He scratched multiple areas on the wood floor, made a dent in the wall and smashed a light cover in a celling fan. He did not mention these to me. I found them myself. Then he charged me more due to going over the expected amount of square feet. He didn’t take half of my furniture, so I had to pay for a storage unit in town. Then, when I found my house, I contacted the mover multiple times with no response. After about 10 days, he texts me back.

While I believe the company has some dedicated employees and the potential to provide quality service, my interactions with management and the billing department were deeply disappointing and ultimately led me to cancel my move. My experience with Ian, a sales representative, was exceptional. He was courteous, responsive, and genuinely appeared committed to making my relocation as smooth as possible. Updated on 07/09/2026: I received my belongings on July 6, 2026. Boxes missing and what came looked like it had been through a war. Damaged furniture. Items packed well inside boxes totally destroyed. I tested things to be sure items would handle bumpy roads etc. So this was bad. Clothes in a Tupperware container gone. My sofa half uncovered after it had been neatly wrapped and I'm wondering if someone was sleeping on it.

Bait and switch on price. I had two estimates from their employees (one when I hired them and one three days before the move) and both were reasonable (1st one was $7,500, 2nd was $7,050). Then when the moving truck showed up, I got a call from the office and they told me the driver found that my items will take up more space than estimated so my new total was $8,000. It took them over 8 hours to load my items in the truck but before he left at 12:30 am, he told me it took even more space than he estimated earlier so it would be an additional $790 ($8,790 total).

Goods got delivered without any damages, but one of the kids beds was missing parts and also the delivery driver has no clue on how to put it together. Luckily I had some extra parts that we could manage with and I was there and knew exact how to assemble it. That's won't be the case with everyone. Don't charge if you cannot assemble.
