DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They went through my husband & I things and STOLE from us. Items that did make it, were damaged. To put our trust and money into a company for them to take from us is disheartening! The communication was also horrible. I had a bad feeling about them as the move got closer and should’ve cancelled!! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

My move from New York to Los Angeles with US Prime Movers was a fantastic experience. They were communicative from start to finish, and there were no hidden fees. They adjusted my quote multiple times with ease as I updated them leading up to the move, which gave me confidence in their flat-rate pricing. On moving day, the team was quick and efficient, and the lead mover, Juan **, was exceptional. They handled all my belongings with care, and not a single item was scratched or damaged when I unpacked. They even set up my new apartment exactly how I wanted it, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend US Prime Movers for anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

After hearing so many horror stories about moving companies, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, US Prime Movers went above and beyond my expectations. My move from Georgia to Tennessee was handled by a team led by Max, Oleg, and Daniel, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was wrapped and protected properly. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the entire process went smoothly. I’m grateful I chose US Prime Movers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Really awesome experience. Both the customer service and the moving crew were 5-star. Customer service was prompt and responsive. The moving crew are professional and efficient. We made sure to provide a comprehensive list of furniture/boxes/misc things to move so there were no surprises on the moving day. We will recommend and use them again for our next move.

The US Prime team was the absolute best! They went above and beyond. The team was so nice and helpful. I was so nervous since we lived in a walk up on the 4th floor, but it was no issue at all for them. Officially my favorite movers ever. I highly recommend it if you want a stress free move!

The best move experience I have ever had. I can't say enough great things about US Prime Movers. It is the most efficient move I have ever had, no headaches and no need to lift a finger. They reassembled all the furniture and helped me set up my new apartment! I am fully moved in and relaxed!! Would recommend to all people that looking for a mover.

What a stellar and amazing experience from beginning to finish! The entire team was so insanely professional, kind, courteous and FAST! Within less than 2 hours all my belongings were carefully and gently packed and loaded onto the new, clean and spacious truck. I’m very happy in my new place so I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but when I do there is only one choice for me, US PRIME MOVERS

Unbelievable! I have used US prime movers before and they were great, but this crew I had was fantastic! So quick and helpful. Not only were they nice but qualified in moving and they brought a antique specialist to take apart and reassemble at the drop off. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND US prime movers, but the crew I had again were the BEST!

We genuinely cannot write a more outstanding review for US Prime Moving. We dealt with movers before and typically you'll find an average experience at best. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who assessed our belongings for the move, to the dispatcher office, and especially to the fantastic, hardworking movers, -every employee was professional, caring, helpful and efficient. We had a large, complicated move to storage and then out of storage to our new home. Nothing was lost or damaged. They packed us and then delivered and set up the furniture, including a baby grand piano, with expertise. We highly recommend US PRIME MOVERS!

They were very professional and explained everything about the move. They had moving blankets that were clean and not shabby, which I appreciate for the furniture. They had to take care of glass shelving and it worked out well. We are very appreciative of everyone making this move happen, from the estimator to the staff keeping in touch. They were and nothing was missing or broken. Highly recommend these movers - it was a very challenging move, and we couldn't be happier with the way things went.

I Had an amazing experience working with US prime movers. We did a full-service move: packing, moving, flat surface unpacking. I'm never going back to any other service for moving. The team of 5 was so professional and so fast. They were just good at packing things up in the most efficient way possible. It spanned two days - packing up old apartment and move stuff into truck on this two days, I would highly recommend at least getting a quote on what a full-service move would be.

US prime movers were great. The movers were communicative, punctual, friendly and extremely professional. They handled all our high-end designer pieces with care... I wasn't worried for a minute. And they took the time to place the pieces in the new space right where I wanted them. Fast cleanup and would use them again. Highly recommend for a seamless transition!

This was a true professional crew. They treated everything with white glove service. This company and especially these guys are outstanding. They did not rush, they took their time and made sure every detail was perfect & that nothing will break. We highly recommend them. I promise you; you will not be disappointed.

Overall, the move experience was very good. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. We were told what would happen, and when it would happen, and the timeline was consistently met. The gentlemen’s who picked up our furniture and who dropped off our furniture, were polite and personable, and handled our things as if they were their own. I would highly recommend prime movers for any of your moving needs. 5 stars all day long!

US Prime Movers was fantastic from start to finish. My move was super-fast, not stressful, smooth and overall, the easiest and best move I ever had. The movers took their time to carefully pad and wrap all the items. I would highly recommend United Family Movers to anyone! These guys are the best!!! We could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received. We would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

US Prime Movers did an outstanding job packing and loading our belongings. They communicated well with us, calling the night before, then arriving 30 minutes ahead of time. The driver Eric explained everything, then he and his great crew got to work. They were very efficient and worked extremely hard. Eric has a fantastic attitude. WONDERFUL service. I couldn’t have done this move without them!

I have moved to multiple states and used many different companies. US Prime helped make this the easiest move I’ve ever had. Moving from Raleigh to Miami was intimidating at first but the the team at US Prime helped make it as easy as it could have been. Nothing was damaged and communication was 10/10. Highly recommend!!
