I had hired We Will Transport to move my trailer from south carolina to washington state. It was ok at first when I started the process with this company. Then when they got the money down it seemed different. They had set me up with a driver so I had went and got a cashier check to pay the driver, and then that driver could not make it and then they assigned another driver. Then 3 or 4 days later that driver could not make it because the truck broke down. So zack had signed on another company to pull my trailer. So it cost me money, gas and time to go and get a new cashier check to pay the other driver.

The worst experience ever. They damaged my Corvette's carbon skirt. The new one coasts more than 3k (receipt attached). We have a photo before it was loaded, we have a video before it was loaded as a proof. They just told me sorry, somehow driver didn't have the insurance and they can't do anything about it. After my second call they just blocked my phone number.

Communication was Great, taught me a lot about transporting my vehicle, especially for the future. (Will) is a Great Person to talk with, also. Thumbs up to their service. Definitely is going to call when needing transporting again.

This company has to be the worst I have ever used. They took my money and made promises they didn’t keep. I paid the a deposit to pick my boat up on a Thursday and they no showed. They promised it would get picked up Monday. Keep in mind I live 5 hours from the boat I bought. So when they didn’t pick it up Thursday I had to pay a caption to take the boat back to its original marina. Then Monday pay him again to take it back to the travel lift just to no showed again. They finally got a truck the next Thursday just for the driver to tell me it was $4000 instead of $3000 like on my contract. It wasn’t the contract drivers fault and I didn’t have anywhere to keep it so I called Daniel and he said don’t worry I will refund the $1000. That’s been 3 weeks. Terrible business. DO NOT USE THEM.

Well, the price was fair and the boat arrived safely. Having said that, the agent I worked with was not a good communicator. He did not follow up on calls. He was not clear, not prompt, not willing to work with me to solve a problem. The most frustrating thing was how payment was handled. The agent told me the driver accepted Venmo and/or cash, but when I met the driver he said he only accepted cash. The problem was the hour of the day. I could not readily get the amount of cash I needed and another friend had to get more cash to get the deal done. The driver would not unload the boat until he was paid. What should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours.

Carlo and Crew were very friendly and extremely quick and clean at delivering my RV from CO to south TX, big thanks to all involved and y'all will definitely be my first call next time we relocate! TYVM.

Art has some issues. We are a tow company out of the Fort Worth area that did a lift job for him. We advised him it would need 2 trucks & he agreed to do so. After the job was done, he started calling our company and making threats. He stated that he was going to come down here, implying violence. The guy is just off his rocker. Called in and talked to Will, who was very respectful. By the sound of his voice, it seemed like he had to deal with this very often from Art. I will remove this 1 star review if Art himself calls and apologizes to our entire team for harassing us.

We contracted wewilltransportit.com to pickup a forklift in Indiana and deliver it to our warehouse in Memphis TN. We dealt with a lady named Christina G. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accomodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote. When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me pictures. I immediately called Christina and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location to move the forklift from the carrier's trailer to our dock.

I called to get a quote to move a sailboat, guy answering was very condescending and bad mannered and just as he was telling me he wasn’t going to give me a price I told him, well I told him off, he texts me back with my address which I didn’t provide, and said I messed with the wrong guy and he would make sure no one in the industry help me move my boat.

As an employee of a sixth-generation family-owned manufacturing company that ships out dozens of truckloads each week, I recently had a regrettable encounter with a logistics company that left much to be desired. During a recent phone call, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior from one of their representatives, which was truly disappointing. In our line of work, where efficiency and reliability are paramount, customer service plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. We value respectful and professional interactions with all our business partners, and it was disheartening to experience the opposite with this particular logistics company.

GOT SCREWED. DO NOT USE 3rd PARTY PAY APPS. UPDATE: Art called. Disappointed by my review. Demanded I remove it. I said I would edit to show if/when he refunded me. He stated he would. SURPRISE!! He did not refund my $745.00!! Got SCREWED! Agreed and paid 725.00 in advance to move my empty 40ft shipping storage container 20 miles in town. Great price, I thought. Arranged/pd 1/26/24 to pickup 2/2/24. On 2/2/24, the deal got squirrely. Truck was down and would be late. A few hours later said 5:00 to pickup. I agreed. An hour later canceled and confirmed move on following day, Saturday afternoon. Agreed. Saturday afternoon, truck unavailable. States Sunday for sure As I have to have container removed from current location by Monday.

I paid this company to transport my backhoe and after days of getting the run around they finally admitted that they didn't actually transport anything themselves and that they were trying to find a transporter to do the job. I have no problem with companies that broker work but they should be upfront about it. I paid extra for expedited service because I was going out of the country and needed this done before I went. I was lied to more in that week of phone calls than any other time in my life I think. So after all this I finally couldn't wait anymore and cancelled the job and was told it was no problem.

We were faced with a challenge of quickly needing to select a mover for 3 containers. Unfortunately we selected We will Transport It. Worst decision that we could have made. They took more than 2 months to deliver. Lied repeatedly that the containers were picked up when they were still sitting in same spot. Quoted $8874 and then demanded $4000 more once they finally picked them up to actually deliver them or "they would hold them at their facility and incur storage charges." They are not ethical. They also lie to delivery drivers, crane operators, etc. No one wants to do business with them after the interaction. Worst experience of my life.

I hired them to transport a boat. I verified drivers insurance as provided by the company. Boat was severely damaged, driver refused to pay and insurance was falsified. Company declined to assist in any way even though their driver provided falsified insurance documents. My insurance paid but I was out the deductible and other costs not covered by insurance.

We had an expensive loss because of their lack of professionalism. They kept postponing the loading date, which led to bigger problems. I am waiting for a refund of $5,000 from them and they don't even answer my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a broker who will sub contract out your transport and not tell you that and will lie to you about doing everything by the law and then doing nothing by the law. Then when your item is damaged in the transport, they will do nothing to assist with their subcontractor damaging your property. Save your money and time. DO NOT USE this company for any reason.

We have done this before and just have not had good luck in transporting boats or large equipment with brokers because they appear to only do cars.. We Will Transport corp has the reviews and appeared to transport everything and anything... So after extensive research we decided to not only transport our cars they sent a boat trailer to move our 2010 Sear Sundancer and all our farm equipment went separate on some kind of long flatbed.. The MGM got involved. Carlo got involved and not only helped with a discount made sure all 3 drivers showed up on the same day (which was critical due to the household movers coming the day after). I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!

I shipped my 2019 Corvette (Covered transport) from Orlando FL to Virginia needing it there in under two days, seemed to me this request should be a very difficult task to achieve! Mr. ** got right on it taking my information and locating a driver quickly! His honesty and professionalism not to forget great care and excellent support in my transport needs resulting in me being very happy to say... my shipment was delivered on time on schedule! I liked the fact that Will notified me of the location of the truck so I was never left in the dark guessing! Will ** was always there for me even after hours! WOW!!! I would truly recommend him to my family and friends! I'm very happy with my Transport experience!!! A big thank you to "We Will Transport It" and Mr. Will **, great job team!

I used WWTI transport company to ship one of my Econo Vans. The first initial shipping went smooth. I requested another transport for my second Van and although, my customer service rep Jesse was great it was the driver that never showed up on the scheduled date. I received a text from the driver stating he/she would be there the next day between 9am-12noon. "A no show" still. I called the transport company to get the issue situated and I was promised another timeframe for pick up on the same day. I can only hope that someone will show up.

Art quoted me a transport price of 32000 but wrote contract for 33489. Required me to wire transfer 3489 in advance with balance of 30000 per contract to be paid upon delivery. Upon delivery art told me that the balance was 31300 because a detention fee of 1300 was added. There were no delays caused by my people at the arena and the yacht was prepared for transport. Their website indicates that would be no additional fees and the quote could be trusted. This clearly did not happen.

This is the second time we have hired this great Car Carrier Company to transport our daughter's vehicle in the Air Force. The vehicle was picked up on a Saturday evening in Washington State and delivered to Altus Oklahoma last night. Very professional company. Mr. ** was great to work with us in dispatch and Mr. ** gave us the quote. We will hire them again for sure.

I shipped my grandfather's car to Florida. Was ripped off by "Move Wheels". Jesse informed me that was a scam company just looking for a deposit. He quoted me roughly 400 dollars more but explained there was a lot of cars on the route and that if they weren't paying the right amount they wouldn't go and literally just having experienced this I agreed because I had a deadline. Jesse called back in about 3 hours saying my car would be loaded in the morning and he was able to get my rate lower by about 75 dollars then we had agreed on my car was loaded by noon today just as he promised. I was blown away a lot of companies would have just pocketed the extra money. When I was dealing with "Move Wheels" it was very confusing but they beat all my other quotes by as much as 500 dollars. Jesse took a lot of time to explain how some companies will give a bogus quote to get a credit card number then change the rate.

I had a very bad experience with this Company. I am a very busy physician and do not usually have time to write reviews but what I want through over the past few days made me write about my experience. I found "We Will Transport It" through internet for transporting my luxury car. I needed the transport to be on a specific date, July 5th and just to be safe I ordered an enclosed transport. I mentioned to the agent that I was leaving my current location permanently and therefore I was not flexible about the date. My concern was that my requested date was the day after a major holiday but I was reassured that this was not a problem at all. The week before my transport I sent 2 separate emails to confirm the transport and both times I was reassured that everything is in order and I was going to be contacted by the dispatcher 24 hours prior to the transport.

This was the first time I was transporting my car across state lines and to be honest I was very worried about. I searched Consumer Affairs/Better Business Bureau for the top rated interstate car transport companies and I was not disappointed. Although I wanted to find a company that did its own shipping and was not simply a broker, Jesse in sales assured me that although We Will Transport It was a hybrid company, meaning they did both, the companies that worked with them were top notch and trust worth.

Opposed to the horror stories we had heard about this industry Carlo helped calm us down and explained how it works and that's exactly how it went... We Will Transport It thanks for getting my beautiful 2019 C7 Corvette home quickly and safely!

I needed to have a vehicle transported from state a to b. I had a tight time deadline. I called 9 or 10 places prior to this company. I was assured by Rocky not a problem, it will be picked up and arrive by the dates requested. Simply just didn't happen, was picked up 4 days after scheduled, arrived well past when it needed to be here. The other companies at least had the decency to state they cannot hire drivers who show up when paid or work as contracted. But not Rocky, he just lied. If you can't trust them with their word, why would you trust them with your vehicle?

Contracted them to deliver a truck - paid upfront. Truck was a auction vehicle - had to be picked up by a certain date. Transport It knew this upfront and said, "No Problem." They failed to pick it up on time and said they would send another truck which took an additional 4 days. The auction site charged late storage fees due to their late pickup. They refused to pay the late fee and could not reach me (although I gave them 2 telephone numbers they only called the landline). So truck wasn't picked up. I then called them for 4 days straight and they refused to answer my call. The final humiliation is that they refused to refund my money even though I had to pay storage fees and an extra 500 to get another trucking outfit to get the vehicle. Beware of this company.

I had a fifth wheel motorhome that needed to be moved and We Will Transport It gave me the best bid. The customer service rep was helpful and answered all my questions. I called him back several times until we made a final decision.

I bought a PistenBully 240D out of state and I was going to have it delivered to my home in California. We Will Transport It responded to my email inquiry and their quote was a little on the high side but they negotiated it with me. I felt that it was worth it for what I got. The salesman closed the deal and the other fellow kept me posted. The interaction with them was very good, professional and well done. I was expecting it to take a long time but they did it within half the timeframe that I anticipated. They jumped on it and got it moving.

I needed to transport a Bobcat. We Will Transport It gave me a good quote and it was exactly the same as the final cost of service. My interactions with the transport organizer were super simple. The amount of time it was transported to me was perfect and it was in good condition.

I bought a Camaro ’81 that I needed to transport and We Will Transport It had a slightly better price than everybody else. I contacted a guy that I dealt with a couple of times and he was nice, friendly and personable. The customer service reps were helpful and good at it. They were kind, dependable and patient with me.

We Will Transport It was available when I needed to transport a vehicle. Other than they need to improve on the cost and time, everything was fine with the customer service rep. I was satisfied in my experience.

I needed to bring my car from Florida to here. I used We Will Transport It and initially, it was my understanding that i would use my debit card when the car got back because I didn’t have the money on me when it was delivered. I just had the money in my account. But they wouldn’t accept a debit card. So, it cost me another $150 to keep my car for two days and they delivered it on Monday after I had the money. I don't understand why they would take my debit card in Florida but would not take it here.

My experiences with We Will Transport It so far is all good. One time, they transported a vehicle, and then another time recently, they picked up some tools for me. The customer service reps were great and pleasant. Shay was very sweet and then the last time, I dealt with a gentleman named Art. I have no issues and I'll definitely use them again.

I'm a used equipment dealer, and I sell all over the world. I had a customer who bought a 52,000-lb excavator in Cleveland and needed transport, and we wrapped the transport up in the deal. I have two brokers I deal with, but they felt comfortable with whatever numbers they wanted to give me, and they were really high. I contacted We Will Transport It and talked to Ben. He was great and knew what he was talking about. He was very responsive to everything that I've had and quick with quotes. He actually quoted another machine for me to ship. I've dealt with a lot of companies trying to find three good companies to deal with, and I found one in We Will Transport It to help me with some of my shipping. They did a really good job.

I've used We Will Transport It multiple times to ship multiple trucks. Recently, I had a customer that was in Nevada. Their company bought a truck and they didn't want to fly out and drive it back. So, we needed to get the truck over to them. We Will Transport It has been very reliable and we’ve never had any problems with them. Because we're really the middleman between getting the truck transported and the end-user who is our customer, we need somebody that we can count on: a company through which the truck we ship comes when they say it's gonna come. Though their service was expensive, it's reasonable and it's worth it to be able to count on them and make sure they can ship the truck quickly. Furthermore, their reps were awesome and they bent over backwards for us.

I bought a car in Florida and live in Idaho. We Will Transport It transported my car and they were the cheapest. I asked them to give me five hours heads-up because I have to drive three hours to get my car. They didn't give me that, but they texted me and let me know how much it was gonna be and they didn’t charge me extra. We Will Transport It was great and I had a decent experience.

I didn’t wanna fly out and drive the car back so I had it transported. I chose We Will Transport It since I had another company that dropped the ball. Plus I have used We Will Transport It years ago on another vehicle. The recent transport went very well. The only issue was when the car got here, there was a lot of dirt on it. The car above it had a leaky oil pan. The delivery guys arrived here at 11:00 o’clock at night which was fine because I wanted to get the car off. They could’ve gone home to Miami or wherever they were going to get a night’s rest all the way from Arizona but they didn’t. They did a good job.

I use We Will Transport It to transport the vehicles I bought down to my locations. Their quote sometimes might be way high but we might end up with an agreement of something fair when I talk to them. My interactions with the organizers are good but there are a couple of times I had difficulties with some of the staff. The females sometimes don’t call me back, so I keep calling and there are no answers. Still, We Will Transport It gives me good service and I never have problem with them.
