Second time using Flatrateshipping Inc. Their team were efficient, quick, and hard working. They made sure everything was packed well and moved to our needs and requirements. They did a great job making us feel like they also cared about our move being as stress-free as possible. I would definitely recommend Flatrateshipping Inc for a stress-free move!

We used Flatrateshipping Inc for our move in the Florida. They were prompt, hard working, very nice, and made the moving day very easy and not stressful for us. They were fantastic. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and transported down a tough set of stairs. Highly recommend those 3 for your move!

We used Flatrateshipping Inc for both packing and moving for a one-bedroom apartment from Coral Springs to San Mateo. From Alex, our moving consultant, to the moving/packing crew led by Steve, everything was absolutely exceptional. Thank you for making our move easy and hassle-free.

Highly recommend for any move- big or small. It is peace of mind and convenience. They assisted my family in our move. They were punctual, professional and SO efficient. They wrapped every single piece of furniture and delivered it in perfect condition. They were quick with disassembling and reassembling furniture. No scuffs on floors or walls. I would recommend these guys and Flatrateshipping Inc to any family or friend.

We use Flat Rate Shipping Inc all the time because they are fantastic. This afternoon, Alex and his team performed a smooth and professional office move in record time for us. Thank you, Flatrateshipping Inc!

Alex and his team (Steve, Jon, Mike & David) were awesome.... On both our pickup and delivery, they showed up early... took the time to walk our properties room by room (with his team) to lay out the right move strategy... Prepped our floors and walls with the needed protection. Listened and addressed any concerns as they came up. Were all friendly and fun to work with. We won't hesitate using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs their next move.

A friend recommended Flat Rate Shipping Inc, and we are so glad he did! They helped us move from a 2-bed apartment to a 3-bed duplex on a Saturday morning in May and were efficient, careful, and friendly. We would recommend them to our friends, too.

If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would!!! From our first interaction with Steve for a price quote to scheduling to assigning a team, we could not have chosen a better service!!! We used another (much more expensive service) in the first part of our move and we’re not very pleased. So happy we decided to go in a different direction with Flatrateshipping Inc!! The team led by Alex was the best!! So professional, impressive work ethic, friendly and kind. Thank you to Alex & his team. We could have not asked for a better team!!! We will be recommending Alex & his team to our agent/s and our family, friends & colleagues!!!

We recently used Flatrateshipping Inc on two separate occasions when we bought a new home across the bay. We couldn't have been more happy with the service, these guys are incredible, hands down the best moving experience we've ever had. Alex and his team came twice and were stellar both times. We had some fragile and heavy items which they handled with care and ease. If you are looking to hire movers stop searching and use Flatrateshipping Inc, I can't speak highly enough of them!

Rick and his crew worked efficiently with such great care for my furniture and art work. I recommend this moving company without any hesitation. They made my moving stress free. Thank you Flat Rate Shipping Inc!

Flat Rate Shipping staff are rare diamond in the moving market! When I had to move my house after many years and was concerned, they came to rescue me. I had never used the packaging service before and was convinced to try it. It is a different diamond experience. With lots of patience and a very professional staff, they arrived, packaged everything carefully, disassembled whatever was needed, and worked very cleanly and organized. The bottom line is that if you would like to remove the stressful task of moving the house from your mind and enjoy a smooth transition to your new home, call Flat Rate Shipping Inc right away! Thank you!

They were phenomenal! On time, professional, and kind. It's our first time using a moving company, and I expected them to just bring our stuff in for us, but they completely assembled all our furniture, asked where we wanted it and ensured we liked how it looked. They even replaced some old stripped screws I had that were barely holding my desk together just to be helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pretty quick, but ended up being around 1 hour over the estimated time. Also some language barrier to get around, but wasn’t too bad. Packing was secure and they put everything back together + in the correct spots. Overall, I thought Alex and his team did great, and would highly recommend them!

I used Flatrateshipping last summer and they were extremely professional and efficient. I worked specifically with them. They worked well as a team and took excellent care with all of my furniture, boxes, and other items. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for any other moving needs!

We had a great experience with Flat rate shipping Inc and moving up our house! They arrived on time at 8am and were able to pack our entire 4-bedroom house in 7 hours. They were professional and kind and even though we had a complicated list of things that would stay in the house and that needed to be thrown away and that needed to be packed, they got everything right and checked-in with us whenever there was a doubt. Alex is a great team leader and the other workers were wonderful as well!

Their movers team have done a fantastic job. They came on time and worked efficiently, professionally, and with care, making my move much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend them if you are moving to a new house.

I’ve used this movers team three times now, and every experience has been outstanding. They consistently take exceptional care of my furniture, handling everything with professionalism, speed, and attention to detail. What really stands out is their thoughtfulness — they go the extra mile to ensure everything is packed, moved, and set up smoothly, down to the smallest details. It’s such a relief to have a team you can trust during the stress of moving. Alex and crew are the Best! Highly recommend Flat Rate Shipping Inc!

They went the extra mile in so many ways. We’ve used Flatrateshipping Inc for our past 3 moves and would recommend them to anyone. 10/10!!

Perfect packing and loading experience. We previously had them do a full move and that was perfect as well. I couldn’t believe the level of care they put into wrapping individual items in boxes. Everything was perfectly preserved when we unpacked. Most professional service I can imagine! Thank you Flat Rate Shipping Inc!!
