On moving day, the crew arrived with all the necessary supplies, packed the last boxes quickly, and loaded everything without any stress. Everything arrived just the way I left it.

They treated our belongings with the utmost care, as if they were their own. Their careful wrapping of every chair leg and table edge caught my attention before they moved forward. Plus, I did not have to spend as much time folding things because they brought wardrobe boxes. When we got to the new place, they helped us unload some of the heavier boxes. In the sky and beyond.

Out of all the moves I've made in the last ten years, this one was the easiest by far. The crew made the entire transfer feel effortless by working with a clear strategy and minimizing wasted time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I needed to move!

The moving process with Direct Relocation Services was absolutely fantastic! The company arrived promptly, was polite, and had excellent organization. They were extremely cautious with my belongings, taking extra precautions to avoid any damage while packing and transportation. It is quite remarkable how professional they are.

Our previous moving experience was full of surprises – hidden fees, broken dishes, no labels. This time, it couldn’t have been more different. These movers gave us a flat quote, stuck to it, and labeled every box according to room and priority. Unpacking was a breeze, and nothing was out of place. It was refreshing to see professionals do it the right way!

This was the most disorganized move I have even experienced and I apparently didnt research them enough. After I hired them using my credit card, they made a mistake on the pickup day, so I had to move some things around. At pickup, I also used my credit card. After waiting for a few days to have my stuff delivered, they told me it would take 2-10 days to be received, which was never communicated to me at pick up. They are not responsive as I would leave messages and not get a call back. When the furniture was finally delivered (two stops), they advised it was going to be an extra $400 since both stops had flights of stairs.

The staff members worked with professionalism while maintaining friendly attitudes and delivered their services at a rapid pace. During the packing process they maintained their focus until every task was completed without delay. I found it enjoyable to collaborate with this group that demonstrated exceptional work ethic. Their service stands without any single point of criticism.

They carefully packed my bookshelves, workout equipment, framed awards, and souvenirs. A large filing cabinet was loaded and cushioned, and the desktop PC was covered with anti-static covers. I've never seen such a well-planned action. Thanks for the awesome move.

Direct Relocation lost or stole almost half of my shipment! There has not been a successful refund or resolution to this date. Diego was helpful and friendly on phone to begin the process. Pick up was late by two days of agreed-upon schedule. I should have cut my losses and run. Joseph and crew picked up my furniture and boxed items nearly a year ago to transport from Florida to Minnesota. When the truck arrived to pick up my load, it was full of someone else’s items.

The initial quote for our one bedroom apartment was $3,800, but the final price was $7,000. I am hoping they move our items safely so I can say it was worth it in the end. We are moving from Los Angeles to East Texas. Prayers are welcome!

What a stellar job by the moving crew at packing my vintage décor items. They used their custom packing supplies generously – ensuring to pack each piece in multiple layers. To add to the mix, they also brought special wooden crates for added safety. I can’t express how relieved I was when I received my priceless possessions intact!
