If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would!!! From our first interaction with Steve for a price quote to scheduling to assigning a team, we could not have chosen a better service!!! We used another (much more expensive service) in the first part of our move and we’re not very pleased. So happy we decided to go in a different direction with Flatrateshipping Inc!! We recently used Flatrateshipping Inc on two separate occasions when we bought a new home across the bay. Flat Rate Shipping staff are rare diamond in the moving market! When I had to move my house after many years and was concerned, they came to rescue me. I had never used the packaging service before and was convinced to try it. It is a different diamond experience. With lots of patience and a very professional staff, they arrived, packaged everything carefully, disassembled whatever was needed, and worked very cleanly and organized. We had a great experience with Flat rate shipping Inc and moving up our house! They arrived on time at 8am and were able to pack our entire 4-bedroom house in 7 hours. They were professional and kind and even though we had a complicated list of things that would stay in the house and that needed to be thrown away and that needed to be packed, they got everything right and checked-in with us whenever there was a doubt. Alex is a great team leader and the other workers were wonderful as well!

They were phenomenal! On time, professional, and kind. It's our first time using a moving company, and I expected them to just bring our stuff in for us, but they completely assembled all our furniture, asked where we wanted it and ensured we liked how it looked. They even replaced some old stripped screws I had that were barely holding my desk together just to be helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pretty quick, but ended up being around 1 hour over the estimated time. Also some language barrier to get around, but wasn’t too bad. Packing was secure and they put everything back together + in the correct spots. Overall, I thought Alex and his team did great, and would highly recommend them!
