I have purchased about 16-17 lots from Liquidation.com. I have learned through trial and error how to purchase and whom to purchase from. My first few purchases were not from 'onlinereturns' (a.k.a. Amazon.com returns), and they were a HUGE mistake. I bought bras and underwear which were mostly crap without tags. I also bought a bunch of comic books and have yet to sell one. I've learned that unless a lot is 'fully manifested', I am not interested. I don't want '500 whatevers'. Those could be anything, and are usually crap.
After my initial bombs, I buy almost exclusively from 'onlinereturns', and have made money off all my lots. You have to realize that you are buying returns, which could be 'changed my mind', 'listed wrong and wanted another color/item', 'scammed them by stealing part of the item and returned to get my money back' and 'doesn't work/broken'. I usually buy at 18-22 cents on the dollar, and make enough on the 'good' stuff to cover the loss on the 'crap'. People need to be realistic. We are buying at a huge discount because it's a gamble. If you aren't willing to take some losses when you gamble, you ought not gamble.

I started at Liquidation when they first started and bought lot stuff and had no problems!! Then I started to notice that stuff no one was bidding on. As soon as I did, someone else would jacking up the price. I had a problem with my acct one day and couldn't remember my password. So I called them and they were suppose to email it. Well some reason they couldn't seem to find it so lady told me just make new acct. Ok so I made a NEW ACCT.
I was bidding on some apple iphones and for some reason the guy that was bidding against me stopped!! I think he got busy or something and forgot. So I won the bid, and they sent me a bill to my email. I always paid before with my credit card!! Well this time they wouldn't accept it. When I ask why they told me it was because it was a new acct. Lol I explained that I had bought thousand of dollars there in past and never had problem using credit card. Guy told me, "Nope you have to wire us the money!!" I told him I would not and he said, "Ok we will overlook this one time". I said "Overlook what? I want pay for the phones but with my credit card." Anyway they refused and so I told them where they could take my acct and put it!! I think what happened is they didn't want sell them phones that cheap!!

This review is based off like 5 separate transactions (I know, stupid me). My last one is the one that really set me off and made a mission for Me to get the word out everywhere I can. I won a "Toys" auction that was supposed to be 60 assorted toys w/ approx MSRP of $19.99 each and 71 mini figures that well they said were approx $4.99 MSRP ( Really $1.48 each). I paid $167.00 cause no one else had bid (should have been another clue lol). So anyways I paid and three days later got my shipment in, opened the boxes and wow 139 mini Figures. Where are my assorted toys? Seems they decided to call the assorted toys the same mini figures they listed on the manifest.
So you mean to tell me their fingers got tired of listing the mini figures, which they did list on manifest and jacked the price to 4X the amount for the 60 of them?? Lol. No I don't think so. I put in a dispute with them saying that I was missing 60 assorted toys with approx MSRP of $19.99 each and they sent me all the same thing. The listed MSRP of the auction was $1500 (actual MSRP $208.50. Remember I paid $167.00). So I get an email a week later saying my dispute was denied. I was outraged! Luckily I paid with my PayPal account because paypal allowed me to dispute it through them.
Soon as I did though Liquidation locked me right out of their site. Couldn't sign in even. I guess this was block me from getting all the evidence I needed to prove them wrong in paypal disputes, but it didn't matter cause I was one step ahead and already had everything I needed in PDF from filing with them. So I called and asked why I couldn't get in my account and they told me because I filed a dispute third party for me to drop the dispute and I could get back in. I told them only way I was doing that was if they granted me a refund or else I was going to put all seven of my auctions in dispute because there was something not as described in every one of them. So they told me to reply to the dispute email to a certain someone telling them what I was saying. Waited the whole weekend with no response .
So I called them again on Monday. The lady was like "oh we changed it to your favor." I asked where my return labels were then. She said they were emailed to me. I told her "no I didn't receive any emails". She said "ok. I just present them to you" (ya ok sure). So I sent the items back and dropped the dispute through PayPal. They opened my account right back up (don't get the reason for that unless they know every auction bought with PayPal would get disputed, hence the reason they lock it out and it shows they don't stand by anything!) PayPal has a very clear Item not as described protection on everything you purchase through them.
So anyways I get another email today saying the dispute department has made a decision to only pay me $100 out of $167, so I called them again. The rep told me, "no the email just says $100 but you will get the full $167." I asked if they could resend me an email stating the right amount to assure me and he said "no. They just do it that way for their reasons", but assured me again I would get the full amount to just allow another 3 to 5 business days to be completed. Wow another 5 days to see if they are going to stand behind their own company. I am finished with them and just waiting for someone to open a suit on them so I can hop on the bandwagon. I have been scammed and ripped off from them several times!

Auction listed MSRPS at 30% or more higher than the ACTUAL price tags that came on the shipped items. When bidding, assume you are not getting anywhere near value claimed -- and factor in that items are likely to be damaged in some way. (All in my shipment had signs of wear and tear from shipping; one small item broken.) Also, charges for shipping are very inflated. I paid approx $400 for shipping, but UPS Freight calculated shipment at $150 less. Will not use their scam "service" again.

Beware selling on this site. I sold product on this site. When a month had gone by and I still had not received my payment, I contacted them. Sales rep. informed me that all my profit from the sale had be used to pay fees I was unaware of. In fact, Mr.** claimed I owed them additional fees. Fees they never mentioned UNTIL I asked about my missing payment. And so their customer received my product, Liquidation.com was paid, but I received nothing. When asked, Mr.** did not deny this was standard business practice.

I read many reviews about this company, but not until I had actually placed my first bid and won my first "auction". I wish I had something new and exciting to report on behalf of this company, but I don't. The results of my first win were "okay". I got a lot of junk mixed in with some decent items, and I knew I was bidding on returns and it was likely to be a mixed bag. I more or less broke even reselling and decided to try another auction.
My second win was also "okay". This time, I decided to buy a lot of lighting and electrical returns and I did make some money reselling what was sent -- mostly in new, returned condition. "Great," I thought. I'll try a few more auctions. That's where the trouble began. I bid on and received two perfectly good shipments of clothing. However, I was sent ~40 lbs. of clothing via UPS and was charged $40.50. Markup is explained as "handling and logistics". Cool. I factored that in on my next few bids and was mostly okay with what I had received for those two shipments, though the ad specified a mix of high-end designer swimsuits and I basically got 2 (of 20) designer suits and 18 off brand suits.
I next purchased a lot of "designer" clothing where the auction listing specified as list of both brands and pictures of ACTUAL ITEMS I was to receive. Verbatim, it said, "you will receive one of each of the items posted in the photos." Tops, dresses and sweaters. What I got was several cartons of junk, a few of the photographed items and a TON of absolutely ugly, snagged, unsellable sweaters far beyond the specified count on the manifest. Total garbage. I opened a dispute on the very day I received the auction (about a week ago) and, to date, have not received a reply at ALL.
In the meantime, I had went back to lighting, where I'd done well before. Wound up winning another auction from the same seller and waited over two weeks only to be told the shipment was "lost" --this, after paying an additional $80 for lift gate service OVER AND ABOVE the $350 shipping I was being charged when they "found out" I was a home-based business. Never mind that I specified home-based business with every bid (they ask). They claimed the fault was mine and walked me through a very obscure (hidden) process to update my shipping address. Why they never gathered this information from each and every bid that I submitted, I do not know. Fine, I paid the lift gate fee and waited. In the end, the shipment was "unable to be located" by UPS.
A week or so later, still no dice. I finally receive a response that my payments (auction + shipping with lift gate) have been refunded to my card. I wait 5 days. No refund appears. Today I was told that there was a "problem" with my previous refund and it "did not go through", so they processed it again and THIS TIME, it did. When I asked if they were telling me that they had just now -- almost a week later and 3 weeks after the auction ended -- processed my refund, I got no response. As of this writing, Liquidation.com has more than $1,200 of my money tied up with no end in sight and nothing to show for it.

Liquidation.com is a website that claims to sell wholesale goods in various conditions ranging from salvage to new. However, mostly all of their auctions are used goods. Unfortunately, I was the victim of 2 fraudulent auctions listed on their website for an electronic item and clothing. All of the electronic items were broken although in the auction they were listed as new. The clothing was listed as shelf pulls but they were all in salvage condition. I requested a refund, providing photograph proof and other evidence. Liquidation.com will do everything in its power to deny your refund. The rules that they have relating to refunds are absolutely ridiculous and this is because Liquidation.com is fully aware that most of their items are used and in horrible condition. This is a company that does not compare about the consumer and I strongly advise caution in buying anything from this company.

If you have some handyman skills and negotiating skills, this company can be VERY profitable. Every auction is of course a gamble but here's what happened on my last one. It contained 6 items all returns. Two fishing rod and reel combos, a fishing reel only, a soft sided tackle box, and two ice fishing shelters. I paid $200 for the auction. The two rod and reel combos had broken rod tips. Bought a kit at Walmart for $1.69 and fixed both. The reel was missing the spool lock. Contacted Shimano and got the parts shipped to me for $3.69. The tackle box was torn on one side so it was kind of trash other than the 3 clear plastic containers inside.
Now to the shelters. One, a Clam Nanook was brand new with tags and missing 4 pieces. The factory said they modified this part and a lot of these are missing and they shipped me the parts for free, so that shelter is complete and brand new and valued at $400, look it up. The second, an Eskimo Evo 2 man crossover, was also brand new but a display model is my guess. After examining it the only thing wrong with this item was the 360 swivel seats were missing the bearings. These were typical everyday boat seat swivels, so off to Walmart again and purchased two of them at $9.19 each. Bolted right on and the seats work perfectly.
So now this one is in brand new condition and valued at $449. Again, look it up. That is why I listed the manufacturers and models. So VERY conservatively, I can get $25 each for the combos, $30 for the reel, trash the tackle box, and even at half price which is way less than I'll actually get brings me to a total of $505 gross sales and a gross profit of $305. Most people only leave feedback or negative reviews when it doesn't work for them, they go hunting for places to destroy the reputation of the seller. This place sells used stuff, returned stuff, salvage stuff, etc. It is not a supplier of brand new merchandise that people are just wanting to give away for pennies on the dollar. You have to realize what you are buying. I get junk too, but I have NEVER took a loss from an auction I bought from this company.

Honestly I cannot believe that these people are doing business in a country with laws like the United States. I ordered "2 pellets" of supposed 50 pieces of Fisher price, Disney, and V-tech. Somebody just went and picked all the garbage they had in their house. I mean every dirty thing and put in the 2 "pellets." 8 of those pieces were plastic visors (the ones one can buy 4 for a dollar at the dollar store), 6 were some used, old dirty and smelly purses (one for adults and the rest for kids. None of them Fisher Price, Disney, or V-Tech), 4 were old smelly stained stuffed animals that are neither Fisher Price, Disney, or V-Tech. 5 purses were Sesame Street, some bicycle helmets for kids, some Thinkfun toys, 2 Halloween masks. The ones that were Fisher Price, Disney, or V-Tech were less than 5 and they were all so dirty and unsanitary to touch.
I filled in a dispute form and it took a couple of days before I got a reply which was "There is nothing Liquidation.com is going to do." I challenged them again with the question of, "If the lot description clearly says 50 pieces of Fisher Price, Disney, or V-Tech and waaay more than a third of them are not, then that constitutes misrepresentation?" They replied to me saying they have reopened their investigation. I didn't hear from them for another nine days. When I threatened to post a review, they immediately replied that "We have looked over the information and unfortunately have reached the same resolution."
It was my first time buying from them and you guessed right, who is a repeat buyer? I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing from them. Let the world know that Liquidation.com sells GARBAGE! Do not believe anything they say in their listings. I personally think there should be a class action lawsuit! Liquidation.com engages in unfair business practices.

My advice is do not do business with them because you'll be at a huge loss. There is no way that you can turn a profit on any of the items they sell. Reason is because they have reserve prices for all of the auctions and if you calculate what you can sell them for you won't be making any money. Example: Lot of 72 piece, Xbox 360, refurbished. On Amazon and eBay they are priced for $99.99 including free shipping. I kept bidding on them until I have reached $80 per piece including shipping. Unfortunately still saying reserve not met.
Example: Lot of 10, iPhone 5s 16GB, unlocked. I kept bidding until I reached $100 per piece still saying reserve not met. You can buy these iPhones from eBay for under $150. Example: Beats by Dre urBeats. They want $50 per piece and they are selling on eBay for $50 including free shipping. I don't know why they would bother creating a website based on liquidation items. They are a scam and their prices are ridiculous. They want $50 per piece of Xbox One games for a whole lot of 50. LOL, are you kidding me?

I bought 3 separate lots (10 skids) of "return items/overstock" and 80% of the items were 'salvage' quality items. They were broken, missing parts beyond repair, unusable, filthy, and some items were useless, damaged "lifetime warranty" tools that were returned to the big-box store for new tools to meet the warranty. These items had no resale value at all. I spent over $6,000.00 on this junk and now I am stuck with it.

I know this from experience. I've been doing business in liquidating and buying selling things. The only way you can make profit is if you buy in bulk at a cheap price. This company sells things in bulk at retail. Their descriptions are deceiving. For instance I bought a lot of jewelry, MSRP $5,500. The listing described it as high-end jewelry. There was 20 minutes left in the listing and I bid $100 for it plus shipping which was another 50 bucks. Long story short I got costume jewelry - the same exact jewelry they sell in a dollar store next to my house.
Liquidation means getting rid of items quickly for cash and not taking the time to individually research and list items to get the most profit for them. For instance I own a business selling clay pots. I make 1000 clay pots a month but I only sell 100. In order for me to stay in business I have to sell the excess 900 clay pots. But how do I do that? I have to sell them at cost for what I bought them for so I can make the money back that I put into them in the best-case scenario. Liquidation.com is not the website for this. It is a scam website for the most part. They do sell things. They sell these things at a price where you will most likely not be able to make profits no matter what Outlet you sell them unless you rip people off - exactly what this company does is rip people off. I guarantee it.

I was looking through different jewelry boutiques when I came across an auction on Liquidity Services or Liquidation.com. I bid on auction #** and won the actual auction on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Liquidation.com sent a notification to me at 8:20 pm letting me know to follow the instructions listed in the notification to make payment. Auction #** New Statement Boutique Jewelry had a manufacturer suggested retail price of $4,275. I had ordered two other lots from this company before, specifically, an earring lot (women's jewelry), and it was good quality. I had intentions of continuing to do business with Liquidation.com due to these past purchases and felt that all of the products they were selling on their commerce website were good quality.
The transaction ID is #** and the auction was $170.00. After taxes and shipping costs, the grand total of the auction that I paid was $234.06. If I decided to wire to their Bank of America account, there were instructions for me to do so, but I opted to pay them through my Paypal account. As soon as I received the order, I noticed that most of the lot of items were not good quality at all. In fact quite a few of the items were poorly made and cheap looking. By Liquidity.com (also DBA Liquidity Services) listing, this lot with a suggested retail of $4,275 is quite misleading.
I reached out to Liquidation.com right away on Friday, February 26, 2016. I stressed in the call that most of the merchandise in the lot could only be sold for maybe $3 or $5. There was no way that I could sell these items for $30 or $40 or more (which is what the seller suggested) to buyers, with a clear conscience. The listing was misleading and if I had known that the merchandise was a bunch of junk, I would have never bought the merchandise. I told the representative that I wanted to file a claim.
The representative that I spoke to, told me that I should take pictures of the merchandise, upload the images and they would review my claim dispute and respond. Liquidation.com contacted me on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, confirming that they received my dispute claim and the images of the merchandise in the auction lot. The notification also mentioned that I would hear back from them with their findings. On March 9, 2016, I received this response:
"Thank you for contacting Liquidation.com. We have reviewed your dispute on transaction ** and have reached a resolution. The dispute has been denied as the auction is properly listed. Please note, the MSRP values are not encouraged as a basis of dispute as these values are suggested retail values of a new unit given by the manufacturer whereby resale values will vary based on several factors throughout the retail process and region. We strongly encourage buyers to perform all due diligence prior to making a purchase. All parties must abide by the dispute resolution provided by Liquidation.com as stated in the Terms and Conditions. The status for this transaction has been moved to "Paying Seller" and the funds will be released to the seller. Thank you again for using Liquidation.com, your source for business surplus."
In Liquidation.com's response, the language of the response reads that I am at fault. The auction listing was a far cry from what I actually received. There was no way that I could have performed any due diligence prior to making the purchase. I made my decision based on the images that were displayed in the auction, pertinent auction information, as well as the MSRP that was also part of the listing information. It should not be my fault if the listing was deceptive.
After I received this response from Liquidation.com, I decided to go on Better Business Bureaus website and do some research. I elected to check out some other review sites and what I found was disturbing. They have over 300 complaints on BBB's website, 90 of the complaints target product/service issues and almost 75 complaints were filed due to sales/advertising issues. It does not stop there! Liquidation.com is on Ripoff.com, Work From Home Watchdog, Youtube.com, ConsumerAffairs, Sitejabber.com, as well as eBay.com.
On March 9, 2016, once I received the response from Liquidation.com that they were releasing my funds to the seller, despite my dispute, I contacted Paypal's dispute department to escalate my claim. I have not received any additional correspondence from Liquidation.com, but I know they are in receipt of my dispute through Paypal because they have since shut down my access to sign into my account on their website. In reading some of the complaints, one buyer stated that Liquidation.com will not allow you access to go back on their website to view other auctions if you file a dispute. The only way to regain access is if you agree to rescind your dispute. Clearly these are unfair, specious and deceptive business practices.
Liquidation.com should be shut down. They are ripping people off and getting away with it. Some complaints mention that some merchandise purchased is shipped to the buyer broken, severely damaged or stained. There is no way that a buyer can sell items like this. As a buyer, Liquidation.com should have done a better job at protecting me, instead they granted this seller the opportunity of ripping me off. This is a form of stealing. You cannot advertise a Mercedes Benz, accept payment for it, and ship off a Kia to the buyer.
This process is quite similar to baiting and switching. The only difference is that merchandise was made available to me. It just was not the actual quality or type of merchandise that I thought I would be receiving. How many more buyers will it take before this website is taken down? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Complaint #**) as well as Consumer Affairs.

I bought some jewelry from this site. NEVER AGAIN! None of the pieces look anything like the pictures. The pictures in the auction listing showed decent jewelry. When I received the package, it contained plastic bubblegum machine jewelry. Most of the pieces were broken! I was out of town when the package arrived. When I returned, I immediately opened the package to inspect it and immediately entered a dispute which of course was denied because "I did not dispute within 48 hours".
I again explained the reason why I did not. I planned to be out of town because I had business to take care of and I was planning it around the estimated shipping date. Evidently, the package came from Washington, DC and not China like stated in the auction or the email with shipping details... At any rate, they will not let me return the junk and there will be no sort of compromise or anything. So basically, I flushed $200 down the toilet. Save yourself a lot of headaches and money and NEVER buy anything from this site.

I purchased Sony headphones advertised as A grade returns. This was one of many similar orders. However this one was filled with dirty and broken headphones and I essentially paid $800 for non-functioning items. I filed a dispute with multiple pictures and my dispute was denied as LIQUIDATION.COM does not guarantee the quality of the items that they sell - This is what I was told by customer service. It gets worse. I had to pick up the package from Washington State since I live in Canada and they don't ship here. When I won the dispute about my fake silver rings, they have refused to issue me an international shipping label so I have to waste more of my time to drive across the border to ship back these fake silver rings. I had made a call to Liquidation.com before ever making a purchase. Based off that call, I will never go through with a purchase from this company. I am going to let you in on a little secret as to why to clarify why they have such bad reviews. Selling liquidation is a very real business and can pay out quite well. However, if you think you can just order a pallet or truckload from anywhere with a low salvage rate you are in dream land. It is not that simple and it is not that cheap to start. Here is the main thing you need to know though...
Get your liquidation from the source! There are options to order directly from these companies that are advertised on liquidation. When you go through a middle man, aka Liquidation.com, you are allowing them the opportunity to take out to good quality items and send you the leftover junk. I remain satisfied because I have not, and will not use them. I suggest you do the same. They are a middle man, and like every other middle man, they will get their cut before you get yours.

I decided to write a review on Liquidation because of all the money I was scammed. I ordered 15 Lots from them spending over $5000. Needless to say I purchased returns. 90% of what I received was not returns but salvage buy. The way I received the items you could immediately tell that much of it was maybe a return but a return that the sellers had messed with. No packages, empty packages, you name it you could do nothing with the items! On top of that I busted my butt to try to make my money back even using them still!
They closed my account because I owed them for backing out of won auctions. Mind you, they had already sold the lot to someone else! Watch out, I bought some items "computer returns" from their warehouse in Nevada @ Liquidation.com, for $322, 10 items, none of these items worked. They called it online returns but actually it's salvage, trash, worth nothing. They give you some pictures, very nice pictures but inside these new looking boxes are damaged screens, non-working items, defect items, broken, absolutely trash.
I opened a dispute on the same day received their package, after 8 days they emailed me saying they cannot accept the dispute because that I knew it was returned items and they do not test them, so it's my responsibility. Well it became my responsibility now to tell the world that Liquidation.com in Washington DC, are crooks who cheated me and took my money and gave me garbage.

I have purchased a number of lots from liquidation.com. If the merchandise is manifested pictured and a description given it's not the worst. If the manifest is dodgy and not described in detail beware. If there is only one picture and it is a stock photo that the company that produced the item is using to sell it beware. If it is a sealed bid situation I think they are doing a bit of cheating, as in they are selling more than one box for the same price to everyone, they set a minimum and you bid it and then you almost always get it. The sealed bid units being that they are sold this way are not that great, you could generally put together the same box load at a dollar store and possibly even pay less.

I recently bid on a lot of merchandise on Liquidation.com. It was a minimum bid of $100 for a lot with an estimated value as represented by the seller of $2700. The products were considered salvage which I have purchased many times in the past from other wholesalers. I expected about 10% of the items to be damaged. What I received was absolute junk. Completely unsalable used cosmetics without packaging, products in actual baggies, powders and foundations with used applicators. Many of the items had no bar codes and looked as if they were stolen from a hotel room.
Not one thing I purchased was salable beside the fact that the estimated value was so grossly over estimated. I don't consider generic chapstick and fake tattoos as cosmetics. I would estimate the actual retail value of what I got (being in good condition) as worth a maximum of $200. When disputing with Liquidation.com they were unhelpful refusing to take into consideration any of the images or facts I produced. I was SOL with them. Thankfully it was a minimum bid and I learned my lesson.

I am not sure if Liquidation.com has some form of legal scam going on. But my experience with them is telling me that they are a rip off. I have been trying to sell stuffs online so I can be home and taking care of my kids. My idea was to purchase online and resale. So I research for wholesales company and liquidation kept coming up. I have purchased over $3000 worth of merchandises from them. I started by purchasing one lot of returns for $400 consist of 35 items. I try to sell them online and had 95% of my customers asking for returns because the items did not work.
Ok, so I considered that a loss and tried to make up for it by purchasing more items. This time $900.00. Same results. Only differences is this time I tried and test out the items. Miraculously 100% of the merchandises did not work. Called for a return, and they told me no because they are returns and I should of expected that. By this time I am stressing and tears coming out my eye. So after losing this much money I still tried another $1500 out the window. Different type of lots this time. Electronics (returns) cameras (refurbished) and salvage tvs. I lost all my money again. Cameras I over bid because some guy just did not want to quit. Returns out of 200 items I was only able to sell 45 items. The rest were broken and unusable.
My last experience was only 150 for 5 used cameras. Got the cameras only two of them functioned. The other three had cracked screens and the lenses could not open. I emailed them about that again and they told me that this is what the definition of use items means. In desperation I tried one more time. A lot claimed to be used and consist of over $2420 worth of other electronics. I paid $150 for it and when I got it it was one messed up camera, wii remote dvd rw, one video game and the rest was just a bunches of rca cables and a sump pump.
I emailed Liquidation again and this was their response "Dispute denied; The support provided does not validate the claim of misrepresentation. Please note. MSRP values are not encouraged as a basis of dispute as these values are suggested retail values of a new unit given by the manufacturer whereby resale values will vary based on several factors throughout the retail process and region. MSRP values are provided for guidance however they may not reflect precise MSRP values."
It is almost as if they are in a scam with their sellers. A buyer has no way of disputing anything. By the way one of their rules are when you get the item you are supposed to check them right away. If not you lose your chance to dispute. And guess what? The cameras were sent to me without any batteries. If you are new in this business I would not recommend Liquidation.com.

As I have returned items to home depot and gotten the run around on possible used items, I was expecting that a majority of the items were blemished, missing small parts, and usable. What I got delivered to my house was boxes of trash. Not only was EVERYTHING broken, many things were used way beyond a one time use! I had metal items that were rusted, items that looked like they were in fires, and tools that had people's names sharpied on them. The items were packed as if someone was throwing them into a dumpster. A 200 pound power washer was thrown on fragile plastic items and on its own wand, which broke, so now is useless.
I have been going back and forth with the dispute depts. regarding this and that this auction should have been listed as a "salvage". They hide behind emails saying they "reviewed" things, I think they are full of it. I am currently trying to get a partial refund to try and offset my loss. While Ebay stands by their buyers, Liquidation.com stands by their sellers not realizing they are paying a high price in the long run as the volume of bad complaints have made them one of the worst businesses to buy from. Complaints from all states same situation without any resolution. Did you think we are trying to make some money off what we thought we were bidding on? Now who's going to buy a half of sofa? If the sofa has corner attachments missing what the hell would I need it for? Dump the junk on your buyers. Why are you even listing it without any picture or info explaining 1/2 a sofa is missing so I can make that choice?
Seller wrapped it up so much who knew until all wrapping was removed. Why should we bear the burden? They have no respect for buyer's time knowing we will confront the problem on the spot or after delivery. Have you ever seen a company that cares more about their sellers than their reputation their sellers are giving them? It must be worth it to Liquidation if they own all the inventory that's being listed by "sellers".

***MUST READ*** I have been building computers for over 10 years and this seller listed the Lot as Returns with CPU Pin damage, which is a common disclaimer and what I have pretty much gotten over the years are motherboards with damage that is user screw-ups. These motherboards kits were stripped down to nothing in the box but the boards and the bad part is that the motherboards were disabled so that they could not be reused in fix-it scenario. The CPU Pins had clear indentations of a person thumbs and it looks like a rag was used to hook the pins and yank them on the other half. Other parts were snapped off that I have never seen damage to in my years.
It was my fault I know for trusting this seller but this made me sick to my stomach! I have damage a few scrap motherboard of my own to see just what amount of force is needed to do some of the damages that I have seen in the past with some of my customers and I tell you this lot was intentionally disabled! When the lot got here yesterday, 303 pairs of earrings were missing. Out of the 647 pairs they actually sent maybe 50 were new and ready to sell. Some were missing mates. The others were very old plastic and a lot of the actual hooks or posts that go in the ear are tarnished and look unhealthy. Some were fabric with obvious water damage. None of them were in the picture on the lot. Also, I received items like used ponytail holders with hair wrapped up in them. Gross! I filed a dispute with them right away because I did see you only have 48 hours to do so. I also filed a dispute with PayPal. I have been a buyer and seller for a long time and always go through PayPal for protection.
I just tried to log into my account and am blocked from the account. So I called the number listed and the very rude CSR informed me the only way to get my account reinstated was to drop the claim and send a letter to their finance department promising to never file a claim again if I have problems with any of their other lots. This is shady business to me. Never buy anything from this company. The fact that they do not want customers to have any kind of buyer protection leads me to believe they are operating if not illegally then certainly on the fence of being illegal.
I have now escalated this claim with PayPal and hope to have my money back soon. I wish I had found this site sooner and looked up Liquidation.com before I bought from them. They are a terrible business out to defraud and steal money from small business owners just trying to stay afloat. Find a more reputable service to buy from. As you see below local pick up does apply because that is what they advertised. They are refusing to allow me to contact the seller. I have certified freight transportation to pick up the items so there should be no issue. Their CS is the worst. Complete idiots!!!!

This a "buyer-beware" website. Do a lot of research on each item. Read carefully. Customer service will not help you if you get ripped. Ordered some watches. They only had a few blurry pictures of 3 of them that were in perfect condition. The others were pretty much worthless. MSRP was said to be at some ridiculous amount for each watch. Relic men's watch was claimed to have an MSRP of $250! Lies! Ordered some tablets. The pictures were awesome. They looked new and fully loaded with accessories. Shipped with just the tablet and plug. Complained and they replied exactly 10 days later - "Dispute Denied: Auction photos are for descriptive and illustrative purposes only, they are not to used as a manifest."
Shipping prices are ridiculously high. You cannot know what the price of shipping will be unless you click through two links. Then if you want to go back to the auction, click back on your browser twice. Shipping charges can be anywhere from $40-200! They charge a 5-8% buyer’s premium. This is basically their charge for their "service". They charged me 9% sales tax. I'm not sure where they got this figure from, but not in my town nor the town that the item was shipped from, is the tax rate this high. These can be very dangerous, because in your account page, you can easily increase your bid seeing only the price of the auction. You can't see the shipping price, the tax, nor the buyer’s premium that gets tacked on to your price.

They locked me out of their system after I disputed the first five. I can no longer get in to dispute. They told me to send an email to disputes@ liquidation.com, and after I did, I received an email explaining that the email I sent my letter to was not monitored. I know am going to have to call my credit card companies and dispute the charges that way. This company does not give a rip about the crap being sold on their website. I am out $4,332.00. I started with this company by making a small purchase to test them out. I received what I expected so was more comfortable bidding on large ticket lots. That was a big mistake. I made a purchase of a high $$ lot of various merchandise with the majority of value in 5 camera lenses. I paid for the lot within minutes of winning the auction and waited for my boxes to arrive. And waited. And waited... It took 8 days despite the fact that the shipping price I paid would have covered 1-2 day delivery. Once I finally received my box, I immediately noticed it has "1 of 2" on the company label but "1 of 1" on the shipping label. Upon opening the box, I found basically a bunch of junk along with one of the camera lenses. The least valuable one, of course.
I immediately filed a dispute with Liquidation presenting them with the evidence on the boxes that they did not ship what I paid for. After two days of no response, I opened a case with PayPal. That got their attention and they quickly found in my favor. I requested that they send the second box... I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the merchandise I paid for. Instead, I got a form letter telling me to return everything for a refund. Frustrated, I shipped the box back. In the meantime, they locked my account. When I asked customer service why, the response was that I filed a 'charge back' and that was against company policy.
I explained that opening a dispute with PayPal wasn't a charge back, but just a way to communicate with them when they didn't answer my direct emails. Response was another form letter again saying it was a 'charge back' and I could only have my account re-opened if I closed the dispute with PayPal and send them a written letter signing away my rights to dispute any future purchases with a credit card company. In other words, they want to be the sole arbiter of any disputes and leave you with zero recourse if they decide they are right and you are wrong. I refused, of course. A week after I returned the merchandise, I inquired where my refund was... Response was it was being 'processed' and would take 7-10 days. Clearly a stalling tactic.
Finally, it was down to the last day before the PayPal dispute would automatically close and I'd lose all recourse and they were still telling me it would be a few days so I escalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal. At that point, Liquidation finally issued my refund, a full month after I disputed the transaction and nearly 6 weeks after I made the purchase. So to recap, they held my money for a month and a half, sent me about 10% of what I paid for, value wise, closed my account for daring to dispute it, then dragged their feet issuing a refund. Had I not escalated to a claim with PayPal, would they have refunded my money at all? Somehow, I doubt it but they won't be getting another opportunity to do so. There are much better companies that are more reputable to deal with if you are looking for resale merchandise and if you are looking for personal merchandise, you will be very disappointed with what you receive.

A company as large as Liquidation.com cannot survive on 5 (five) untrained customer service agents. I live in MN. There are no taxes on clothes in MN. 40 bucks is added to my order until I fax my TIN (tax id number). We fax. No result. They need to do confirmations. Liquidation is losing thousands over 40 bucks. I call the 5 and get Isaac. No info. He needs training. He says they probably did not get the fax. We fax again. Nope. Next I get a woman. She is cool. She gives me an email that bounces. Yep. These 5 are from Alabama. Rural Alabama. I did a nutritional study where 4/5 of rural Southerners were Iron deficient and Dumb. This is from hookworm. Many run barefoot in cow pastures. According to the NIH they are working on it.
Today I bought 2 items and want to combine ship. I call ship directly and get a recording that leads me to the 5. I get an email that says I must fax my TIN. HSN is GREAT. They do the marketing and branding for you. Sizing is sometimes off so you tell you customers RUNS SMALL. I have an hour and a half to bid on one item I want to combine ship on. KNOCKOFF. I called the name on the tag and they had never heard of it. It comes from a Museum Store. Great products for the price. Gotta go bid. No one else has. Has anyone combined ship at Liquidation.com? I used to talk directly with corporate. Anyone have the number? I will cancel order if charged 40 bucks per order.

I own two stores in the Nashville area for the past 15 yrs. I used to purchase from Liquidation.com when I first started in the business. It is a big waste of time and money to buy from this auction site. I just wanted to share some of my experience so anyone starting out in the Resale industry won't make the same mistakes I did.
First, there are no unbelievable cheap deals when it comes to buying Liquidation. If it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!! Liquidators know what the product is worth and they are not going to sell it for less than what the liquidation market will buy it for. This does not mean you can't make great money off of their product. My normal return is 200-300% markup. There are very few products in this world that you can make that big of a profit margin. But don't think a Liquidation company is going to sell you a $100.00 pair of Ralph Lauren jeans for 10 bucks. It's just not going to happen.
Second: you have to build long term relationships with GOOD liquidation companies and find out what their best deals are. That is the problem with Liquidation.com, these guys are there to just make a quick buck selling junk they can't sell anywhere else. Example: I buy all of my clothing from LiquidationGeneral.com .These guys have the best deals and highest quality on clothing. Nobody can beat their prices and I sell it for a great profit. I don't buy their jewelry though. I don't think it is very good quality and the profit margins are small. Example 2: I like buying cosmetics from Via Trading but I hate their clothing. Their clothing is cheap and I find a lot of defects in the loads. Their cosmetics I have found to be of good quality and make a decent profit margin. These are just a couple of examples that I have found over the past 15yrs.
I deal with multiple companies to make great profit margins. Just wanted to add one last comment. If you deal with a liquidation company for a long time and are a good customer of theirs, they will notify you first when something special comes in or if they are discounting an item. This gives you first choice at the best items. You will have to build up a good relationship with them though. Don't call them up and say you're going to buy a lot of product in the future and expect them to give you the same deal as a long term customer. Hope this helps a few of you to not make some of the mistakes I did when I first got started.

I purchased 50 shirts from a seller I had bought from many times. I received a completely incorrect box of merchandise. I then filed a dispute expecting to simply return is for a refund. They proceeded to give me a refund of $12.40 (out of $400) and closed the case. I let them know that there must have been a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that there was no mistake and that the case was closed and there was nothing I could do about it. I then spoke with a rep on the phone and he agreed with me 100% that I should have received a full refund but there was nothing that anyone could do once a case was closed.
I then opened a dispute with PayPal and liquidation.com froze my account with them. And the only way I could have it unfrozen was to close the dispute and send them a letter that I would never open another PayPal dispute. I was completely ripped off and they allowed it to happen! Do not do business with them!

I've been in a dispute with them for over 2 weeks and keep getting a template response with spelling errors basically saying I should have done my due-diligence. According to the Consumer Protection Act, they should do their due diligence. I am entitled to a refund but they keep denying it. After spending close to $500 on e-reader tablets that are completely unusable because they are locked in demo mode, I am irate! The listing indicated a retail value totaling that in which brand new, unused and properly functioning tablets may be in the range of. The value was misrepresented as well as the listing did not clearly explain that the devices would be locked. Additionally, on the back of each it clearly states from the manufacturer that they are not to be sold!
In my opinion they had no right selling them, I'm not sure how they were acquired and they are clearly in breach of consumer regulations due to false advertising. They have also locked me out of my account since opening the dispute, therefore I am unable to retrieve the listing. Take screenshots people! Additionally when you open a dispute they will tell you it will take 10 days or more (for a template denial email). Don't bother waiting and continue exploring other avenues to obtain your refund. They are simply stalling the process. They do not protect their customers and I'm very surprised to learn that they are a publicly traded company. Hopefully their investors are aware of what is going on, the lack of customer service and the poor consumer practices.
Any company with common sense would make necessary changes to ensure reputable merchandise is being sold and that customers are kept happy and are not being ripped off. I don't see how this company is still in business given the poor reviews. My advice to everyone experiencing the same run-around issues with trying to return the junk they are peddling in the marketplace is to get the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, PayPal and BBB involved. Also please continue posting your experience on as many websites as possible as something needs to be done to stop this company from taking advantage of consumers.

This company is a sham! They employ tactics to benefit their bottom line, regardless of their actual policies. For example on this, we made several purchases for a wide variety of items (computers, TVs, gaming, etc.). All auctions/lots were selling from the same location (IL), but end times varied. First auction ended so checked the total as well as the remaining time on the other auctions. Several hours later, another auction ended. To ensure the items could be grouped together for a single shipment an email was sent to Liquidation.
What a surprise there, was no reply. Contacted them by phone the following day to arrange a single shipment. They transferred the call back and forth with no connection to a knowledgeable rep or one capable of handling the request. At the end of the day, after some point in the transfers the line was cut. It wasn't my end hanging up or a loss of signal. Did they just get tired of having the call on hold? Sometime later in that day a reply email from Liquidation was received about the consolidated shipping. It stated to send them the IDs to each auction that was shipping from the same location. They would consolidate and send an updated invoice for the total.
At this point 3 auctions had closed and was pending a 4th. We were at business day #2 and was awaiting the updated invoice total. At around 4PM PST (so 7PM EST) that same day another email came in stating "transaction ** has been closed for nonpayment and penalty has been assessed". This was a huge surprise as in the past it took close to 5 Business days to actually have an auction closed for nonpayment (Yes I am aware that their policy states 2 business days but what was the point of contacting them to consolidate?). Did they figure they generate more income by not consolidating and charging an arm and leg on shipping for each transaction?
After the first transaction was closed they stated in order to remain an active member payment on the total must be made for the closed transaction. This was ridiculous since adding the penalty the transaction would have been completely worthless and there wouldn't be any profit left over. From this point, it all went downhill and we just left all the other transactions go in the hole as well since the account was already suspended. If I recall correctly, with penalty fees, the total exceeded $9,000.
Prior to this incident there was a similar incident resulting from their lack of CS for processing "tax exemption" status. This time around it was for 2 transactions. The first had just ended and figured should contact them to get the tax waived since it was intended for resale. They provided specific instruction to fax over a certificate of resale with a cover sheet showing the account user name. A day later they were contacted to check on the status. Much to my surprise, they had no information on the process. They said they didn't have anything even though I had a fax receipt stating the transmission was completed successfully. The CS rep was told it was just faxed over a day ago and asked if there was any alternative to faxing. They provided an email and said to include the user name.
Several hours later email was sent with this information. 2 days later after checking the invoice to see if tax had been waived, we contacted Liquidation once more. They once again said they didn't have anything on file. The same info was then emailed once again. The only communication regarding this with any relevant or important information stated, "Please allow (2) business days for this process to complete. Any transaction(s)/invoice(s) that are awaiting will be adjusted once our finance department has approved and uploaded your paperwork."
Before any readers comment "maybe your info wasn't legit", Know that the address is an actual Registered business with the city, state, and county. All paperwork is 100% legit and we operate in several business fields that allow us to acquire a variety of NEW products from electronics, industrial construction supply, Industrial AC supply, automotive equipment, and home/business electrical equipment.
Well after waiting sometime for the third attempt to be approved, an email came that the transaction had been cancelled and penalty assessed. Payment on transaction #2 was then submitted. The next day an email came in stating that Liquidation extended a 1-time courtesy and removed the suspension and waived the cancellation and closed transaction fee.
To this day I wonder what they are doing in the office since they couldn't approve a simple tax exemption on a single company. It takes about 5 minutes to verify a state issued permit and the address if needed could also be done in 5 or less. Do they have their fax machines setup over a trash can to dump it out as soon as it prints? Do they have someone receiving all emails and hitting delete to them? Makes me wonder how they handle an individual's personal (Sensitive) information.
The last occurrence, which occurred before the suspension and after the tax issue, was about a product quality problem. The first example was on some disc media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, video games, etc.). The lot was marked as returns and several items stated "light use". Our expectations of something like this are fairly good looking discs with the off chance of a bad apple in the batch. Well, surprise surprise, about 50% of the lot was bad, heavy deep scratches, broken or cracked discs, and completely empty cases. We thought about filing a complaint but didn't after seeing similar reviews of other buyers receiving utter garbage and claims denied. Fortunately, we have professional grade equipment to fix everything with light or heavy scratches. However, the broken or empty cases were a complete loss.
We also experienced a similar situation with several computer components. We purchased a lot of items described as "Returns" with about 5 of 40 items stating "heavy use, missing accessories". We figured 88% of the lot would be in complete, fully operational condition. Well once more, surprise surprise, 83% of the lot was missing accessories or operating components, which weren't stated in the manifest. We figured we should report it but never did as well. We had all the necessary components on hand to fix or complete the units. If we did complain about the product, the entire purchase amount would be locked in limbo and we wouldn't be able to do anything with the assets until it is resolved. This is in their TOS.
Lastly, I would like to add, I am not a person who likes reviewing anything (not even a purchase from an online store). The fact that I sat down for a few hours to write this entire review means I want to save some of you guys some headaches or frustration when dealing with this company. Instead look towards B Stock Solutions or Genco MKPL, both of which are far superior. For smaller sellers, these may not work for you as these are primarily LTL or FTL loads only, maybe on rare occasion a small package lot.

I purchased a truckload of salvage merchandise from Liquidation.com. I paid $2400 for the merchandise and over $1800 for shipping from GA to NJ. When the load arrived, I was shocked to see across the tops of the pallets many empty boxes and chunks of broken Styrofoam. After unloading the truck, I dug through a few pallets to find dozens of empty boxes with additional packaging material inside but not many products. On some pallets, I found large boxes that had one or two small items rolling around inside. One pallet had liquid rug cleaner spilled across the entire contents. Another had some sand, sawdust and cigarette butts mixed in with the contents. It literally looked like they swept the floor and dumped shovel loads of debris onto the boxes.
I disputed the transaction with Liquidation.com and after 10 days, they denied my dispute and stated the seller provided them with support to prove they sent me a truckload of products. I had sent them 30 photos, but they did not show me a single bit of evidence from the seller. The auction listing had 3 photos which they have now reused several times on their site. None of the items in the photos were in the truckload I was sent. It will cost me $600+ to dispose of the filler-garbage and what will be left would probably fit on 7 pallets. In the end, I will lose about $3800 on this deal.
The company takes thievery to a whole new level. Also watch out on their smaller pallet-only auctions. They will often inflate their prices to drive up bids. To be safe, everyone should steer clear. These are some greedy people willing to stoop to subterranean levels.

I won the bid for 100 items (books and DVDs) from liquidation.com. The cost for product is $180. The cost for shipping and fees is over $300, approximately three times the actual cost! When the items arrived, the UPS driver told me that he'd never seen such a poorly packed shipment. They were all just thrown together loose on a pallet. After we loaded them into my tubs and I wheeled them inside, the problems only got worse - water damaged books, a comic book, ex-library, a VHS tape, and other worthless items, including 22 copies of one old book that had no value. Clearly they just sent out the trash and pocketed their inflated profits. Trying to contact them is an effort in futility, not surprising considering the hundreds of complaints lodged against them online. Until the regulatory authorities move in on them and shut them down, avoid liquidation.com like the plague. Sure wish I had.

I bought a $5,100 lot. When it arrived, they scammed me. They put dollar store items, plastic jewelry that comes in a dozen and marked each one $18.77. They gave me $1000 of plastic that you buy for one dollar, of ** Inc junk. I'm a closeout buyer from wholesalers in Houston and Dallas - I know dollar store garbage. They lost a good customer. I bought $20,000. Don't trust them. Don't buy. They're fliers and thieves.

Simply put, three of the 9 items I won in an overpriced auction were defective, so I filed a dispute. Their answer to the dispute was "Your dispute has been rejected" even though I provided them proof of the defective merchandise. I think I will report them to the BBB as others have.

I bid on a lot of handbags and it was shipped in two packages. I received one and the other was missing. I contacted UPS and they told me that I should contact Liquidation.com so that they can investigate and file the claim. UPS did contact me and told me that the second package was lost. Meanwhile, I emailed Liquidation.com a few times and each time they said that they are investigating. After one month (time for dispute was one month), I got an email that their records indicate that I have received the item. So now we know that they had no plans to do anything regarding the missing item and the whole thing appears to be a well-managed scam. I am not sure how they manage to work with UPS on this. Anyway, beware of bidding or buying anything from these guys.

I was not informed of shipping cost before bidding. Only after bidding did they tell me I'd be charged sales tax; something I've never been charged from any online business. After winning, I was informed I'd be charged $40 to ship a 15lb package. Considering UPS will only charge you $20 to ship a 15lb package, and UPS parcel post is considerably less, Liquidation is clearly cashing in on outrageously over-the-top shipping. On top of all this, they still charge you a buyer's premium, which ran me an additional $7. All in all, my order ended up costing $60 more than what I bid. I have no intention of paying this. I plan on going to the bank right now and saying I lost my debit card to prevent them from automatically charging me. I'll also be reporting to the BBB. Moral of the story, always read reviews before conducting business with anyone.

A scam, false, misleading information even in their invoice! Take a look at this:
Shipping & Logistics $40.25
Buyers Premium $16.06
Grand Total $377.52
One would think that 6 units are being purchased in this lot, but surprise! They twist things around and one ends up paying $377.52 for just one unit that breaks down into 6 parts they call units, for which one pays $54.00 for each one, i.e. $54.00 for the charging cord, $54.00, for the pouch bag, $54.00 for the ear piece, $54.00 for the memory card and so on. These auctions are for things called lot and bulk purchases. You can't contact the seller or warn others about these practices. You can't withdraw your bid and if you do not pay, they charge your card a fine bigger than the value of the auction! Sweet things await at Liquidation.com.

Liquidation.com is a compete scam. I purchased a lot of bracelets for my business and they were described as silver with genuine gemstones. I was charged almost $50 in shipping. When they arrived, the silver tone was turning black on 98% of the bracelets and the rocks that were glued on were the farthest thing from a genuine gemstone!
When I filed a dispute, they rejected it saying that my pictures looked like the bracelets in the auction pictures. They said that I can’t prove they aren’t real stones by pictures. The only way to prove they aren't real is to have them appraised by a jeweler which would cost over $300 for every bracelet. I just want to return the product for a refund. The description was fraudulent and deceptive.
I can’t give these awful bracelets away. I would not feel confident selling them. They do not meet any honest person’s standards. There is no way for you to leave feedback or get your money back for the trash they sell. I think this site needs to be severely reprimanded or shut down. If you search online, there are thousands of complaints against them. Please help! I just want my money back and to save anyone else from this situation.

Do not deal with this site. I spent almost $1500 trying to buy a bulk lot of cameras that were supposed to be returns in box with all accessories and they were all used or broken with no accessories. After being denied a refund, I filed with Better Business Bureau and they've responded 2 times over a six month period. They also claim that the items don't have to match the description. So basically, if you buy here, you must pick up the items in person and inspect them or risk receiving worthless garbage.

I have bought a ring from the etrade2010 seller that was described to be $13000 retail. It was described as new item; however, when I have received the item, it appeared to be in a horrible condition with a cracked diamond, and the side diamonds were all different colors. I have contacted the office to return the item, but they do not want to take it back. They told me to get an appraisal from the jeweler which definitely charged me for that. But who is going to return me my money? The ring does not even cost the $2000 that I have paid. It’s a rip off and fraud!

I made several purchases from liquidation.com and the 1st purchase I made they canceled because they said my card was fraudulent. (Which it wasn’t) I decided it was no big deal and I order something else that was somewhat similar and the transaction went through and the next several transactions did also. Then I started receiving merchandise all at once. Most of the merchandise I received I was forced to return because it was not what it was advertised to be the order was short on two other orders. And they promised 12 cameras and only sent 2 then I received an email from them that I received the merchandise for the cancelled auction the first transaction I had made. I knew I had not and emailed them back to tell them that. My email came back to me they do not receive replies from their collection emails, so I called and talked to two different collection agents.
I explained I did not receive merchandise the merchandise they claimed I received. They said I did that ups said they had delivered it to my home and a woman had received it. Then they told me I was that woman. I told them that was not the case. They told me I had to send them the $545.00 they had refunded until they find the merchandise and clear up the problem. I refused to give them the money and told them I was not going to be the one paying for their mistake and I wanted proof that it was me ups said received it.
They wanted me to send them copies of all of their labels that came on the merchandise I had received to date. I said I would try to do that for them but doing this was an incredible waste of my time as I did not receive the said merchandise and so I would not have a label for that undelivered merchandise. They didn’t see my logic and told me to do it anyway.

We purchased children's clothing, and paid using credit card. The credit card's fraud department called us to verify the purchase, and during this put the charge on hold. Once we verified the charge, they released the funds to Liquidation.com, for over $1,000. Liquidation.com is apparently unable to deal with such a circumstance, because they marked the auction as unpaid, and refused to send the merchandise.
We contacted them many times on multiple occasions over the course of several weeks, letting them know our card had been charged, and attempting to contact their finance department, but they do not allow you to speak with the finance department at all. We ended up having to call the credit card, and report the issue, and our credit card company did right by us. Liquidation.com has the potential to be a great thing, but it is managed horribly, has ridiculous policies, and no sense of good business practices. When spending thousands of dollars with a company, they should be more helpful! Because our credit card company was decent, unlike Liquidation.com, we had no economic damage. I just thought the bad policies of Liquidation.com should be made public.

I had been selling high-end kitchen products on Liquidation.com. During my business relationship with them, a portion of the amount of the sale went to Liquidation.com. My last transaction resulted in a dispute with the buyer where they submitted photographs of a brand new espresso machine in perfect condition and described it as being grossly misrepresented. I had previously sold 3 other espresso machines through Liquidation.com without complaint. They retail for $2,200.00 and they were sold brand new online from between $350 to $550. Liquidation.com sided with the buyer based on the photographs the buyer sent.
I was in total shock. When the machine was finally returned to me, I took photographs as the box was being opened and the machine lifted. Those photos show a very damaged machine. The buyer was extremely careless with my property while in their possession. The finish had been gouged and the contents of the coffee samples were strewn throughout the box, but most damaging was the manual and warranty information which had been shoved into the machine, destroying the espresso machines steamer arm and tray and left to hang out the bottom of the machine. The plastic coffee depressor was cracked and broken. I contacted Liquidation.com 28 times to resolve this matter; they replied 8 times asking me what I wanted to do.
I told them I wanted to be compensated for the damage since it was their decision to refund the buyer their money, even though the buyer’s photographs depict a brand new espresso machine in perfect condition. My representative recognized the buyer’s motives as "buyer’s remorse". I explained to Liquidation.com that had the machine been returned in the same condition it was sent, I would have no problem relisting it; but since it's beyond repair, it can not be relisted. I sent an email to Liquidation.com's "sellers help" and explained to them my situation. I have yet to receive a response from them; in fact, I no longer receive any response from my representative. I can't afford to simply ignore this situation. The machine had a value of $2200 before it was sent to the buyer; upon its return, it had a value of $0. This company did not take into consideration my vested interested in the transaction. My past reputation with Liquidation.com is flawless; and aside from this particular transaction, all others were successfully completed and all parties to the transaction were well compensated. I need Liquidation.com to be held financially accountable for their actions in this transaction, to identify their mistake and provide compensation.

To do sale of those 600 bracelets I need to open those 200 packages and repack them seperetly in 600 indvidual packages even they said that they "retail reay ".
When I call to the company they said that I got 600 bracelets: 3 in one package. I dispute it but they denay my complain. I spoke with Robin in buyer department and She agree with me that the picture they show on their web side show one bacelet in 3 rows.
