I made a mistake. I booked more than one movers. It’s very confusing moving cross country. I also had to coordinate shipping my car as well. I’m a disabled senior and they refused to refund me so they’re gonna take. I think I remember which I’m off the top of my head around $1600 from a disabled senior and they wanna give me $150 cause I inconvenience them. They did nothing. Does anybody think they deserve $1600 for that?

Completely awful in every sense. The customer service, the timeline, and the move. Save your money. My husband and I wanted to save money and trusted this company and its partners "Good Friends" since they're veteran owned. He and I thought if a veteran is leading the company, then he understands the hardships with moving across the country sporadically. Clearly, we were mistaken. Ms. Barbara at US prime movers was completely unhelpful, seemed like she hated working there and had 0 initiative in helping clarify the customer's concerns. Good Friends did not even pick up during their business hours, and purposefully sent our calls to voicemail since their supervisor is out of town.

If moving were an Olympic sport, this company would take home the gold. Their crew moved my entire life with the precision of a chess grandmaster and the speed of a well-oiled pit crew. Not a single scratched wall, lost box, or moment of stress. The moving experience with them was a 10/10, they did a phenomenal job in making me feel comfortable through my move process and I felt like I could trust them a lot with my move. They were careful with everything that I had and treated my stuff like it was their own. They also came early and finished up early, which helped a lot on my move day!

I can’t say enough good things about Us Prime Movers and how they handled my recent move from Texas to Florida. Moving across state lines felt overwhelming at first, but their team made it incredibly easy. The movers showed up right on time, packed everything carefully, and made sure my stuff was secure before heading out. When they arrived at my new place, everything was exactly as I left it, no scratches, no broken items, nothing missing. The crew was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I was expecting to pay a lot more for this level of service, but the total was just under $4,000, which I thought was very fair. I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone planning a long-distance move.

I had the pleasure of working with US Prime Movers for a recent long distance move. My main concerns were how my possessions were going to be handled and of course the rates. The movers arrived on time and handled our stuff with total care. They went above and beyond and can’t thank enough for their service.

I can't give applaud enough to these guys. They really helped me and my family out in our time of need. They made moving easy. Not only the loads us up they also unloaded, assembled all our furniture. Went above and beyond, putting laundry machines together, stove and refrigerator. I was also highly impressed with the customer service I received when I called in to get quote from these guys. They were very reliable, punctual and overall friendly. I highly recommend them. The price is very affordable.

Recently moved from Palisades Park NJ to Hoboken and loved the experience! I recently used US Prime Movers for my move and was really happy with their service. The team arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took good care of my belongings and made sure everything was packed safely. I would definitely recommend US Prime Movers if you're looking for reliable movers. I had too much stress with this move but they took care of it. I'm also a small fragile female so they definitely took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I also had a lot of fragile one of a kind items that they took care of as well. Us Prime Movers did an amazing job helping me move to my new apartment. I lived in a 4 bedroom home. I was worried on how would I get everything out without any help as a single mom. This was the one of the first places that got back with me in a timely manner. They were very detailed and answered all my question. The movers arrived on time and bed equipped. I never the hassle of moving but these guys made it much easier for me. I really needed the help I received from these guys!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They went through my husband & I things and STOLE from us. Items that did make it, were damaged. To put our trust and money into a company for them to take from us is disheartening! The communication was also horrible. I had a bad feeling about them as the move got closer and should’ve cancelled!! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

My move from Georgia to Tennessee was handled by a team led by Max, Oleg, and Daniel, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was wrapped and protected properly. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the entire process went smoothly. Really awesome experience. Both the customer service and the moving crew were 5-star. Customer service was prompt and responsive. The moving crew are professional and efficient. The US Prime team was the absolute best! They went above and beyond. The team was so nice and helpful. I was so nervous since we lived in a walk up on the 4th floor, but it was no issue at all for them. Officially my favorite movers ever. I highly recommend it if you want a stress free move!

The best move experience I have ever had. I can't say enough great things about US Prime Movers. It is the most efficient move I have ever had, no headaches and no need to lift a finger. What a stellar and amazing experience from beginning to finish! The entire team was so insanely professional, kind, courteous and FAST! Within less than 2 hours all my belongings were carefully and gently packed and loaded onto the new, clean and spacious truck. Unbelievable! I have used US prime movers before and they were great, but this crew I had was fantastic! So quick and helpful. Not only were they nice but qualified in moving and they brought a antique specialist to take apart and reassemble at the drop off. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND US prime movers, but the crew I had again were the BEST!

We genuinely cannot write a more outstanding review for US Prime Moving. We dealt with movers before and typically you'll find an average experience at best. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who assessed our belongings for the move, to the dispatcher office, and especially to the fantastic, hardworking movers, -every employee was professional, caring, helpful and efficient. We had a large, complicated move to storage and then out of storage to our new home. Nothing was lost or damaged. They packed us and then delivered and set up the furniture, including a baby grand piano, with expertise. We highly recommend US PRIME MOVERS!

They were very professional and explained everything about the move. They had moving blankets that were clean and not shabby, which I appreciate for the furniture. They had to take care of glass shelving and it worked out well. We are very appreciative of everyone making this move happen, from the estimator to the staff keeping in touch. I Had an amazing experience working with US prime movers. We did a full-service move: packing, moving, flat surface unpacking. I'm never going back to any other service for moving. The team of 5 was so professional and so fast. They were just good at packing things up in the most efficient way possible. It spanned two days - packing up old apartment and move stuff into truck on this two days, I would highly recommend at least getting a quote on what a full-service move would be.

US prime movers were great. The movers were communicative, punctual, friendly and extremely professional. They handled all our high-end designer pieces with care... I wasn't worried for a minute. And they took the time to place the pieces in the new space right where I wanted them. Fast cleanup and would use them again. Highly recommend for a seamless transition!

Overall, the move experience was very good. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. We were told what would happen, and when it would happen, and the timeline was consistently met. The gentlemen’s who picked up our furniture and who dropped off our furniture, were polite and personable, and handled our things as if they were their own.
