The movers themselves were very professional, swift but careful. Given that the service is hourly, this was something I appreciated. They were also very courteous. I will use them again for any moves I have in the future. Had three movers. All were friendly and respectful of me and my things. Thank you! It was my first time ever using this company, and I will say I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to move.

Every individual I had contact with, ranging from the quotation team and office personnel to the packing and moving crew, radiated civility and professionalism. They went above and above to make sure our move went smoothly, taking great care to pack and arrange everything in our new house. The movers went above and above to make sure I was satisfied, conducting themselves in a timely and professional manner. They moved the several boxes I wanted moved quickly and effectively. They helped me settle into my new house in addition to helping with the loading and unloading.

My movers on June 10th and they were great! Despite my sweet neighbor relentlessly offering them her muffins that she brought over, they remained focused, hard-working, professional and efficient. I have lamps from hell that are basically glass chandeliers and they transported them without any of them breaking which is a miracle. Their movers have a great insurance policy and stand by their word from start to finish. There were no hidden fees whatsoever which made the whole process seamless. I felt completely comfortable booking them and throughout my entire move. I really have nothing negative to say about their movers, only positive. Would 100% use them again if I have to move so I highly recommend!!!

I hired Starline Van Lines for my 3 bedroom apartment and didn't mention the 3 flight of stairs to the 3rd floor, they worked with us, even after we forgot to pack a few furniture pieces, they worked with us and didn't include packing for our pool table and a sectional sofa and they also included the tv boxes without charging any additional fees and Starline Van Line helped us packed a few boxes at no additional cost.

This company has been great from start to finish! I would recommend them if you are looking for long distance movers. Their prices are very competitive and they offer good service. I recently moved to Florida and I spend a good amount of time looking for movers. The reservation was extremely easy and informative. They reached out a few times ahead of time to make sure my inventory was complete. When the movers arrived they were quick and efficient. Overall they were great. Like I said I would highly recommend them.

On 11/11/24, I scheduled a move with Brad ** & paid $1,150 deposit by check over the phone. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel 4 hrs later. I called Brad & explained the situation & he said he would cancel the move, which he did not! However, I also sent a written request for cancellation within the 72 hr period per the contract. I received a confirmation email from customer service that they were in receipt of my written cancellation notice & it would be forwarded to Billing.

I will get right down to it, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, WORST. DISRESPECTFUL PLACE EVER dealt with. (IF ANYONE WANT TO GET IN TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT LET ME KNOW). They kept raising the price as I got closer to my move, the day before move they wanted to charge me $10,000 from $3500 I had 55 boxes, 2 five foot oak dressers, 2 end tables, 1 barber chair, and oak table and chairs. 25 days later my furniture comes after they said 7 to 14 days. Then the truck driver calls me the day before and says to me, "I cannot get down your street because the map on the phone says too narrow and I need to charge you $1000 dollars more to get a smaller truck and you need family and friends to help unload it." I said, "If you can't drive it down my street I do it." He said I get it there. Then the next day he came alone, no help.

After relocating to a smaller flat, the packing and unpacking process felt more manageable thanks to the moving team. They were prompt and handled all items with care, wrapping delicate items securely. The team worked efficiently, making the entire process quicker than anticipated. All belongings made it safely to the new location, with nothing out of place. It was a smooth and professional relocation experience from start to finish.

Starline is not a reputable company. If I could give it a ZERO/NO STARS I would. They give you one price, and then when they outsource the job, you get charged double or more than what was stated to you when you first booked and put a deposit down. Relocating to another state is hard enough without worrying about the company you have a contract with to move you. My daughter and I spoke with Kevin to have one bedroom moved, not a house, apartment, or studio but a bedroom with a Bed, dresser, bookshelves, TV, and boxes, told him what day we needed it delivered and he gave us the pickup date for that delivery. I was told a Price of $1100, then when the moving company arrived it is now over $3000.

Our move included a large, wall-mounted entertainment center that we were anxious about moving. The crew carefully disassembled the unit, making sure each piece was well-protected. At the new house, they reinstalled it perfectly, ensuring all the electronics and cables were in place without any issues. They truly knew what they were doing and made sure everything was aligned and functioning. Their experience with tricky installations made a big difference. Would recommend them for any complicated furniture setups!
