Flat Rate Shipping Reviews

We had a phenomenal experience with Flatrateshipping Inc. They were courteous, super nice, respectful, super careful with our things and did a great job packing the house. They were much faster than I thought; they packed up the house quickly and showed up the next morning as scheduled to finish the moving. They were again incredibly careful with our stuff and careful not to bump into things at new house. All in all, we could not be happier with Alex and his crew. Fantastic job and we will certainly recommend them to others!!

I recently used Flat Rate Shipping Inc for my move and I was incredibly impressed with their moving services. From the start, the team was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provided a clear and concise quote, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. On moving day in fact I paid less than the estimate, the movers arrived at 8:00am sharp and got straight to work. They took great care with all of my belongings, wrapping them in padding and securing them in the truck. The move went smoothly and efficiently, and I was thrilled to see that all of my items arrived at my new home in the same condition as when they left. I would highly recommend Flat Rate Shipping Inc to anyone looking for a stress-free and successful move.

Thank you so much! Great moving experience on July 31, 2026 for my daughter's one bedroom apt, 2nd floor. Moving is very stressful event but this move was smooth, We were so happy with no glitches. Hired Flat rate Shipping right away after consulting with their office staff. She was calm & awesome, explained what's needed for the move and gave us a quote right away without hidden cost. The 3 men crew movers were efficient, friendly, respectful & professional. They called us 20 min before they arrived and completed the move in 3 hours. Impressive because it was raining and they protected all her belongings. I can't thank them enough with their hard work and their carefulness We highly recommend Flat rate Shipping and will definitely hire them again when needed.

We just had Flat rate Shipping come in and move our furniture to our new place and had a very positive experience with them. It was important for us that the movers took good care of our furniture as we had a bad experience with another mover the last time - and they did not disappoint at all. We were very impressed with the quality of work from disassembling furniture, packing and using blankets, assembling, cleaning after them and overall mannners of the entire staff. I could see they were really professional in the way they managed everything right from when they entered the building and every detail they took care of. I talked to Alex on the phone and he was fantastic the entire time - very pleasant to talk and professional. Highly recommend Flat rate Shipping and I have already referred them to another friend who is also moving in the next few days. Will definitely be coming back to them when we move to another place. Thank you Team!

Great and professional moving service. I have used them for two moves and both times they worked quickly and carefully. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else - go with one move! Thank you!!

We had three awesome movers very carefully and efficiently help us move out of our 3 story townhouse. They were all really courteous and respectful of our place. Getting an appointment and quote were super straightforward. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again if we ever needed to move!

We’ve used Flatrateshipping Inc 4 times and highly recommend them! They were neat, careful, fast, efficient, hardworking, and super strong. :) Our recent move really needed 4 guys, but Alex’s team made it work somehow! Incredibly professional, they only took a 30 min break from 8am to 4pm, I applaud their dedication! Thank you Flatrateshipping Inc!

Everything from the initial phone conversation with Alex to the last box unloaded in my new apartment was quick, painless, and professionally handled. Will definitely be contacting them again for my next move. Thank you Flatrateshipping Inc.

We hired Flatrateshipping Inc for our recent move from California to Florida. The service was exceptional from time of booking through the very end. The team arrived promptly, moved everything swiftly and efficiently, and every item arrived without so much as a scratch or scuff. I highly recommend hiring them to make a stressful moving easier. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

This is the second time we’ve used Flat Rate Shipping, Inc. and both times they have done a spectacular job. They’re efficient, careful and extremely hard working. They really go the extra mile to make it sure your items are protected and treated with care. Thanks to Alex and his team for helping us get settled in our new home—two flights of stairs and all!!

I'd give these guys ten stars if available. They moved all my stuff, whether it was packed or loose, down two flights from my apartment to the truck, then into a narrow entrance that was partly blocked with a railing that I thought might be impossible, and did it all in an hour less than their estimate. Thanks Again.

They helped move several of our heavy furniture items from our third floor apartment into our new place. They were professional and accommodating, making the moving process very easy for us. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for moving help. Thank you again!

I just used this company to move out of my one bedroom apartment and I had 3 movers. Everything went very smoothly and the workers were very pleasant and professional! They were very understanding and helped to make adjustments as we went through the packing process. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the real deal! Arrived on time, helped us with every step of our 950 sq ft apartment. I couldn't be any happier with our service. Thank you so much for the move. Will definitely be returning next move!

I have used Flatrateshipping Inc for several moves now, large and small. They are responsive, prompt, and pay attention to detail. They took great care wrapping furniture and packing the truck so no damage occurred during the moving process. Wrapping was removed upon arrival to final destination. Highly recommend.

They made our move absolutely seamless. They packaged everything incredibly well and handled with care. They truly went above and beyond in moving our entire home. I am so grateful for their help in making what can be a stressful day a very smooth day.

Flat Rate Shipping Inc. were great. They took good care of my boxes and furniture. Alex even noticed my bed was put together improperly and reassembled it correctly resulting in a bed frame that no longer creaked. It was my first time using a moving service, and I will definitely do so again.

Great experience, the team worked fast, were friendly, and were very careful with my belongings. I highly recommend Flat Rate Shipping Inc and will definitely be hiring them again for my next move.

I moved three times in the FL Area and Flat Rate Shipping is the best company I've used. They were professional, fast, polite, and very helpful. They fixed some loose screws and nails. They even boxed and moved my plants. They stacked boxes in the garage so well that the boxes took less space than in my previous home. This is a happy and hardworking crew. I highly recommend this company.

Alex and his amazing crew were extremely professional and detailed. They moved everything with care, making sure not to damage possessions or the house. Not only were they charismatic and respectful, but also worked tirelessly like machines. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Price was reasonable as well.

I highly recommend them for all your long distance moving needs. They are professional, efficient, and make the moving process a breeze. Their team is friendly, trustworthy, and takes great care to ensure that all your belongings are transported safely and securely. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure my move was as stress-free as possible. If you're looking for a top-notch long distance moving service, look no further than Flat Rate Shipping Inc.

I’m a simple guy. Want things simple and easy. The one move was exactly what I need. Straight forward, simple (as simple as a move can be) and reliable at a great price. I have used them a couple of times. Flatrateshipping was small and the other was bigger. The team was great. Thanks guys. See you at the next one!

They were such professionals when it came to moving our belongings. We were going from a 1st floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment and they lifted our belongings up through the balcony to save time going up and down the stairs. They finished in just 3 hours (including a 20 min commute) and I could not have asked for a better experience. All three of them were polite, mindful of our time, and very efficient! Thank you Flatrateshipping Inc!

Flatrateshipping Inc helped me load the PODS container, the team came on time and were really professional and fast. They wrapped the furniture carefully and stacked things up in the container really well. I am really relieved and grateful to have the move done with them stress-free. Thank you so much!

Hired Flatrateshipping Inc for a Saturday morning move of our 2br apartment to a house within Boca Raton. One truck, 3 people. Easy to reserve the desired time slot. Fast response to emails. Courteous. On time arrival. Efficient, careful service. Reasonable price. We packed the boxes ourselves. Great Job!!

We ONLY use Flatrateshipping Inc every time we move and every single time, they have exceeded expectations. They treat our stuff with respect, are very careful with every move they make and we feel comfortable every time we move that all of our furniture are going to be in good hands. 5/5 stars, highly recommended.

Great experience, from initial booking to finalizing our move. They were professional, efficient, and took great care of our belongings. Moving is never fun, but this team made everything run smoothly.

This was my second time using Flat Rate Shipping Inc. These three gentlemen did an amazing job with my move. They packed everything very carefully and were extremely efficient in their work. They navigated tricky stairs and asked questions to make sure my move was perfect. I will be using their services again! 100% satisfied!

We were recommended by our friends and we got our house moved by Flatrateshipping and we had amazing experience. They are very efficient and pretty fast. They packed everything very nicely, no damages. They are super helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

The team did an amazing job to pack and move furniture from office to storage. They were on time, professional, helpful and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using them again.

Flat Rate Shipping Inc. were great! They helped move in the minimum amount of time and they was very helpful in explaining everything so that I can understand better. I would work with them again. Thank you Flatrateshipping Inc!

The movers were very professional and did a great job in my move. It was my first time using movers and I wanted to go with a place with very good reputation. They might be a little more expensive but definitely worth it. Thanks to all.

I got help moving from Flatrateshipping Inc some months ago; I was reminded of the good job they did when I fetched my things from storage recently. They were timely, moved everything very efficiently and also packed and padded things carefully, and were able to stuff everything into a fairly small storage space without damage. Good experience.

This was our second time using Flat Rate Shipping Inc, and our move went seamlessly once again. This time we moved within the same apartment building, and it was really easy to set up with Flat Rate Shipping's staff. We immediately got an estimate and were told what to expect and what is included.

They were awesome. I called around to a lot of movers and while some were cheaper, Flatrateshipping were the only ones who actually looked at what I have before the move. Because of that they were able to give an almost perfect estimate of the time. If anything they were a bit faster than they estimated. The whole team was great, and everything arrived intact. We had a few large glass tabletops and shelves I was worried about, but they packed them and got them to me in perfect condition.

A good friend recommended Flat Rate Shipping Inc. and I too will recommend them to my friends. We used them recently for a move and we were pleased with the service provided by team. They were courteous, professional, productive and enjoyed working with each other and the client.

I've used Flatrateshipping Inc for my last three moves and they never disappoint. Their crews are always fast and meticulous, easing the stress of moving tremendously. My most recent move was completed by their crew and, as always, they were great to work with. This was a big move for me and the guys really went above and beyond.

Wonderful experience. They were on time, efficient and friendly and moved our large home full of furniture and 20 years of stuff to a POD, before our remodel. Top-notch customer experience!! We will surely use them again when we are ready to move back in!!!! Great job!!!!

They did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond what we expected them to do. They were so focused and positive. They came in and said they would take care of everything and he literally did take care of everything. We were so stressed beforehand and he was amazing. I beyond recommend them.
