I raised a service request regarding my washing machine on 10th of March. Till the date nobody come to me. I making regularly makes call to Samsung customer care. They said me today an engineer will come to your house. But nobody reaches me. It takes almost 4 days. Now I want to know that when will their engineer come. My service request is **.

I got to know about Sam Stores from the Internet and went to see the products that they are offering on their website. I was already looking for some 220-volt home and kitchen appliances. I found out that they have a variety of products available for delivery too. I ordered a 220v coffee maker just to check whether this website will deliver it properly or not, But it was quite a smooth process with them. I received the product in a few days and it is working fine till now. Good quality products!

Short and simple. They advertise hours till 8pm. I leave work early to get there before 5. Arrive and they are closing last bay door at 4:32. I hurry in, to catch lady running the place and ask if they can patch a tire with a nail that is virtually flat, which I bought there. She checks and guy in back says no, I ask if they can give me some air so I can make it home. They said, "No, go to Walmart next door." I asked the lady at the help desk why they close at 4:30, when that's the time people are getting off work. Her response was they aren't closed. I took her and showed her it was abandoned and she just said they aren't supposed to be. I drove off with a flat tire. They too have joined my Sheldon list, along with all Walmart related businesses.

Happy with the products. I ordered Electronics from Sam Stores and got them at the best price without quality compromised. The delivery was on time and I am using the product and it's working fine. Great work.

I bought a 220v microwave from SamStores.com and got the product in 4 days. It is working well. It is available at a reasonable price and easy to use. Features are easy to follow and understand. Great appliance.

Very satisfied with my buying experience. Trying to purchase internationally a quality German product oversees that is not sold in the United States can sometimes be frustrating and difficult, especially when having all the appropriate voltage converter equipment needed to operate it. There is nothing like it when you receive and enjoy the comforts from back home. I appreciate Sam Stores because of this and would definitely do business again.

I have bought some kitchen appliances and I got what I have ordered in a very good reasonable price than other companies. I'll surely recommend others to buy stuff from here. I got all the big appliances in good shape and they did very fast delivery, their customer service is very good and helpful.

Not honest about what they have in stock. Bait and switch. I ordered product and they called me by phone to try and change my mind to a different product. Be on the watch from this guys. Not honest at all.

Never order from this site. They will never send your order. They will keep on promising you that you will receive your order the same day (Wednesday) each week but the truth is your order was never shipped. They cant even provide a tracking number. That’s what happened to me when I preordered an iPhone 6PLUS. I got an email the next day from info@samstores.com telling me that I needed to call them regarding my order. I called them and they wanted me to verify my payment and that they will ship my order ASAP and that I will get it Wednesday of the following week. When that day came, I received the same email, so I called them again. And the guy (Indian accent) told me that the phone I ordered was not available and that they have an iPhone 6S instead, so I said okay.

I have purchased Samsung fridge in 220 volts appliances from Sam Stores and I got them on time. They have made me their satisfied and a happy customer. We will purchase more from Sam Stores for sure. They have a wide variety of 220 volts appliances to select from. Good luck to Sam Stores' team!
