When Jose and his team came I felt better right away. Jose was polite, asked me which boxes were fragile, and then started packing everything real careful.

The move was easy and smooth, Alex was super kind and kept checkin on my fragile boxes. They wrapped my mirror and art supplies real careful so nothing broke. A bit traffic on the way but still done fast. Happy with the service and would def use again.

Goods got delivered without any damages, but one of the kids beds was missing parts and also the delivery driver has no clue on how to put it together. Luckily I had some extra parts that we could manage with and I was there and knew exact how to assemble it. That's won't be the case with everyone. Don't charge if you cannot assemble.

Pathetic Experience - They've been cheating throughout the process in my move and their behavior was so bad that the staff used abusive language/slangs/dirty words (I have screenshots with their communication). They delivered things with lot of damages in 37 days after cheating on the bill. If they reply to this review saying they delivered within the window in the contract they are once again honoring all the lies they told me (Please read my full review to understand what happened with the contract signing and in the process).
