I traveled to the Pennsylvania area in Scranton to be closer to some family members. I hired AmeriSafe Van Lines for the move and setting it up with them was pretty easy. After giving me the quote, they said I was going to get two follow-up calls. Then, I called twice for other questions, but little stuff, and they reached out with some information about the pickup the day before, which was last minute. But it was what they said they were going to do. So I planned around it, then they came and got my stuff. Their customer service reps were pretty knowledgeable and in the end, the quote I was given almost matched the final price. There was a little bit off for a safe that we had in our closet, but it's really big. I just labeled it as an extra large safe, but it was over a couple 100 pounds. So that had a fee on it.

I really, really, really need to get the move and they really looked out. It was last minute and I was hoping to find something good and they pulled through. It’s very long distance, but they was able to do it. I appreciate the work that they did for me. I’m over here smiling as hell because I don’t know what everybody’s talking about but they really helped me out. They really, really did. I tell you that I can’t keep booting about this company.

Fantastic and fast with a very fair price and good service. They arrived slightly early but asked if they could. It worked out for me. They got everything in the truck in 30 minutes and we were moved in less than an hour. There was no fuss and they did a great job. My move was hard with weights and very many heavy things

Wasn’t able to find anyone on time and was in a hurry then last second they gave me a DEAL. I was able to get everything figured out and they helped me move to my new home with my finance. I was expecting damage on my furniture but quite literally I couldn’t find anything wrong. Definitely steal not even for the price but the service itself was phenomenal!

So grateful for AmeriSafe Van Lines. I had to move twice in less than 6 months and the first move was a disaster! From furniture that was disassembled and not reassembled, to damaged items, lost items, and entrances blocked and no path to walk, my move was a nightmare. That was a huge company that advertises that they move celebrities and athletes. It took me months to unpack and find my way around. So I know what to compare with! They tried to be as organized as possible, labeling boxes on top and sides. They were there to help with last minute packing and were amazing at placing boxes exactly where they should go. Everything was reassembled properly and even with boxes everywhere we were able to function and easily find things as we unpacked. They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommend AmeriSafe Van Lines!

I am so grateful for AmeriSafe Van Lines. I needed to move for a job transfer and I went online and found them. The price gave me was very reasonable and so I took a chance. The guys did a fantastic job with handling my stuff and they all worked very hard. I just got delivered yesterday which was within a week of being picked up so I could not be happier. Thanks AmeriSafe and I definitely will recommend you to anyone else I know who's moving.

Absolutely amazing!!!! No need to go and take a risk with another moving company, they are everything you would want in a company when it comes to trusting someone with your valuables and being professional and extremely careful. This company is GREAT!!! I did my move across the country about a month ago. They moved my 4 bedroom house from Texas to New Jersey. They came loaded and packed everything for me professionally using 2 trucks. Got my delivery on time and they assembled everything back in my new home. They assured me and answered my questions and concerns. I totally recommend this company for long distance moves. Great service!!

I would give negative review if there was any option. One star is also high for the service they give. Never go with this company. It is a scam. They never give you correct quote to move and make you pay high prices. They collect your stuff, store in their storage and deliver as their will. And finally talk to you like they are favouring you. Very poor support, and helpful.

This company is beyond phenomenal! I've moved 5 times in the last 6 yrs and I stumbled across this company after so many disappointing moving companies robbing me blind. But this company here! I thank God for them! The young man assured me from the start that my move would be simple and no unexpected fees would be added and she kept her word! The level of customer service she provided me with throughout the process from start to finish was impeccable! The movers came and careful made sure all of my items were wrapped up and secured. And they cleaned up after themselves! If I ever have to move again, I will ONLY be using this company! I highly recommend them for any move!

AmeriSafe did the right thing and stuck with the original quote after discussion with Kimberly. Kimberly was able to achieve the resolution which included a $1000 refund that falls in line with the original cost. The move itself went well, and the crew was very good to work with and paid attention to detail. All household goods arrived in the original state and there was zero damage. The arrival time both at the household pickup and drop off was timely and within the time window committed. I would recommend getting an accurate quote on the inventory and pictures prior to signing your move.

AmeriSafe really took care of my family as we prepared for a 1,200-mile move across the country. The team stayed engaged, helped us understand the estimates and truck space, and worked with us when our space needs increased. A special thank you to Alex in Customer Service. She was patient, calm, clear, and helped us reach a reasonable adjustment so we could get loaded and moved. She made a very stressful situation and life event much easier. Hands down the worst moving company I have ever used. Terrible communication, missed timelines, rude customer service that acts inconvenienced to do their job. Overpriced. Bait and switch. They quoted me at $12,000 and then on the day of the move I had to pay an additional $4,000 because my stuff, that I told them about, would not fit. I could go on and on. These people are crooks. They are what's wrong with modern day business in America.

My experience was amazing, first they’re very responsive, they were always available to answer questions all the times, my rep was very helpful and nice. They handled my stuff very well on the pickup and wrapped up with care which is delivered in the same condition with no damages, then they gave me a free month of storage which is also great. They gave me a very good deal within my budget. Highly recommended of course.

They did a good job overall. Waed was responsive and prompt when I called or texted. The moving team had me loaded in 3 hours a 1 bedroom 1000 sq. ft. apartment. They delivered on the day promised and the delivery team did a great job. They were helpful and accommodating and a conscientious worker. Thanks guys.

They pick up was phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. They handled the whole pick up process and loading the truck alone. They drop off was very friendly and thorough as well. I was not able to be home while they unloaded my belongings and they sent me a video before leaving. All around 10/10 service from the workers!

A storm was forecast for moving day. AmeriSafe covered the loading ramp with a tarp and moved everything inside the truck quickly. Nothing got wet. The estimate never moved.

We did get some relief.

I moved from Boynton to a senior community in Delray. The crew was patient with my questions and worked around my schedule. They even placed furniture in the rooms I requested. Considerate. I slept fine that night.

Very late in delivery; sales rep deceived my mom into paying too much and used scare tactics to get her to pay; basically organized crime.
