If moving were an Olympic sport, this company would take home the gold. Their crew moved my entire life with the precision of a chess grandmaster and the speed of a well-oiled pit crew. Not a single scratched wall, lost box, or moment of stress. The moving experience with them was a 10/10, they did a phenomenal job in making me feel comfortable through my move process and I felt like I could trust them a lot with my move. They were careful with everything that I had and treated my stuff like it was their own. They also came early and finished up early, which helped a lot on my move day!

I can’t say enough good things about Us Prime Movers and how they handled my recent move from Texas to Florida. Moving across state lines felt overwhelming at first, but their team made it incredibly easy. The movers showed up right on time, packed everything carefully, and made sure my stuff was secure before heading out. When they arrived at my new place, everything was exactly as I left it, no scratches, no broken items, nothing missing. The crew was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I was expecting to pay a lot more for this level of service, but the total was just under $4,000, which I thought was very fair. I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone planning a long-distance move.

Recently moved from Palisades Park NJ to Hoboken and loved the experience! I recently used US Prime Movers for my move and was really happy with their service. The team arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took good care of my belongings and made sure everything was packed safely. I would definitely recommend US Prime Movers if you're looking for reliable movers. I had too much stress with this move but they took care of it. I'm also a small fragile female so they definitely took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I also had a lot of fragile one of a kind items that they took care of as well. Us Prime Movers did an amazing job helping me move to my new apartment. I lived in a 4 bedroom home. I was worried on how would I get everything out without any help as a single mom. This was the one of the first places that got back with me in a timely manner. They were very detailed and answered all my question. The movers arrived on time and bed equipped. I never the hassle of moving but these guys made it much easier for me. I really needed the help I received from these guys!!

From the very start, their customer service was excellent. I got a clear quote, and they walked me through the entire process, so there were no surprises on moving day. The crew that showed up was punctual, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work, carefully wrapping my furniture and belongings. They were efficient but also took the time to ensure everything was packed safely and securely.

Completely awful in every sense. The customer service, the timeline, and the move. Save your money. My husband and I wanted to save money and trusted this company and its partners "Good Friends" since they're veteran owned. He and I thought if a veteran is leading the company, then he understands the hardships with moving across the country sporadically. Clearly, we were mistaken. Ms. Barbara at US prime movers was completely unhelpful, seemed like she hated working there and had 0 initiative in helping clarify the customer's concerns. Good Friends did not even pick up during their business hours, and purposefully sent our calls to voicemail since their supervisor is out of town.

I had the pleasure of working with US Prime Movers for a recent long distance move. My main concerns were how my possessions were going to be handled and of course the rates. The movers arrived on time and handled our stuff with total care. They went above and beyond and can’t thank enough for their service.

I can't give applaud enough to these guys. They really helped me and my family out in our time of need. They made moving easy. Not only the loads us up they also unloaded, assembled all our furniture. Went above and beyond, putting laundry machines together, stove and refrigerator. I was also highly impressed with the customer service I received when I called in to get quote from these guys. They were very reliable, punctual and overall friendly. I highly recommend them. The price is very affordable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They went through my husband & I things and STOLE from us. Items that did make it, were damaged. To put our trust and money into a company for them to take from us is disheartening! The communication was also horrible. I had a bad feeling about them as the move got closer and should’ve cancelled!! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
