I ordered from these people 3 different times but never received 1 single item. Seemed every item that I ordered was always out of stock yet I was able to order and pay for them. Customer service rude!

I ordered 4 Heel Tastics from this website because it's the only one where I could find the original without CBD. Placed the order, they immediately charged me. Two weeks later...nothing. No tracking #, nothing. I sent a chat after hours and received an answer via e-mail that they would cancel the order. Haven't received a credit yet but will keep my eye on it and file a dispute if necessary. Had I not contacted them I feel like they would not have addressed the unfilled order and left the charge on my card. Never again!

I ordered a magnifying light stand for my Mom. She decided she did not want it so I contacted the company for their return policy. I was told they did not except returns for customer change of mind. There was no phone support for this company only e-mail. I will not be ordering any more products from this company and will not recommend this company or its products to any one else also.

This company is totally unreliable! DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered the Arctic Air on July 29th. Said delivery would be 3 to 8 business days. It's now August 21st (3-weeks later). Still no delivery (sound familiar?). Used the chat feature twice and both times was told they were out of stock and would be getting it in the next week. The next week came and went and never received anything. They have no problem though charging your credit card immediately when you place the order. Their customer service is lacking (poor communication). Never sent an e-mail regarding item being back ordered. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Finally threatened to file a complaint on social media and they cancelled my order and said they would be issuing me a refund.

I ordered a Turbo Pump in May for Father’s Day with 4 other items. Never showed up, when asked for timeframe for shipping, my order was cancelled. No answer to emails. Money returned. Only good thing.

I ordered a click belt, and 2 pair of sunglasses. My order totaled $40 bucks. I never received any products! The phone number just rings and rings! The address is a UPS store! The emails go unanswered! This company is a total rip off! I was robbed! Not happy!

On April 22nd I ordered a pair of reading glasses with an LED light on them and paid $26.94 which was taken out of my account on that date. Today is June 9, 2020 and still no glasses. I have reached out by email because none of the phone numbers I found worked. They had all been disconnected. So this tells me that this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I will be contacting the Attorney General to report them and that they should be charged criminally for the money they are stealing from our bank accounts. I know I only spent $26.94 and other people spent much more but theft is theft and I want not only my money back but also I want them charged and shut down!

I ordered an item on 4/5. I have yet to receive it, yet when I contact I am told it will be sent as soon as it is received by them. It's obvious to me, there is no intent to send my product. I guess I am glad it was a fairly inexpensive item. I will be requesting a refund, but assume I will not receive that either.

Haven't received package and no money back and paid for shipping and handling. Bad company to purchase anything. I advise no one to order anything from them. I called and left a couple of voice mails and no reply and email them.

I order a simple wallet 2 months ago and I still have not received it. When I call and when they do answer the phone they have said, "it just got here today, will ship it out" or "it's out of stock". They are a fraud and should be kicked off the internet.

I ordered a product from AsSeenonTV and paid for it. Never got it. Called. They said it will be next week. Called this week. No answer, no call back. Got email stating they didn't get the product in and refunding me if they don't. I will call my bank and Better Business Bureau.

I ordered Emeril Air Fryer 360, paid $240.37. When I received and read all the warnings and do nots, I discovered I could not use it. The the big issue is you cannot sit in on a counter with cabinets above, it must be 5" away from any wall and you cannot plug the cord into an extension. OK I'll set it on my breakfast bar...NO do not plug it in below the level of the oven!! so...I had no place it would fit, which I am sure happens to others. And...It cost me $90.00 to send it the least expensive way back. IN THEIR ADVERTISING THEY SHOULD DISCLOSE THE RESTRICTIONS ON PLACES THAT ARE SAFE TO PUT THIS OVEN. I am 80 years old and live on a fixed income and I feel like I just got "ripped off."

I ordered a Yeti mug on Dec 10 with delivery stated by Dec 20 intended as Christmas gift. Did not receive shipment notification so submitted request online case for update. They said it would ship Dec 16. Still no tracking. Left vm for customer service, added request for update in open case, emailed also - no response. Bad company. Total scam. No support. How is this not criminal? At least I used PayPal, submitted dispute today but could still take over a month to get refund.

I ordered my boyfriend's belt three weeks ago and my package still has not gotten here. I have email, called, blogged and no one will contact me back. I can not tell you how many times I have tried to talk to someone. If you are reading this do no order from this website. They take your money and won't let you know what is going on. Bad customer service. And I found the same belt almost 20 dollars cheaper.

Bought this product online. When it arrived the instruction booklet was not in the box. Tried looking for a copy of the booklet online, but nowhere could I locate the instruction booklet. Needless to say, when I tried to contact them there was no place to ask questions or get real help. They ignore you. Never ever buy from this outfit. They do not stand behind anything they sell. When you click on the icon to get a ticket for help it does not do anything. There is nowhere to get any kind of assistance.

I ordered the 100 HCV HOVER COVER on Sept 30, 2019. Here we are Dec 13, 2019 (12 weeks later), and still, no product received from AsSeenOnTV.com. I emailed them and their customer support person responded that they will be receiving more next week. Well, that was two weeks ago. I sent them another email requesting a refund. No response yet. This company is a rip-off. I wonder how many others are in the same situation. I will never do business with them again. FAIR WARNING TO OTHERS! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING OR DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Purchased iPhone lanyard in purple. Received pink. Contacted them, sent picture of item. Was told that the pink is what they send for the purple. (2 totally different colors) Won’t refund shipping I paid and want 15% restocking fee besides. VERY DISHONEST company.

Took a long time to receive & when they arrived they were damaged. Told to email pictures which I did & now I cannot get an answer to my emails asking for replacement shipping info. The order was shipped in a soft package not even a box & they were mirrors. Totally smashed. They deposited my money at the end of July & there is not even a phone number on the Bank debit let alone their web site. I also wrote to their corporate office but as of today, I do not have an answer. They claim on their web site that they have a money back guarantee but they will not get back to you.

I made a purchase and saw it takes up to 4 weeks to get. It was a mirror- so I would like to have sooner. I emailed right away and no response. I saw the phone # on my bank statement- I called and it tells you to go online. I did and it doesn't recognize my email to log in! I emailed again and no response! I'm furious that I can't get in touch with anyone and no response to my emails. Then their policy says if I contact my bank they will fight me!! Wth! Do not buy from AS SEEN ON TV. SCAMMERS!

A cautionary tale of unethical customer service... Writing in regards to an order that was placed 8/19/2019. When I originally called the customer service department I spoke an agent, in a what was a brief call, to inquire about the Power AirFryer 360. One of the inquiries that was in reference to the size difference between the Power AirFryer 360 and the deluxe (which we were incorrectly lead to believe was the Airfryer 360 XL). On the next call that took place minutes after the first call another representative answered the call and we placed the other with him; but before I placed the order I asked about the differences between the machine so as to be certain that I was making the purchase. Again I was falsely lead to belief that the AirFryer that I had brought was the XL edition; only to learn upon delivery that it was the smaller of the two.

I have not received my mirrors I ordered on May 10. $36.97 was posted on my Visa account paid to Square on May 11. My order # is **. The receipt says to email asseenontvwarehouse@gmail.com if I have any questions. I tried that several times and no reply. I've sent several messages through their customer service site but no one answers. Obviously this is an unreliable company who hides behind websites with no phone numbers. I'm calling Bank of America tomorrow to try to get my money back. I called the number given for "Square" who handled the credit card charge. Don't order from this company. Go through Amazon, they will get your merchandise or money back to you.

I ordered a Yeti cup. I never received an email like it said I would so I called and a lady told me she sent it. I never got it so I called again. She said she sent it twice. Then two weeks go by and no delivery so I call and same lady tells me it's on backorder. I told her to cancel my order. She says I'll receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. A week goes by and I email about it.i hey an email saying my order was voided and that she corrected it. We'll see if I get my money back. Not counting on it.

I ordered the car HD sun visor for my mom. I paid for express 2 day shipping. That was a week ago. These people are liars and thieves. Taking money for expedited shipping and not shipping is theft. Company promised to ship the item within 48 hours but it seems they don't have the product. I ordered the Rotorazer Saw on June 23. I called them around June 29. On July 5th I asked by email for the order to be cancelled. They gave apology and said the item will be shipped out on Monday. A label was created on Monday via USPS and today Wednesday the label was created and was not shipped. I am going to ask for a refund. 17 days already when they promised 2 days.

Ordered a YETI cup on April 9, 2019. Company accepted my order immediately. Three weeks later I realized I had not received the item and had no correspondence from the company. I contacted them by phone and was told it was back ordered and would be restocked in 3 days. Another week has passed and still no correspondence. I obviously should have checked out the reviews before ordering a product from this website. I ordered a ped vac on March 24, 2019, and received a confirmation immediately stating that I would receive an email when it was shipped. I was promised it would be shipped within 48 hours. On April 4, I still had not heard from them or received my product. I contacted them by email, I couldn't find a phone number, and they responded that I should check my account. I found out that I had no account, which sent out bad vibes. I registered and signed it, but it would not allow me to track my order. I'm going to contact my credit card company. If nothing else, I've learned a lesson regarding checking out reviews before ordering from a website.

Didn't get my product for several weeks. Couldn't track it because it claimed to be stuck at a warehouse. When I received it, it was damaged in. A LIE! COULDNT USE IT! NEVER AGAIN!!! PIECE OF CRAP! PREFER 0 STARS. NOT AN OPTION THOUGH.

So...I should have read reviews on the company before I bought my item. I placed my order on 1/18/19 and I got an email saying that my Item was shipped. 3 weeks later and nothing. If I do not receive my order in the next 3 to 7 business days I will be disputing my transaction. It is ridiculous that a company does this.
