The prices were a little better than some competitors, but all in all, it ended up being just as expensive, if not a little bit more expensive. We weren't happy with the service and I would not go with them again.

I've used Great Job Moving on a couple of occasions. With the most recent one, everything was fine. I was moving some items from a couple of locations down to a new home I bought. I will use them again when the time comes and I would tell others to use them based on my experience.

The move went well. It was convenient and they were on time and did what they were supposed to do. They took care of my items and packed them well. I would tell others to use them.

I liked Great Job Moving and Storage's price. Also, the rep and the crew were pleasant, accommodating and helpful. They were very professional and did a good job.

Great Job Moving and Storage did a good job. They were on time and took care of my son's stuff. They came early and were done early afternoon. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would use them again.

This was my second time using Great Job Moving and Storage and I had a positive experience with them the first time. I went with someone else because Great Job Moving and Storage said they couldn't do it. That was a horrible experience that I called them back. When they heard about my bad experience, they made their way and made it work for me because they were upset as I was with the other company. So, I enjoyed.

I had a very compacted time frame and I went with Great Job Moving because of the time frame of their ability to get me moved. We did a walkthrough and we itemized most of my larger items and gave a general description of what was in each room. On moving day, they showed up right on time. I walked them through my then current place and I explained to them where I want everything to go in my new house and what stuff I was a little worried about, maybe breakable or something like that. They took that all into consideration and went to work. The productivity was great and they were going pretty quick the whole time. They were really efficient with their time.

Great Job Moving was accommodating. We had to delay the move because I had Covid so I appreciated that they did that for me. They were great and I'll probably call them back if I need any help. The process was quick, easy and what I expected. I've gone through the moving process a couple of times and the crew took care of a lot. They did a lot of the heavy lifting and they were nice guys.

On moving day, they got there on time and immediately started. I tried to have as much prepared as I could when they got there so they wouldn't have to be waiting around and it went pretty fair. They got everything on the truck and only made one trip. They did a good job, although there was one issue with a little cabinet I had. One gentleman said that he was afraid that if we didn't tape that cabinet down or do something, the top drawer may come apart. But I told him to not worry about it. Then, they got here to my new place and my sister and her husband were here to direct them as to where to put things. Also, their charge was very good.

I had a great experience with Great Job Moving. I moved in with my boyfriend, and I had them move a one-bedroom apartment going into a slightly larger space. I requested two movers and they were on time and friendly. They were also very efficient, quick and easy to work with. They did an excellent job. The quote was 100% accurate as well. I only got one other quote from somewhere else and Great Job Moving's quote was a little less.

I looked at Great Job Moving and Storage's info on their website and they had a lot of options and ability to say what my needs were. So, I contacted them. The movers were on time. Super courteous. They were helpful and quick. They did a great job both loading up and making sure everything was taken care of and packaged correctly, and unloading, checking with me and making sure things went to the right room, if they were unsure. They were nice guys. I appreciated them.

I was moving short notice and Great Job Moving and Storage was one of the few that was available that wasn't exorbitant. The rep was helpful. The movers were fast and took directions well. For the metal pieces on the cabinets though, they used tape rolls and made a cup with it but this didn't go at the same time as all the other hardware that they had to move.

Their website seemed to answer all my questions and seemed like the right thing to do. I went with them and got an estimate. They came, went through the house with a tablet, and looked at about everything. We estimated the number of cartons, the different sizes, and the approximate weight and came up with the estimate. They did a great job on moving day. They showed up on time and everything went smooth.

The first time I used Great Job, I needed to get everything arranged in a short time frame and I wanted somebody who was gonna be responsive, answer the phone calls, and offer a discount to military, and Great Job did all of that. A lot of moving companies you call don't even pick up the phone or answer back. Since I had a good experience with them the first time and I knew them and they did a good move, I used them the second time. They're consistent with most moving companies. They ask how many rooms and how furnished are the rooms, and then they ask about any kind of special things that you need. The moving crew was fast and good. They wrapped everything up. They did it timely.

The estimate wasn't correct. There was a 40% increase. Other than that, my experience with Great Job Moving was okay and nothing went wrong. I packed on my own, and I was ready for the pickup and delivery.

I filled out the information and then Great Job Moving reached out to me and made an appointment. We did a walkthrough of what's going on and then they came from there. Their price was the most reasonable price I saw. It was pretty straightforward process. The rep was very knowledgeable. He explained that he started from being a mover to being someone that provides quotes. He seemed to really know his stuff before I even talked about it. The moving crew helped me move stuff. They didn't help me actually pack stuff. But they wrapped up the big items and moved it and packed it into their truck.

Great Job Moving was the absolute worst moving company I have ever had in my entire life. Nothing was done the way they said it would be and they charged me more for the pleasure. I will never use this company again ever. The rep who helped me get everything set up was helpful and laid everything out. She said they'd have someone show up at my house a week or two weeks before and help me plan out things. But they were supposed to show up a week beforehand to pack things and when I called, I was told that the woman I had spoken with was in a meeting and that she would call me back as soon as possible. She did two days later and assured me everything would be happening. On the day of the move, nothing was packed. The movers showed up and I had to help them pack the stuff. Then, I had some furniture items that they managed to damage and I had to replace several things because of their incompetence.

My previous home was in Kingstown, Alexandria in Virginia, and we moved to Springfield, Virginia. It wasn't too far, and the reps from Great Job Moving were very helpful and understanding about everything. I had a good experience with them. The movers were all courteous and did their job well too. They helped pack, then moved everything to the truck. The move took a day and a half. One day was spent in just packing up everything, then the next day, they came to the house, finished everything, and loaded it into the truck, then they brought it and offloaded it at the new house. The items were all in good shape. We could have done better with the labeling because there were a lot of boxes, but the whole house was packed in a day, so it was fine.

I had a one-bedroom apartment sized move. I did all the packing. The only additional things were the bigger furniture that couldn't go into boxes and then taking apart my bed frame. So, they had to wrap some of the bigger items that I was moving. The moving crew was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody. They packed up everything, put it in their truck, and then drove out to my new place. If you need help moving, go with Great Job. They were spot-on, very professional, and very quick. It was so hot that day. I was trying to get them to take a break and drink some water. They were so quick, so friendly, and willing to assist. I had some things in my car, and they were willing to assist the stuff that I even had in my car.

My mom needed to do new carpet in her apartment, and she had so much furniture. The people who were going to do the carpet told her. "We don't move furniture." It was going to be very difficult for my mom (because she is very old) and for us to move the furniture, so we called Great Job Moving and Storage to move them and keep them in the truck until my mom changes the carpet, and then to bring the furniture back. After we moved the furniture to the truck, the appointment with the people to change the carpet changed to the next day. Great Job told us we can keep the furniture in the truck overnight with them, and we had to pay for that. They took the furniture to the company and brought it back the next day. All in all, our experience was very good.

I would recommend Great Job Moving for a moving job. They were the only company that followed up with me and decided to work with me on my budget. They gave me a discount and that stuck out for me. I spoke to somebody on the phone and told them what I had. They sent me a list via email for me to review and confirm. Then they provided me with the quote. However, I had to call the company twice to confirm my move. When I was speaking to the people that gave me the estimate, they made it sound like they would follow up a week before I would move and the day before I moved to give me the time and the window. But four days prior to my move, I hadn't heard from anybody. I had to call them three days before to make sure. Someone called me back that afternoon and someone also called me the day before. But I felt I had to be the initiator when I shouldn't have had to.

I can't speak highly enough about Great Job Moving and Storage. From the get-go, their customer support team was not only helpful but genuinely invested in making my move smooth. When moving day came around, their crew was right on time, and I was blown away by how efficiently they handled everything. It was clear they knew what they were doing, and they treated my belongings with real care - especially the fragile stuff. Throughout the process, they kept me updated, which really put my mind at ease. When it came to delivery, they didn't just drop things off; they made sure everything was where I wanted it. And their storage facilities? A lifesaver during the chaos of moving. I wholeheartedly recommend Great Job Moving and Storage for anyone looking for a moving experience that's not just stress-free but genuinely great.

I have used Great Job Moving on my last three moves, yes count 'em 3 and they have been excellent, polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable about how to pack, disassemble and assemble furniture with the utmost care. Would I recommend them to anyone? ABSOLUTELY! And their prices are very reasonable. You can't go wrong with GREAT JOB MOVERS, they really are their name. Thanks Great Job!

The move with Great Job Moving was very smooth, and the guys are very pleasant and hardworking. They were very prepared. They had the boxes and the extra material to pack stuff. It was my first big move. It was no stress. The guys were on time. They were very supportive. They were very proficient because they knew what they were doing. They were working as a team, and they never stopped even for some breaks. That was a very nice experience. I would like to recommend this company to someone who really needs professional people. Customer service reps were also very responsive.

This was our second move using Great Job Moving. Their customer service was great because I dealt with the same person at their office, Dustin, whom I had dealt with the first time. He immediately remembered who I was even though our move prior to this one was several months ago. We talked about the parameters of this move, which I thought might be more difficult. He was absolutely reassuring that they would have no problem with it. We discussed manpower issues. They suggested a job this size would just need two people. I said I'd rather have three just because I was having a king-size metal bed frame moved from one site to another, and I wanted to make sure. So we added a third person, and they were right. I didn't need to add a third person.

Great Job was really good. I looked at the reviews online, and also, I spoke to a customer service professional back then, and he was extremely accommodating with our schedule. We had a tight schedule to get the whole thing picked up and delivered in a certain amount of time. He was able to accommodate that, and that was the reason why I chose them first place. One thing I wanted to point out is I work with music around, especially when I do a hard stuff with heavy lifting, and the guys did the same on that day. The community that I lived in back then is extremely sensitive to sound. So, somebody called the cops on us for the two hours. By the time police came in, the truck left.

I was moving to another state and I was having issues with finding the right moving company. I had issues with another moving company that fell through at the last minute and Great Job Moving stepped in really fast. I wish it was cheaper but I understand why it's that price and they were able to help me out in that situation. The rep who helped me was very nice and easygoing and I was pretty impressed when the movers came and took care of everything. They were moving really fast and they were able to wrap everything up safely. I didn't feel like something was about to break during the move. They were able to deliver everything safely over to another state and as soon as I got the keys, they were able to come at night and drop it all off.

We had a very positive experience with Great Job Moving. There was one little hiccup that we had. When they moved our sofas into our new home, it got bumped into our wall and made a small hole in our new home. But, that was the only issue we had. Everything was done in a timely manner with responsible people. They're a customer-centric company and they care about their customers.

I tried to pick three other companies during the week and they all ghosted me last minute, so I called Great Job Moving on a Friday in a panic and said, "I need to move tomorrow." It was very easy to access the information they had available, and the rep asked about what kind of space I was moving out of and what I needed to have done. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the company sent me a quote online almost immediately. They shockingly offered me a fantastic price. I needed to be out of the house on Sunday, and I was scheduled within an hour of finding them. They were able to come out and they worked really hard. They asked if they could pack the kitchen as well. I had everything else ready, but they packed up the kitchen as well last minute.
