Very nice service, They always delivered on time. We are so pleased with the service. Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable with my situation. The people they send out are very patient in answering my questions.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Don't say you were not warned! They broke my items even though fragile was on the boxes. They lost expensive items and refuse to compensate appropriately. I do not wish this nightmare on anyone. Always go to someone reputable. MOVER VAN LINES IN LAS VEGAS is a RIPOFF!!!

I can only recommend to stay away from Mover Van Lines. Sales dept. promises fast delivery, but then after you wait for weeks. Items are lost, stolen and broken. Pickup and dropoff is super unprofessional. Nothing is checked out. Customer service is literally useless and not willing to go the extra mile. Not even an extra yard.

I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I hired them to move my belongings from CA to MI. When the truck arrived many items were missing including precious artwork and furniture. The items that did arrive were broken or missing pieces. I have been trying to get in contact with their claims department but all they tell me is that they’ll check their warehouse and let me know if they find anything. Why in the world would my belongings be in a warehouse?!? On top of overcharging for the move, they have “misplaced” or destroyed over $10,000 worth of items. Do not trust this company, they are scamming thieves!

Worst moving experience I've ever had. I have moved cross-country 3 times and Mover Van Lines was by far the worst. They have terrible communication skills and couldn't even tell me what month my things would be delivered. But it gets way worse... They destroyed many of my belongings, including a $3500 TV (which they packed but suspiciously didn't unpack at the destination), a hand-built table, and artwork. Additionally, they lost or stole several of my items and "will update me once they locate them." It's been several weeks. The BOL was not filled out when dropping off items so they have no idea what was really delivered compared to what was packed. This has been a nightmare of an experience and I truly hope someone will read this review before booking and choose to go with a different moving company.

Because of our previous good experience with them, we decided to employ them to assist us with moving our possessions from storage to our new apartment. Everything in the facility was handled with the utmost care, including our personal belongings.

Mover Van Lines did a great job of keeping track of time. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly because they worked well. Plus, they worked well as a team, which made the move as easy as possible.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance with our relocation from FL to TX. Since this was our first time using a moving service, we had many questions about what to plan and how everything would go. We were clear that we were in competent hands. Max was able to conduct a virtual walkthrough when he phoned and provided us with a very accurate price. Much more accurate than the other two estimates we got from other companies. Mike took care of the payments and informed us of the pickup time and what to expect from the drivers. He made sure they could park their vehicle on our street by calling me before the move to confirm.

For their packing skills, this moving business has my highest recommendation. They were meticulous, well-organized, and respectful of my possessions as though they were their own. Even though moving is never simple, they made the process stress-free.

When transferring some really valuable and fragile artwork, I had to take extra care. Thanks to the expert packing job performed by the moving firm, everything made it to its destination in pristine condition.
