This has been the worst moving experience ever. Pick up was scheduled for Tuesday between 10am-2pm. 2pm no truck, no call. We reach out to the company we booked with. They call the movers, they are running "late". It was supposed to be 2 28ft trucks. They show up after 8pm, state they are tired and ask to come in the morning. Wednesday am they show. Now the price changes. Also there isn't 2 truck because the other one broke down. We gave them our first delivery date as September 27th. Then they sad our items are being loaded on a semi to be shipped. We explained our new home cannot receive a semi. Mover calls the owner.. no big deal. They'll send it on 2 28 ft trucks.. I wait for delivery information. We call several times, keep being told they'll call us back.

The owner was very helpful in providing industry-knowledge as I am someone who is not familiar with all the ins-and-outs (e.g., don’t use a broker). I highly recommend, very professional, nice and helpful!
