#1 Liquidation.com sells mostly trash LITTERALY. I purchased many pallets from different Liquidation warehouse locations. I have my own truck so I like to pick up in person. This company TRULY doesn't care what they sell. For example I purchased 7 pallets of Lowe's returns which turn out to be a DISASTER - mostly broken trash items that should NEVER be offered for sale.

I was the winning bid for a pallet of Walgreen shelf pulls, with a listed MSRP 21,885.00. After receiving the pallet, there were several items missing, and all the chocolate melted. But most importantly the fraudulent MSRP. For example, a 5.5 oz can of Pringles, 27.00, or a 3.15 oz CARESS BEAUTY BAR SOAP 27.94 and the list goes on. It is apparent that Walgreens' endorses this fraud since they are the listed seller. Trust your instincts and stay away from Liquidation.com or any auction with Walgreens liquidation as seller.

I purchased a lot of 25 Undeliverable mail from Delaware seller skailen on Liquidation.com (NEVER ORDER FROM SKAILEN). They sent me 25 boxes of garbage. All the boxes were reopened and packaged with trash-I received a 1976 CD, Christmas lights used of course, books that were ripped and torn, a plate with a break in it, a movie from the 1980's- I will include pictures-

I’ve encountered sellers listing pallets/packages with certain titles and brands. One in particular is a seller called unboxedtreasures. They advertise a lot of 15 items from “high end designer luxury boutiques.” Upon receiving the lot not one single piece had ANY designer tag. All made in China, poor quality goods. I immediately opened a dispute asking for a return. I uploaded detailed photos AND videos of the pieces. After going back and forth with Liquidation.com dispute center they sided with the SELLER. Buyers beware with Liquidation.com. They offer ZERO protection for buyers. They are more concerned with filling THEIR own pockets with money and allow SCAMMERS to get away with this. I will be working on filing a class action suit against them for FALSE ADVERTISING.

I placed my first order with Liquidation in May of 2023 for a used lot of brand name dresses, 30 total, for $299. Shipping was ridiculous at $140 for two small boxes, but I decided to try anyways. Boxes arrived and clothes looked nothing like the stock photos on the site AND had pit stains, deodorant stains, and BLOOD in one of the dresses….a lot. Looked as if a woman started her period in it.

Like many other reviews, this is a scam. I ordered a $46 drill set and received a 99 cent set of mini screwdrivers. You know the old saying, if it's too good to be true, it is not. DON'T DO IT, they are a scam !!!!

I purchased items which were listed as returns, but received boxes of salvage/Broken/dirty items that look like they were taken from trash. I filed a dispute, but was denied consideration. This website is a scam and should be taken down. I paid $1400 for the lot which came up to $1925 after other charges. I'm stuck with 5 heavy boxes of trash that I have to lift and transport to a dumpster. 50 broken laptops and not one came with a charger. Here's the seller I purchased the items from: JohbetElectronics. A Lawsuit need to be filed against this company for scamming. I have the receipt and all documents to prove my statement/claim. Please make this go viral so liquidation.com can be taken down and stop scamming people.

Surplusandreturns scam. I used to purchase a lot from Liquidation 10 years ago. I've decided to purchase again a month ago from a seller name Surplusandreturns and I was scammed!! Seller is saying that he is selling lost mail items and he upload pictures of Walmart and Amazon packages. I spent $300 and received open bags with 0.99 items, some of the items were duplicate, what the seller is doing he is buying junk, put them in bags and says they are lost mail items, I contacted Liquidation but they said it sold as is, he basically scam customers and Liquidations allows it.

I wish I had read reviews about the company before I purchased. "High end boutique" was the listing and I got very used junk. I understand the packages were not opened, but they specifically said high-end boutique and that is nowhere near what I got. I got very used clothing, wax for candles, and a couple of cheap jewelry rings. I don't know how they thought this was high-end or boutique, but I will never use them again. Shipping was a obscenely high and slow. When I pay more than $40 in shipping, it should not take more than a week to arrive. DON'T DO IT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! This company is a big scam after all. I have purchased a total of 3 different pallets. Every single pallet, I have to dispute to get some credits back. The last pallet was the worst one of all. As the seller (acellular) described, a lot have 4000 NEW cases with models as follows; iPhone 7, iPhone X, Samsung S6, Samsung Note 10, iPad Air1 and iPad Air2. I was thinking if I could get $1 for each 4000 cases, I could get $4K out of it. I was totally wrong. I received only 2554 good products and 214 damaged cases (it even marked "damaged" on the two boxes). There is no Samsung Note 10 or iPad Air2 as they advertised on their website.

Have used liquidation companies for years now, including liquidation.com. Liquidation.com has always been a bit hit or miss. But never until my most recent experience has anything been quite this bad... Won a pallet of electronics. Customer Returns are how they were classified. I fully expect some even maybe 40 to 50 percent of the items to be broken, that's just the world of customer returns. What I didn't expect was a broken rate of 90 percent and items such as garbage disposals and food processors to be "dirty, smelly, used" as even the labels on the boxes said... and the labels were not lies. I couldn't even take the items out of their boxes because I immediately started gagging. The seller even posted pictures of these items... with the labels hidden... so they handled them... which is equally as disgusting. They then sent them anyways... woah.

Liars and forget about disputing. It's all junk. They use the same pictures. It's not even unopened mail. They opened it, saw it was crap and repackaged it and stuffed in your box. Buyer Beware, a lot of better legitimate companies out there. Stay far away.

When you are bidding on auctions from Liquidation.com it tells you if the items are returned, salvage or shelf pulls. And it often refers you back to the seller's return policy in the case there might be a dispute. The seller's return policy is not always what is the guideline. It basically boils down to the representative that handles your dispute. We've been told verbatim that it is the seller that decides the dispute outcome and in the next breath we have been told that it is liquidation.com that handles the resolution of those disputes.

On April 29, 2023, I won 3 auctions from this site from the same seller "surplusandreturns". The auction title was "Wholesale Packages Merchandise Returns, Lost Mail, Undelivered Post". The auction stated:

This guy sends "undeliverable packages" from USPS and UPS. But it literally is a $200-$300 turd in a box. Some of the items didn't even have return labels on them, they were just in bags. I spent about $200 on forty some items and they are items you would buy at Dollar General or would buy in a garage sale. This guy sucks! Buyers beware.

SCAMMERS Alert. DO Not even Think to big on that website, They Selling you complete 100% Garbage. which you cant sell. All items you bidding on are missing parts. So if you want to buy Garbage then go ahead, Actually you are paying to empty their warehouse full of Garbage. I won (so called) auction, intimidated by $3000 sofa, plus 2000, etc etc, when I opened everything was missing, every single item has missing parts. I mean it. Trust me or Regret.

I am new to this and understand that there is a learning curve but the bait and switch that is going on with the liquidations at Liquidation.com really surprised me. Out of sheer curiosity, I counted the reviews for liquidation.com on this website, there are 5 reviews with 5 stars, 8 reviews with 4 stars, 3 reviews with 3 stars, 19 reviews with 2 stars and... drumroll please... 268 reviews with 1 star. I really wish I had found this website before spending over $3000 in auctions. I understand that buying returns and salvage items is very risky and that is why I only purchase new and shelf pull items. I do my research because my capital is limited and I read everything on the auction that I am interested in. I even zoom in on the pictures to make sure that what they are trying to sell me is legit. I purchased some pallets of new and shelf pull clothing from Target, not a bad deal.

This company sells bait and switch merchandise at auction. Whether it is the company or its sellers they promise great deals and they deliver junk or fake items. For example they will have auctions saying i14 Pro Max 3 for $290. Of course the average person will think they are Apple iPhone 14s. But no... They are fake Chinese iPhone 14 lookalikes running Android OS. That's just one example. There are hundreds of similar scam auctions. This is just one of the problems with this site. I have heard many other horror stories. Just search for "liquidation.com reviews" and you will see what I mean. If you bid on an item and then you want to retract the bid before the auction they do not allow retraction of bids and then you have to dispute with your CC company of course. If you paid by wire you can say goodbye to your money. I suggest you stay away if you value your money.

We purchased a 'package' of electronic returns from Liquidation.com. The seller stated MSRP was $4011.00, but when we received the package and inventoried the items they sent, the actual MSRP from manufacturer's websites was $1861.25. That's a difference of over $2100 between stated MSRP and actual MSRP. In addition, 2 of the 'big ticket items' in the auction package were airpods, both of which were sealed in their boxes. However, further inspection showed that the items had been replaced with counterfeit/damaged items, and were re-sealed to appear like new. The other big ticket item was a security camera system, but it had been used and had a password set on it. We were unable to get the password reset, so this item is useless, too.

There are sellers and Auction site but they basically in cahoots with each other. They have automated shill bidders to make sure they get the most money out of you. How do I know? Because all my auctions, I had losing bids for days and up to the last few hours I was losing then all of a sudden I got a notification hours before the auction ended that I won the bid. Oh well, I was regretting that last bid but since I won. I had to pay now so I did.

Liquidation.com supports scammers and allows them to freely operate on their site with no repercussions. I ordered "High End Boutique Returns", essentially what was supposed to be mail returns to a high end boutique in Beverly Hills, CA. First of all, they printed a literal copy of MY shipping label and stuck it to every single flat rate bubble mailer included in my shipment. They even blacked out the "to" and "from" although you can still read it when held to the light. Full of Salvation Army quality clothing worth $3-$5 each. 10 year old worn Calvin Klein shirts etc. Nothing at all that would be sold in a high end boutique anywhere in LA, never mind Beverly Hills. When I contacted the company they made me send in 60 photos and videos before flat out rejecting my dispute saying "contents unknown". Better off hunting thrift stores and flea markets than believing ANYTHING from liquidation.com.

Please Do not buy from here as others have said, ZERO customer service. If you bid the wrong amount no one gets back to you, when you go pick up your stuff and you can't fit it all they will just leave it outside. They have huge cancellation Fees. Even if you bid the wrong amount and win the item they charge you. I spent over $10k here and becasue I bid the wrong amount they want to charge me a fee.

I purchased 498 Taotronics Soundliberty 97, 95 and 92 earbuds from Liquidation.com. The condition was listed as "shelf-pulls" which they define as merchandise never purchased from a store and pulled off the shelf. Most of the items I received were still in the plastic wrapping. When I opened one to test out the quality, it would not charge. I tested 14 more and none of them worked. When I contacted them, they advised me I would need to send a video of each defective item to receive a refund for each one. That is 498 videos. 498!

I bought a wholesale box of earrings that claimed to be $19.99-$29.99. I received a box that looked NOTHING like the pictures, some garbage "Chuns Jewelry" that are not even worth $1 a piece. Customer service of course gave me the run-around and will not refund me. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from this scam company. This company need to be shut down because they are scamming people for their money.

Purchased two “packages” - First I purchased a mixed package of Returns and/or shelf pulls. The actual purchase price was low, however, where they made up their money was the ungodly shipping costs. Had a “opening” experience for a few friends that were interested in getting involved. I received JUNK, worn clothing, hairy dog supplies, screws, old phone cases, weird stickers only useable thing was a men's walmart watch. So, I decided undeliverable packages. They valued the 40 packages at over $6000. Had a bidding war and after SHIPPING I paid about $600+ but according to their advertising the total value was going to be over $6000.

I’ve bought a pallet based on its size, weight & dimension. 1/4th of the size and the weight was expired food; Another 3 boxes were with foods that expire in 20 days; also expired medications, drink shakes, disinfecting wipes, 2000 of Biden’s stickers, half of box of COVID masks, half of box of old phone cases - all junk, out-aged stuff and prohibited items. The wooden pallet itself was 70 pound which is almost 10% of the total weight. I opened a dispute, and the CS gave 24 hours to count each sticker and each can, and picture it all. I made the pics of what was expired but refused to count the cans and stickers and my dispute was declined.

Most of the sellers on this site only take wire transfer in form of payment. Don't fall for it as I did. I purchased 10 Iphones used and received 10 destroyed iphones, all icloud locked. Some won't ever power on.

I have purchased from Liquidation.com in the past and received pallets within a week. This last time, I waited 3 wks and called. They said it was coming. Waited another 2 wks and called. Said it was delayed. Called a third time and they said they had cancelled the order and I would get a refund. No refund, yet.

I was literally robbed by this company and TFORCE SHIPPING. No one will get back to me by email and the phone people are rude as all get out. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM. I can't believe they have no issue stealing from people.

Not until I won the bid and set up an appointment did it ever say items would be damaged. Also, every single item, just about, had "Donations" written on it in permanent black marker. How can you sell an item that says donations on the original packaging? Curtains and comforters, also, had it written on the outside package. This makes it hard to sell the products that are good.

Both items I bought were not as described. The jean leggings were not at all and in any way shape or form close to being jeans. And the rhinestone necklaces were so cheap and did not resemble what they advertised. When I asked to get my money back they will not stand by their word. Do not buy from this company. They are a rip off.

I look at 15 different auctions and the manifest list. Each one had items listed as being worth a hundred or more when they are worth less than 20 dollars. Example 150 dollar lot and the expensive piece in it was MPOW headphones saying they are worth 130 dollars. The same exact pair sells at Walmart for 15 dollars. Nothing is worth as much as they say.

My experience was horrible, I bought a box of rings and received a product of the worst quality from China, for more with the details of the Chinese warehouse in the box, nothing to do with the photos and description they published and what I buy. The Customer service washes its hands saying it's as is and they don't care about anything else. Don't trust what you see in the pictures online, or in the description. I do not recommend this website at all!!

First and last time buyer. Buying no problem but what you get is very cheap. Waste of money. Couldn't wait to get my package but when it came in the mailbox in a small, very small, envelope I was so surprised to see how small my package was the necklace I could have gotten at the fair.

I've been using Liquidation for quite a while and always had a good experience, But recently I put in a bid for a target pallet, paid a hefty price. It was set as returns as description. but boxes came stating salvage all over, some item works but most didn't. There a huge difference between salvage and returns. I sent them picture and they rule against me. So I sent my back a chargeback request. At this point Liquidation bans you. This company has shady business practices. Do not buy from Liquidation. This company is on sham. Company are suppose to stand behind what is stated on their site. If they make a mistake make it right.

I purchased some audio products from this seller and the ad stated they were professionally refurbished but what I received was junk with dead batteries. This auction was a straight lie but was able to get my money back 5 weeks later. I attempted to give a feedback on the site but once you get your money back there is no option for a feedback/review. How convenient!

Buyer beware, I bid and paid over $3500 for a pallet and they sent it to the wrong address! After over a week of calling and emailing multiple times a day, they refuse to resolve the issue or refund my money. The customer service is non existence! Buyer beware and do some research before buying from this business, there are people who have mentioned being out-bidden by the people who are affiliated and work for this company in attempt to up the price of the auction. I have purchased multiple pallets in the past and in most cases more than half the items were not as described in the manifest and the customer service did not do anything about it. I will never buy from here again and I recommend everyone who is reading this to do the same. There are many other people who have had the same experience and have left feedback.

Paid for a lot of 51 items with a guaranteed manifested value of $39.99 msrp each totaling 2k, instead I got a box of 47+ 0-20 dollar and four $30 items, mostly trash like a single screw wrapped in plastic, a birthday card, a piece of random plastic, and a corded plug to... something.

I wanted to bid on iPad lots. I've done some careful researching...currently iPad gen 4 and below do not work with the Apple App Store and iTunes store - because the iOS is too old and not upgradeable. This is also true of the iPad mini 1, and the iPad Pro. Sure, you can turn them on, log in and use them with WiFi - but not much else. You can't use them for Facebook, Apple TV+, e.g., there are no useable apps. Probably, you can get on the Internet but most likely any pages with any type of Interaction- will fail.

I have been buying Liquidation boxes for about 2 years, and the box I just got from them is by far the worst. The condition is supposed to be uninspected/untested returns. In the past that meant some would be incomplete, some would be broken, some would be out of it packaging, and some would be in new or like new condition. My box has 60 items (headphones), 40 of the items were in bags and obviously broken, I mean in pieces. 20 came in boxes, but NONE were in good condition. They literally picked out anything that was sellable and gave me pure trash. This should have been sold as salvage. I have contacted them, but I doubt anything will happen. I will also be contacting the BBB. I had good luck with their health and beauty boxes. I will not buy another electronics box, it was a VERY expensive lesson. Shame on them selling these items, it is a SCAM.
