They provided a clear and concise quote, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. On moving day in fact I paid less than the estimate, the movers arrived at 8:00am sharp and got straight to work. They took great care with all of my belongings, wrapping them in padding and securing them in the truck. The move went smoothly and efficiently, and I was thrilled to see that all of my items arrived at my new home in the same condition as when they left. Thank you so much! Great moving experience on July 31, 2026 for my daughter's one bedroom apt, 2nd floor. Moving is very stressful event but this move was smooth, We were so happy with no glitches. Hired Flat rate Shipping right away after consulting with their office staff. She was calm & awesome, explained what's needed for the move and gave us a quote right away without hidden cost. The 3 men crew movers were efficient, friendly, respectful & professional. They called us 20 min before they arrived and completed the move in 3 hours. Impressive because it was raining and they protected all her belongings. They were awesome. I called around to a lot of movers and while some were cheaper, Flatrateshipping were the only ones who actually looked at what I have before the move. Because of that they were able to give an almost perfect estimate of the time. If anything they were a bit faster than they estimated. The whole team was great, and everything arrived intact. We had a few large glass tabletops and shelves I was worried about, but they packed them and got them to me in perfect condition.

I’m a simple guy. Want things simple and easy. The one move was exactly what I need. Straight forward, simple (as simple as a move can be) and reliable at a great price. They were such professionals when it came to moving our belongings. We were going from a 1st floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment and they lifted our belongings up through the balcony to save time going up and down the stairs. They finished in just 3 hours (including a 20 min commute) and I could not have asked for a better experience. All three of them were polite, mindful of our time, and very efficient! On both our pickup and delivery, they showed up early... took the time to walk our properties room by room (with his team) to lay out the right move strategy... Prepped our floors and walls with the needed protection. Listened and addressed any concerns as they came up. Were all friendly and fun to work with. Flat Rate Shipping staff are rare diamond in the moving market! When I had to move my house after many years and was concerned, they came to rescue me. I had never used the packaging service before and was convinced to try it. It is a different diamond experience. With lots of patience and a very professional staff, they arrived, packaged everything carefully, disassembled whatever was needed, and worked very cleanly and organized. They were phenomenal! On time, professional, and kind. It's our first time using a moving company, and I expected them to just bring our stuff in for us, but they completely assembled all our furniture, asked where we wanted it and ensured we liked how it looked. They even replaced some old stripped screws I had that were barely holding my desk together just to be helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pretty quick, but ended up being around 1 hour over the estimated time. Also some language barrier to get around, but wasn’t too bad. Packing was secure and they put everything back together + in the correct spots. Overall, I thought Alex and his team did great, and would highly recommend them!
