I bid and won on a blackstone grill and 12 other items in the pallet including a bathroom mirror. The grill box was full of packing peanuts! The mirror was shattered in pieces. All other items were from someone’s grandmother's attic. Complete waste of money and time. Disgusting that this is allowed. Used items does not mean old broken similar items or an empty box. I wish you could see reviews in every website right at the top. If I saw all of these reviews, I would not have entertained this in the first place..

Bought a box of shoes from Liquidation.com that was from Rack Fashion. The brands listed and and the MSRP of $2,645.59 was totally a sham. ALL shoes in the box were unwearable- super worn, soleless, heelless, worn, holes, filthy, trashed shoes. The true value of my purchase was zero.... Nothing was wearable, useable, or recyclable.... just plain garbage. Shame on Rack Fashion for selling garbage... Shame on Liquidation for reselling trash.

I purchased a box of lost mail, undelivered and returned mail. 35 lbs. Box was stacked with 4 lbs of salt, 7lbs of kitty litter and 10lbs of pellets. The remaining items were 1 very old cassette tape, 3 medical masks, a sandwich container, old clothes, bottle of V05 shampoo. None of the packaging looked like they had been through the mail. And of course tracking #’s were marked out so you can’t confirm. Almost $300! Complete rip off!!!! SCAM!!!

I purchased a box of "return" shoes for $400 including shipping. They showed pictures of a couple of pairs of shoes, but they obviously used stock photos as the shoes pictured were a pair of Tory Burch sandals and when I received them the straps were all broken. When I received the box it was poorly taped and gaping open at the top and the manifest was so generic I don't even know if something was missing. None of the shoes were in useable condition. Some had been worn for awhile and made the whole box smell! I contacted Liquidation.com by email and never heard anything back. Since this was my first order I didn't realize that I could dispute the order but they only give you 3 days to do that (and from reading here it sounds like it wouldn't be approved anyway). So sad as I wanted to take my resale business to another level and now afraid to go to any other sites.

Liquidation.com is an absolute fraud. Actually, they seem to manage auctions for other vendors and will hide behind this fact... It is buyer beware at the highest level. I have probably done 10-20 auctions. Some of their seller partners seem to have a high level of character and some are absolute criminals. One shipment was supposed to have new fridge in it. Since it was boxed up I didn't bother to check until we brought it to the basement. Now it is full of mold and scratches all over missing parts. I am unable to bring it from basement but they want the product to refund. I was asking 50% refund. They don't want to consider. They are saying, "Return. We will refund 348 lb fridge." Imagine the manpower and cost they will not cover any of that. I am done with them. Please be aware of this particular seller (diycentral2_appliances) Brampton warehouse Liquidation.com. Staffs are clueless of what's going. Really fed up.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Before you deal with these people read the reviews. They are an absolute ripoff and should be shut down. After spending several thousand dollars this the last year with them I began to come to the realization that they are just a scam. If it’s not just the 40.00 shipping for items that way barely over a 1lb they also rip you off with lots that are categorized as operable when are in they are fact barely salvage. Every other lot smells horribly. They smell like they came out of a fire. This makes the items not unsellable. Don’t waste your time. Their customer service apparently thinks this scam is ok so don’t waste your time with them. There are many more reputable companies to do business with.

I have completed five transactions with this company. The first two were pretty good and I had no complaints. Those were done about a year ago. The last three have been total fraud. Makeup so outdated that it had mold on it. Workout outfits that were all size XS but labeled all different sizes and this last one (Oh what a joke). Like others have said actual garbage was placed in the box. Supposed to be Nordstrom Rack items and part were and part were not. I have filed a dispute for this box and we will see what happens. They did honor my last two disputes, but it did cost me on the makeup one to pay for the return and I was still charged the shipping. I think their quality control has gone down hill and they need to vet their seller MUCH, MUCH better. Rather you are selling for third party or not, you are still responsible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I won a pallet of merchandise ended up costing almost 600 dollars after shipping (winning bid was 90 bucks) which was still a good deal according to MSRP. The two biggest things supposed to be in the pallet were not even in the shipment! They gave me 40 bucks back to compensate 400 dollar value of merchandise. The rest of the stuff that came did not even have all of the parts so none of it is actually useable. They should have labeled it a salvage pallet. Will never get on their site again.

My rate experience with Liquidation.com on a scale from 1 to 10, I would say is 7. My first order I purchased a lot of Sony speakers in Grade A Condition and I received the speakers within a decent timeframe. However, one of the speakers didn't work, so I took a video of the speaker, uploaded it, and was reimbursed within a few days.

My second order was an Amazon liquidation HomeGoods lot (SHELF PULL), and on the manifest it stated the lot was worth over $2,300, but after researching each item, it came out to being a little over $2,000 so not too far off. It took over 20 days to receive my items so I wasn't too happy about that, but when I did receive my items, it came on a pallet wrapped very nicely. I went through the whole pallet, checked each item, and all items were as described on the manifest so I was HAPPY!! My advice when buying from liquidation.com would be to get items that are either shelf pulls, like new, new, or grade A. Steer clear of the Returns, Mixed lots, and Damaged lots because you will end up getting a bunch of crap and wasting a lot of money. My experience was good so I will continue on this site. Hope this was helpful and good luck.

Took a day off from work and rented a Uhaul only to receive one piece of the sectional. They credited me a small portion of the auction bid. A week later after being disgusted with my experience opened the other box which was supposed to be a couch only to find out it also was only one piece of that couch. Because I didn’t contact them in my original complaint they said too bad. Worst mistake I made. Paid $400+ for two pieces of couches two pans, a 6ft tree and garland. Ripped off!! They once had legitimately good items for sale at good wholesale prices in quantity that could be refurbished and re-sold by repair shops. Not any more. Most decent items are onesy-twosy from repairshops at full retail or even higher prices. A 12 year old MacBook for over $800? Even in the past, you had to be wary of scam sellers and Liquidation.com would never back you up. I'm talking sellers who ship a pile of laptops with zero packing material in a thin cardboard box so all you receive is a box of salvage. Also, horrible with some sellers who would sell stuff far more damaged than their crappy photos showed, and of course Liquidation.com gives no recourse.

And now, today, I found out that they will deactivate your account and charge you a $200 fee for reactivation if you do not pay for an auction within two business days after auction close. Every time I've contacted their service, they seem to be a very small operation that doesn't really know what they are doing. Twice I had to fight with them about their attempts to charge us for shipping a 2 pound laptop on a full sized wooden palette, adding $100 to the cost that should have been about $20 max. Liquidation.com in 2024 is useless.

I won two auctions in one day. (My first time bidding.) I could tell that a few of the other bundles I had bid on continued to rise way out of a resalers price point. (I believe the sellers are bidding against you, I cannot prove that...) Anyway, I won two... When the bill came in it had a charge for a liftgate. We are talking about two 25lb boxes, maybe. So I called Liquidation.com and they stated that I had to wait for UPS to deliver my packages before they could do anything about the charge. Well UPS showed up today and I took a picture of the guy holding the two boxes behind his truck which did not have a liftgate. UPS drivers are the BEST! So I called them back and they informed me that there was not a charge for the liftgate. Looking at the invoice it just says delivery charge. So the breakdown was gone... Yeah.

Well then I opened the boxes to start inspecting the product to list. EVERY SINGLE COAT WAS A SMALL!!! It was listed as a MIX! They put smalls into XL BAGS! And then the Polos... they are mostly Outlet labels... absolute CRAP! I am so upset. Please do not buy from them nor the seller that goes by monike21. I called them back and they didn't care!! NEVER AGAIN! I will buy in person, no more auctions.

#1 Liquidation.com sells mostly trash LITTERALY. I purchased many pallets from different Liquidation warehouse locations. I have my own truck so I like to pick up in person. This company TRULY doesn't care what they sell. For example I purchased 7 pallets of Lowe's returns which turn out to be a DISASTER - mostly broken trash items that should NEVER be offered for sale.

After making contact with Liquidation.com they said that it was not their responsibly that they sold me Lowe's dumpster trash. Another horrible experience was actually my first buying swim suits that were dry rotted and dirty (bloody). Very disgusting. Lastly they have lots of stupid rules designed to cheat you out for your money for example. If you're buying and you are trying to win a certain # of bids before you schedule a pickup they will deactivate your account and charge you a fee (which happened to me a couple of times). I can go on and on about my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. I only want to hopefully help a unwitting person spare themselves lost time and money dealing with this ridiculous company. If you want better QUALITY and SERVICE buy from B-STOCK.COM and whatever you do NEVER even consider buying from Liquidation.com because you WILL REGRET IT my friend.

But most importantly the fraudulent MSRP. For example, a 5.5 oz can of Pringles, 27.00, or a 3.15 oz CARESS BEAUTY BAR SOAP 27.94 and the list goes on. It is apparent that Walgreens' endorses this fraud since they are the listed seller. Trust your instincts and stay away from Liquidation.com or any auction with Walgreens liquidation as seller.

I immediately opened a dispute asking for a return. I uploaded detailed photos AND videos of the pieces. After going back and forth with Liquidation.com dispute center they sided with the SELLER. Buyers beware with Liquidation.com. They offer ZERO protection for buyers. They are more concerned with filling THEIR own pockets with money and allow SCAMMERS to get away with this. I placed my first order with Liquidation in May of 2023 for a used lot of brand name dresses, 30 total, for $299. Shipping was ridiculous at $140 for two small boxes, but I decided to try anyways. Boxes arrived and clothes looked nothing like the stock photos on the site AND had pit stains, deodorant stains, and BLOOD in one of the dresses….a lot. Looked as if a woman started her period in it.

I immediately called Liquidation customer service and a woman was very apologetic and said that for a refund that I needed to start a dispute with my bank as it was paid by wire transfer, and that they would approve it when it came through and she would put a note in for me. While I waited, I took a chance on another order. Much less. I tracked it all the way up to delivery day and when delivery was on my street, it was sent back due to being damaged. I have received many damaged packages before so this shipment had to be gnarly.

Almost 3 months later, I am finally updated through my bank, who says that Liquidation refused my refund. I, again, contact Liquidation. The dispute team gets back to me and asks for photos/ video of each piece and for me to respond within 24 hours or my claim would be null. After much back and forth, they cite their policy saying that I needed to let them know about the condition of the shipment within 3 days of receiving it and they denied my claim. Are you kidding me??? YOU sent me a box with blood and bodily fluids in dresses. EVERY piece is contaminated!

I was refunded the second shipment as it was “damaged” to begin with. I have been consistent and sent plenty of pictures of nasty dress conditions to them to support my claim. I thought that I was patiently giving Liquidation time to respond to my bank’s claim and they had the audacity to give me 24 HOURS to respond. My story didn’t change. This is a true and honest experience. I will never buy from them again and will warn everyone against buying from them. I wish that I had gotten the woman’s name originally from my first customer service call but expected Liquidation to make it right. Now I will have to contact the investigation division of my bank. I’m more than happy to send contaminated boxes back to this company. Disgusting. I should have paid attention to their 1 star reviews.

SCAM ALERT!!! This company is a big scam after all. I have purchased a total of 3 different pallets. Every single pallet, I have to dispute to get some credits back. The last pallet was the worst one of all. As the seller (acellular) described, a lot have 4000 NEW cases with models as follows; iPhone 7, iPhone X, Samsung S6, Samsung Note 10, iPad Air1 and iPad Air2. I was thinking if I could get $1 for each 4000 cases, I could get $4K out of it. I was totally wrong. I received only 2554 good products and 214 damaged cases (it even marked "damaged" on the two boxes). There is no Samsung Note 10 or iPad Air2 as they advertised on their website.

It makes matters worse; they made me dump every single case out of the box for a group photo. How stupid is it? How impossible is it for me, the sole individual, to handle that much work and there is no space for me to do so? They asked for a photo of the damaged cases. I provided it to them, but they came up with an excuse that there is no evidence at all. They are never in contact with me about the Note 10 and the iPad Air2 in their ads. You know, even little kids know how to count. 4000 versus 2768 are two different numbers. I will spread bad words about this company; then report it to "bbb.org". You are not going to get away from this one AT ALL. Mark my words on it.

Have used liquidation companies for years now, including liquidation.com. Liquidation.com has always been a bit hit or miss. But never until my most recent experience has anything been quite this bad... Won a pallet of electronics. Customer Returns are how they were classified. I fully expect some even maybe 40 to 50 percent of the items to be broken, that's just the world of customer returns. What I didn't expect was a broken rate of 90 percent and items such as garbage disposals and food processors to be "dirty, smelly, used" as even the labels on the boxes said... and the labels were not lies. I couldn't even take the items out of their boxes because I immediately started gagging. The seller even posted pictures of these items... with the labels hidden... so they handled them... which is equally as disgusting. They then sent them anyways... woah.

I contact liquidation.com to file a dispute (really more of a complaint). I explained that I needed to get rid of these items, you know, mostly for health reasons... Their disputes team said I could not if I wanted to dispute. You have got to be kidding me... In what world does a company live in where they think it's ok to ship these items, then say, "Oh they are essentially a biohazard, you should keep them in an enclosed space in early summer, wait 10 business days for us to figure this out, and possibly send them back." I am completely floored this time with Liquidation.com's response and handling of this.

I can no longer say I want to use Liquidation.com, there are other options out there that I have used, and nothing is perfect ever in the liquidation world... but nothing like this has ever happened with any of them. Buyer beware, always wear a gas mask and maybe even a hazmat suit when opening up your pallets from liquidation.com
