So I went to my orders and found that there is no easy way to write reviews about their products, I think even these guys only allow good reviews and bad reviews are not kept or published, this is data manipulation and fraud scam. These guys are nothing but scammers, selling product full of dye chemicals leaching when you hand wash gator, which will damage skin and lungs. Give option to write fair reviews and explanation on the toxicity of the dye on the skin and lungs. But they don't allow reviews, cause they only allow good positive reviews and bad reviews they don't publish.

Was told a certain pants would be available and that they would contact me. Was never contacted and the pants were sold out. Basically I was told tuff luck. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Told me they were very busy and to expect a call in less than two hours. Never got a call. Made calls to the corporate office in NYC. Never returned my calls. I would stay away from this company. I was a great customer here and spent thousands of dollars. But they just don't care. Very sad. Run away!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, actually never but this place is too sketchy not to address. I’ve been a very good customer, purchased dozens of boxers for my son here over the years. I was delighted to see the store opened up and bought a shirt which needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. Called at 6:50 and spoke to the surly clerk who sold it to me. He said they close at 7. By 7 the lights were out, the door shut which he cracked open at 7:01 to tell me I have to come back another day, he has to let his “associate” go home. It was 7:01, it was he who had taken my call 10 minutes prior.
I called Hudson Yards, sent emails - 4:00 the next day nothing. If you want to spend $30 on some boxers, or buy easily 60 or more for your son, 1) buy from someone who gives a ** about their loyal and devoted customers and 2) buy into a brand that knows how to staff their store with an appropriate sales person. If anyone knows of a comparable company for overpriced boxers, please reply. These are all going in the trash, from the reviews I’ve been reading the quality is not what it once was.

This is a very poorly run company with atrocious customer service. Cannot contact them in a reasonable time frame. Can only leave an email message and then you probably will not receive a reply. Canceled my order without notice. I found out by searching my account otherwise I would be waiting for an order that was listed to arrive by December 13-14. I will never buy from this poor company again and will not recommend to anyone else. Stay away.

Material fades and the elastic band fails after just a few washes. For the cost and name MW I thought this would be better quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will not be purchasing from MW ever again. Definite waste of money!!

Like most of the other reviewers, the product is super cheap and stretches out in a very short time. I loved these shirts when I received them but after 2-3 months they show a "bacon" collar. Very loose around your neck, looks like a strip of bacon, very embarrassing to the extent after a couple of comments from my friends I stopped wearing them. Customer service ** to boot!!!

Today - 03. 09. 21 - I received an email from Kayla at MW refunding the $15 spent on FedEx 2Day shipping and offering 20% off my next purchase. Case closed as far as I am concerned.

The Ace Sweatpant product is great. Customer service horrible. Had option of free shipping or expedited for $15 2 Day. Wanted to make sure product arrived before a vacation. Product arrived a day later than expected delivery. Contacted customer service and Julia basically said “yes, it’s disappointing when you’ve paid for expedited delivery and don’t receive it.” Company emailed me to ask how Julia did and basically asked what they could do to make me happy. I responded [twice] that I was disappointed and expected more from their company - especially as a first time customer. I felt a refund or credit of the $15 shipping fee was reasonable. Not even the courtesy of a response. Tells me that my business is not important or appreciated.

While their products are good quality, they are probably over-priced. I am not writing this to fuss about the high price. I am writing to alert people to the fact that THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. SO, if you have a problem with one of their products, you must send an email and hope for a reply. I sent them an email on 12/30/20, and another on 1/9/21 outlining a problem and requesting a refund. It is now February 2: NO REPLY AT ALL. In the future, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Bottom like is I never received it and they told me there was nothing they could do. Also you can’t speak with anyone. Only via email and it takes days between responses. BEWARE!

I ordered before Christmas. Everything looked fine and then a week goes by and nothing. No delivery. No tracking number. I reach out twice to the customer service team and say, "Where is my order?" No reply. I then get an email saying my order was canceled claiming the payment method wasn’t verified!? Which is funny because it charged my card 2 weeks prior... and if I wanted to reorder please make sure the payment method was verified. Which it was all along for every other Christmas gift I had purchased on that same card. I re order.
The order is “fulfilled” this time. Get a tracking number. It’s a fraudulent tracking number. Sending over 30 updates a day but no location or timelines just times with no context. At this point I am pretty sure this company is one of the the worst run companies I have ever ordered from! Even Instagram e-commerce companies that I have ordered shoes from this Christmas had better customer service, communication, POS credit authentication (meaning if I entered in a wrong number it let me know right away and not two weeks after the confirmation email was sent to me) and finally using a proper carrier that allows the client to track their $450 CAD order of boxer briefs!!!! This company is unorganized. Unprofessional and sketchy. I will be putting in a formal complaint to the BBB.
They are a company with great product reviews however their operations and customer service is terrible. I am a first time buyer and will most likely never purchase from them again even if their product is amazing. They gave me the distinct feeling like all they care about is getting your money and then not caring once you have made your purchase. The first purchase was frustrating because I did not know that my card did not authorize for 2 weeks. The second purchase is even more concerning because it feels like they are scamming me.

With the onset of the pandemic and working at home, I wanted to be as comfortable as possible. I didn't feel right about wearing old baggy sport sweats. I think I saw the Ace sweats from Mack Weldon on Twitter and liked the look and clicked on the link. The website price was $75 but there was a line for a promo code. Some quick research saved me about $15 and my hope was that spending twice as much on sweatpants would pay off.
Shipping was through regular mail and the company provides tracking. It was supposed to arrive on a Friday, but got held up to Tuesday, which was frustrating, but not Mack Weldon's fault. In. fact, I called the company and they said they had experienced issues of late with USPS. The product looked nice and not like sweatpants of old. Better than that is the comfort level and the fact that I'd be comfortable in public places with these dark navy sweats. You can do anything in them. In any case, I hope they last and wear well, but I'd buy another pair and recommend the product.

I like to purchase "high-end" clothing and sheets advertised on TV and radio to see if they really are THAT much better … You know the ones where “you've never slept on something so comfortable”, "somehow the sheets cured my arthritis", “this is the most comfortable sweatshirt you'll ever own”… “If you don't like it, the first pair is on us” (Mack Weldon). Blah blah blah. Other than Boll & Branch branch I can honestly say nothing has lived up to the claims. I even bought Mike's most comfortable pillow in the whole wide world, including his mattress topper and now my very first "sweatshirt” from Mack Weldon.
Not everyone likes to read long reviews; I try to keep this to the point. I'm just under 6 feet tall and very physically active. I've got broad shoulders and a relatively slim waistline; this thing did not fit at all. First of all, I bought the largest one that they sell which is a 2XL, tight in the shoulders but otherwise a decent cut. Here's the issue, calling this a sweatshirt is somewhat of a stretch. I guess in my mind; a sweatshirt will always be the thickness and durability of Champion; this is more like a thick casual pullover. In fact they really need to stop marketing this as a sweatshirt and call it a pullover. The fabric is nice but nothing special. It is cut a little differently than off the rack "sweatshirts" but it's just a shirt/pullover.
So for $68 is it worth it? It wasn't for me, so I returned it, which was a relatively easy experience. Because this is one of those millennial companies that thinks it is clever not to have a telephone number so you can’t call them. You have to remember your username and password and go on the website to request the return. This process, I will say is shockingly simple; more companies should make returning items this easy. Here’s my two cents… If you go to friends or family(s) homes or have people over but want to keep it casual, this is an excellent choice. It looks nice, will keep you relatively warm. It doesn't look like you're some bum who invited company over and then walks around the house in a sweatshirt. All in all this is a nice pullover for casual use as long as it's not too cold. This is not the sweatshirts that generation X grew up with. Swing and a miss Mack Weldon.
PS I was recently at Nordstrom's and they had incredibly comparable pullovers for sale for less money in a broad range of colors and sizes. Clothing is a tough thing to sell online because you never know how it's going to look or fit. This company clearly makes an effort to produce a higher quality (then say Kohl's) product line. But it is absolutely not worth what they charge for it. Tommy John and Mack Weldon are simply overpriced clothing that is supposed to make you feel like you're smarter than the average bear… In reality it might be a little dumber for wasting your money.

The number one responsibility of an online retailer is to provide a receipt upon charging credit cards. Don’t do that = Cheating people. I am not writing letters to your customer support, have better things to do. Your goods are not that good, you have to respect your customers.

Purchased pair of Mack Weldon boxer briefs at Nordstrom and requested return/exchange from Mack Weldon; company would not honour their "Best Pair Guarantee" unless underwear bought via their website. No indication of latter in advertising the guarantee. Found their underwear not to be as advertised in the slick marketing language used in their ads. Able to obtain much more comfortable underwear, including a non-roll waist band, from Jockey brand boxer briefs and for less than half the price of a Mack Weldon pair of boxer briefs. Don't buy into the fancy language descriptors in the Mack Weldon advertisements, you can get much better value for your money with other companies.

I have ordered several pair of Mack Weldon briefs, love the fit, love the softness of the waist band and the brief also. I have had 3 pair where the waist band has raveled from the brief. Way too expensive for the waist band to ravel. One pair came that way the other 2 pair raveled after 1 or 2 washings. I have contacted the company twice with pictures of what has happened and they have sent replacements. Probably won’t purchase anymore, too expensive for 1 or 2 wearings.

I have ordered several times. This time I need to make a return. They make it sound easy but it is not. First, there is no phone number, only email contact. Second, you are directed to your account page to process the return but the order doesn't even show up on the account page as an order. So I cannot return what the website doesn't know I have received. I am on my third email. And, note, they are clear that you have only 30 days from purchase and since it took a week to get here; I have three weeks left to see if they answer my email.

I have ordered over $1000 worth of product over the last two years. However, I'm not sure what happened since they changed their website. I ordered a new item two weeks ago and the shirt is still listed as shipping soon. I have emailed and submitted an online request for info on when it will ship or if the item isn't available. Have not heard anything from them. Very unlike them to not respond. Not sure if they sold out to another company or VC, but something has definitely changed.
