When you are bidding on auctions from Liquidation.com it tells you if the items are returned, salvage or shelf pulls. And it often refers you back to the seller's return policy in the case there might be a dispute. The seller's return policy is not always what is the guideline. It basically boils down to the representative that handles your dispute. We've been told verbatim that it is the seller that decides the dispute outcome and in the next breath we have been told that it is liquidation.com that handles the resolution of those disputes.

We've had cut cords on appliances making them inoperable, and in their own definition, salvage. However the auction was bought as a return. Our dispute was denied. We've had vanity tops that were slightly cracked and received a full refund. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason in their dispute process. When you go online to dispute an item make sure that you write everything down that you're disputing because you're only going to get a confirmation email that a dispute on that auction was done, you never get a detailed summary of what that dispute was for. So if you're receiving department is the one completing the dispute it is a complete nightmare for your accounting department because they have no checks and balances.

On the other hand customer support has a complete detail of your dispute but does not feel it necessary to supply a copy of that along with the confirmation. In addition to that, the email that you receive showing payment and the amount paid underneath the transactions tab and your invoice all three show different amounts. When I finally got to speak to a supervisor I was simply informed that was the way it is and it was not going to change, that I received an email with the amount the dispute was credited for and it would be up to me to figure the buyer's premium and taxes that would be refunded to me. When I asked to speak to her boss I was informed that no one at the corporate level would speak to me as that was beneath them.

Overall the items that have been purchased because we are an end user and not a business have outweighed the difficulty that we have had with the customer service department. But after our home is built we will never deal with this customer department ever again. And if anyone knows how to get in contact with the corporate office please let me know.

On April 29, 2023, I won 3 auctions from this site from the same seller "surplusandreturns". The auction title was "Wholesale Packages Merchandise Returns, Lost Mail, Undelivered Post". The auction stated:

    - Wholesale lot of unmanifested unopened general merchandise returns.
    - It also contains mail that is Undelivered / Unclaimed/ lost.
    - This lot contains up to 30 (10-30) packages sourced from big and well knows shipping suppliers. It is unknown what's inside these packages because they have not been opened to examine the content. USPS.
    - MSRP unknown amount.

    - There is no guarantee of what's inside the packages and the condition of the items. Bid confidently and carefully.

I was excited winning these auctions because I thought I was getting unopened packages. But when I received the first batch of the packages from auction 1 & 2, I was very disappointed to see the packages are opened and and rewrapped! So obviously these packages content was examined already and have been selected, the reason all the packages are garbage and worthless. I feel so scammed, ripped off, defrauded and cheated by Liquidation. I contact them to cancel the Auction 3 and to stop the shipment because I know what I am getting. Yet they refused to cancel and asked me to file a dispute on their site if there are any issue. But when I log in to complain, I was banned because I filed a dispute on Paypal for the first batch of shipment. And the only way to get back to their site if I cancelled the dispute on Paypal, Good thing I did not close the dispute on Paypal because the following day I received an email from them denying my claim.

I am very disappointed with Liquidation.com. It used to be a great site for buying bulk merchandise but for them to defend these scammers, this really give them a bad name. They should not allow these type of dishonest sellers to sell to their site. I escalated my claim on Paypal. Please beware of Liquidation, This site cannot be trusted anymore. I will never complain if I received unopened packages as stated in the listing. This is not right at all. I want to cry so bad when I get the first batch of the packages because I just feel like I am being scammed with these opened packages. Not a great feeling at all. NEVER AGAIN!

This guy sends "undeliverable packages" from USPS and UPS. But it literally is a $200-$300 turd in a box. Some of the items didn't even have return labels on them, they were just in bags. I spent about $200 on forty some items and they are items you would buy at Dollar General or would buy in a garage sale. This guy sucks! Buyers beware.

I am new to this and understand that there is a learning curve but the bait and switch that is going on with the liquidations at Liquidation.com really surprised me. Out of sheer curiosity, I counted the reviews for liquidation.com on this website, there are 5 reviews with 5 stars, 8 reviews with 4 stars, 3 reviews with 3 stars, 19 reviews with 2 stars and... drumroll please... 268 reviews with 1 star. I really wish I had found this website before spending over $3000 in auctions. I understand that buying returns and salvage items is very risky and that is why I only purchase new and shelf pull items. I do my research because my capital is limited and I read everything on the auction that I am interested in. I even zoom in on the pictures to make sure that what they are trying to sell me is legit. I purchased some pallets of new and shelf pull clothing from Target, not a bad deal.

I noticed a lot of auctions for 20 Advanced Portable HD DVR Camcorders and the auction price wasn't cheap. I checked everything on this auction. I received the cameras and the box stated that there were USB and HDMI ports to stream the video to another device. This was a key feature. Unfortunately the cameras themselves did not have either of these ports. I immediately submitted a dispute with logistics.com. I meticulously prepared documents with photos and explanations and submitted them.

About 10 days later I received an email stating that liquidation.com is going to pay the seller because I failed to submit any evidence proving my claim. I'm sure I can't be the only one that actually looks at the product before selling it and I still see the same cameras being auctioned. I just don't get it. Another auction was for masks, the auction stated 1000, I received 900. I didn't even bother to submit a dispute. I won't be using liquidation.com again and if you decide to take a chance, read the other 268 single star reviews first, I wish I had.

This company sells bait and switch merchandise at auction. Whether it is the company or its sellers they promise great deals and they deliver junk or fake items. For example they will have auctions saying i14 Pro Max 3 for $290. Of course the average person will think they are Apple iPhone 14s. But no... They are fake Chinese iPhone 14 lookalikes running Android OS. That's just one example. There are hundreds of similar scam auctions. This is just one of the problems with this site. I have heard many other horror stories. Just search for "liquidation.com reviews" and you will see what I mean. If you bid on an item and then you want to retract the bid before the auction they do not allow retraction of bids and then you have to dispute with your CC company of course. If you paid by wire you can say goodbye to your money. I suggest you stay away if you value your money.

We purchased a 'package' of electronic returns from Liquidation.com. The seller stated MSRP was $4011.00, but when we received the package and inventoried the items they sent, the actual MSRP from manufacturer's websites was $1861.25. That's a difference of over $2100 between stated MSRP and actual MSRP. In addition, 2 of the 'big ticket items' in the auction package were airpods, both of which were sealed in their boxes. However, further inspection showed that the items had been replaced with counterfeit/damaged items, and were re-sealed to appear like new. The other big ticket item was a security camera system, but it had been used and had a password set on it. We were unable to get the password reset, so this item is useless, too.

We contacted Liquidation.com about our issues with this transaction, and they wouldn't assist us because we tried to sell some of the items before filing the complaint. But unfortunately, we couldn't know the extent that we were defrauded until we sold the airpods and were advised by our eBay buyers that the items were fakes. Avoid purchasing from this company if you expect to get any decent merchandise or any level of service after a sale.

There are sellers and Auction site but they basically in cahoots with each other. They have automated shill bidders to make sure they get the most money out of you. How do I know? Because all my auctions, I had losing bids for days and up to the last few hours I was losing then all of a sudden I got a notification hours before the auction ended that I won the bid. Oh well, I was regretting that last bid but since I won. I had to pay now so I did.

Took very long to ship and when the first lot arrived, it wasn't as advertised. I won 4 Lenovo Chromebook. The first two was abused and was told it was refurbished, it is more like salvaged. The pictures didn't show any stickers and all the units I received has all kinds of property stickers like they used in schools. These stickers are hard to remove because they are intended as anti-theft stickers. I removed the stickers and scratches are all over the place, I was wondering how that was possible? I thought the stickers would have protected the shell but I'm guessing this laptops has been re-incarnated more than twice already.

The other two of four I received was even worst. Let's just say the stickers and scratches are the least of my concerns. The touchpad was falling of, the power cords are not working, scratches on the screen, the screws missing as well as the little rubber pads that cover them. No doubt these 2 are going to disposal. The garbage man may not even take it. So in case I forgot to mention, there is another lot. I waited patiently but keeping my hopes up that this might be a better batch but after many 3 weeks of waiting, it was agreed to just cancel it.

These crooks still charged me with cancellation fee even though it was not my fault. I can open a dispute for the first lot but it will only prolong the game these people are playing. I can only wish I can go back in time and not deal with this company. Learn from my mistake and hopefully I can save some people that may be reading this.

Liquidation.com supports scammers and allows them to freely operate on their site with no repercussions. I ordered "High End Boutique Returns", essentially what was supposed to be mail returns to a high end boutique in Beverly Hills, CA. First of all, they printed a literal copy of MY shipping label and stuck it to every single flat rate bubble mailer included in my shipment. They even blacked out the "to" and "from" although you can still read it when held to the light. Full of Salvation Army quality clothing worth $3-$5 each. 10 year old worn Calvin Klein shirts etc. Nothing at all that would be sold in a high end boutique anywhere in LA, never mind Beverly Hills. When I contacted the company they made me send in 60 photos and videos before flat out rejecting my dispute saying "contents unknown". Better off hunting thrift stores and flea markets than believing ANYTHING from liquidation.com.

I purchased 498 Taotronics Soundliberty 97, 95 and 92 earbuds from Liquidation.com. The condition was listed as "shelf-pulls" which they define as merchandise never purchased from a store and pulled off the shelf. Most of the items I received were still in the plastic wrapping. When I opened one to test out the quality, it would not charge. I tested 14 more and none of them worked. When I contacted them, they advised me I would need to send a video of each defective item to receive a refund for each one. That is 498 videos. 498!

If I were to try and charge each unit for the 3 hours advised in the instruction manual, and charged them 24 hours a day, it would take me over 62 days to finish charging them! At that point I would assume they would tell me that it is well past the return window and they cannot be sure that I didn't damage the items myself. They still stood by their decision and denied my return.

I have now submitted a dispute with my bank and will be sending a letter to the BBB, FTC and my state attorney general to lodge formal complaints against this company. I can only hope my bank takes my side in the claim. Please avoid this company at all costs as their communication skill are dismal. They didn't even email or call me to tell me my dispute was rejected. I only found out after emailing 4 times, then calling them. Purchased two “packages” - First I purchased a mixed package of Returns and/or shelf pulls. The actual purchase price was low, however, where they made up their money was the ungodly shipping costs. Had a “opening” experience for a few friends that were interested in getting involved. I received JUNK, worn clothing, hairy dog supplies, screws, old phone cases, weird stickers only useable thing was a men's walmart watch. So, I decided undeliverable packages. They valued the 40 packages at over $6000. Had a bidding war and after SHIPPING I paid about $600+ but according to their advertising the total value was going to be over $6000.

I beg you people go and spend your money any other way - we got expired food. Yes 2 bags of returned rice, 2 yr old date book, cell phone cases for all the odd phones, masks, off brand squirt guns. The biggest box was a blow up unicorn water tunnel…has a hole in it! More screws from not sure where or what. Books, used torn, dog chewed book. Expired, leaking face cream. Pure GARBAGE. Do not believe these tik tok unveiling videos. Folks, 90% are returns and people don’t care how they return things or if all pieces are even in the box. You don’t need the headache, frustration or anymore garbage. I’ve bought a pallet based on its size, weight & dimension. 1/4th of the size and the weight was expired food; Another 3 boxes were with foods that expire in 20 days; also expired medications, drink shakes, disinfecting wipes, 2000 of Biden’s stickers, half of box of COVID masks, half of box of old phone cases - all junk, out-aged stuff and prohibited items. The wooden pallet itself was 70 pound which is almost 10% of the total weight. I opened a dispute, and the CS gave 24 hours to count each sticker and each can, and picture it all. I made the pics of what was expired but refused to count the cans and stickers and my dispute was declined.

This site is a total scam with no rules for the sellers. As I read the rules, I see “Buyer must, buyer is required, buyer has to, buyer is obligated, etc” and nothing for the sellers. They have no list of prohibited items, no shipping time frames, and no obligations to fill out manifests and descriptions. Beware people, as I’m going to list my expired food on there soon!

I wanted to bid on iPad lots. I've done some careful researching...currently iPad gen 4 and below do not work with the Apple App Store and iTunes store - because the iOS is too old and not upgradeable. This is also true of the iPad mini 1, and the iPad Pro. Sure, you can turn them on, log in and use them with WiFi - but not much else. You can't use them for Facebook, Apple TV+, e.g., there are no useable apps. Probably, you can get on the Internet but most likely any pages with any type of Interaction- will fail.

So I was very dismayed to see the lots sold on Liquidation.com contain mostly older models. In fact like one person suggested the advert will say iPad Air or iPad 5th generation. A completely over jacked MSRP will show values of 1,000s of dollars. But when I looked at the manifest list there were very few that were useable models, often the model in the listing would show up as only 1 unit. Then there would be 47 other units of older models - all with ridiculous values. Sure when they were new in 2010 they might have been worth 600.00 but these models should be given away not sold - they no longer have any value. And yes, I'm talking about new-in-the-box - not just returns, etc.

Not surprisingly, very few of these iPad lots had even a single bid - starting at 1200.00 and more. I did ask if I could challenge the MSRP but the support person said the MSRP value is just a suggestion. That may be so - but the lots have starting bids to match the MSRP. Deceptive! But if these lots do sell - unless the buyer can resell them to other clueless people who don't understand - there is a cutoff model that won't work well or at all...

We resubmitted our dispute as well as photo evidence within the allotted 24 hours. Within 2 or three days we received notification that a full refund would be issued and nothing had to be returned.

Liquidation.com, Amazon and all the merchandisers that support this ripoff practice should be ashamed. Please don't allow them to keep your money!!! If customer service refuses to issue a refund please contact the Better Business Bureau as this is the only way to stop businesses from taking advantage of consumers. They misrepresented all of the items and we weren't going to pay for their junk!

If I could leave no stars I would! This company is just awful. I purchased a $400 pallet from them that was delivered to the wrong address. When I inquired with them about where it was delivered bc I had not received it they said they would look into it but never got back. I filed a complaint with UPS and opened a PayPal dispute bc I never received the item! Luckily ups got it sorted and finally got it delivered to the right address. Upon receiving most the items were either broken or garbage. They claimed the pallet was worth $2,000 which is an absolute joke and false! They’ve since blocked my account so I can’t contact them with my complaint. So I will be contacting PayPal again for a refund or my bank. BUYERS BEWARE!

My name is Sandra ** and my user id is **. I have been a seller for liquidation.com for 6 years 7 months. I'm writing this email to let you know that I had a dispute several months ago from a buyer. Customer support ruled that the dispute was in MY FAVOR and that I would be paid for disputed item. Then about a week later they changed the outcome of dispute and said the buyer was in favor. I read in my contract that that all rulings of disputes are FINAL. I sent whoever does disputes more paperwork and as of today NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

Meanwhile, 2 items that were sent out to two buyers have been completed and it says "paying seller" on Dec 2. I still haven't gotten paid for those 2 items and I was wondering what was taking so long. I come to find out from Jacinta ** that I have a negative balance on my account for the dispute and that money was being taken out from my items for the dispute and that UPS said item was undelivered because I was not home. This is not true. I stay home all day every day and not one UPS package was delivered to me and if they did they never put a note saying, "Sorry we missed" note they always put on my door saying they tried to deliver a package to me. I never got item back from buyer and I was told by Jacinta ** not to worry that the company would take care of dispute.

Now all of a sudden I'm not getting paid for my items because of this said dispute?? I will not sell anything else on LIQUIDATION.COM site until I receive all monies due me for all of my items. I also will write complaints to BBB and whoever else I can regarding this matter. I have been a seller for this company 6 years and 7 months and I know there are a lot of complaints regarding this company. I will not let this company steal from me because that is what this company is doing by not paying me for my items. I want payment immediately for all items that have been sent out.

Also, this is from Liquidation.com Terms and Conditions. It states: Our customer service department accepts and reviews legitimate claims solely as a service. Liquidity Services is not responsible or liable for any Assets, or Listings of third-party sellers. Where you have a legitimate claim, refunds or returns of merchandise must be approved by our customer service department. All decisions of the customer service department are final

Also, I never received a tracking number from Jacinta ** or anyone else at Liquidation.com or the buyer for allegedly sending my item back to me. Jacinta ** said I refused item and said it was undeliverable which is a complete and total lie. I want tracking number so I can investigate if item was actually sent. This company has so many complaints from people because of their unscrupulous business practices. I have no idea WHY LIQUIDATION.COM is not investigated and shut down. I want all money from items I sold on LIQUIDATION.COM totaling $280.

I have been making Liquidations sales for about a year now and have purchased pallets or lots from several companies. I have now bought five different lots from Liqudation.com, including my current box purchased on 11/25/2020. I have bought electronic boxes, General Merchandise, and current health and beauty. I have found that about 10 - 20 percent of the items are broken or worthless, but that is the chance you take in the Piqudation game. I have never lost money on a pallet, and most of the items are sell quickly or have sold at Yard Sales.

Con: Here is my issue; I could pick my Warehouse orders in Princeton, Indiana. But due to COVID, they are still in a ship only unless you buy a full pallet. Their policy is adding anywhere from $50 - $175 in the shipping cost per order, making the pallets cost over 20% of the total value on my orders. Pro: Shipping is fast and packed in good condition. I think people need to understand the difference between a listed auction of boxes, Gaylord pallets, and Large item actions. I would never buy large items without being able to inspect those items.

I am new to the reselling world but after researching and weighing the risks I decided to take a chance on ordering from Liquidation.com. I ordered a pallet of customer returns, having researched and talked to other people who have ordered from them I felt confident that I would be able to at the very least get my money back and possibly make a few bucks. I figured it would be a learning experience and I was aware that I was taking a risk that I would be getting a percentage of items that would be used or possibly not working. Most people that I talked to said that I could count on around 10 to 20% of items being used condition or possibly not working. I felt that I would be ok and would still at the very least make my money back and also get an idea of what to expect on future orders.

After receiving the pallet I would say that maybe 50% of items are resalable if that. One item was a damaged open box that had a toaster oven in it that was probably 10 years old - total loss, I received 4 microwaves none of which worked at all 2 were destroyed (falling apart) and 1 was not working and 1 was an old microwave that was thrown in a box that had not insides and was like a Walmart $50.00 microwave when it was new. The rest of the pallet was air fryers half of which did not work. Total loss! I think I maybe have 5 items that I was able to resell and they were cheap air fryers. Spent $900.00 all in.

I called customer service because I felt that the listing was misrepresented, I bought a customer return pallet NOT a salvage pallet! I feel like I got 80% salvage and that it not an exaggeration. They told me that was the risk that you take and that they could put in a claim but that the sellers would not do anything about it. I feel like I was 100% misled and I will not be doing business with them again. I caution anyone thinking of buying from this company that you will not get what you pay for. I knew I was taking a chance but as I stated above, this was a salvage pallet not a customer return pallet. Lesson Learned!

I was looking for a place where I could buy pallets for my Ebay business and came across Liquidation.com. thought I would give it a try and found a lot of baby clothes that were adorable. Did my due diligence and read through the manifest, description of what I'd be getting and photos. Everything was listed as new and were supposedly "overstock" items. I figured all in at 400.00 total could easily make my money back plus a little more. I enjoy selling things and realize I'm not going to make millions doing it. I was so excited when the box arrived and couldn't wait to see all the cute clothes.

When I opened the box I almost threw up. Not sure where this box had come from but all I can say is it smelled as if it had been sitting in a musty basement for years. All of the clothes I received were not what I was shown. Out of 100 onesies I had 5 that were okay. Most were missing female end of snaps, stained and looked liked they were ones that came off the line messed up. No tags to tell me what size they were and not 100% cotton as promised. I am very disappointed that this company seems to keep doing this and getting away with scamming people out of their hard-earned money.

The clothes that were in this box were so nasty I wouldn't give them away. Please stay away from the company. I'm sure not all the sellers are this way but don't trust enough to even try again. If you're buying from them beware. Don't buy from a marketplace seller, Beauty Breeze. Not only did they do a bait and switch on me but the clothes they did send me were so poorly made that if a snap ever fell off it could be dangerous for a infant, stay away.

This is how it works. I know, first hand. Upon arrival from Amazon, for example to Liquidation.com, each product received is inventoried. Immediate, the "good" is separated from the bad, during the inventory process. The highly resellable items are separated on to color coded and numbered pallets, known as "premiums." Those are NEVER sold on the auction site. Those are 1st offered to some key employees, very cheap, then they are put on the "like new" website, many resold on Amazon & Ebay.

The remainder after the initial QC, these are not on the 'PREMUIM' pallets are sold "as is" on the auction site. Some items are accidents put on the auction pallets that are in "Good or Premium" condition and are re-sellable and some are left intentionally, as they've got too many or they do not sell well even as premiums. Some are transported back for auction sale after 45 days, if they, for any reason, were not sold. Some suckered on the Auction end, will end up with it. You'll never, ever get what's described, it is, a SCAM. Actually, its criminal. Also, to make matters worse, the company charges double the shipping charges to you, the buyer and they use independent contractors to handle the merchandise and get this one, they also pick through your stuff and steal it, before it gets to you. PT Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute."

Pros: The product is nice and they give manifests. Cons: You WILL get conned if you let them ship for you. I'm sharing this story so no one else gets extorted or scammed. We are a small business just starting out. We leased warehouse space WITH A DOCK for our pallet purchasing. We purchased two auctions from Liquidation.com. One a set of 10 pallets of returns from Home Depot and the second a set of 14 pallets from Home Depot. We decided to let them arrange shipping and paid $400 per load to have them go to our warehouse 20 miles away from the Liquidation.com Warehouse in Plainfield Indiana. We saw on our transaction for the 14 pallets 2 PRO numbers but no shipper information. Spent 2 days trying to get liquidation.com to tell us who had these loads to get them scheduled. Never once got them to respond.

Finally got through and was told that UPS had our shipment and they would be calling us to schedule. Our second load did not show shipped for the 10 pallets so we focused on the loads they showed were shipped. Unfortunately they entered the pallet tracking backwards. Our 14 pallet load was with some unnamed shipping company (they STILL won't release the name of this company) and the 10 pallets turned out to be with UPS. Turns out the 14 pallets shipped NOT the 10 so the UPS tracking numbers were useless.

We didn't get the Pro number for unnamed company until AFTER our load was scheduled. The scheduler told us they would deliver between noon and 1. We sat on our dock for 4 hours waiting. No truck and no one to contact. Finally get a call from a guy who barely spoke English stating Liquidation.com was running HOURS behind on loading him and he wouldn't make his scheduled time. He asked to deliver after 5 pm. We explained to him that after 5pm people started parking on the street and that would make it narrow for his truck to pull in. We were told we'd be charged if we didn't agree to take it anyway. We agreed but told them they had to figure out how to maneuver the cars.

Truck finally arrives around 5. Driver gets out, speaks on the phone to his dispatch in a foreign language for a good hour then comes back and says we need to figure something out because he can't get back to our dock. Also were told they'd charge us or keep our load if we didn't figure it out for them. We tried to get ahold of liquidation.com because this was starting to look like outright theft or extortion. They didn't answer. The trucking company says they can come back at night but they are going to have to move our stuff out of their semi into box trucks and we'll have to load manually into our dock. We agree and stay until 2 am unloading this truck in the most bizarre set of rules I've ever seen.

At this point they've now got two of their trucks being used. They then won't let us look at the last 4 pallets and tell us they are too heavy to move by hand and we need a forklift. As a small business, we do not have a forklift. They tell us they will take our last 4 pallets (that they refused to let us see) and come back the next day and we'd better have a forklift to unload directly in front of our dock. We pay the expense to get the forklift dropped to us, pay to get quickly forklift certified, and pay for more man hours to get these last 4 mysterious pallets. We again explained, all loads need to be scheduled so when they came back they needed to schedule it so someone would be there.

The second day rolls around and these jokers call to say they are 10 minutes away. It's an unmanned warehouse. No one is within 10 minutes and the forklift certs weren't in place since we were renting on the fly. We tell them they were told to schedule the load and that we could have staff available and the dock available at noon. They agree. Ironically, they pull right into our dock and even offer to pull up to our dock with THE SAME TRUCK THEY SAID THE DAY BEFORE COULDN'T get into our dock! The forklift wasn't needed and they were DEFINITELY lying about the day before. We had no choice, we get our last 4 pallets that DID NOT NEED A FORKLIFT, watch the driver turn around in our dock and drive away no problems.

The next day we get a very unprofessional email from Liquidation.com saying we owe them another $2000 or they are cutting off our supplier account with them and appear to be telling UPS to withhold our second paid for lot. In case anyone doesn't realize it, this is ILLEGAL and considered extortion to harm a small business by cutting off their supply chain to force bogus charges to be paid. It's also blackmail because at this point we have already paid for the second "missing" load from UPS and they are being instructed NOT to schedule with us or contact us.

They claim the reason we owe them $2000 is because we didn't have a commercial loading dock (WE DO) and they "had to wait on our forklift" (they didn't and it wasn't needed). I stated our case to Liquidation.com and they persisted with their extortion attempts and blackmail. We have the interaction on our security cameras and are able to prove it's a commercial loading dock and the driver was able to gain access no problem on the second day after lying to us the first and costing us a ton of money we didn't have for man hours and forklift rental. Liquidation.com doesn't want to hear it and they are persisting in being unscrupulous. They will not release a valid invoice stating the trucking company is charging them these charges, the name of the trucking company, or any of that company's information so we can submit our dispute directly.

Buyer beware! They do not like competition. If you take truckloads, they will try to tank you before your business starts and apparently aren't above extortion or blackmail with their trucking companies. We are still owed our second truck and they have cut off our ability to purchase further items so we are left with a gap in our supply chain. We are also left with man hours we couldn't afford, a forklift we couldn't afford, and a forklift training certification class we couldn't afford. These people are dishonest in every fashion when it comes to their shipping department.

We have purchased from them before and we picked up from them and it was great. We moved up to purchasing full and half trucks from them and it was a mistake. They totally scammed us with the help of the trucking agency. Their shipping department doesn't return calls, nor accurately provide tracking or contact information and they do expect you to blindly accept loads 24-7 no questions asked. Most people buying from them are small businesses and can't man a dock 24-7 nor is it safe to accept unscheduled loads so these guys are full of it. Save yourself some hassle, ignore their lies on "extreme unboxing" (which was staged from what I can see) and know they aren't, in our experience and opinion, an honest company nor do they deal with honest shippers.

Here's my experience. I understand that you are buying in bulk and some items might not be the exact match. But this seller flat out scammed me. 100% of the items received did not match the photos shown on the bid nor was even a same grade. The seller had wedding grade jewelries and other fashion jewelries with gems and fine metal. All 540 items I received were made with fabrics and plastic and skulls as opposed to wedding. Not even the same grade of jewelries!

Now, if Liquidation.com was responsible agents and went after the seller to make sure they represent correctly what they sold, I'd understand. But they went ahead and paid the seller instead of waiting for my photo proof. I did send them the photo proof but I am not optimistic that liquidation.com cares. I won't be shopping here anymore. Minimum shipping fee was higher than other auction places. As a first-time buyer, I trusted the seller review but it turned out that buyers cannot post seller reviews so the seller review was useless.

A lot of money for a stay at home mom. Anyways, after getting the merchandise and sorting through the stuff I was very shocked as most of the items were just junk. As of today I've only made about $40. I did sell a knife on eBay but I am still waiting for the buyer to decide if he is sending it back or not. If he keeps it I will have made a little back on that maybe $120.00 after ebay's fees and shipping costs. I will continue to try and sell the rest but doubt I will even make back what I paid for the stuff. The point I am getting at is you will be lucky to make a profit on such items. I paid for fully functional devices but they sent me all defected devices. They did misrepresentation of merchandise that is open scam. All devices NOT fully functioned. 12 devices Face ID malfunctioned or NOT available and 3 of items with passcode locked screen and IMEI showed lost or stolen. I tried to contact over the phone but they did not give reasonable or helpful answer and advise me open dispute online and follow the steps. I purchased a pallet of mixed household goods. It was listed MSRP of almost 8000.00 and a QUANTITY VARIANCE of 2%, not true. It was more like 30%. Of the 48 pieces, 8 were complete junk and another 6 items were missing important parts rendering the items useless for resale. As a reseller, I'm not even going to break even on this pallet. A loss of approximately 900.00 from what I paid with shipping. Shipping was another story, It took them almost 2 weeks to ship after I paid them the day I won the auction. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. I'm not sure if it Liqudation.com fault entirely, The actual seller was Retuns2canada and I pretty sure this company buys truck loads and then palletized products to make a profit.

My last auction, I was the only person to bid thinking that I am buying refurbished Verizon's network LG V40 units and would be workable with a network if not all. I was aware that it is a demo unit but I was not aware that a demo unit is only wifi friendly and does not support any wireless networks. Also, all phones were password protected and they were not able to give me any help there. That too was not specified. Lastly, screen also had screen burn and that was not specified in the manifesto and I decided to return the whole lot as it was not worth my time. The billing was very very uncooperative and literally arrogant that they did not leave me any option rather than filing the case with my bank.

I was shocked upon open all items. 1/3 of the items was missing (from manifest). 1/3 of other items was COMPLETE damage such as headphone without earpiece, wire completely broken apart from earpieces. They put these in plastic bag and put label barcode on it. These were clearly salvage/damage items (according to their item condition definition). These were trash and they basically could just put them in the boxes and sell it. They didn't have pictures of each individual item so nobody tell how much trash in it. I emailed them and ask for refund. They refunded me only the missing items. All salvaged items were not refunded. I am done with them. STAY AWAY!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I won a bid for a pallet of baby goods. It was approximately $8,000 worth of stuff that I paid $1,400 for. About a week and a half later I receive the pallet (same pallet in the picture that they advertised) but not a single item from the manifest was in the boxes that they shipped. Instead, half of the boxes in the pallet were filled with small plastic trash bins. These items were not worth more than $300 MSRP.

I made the mistake of not filming the pallet as it arrived and opening it on video. I opened every single box looking for at least a single item that was listed in the manifest and nothing. At this point they could have argued that I emptied out the boxes and replaced the items in it. Luckily I was able to use the argument that the items in the manifest could not physically fit in the pallet that they sent me. For example, one out of 400 items in the manifest was a baby crib. There was no way that a 90lbs crib could fit in what they sent and that 90lbs was 1/3 of the total weight of the shipment.

After numerous emails, photos and videos that I sent to them they decided to give me a refund. But it didn't end there. The process of getting my refund was hell. They state that in order to get a refund the pallet needs to be picked up from me within 5 business days. I don't hear anything from anyone about picking up the pallet after 2 days so I call customer service. They tell me all I have to do is tape the bill of landing to the pallet and that someone will be in contact with me to pick it up. Two days later I hear nothing so I call back on the 4th day and explain to the person that I have not heard from the company that was supposed to pick up the pallet and I WILL NOT be responsible if the pallet is not picked up within the 5th business day.

She emails the shipping company and finally they pick it up on the 6th business day. At this point is past the 5th business day so I'm not supposed to get a refund, and so I receive an email saying that my refund has been cancelled because the item has not arrived at their location. The same day that I receive this email the package had arrived at their location, and the email also stated that if they received an unauthorized pallet that I would be charged an additional $200 for receiving an unexpected return. I was furious, called customer service and demanded to speak to a manager. They didn't transfer me to a manager but the person I spoke with told me that he would speak to a manager and get my refund processed since it was not my fault that the shipment was not picked up in time.

They finally say that the refund will be processed and that I should have the money within 5 business days. I call back on the 5th business day because I had not received the refund. The person I spoke to told me to wait until tomorrow because it was the 5th business day. I told her to look into my refund because my situation was unique and I needed to be 100% sure that it was processed. The rep brushed it off and told me it should be in my account by the following day. 2 days later, nothing. So I call back and spoke with the same person and DEMANDED my refund was looked into.

She looked into in and it had not been processed. She then tells that a manager processed the refund and to wait an additional 3-5 days. Today is number 2 of the 3-5 business days. Lets see if I finally get my refund. They are so disorganized and customer service doesn't know ** about anything, its almost as if they are scared to ask manager questions. I can see them making money from people who are not persistent enough to call back for a refund, or who are lazy to open a dispute against them.

I bought some headphones online via liquidation.com. I won the bid and I sent in money for the shipping and for my product right after I won. I was expecting immediate shipping because I thought I paid a premium for the shipping. I looked for the tracking code the next day and I notice that my goods were in a still ready for shipping status. I look at the status the next day and nothing changed. I called and talked to a representative and they told me that I should allow up to three business days. I thought that was too long but I waited.

On day four I called again and I talked to the representative and they assured me that my product would shipped the next day. Later, I got a phone and the representative left a message telling me that the warehouse had misplaced my order and he was going to cancel my order. First, I didn't give them permission to cancel my order and second I didn't understand why they couldn't replace my order when they were still selling the same product online. I didn't want to go back through the bidding process because of the risk of paying more for the product. The representative told me that they would give me 10% off but wouldn't be enough if I paid twenty percent more for the product. I didn't think that I should be taking a risk for something that I already purchased. I shouldn't have to pay for an error that liquidation.com made or its affiliates made. I should be kept whole. I bought several lots of "Shelf Pulls" from this company, as advised by one of their phone reps, because these items were not "returns" or "salvage" and that way, I'd be receiving merchandise that hadn't gone through another customer's hands first... WRONG... Every item I received, sans a very few, were COMPLETE TRASH and not worth the money paid. I disputed it with Liquidation.com repeatedly, sent all the pictures and descriptions of the damaged items to my CC company, all to no avail. They give you 48 hours to dispute anything, but then you find out that you agreed to take whatever you get, with no refunds/compensation possible.

My problem is I sold items that (appeared to be) new, sometimes overseas, through eBay. By the time you have the item shipped back, because the buyer says its defective, it isn't even worth the cost of shipping it BACK, so you lose money both ways. Plus, it affects your seller profile as an eBay seller, selling all the junk that Liquidation.com sends you. I believe I will eventually make back all the money on spent on this junk, but it's already taken me over 6 months of hard work and I'm not even there yet.

So, PLEASE, PLEASE beware of what you are buying. Most times you don't even have an opportunity to test the items (Gas, Two-Way Valve, for example) so you don't even know if what you're selling will work for the buyer. Very deceptive practices in their advertising "Bath and Body items - value $39.00", for a DECAL for your car... This is what I'm talking about. And based on other reviewers, don't even think to buy the iPhones and stuff; I'm sure that's totally deceptive as well. Unfortunately, I had no recourse with my CC company, and likely, neither would you. So STAY AWAY...

Upon opening it, it reeked of black mold and was also COVERED in black mold, food, and bugs flew out of it and bit my daughter multiple times.

We sent over a dispute to the company thinking that there was no way it would be denied because the condition it stated it was in was not the condition we received it in. They have a return policy in place for that reason. They denied our dispute not once but twice, Saying that a return can develop mold by sitting in the warehouse... ok... that should not happen. Anyway, the description itself didn’t mention black mold at all. The description should have said “salvaged from a junk yard.” We even sent them over 20 photos.

So I called and they said, "The manager will get to you by the end of the day". He never did. So I called Friday, the 22, at 2:30 and explained to them what happened. They explained that they will let him know and that he was currently in a call but would call me after. 5pm rolls around and still no call.

So I called back and said I’m still waiting on a call and the customer service representative said, "Is this a good number to call you back?" She repeated back my husband's number. I said no I’ve told you guys three times now and it’s been written in the notes that you have to call my number because my husband is deployed. She responded well the Manager called you on the 20th but it said the number was not receiving phone calls. They called my husband’s number and he obviously did not answer so the manager closed the dispute. No one cared to look into an email and three notes that stated to call my number, not my husband’s.

Their employees are there to protect the unethical sellers that pay them. Do your due diligence, my post is to warn you about a couple of con men organizations that most of us with any experience already avoid like the plague. 1st is Appliance Source 5. Every refrigerator I have purchased along with all washers and freezers have been complete junk that they barely go out of their way to hide. All pieces had a 3x5 sticker on them that said "write off" on them that they covered with another sticker that had my name on it. This was knowingly done by Liquidation.com.

The other con man group is "Aman fashions"... Avoid both. You'll be dollars ahead. Aman sells junk as "new" then Liquidation.com covers their back when it doesn't work and screws us buyers when they file a claim, with their BS, "Send us a video of the problem." What video do you need? It was sold as new and it doesn't work. The best advice is this. Purchase with a credit card and when they rip you off call your CC company and file a complaint. The CC company will pull the payment and you will get your money back and the thieves will have to pick up their garbage at their expense.

The grade C items other sites sell are actually D and E grade from these guys. We sourced from them doing our best to be careful and first year we grew. Then they just went over the cliff. We built up to 2k plus a week in purchases then started only receiving absolute JUNK. Andy..customer service rep for the Garland site started off concerned and helpful but became more and more distant as the company became more and more fraudulent.

The floor supervisor in customer pickup is totally unprofessional and not qualified to serve hamburgers much less oversee a dept. That customers rely on to make their business function. Our purchases went from 2k a week to 300 every 2 weeks. We ALMOST had to close our business since we relied so heavily on them. The last straw was when we purchased a lot of Sony speakers expecting the quality we come to rely on and received salvage product. We refused the order. Angela and the shop manager..some new guy..they seem to go through them..refused to work with us acting as they..not us..knew what was best for us. They called it an abandoned lot..charged a 200.00 fee and defrauded us by forcing us to sign acceptance of the order BEFORE we inspected it.

After inspection they printed out a copy of the forced acceptance and said well you signed off so you are screwed. Attempted to contact and speak to Andy. Refused a call back. Never available etc. All the tactics used to hide and avoid the problem. We stayed loyal to this company despite all the warning signs. Our mistake. My wife and I are veterans of the retail industry with 35 plus years each. Most of it in management. Well lesson learned on using scammers and fraudulent companies for sourcing when starting up a small business. We have since found other sourcing with honest manifests/product description and quality standards.

If anyone else who has been defrauded by this company wants to get together for a class action I have over 50 manifests downloaded and saved showing inflated value of up to 5-600% THAt IS RIGHT! UP TO 6 TIMES ORIGINAL VALUE OR MORE. BEWARE AND NEVER SOURCE HERE. So I couldn't find it and check my spam and they sent me a email on Monday and it says they want more evidence meaning videos.

What more evidence do you need besides pictures! So I go back through the iPhones and spend a few hours away from my retail business in order to fulfill their request. Then I'm going through my email and I see at 11am they sent me a email saying the awarded the seller the money. What are you serious? Three of the three phones that turn on have iCloud. I've been purchasing goods from this company for over fifteen years. Yes I have had some bad experiences also. I've experienced most of the stories that I've read here. What I have learned, is to make money with this company, you have to work! These are returns. How do you handle the things that you return? You have to pick your auctions and research them. I mean go to the manifest and check what each one of those items sell for. Don't just look at the manifest, research each item on it. I've found items that the manifest had listed worth hundreds of dollars that were actually worth less than ten dollars. Research, research, research. You have to do it!!!

On the page where you bid, if you look you can check the sellers ratings. Research the individual Seller. You are buying from individuals who use liquidation companies as a platform to sell their product. They are the sellers. Liquidation.com is the middleman and does not have time to inspect each individual auction. Learn your sellers. I've purchased auctions from bad sellers and lost my butt on some. Dump that seller and find an honest one. Stay away from electronics, phones, TVs etc... Never had a good experience with those. I've also returned auctions with no hassle, if you get all of your information in by the forty-eight hour period. Which can be trying sometimes. I've also been denied returns. All part of the learning process. There are many good companies on here and many bad ones. Companies on here come and go. You have to find the good ones and bid on their auctions only (as long as they're around).

I've purchased three auctions this past month. One, General Merchandise, One, Health and Beauty, and One, Electronics, that I bid on accidentally and received today. And today the company that I bid on their auctions exclusively, again did me justice. The other two auctions I doubled my purchase price and this one I look to make a couple hundred dollars more than I paid for it. If you want to make money buying and selling returns, you need to treat it like the job it is and do your RESEARCH! I've made money with this company for the last eight years without incident, because I now know what I'm doing. You won't become a millionaire, but if you're sixty-three, like me, you can add a substantial amount to your monthly income and your health to boot.

Sept 23rd 2019: I won an auction on Liquidation.com for 30 iPhone 7. The devices are listed as used and powers on per item description. These devices are a mix of unlocked and carrier-based items. Sept 27th: I received the items. 8 out of 30 are in a complete savage condition. They look like a forklift ran over them, and won't turn on. The other 22 did power on. Almost none of the 22 devices can be activated. I tried with different carrier sim cards and via iTunes and they are prevented from being activated. I went ahead to run a serial number check on them on Apple's website. I found most of them to be described as replaced by Apple, this means a claim was raised on them as damaged or stolen and an insurance company or Apple replaced it. The unit is supposed to be returned to Apple if damaged, if stolen it can't be used anymore.

I also did a further check and found some of these devices are blacklisted, meaning they are reported stolen or not paid off by the user, so the carrier blocked them. I opened a dispute with liquidation.com and sent proof (videos and photos) of the damaged devices as well as explained the issues I'm having; the same day I got the devices. Oct 2nd: Liquidation contacted me and asked for the serial number of all the devices I received from them, this needs to be sent in 24 hours. I emailed them to let them know I am away from my home and won't return on until the 12th, then I'll be able to send these numbers. I left for a work trip on Monday 1st and don't return till the 12th of October.

Oct 3rd: I get an email from them saying a.) I didn't send video and photos to prove my claim (False, I sent at least two videos multiple photos and well-detailed emails on several occasions). b.) Since I didn't provide the serial numbers my case is closed and the seller is awarded the money. I have called them and the customer care aid they can't do anything. They cancelled the auction I had won within 1 hour of receiving email I had won. Very shady because they own an online retail store and the items I had bid on were self pulls still in boxes. So, I'm just going to assume they wanted to sell it on their site individually for more money. They have not relisted the auction, just completely removed it without explanation. I sent an email but don't expect to hear anything back based on previous reviews. I'd stay away because it appears they sell nothing but junk and pick the good items for themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that one of the cameras actually came with a lens and sd card when they were listed as body only and both cameras worked well! I will be making my money back and I am keeping the most expensive camera and most expensive headphones! I do not feel bad for all of the people complaining about getting "ripped off" when most of their complaints sound like they didn't do enough research on the products they bid on.

Stay away from everything but the Amazon Returns and keep in mind that returns does not mean you will be getting everything brand new in box. Things get returned for a reason and some people scam Amazon returns because they have an extremely relaxed return policy. If you stick to Amazon Electronics and compare the pictures to the manifest and do some research on the items before you buy you will have a lot of success! Obviously you aren't going to be able to just take their word for the MSRP listed. People should not have such high expectations and believe that flipping this stuff is like getting free money. Do your own due diligence and make sure you are bidding on quality items and hope for the best!

However, the picture used on the website states stock photo. I said ok, stock means similar to what you will get, salvaged. I paid 750$ plus tax and other fees which total 906$. I received 24 iPhones. Most of them locked and looked nothing like the stock photo. There were ONLY one iPhone X. The rest was iPhone 5 and 6’s. Wouldn’t it been honest if BuyBack would have said iPhones 5 and 6 and more since it contain more of iPhone 5 and 6. Wouldn’t it been honest to show a stock photo of a salvaged iPhone rather than an iPhone in a box saying this is what the iPhones look like. They used a fake photo not a stock photo.

What about BuyBack saying the iPhones are factory and GSM unlocked. How can they prove that without turning the phones on. The phones were locked and they knew I wouldn’t be able to prove it due to the bad condition they were in. Salvaged of course but don’t say unlock unless we can prove it. I fought this to the end with photos, Liquidation refused to accommodate me for the 24 iPhones I received rather than the 25 that states 25 iPhones on the site and the locked iPhones. In my opinion this company, BuyBack and Liquidation are truly a scam!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from this site and paid over $750 between the purchase and shipping. Thought it was a great deal since the MSRP was over $3800. The product was listed at a return and the pictures indicated some minor cosmetic damage/dents. Upon receiving the refrigerator, I noted that there were exposed wires, a broken out crisper drawer, not cooling, a sticker on the back that said it was a shelf display, a sticker on the front which had been covered for a photograph which read “write off” and missing drawers and bins. I immediately followed the site's terms and conditions and disputed the product as grossly misrepresented and attached photographs of my complaint.

After seven days I was notified by email that the refrigerator was listed appropriately and that the site warns about missing parts. Well I guess I just pissed away $750 but hope to warn others of the scam they are pulling to get the most money for severely substandard products which belong in a landfill rather than someone’s home.

I was told that resolving the dispute will take up to ten days. I waited for ten days and never heard back. I emailed on the 11th day to check the status and I received an email stating, I will be granted a partial refund of $60.53. I emailed back and requested a better resolution as 50% of purchased items are missing and I paid for shipping on these items. I received an email back titled "DO NOT REPLY" and that $60.53 will be deposited to my account.

I called customer services, and I was told that the dispute department does not speak to customers on the phone. I expressed my frustration as they asked me to not reply to their email. The customer services person said, “that means they not willing to re-open your case" I asked about the rights of the customers and who is responsible for customer satisfaction. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but apparently, they don't' speak to customers over the phone either. After pressing the customer services lady, she agreed to forward my message to a supervisor and they might call me in 48 hrs.

Each item had major parts missing. The entire lot had been pirated with anything of value left. There was not one piece of equipment that was working or that had the necessary parts to work.

For example, one vacuum had only the handle in the box, nothing else. Several had the handles missing, there were cut electrical cords, etc. One box came with the product in pieces, clearly had been used to repair others. This whole lot was garbage and because I didn't have it inspected at the location they denied the dispute, even though I inspected the lot the very same day it was delivered to me. They need to keep track of these sellers who misrepresent their wares and ban them from the site. But...then how would Liquidation.com make money?? They do not care that they represent or partner with unethical businesses, basically thiefs. If you buy from them go to the warehouse and pick up your items yourself and sit there in their parking lot and tear down your load to make sure it meets the representation of the auction. I’ve been buying from them on/off for 6 years. I will never buy from them again. When I first started out there was at least a balance; the headliner items were in decent condition and the rest of the items act as fillers to move “dead weight” per se. Or all the fillers were salable and the headliner was sold for parts. Either way you could least recoup your money. My latest and final buy was a lot of returned cellphones (50), I paid $1100 for it. Lot was described as free of all locks. Never got one unlocked that came locked. Half the lot had no charge. So I immediately test each phone and found 90% of the phones had pin locks that weren’t simple to say the least.

So I dispute. I send them pictures of at least 20 phones' back light at the same time showing that the phones are asking for passcodes (a very tedious process). THEY TELL ME TO RETURN 8! 8 out of 50! I do not know understand what they were engaging in except it’s FRAUDULENT. The lot is not salable at a price that could recoup funds and is not accurately described, then they tried to give me a bs marginal refund. If the lot was accurately described I’m sure the lot would sell for $250 tops.

PS: I had to learn the hard way to test/check immediately, I’ve had a few “returns” lots where they’ll say Amazon echos, then send you demos (how am I supposed to sell Amazon echo demos? Or they’ll send you items with no power cord, preying on the fact you may not have one on hand and have to buy one online, as you wait for that to come dispute time expires. If I don’t get my refund I will take it to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

They were sloppy and missed blacking out some of the labels, so I could see the return reason was "defective." When the shipment of "NEW" flashlights arrived, they had been thrown loose into a shipping box, so most were scratched/scarred. About 1/4 had corroded batteries, meaning their claim of new meant not used, never mentioning these were many years old. Also many had missing buttons. I contacted Liquidation.com, as they hide the seller's contact info. I was told the only way to dispute was to not remove anything from the shipment and they would make a decision.

Sadly I'd already committed to a buyer and needed nearly half of my order for him. I submitted that dispute five days ago, and I have five more days before it's even expected to be resolved. I spent nearly 10 minutes on hold for the latest debacle and never reached a person. I've purchased 3 lots from this site and have made my money and profited on each one. The people on here are complaining because they're expecting to buy a pallet of returns and have everything work. There's a reason you're paying $600 for $3000 worth of stuff... because it might not work. Do your homework. Research sold listings on eBay and make a sound decision on your purchase. Electronics, computer stuff, health and beauty all sell very well. Stay away from off brand electronics, buy what's trending. Try to choose the closest location to you and search auctions there to save on shipping costs. Avoid any auctions that have "assorted Items" in the manifest, they often throw crap in there with inflated value to get rid of it.

I've lucked out and got a $700 graphics card logged as that but that was a 1 in million chance, don't base your purchases off the MSRP they claim because it's not realistic, a $7 Xbox one game on eBay will probably be manifested as a 59.99 game which is true when it was released but not on the current market. Keep a spreadsheet and add up what you can make off an auction by averaging sold auction on eBay. If you're bidding on an auction worth $2600 and you can make $1700 then bid up to 800 assuming that half of it works and you can break even. Use your heads people, this isn't a get rich quick scheme, it takes some effort.

I bought two boxes of auction bids. One box was described as "used" and the other "new". The first boxed looked like it was from a storage unit auction. The clothes were dirty and obviously from one person. Judging from the condition of the clothes, this person was homeless. I had to wash the clothes twice before I could donate it to charity. Disgusting. I was expecting thrift store quality to resell. Instead I paid $166.62 for filthy clothes and dirty underwear.

The second box contained fake Nike sneakers which was used to mislead bidders. It wasn't even a good pair of fake Nikes. As for the other merchandise, there were some decent quality but inexpensive undershirts and sweaters. There were also 30 pairs of jeans, but 29 of them were size 4 but are actually size zeroes. So it's basically useless since the average sized woman is far from having a 23" waist. Again, I paid $429 for items I can't sell. Avoid this auction site. I purchased a lot of 15 computers and hard drives as "salvage." Typically salvage means it can be repaired or used for parts. However, I received two boxes of trash. The items were carelessly thrown in large, flimsy boxes and flattened UPS boxes slid in between them. Anyone who has ever shipped a computer knows this is not going to work. Of the computers I received, three of them might be repairable. Every computer was banged up, many of the cases were bent beyond use. Several older machines were missing their proprietary power supplies, rendering them unreasonable to repair. The hard drives I received were also loosely packed in a flimsy box then carelessly tossed in one of the bigger boxes.

They subsequently came loose during shipping and were completely smashed. The one surprise of the lot, a vintage iMac G3, if working is worth enough to make up for the rest of the lot, was completely shattered with plastic shards all over the inside of the box it came in. This tells me that it was intact when they packed it, and it was damaged during shipping. Immediately on receiving and inspecting the shipment, I filed a dispute. It has been over 2 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. Attempts to contact customer service have been fruitless, and I'm still out hundreds of dollars on merchandise that I could neither use nor sell. Many of the listings MSRPs are far removed from reality. They list the new MSRP on 8 year old computers, and expect to get half of that value when in reality you will see less than 5% of that.

Another common misrepresentation on listings that will definitely not get you a refund if you file a dispute is sellers will list 50 pieces of an item and headphones. Any average person will see 50 of an item and 50 headphones. But if you look at the Manifest, it is one of the item and 49 headphones. And they aren't even good headphones that you will make your money back on, they are dollar store headphones you can get off Alibaba for $0.10 a set. Essentially, if you buy anything off this website that you cannot go to the warehouse and personally inspect, you will get ripped off. You're better off on eBay where there is buyer protection. Because Liquidation.com doesn't protect you against scammers, which is why they are so rampant on this site.

He's selling it on new/used. Unfortunately I took my items with me and their rule is you check them there. That's impossible when you buy 10 pallets at a time and rent a truck and hire helpers like I do. Also because I never had these many broken items ever before I trusted the system.

Too many products that I've sold on eBay and Amazon are being returned by customers because they're defective - they don't work.

I'm fine with one or two items out of 30+ but when it's 30%-40% of them, I actually end up losing money. The customer service at Liquidation.com is awful - they chew gum while talking to me and sound incredibly unprofessional along with being unhelpful. I too believe something's up with their auctions. That is the bidding seems to be rigged in order to drive up the cost. I put in a maximum bid of $550 at the time when my winning bid was $375 yet someone else bid it up to $525 and then quit? I filed a dispute the same day that I received the delivery on December 12, 2017, and received confirmation that my dispute has been received and that they would investigate.

I called every week after filing my dispute and got a run around each time that they were behind because of the holidays. What did I get? 120 book covers (like I used 50 years ago); candles that were pre-melted; shampoos and cosmetics that were either emptied or damaged. Dealing with them, you might as well just bang your head against the wall. They want pictures so I sent pictures. Whoops, they were too late even though they were sent 2 days after receiving the "merchandise". Also, they were too blurry. My pictures were clearer than the ones they post to sell the merchandise.

Second purchase was a refurbished computer, complete with Monitor, keyboard, mouse. Keyboard and mouse did not fit the computer. CPU turned on, but did not function. Monitor turned on but does not function. They wanted pictures, I sent pictures. They wanted video so I asked them what they wanted in the video. No response. Finally I hear from them and they say the case has been decided in the seller's favor since I did not provide them with video. They also said that the monitor and keyboard and mouse were extras (as in a gift) and were not part of the bid, even though the bid said they were included. Never again will I buy from them. I started purchasing merchandise back in October 2016... first with Amazon Liquidation as Returns from Indiana. Then I started purchasing larger pallets and picking them up myself using a rental truck out of the NC warehouse. I purchased Compact Refrigerators, Walmart furniture, patio furniture from Hampton Bay/Home Depot, electronics, and then finally 8 pallets of tools and 30 microwaves over the course of one year.

The manifests must not be done by Liquidation, because a lot of the merchandise disappears by the time I receive it. Good things are picked out such as chainsaws, electronics, and batteries to tools. I am pretty confident as of this time that the warehouse guys are stealing these things and the pallets are not even checked.

Look at the pictures on the website... they are vague and purposely blurry. If anyone with experience takes a blurry picture, there is sure to be another picture taken to ensure it's clear. There is nothing to be seen in the pictures, a large cardboard box with no writing. This is a flag that something shady is going on. I do expect some items to be missing. I didn't expect the same types of items to be missing altogether. None of the cordless tools had their batteries. Coincidence?

Also, the tool auctions in Indiana are cheaper than the auctions in NC... they are charging double the freight to the buyer. Like I said above, it started out good and promising but as of this time I guess I'm done being their customer.

I have had an account with Liquidation.com for more than 10 years. In prior years my experience was mostly good in that at least 70% of the items that I received in a "returns" lot was sellable and I could usually at least make my money back. I filed a dispute once and I won because the seller sold me junk that didn't work. At that time, their return lots were always inspected and marked on the manifest with their condition.

Well it had been at least 2 or 3 years since I purchased anything from them but I was looking for some school supplies so I went on there. I could tell that there were mostly new sellers on the site and that a lot of them were now selling "Amazon returns". I then won a lot of "returns" from seller Amazon_Liquidators out of Indiana. The description said the items are returned and had not been tested for functionality. That should have set off red flags for me because in the past, they would at least let you know the condition of the items in the lot.

Well, after getting the box, I was dismayed to find half of the items were salvage crap and that ALL of the high dollar value items that would have made me my money back were among the items nonworking, damaged or broken. The rest of the items were fillers such as phone cases, cables, holders etc.-- giveaway items not worth anything. After filing a dispute, I received this email from them:

"We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to award the dispute in your favor for the following reason(s): 1) The auction was properly listed as returns. Return condition units are not guaranteed to be functional as the majority have operational and cosmetic issues, they may show signs of use and may not include all parts and accessories. 2) The auction description indicated these units were not tested for functionality."

WAIT!! WHAT!! SO BASICALLY YOU ARE ADMITTING THAT YOUR "RETURNS" ARE JUNK! Liquidation.com is purposely allowing sellers to send them items to sell that they haven't even looked at and call them "returns" just because someone sent it back to Amazon! That's **!! These crooks are knowingly buying items from Amazon that have been tagged as salvage and sending it over to Liquidation as "returns" because Liquidation no longer requires them to inspect their product. Liquidation has then made it easy for them to avoid responsibility for their crap by having them disclaim them in their descriptions. I told them to close my account after having it for 10 years!

Both Liquidation and the sellers are complicit in this scam. They have become greedy ** in order to make money!! Obviously they only care about maintaining their lifestyle that this scam site affords them and not about the consumers who are being victimized by what has become a purely bait and switch tool.

I'll begin by saying that we've been in the liquidation business full time since 2014 and understand that you will get good truckloads and bad truckloads. As an overall rule with Liquidation.com you can expect to make somewhere in the 35-50% range if you get it at the right price. (Normally no more than about 15 cents on the quoted retail price with shipping) But you will have to work for it, since they have a large amount of un-fixable broken items on most of their lots. Now, the logistics aspect of their business is in total shambles to put it mildly. You can place an order on a Monday, pay for it right away. Then send the BOL immediately (which they require before they schedule, which means you will then have to call again after you send one that has the time that they actually schedule you for because all of that information has to be right before they will release).

Then they will oftentimes schedule you the following week, and if they made a mistake, they'll push it back another day, normally with less than 24 hours notice. Then your carrier arrives for pickup and lo and behold, the shipment isn't ready to be loaded, and the carrier will often times sit waiting to be loaded for anywhere from 3-6 hours and you'll get stuck with detention pay. (That is the charge a carrier charges for sitting longer than 2 hours at a location.) It's so bad that we have brokers that won't send carriers to their location because they don't want to have to deal with unhappy drivers. Now if this was a one off incident I probably wouldn't write this review but this happens LITERALLY 85-90%. We were ordering between 15 and 20k a month from them and finally gave up on them.

Then, recently, we decided to give them another try, it had been probably 6 months since we ordered from them last. First transaction went super smooth, the carrier only had to wait an hour and 18 mins, they had us scheduled within a day of calling them, so we ordered again. They "overlooked" the BOL email that we sent (Monday) so we called the next day (Tuesday), and the first call the rep couldn't hear us (another problem that recently started occurring with their headsets) so we had to call again. Then she tells us she couldn't find it, about 5 mins of looking and she finds it, then she schedules us for Friday.

So we set up the carrier appointment, and get an email at 10:18 am the day before the pickup that says we're rescheduled for the following Monday. We call and the rep says they overbooked. So we tell them set it up 3 days ago, and he changes the story to we were scheduled for Thursday not Friday WHILE WE ARE LOOKING AT THE EMAIL SHOWING Friday. They says nothing they can do. So again, ask how does this place stay in business?

Here are the short cuts: If they say USED ITEM (it's really used and abused and some are defective). If they say RETURNED (reality they are already salvaged and good for parts). If they say SALVAGED (the truth they already salvaged the item and was left are metal and plastics). Believe me my first time is my last time. First deal is dead trap. So I gave these guys a 2 star, because I had one decent experience, the other was horrible. Let me just start with the good to get that out of the way. I bid on an auction of returns (PhoneSoap devices), got a decent price on it and received as expected, all were broken in some way, but because I'm able to repair electronic items, I was able to get half the lot workable. I should be able to make a profit, so I'm giving an extra star for that.

Now the bad. So after this experience I figured it wasn't so bad. So I found an auction of 52 iPhones from MEX17, which it looks like others have done in this thread with the same expectation of getting repairable equipment. The auction pictures looked good, the iPhones were lined up nice and pretty, the manifest listed the lot as 52 iPhones along with the model number and the list price (when new). The auction was listed as salvage and missing parts and broken screens, but the pictures did not indicate much damage and gave the impression that not all the screens were broken. In fact, there was one close up picture which showed an iPhone actually powered on, though dim. All looks good right?

So I bid and won on the auction and received the box of iPhones as indicated. I begin to inspect the iPhones, pulling them one by one and checking their condition, but every one I'm opening has a broken screen and scratched back. And it gets worse. So now, I'm noticing that phones are pretty light, I find an iphone that is loose and I pull back the front LCD and I find nothing but a battery, everything else is stripped from the iPhone. So I begin to start checking each iPhone and sure enough, everything is stripped but the battery. In some cases, I find a pristine PCB board with no parts on it, as if it were a part of the iPhone. This is really suspect, as I know how hard it is to remove parts from a PCB board, so even if it was the correct board, it couldn't possibly be the original board.

I immediately start to document everything on video and I take pictures as well and start a dispute with seller on the site on May 25th. On May 26th I received an email indicating receipt of the documentation. On June 8th I request an update and on June 9th I receive an email indicating they need 2 business days to reach out to the buyer. (I'm not sure why the seller gets 2 weeks to respond to a dispute, but I only have 48 hours from receipt of item to make a claim). I request an update again on June 16th and receive an email the same day that they are unable to reward the dispute in your favor for the following reason(s):

ITEMS ARE PROPERLY LISTED AS SALVAGE. So my dispute is not about the condition of the items as I expected there to be damage, but clearly the seller misrepresented the auction as a lot of iPhones, not iPhone screens, back covers and batteries. If the seller had simply taken a picture of the INSIDE of the iPhone which was not hard to do, it would have clearly represented the items and what you were buying. What the seller is simply trying to do is manipulate the wording and present a different picture of what you are receiving so that they get a better price than what they normally would.

My advice would be not to buy anything from Liquidation.com that you aren't willing to write off, because their dispute process seems to favor the seller despite the manipulation and misrepresentation contained within an auction. Also, avoid a seller named MEX17 as this person is apparently being allowed to persist despite the complaints.

The auction was from seller "MEX17" located in Texas. It was listed in "USED" condition, but it should be salvage once 50 of the 50 devices are Activation locked! From the 50 iPhones bought: the iPhone 7 was broken; two of the three iPhones 6s does not turn on; one is stolen; the iPhone 6+ does not turn on; four iPhone 6 does not turn on; 42 iPhones turn on, but all of them were stolen! So I cannot use any of them as used (as advertised), only for parts (salvage). This should be a salvage auction, not used as advertised.

Following is a answer for Apple Support as he suggests Liquidation.com has duped me. ** has posted in the iCloud on my iOS device community. "Unlock my iCloud??? Apple does not have an email to communicate with customers. Activation Lock is an anti-theft system, and Apple will not get involved in removing Activation Lock for anyone other than the original owner. They do not track the sales and/or trade of devices. Your issue is with the website you indicated. The devices that are activation locked are not usable unless the owner that placed the lock on the device removes it. No one else can do it. It appears this website has duped you into believing you could do more than just recycle these devices. I suggest you take that up with them."

I would not be complaining if at least 40 of this iPhones were operational. I could sell some, gift some, use in my company, etc. But all of them absolutely no operational is not correct and fair with me. I would have never even bid on them if I knew all of them weren't operational. I rephrase below a sentence from Byron: "All of these devices also came with new screens as well as all the accessories. Why put new screens on unusable devices? Very misleading and deceptive. Which by the way, the screens were installed very poorly! Some were bowed out, not secured to the phone, missing crews, and had loose batteries inside of them. But these are all issues I can deal with and fix myself as long as the phone WORKS! Which they didn't!

"It is very clear that the seller should have listed these as Salvage and not as Used per their own definitions of "Used" vs. "Salvage" on their site. But yet I cannot get my money back? It makes no sense and there is no way I'm going to be cheated out of $4,000+!" Byron or any other buyer who was also duped as we were, get in contact to me. We have to be together to try to get our money back.

I purchased a iPhone 6, 6 plus lot from this site and paid over $4,000 for 40 iPhones! The auction was from a seller "MEX17" located in Texas. It was listed in "USED" condition. The description said, "may be iCloud locked, user locked, and find my iPhone on." I of course won the auction and received the devices only to find that 39 of the 40 devices are Activation locked!

The description had no mention of "Activation Locked" phones. And definitely no mention of phones with bad ESN's. Activation locked and BAD ESN devices are 100% unusable! There is no possible way to unlock these devices except by the original owner of each device. So I essentially received a $4K box full of paper weights! I submitted a dispute the same day I received the devices after checking each devices, IMEI number and verifying this fact. It took them 3 weeks to come back with the resolution of denying my dispute! I of course disputed the dispute...but by this time they said they've already released the funds to the seller. I called and argued with a manager for nearly an hour and they danced around the fact this lot was indeed listed incorrectly!

Their reason for denying the dispute was that the listing was listed correctly as "Used". And that used devices show signs of wear and tear and are minimally tested to meet the most basic requirements of functionality. And may require additional maintenance or repair. Well these are cell phones. The most basic functionality of a phone would be to at least be able to make a phone call, or even be able to send a text message. But you can NOT do that. In fact, the phones are completely inaccessible. And there is no way to "repair" these devices.

So this listing was indeed listed incorrectly as "Used" per their own definitions. When I search for lots to buy on liquidation.com, I filter out Salvage lots. I would never buy a Salvage lot because there is nothing I can do with it. I only bid on used, returns, refurbished, and new lots. So if this was listed correctly I would have never even seen it to begin with...and definitely would not have bid on it.

I let them know that I have called and spoke with Apple as well as 3 different iPhone repair shops and all confirmed the exact same thing...that there is NO way possible for these phones to be used. And I let them know I can get that in writing from them all if that's what's needed. So if these phones cannot be repaired at all and can only be used "As Parts" then they should be properly listed as "Salvage" condition not as "Used". Since there is no amount of maintenance or repair that will make these phones usable.

I have looked at the other auctions that the seller (MEX17) has listed for these exact same kinds of iPhone lots and the seller is NOW listing them correctly as "Salvage". They were ALL as "Used" condition before and now are ALL "Salvage". There was clearly a reason for that change. They must have realized that they were listed incorrectly and therefore to avoid future disputes he is now listing them correctly. How can they say that the lot was listed correctly as Used when these can only be used "for parts"?! And that's clearly stated as the definition for "Salvage" lots on their site.

All of these devices also came with new screens as well as all the accessories. Why put new screens on unusable devices?! Very misleading and deceptive. Which by the way, the screens were installed very poorly! Some were bowed out, not secured to the phone, missing crews, and had loose batteries inside of them. But these are all issues I can deal with and fix myself as long as the phone WORKS! Which they didn't! It is very clear that the seller should have listed these as Salvage and not as Used per their own definitions of "Used" vs "Salvage" on their site. But yet I cannot get my money back? It makes no sense and there is no way I'm going to be cheated out of $4,000+!

The seller is still selling these big iPhone lots. The only difference is that he's listing them correctly as Salvage now...and still making thousands on each lot. At least now people realize they're getting a Salvage lot. Why can't the seller just take this merchandise back, refund me my money, and sell it to someone that actually wants it?! They'll still make money, I won't be out of $4K, and everyone would happy. But instead we have to go this route...and unfortunately the only option is looking like legal action against the company and/or seller...especially since there is a very good chance that all of these devices are stolen which is why they've been remotely wiped and Activation Locked.

First off, when I'm buying returns, I know what I buy and complaining about the content of the load when it's sold AS IS makes no sense. That is the business we are in, liquidation, and we get the good, the bad and the ugly. My problem wasn't getting items that I'm unhappy with. My problem is that this is not an auction company. Got several lots on their site, and paid for all as soon as the 'auction' ended. Most lots were sent to me. The ones where I have overpaid all arrived. The lot that I got a deal on was cancelled. BY THEM!!!

When a seller using their site is late sending the order out, they just cancel the order one week after payment. In their email they didn't even explain why was the order cancelled, but just said "Your order is cancelled you will get refund in the next days." Upon receiving this cryptic email I've called to inquire, and only then was I explained that they do that because the seller did not ship my order within seven days of order. To which I've responded "I will gladly wait. I have won this lot in an auction, and paid promptly, and am not agreeing to cancel my order."

However, they don't really care what I want. I can understand the seller as someone who owns an auction myself. It's upsetting to lose money on some items, but that is the auction business. Win some and lose some. The only thing he should care about is moving product and overall ratio, not on a per item basis. And even if he does care on a per item basis, no one should care, he consigned product to a site, and the load sold. He could have set reserve if he is not willing to sell an item bellow a specific point. So as a consignor to that auction, all you need to do is be late shipping the items you've taken a loss on, and magic - order is cancelled no harm no foul.

Liquidation.com did not get any complaint from me about the delay. Furthermore, I have clearly stated I'm willing to wait longer. I'm in no rush to get the items, but I want to get them. Not my money back. So basically I'd stay away from this site and not SPEND YOUR TIME on this garbage website. After winning this load I've bought another load accounting for the profit from this one. I've overpaid, because I knew there was money coming from this lot, and by canceling that one lot what they've done is turned their name on my board from green to red. I will never deal with them again. Buying in auctions can be a full time job and should only be dedicated to true auctions.

Think before you use this site. If you are bidding on "Salvage" (and remember the returns are basically salvage), if any items/components are missing or broken and you log a dispute the following will be the response -- "The auction was properly listed as salvage. Salvage assets are intended for professional buyers, as most can be used only for parts. These assets are offered 'as-is, where-is' with no returns, guarantees, or claims as to working condition. Additional parts and accessories are not guaranteed to be included. The status for this transaction has been moved to 'Paying Seller' and the funds will be released to the seller." So if you buy a computer and it has no accessories, cables, memory, and hard disk they just turn down the dispute. So you aren't really bidding on a computer but a motherboard in a case.

I also bid on a lot with a vacuum (in a lot of returns). Every possible part had been removed from the handle to the bit that sucks up the dirt off the floor. The part that was left had the legs snapped off, so even the single part I received was broken. I did get a small proportion back from the dispute but this doesn't even cover the shipping. Good luck bidding. Maybe you will have better luck than me.

I bid on several auctions at Liquidation.com. One of these orders came from FASHIONFORWARD - Do not bid on their stock. I was to receive 54 brand name store returned items. Obviously I do not expect to receive brand new items (Although I have had that experience from other liquidators). There was one new item with a tag still attached, out of 54. Several items had holes in them and should have been in a salvage auction. The best way to describe this lot is either people wear the crap out of their fancy brand name clothes and then return the items with tears and food spills back for refund. Or, since these expensive brand name items were donated as secondhand clothing (I personally would not donate clothing in the state this stuff was in). Blood stained Betsy Johnson panties! Food spills. Cat/dog hair on just about all the clothing, like the animal slept amongst the clothing before it was packaged and sent away.

This lot really should have sold as salvage ONLY. I will not purchase from FASHIONFORWARD AGAIN. Another bid with "Sourced_from_Amazon_Liquidations" was yet another ripoff. I was supposed to receive 60 items. I received 30 items and 30 loose colored pencils, each pencil listed as Assorted Office Supplies @$19.99. Just shop around and don't waste your time with these suppliers.

ALSO HAD PAYPAL SIDE WITH THIS COMPANY. Won 2 lots. Called them, told them to remove shipping as I would pick up. Paid for the 2 lots and then decided to win one more small one since I was picking up and had room on truck. When I went to pay for 3rd lot I see they shipped the other 2 lots so I called them and asked what's up and they said, "Oh sorry bout that" so then I decided to have third one shipped as it was not worth drive.

Well UPS showed up and had all 3 shipments now just saying how could that 3rd shipment been on the truck as per phone call the 1st two already shipped out. HM After seeing shipment I then called back and said many broken parts not happy and they said to fill out dispute forms. I filled 3 out one for each won action and sent pics and list to them. I keep receiving stupid emails that made no sense. Just on tool action said value 20,000 there was 6,000 scrap (meaning can not be repaired) and missing items this did not include missing parts for all shop vacs and all the mispriced items they listed 3 shop vacs worth 119.0 and they sell for 79.99 when I got done with this lot I can not even get 2000.00 out of it.

After all the stupid emails I filed a complaint with paypal and when the company was notified they suspended me from their site. In paypal you make complaint, they speak with company then collect more info from you (oh by the way paypal skipped that part) and sided with company. Home depot and Amazon are the 2 biggest sellers on this site so I called corporate of both companies and ask why they are selling scrap at a part list price and they both denied having anything to do with them.

So next step was looking at law Hm would not believe what I was reading as far as I could get out of it the government is protecting the sales of liquidations. This all needs to be revised as it is illegal to sell scrap at a parts list price no matter what is written. The only way they can do that is to state you are bidding on scrap. We all need an attorney who is willing to make that fight. I did receive 500.00 back on tool lot from liquidation.com and being paypal decided to side with them I have no hopes of retrieving any more money back. 4000.00 spent 500.00 back I will still be in the red 2000.00. When are honest people gonna stop being taken advantage of.

LG Electronics Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset --- Used and Broken. FI Lamps PHILIPS 50PL9126D/37_5754 --- returned Broken

Not a one of the highlighted was sellable or as described. I had review camera with the cords missing and wires clearly cut. On a box of 73 items, half were not there, were salvaged or broken. They like to fill their inventory with accessories to fill in the gaps, like cellphone cases and cables. Well those were good at least. This is a horrible company to go through. I was in the process of moving at the time, so I missed their inspection date, so I did call them to give them feedback but that was all that became of this.

Laptops not as described came cannibalized - This is through also Government Liquidations. I tried working this out through Paypal and got them to side with the seller. Here are the notes. I tried calling and sending a letter to company and what I read is they always turn down a claim. Disputed Amount: $811.84 USD, 2/18/2017 15:10 PST - PayPal: PayPal escalated this dispute to claim.

2/18/2017 14:57 PST - Buyer: "So after reviewing consumer affairs and online in general more in depth. You people have SCAMMED 1000s of consumers. You change the posting of the items after winning. After doing a claim you close down a person's account so they cannot go into it to retrieve the information. Many people I have read came to the same conclusion. Even after contacting your company. This is not MY fault. You sell garbage that is not in the description. You Resell items that were returned. You increase the bidding even after a listing is won. You are not honest in your listings and shame on you for the words you have used. Totally unprofessional."

"I sent you what you asked and I have called you and nothing was done. Under my investigation you have done the run around to *EVERYONE* who even files a claim with your company/many affiliate companies. I just do not understand why you people are still in business. Very shady. I wish I would have researched more into you before even doing a bid. You have lost a lot more from me and other customers from your shady practices."

2/17/2017 12:23 PST - Seller: "That is not reasonable. It was your responsibility to go to the site & view the laptops. Your lack of due diligence will not allow us to provide you an $1100 refund. Additionally, you never submitted the claim form for us to investigate. This claim needs to be canceled by the end of Monday 2.20.16. If this claim is not canceled, your account will be permanently deactivated. Please feel free to contact me @**." Keith ** Accounting/Sales Liaison.

2/17/2017 10:29 PST - Buyer: "In addition you asked adding shipping which was $179.90 and an added disposal fees for taking the laptops to a recycling centre. $180 for disposal fees. Total they charge. I will exclude anytime I have for the delivery time. And 811.84 for the laptops. Total 1171.84. This is my reasonable amount. I would not have been doing a claim if the auction would have been honest and fair and unchanged."

2/17/2017 09:54 PST - Buyer: "Your terms and laws not apply to Washington State Law. I tried logging into my Government Liquidations account. Your user account is not currently active. If you need additional assistance, please call customer service at 1 (480)367-1300. I tried contacting you even by mail and nothing. In this country you do not *threaten the consumer* for your own personal financial gain.

I have reviewed a google search and found many cases where you change the listing or the product in which people thought they were getting. So I am not the only one and it's a good thing I did not purchase more with you in the past month. Lesson learned. If you do not like Paypal don't use them Paypal protects the consumer from unethical sellers as yourself. This is why I use them. View case history. Then I get an email PayPal sided with the seller. Funny how I was sent an email by Paypal after hours at 10.34 pm at night when they are closed.

Sold me boxes of trash - I sell things online and at flea markets and this place was suggested to me. I don't know why because they sold me 6 boxes of trash. I made an appointment for pick up, which is a joke. I got there and had to wait an hour behind people that had been there for hours. I bought 3 different lots that had numerous items and was not able to go through them at that time because I was on lunch break from work. One had some bad items but, overall, I could sell it and get my money back.

The other 2 lots were a joke (boxing items, water bottles, and snow pants). More than 80% of the stuff was broken, used beyond resale, damaged, ripped or missing pieces. One of the lots had Under Armor water jugs. Most were broken or missing lids. It burns me up that someone looked at it and put it on the manifest and then put it in the box. This is just one of the many issues. I spent over $500 and hours going through the boxes for garbage.

I filed a claim with pictures that next day because they sold these as returns and should have been sold as salvage (really should have been thrown out). The response took 10 days and they basically said too bad. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because these crooks are not going to get away with ripping me off. I am so glad that I did not try to buy any electronics or any other big ticket lots. I have known some people to buy stuff and have some luck but, they won't sucker me again. If you want to buy from them, just know, that the returns they are selling are mostly used and destroyed and that is why they were returned - not because someone changed their mind or bought the wrong item. Be very wary. I have bought three auction lots from these guys and have been unhappy with two. The first was a Lot of 38 Stainless Steel watches. I knew going in that they would be really cheap knock-offs from China but thought I could make money selling them at the Flea Market for $7-$8 ea. Unfortunately only about half of them are actually stainless steel and while the remainder have stainless steel cases the watchbands are clearly of lesser alloy or "base metal" material. Liquidations.com denied my claim of misrepresentation by the seller, based on the seller's assertion that "of course" they are stainless steel. My offer to have a professional jeweler certify this NOT be to be true was denied on the basis that the 5 day limit to file a dispute had passed.

My second purchase was a bunch of miscellaneous electronics, described as "returns" and including a number of tablets. One of these tablets worked great, two others have technical problems which would qualify them as "returns" as described. The fourth was a dropped iPad with a big dent on the corner and a smashed screen; clearly a "salvage" item at best and no way a store "return". The lot also included "8 electronics" which consisted of three plastic keyboard overlays, two plastic telephone cord splitters, two cords which I could not identify, and an HDMI combiner cable. Net, at best 3 of the 8 items could reasonably be described as electronics. I filed a claim against this shipment and it was accepted.

Liquidation.com sent me a return label and instructions to ship the disputed merchandise within 5 days. I shipped it on day 5 and subsequently received an email to say that because I hadn't shipped the items the shipping label was revoked and if I DID ship (too late, I already had) a $200 penalty would be added to my account. Per other reviews on this website you need to be really careful with these folks. They allow sellers to misrepresent items for sale and have some pretty unreasonable Terms and Conditions for buyers who dispute a sale. I have no doubt that there are deals to be had here. Also no doubt that there are liquidations sites offering better merchandise, better business practices and more honesty and integrity.

Just one look at a manifest of cell phones turned me away. If you do research of selling prices of even brand new phones they don't even come close to the manifest price. Here is an example of what they are selling. Samsung Galaxy Note 3, White (AT&T) 1 $789.00 $789.00 887276852607. Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Frosted White 32GB (AT&T) 1 $706.15 $706.15 887276052106. Apple iPhone 5S Silver 64GB Unlocked Smartphone 1 $228.70 $228.70 712201436969. SONY XPERIA Z1 COMPACT D5503 16GB PINK LTE 4G 3G 2G GSM NEW (2G & 3G 850/900/1700/1900/2100 & 4G 1 $157.59 $157.59. A Note 3 that is used sells currently on eBay for $154.00 at its highest. Where in the world do they get a price of $789 for a returned note 3 that you don't even know if it works? That was a red flag for me. Also who would bid on such a lot where there is no room to make any money? Makes me think of bots?

Like they say though if you scared to take a chance how you gonna get rich. Well I took the chance and take my advice... do not bid with them. I also believe they have bots that automatically outbid you until they feel the lot is at the price they want to sell it for. Steer clear away!! You have been warned... ;-)

If you wanted to know why the quality of the item you purchase from amazon returns has turned to junk, its because Amazon now sells their returns themselves. What they are letting Liquidation.com sell are item damaged or missing parts, low cost items and items without original box. Liquidation is at fault as they want to get the most out of what they sell, so they will try to show the item in a way it looks like buying. A lot of the time when you get the item home there is writing on the box that said non working or missing parts. Liquidation.com doesn't let the buyer know this information. When buying a pallet from them just remember half will be junk.

If you want to file a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal you will need to get all the information you will need from the website before you open the claim because in their user agreement all third party disputes will get you locked out of their website. To file a dispute you need to first file it on the transactions page on the left under dispute within 48hrs of receiving items, upload photos and description of the problem. Then you need to email them at disputes@liquidation.com with the auction I'd and the transaction I'd pictures and description. You also have to send the same information to disputephotos@liquidation.com. In most cases they will then tell you they need you to upload a video on Youtube and send them a link to that video.

In very rare cases if they honor your dispute they will either have you send all the items back or just the ones in question and tell you they will be issuing you a partial refund but will not tell you the dollar amount. All of this in my opinion is to make the buyer just give up on their claim. The old insurance scam deny all claims because the numbers show a huge majority of people just give up.

I wasted nearly Ten Grand in the past couple of months on Liquidation.com. I wholeheartedly can tell you to just block the internet address on your firewall and walk away from the computer. There are many reputable bulk discount operations to choose from, liquidation.com is not one of them. I have purchased comic books, blu-rays and electronics from them: All junk or worse, counterfeit.

I submitted a claim with them after a customer was angry with me that the Disney Bluray/DVD combo was in fact a burned Blu-ray. I submitted from my phone and was unable to get their site to allow photos to be uploaded. I thought, "Hey publicly traded company with an A+ rating on BBB.org; no worries! I can upload pictures when they contact me!"

Was I wrong? Oh, you bet your bottom dollar. They first went with: "You have to report any problems within 48 hours to file a claim!" So I escalated to their partner in crime: Paypal. Paypal said they were awarding me a refund and instructed me to send back the items and to list the shipping info and tracking numbers. Which I did. The goods were sent USPS Priority mail. Packages were listed as received on the 14th of September. Then, I was informed that the tracking info was invalid and they were not going to honor my claim and the claim was to be considered closed.

Say whaaat? Yeah. Just like that, they took the side of Liquidation.com, even though they had authorized the return. I called Paypal and received no callback, no email, nada, zip, zilch. Not once did Paypal ask me to upload photos. Nope. They just sat on the claim for three weeks, then rewarded a partial refund to an invalid credit card and declared a confirmed tracking number as invalid. Even though the package was received, liquidation.com is claiming that the packages were not received. I am now at the point of dealing with informing the FBI of the bootleg merchandise. Disney as well. I am also learning fun terms, such as 'mail fraud' from the USPS website and contacts.

Liquidation.com is not to be trusted with your money. If you really want a similar experience? Go to your local bar, buy the house a round of shots and then proceed to dump those shots out, one by one; paying for each. Then blame the angry patrons that they should read a 129 page user agreement before getting excited about free shots. Do your research and work with better sites.

On another order, I purchased 'Approximately 600 DVDs' with a quantity variance of 5%. I was already sour for buying this pallet of junk, because the bidding never ends. The language specifies that any time a new bidder bids? The clock will be reset to 5 minutes. By the language, you would assume if it is you and one other buyer bidding would not reset the clock? Wrong! It added nearly half an hour to the auction and about $2000 to the final price! Then? I get 507 of what was advertised and three boxes of some random junk dvds that were not listed in the auction at all; conveniently packed in the center so that when I inspected the pallet when it arrived; I saw just what I had ordered.

It was like getting a Boston Creme Donut that was filled with mustard. Which is how I would describe any auction on liquidation.com. Oh it looks pretty! Great pictures of products you will never see. Just a mind expecting sweet boston cream, with a mouth full of mustard instead. Just burn ten grand on your front yard and roast smores. You'll be better off. Now, I want a boston creme. Thanks, me!
