Pleas please do not use this company. I should have believed the reviews. Talk to Kevin from Starline who promise me they weren’t a broker and my things would be delivered within 3-4 business days. Quotes me 1700. Mind ya I have no furniture but a dining room table a headboard and two dressers. I had about 36 boxes. When the quality insurance lady called, I told her exactly what I had. She told me it wasn’t enough room and I had to pay in an additional four $400.. Then when the The subcontractor showed up they told me it wasn’t enough space and altogether that my total was gonna be 3100 and then add insult to injury they told me my things wouldn’t be delivered to me until the following Saturday, which is a whole new month. Unfortunately, I agree because I I had a flight in the morning and I had no one else to move my things.

I wasn’t even packed, and they helped without hesitation. Supplies were ready, and hands got to work. They saved me a lot of stress. They took furniture apart and reassembled it fast. Not a single screw was misplaced. Very impressive attention to detail.

SCAM - Predatory contract, emotional manipulation in speaking with representatives, and a refusal to refund regardless of any emergency, even for a reservation 6 months ahead. As unethical as it gets, with false positive reviews and some websites even using different companies' picture as their own. If scammed also, report to the Better Business Bureau and to your state's and Florida's (Starline's base) Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection.
