Easiest move ever. Movers did everything perfectly; no damage to any items moved. Also helped move a couch out of the new house.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to hire a moving company. I was very impressed by their professional services. They arrived on time, were very courteous, did an excellent job of packing and never seemed to waste a minute.

The team showed up on time, were courteous, conscientious and fast with my move. Wrapped and packed things with care. If I were to move again, Direct Relocation Services would be the only call to be made.

This is my second time using Direct Relocation services for a commercial move. The guys were on time, polite and worked extremely hard. There were no damages and they offer accessories, if the event you need them, on hand. For my purposes, a ramp. Thanks for your hard work, guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everything seemed fine concerning our move with Direct Relocation Services till it was 2 days before our move and we still did not have a pick up of our furniture. After several contentious calls finally we received a date for our furniture pick up. The 2 movers who came to move us were awesome. The only good part of Relocation Services. When our furniture was delivered several items were lost or broken. One, a table, was documented by the movers.

They act as though your items are on the next truck out (in fact, I was told that 3 times -each time a week apart) when in fact, it sits in a warehouse somewhere. When I received my items, they smelled musty. And there is no communication unless you call them. Twice when I called Diego about the progress of getting my items on a truck, he said that Maria from the office would get back to me by the end of the day. It never happened. My stuff was picked up April 21st and not delivered until May 29th. One more day and they would have had to pay me $30/day for being late according to the contract.

It was handled quickly and without problems, even on short notice. The crew brought extra supplies, packed what was left out, and moved through each room without wasting time. The cartons were grouped in a way that made unloading simple. Items were placed where requested, and there was no need to move things again later. The team kept things on track from the moment they arrived, and the whole move wrapped up earlier than expected. It felt like the job was done right from the beginning.

They moved my stuff across town last Thursday, and the whole thing took four hours from start to finish. Jacob asked me to walk through the apartment with him before they started so he could see which items needed extra care. He pointed at my mirror and said that thing needs a blanket wrap, not just plastic. They wrapped it in two blankets and taped it tight. The mirror arrived perfectly.

We were switching from one place to another in the same building, just different floors. I thought it would be messy and loud, but it was actually pretty smooth. The guys were polite and kept things simple. I appreciated that they respected the building rules and didn't create issues with management. In the end, I was satisfied with how the day went.

These guys know what they’re doing. No drama, no delays. Just came in, packed, moved, and done. Even helped me adjust a few things in the new place without extra charge.

The crew arrived and got straight to work on my move. They were very helpful, and they made sure that all of my belongings were placed in the correct rooms. I did not see any issues with the way they handled the truck or the loading process. All the things that needed to be moved were packed properly and then relocated perfectly.

This was just a small move from my student room back to my parents’ place. I had a couple of shelves, clothes, some boxes, and a bike. Bravo and his team didn't make a big deal about the small job and treated it like any other move. They loaded fast, let me grab a few last things from the room, and then we drove over. At my parents' house, they carried stuff inside and checked if I wanted boxes in the garage or my room.

Overall, the move felt well handled. The team from Direct Relocation Services paid attention to the work and kept the day running without delays or confusion, which made the day more manageable from beginning to end. I am so grateful to find such a great moving company.

We had to transfer all the garden supplies and outdoor kits to a new property. The movers helped me get all those heavy items across the city without any stress. Those workers loaded them and made sure each item stayed in place during the drive. They reached the destination and unloaded the items exactly where I pointed. It felt good to have the work finished so quickly, and the final bill was exactly what I expected from the start.

The guys helped me move my big tool chest and the lawnmower. They got here early and just started working. I am glad my equipment made it to the garage without a scratch. I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!

Everyone was helpful, careful with my belongings and flexible with items that needed to be moved. They were prompt, productive, and friendly. Both loading and unloading teams were great, and the disassemble and reassemble service is wonderful. Without Direct Relocation team, I would have not been able to have such a great move!

The team arrived on time and worked hard throughout the duration of the move. They were very professional and never complained even though my home sits on a steep hill. The driver was very impressive as he had to drive through a relatively narrow gate. He never seemed to panic, but kept a pleasant attitude during the whole experience. This company caused months of stress, confusion, and financial loss. Our move was scheduled for August 1, yet our furniture did not arrive until the end of September. Nearly two months passed with zero communication, and at times we genuinely did not know where our entire household was. Over the course of three months, we logged 45 phone calls (only 4 were ever answered). We also sent 27 emails, of which only 3 received responses when they had the word ’legal’ in the email. The level of noncommunication was beyond negligent. When we attempted to locate our things, we were repeatedly told the truck had “broken down.”

This has been the worst moving experience ever. Pick up was scheduled for Tuesday between 10am-2pm. 2pm no truck, no call. We reach out to the company we booked with. They call the movers, they are running "late". It was supposed to be 2 28ft trucks. They show up after 8pm, state they are tired and ask to come in the morning. Wednesday am they show. Now the price changes. Also there isn't 2 truck because the other one broke down. We gave them our first delivery date as September 27th. Then they sad our items are being loaded on a semi to be shipped. We explained our new home cannot receive a semi. Mover calls the owner.. no big deal. They'll send it on 2 28 ft trucks.. I wait for delivery information. We call several times, keep being told they'll call us back.

The owner was very helpful in providing industry-knowledge as I am someone who is not familiar with all the ins-and-outs (e.g., don’t use a broker). I highly recommend, very professional, nice and helpful!
