in all my years of online ordering. I am now purchasing a bed frame from IKEA, and the rest of my items from Amazon. Please please PLEASE do not order from this place. It is severely poorly run and the customer service is absolutely no help at all. Will add a review if I do not get my full refund, which I won't be surprised if I don't. WORST. COMPANY. EVER!!!

    We purchased a chair and a half, and it arrived damaged. We waited approximately 4 - 5 weeks for a new one to be made and delivered. The day before, I confirmed someone would be home for the delivery. I was at work, with limited access to my phone. Keep in mind, now my husband has taken two unpaid days off of work to have a chair delivered. We have 7 dogs, snow on the ground, and left the back door open. Apparently the delivery team said they knocked and no one was home. The dogs did not bark, my husband was working by the back door and there were no tracks in the snow to the front door. Hmmm, where did the delivery team make an attempt to get to the house?

    And, when my husband called to see about the delivery and talked to Paul, Paul told my husband to call back later as the system was updating. Poor customer service there. I called and talked to Melissa and she rescheduled the delivery for a Saturday. Ultimately resolved, but not to our availability. I hope this chair is absolutely amazing as the delivery team, Paul and the wait time has been educational. Place an order with Wayfair again? Sadly not in the near future for this first time purchaser.

    Currently, I am still waiting on their shipment of two chairs. I received an email and then a text stating that I would get shipment on Wednesday, the 12th. Then, later a text stating I would receive shipment on the 11th. Later, I was notified that I would be receiving shipment on the 12th again. By end of day on the 12th, I received notice I would receive on the 13th. Today is that day and now notice of shipment to be delivered on the 14th. Called customer service and am no better off, just more ticked off with their unprofessionalism. They just want to hand this off to FedEx and me. Have no idea if and when package will be delivered and they tell me it's too late to cancel the order. Beware!

    Wayfair advertises products at a great price knowing they do not have them available for purchase! Total bait and switch... Prior to me making 3 separate purchases this week, earlier in the month I reported 3 times... 2 by phone and 1 email letting Wayfair know they are advertising products that are NOT available especially on their open box items. I tried to purchase the advertised open box or sale price item but it was not available at the advertised price. When I placed it in my cart it was full price. They said they would create a ticket to correct the pricing and take off the sale price, or open box items. I have gone back on the site several times throughout the month and nothing has been corrected.

    So this week I found a sofa bed that said it was AVAILABLE so I made the purchase and received conformation! I was really excited because it was a great deal and actually let me go through with the purchase. Sadly, I received an e-mail the next day saying my item was unavailable and cancelled my BUT In the meantime, why not browse other great items and of course those items are all double the price!!!

    After the 1st purchase, I Contacted Wayfair again asking them to help me make the purchase of a sofa bed that I liked because even after I receive the email the website still had the item listed for sale at the discount price. They said they do not have the item and they would correct it on the site. As I was trying to find a new choice I noticed later in the week the sofa bed I wanted was back up for sale. So I tried to purchase it again...thinking maybe there was a mix up and they must have the sofa after all. After my 2nd purchase I contacted Wayfair to confirm my order this time. I received an email with apologizes for the hassle and said they were locating the warehouse location and would ship the following day. Well, the following day they cancelled my order again! By now I’m frustrated and angry!!!

    Being who I am I made a 3rd purchase of 4 open box sale items and again an email that all four items are unavailable!!! What conclusion do you come to? I call again after the 2nd purchase and they tell me this sofa is not in stock as a matter of fact it is -2! Then I ask on the phone about several other items I’m interested in... They didn’t have any items that I asked about even though they showed available online. So I asked, "Why are you still advertising a product for sale when you know don’t have it?" They said, "Well our site is not in real time updates and it sometimes takes the web guys a day or so to correct things on their end." What!!! Wayfair is way to large of a company to have these kinds of problems. HIRE QUICKER WEB Personnel!!!

    I told them after doing a lot of research on their site, they are totally false advertising! Even if they correct certain items as not available to purchase. They leave the sales price or open box deals up on the main listing page. So they are knowingly listing a sales price for items they know they do NOT have!!! I asked them if they would honor the price that I tried 2x’s to purchase the sofa at. They gave me all the company policy rules Bla bla bla...and how they are covered in the in the “fine print”...

    I totally get that mistakes are somewhat common for online retailers but to to knowingly mislead and be deceptive to the consumer is just poor business practice! They may not be breaking any laws but it’s certainly not a way to do business. It is unfair and deceptive act for a retailer, manufacturer, franchisor or distributor who discovers a material error in an advertisement and to fail to either honor the terms of the advertisement prior to correction, or to promptly correct any material misrepresentation… After going 2 levels up in management I got the impression Wayfair really doesn’t care!!! This is an email I received after my phone call of trying to make things right for myself as the consumer. They simply just sent this policy! Nothing else in the email but this... SOO CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

    I'll start by saying that when I placed my order, the amount of it including my 10% off was charged to my debit card instead of my Zilly account. I was able to cancel the entire order, however when I went to reorder I could not redeem the 10% promo code on the highest item I was given for new customers. This being said I then called customer service to get a new promo code, only to be told that they could not issue another one & would only be able to post credit the account after I made the purchase. I then went ahead & reordered just to find out that they actually just send out a 10% code for the lowest price item to use on my next purchase. Also because I was only approved $400 on my Zilly account, I was not able to use it without using the promo code because it would exceed my limit. I had to cancel my order once again & was told that my account would be credited back 30%, yes that's right 30% off the highest price item.

    I should also mention that I was told that item was never shipped. That was not true because I received the item in the mail today. They went back on their word & only credited me 15% back to my account. All this canceling & reordering has caused insufficient funds from the pending authorizations. That means that my other items can't be shipped until they clear on my account. So now I have a mattress with no ** bed!! If they weren't deceiving about my canceled orders not really being cancelled all because they lied about the discount codes...I would not be in the hospital right now because of the stress they have caused me. Stress kills people! They are the most corrupted company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!! All I have to say is GOOD LUCK if you decide to order through them.

    I bought patio furniture from Wayfair and added their assembly services on delivery. The furniture was delivered to me and the drivers said they couldn’t assemble it and if have to call customer service. The first person I talked to said I simply had to schedule an appointment with their Handy Department and the money I already paid would cover it. The next person said no, they just can’t assemble it but would return my $120. Why are they selling furniture they can’t assemble? And if they can’t, who can? Bizarre, and a total waste of my time and energy.

    I ordered a cocktail table from Wayfair. After reading some reviews I became apprehensive, but I had a great experience, I received both email and texts advising of delivery date and time. The package arrived about a half an hour into that time window. I had thought from the website that I would have to assemble my table so was delighted when it arrived all put together...just had to place the glass top. All told it was a 100% experience.

    I recently purchased a medicine cabinet from Wayfair.com. It arrived damaged. I emailed Wayfair and heard back from them almost immediately, by phone and email.     I have purchased several items from Wayfair. Rugs, dresser, nightstand, two side tables, and lamps. Recently, I started looking at a pendant light, and noticed last Friday, it was $155. I thought, yay! I waited until Monday, and now it's $189. So, I chatted with a rep, who stated that prices change because of demand, and several other crappy explanations.     To start with I spent a lot of money here, I purchased a bunk bed and 3 dressers. The bed: first: the picture shows a bunk bed with a trundle underneath. Make sure to read the fine print cause the trundle bunk bed does not come with a trundle!! Secondly, my 13 year old whom is on the bottom sat down one day and the whole front broke in half. And the boards across have broken as well, this was all within the first 3 months of purchase!! The 5 drawer dressers: first, every drawer was manufactured a little off. As in the screws did not line up with the holes for the bottom to stay in place. I had to completely reconstruct the drawers to make them work and not have the clothes fall out the bottom! Secondly we have had about 4 of the doors fall of when pulling open!! I do not write reviews very often but after spending over 1300 here to have the product not even last 3 month I am livid!! Now my family is using broken new furniture till I can afford new!!

    I tried to cancel my order with Wayfair within 6 hours of placing it. The order had not shipped. It took them 24 hours to decline my request to cancel and shipped the order. Charged me $26 to ship the item back. They will not cancel orders because they want people to receive the item, in the hope they will not return due to a charge for shipping costs. This is a dishonest way to generate revenue and cancellation policy is therefore not accurate - you cannot cancel your orders, you can only return items after paying shipping charges.

The mattress is assembled and designed in the USA with an imported cover. Leaves you to think the foam mattress is made in USA but hidden in the specs it says. Made in USA of Imported Materials. They seem to feel it's ok to omit or clarify that the statement saying All Foams are proudly made in USA actually means put together in the USA of imported foam. I take offense to using the statement Made in USA and our proud flag to sell imported goods.

    I'd seen ads for Wayfair before but never thought much if it because how do you get furniture online without seeing it first etc. After lots of research it seemed like the company was indeed real and not a total scam. However many reviewed mentioned missing items, which were posted awhile ago. I thought for a huge selection maybe this was just a small vocal minority. I was wrong. After my first purchase I just received in 3 days, I'm missing just a small part but without everything you can't exactly assemble it yet. Now to get this small replacement I have to wait 12 days, when buying a whole item only took 3. That doesn't make sense. Also when trying to buy the desk I attempted to get a protection plan advertised at 50$ but it wouldn't let me add it. After speaking with customer support I was told I had to buy a different plan that was 100$. Classic bait and switch.

    The desk itself is intact, but what's the point of quick shipping if it takes 15 days to get everything to assemble. For such a huge company they don't even have 24/7 support. I should have trusted the reviews and just paid more for quality support locally. Waste of time. When using the app to report my issue it even had bugs to prevent me to upload photos of the problems. That's 3 strikes in total from just 1 order. B and the invoice is confusing because buying a desk is really buying 3 separate items each with their own SKU but no description saying which is which part. Be safe and find furniture elsewhere.

    I paid off my balance in October, an hour after the due date but by November I noticed I had 2 late fees charged (one for October then another for November). Called them and they agreed to credit one of the late fees. So I ended up paying that one late fee 2 days after their billing cycle. I was not aware of it until today when I found out there were TWO more late fees because I did not pay that late fee on time. CRAZY!! Thank God I paid off my balance.     I ordered 3 rugs, from Wayfair. Very reasonable pricing, especially for the long hallway rug. They offer many different designs, which is nice. The rugs are nice. Especially the long hallway rug, which I had a hard time finding elsewhere! Love it! Even though I ordered all 3 at the same time, I received the rugs by 3 different delivery services. First two were outside agencies, (enough said) but the last rug was delivered by a Wayfair team itself. They were very friendly, and courteous. Calling before delivery, letting me know their time frame. They rang the doorbell, and waited to hand the rug to me, rather than drop and go. I appreciated their effort. I will order from Wayfair again.

    Was supposed to receive sofa, love seat and chair today between 3 and 7 pm delivery window. I took off work to receive this delivery. I was told driver would call me 30 minutes before arriving. By 6 pm and 2 phone calls to Wayfair delivery department, they assured me delivery was on route. Another phone call to them at 6:30 pm and they said they called driver and left message, but assured me again delivery would arrive between 7 and 8 pm. I get garbled message from driver at 7:30 that he was pulled over by police and could not complete delivery.

    After multiple phone calls to Wayfair after that, and incorrect emails from them about my reschedule date, I am ready to scream. I have never experienced such an incompetent, disorganized organization. I believe the 5th customer service rep I spoke with tonight was sincerely apologetic for the incompetence of Wayfair and what I had been through. If I do not receive my items on my rescheduled delivery date, I will cancel my order and cancel my account with them. I will also make sure to let friends and colleagues know how awful my experience has been. Going forward, my new furniture purchases will be with stores in my area.

    This was my very first time making a purchase from Wayfair. The original purchase was not boxed correctly and I called their customer service department and after about five minutes on the phone (three of which were rating the service rep) I must say I was EXTREMELY satisfied.     I have had endless issues with Wayfair. I received a damaged product, then a product with missing pieces. Every time I write an email to customer service, I receive responses from more than one CSE at the same time telling me different things, some just re-asking me to go over everything again. During my last call to them, I was told one of my "replacement" pieces (not a replacement - they never included them) would be delivered in a week and then was later emailed a confirmation saying it won't even ship for another 10 days. My experience with Wayfair/All Modern has been nothing but a headache start to finish. Do not order from!

    This was the worst experience I had with Wayfair or with any company that promises quality customer service. I took the morning off since the delivery window was 7-11 AM. NO NOTIFICATION from the company whatsoever until I checked the website at noon. An apologetic note said the delivery time was now 1-4. After my wife called and left a message late in the afternoon, Steve (from Large Parcel Services) was very professional, very apologetic and provided the contact information for the delivery person Christian. My wife called him and he said he was 20 minutes out. When they showed up, they were polite, obviously tired, and no apologies or acknowledgement this delivery was at a minimum 6 hours late since it was 5PM. I had to eat the extra half day for receiving this chair.

    After watching what the exorbitant 'assembly' Wayfair charged me for, this was a more than a little shady. It required taking the chair out of the box and putting 2 pieces together then moving it less than 5 yards into our single-story home, which they still didn’t get right due to some post-assembly attachments on the back of the chair (Velcro strips to finish attaching the top of the chair) I noticed were not performed until I pointed them out right before they were leaving. Happy with Wayfair? Not at all. I'll make sure and let my friends, social media and colleagues know to take the Wayfair Guarantee with a very large grain of salt. I look forward to further communication from Wayfair to make this right and follow up on this very less-than-satisfactory customer service.

    The company, and its namesakes - Joss & Main, and Birch Lane - is everything I had always heard it was - terrible. Terrible to mediocre quality furniture and other products, misleading advertising, poor communication within the company itself (the right hand DEFINITELY does not know what the left hand is doing), shipping was a nightmare as was customer service... ALL of it just an awful experience. Had decided to give them a chance - thought I did my homework before I purchased - but overall, their products, especially furniture items I bought, proved to be a big disappointment. I'd like to be more detailed but my entire experience was a nightmare, as were the bulk of my purchases. I will never deal with this company again.

    So let's start with yeah they have this huge selection of these really cool items. Don't be fooled and get ANYTHING from them. Especially don't apply for the credit card. They expect you to pay the whole card balance (that you apply for monthly payment) or else they give you a FINANCE CHARGE until it's fully paid off. Kinda pointless to even offer a monthly payment program AT ALL!!! So my minimum payment was 25 and the same month that FINANCE CHARGE was 18$ so basically I was only paying 7 dollars off my bill. Wayfair you're a JOKE! I am glad I caught on to this and will be chunking your dumb payment and be done with you guys forever. PS you will expect a bad review on everything I see your company's product on and to make sure to guide people away from you. HORRIBLE service.

    Ordered 2 chairs on 1/7. Received a text that they would arrive 1/9. 1/9 came and went, no chairs. Received a second text that they had to be shipped in two boxes and would arrive on the 12.     I placed an order for fencing with Wayfair. The ordering process was fine and I received my order confirmation stating that I would receive my fencing (very large items) in approximately 5 days. After placing my order, I found it cheaper elsewhere so I put in a cancellation request. Both my original order and my cancellation requests were time-stamped. I cancelled 18 MINUTES after placing my order. Not only did Wayfair not cancel MY order but I'm certain that they put a rush on it to prevent the cancellation because I received it less than 40 hours after placing the order.     Avoid Wayfair at all costs. You will spend more time and effort to get what you ordered than one could ever imagine for a large company such as this. I would pay more for a product next time if it meant I could avoid Wayfair. Would leave a zero-star review if I could.

    - Submitted an order for a multi-game pool table on 8 Dec 19.

    - Wayfair delivery crew attempted to deliver the table on 23 Dec 19 as scheduled. Item arrived damaged. When we immediately called Wayfair to ask what would be done, Wayfair agreed to leave the table as it was a Christmas gift for our kids. Wayfair agreed to re-deliver a non-damaged table at a later time. While the delivery crew was waiting on a confirmatory call from Wayfair, they left, effectively stealing an item we had paid for and Wayfair had directed to be delivered. Despite multiple attempts to get the crew to re-deliver that same day, they refused to do so and returned to their warehouse. No Christmas gift until after Christmas because the new/undamaged item had to be reshipped. Wayfair agreed to expedite shipment of a new table on 23 Dec 19 and I was able to set up an alternate delivery date on 2 Jan 20.

    - On 2 Jan 20, Wayfair delivered the original/damaged table. Progress but not the solution.

    - I subsequently set up a delivery date (our third in this saga) of 11 Jan 20 for the new/hopefully-undamaged table that had ostensibly arrived in the local area. On 11 Jan 20, the Wayfair delivery crew attempted to deliver a “Tuscon MMXI Fat Cat 7-foot Billiard Table”. I rejected it as it is not the correct item.

    I was told Wayfair would be calling me to address the issue but, as I suspected, that has not happened. They have also not responded to an email and phone call. Avoid this company at all costs!

    I ordered a dining table from Wayfair on black Friday. The table was much smaller than it looked in the picture and a different color. Two of the chairs had marks on them that shouldn't have been there. The table didn't match my china cabinet at all and like I said was a different color than pictured. It wasn't even worth half of what I paid for it. If I had been willing to exchange the table they would have paid for the shipping. However, since I wanted to return the table it cost me $250. I highly recommend going to a furniture store to pick out your furniture. You can save money and know what you are getting.

    I placed an order with Wayfair and called within the hour to cancel the order. I was told that it was already on the truck which I do not believe. When three very heavy items were delivered they were placed in the middle of the driveway rather than on the covered porch making it extremely difficult to get inside. Don’t order anything heavy unless you have movers. I called to return the three boxes and the labels would not print. I was told I would not be credited without the labels. The only choice was receiving the labels by mail further delaying a credit. This company has poor service and only wants your money for substandard products.

    I decided to buy a bed frame for about $800 because it was on sale due to Black Friday. When I seen they offered zero percent financing for 12 months on this bed frame I applied for credit. Approved and I ordered the bed. First bill came and it didn’t say anything about promotional offer but I just assumed it was because it was the first bill. Second bill came in and hit with a finance charge. I wrote them with a picture of the promotional offer and explaining that is why I used their card instead of another one.

    Well, they claim there is no promotional offer on my account and sorry. I decided to pay off the bed fully as $18 is ALL they will rip me off. I will NEVER buy from Wayfair again or use their card. I hate liars and especially hate being ripped off. They even have me as a part of their neighbors' program where they send free products for review and I’m not even going to do that, I’m so irritated about being lied to. I can’t help a company who rips off people. Shame on them.

    I am not sure what business Wayfair is into because it has become obviously that they have no control over the products they advertise. I ordered a Living Room Set in November 2019, removed the old living room set in anticipation of receiving the new set and here I am in January without a living room set. After waiting for three weeks, I was informed that the furniture was no longer in stock and should order another set.

    I decided to order another living room set. I got a text on December 23rd 2019 saying "Your living room set shipped early", apparently shipped early is relative because it was on January 4th that I received a text that delivery has been scheduled for the 6th between 10 AM and 2:00 PM which obviously did not happen. I called customer service and was told delivery would be scheduled for Saturday January 11, 2020. Well, I received an email today saying the delivery was cancelled again for tomorrow!

    I Called Wayfair customer service and I was told they were trying to find out why the delivery was cancelled. A few minutes later I was being given the options of getting a refund, or ordering another product yet again! This is just a joke of a company. All the money being wasted on advertisement should be invested in delivering professional and efficient service.

    The desk was sold for $494.98. However when I entered the desk into my cart the entire order came out to $162.84. My shipment confirmation also with photograph showed a full desk with hutch for $162.84. However when the item arrived it was only a hutch. I called Wayfair and they did not honor or own that the error was a glitch or an error on their part and stated that they would not send me the entire desk for the price shown. I have receipt and shipping confirmation with details of desk and price of $162.84.

    The worse possible experience ordering items for our new condo. Items shipping way ahead of estimated delivery times. Tracking info incorrect. Then items missing. Lost in limbo at one of their many warehouses from US to Canada. Dealing with these orders has become my full-time job on top of my actual full-time job. Calling between Wayfair and FedEx, each time receiving a different spin on the what's going on. Never again. The supposed savings is lost as now we need to have multiple delivery dates to a condo that requires deposit when large deliveries are made and moving in. Sum it all up... complete nightmare. Save yourself the aggravation.

    I wish I could award 0 stars. Ordered a bed and was told it would be delivered on 31st Dec- did not arrive- it was left off the delivery. After numerous phone calls it was re-arranged for delivery on Jan 2nd- only two of the three boxes were delivered. Again after numerous emails, the missing box was delivered today 10 Jan and the final packaged is damage. The driver clearly knew this and put it in the door and ran. Disgraceful. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

    We live in an area where B and Q are now the main DIY store as both Homebase stores had shut and we didn't want to undertake a journey just for a brass external knob elsewhere. We do like to support the high street and UK retail but sometimes the stores that are left charge either too much say Hinges and Bracket's in Canterbury or don't stock the product B and Q.

    In view of this I googled the necessary product and found a Octagonal Centre Door Knob (Brass Heritage) for £23.40. It's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive or ott and is good quality. The website was easy to use and to place an order. I received a confirmation email straight away stating the order would come Thursday 9th Jan and in fact it's come today the 8th.

    The only thing I am not best pleased about and this is not down to Wayfair is the item was well packaged and was thrown over the gate by DHL who delivered. There is no damage but if it was a plasma TV it would have been broken. I would hope that Wayfair would use a different courier in future but the service was excellent. I would use them again but really for furniture I do prefer to see it in the shop and actually order instore but for some things I will order online when it's not possible. Thank You Wayfair.

    I purchased the Agnese Upholstered Platform Bed and had a TERRIBLE experience. I would not advise purchasing anything from this company. The bed arrived today- I specifically bought this bed because there was no California Proposition 65 warning (meaning chemicals used in the bed have been known to cause cancer, a warning that many Wayfair products have) on the website for this bed. To be safe, I checked the Questions and Answers section for this bed and saw that someone asked if the bed had a California Proposition 65 warning. The answer Wayfair posted was confirming that No it does not.

    When I received the bed today, I went on the website to check if I need a screwdriver, and now plainly visible on the website is the California Proposition 65 (which was not there before), although the Q/A section STILL says it does not have this warning. I called customer service and they will not pay for the bed to be shipped back, even though the entire reason I got it was that there is incorrect information posted on the website.

    Bought this furniture to hide cat box thinking it would be made out of plywood, no it’s made out of pressed together cardboard. We’re in Florida. Humidity when we’re not here in the summer is high, if cat pees on it it will fall apart, not happy with this. It came with corners damaged, I’ve tried three of their phone numbers. That’s supposedly customer service, all they do is hang up on you. They provide double side tape that don’t want to stay put while you're trying to put the thing together. With tax it costed us $85.53 all for pressed cardboard, way too much for a product that’s not going to last.

    Stools come in two pieces and according to the customer service person at Wayfair, are $150 each. We lucked out and got 2 for $150 and at that price I still think the stools are not a good value. The metal frames were received discolored and rusted. The chair seat has to be attached to the metal frame and there are no pre-drilled holes. Therefore you have to guess where to drill the holes and hope the chairs are close enough to match each other.

    On Dec 10th I ordered the Aerogarden Bounty Systems (set of 4) as advertised on the Wayfair website (in which it is still being offered on their website... but out of stock) for $569.00 which means each unit would be approx $150 each. Approx 10 days later I received ONE box with ONE unit in it. I contacted Wayfair and explained that is was supposed to be FOUR units as advertised. The gentleman who took my call saw the problem and apologized for it. He also cancelled the first order and re-processed it to make sure that 4 units are delivered and said to keep the one single unit we got at no charge for the inconvenience. (Also confirmed with an email) On Jan 2/20 I received another ONE single unit. Again, I called and spoke with someone regarding this problem.

    After speaking with several people and being passed on and on, I was told it was DEFINITELY a mistake by Wayfair and that under NO circumstances could they honor the deal. (Even after I paid and received 2 units) I explained I have already paid and have given these items as Christmas gifts. They said they could discount my purchase, I could keep the TWO units but I will NOT receive any more units. I do not want a discount. I want what I purchased and paid for. They took my money no problem. They said I could go and buy from a competitor with the difference in money they give back.

    Unfortunately there is no place selling the product for the price I paid. Also if they had told me earlier, I would have been able to look for a sale price. But now Christmas and boxing day are over and everything is back to regular price. She directed me to the "terms of use" and said they can cancel or change any order they want whenever they want. WOW. Jan 3/20 they offered to refund my money and I will not get any more units. If it wasn't my mistake why am I being punished? If I buy elsewhere I am paying almost the same price I paid for 4 units that I would have to pay for one. I gave 4 units away as gifts. Also I ordered all the pods to go with 4 units and can not return them. What will I do with 90 pods??? No one seemed to notice that there was a problem until I called in.

    They also said that I am the only person who ordered this and had this problem. Ya right so why are they sold out?... obviously other people bought them. If I am the only person who did purchase this product then why would it be so hard to just send me the other units? It would cost them next to nothing compared to the money they make daily. Now they have pissed a customer off who will spread the news how crappy of a company they are. I am absolutely pissed at this whole situation and will NEVER EVER buy from Wayfair again. It has also put a sour taste in my mouth with regards to Aerogarden products which isn't fair to that company. The funny thing about this story is that SO many people had told me horror stories about Wayfair and I always disagreed.

    I stuck up for them saying that Wayfair was the best company and had the best customer service. Well that's a joke. I no longer feel that way and I will now express my distaste for them to anyone that asks or even speaks of Wayfair. I have worked in retail for over 25 years and if we ever made a mistake, we fixed it properly so the customer was happy and returned for our services. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! Just ridiculous!!!! Very disappointing!!

    I was looking for a better steam/hot pot product and Wayfair popped up this "City St" brand electric steamboat. Until I received the product, I found that it is the same one I've had with a true product named "City Star" that I can buy in local Bay Area Store for $20 less. Now that I am unhappy with the way they list their product, omitting the true name in order to sell for higher price, that I found out they charge quite a bit for returning the product. Not a good sale practice and so much inferior to Amazon in return policy.

    I ordered a convertible sofa and chair on Dec 9, they claimed to have shipped it on Dec 13. It was supposed to arrive no later than Dec 19. When I had not received by the 21st, I sent an email. They said they didn't know what happened and the Customer Care team would contact me telephone. They did not. Apparently, they STILL don't know what happened to the first shipment. They reordered it. It was to arrive on Jan 4 between 1-5. I was to get a call 20-30 minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way.

    The driver apparently called at 12:51 from in front of my building. Somehow I missed the call. I called Wayfair at 1:05 when I saw the missed call. They said the driver had waited 10 minutes and left and could not redeliver until the 7th! This is unacceptable! I cancelled travel and social plans waiting almost a month for this furniture. Their delivery system is terrible. Previously I ordered a bedframe from them. I was home all day. They never even rang the bell, just left it in the backyard. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back! No stars!

    We tried to use Wayfair as our one stop shop as we sold everything overseas and needed brand new...everything. But because of a host of projects and to-do's even opening packages would get backed up. THREE QA experiences has me convinced they are incredibly dedicated to customer satisfaction.

    1) A dining set has taken a long time to come because the third party shipper is waiting for all pieces to be together before delivering. It's confusing and takes time, but my wife got a detailed explanation from a rep who personally looked into it.

    2) A futon showed up damaged on one side. The side was shipped asap with no request to send the damaged one. I voluntarily sent photos.

    3) I bought two bronze lamps. One was misaligned. I also decided I really didn't need two anymore. Result? Full refund with no request to send the item back. This is a $130 retailed lamp. It took 2 minutes after I pulled up my past order online.

    I have bought a total of 3 things from Wayfair and I would send them all back if I could. They never send the right parts, when parts go out it takes months (literally) and several phone calls to get anybody that knows what they’re talking about to see about your order. If it’s been over a year they will do nothing for you even if it’s because it took them too long to send you the parts. It’s absolutely ridiculous. My heater went out twice in the fireplace. The first time it took about 2 months to get a replacement and the second time has been trying to get parts for over a year and now I’m being told there is nothing they can do about it. They give a 1 year warranty because they know their stuff won’t last beyond that. Please spend your money somewhere else.

    BUYING AND "TRYING" TO USE A WAYFAIR GIFT CARD HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. 100% of the gift cards I have purchased for the past 10+ years have been immediately available to use, not with Wayfair. I purchased a $500 digital gift card and attempted to use it right after I received it via email. It didn't work and after speaking with customer service they said the gift card would not be available for up to 48 hours. WHAT???!!!     Ordered a dining table at the beginning of Dec specifically for Christmas dinner/week. Delivery service had the table for 8 days, refused to answer any call or return voicemail, sent me a message to wait for the table on Dec 23, after company arrived. Never showed up on Dec 23 after waiting all day. Finally showed at 5pm on Christmas Eve - with the tabletop only. Wayfair never sent the legs. Could not sit down at a table with out of town family to eat or talk on Christmas. Called Wayfair about this experience and missing legs and their way to "make this right" was to offer an $89 discount. A whopping $89 off the cost of a dining table for ruining Christmas!

    NEVER buy anything from Wayfair. Their customer service and shipping are terrible! My parents bought my husband and I a table for Christmas. It was ordered on the 1st of December. All but 1 package was delivered. It came as close as Mesa, WA then went back east. On the 20th it was in FIFE and now it is back in Ohio! My dad called and they said it was FedEx's problem. Wayfair said that it takes no responsibility for the delivery process which is ridiculous! I repeat, do not buy from Wayfair.

    Just a precaution - even with the quick shipping make sure give plenty of time to get your full, actual order before you need it. We were missing a light fixture that took 2 weeks after the initial order to arrive and today when we opened the cabinet hardware to install, 6 pieces are missing. There are not multiple shipments, just missing pieces. Prices are always good at Wayfair but there needs to be no urgency to your project!

    This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! Never in my life have I dealt with such a poorly run, mismanaged, incompetent people in my life. Ordered a piece of furniture...wow what a mistake....The first shipment was due to arrive during a certain time window, they never show up...I have to call them and they tell me the truck broke down on my corner and they couldn’t deliver it. Second time they tried to deliver they called me minutes before the delivery time saying they lost the order??? Ok, fine I canceled the order. This was SIX months ago!!!

    They are sending me bills every month for an item they NEVER were capable of delivering. Finally I got the charges reversed after talking to several incompetent people who did not know how to process a refund. Finally I was refunded but now they are charging ME for late charges!!!! When I called the manager she said, oh take it up with the bank....Never in my life have I felt with such an awful company....Save yourselves. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CRAP OF A COMPANY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

    Wayfair customer service were awesome, they removed the extra shipping charges when a parcel came delayed. They even helped tracked down a package after UPS had repeatedly forgot to put the item on the truck. The associated credit card company is horrid and is the reason I will not use Wayfair again. They used the wrong promotional plan (cash back when I had signed up for monthly payments). After countless attempts to have it changed and multiple hours wasted on the phone, they had finally said they moved it to the correct promotional plan. This was never reflected on the statement. To avoid paying interest, I paid the amount in full. The endless jumps required to get the same place in which we had started is incredibly frustrating and has made me a one time customer.

    Wayfair’s credit card and protection plan are a scam. To keep a long story short, so you actually read this:

    1) The credit card offers no interest for X Amount of months. They do whatever they can to make you go past the promotional plan so that you have to pay all the back interest.

    1) no automatic bill pay offered
    2) only schedule payments up to 30 days

    3) no bill reminder on the last month

    2) The protection plan is simply a scam. I had a fresh new berry stain on my dining room chair and I filed the claim immediately. Claim was denied because the chair had normal wear and tear dirt. Normal wear and tear is not covered and I have no issue with that. However, because the chair has normal wear and tear after 1.5 years, they wouldn’t cover the new berry stain. I didn’t ask for the normal wear and tear dirt to be cleaned, just new stain. How can you not cover a new stain because of normal wear and tear if it’s a 5 year plan?! Customer service was terrible.

    We ordered 3 vanities and a freestanding tub from wayfair only to have two of the vanities delivered with cracks in the sink and counters. When trying to get a replacement it would take 2-3 weeks minimum! We were ready to install!! Unacceptable! And of course they are an odd size and impossible to find replacement without reworking the area! Yet they can pick them up in 2 days! Then we installed the tub and the rubber washers were missing and again, not a universal piece and no washers could be found and now I have no tub that works in my beautiful bath. So they sent new washers, still leaks.

    They want to send whole new tub in 7-10 days and then have it delivered in another week or so after!! I won’t get a tub for at least a month but they will pick it up in 2 days leaving me a hole in my bathroom!! Not!! What crappy customer service. They can’t rush out a piece when it is not our fault they don’t work!! The pieces aren’t universal!! The customer service people have been pleasant and nice but this is crap!!! Don’t use them for these projects it you want your stuff on time!! I am still waiting to be treated fairly!!!

    Ordered a pool table in early December 2019 as a Christmas gift for my kids and set up delivery on 23 Dec. Delivery crew of 3 showed up at 8 am and started to take pool table out of box to deliver to basement of home. Crew noticed damage to item and IDd the concern to me. I called Wayfair immediately. A replacement item could only be sent after the new year. Wayfair offered to ship a replacement item and said they would contact the driver to let them know to leave the damaged item as a way to give the kids some semblance of a Christmas gift. I told the driver that Wayfair would be calling them to let them know to leave the item. The driver said he would wait for the call from Wayfair. After 3 minutes, the driver just left! We called Wayfair to inquire and were told they were unable to contact the driver to redirect them to deliver the item as agreed.

    Throughout the time trying to work the issue out with Wayfair Customer Service, they relayed excuses such as the item could not be delivered to the room of choice due to space restrictions (not true, and the crew did not even look at an alternative method of access to the room of delivery when offered), that the driver only spoke Spanish and could not be contacted, that the driver was too busy and had to keep with their schedule, that the driver was simply not answering their phone, and that there was “nothing they could do.” In an attempt to help Wayfair out with its delivery challenges, we relayed the driver’s cell phone number to Wayfair. Not sure why they didn’t have it or were unwilling to use it if they did. Eventually, I went ahead and called the driver myself. Lo and behold, I got right through the first time and the driver spoke English again!

    Using two phones, we facilitated the driver talking to his supervision within the Wayfair corporate structure. During multiple callbacks, Wayfair customer service professed that the driver would deliver, that they were trying hard to work things out, and that the driver would deliver after their fifth stop (apparently that would happen at about 12 noon). The driver/delivery crew kept saying they had no direction from Wayfair and were evasive/noncommittal. The pool table I paid for and which Wayfair said they wanted delivered was never delivered—I guess it was effectively stolen. Wayfair really needs to figure out its delivery communications and delivery crew direction process and give customers the actual reason for why it can’t meet its own requirements. Nothing should be this difficult. Rest assured, I’ll be looking elsewhere to purchase in the future! Thanks for ruining our Christmas, Wayfair.

    I ordered items for a bathroom remodel. A freestanding tub, a tub filler, faucets, and a 72" wall mounted vanity. I ordered the tub with a shipping time of one month. The morning it was due to arrive I received a call saying that it was damaged and I needed to order another. Customer service was wonderful. They sent me a selection of alternative tubs from which to choose, all of which were quite more expensive than my original purchase. I chose a tub and wasn't charged for the difference. They also expedited shipping of the replacement.

    The faucets I ordered arrived damaged. Once again, customer service was wonderful. I sent them photos of the damage and they immediately sent replacements, telling me to discard the damaged faucets. Unfortunately one of the two replacements was also damaged. At that point I decided not to chance it and sent back the undamaged faucet for a refund and purchased them from another site.

    The tub filler was a disaster. I ordered it at the same time as the tub. Three months later it still hadn't arrived. My project was held up. Apparently the original shipment had been misplaced but I hadn't been notified. Then the subsequent order had been as well. I ended up having to order a filler from Amazon in order to keep the project on schedule.

    By the time I had the vanity installed I think Wayfair customer service was sick of me. There seemed to always be an issue that needed to be resolved. The vanity was no exception. The finish on the doors and drawers didn't match. The drawer finish was glossy and a different color than the doors, which were matte. I notified my account manager, sending him pictures. He determined that there was nothing wrong. This was a very expensive piece that should have looked uniform. I now have to try to fix it with stain. I'm quite disappointed.

    I feel like Wayfair was spot on with their customer service at first, but as problems developed with each item I ordered they washed their hands off me. I recommend ordering from Wayfair if you need only one or two items. If something goes wrong they will swiftly make it right. But if you order a whole bathroom be prepared to have your concerns cast aside once they decide they no longer want to stand by their products.

    We ordered a pool/ping pong/air hockey table from Wayfair for Christmas. We planned ahead and scheduled delivery for December 23rd so that we could surprise our kids. When the delivery came, it was damaged so we immediately called Wayfair. They suggested we take the damaged one so that our children would have a Christmas present and that they would send us a new one and switch it out after Christmas. Great idea... So we communicated that to the delivery people, but they said they needed to get that information from Wayfair before they could bring it in the house.

    Brandi, with customer service said that she would call the driver and inform him of the plan. A few minutes later the delivery truck drove away. I have been talking and on hold with Wayfair representatives all day. Some have told me they will try and deliver it, others have said it is now impossible. With the late hour, it will not be delivered and therefore my children’s Christmas will be ruined. Due to the high cost, that is the only present they were to get this year. Because of this experience, my evaluation is that Wayfair customer service is horrible and I will never shop there again!

    Am really really disappointed at this company. I really thought I had found my place to always come back for my projects as an artist. You always look for a reliable company to back you up when you have several orders or projects but it's not the case here!!! I order this jars about 3 weeks ago on something that they have advertised as a (SET OF 6) on a 75% off savings!!! Listed priced per item is 4.33$ for a total of 25.98$ adding those 6 items plus shipping cost, so I order (1 set of 6) with time because my gallery is this week, so first box comes in ONLY 1 ITEM!!! So ok I get it, mistakes. I called back. They assured me that yes in fact that was the price and that was the set and it was their mistake.

    So another week passed by bigger box came in (1 item) again!!! So they said, "Ok, we are really sorry. In fact that's what happened. You are correct. Am sending the issue directly to management and warehouse so you received your order correctly." 2 days passed I don't see no email of any type of confirmation so I said ok bigger box more time to pack. I trust them. 3rd day nothing. I go in and check the status of my order and it has been CANCELED!!!! And what they responded, "O sorry we made the mistake of advertising the item. Wrong, that's not the price. We don't sell sets of 6!!!" So here I am after almost a month of waiting for this jar and all I get is a sorry. The items I create are handmade and I made them based on the size of this specific jars so now am here 3 days before my gallery no jars to present. No way to go back with my handmade size items. DO NOT TRUST THEIR FALSE OR MISTAKE ADVERTISING because if you work is depending on the way the handle their business you will get disappointed.

    I ordered the Stocksbridge Modern Server and was trying to get it before Thanksgiving. Yes, it arrived on time. However, when it arrived, the box was already damaged and repaired by someone. (How did this even leave the warehouse?!?) Alarm bells went off. So I took pictures of the box and then opened it to find most of it cracked in half. I immediately requested a replacement and after I hit send, I looked at the quality. Partial board with cheap veneer. Contacted customer service and tried to stop it but it was too late. They placed a no charge return and said upon receipt I would be issued my refund. They said 3-5 business days. IT’S BEEN 10!

    One rep even had the nerve to question me about whether or not I sent it back. I have FedEx delivery manager so I even know who signed for it. I’ve called a total of 5 times to find out where my refund is. The last time they said it was hung up in processing. (Their issue.) Now here I am having to wait another 3-5 business days for a refund. I would have purchased other items because the customer service reps (other than the on woman) were very helpful, but now I won’t take a chance.

This company sucks so bad don't waste your time or money with them, we ordered a simple table from them for our winter home and first, they lied about the backorder And then gave us express shipping only to take it away, then they ”lost” our shipment after it was loaded on the truck, had to fight to get it reordered with ”express shipping”. Now it sits in ”preparing to ship” for weeks and now they say even though it is in stock we won't see it until next year.... This company is poorly run and customer service is worthless.     I am general contractor who has tried to maintain a relationship with this company. Only for them to not get my merchandise to me in their own projected time. I’ve given them chances to make it right, but the only thing they could do is refund my money. They have held up my job for over a month by delivering my product to wrong address twice and still couldn’t figure out the issue. Problem for me is that my job is all done, all but what I ordered from this company and a payment of over $ 31,000 to me now held up before Christmas. Thanks Wayfair.     Wayfair sold me an item that should have been delivered to my home on the 11th. When I called on the 12th, I was placed on hold for 8 mins. I called back and was told the item was out of stock and I wouldn’t receive it. I asked to speak to a manager. A mng called back, and said there was nothing to be done, blamed it on the manufacturer, the shipping company and offered 10% reduction on a future purchase.

    Really? I find this wholly unprofessional! Why is it the responsibility of the client to hunt down her purchase (for which Wayfair received payment) the day after it should be in her home? The company should have called to inform me that they received payment erroneously for an out of stock item PRIOR to the day it should have arrived in my home. As for a 10% coupon for a commercial gesture, I find this pathetic and laughable. I am crossing Wayfair off my list. There are too many other responsible and professional sources I can use and rely on for delivery. After all they are in the business of supply and demand. Here they failed to satisfy the bottom line.

    I have had nothing but one disappointment after another dealing with Wayfair. We bought an expensive table LAST MONTH that was finally delivered yesterday. The problem is we paid extra to have the delivery team put it together and they couldn’t do it... They said they are only given 30 minutes to put something together and if they can’t do it they leave so they can deliver to other customers on time. They said they’ll call another company to come by and finish what they started. If you look at the picture they hardly put anything together before they had to leave. It was ridiculous.

    Why doesn’t Wayfair have this as a disclaimer on the website when you pay extra for white glove service? - That they might not be able to put your item together in time. Anyway the other team won’t be here until Thursday so I have an unbuilt table laying in the middle of my floor. My other one star review is for late arrivals and missing pieces and damaged items. This will be the last time we shop at Wayfair.

    I spent a significant amount of money at Wayfair in order to furnish my new home. I used their company credit card and I promptly paid if off. This is where the nightmare began. Apparently even though I paid over the phone and was told I was at zero balance and had a confirmation number, a 2 dollar-something surcharge was added to my next statement. Thinking I had a zero balance, I paid the 2-something surcharge late. This started a chain of receiving late fees for paying late fees late, if that makes any sense. I have been on the phone with countless Wayfair representatives, who say they understand my frustration, and who suggest different courses of action to take to stop getting late fees.

    I closed the account and was assured by a representative the bills would stop. Nope, another late fee the next month, which I didn't pay on time because I knew I had a zero balance and the account was now closed! I get the bills around the day of the due date, I might add. Is this purposeful on their part? They charge a $9 fee for paying a representative over the phone and not utilizing their automated service.

    Today I was very condescendingly informed that if I would just make my payments on time, the bills would stop. THIS IS A CLOSED ACCOUNT WITH A ZERO BALANCE. They say they can't waive a late fee on a closed account. So now I will call back tomorrow I guess, and try to pay the stupid late fee on time so they can stop sending me bills. This is a horrible business practice. I have lost hours of my life on the phone with these people, in addition to throwing my money away. I'm a public servant so this is stealing money from my family. I will NEVER shop at Wayfair again and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.

    I ordered a mattress & box spring together + a separate frame. -The frame was supposed to arrive 1st, was marked as delivered on Friday but wasn't. It showed up Saturday, a day late. -I've received multiple delivery emails & text all with conflicting information- one asked me to confirm my mattress/ box spring delivery for Monday (original quote was Saturday), when I tried to confirm Monday (what else could I do?), it rescheduled me for Tuesday. -Then, the mattress arrived ON SATURDAY w/o box spring although my original order said they'd ship together. -To summarize, I have a frame, mattress, and no box spring.     Beware of Wayfair's deceptive shipping practices on large furniture. They have the manufacturer ship them to a delivery warehouse XPO. Their mattress ads said shipping included free set up and removal of old mattress. When we received the notification of shipping, it said it would be curbside drop off. The mattress fast for a single woman living in an upstairs apt. There is no easy way to talk to a live person. My husband googled for a contact number. The person I spoke with said that option had to be indicated on the order. There was no shipment choice on the order. The person I spoke with said he would change the shipping preference on his end. He said he would send an email to confirm.

    The next day I got an email saying that set up delivery was not available. I called Wayfair back and said I wanted to cancel the order before it got delivered. They said there would be a return fee even though the ad says free returns in the first 100 days. The person on line said she had no knowledge of that. I offered to send a picture and she said that just for this one time, she would take the return charge off. We started getting daily emails from a separate warehouse to press a link to set up a delivery time but there was no number to talk to someone in person.

    The next day, the refund for the mattress showed up on our charge card. They had taken off the delivery fee and put it back on again. But we continued to get daily messages trying to set up the delivery. After hours trying to verify that this mattress was not going to be dropped off in the yard, I finally spoke with someone at the warehouse. Apparently Wayfair had never informed them of the return. It took me a week of frantically trying to rectify this. I don't have time to fight about the charge for the return. I figure it was the cost of an education about how deceptive and inept Wayfair is. Never again.

    I bought the Alviso 6 Drawer Double Dresser from Wayfair and paid extra for the assembly through handy.com. The handy man did a horrible job and none of the drawers lined up. Wayfair customer service was great and sent out a new dresser (told me to donate the old) and set up for a new handy.com professional to assemble it. The drawers this time were maybe 90% aligned. Still not perfect which is frustrating considering the dresser was $600. I finally went to use the new dresser this morning, and put my baby's clothes in a drawer and the drawer broke! So either handy.com have the most incompetent people working for them or the quality of the wayfair product is garbage. Either way, I'm SO disappointed and annoyed that I will not be shopping at wayfair again, nor using handy.com again. Next time everything will be done through Living Spaces. The furniture I bought from them has been perfect.

    I ordered a chair and ottoman on Cyber Monday and was given an estimated delivery date of December 10th. FedEx changed the date to December 13th and is now saying it's "lost in transit" and they can't commit to when I will receive the item. FedEx offered no solutions and said I'd have to call the sender. I reached out to Wayfair, got a quick answer on the phone, and the representative was apologetic and offered several solutions. She actually asked if I had any specific resolutions in mind which I thought was nice. She offered to resend the items in an attempt to get them to me sooner (or at all depending on what happens with this first shipment & FedEx) or a discount on my initial order. I went with the discount just so I wouldn't have to return one of the chairs, should both get delivered. The option to have another resent is still out there, if more time goes by and there's no update. I really appreciated Wayfair's response and how customer-oriented they were. It was night and day between my call with them and my call with FedEx.

    Wayfair double-charged me for a duplicate rug that they shipped to my apartment. They have so far failed to pick up the rug 4 times in a row. Each time I have stayed home waiting for someone to come pick up the item and each time no one has arrived. Their customer service department has been dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking any empathy for my issue. It's been over a month and I still have a useless extra rug in my apartment, and I still have yet to receive a refund for the mistake that they made. If you aren't willing to risk the possibility of being cheated out of a few extra hundred dollars, I do not recommend doing business with this company.

    I waited all day long for my new "Wayfair" pub height dining set that was supposed to be delivered today the 11th of December. However, after I called Wayfair and spoke to a Wayfair Rep (Beth) by day's end, it turns out my arrival date has changed to Saturday the 14th (four days later) unannounced to me. I It sure wish they would have notified me of that change. Why? Well, I am a disabled military vet who asked a friend to stay with me today to help me assemble it. So, our waiting was for nothing and he could have been spared the extra time if Wayfair would have just notified me. Also, The tracking of my dining set stopped 6 days ago, and that left me feeling a little odd as well.

    Now understand me, I am not trying to say Wayfair is all bad, but this being my first impression with Wayfair (with more furniture to come) leaves me feeling a little weird about this. I will tell you more after Saturday. Also, during my conversation with Beth we were suddenly disconnected. I don't know if she hung up on me or the line went shut down. Either way, I never received a call back from Beth to completely solve this. If everything else works accordingly I will also prepare another review. I send out more good reviews than poor ones by a long shot...

    STAY AWAY!!! This company is a scam. I did open a Wayfair account like a year ago. During that time I’ve been ordering some small stuff and have been waiting for Christmas time to come so I can order a huge order for my kitchen and by using the “promotion“ I’ve could save some win..win, but unfortunately after ordering the kitchen set few minutes I’d received a email that my order has been canceled because of unmatched billing address.

    Ok I’ve made sure and I updated my address with Comenity Bank and also through the wayfair web site and I called the customer service so we’ve made three way call to the bank and wayfair to figure out who has what info so the bank verified the correct address and the wayfair lady was like, "Aa ok let me re-order the stuff." Then after been on a hold for 35 min she came back and told me that they can’t re-order the stuff because I’ve changed my address and is red flag and also is a big order and if I want I can use different payment method.... HAHAHHAH.

    Can you imagine they are refusing to let me BUY with their own credit card with the whole promotion and savings they are offering??? So I’ve asked her “basically this 7000$ I have on my wayfair credit card is worthless“ and she said “Yes”. I never had any internet shopping and banking experience like this one.     My boyfriend and I recently moved and have been looking for a relatively inexpensive couch. We were expecting something relatively mediocre in quality, given the price, so when the couch came with a broken leg, it wasn't a huge shock. Trying to get the couch here, however, was the difficult part. Our product was supposed to arrive Nov 11, after being ordered at the beginning of the month. After Wayfair cancelled our shipping date numerous times, we FINALLY received the first half of the couch one month later.

    The second half was to be delivered the next day. The morning the second half was to arrive, the delivery men called my cell phone to tell me they were 30 minutes away, but when they actually arrived at the building, they called my boyfriend's number while he was at work and couldn't answer his phone. This was particularly frustrating, as my number is listed as the primary delivery contact, and they had literally just called my number 30 minutes prior. Because my boyfriend couldn't answer the phone, they left, and when I called them about fifteen minutes later to check on the status of the delivery time, the delivery man hung up on me, instead of telling me they had already arrived and we had missed them due to their error.

    I called customer service to explain the situation, and the man was very very nice and apologized for the poor service, but I then had to reschedule the delivery of our couch for the FIFTH time over the course of the entire month past the original date the couch should have been delivered. And now that the couch has finally arrived, I have found that the leg is broken, which means we have to deal with that whole situation to get one leg shipped to us as a replacement, and who even knows how long it will take for that to arrive. So overall, not pleased with this experience and will not be ordering from Wayfair in the future.

    So I order the barn door from Wayfair first. Now as reading the title it does state without hardware but in the information it states no additional parts needed so I was a little confused. So when it came it didn't have the hardware. So I called in and told them I needed to order the hardware and I needed it rushed because I only had the contractor here for a few more days and he was going to put it up for me, so I paid extra for postage to get it rushed. $40. It came 5 days later. Not much of a rush. I did call in and they reimbersed me. Sadly I no longer had the contractor around to help me put it up so I had to try and find another person.

    I found someone else who started to put it together for me and after he started to attach the hardware I noticed that it was the wrong color. Copper, not nickel. So I called and let Lester with customer service know. I informed him that the hardware had been place on the door but not the wall. He then told me that they would not accept the hardware and could not refund me because the screws were used. Screws! You won't take back all of the hardware because bolts were used once. $202 down the drain thanks to the constant errors from the customer service department. I want my money back now!!!!

    I could have given a rating of Zero if I could. The delivery personal are complete liars. The boxes did not fit in the elevator and they said they cannot bring the two boxes to my apartment through the stairs (only two stories up!). So they left the boxes beside the elevator and left. I called the customer service and complained about it, but the customer service did not help at All. Now I have to hire movers to come and deliver the two boxes to my apartment. So the Free delivery service at Wayfair is a complete LIE.

    Ordered a bed frame for my sister on cybermonday because she is moving away and needs furniture for her new home. It had 2 day shipping. I placed the order Monday December 2 and it said expected delivery Thursday 5th. Today is Saturday December 6 and I still have not received it. Now it appears December 9th as expected delivery. I called and they assured me it would be home by 8pm. I was later told it wouldn't arrive today anymore. All I got was an “I'm sorry there's nothing my manager will want to do.” I was not calling for a gift card or discount (which I wasn't even offered!). I just wanted to get the bed frame. Now there's no point in me getting it as my sister is leaving tomorrow morning with no bedframe!

    Not only is this upsetting but it’s embarrassing. I had told her I got a bed now she's leaving empty handed! The manager didn't want to speak with me to at least apologize but I was also told there was no way to get a refund as the product was shipped already and if I wanted to return it I would have to wait for a return sticker. So not only was I LIED to about 2 day shipping but I have to take the time out of my day to drop off a HEAVY bedframe package to the UPS? Ridiculous. I've bought plenty of things off this website and I’m never ordering again and will be telling everyone about this horrible experience. How does a manager get to reject a call from a customer who has PAID for a product that never arrived! Ridiculous.

    Wayfair has an amazing selection. There is just so much to choose from in any style that you could possibly think of. The app is very well designed too. You have filters for everything so you can find exactly what you are looking for. There is no limited list like Amazon so you just keep scrolling down and new items load on the page.

    Buying is easy, however, delivery is entirely a different experience. All items are delivered via FedEx with some exceptions where local furniture stores will deliver. All of my purchases were delivered by FedEx though and it was a real pain. Because FedEx sends single drivers out to deliver goods, larger goods will get damaged. I had a bed delivered and one box was damaged in the process of delivery (piece was fine). Big furniture needs at least 2 people for delivery, which FedEx doesn’t do so larger pieces like beds get delivery dates pushed back and pieces delivered separately. The quality of product of course varies by brand as well. I purchased some amazing nightstands and they were prebuilt quality products, while I also purchased a cheap particle board cabinet that is more like your basic Ikea fare. In all I am very happy with everything received from them.

    Wayfair is by far the best place to shop for home items. Recently I purchase an area rug and a metal accent table for my family room! My neighbor was impressed with the delivery service. The delivery men provided white glove service. When asked by neighbors and friends where to find dining room chairs and beds and accent items I send them to Wayfair online. Cost is always reasonable! I order from Perigold as well, but items come from Wayfair! I refuse to shop anywhere else! Items are current styles and easy to coordinate pieces to give beautiful eclectic and signature designs. I am always satisfied with my purchases!

    Wayfair has many assorted options for buying furniture, plus they are so multinational with all their offerings. I can spend all day shopping in their catalog or Online. Anything you want at this store can be purchased in the color you are looking for. The various ways they illustrate their catalogs give the customers some great new ideas of just how to arrange the furniture for a classy look in whatever room they need to place the furniture. If you are looking for some classy pieces of home decor, you have visited the right place. A small piece you need to finish off a corner setting? Or a larger piece to state the subject of the design for the room? Whatever you need for setting off your room decors look, look no further, it is here or... You don't need it!

    I ordered a coffee mid-October and the item was expected beg November. I am thinking we have plenty of time prior to Christmas. Was given a date for delivery. On due date for delivery, we wait. I contact customer service and was told that they forgot to put my item on freight container!!!! Oh dear, so we order a new one and we wait again. This time it got stuck in Poland and they have lost it. Another one ordered, delivery was due 2nd December then 3rd December then 4th December. Contact customer service. They are looking into this. I fail to understand how you can keep losing stock. I will be asking for a full refund immediately, there is something dodgy about this company. I would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

    I placed two orders, was notified by Wayfair that they had been shipped, but they were never actually received by the carrier. When I contacted Wayfair regarding the shipments, no one could figure out where the packages were or when my items would actually be to the carrier. Finally just cancelled the order, and of course now still waiting on the refund. I wouldn't recommend the company if you are expecting your items in a timely manner or anything like what they claim on the website.

    As a realtor and interior decorator, Wayfair is my go to furniture store for its variety and good pricing. The return policy is very reasonable and the ease of just making a call and Wayfair handles the pick up and even re-packaging at no additional cost. It’s a plus for busy persons like myself and when clients simply change their mind on an item. Super stress free and good value. I always refer to Wayfair as well to price compare and find great deals.

    There was an excellent variety and price range to choose from the website. I think some of the manufacturers are lacking in quality, but I realize I know a lot more than the average consumer having a degree in interior design. I chose a moderately priced cream rug for my DR which followed the flow of neutral flooring with hardwood floors through my first floor. I have only had it a few months, so will see how it wears.

    A story of a Wayfair Showerhead. In May I went online and happily looked for showerhead for our new bathroom. When I discovered one I thought would work at Wayfair, I purchased it. As I submitted the order I noted the showerhead was not returnable (yikes, I am no plumber, would it work?), I quickly tried to cancel the order. Wayfair refused. Okay Strike 1, what online company doesn’t let you return items you have not seen?

    Strike 2, though I could not cancel the showerhead, it did not ship for weeks! Strike 3, when I clicked for discount, unbeknownst to me Wayfair opened a credit card in my name (but did not have my email or phone number because they did not ask permission). I did not know about this credit card and Wayfair charged me almost $300 in fees before I discovered it on my credit report. They claim it is not fraud because they sent statements (which I must have thought were junk mail?). All of my other Wayfair purchases went through PayPal so I never noted this missing item. They were not able to reach me because they had no phone number or email (despite Wayfair emailing me all my order information). Anyway Wayfair, you’re out. I will not be shopping with Wayfair again, and I hope others take my advice to avoid this underhanded company.

    They came out to deliver 12-1-19 but never showed just called. Rescheduling was done so today they were in the wrong town. Driver yelling saying this is my personal phone. Tried giving directions and they said their GPS took them to my town...wrong town!!!! Called Wayfair and canceled the order. NEVER AGAIN!!! Driver complained he drove 2hrs.

    Wayfair the furniture is a little pricey. You have to assemble it what is sometimes it’s very difficult. Some of the furniture is good and we bought a twin bed that was worth every single penny. We paid to assemble it. Was a different problem. Deliveries fast. They just throw the box there and sometimes you can’t even lift it up because it’s too heavy for you. We bought a recliner. It broke within less than a year. That was a total waste of money.

    In late April through mid-May I purchased several items from wayfair.com. The prices are phenomenal and the site is so easy to use, very user-friendly. Lots of ways to search for the items you are looking for. The desk I bought is beautiful. No issues at all. I also ordered 2 end tables. One is so nice and matches the color of the wood on the desk. The other end table was different in design, but same furniture line and color. This one came damaged in all sorts of ways. Tiny holes in the wood, color uneven, and more. Wayfair did remove the charge because, after all, I didn't want another one. I also purchased a small kitchen rug and I love the design, but it's not washable in a washing machine, making it impractical. It is pretty, though, and I do spot clean it from time to time, as needed. All in all, Wayfair has good customer service, a great website and mostly nice products. I recommend using Wayfair, especially when moving to a new home!

    AVOID WAYFAIR AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could mark negative stars I would! I ordered a bed (so a big ticket item) as a Christmas gift. To be the only big ticket item of my son's Christmas presents as money is very tight and I could barely afford this in the first place and scrimped and saved to give my son the only this he really wanted but did not ask for as he knew I couldn't afford it. I was assured by the online chat that I could track delivery to make sure he was not in and the gift could be hidden until Christmas.

    Delivery was scheduled for the 03/12/2019 and I made sure he'd be out all day that day. Today 02/12/2019 my son opened the door to a delivery from Wayfair that promptly announced to him "your double bed's here". In that instance Christmas is ruined, there is now no surprises for Christmas and I can't afford to buy anything else so there is at least a surprise gift. In tears as I write this for both my sadness for my son, the disappointment of my hard save money surprise being ruined by this company and in anger for their attitude.

    I checked my email for updates from them, nothing there, I checked their last email it said 3/12 it also had a click here link for updates (which I had religiously been checking daily) and at this very moment it still says delivery 03/12 even though the item is in my hallway. I called them and their response was it's not really their problem and I should be happy it's been delivered early, their dates are just estimates (so good luck if you take time off) and they will not compensate me in any way so there will be no gifts this Christmas,

    Thanks wayfair... you suck. Doing something you said you'd do when you said you'd do it is not hard Wayfair, thousands of other companies get the deliveries right, perhaps you should not be in the online orders business if you can't deliver on what you offer, seems dishonest to me. They did after I insisted they log it as a complaint (they did not want to take my complaint over the recorded phone call until I told them I would report them to consumer services for refusing to take a complaint) offer me 10% off my next order with them!! They've taken all my Christmas money so where am I to get more to make this new order and what is 10% off going to help me? Most importantly is why would I support a company that has zero care for its customers, accepts zero liability for its service or the part it played in ruining a family's Christmas, why on earth would they think I would ever want to order from them again?

    I'm angry at what you've done to me and how little you care that you've done it as it means nothing to you and everything to me. so I'm going to post my story on every review site and platform I can, warning people.     I bought a coffee table with the lift-up top, and I love it! However, the quality of the material does not match the picture online. It's great for an apartment, but I will be buying a new table from a brick and mortar next time, so I can see it up-close and personal!

    I just ordered a platform bed and mattress and the mattress was supposed to be delivered 11/29, I contacted UPS and the label was scanned from Wayfair’s warehouse but no mattress was ever sent!! Apparently their employees like to steal customers orders! Hopefully this will be resolved! I will NEVER again order anything from here! The people I spoke to were pleasant but their warehouse employees have given them a bad name in my book!

    It was easy to find what I was looking for. The delivery came in on time. The quality seems to be just fine. The product looks exactly like the picture. The only thing I didn’t like is that the second time I’ve tried to order the delivery wasn’t free, so I ordered the product I wanted from other website for free, the same price. Great place for furniture and everything else. If there were no delivery fee, I would order again.

    Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-2 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer’s needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 2 days.

    Also, I ordered a coat rack in the same order of the sectional but never got it since the carrier, the same one that delivered the sectional, never brought me the coat rack with lots of nonsense excuses and when I called Wayfair asking the refund, a week after the date it was supposed to be delivered, the representative immediately processed it, apologized about it and also tried to advise me on keeping buying with them despite the 2 bad experiences I had with the carrier. Definitely, they have a wonderful customer service team and the sectional I got is wonderful, very comfortable, great quality, elegant and contemporary.

    So far I have purchased a bed, a storage cabinet, two rugs, a quilt rack, and a storage unit/bench from Wayfair. All items arrived on time and in excellent condition. The prices and selection are great! The storage bench arrived in one large box already assembled. The other items that needed to be assembled were relatively easy to assemble. The parts fit together properly, and there were no missing pieces. Wayfair is now the first website I go to when looking for furnishings for my home.

    I bought my nieces bedroom furniture and her sons when they moved. Prices very good. Delivery quick. Drawback you have to put together. Also you have to lift it. They just leave inside door. Putting furniture together little difficult but you have to think of price which was good. We then purchased a rug for us. Came early. Good quality. There’s pros and cons but for a unexpected move came fast. You have to be prepared to have help lifting and if you need help putting together some are timely to do that.

    I would give them a zero star if available! I wanted to order a piece of furniture from Wayfair. I had a question about the piece and called the phone number online. The first time I was on hold for over 30 minutes and it kept saying they were busy and music played. I finally gave up and tried the chat window online. For a week, the chat will not work saying there is an error and they are "working on it". I called again today and the automation said they were too busy to take calls and said to send an email to businessquestions@wayfair.com. If a company does not have an avenue to ask questions before an order, then I cannot trust that I could reach them if I receive a damaged piece. All Modern is also Wayfair and they show the piece I wanted but I got exactly the same problem with phone and chat. I cannot recommend Wayfair.

    I have bought several pieces from Wayfair, the product comes to my door, some overnight. It's that quick. I have purchased area rugs, beautiful, great quality and great pricing. Many choices of colours when it comes to cushions, wood finishes. The furniture is sturdy.

    We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct fireplace was here within 2 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.

    Also, when ordering, I accidentally ordered 2 of them and when I received them, I called and they waived the return shipping fee, sent me an email with the shipping labels and had Fed-ex come and get it asap and refunded my money. Their service that gives you the option to have someone come and assemble furniture for you is quite reasonable and they do an excellent and fast job. I only wish they gave me the option for this service on everything! We've ordered all of our deck furniture, all of our light fixtures and my office furniture from Wayfair and I've been extremely pleased.

    Worst experience ever. Ordered wardrobe in June. Parts arrived in September, 6 pieces damaged. Complained and provided replacements after 1 month. 1 month later they deliver the wrong parts. Replacements ordered, 3 items arrived instead of 4, and guess what? 2 were damaged. It is November. I've been living out of suitcases for 2 years, and Wayfair cannot send a wardrobe without damaged parts. Have explained packaging is bad and the quality is bad, yet they don't seem to improve on this. Have now requested a full refund and collection of the parts. Never ordering from Wayfair again.

    Update - Wayfair gave refund but the delivery/collection company have refused to collect the parts because some of it is out of its packaging. They want me to invest time in packing all the parts in bin bags (my own). What difference will damaged parts be in bin bags???? Alternative is get rid of it myself --- pushing responsibility to me. Or give it to charity - again pushing responsibility to me - which charity will take it? Never again ordering from Wayfair!!!!

    I would not recommend Wayfair. I ordered a couch towards the end of October. When it didn’t ship by the correct date I called and discovered there had been a hold due to billing address issues. No one told us there was a hold until we called. We updated the billing address but were told that the item we ordered was sold out (we had purchased the last one so of course it was sold out, but the representative kept saying that she couldn’t promise we’d get the item we ordered). I cancelled and placed a new order for a similar couch, which had an estimated shipping time of several weeks after the first couch was supposed to arrive. Today is the day the couch should have arrived.

    Again we called, and again were told there was a hold due to billing address. Again we hadn’t been informed in the first place about the hold until we called ourselves. The representative had the correct billing address in the system and got it figured out and fixed within seconds just by clicking our correct billing address in the system... That had been resolved on the last call so this never should have been an issue this time. At this point our couch will now have been delayed shipping for over a month, meaning I have been without a couch this entire time.

    If wayfair had called me weeks ago when this undoubtedly became an issue on their end, I would have a couch today. But instead they have continually showed that they will not reach out in a timely manner to resolve silly, easy to fix issues. Don’t waste your time. I would not recommend wayfair and definitely won’t put myself through the headache of using it again. There are plenty of services out there with better organization that ship faster and have comparable prices. Use them.

    They did not work with me for delivery. I work during the week and can only do a weekend delivery. Customer service was a hassle with this. I had to take a day off of work which I did not appreciate. Also when they delivered my couch they brought it in a box and just leaned it against the wall. I live alone and have no help and there was no way I was going to be able to take it out of the box and assemble it. I am a very tiny woman and have back and hip problems. I was not told I would have to assemble it.

    I have never had this experience in my life. Will never order any furniture online again. I did convince the delivery men to take it out and assemble it but was told I would be charged for unpacking it. I want convenience with what day I need delivery and everything should always be put together for the customer no matter what they order. Not every woman has a man or family to help them with things. Very wrong and horrible customer service in every way. I would never order from them again. Quality of the couch is not that great either. Was not going to return, always a hassle, especially with furniture.

    Website is easy to navigate. Selection and options of merchandise are varied and plentiful enough to pretty much guarantee you can find something you like. The prices vary enough so just about all budgets can be accommodated. The choice of styles is wide and appealing enough to account for any tastes in decorating. I ordered and and received 2 pieces of furniture from Wayfair and they were delivered in a reasonably short amount of time. They were in perfect condition and even looked better than depicted on the website. I was very impressed.

    I wouldn't say that all their stuff is decently priced (a good chunk is actually really expensive for what it is) but what I got — a queen sized mattress and a standard bed frame — was really well priced. In total it was a little under $300 plus the free two day shipping was awesome! Most of their stuff is really expensive (lots of designer irrelevant stuff with no practical use besides being decor) but the rest is decently priced. Especially compared to other places and the two day shipping on most things is cool too, because if you go to a furniture store it can sometimes take weeks for them to deliver your stuff (I don't know about anyone else but it takes that long with the stuff I've gotten at furniture stores. Sometimes it's even taken a month). So all in all not a bad place to shop. Would recommend but definitely look around before buying.

    I ordered 8 sets of 12 ornaments. I received 6 ornaments....When I called they explained that there was an error on the website, and the only way they could fill my order was to offer me 50% off the item, plus shipping which was over SEVEN times the amount I originally paid for the entire order. I don't understand why they could not fill the order and have the mistake be their problem. Even when told them they would lose me as a customer permanently, they chose to refund my money. DONE. PERMANENTLY.

    I bought a ceiling fan which came with a very bent part to it. Without requiring a return it was replaced which was great. But in another instance there was a listing for a 17 piece set. I received only one. Wayfair would not honor the listing but did refund my money and let me keep the one piece free of charge. I would have rather had what the listing claimed and it took weeks to get the issue straight.

    I purchased a red leather couch and chair, loved the look of the furniture. It took 6 weeks to finally come. When it finally arrived the sofa had a tear in it by the arm on the side. They sent it back. It took another 6 weeks to be replaced. That one came damaged also. In closing it took to long to get both sofas and both were damaged in the same place. Quality control was very poor.

    I absolutely love Wayfair. Costs are affordable. If ever I had an issue they were quick to respond and replaced items just as quickly. I have been very pleased with their products I have purchased, although a wooden bunk bed I did purchase was disappointing over time, which was less than a year. The wooden slats were of poor quality and I had to purchase quality wood to keep the mattress up. The rails for the drawers on the trundle were made up of cheap wood and broke easily. Instructions were very complicated and were not marked to tell the pieces apart. The side rails to the bed cracked and the screws always need to be tightened, so I would never recommend a wooden bunk bed to anyone. Overall, I find Wayfair to be my go to for furniture, mattresses etc. I recommend them to everyone.

    Horrible experience!! So far absolute scam!!!! Horrible experience!!! I have ordered a table from them in October, it was supposed to be delivered on 22.11.2019, then on 25.11.2019. On the last date of delivery/ 25.11.2019, I've been waiting all day for the delivery and keep checking my email for any updates. At some point the status of my order on my Wayfair profile gets updated with advised delivery on 03.01.2020!!?? I did not receive no call, no message, no email!?!? Just the status got changed! Wayfair saying can't do anything!?!?

    So I'm buying a new dining table for Christmas, 2-3 months in advance and I can not even get it on time for Christmas!??? No one even get in touch with me!!! I had to stay home all day waiting for that delivery and we even put away the old table as we've been expecting the new one today!!! And the absolute nonsense is their response. You see it turns out they don't have the parts to make the order so it is not their fault???? I wonder is it my fault then?? I think of a purchase as a contract between the seller and the buyer. I'm responsible to make the payment and to receive my item and they are responsible to provide the item and to deliver it on time and in condition as described. Well from my experience it's a complete scam!!! I would advise everyone to go anywhere else but Wayfair!

    I wouldn't trust them never again! And everyone around me is absolutely disappointed and will never buy from them!!! Absolute scam, take your money and leave you without even an acceptable salutation!!!! After leaving my first review they sent me an email with 10% off one future purchase by the end of January lol. How is some pennies off something that will bring them profits, and I will never even by anyway, will compensate me, will bring me a table to eat on and help me accommodate the 12 people I'm expecting on Christmas day??!!     Ordered a sofa set with a scheduled delivery. First I'm told that the items won't be delivered together... okay. So, I go ahead and schedule delivery for the one item that I can, only to receive an email that the shipment of that item has been delayed, and that I can expect that it will arrive at their shipping partner a week later. No thank you! Of course Wayfair was sympathetic enough to cut my cancellation/return fees by 50%. I was willing to order from them vs a competitor, because Wayfair offered faster shipping. The joke's on me. Order from somewhere else.

    I enjoy the beautiful mermaids they have, I have purchased over 6. Excellent for the most part, but prices are too high. As far as the furniture, many options. I am only interested in reclining sectionals, that are not leather, and easy to clean, stain resistant and hopefully all are waterproof treated without the chemical fluorocarbon chemicals, for it's dangerous to our health.

    When I moved into my new home I was thinking about how much I wanted to spend on my furniture. I have bought new furniture from other furniture stores in the past but they never make it a year. So I thought I would try something new on where I would buy my furniture. So I found a nice set on Wayfair it was a loveseat recliner and couch recliner. It was a nice color and it reclines all seats. When they delivered it they were very friendly and put it where I wanted it. They don't put it together but it really wasn't that hard to put it together. The couch and loveseat I have had for at least 6 months and it is still going strong. Anybody spills on it you can easily clean it up. Very comfortable and fit perfectly. I was very happy with my service and my furniture.

    I placed an order with Wayfair on Nov 12 and was advised that the item would be delivered Nov 19. The item was not delivered so I called Wayfair on Nov 20 and was told a tracking number was issued but the item was still at one of their warehouses. The agent told me that a case manager would contact me Nov 21. Nobody contacted me so I called again on Nov 22. The agent could not give me a valid reason why the item didn't ship and claimed that they could not cancel the order. I was assured that someone would contact me later in the day. This, yet again, did not materialize.

    I called again Nov 25 and was told that the item still showed as being at the warehouse. I asked if the warehouse could be called (via telephone) and was told there were no telephones there. Wow; no landlines or cell phones? Their system of communicating was apparently very "high tech" LOL! The agent now had the ability to cancel the order (something the other two agents were unable to do). As a token of appreciation Wayfair sent me a 10% discount that could be applied to my next purchase. Why would I put myself through another purchase disappointed with Wayfair? I highly recommend not using Wayfair. There are much better online retailers that do focus on merchandise delivery in timely manners and customer satisfaction.
