I hired this company to move my belongings from Florida to New Mexico. The delivery was delayed for 2 months, all boxes were crushed, torn, fragiles broken, furniture damaged. Do not use these brokers because they contract unreliable movers. This company changes its name every few years at the same address because of bad reviews like this one.

Hi Lauretta, we understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience and delay with your delivery. Unfortunately there was some trucking delays and the carrier that was assigned has compensated you $600.00 for the inconvenience.
We have spoke with the carrier and encourage you to call our customer service department to assist in filing a claim with the carrier to cover damages.
We are terribly sorry for how you feel and are here to help you with the claims process. This is not a normal occurrence and unfortunately there was delays on this route. we strive on every move with our customers to give them the best experience we can, and are here to support and guide you through your move.
We must clarify that ALL COUNTRY VAN LINES has never changed it's name or location. We are completely transparent with all our clients and abide by The laws set with the Department Of Transportation.

I've had my fair share of moving horror stories, but these movers restored my faith in humanity. They were punctual, respectful, and treated my belongings like they were their own. A+ service, my friends.

These three amazing individuals tackled the task of loading two trucks with unwavering determination, putting in a solid few-hour shift. They stayed strong during the few-hour journey from CA to NY, showing their unwavering spirit and commitment. With a team like this, failure is out of the question!

The guys did a great job, and I didn't worry about any of my furniture getting damaged. They were also very nice and considerate. I would definitely hire All Country Van Lines again if I needed to move anything.

I will start out by saying the customer service aspect was good but the overall experience was not. This was my first long distance move and I wanted to alleviate the stress. It did not do that. When I worked with them I was never told they outsourced for the actual move and the estimate seemed reasonable. Come day of the move a different company showed up. That company was called On Track Moving out of New Jersey. They walked thru and came back with a final amount of more than 3000.00. I learned a lot about this and I will never do it again. This company left a lot of information out and they don’t do their own work. My advice is do not use this company unless you want to lose a lot of extra money!

Firstly, we do apologize you feel that this was a stressful move and not up to your expectations. We at all Country Van Lines Thrive to achieve great experiences for our clients. I did have a chance to investigate all aspects of your file. To address all the matters at hand the first one that was brought to our attention was that you stated we did not advise that we outsourced our jobs. We have many things in place to advise we are a Moving Broker. we have that implemented onto our printed Estimate " Terms & Conditions. in sections 4, 5, & 22 Not only do we disclose this there, we also advise this during what we call the "Verification call" in which we advise we are a moving broker. We also send a "thank you email" with the verification script in this email. In your case the email was sent on June 22, 2023 at 1:58 pm EST. To address your second issue which you stated after doing the walk through the day of the Pick up you stated you went over $3000.00 more. After reviewing the paperwork the additional charges summed up to about $1,669.59 due to the additional space needed and for a handling fee for the Dish washer and Washer. We really wished all of this was brought to our attention sooner. Again we sincerely apologize that this experience for you was less than expected.

Nothing was damaged, and packing was completed to a high quality, despite the movers having to race up and down a very steep driveway. Driver Mike was very professional because a kitten suddenly came in front of our van, and he made a brake to save the kitten's life; Hola, nothing was damaged.

I couldn't have asked for a better company; the movers were quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with, and they were careful not to scratch or dent our furniture or walls while packing or unpacking our storage containers.

I want to thank All Country Van Lines for being really good at paying attention to the little things. They were organized, put everything in boxes, and even wrote on them so it would be easy to know what was inside when they unpacked. The crew is really good at staying organized!

These guys made it fun. They were cracking jokes the whole time and had me laughing so hard I forgot I was carrying a dresser up four flights of stairs. And they did it all without damaging my IKEA bed frame.

Never been one to stick to one company as I firmly believe in branching out with the possibility of finding better options, but All Country Van Lines has me absolutely glued! Tried them twice and everything went better than I expected! Cannot praise them enough!

Everything about the experience was horrible. There were multiple Zoom inventories to have a thorough understanding of what was to be moved but All Country Van Lines sent a truck that was too small to handle my household goods. Given the timeline, the folks moving in were to be there the next day. Late into the evening, when the truck arrived four hours late, I was still helping them pack and load the truck. They could not fit all my household goods into the truck. We had to move them into the garage and another truck had to be brought the next day. This event caused a substantial delay in delivering my household goods to the final destination.
The folks that loaded the truck were great and so were the folks that unloaded it. However, not only were a number of household goods damaged, but some were also lost. I went about the process of filing for the insurance for the damaged and lost goods. Some of the damage was extensive to me but not extensive in the world at large. There were items destroyed that may not have a financial value, but they have a value to our family. A picture frame was damaged. My golf cart was damaged. They piled items on top of a golf cart. There were furniture pieces that were gone.
I went following the instructions for insurance. My bad was I can't find the inventory sheet upon delivery. I have the initial inventory. I have all the pictures of everything. But I cannot file with the insurance company because all they do is keep sending me the same email saying my submission is incomplete. You cannot call them. The only thing they respond with is an email saying, "You have not completed your submission." I've texted with Jeremy multiple times. He said he was gonna help me, but he never helped. I've been trying politely since we moved to get this issue handled. I text or email almost daily but nobody responds to me after being told, "If the insurance company doesn't help you, we will."
I paid a lot of money for this move and it is a complete failure in my eyes. I paid them every penny they wanted but now I have thousands of dollars of damaged and lost furniture and it's unlikely I'll ever be able to recover this. This is ridiculous. I will never deal with All Country Van Lines again in my life.

I liked All Country Van Lines' price. The deal was understandable. And the reps reacted well to some of the additional questions we had afterwards. Nice people, good human beings. They just were put in a situation that they were not prepared for. We're in the middle of unpacking some of the boxes. And we have since discovered a few broken items. We're also missing a few items from our goods. And we're trying to find out where those might be. I've already started a letter to the company to address some of those issues. So, the packing itself was not done in a diligent, professional way.
The salespeople are obviously sold out to the company, and that's a good thing. However, whether it's because of the economy or the employment situation, the folks that they hire locally to pack our things, and another group locally to unpack our things, are not professional people. Those are the ones that have access to our things, pack them, and bring them into our home. So, while the first line of people in the company are people that are professionals and know what they're talking about, the folks that actually do the work are not. That's a difficult thing for us. Because the people that were in our home, some of them have done it for a while, some have not. The folks that unloaded our truck here were not careful. They chipped the walls.
We still haven't found our missing items. And while they unloaded our stuff from the truck, there were other customers' things on that truck. And they loaded some of those customers' things to our home. We quickly discovered that these weren't ours. They put those back in the truck. That is a very poor showing of what the work actually involves. What's the most important to us is who we're dealing with in our homes and the careful attention to detail.
The people that packed up our things disassembled many pieces of our furniture. Some of the folks that were disassembling knew what they were doing, some did not. And it was a different crew that was here in Atlanta. And they tried to figure out what the previous crew did. There was no communication between the crews. They're not experts at putting the furniture together. That's our furniture and they need to be put back together properly. Eventually, they figured it out. But the process was unnerving, because we have people putting a piece of furniture together that we know don't have that background and that expertise.
It ended up being an expensive move. It was almost double what the initial quote was. Some of it was our fault in terms of having more things in the end than what we thought we did. But because of that expense, because we paid more money than most to have things packed correctly and unpacked, it seems an extraordinary amount to come up missing some of our stuff, and having some broken pieces to have to deal with.
We have moved often, internationally and nationally. It has been with the system of people packing our goods, making sure the list of what's in each box is right. The boxes are numbered. And when they unpack, and bring boxes off of the truck, they again check against all of that. That didn't happen. It was hit or miss. We've only hit or miss found out that things were not here. And we had asked, "Are you checking the boxes off as they come off the truck?" They didn't do it. It's hard to tell if all the boxes that went on to the trucks came off the truck. The only way we have discovered it is little by little, as I've gone back to the list myself and I said, "Hey, where is that TV?" And have looked in all of the boxes that they could have put them in.
We had our own labeling system on top of what they were trying to do. But because they were running out of time, and the truck was not a big enough truck to begin with, they took everything out of our home, put it in the garage. The result was all those boxes were mislabeled. So, we had to look through every single one, "Is it a kitchen box? Is it a main bedroom box? Is it a bathroom box? What is it?" So, it is a bit of a mess. And what is required is doing the work that we didn't wanna do.

The driver said he could not get his van into my development. I had him talk with my brother and my brother told him there was no way he could not get the van into my development. My brother went in his truck to lead the gentleman to the correct address with absolutely no problems. But the driver wanted $650 from me to have to hire a smaller vehicle. I'm very upset about it and I reported this to All Country Van Lines. Also, I'm seeing three items, which I have not reported to them yet because they told me to wait until I completely unpacked before I submitted the form for the missing items. If I am going to use All Country again, they should guarantee that they would not use the same company that they used to move my stuff. But my interactions with the All Country Van Lines representatives were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful.

My initial impression of the representative with whom I spoke was positive. Setting up the move was good. I walked around my condo from room to room and responded to the representative as far as everything that was in the room. I described every piece of furniture room by room to the representative. The crew that came was very professional. They walked through the rooms and took a look at what it was that they were going to move. They said that they thought that the quote was close but it would depend on once everything was packed up and loaded on the truck whether or not there would be any difference. When everything was packed and loaded on the truck there was a couple $100 difference.
I was contacted by the driver and they moved the date on me by a day at the last second, but it still worked out okay. I was moving across multiple states. They had me read through the list of inventory of everything, sign and agree. They explained that at the drop-off end, it would be a different crew, and that they would have to look and see if there was more than 100 feet between me or the truck and where they were delivering, there was gonna be an additional charge. As when they packed and loaded up the truck, they took a couple pictures of things that had little scrapes or any issues so that I knew that that was pre-existing the move. They had me confirm the earliest delivery date, the inventory, and what would happen on the drop-off.
However, I got contacted by a different driver telling me that he was ready to come and pick up my stuff after the first driver had already loaded a good chunk of it on the truck. It made me very concerned 'cause I didn't know if I was becoming victim of a scam. I reached back out to All Country to say, “Which one of these drivers is my actual driver? The first one has a bunch of my stuff already on a truck.” They were able to remedy it and clarify that indeed the first driver was a real driver and had my stuff. I got a text from the second driver saying that there was a mistake and that it was remedied, and he would not be working with me.
They contacted me ahead of time and asked if they could deliver early. I had to say no because I moved into an apartment building, and I had the elevator reserved. We agreed that the earliest date that I had given would be the actual date of delivery. The delivery window date was three days. They moved it to the last day so I had to change my elevator schedule. They showed up at 8:00 AM that day. There were two of them, whereas there had been four at the packing end. It took the whole day for them to deliver. The two people that were here were again very professional and did a great job. They moved everything in and unpacked it 'cause I had paid for the full unpacking as well. Everything arrived in good condition.

The first estimate that they gave us was one price, $10,000. The day closer to the move, when they got in there to coordinate everything and updated a few things, all of a sudden, they jumped up to $22,000. It more than doubled. They told me that, on their estimate, if we ended up doing fewer cubic feet, they would readjust the price. But that was never mentioned when the guy came to load the truck. I don't even have any idea how many cubic feet were on the truck. He never mentioned it.
The guy said he didn't know if he was gonna send two box trucks or a semi. He only sent one box truck. They could barely fit our stuff on it. They had to tie the mattress, two box springs, a headboard and everything to the back of the truck, on the outside, to haul them across the country. They also wouldn't deliver our stuff until we paid the third installment of the fee. They wouldn't take anything off the truck until I made sure that cleared everything. We had some things that were broken too. I haven't even had a chance to report that in ‘cause we're still unboxing a few things.
It was a very bad experience. It was the most stressful thing that I've done in my life and the only thing that I would never do again. I'd rather have sold everything there and moved here and start over again than go through the experience and pay the money that we paid for everything. We could have done it for cheaper to buy everything new here instead of paying the price that they charged us for everything.

Hey Curt, we are sorry that you feel this way about how your move went and how stressful you felt during the relocation. We do our best to give all of our customers the best moving experience possible taking in consideration to the stress involved with out of state moves. However after reading your review there is a few things that we want to clarify. The increase of your estimate was done by our quality assurance team 3 days before the day of your move not by the carrier that picked up your items. The cost of the estimate went up due to the fact that you had added more items then what was originally estimated on the initial sales call when placing your reservation. We have a quality assurance specialist go over your inventory with you no later than 72 hours before move day to give you enough time to make changes to your list and avoid any confusion and prepare the carrier for how much space will be used on the truck. In the case if you had fewer items then the original estimate would be revised and the cost to reflect that however you had more items and signed the updated estimate agreeing to pay for the additional space that would be used. We made you aware of the total cost of your move 3 days before the carrier arrived at the pickup location. The movers sent out 1 box truck based on the cubic footage that was estimated for your move. We also want to clarify the statement you made about the mattress being tied to the back of the truck, what you are referring to is a box truck extension which is a common tool used in the moving industry to give you more space inside the truck. The extension also covers your items The mattress and box spring was not tied open to the elements outside and weather, your mattress was in mattress covers that we provide to our customers and the box springs were also in covers and wrapped protecting the items from any weather, dust etc. We also explained to you on the initial sales call, the verification call with customer service, and the quality assurance call that the move payments are broken down to 3 installments. As per the estimate that you signed if you look at the terms and conditions section 17 in bold letters it says " Upon booking, a deposit is required to be paid in the form of ACH, Zelle, or wire. Prior to pick up, 50% of the remaining balance is due in the form of cash, check (personal, business, or Cashier’s), or Postal Money Order. At delivery, the balance is due prior to unloading in the form of Postal Money Order or Cash only ". We make this part of the process very clear to all of our customers and is why we have 3 systems in place to notify you of this process weeks and days before moving so you can be fully aware and properly plan for the 3 payment installments before the day of the move. We also would like to go over the broken items you had noticed when unboxing your belongings. We are sorry that some damages occurred during the move. We advise that you call our customer service department so we can walk you through how to submit a claim with the carrier and answer and questions or concerns you have at that time. Also you are correct that you could have done the move cheaper yourself then hiring a full service moving company to handle the packing & materials, loading, unloading, and transportation of your items to your new home. We do not advertise that we do full service moves cheaper than if you were to do it yourself. We apologize for how you feel and want to help walking you through the claims process in regards to the damages that occurred.
