At first when I called them, RJ was very friendly and helpful, but when the actual movers from Alabama came, the guy heading up the team of 4 or 5 people, could barely speak English and my moving price went up substantially! I moved from Knoxville, TN to Douglasville, GA. When the movers, also from AL came to deliver the furniture, there were only 2 people. They don’t take ANY boxes or tape trash with them, I had a broken full length mirror and they damaged a wall when they ran into it pushing a chest of drawers, (instead of pulling it) saying they didn’t see the wall! I’ve emailed All Country Van Lines 3 times now and also emailed the BBB, so far NO ONE has reached out to me for any compensation or owned up to the damage for resolution to this matter. I would not ever use them again and DEFINITELY don’t recommend.

Do not use this company. You'll regret it. They are horrible shady people that's won't even show up to pick up your items and if they do it'll be 6 hours after the discussed pick up time with no communication. I gave up after 6 hours of waiting and that was the day "after" they were suppose to show up to my storage facility. Now I have to fight them for my 5k deposit by hiring an attorney and for the plane ticket they said they would cover if I waited the extra day. Their dispatcher Brandon even told me I wasn't getting my money back lol. We'll see about that as I'm certain an attorney can iron this out and hopefully get me reimbursed for his fees as well.

Run away. Run far. Run fast. Just run from All Country Van Lines LLC because they have nothing good to offer. The salesman RJ will reel you in and before you know it you're facing some type of legal issue with this nightmare of a company. I read their reviews and they are just as horrible as this company. I wished I would have seen this prior to getting into this mess. Funny how the salesman rj with their company told me how good their reviews were. Don't buy it folks. Do some deep diving because I didn't see the horrible reviews until it was too late. And now I have to fight them for my deposit for a service that was clearly botched on their end. Please do yourself a huge favor and read their "legitimate" reviews before embarking into a nightmare.

Horrific company… avoid them like the plague! Our move was a disaster and the company that All Country Van Lines brokered our move to are absolute crooks. When I told All Country that MMG Moving’s (who they brokered the move to) owner had been indicted for moving fraud schemes and if convicted could be sentenced to 300 years and $6.25 million in reparation, All Country could not care less.

The moving company that All Country organized caused over $11k worth of damage and All Country would not consider dropping MMG moving. All Country made it sound like they were giving me a refund of $600, but down the line it transpired that it was coming from MMG. Later, after an agreement was signed for the refund amount, MMG then refused to pay it. When I informed All Country that MMG had apparently employed deceptive business practices like review website manipulation to increase their ratings, they could not have cared less. Their response was, "Well they didn’t hold your property ransom or increase your fee." All Country should be avoided, no ethics.

I’m a retired Master Chief, US Navy, I am from the school if you said you’re going to do something, then I expect it to be done. God as my witness I promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth about my experience with All Country Van Lines. I have voicemail and text messages to support my testimony.

Here are the issues I had with the moving company:
      • On moving day, the moving company - All Saints Movers was scheduled to arrive between 8am-10am, they showed up at 2:35pm.
      • The moving crew stated that they had just got off the road from Miami and were tired. They worked loading my four-bedroom household items on the truck from 3pm – 7:20pm; they did not finish and had to return the next day to finish the job because they arrived late and were tired.
      • The next day they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30am, they arrived at approximately 11am and finished at 3:45pm.
      • They did not clean up after themselves, leaving their trash on the floor – water bottles, empty rolls of packing tape.
      • During the move, the movers damaged my walls and furniture.
      • I had to repair and paint the walls.
      • I had to help the movers move a heavy furniture item because they did not have enough help.

      • I was inconvenienced and missed personal scheduled events due to repairing wall damages and time delays by the moving company.

Here are the company employees I communicated with:

Johnathan is an excellent salesperson, with great customer service, however, he did not keep his word. He promised to be available on a moving day to help resolve issues with the moving company. I called Johnathan several times, for two days, and left voicemail messages, but he never called me back. I can’t trust a person who acts in this manner.

David, the moving company, in the beginning, had great customer service toward the end he became short-tempered and not helpful.

Naomi, the customer service supervisor, first called, great customer service, she promised to contact the moving company and to help resolve the issues. She promised to call me back. She never called me back; I tried reaching her several times – but no answer. Character matters.

I submitted a claim for furniture damages in September 2023, now January 17, 2024, I still waiting for the claim to be paid. I will never use this All-Country Van Lines again.

Paid for “premium packaging”. They threw art and clothes in wardrobe boxes without hanging any of the clothes. They used the clothes for padding for the art. So many broken pieces. Her desk was damaged. This company charged her an extra $5k for “premium packaging” but there was absolutely nothing premium about it. It wasn’t even packaging. I have never seen anything like it and I have moved across states 10 times in my life. The paperwork that was done was so sloppy and wasn’t able to be read. Multiple lines just read “box”. How can one document damages? You can’t, and that’s what this company hopes for. Our stuff was also 2 weeks late and we couldn’t get a solid answer on where the truck was with her stuff. If you cherish your possessions, time, and sanity DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Pure SCUM.

First and most important is the fact the movers themselves were the best-everything packed and carefully wrapped. I had called 3 other companies and not only was the agent the most polite and helpful but they came in thousands below the other 2 because they said I was getting Veteran discount. Some of rest is my fault because I underestimated number of boxes. Even with that I think their end price was too high. Most of my complaint is with their customer department. Driver had told me because my stuff was on a straight job that it would stay on the truck and not go to warehouse first since I could not take delivery till following week. He also said he would get it to me within 1 or 2 days after I closed because my wife is in wheelchair and we didn't want to stay in hotel any longer than necessary.

Anyway I had to call their customer Dept when I didn't hear anything and was lied to 3 different times about delivery date. First I was told they couldn't give me a date because it was offloaded and maybe had other people's stuff going some place else. Then another lie about something other excuse and 3 times I was told someone would call me back later that day and that never happened. When driver finally came 4 days after original timeframe he told me the truth. Truck was never offloaded like he said-truck was supposed to deliver to me on date promised but it broke down for 2 days. Why didn't they just tell the truth, I would have understood. I do feel the pricing was a scam-how could all my household goods and 40 boxes only cost $5100 to move and by adding 45 more boxes come to over $11,000. The extra days in the hotel and eating out also cost me an extra $1000 plus.

Please do yourself a favor and choose a different company. They missed multiple pick-up dates, had awful customer service, and blatantly lied about pickup times. They will say whatever they need to get you to book with them, and then once you do, they disappear and fall off the map. No updates, late pick-ups, and total missed days for pick-up, and then no one in customer service will move your complaint forward. Choose any other moving broker.

Response from All Country Van Lines

We are sorry that you feel this way about your move Mr.Austin. However you were picked up within the window that you agreed to on the estimate and signed for. The pickup window was for September 25th-26th between 2-4pm. Unfortunately the carrier was running a little behind schedule and arrived at 7:30 pm on the 26th.

When you called customer service and asked for an update our dispatcher contacted the carrier and relayed this information to you so you were informed. We made sure to give you updates every step of the way.

Furthermore, when you called the following day to submit a complaint about the delayed pickup our customer service department was assisting you and left a note for one of the managers to call you back. We also mentioned to you that the carrier was willing to compensate you for the inconvenience. However you refused to let our company remedy the situation. Your complaint was noted in our system, was brought to management that reviewed everything, and was being handled in a timely fashion while staying in communication with you.

We understand that the movers being late caused an inconvenience and we apologize.
