Eric and his team did an excellent job. They worked hard. Although they were not able to get here until late in the day, and the team came together and got it completed to meet my schedule. They worked hard and until 9:30 in the evening.

Great service and efficiency. Would recommend to others as a mover. Handles the furniture really well and answered any doubts regarding the move and delivery. I am glad they picked up my items. The pick up was fast and gave me no trouble.

Great service, friendly and prompt crew. Every step was verbally laid out, went through inventory step by step. I left knowing my belongings are padded and secure. All the paperwork matched what I was informed during the sign up process.

Mike and the team were very friendly, professional and helpful. They made our move very easy and guidance from Jerry and Chris was awesome. The rates were pretty nominal as compared to other movers. I highly recommend A Plus Moving company.

They showed up on time and packed my things well. I am moving a great distance and think my stuff will make it safely. They worked quickly. I liked that they used blankets to wrap the furniture. I would recommend them in the future.

These guys are fraudsters. They are not refunding my money for the move that did not happen. We were planning on moving from St. Louis MO to NJ. When paying advance payment, I specifically asked if it is refundable in case we do not move and answer was "absolutely". And it is not that we chose another moving company; we did not move. I need my 845$ back. Attached is the receipt showing advance payment.

Chris and his partner were great. They wrapped everything and had all our stuff on the truck quickly. They were very neat and polite. I would definitely use them again. I would also recommend them to my friends.

Regarding my recent moving service last year 08/2025 and the unacceptable handling of my personal belongings. After hiring this company for my move, several of my items were lost and many others were damaged. Among the most upsetting losses were irreplaceable pictures of my mother and a damaged picture frame containing sentimental memories. Multiple personal items were also returned broken. When I first attempted to contact the company about my missing and damaged belongings, I was met with an unprofessional attitude instead of assistance or concern. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

We were extremely pleased with our move. The movers were skillful, meticulous, careful and very efficient. There were many papers to sign and that was very well explained. My one concern was how my 77” television would be packed. As I watched, any concerns was put to rest. I was thoroughly reassured that my tv, and among my other items, would reach their destination in good order.

Angel & Walker were very efficient, friendly and professional. They packed everything efficiently. The pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and use them for any moving in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Kerry. Chris was so sweet and accommodating as well. I really appreciated his kindness. They did a great job working quickly while also packing everything with such great care. We were very impressed with them!

The experience was easy and Angel and Walker were really attentive. I was worried about hidden fees but it was not the case which is a relief. I am very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend them and use the service again in the future if I need this again.

A Plus Moving was great. It was a little expensive, but regardless, it worked and the move went very fast.

Excellent and very Professional Work done by. Both went to great lengths to make sure every article and every piece of furniture were disassembled with great care and expertise. We appreciate their calls before coming and were very considerate of our needs. Not only did they do a fantastic job disassembling, carefully wrapping each and every item, they took time to answer my questions. Later upon delivery, Damion and Dwayne re- assembled each and every item to perfection. Dwayne and Damion were extremely dependable and I would highly recommend both of them!!

I needed somebody and went with A Plus, but I should have looked into it more. It was decent customer service, but it took them a little longer to bring my things than they initially said. And when everything got here, every last box was smashed. My chest of drawers and even my workout equipment were damaged. They said they'd reimburse me $250 and I've yet to see that money. So, it wasn't great all around. The stuff eventually got here and I'm grateful for that, but it could have gone better.

My new job made me move from Maine to Tennessee. I saw A Plus Moving and Storage on Google and booked directly with them. The services and expectations set were fairly accurate. It went smoothly. The moving crew helped out a lot. The only thing is they destroyed one of my dressers. It was rather cheap. But what are you gonna do? Just make sure your stuff is secured.

Company has been very professional with communication and the movers are very knowledgeable and professional as well. They arrived on time and completed the job very fast and safe. I had a great experience overall between the company and movers. Also I must say that the foreman was very knowledgeable and experienced.

I was googling movers and came across A Plus Moving and Storage. I went with them but it wasn't a very good experience. We were missing quite a few items and we have a couple of things that were broken. Also, our price went up from $1,500 to $3,500. They said my belongings were more than what I listed on there. I read the reviews on them, and they say that to a lot of people.

They took extra care packing, they even shoveled the drive way. Very pleasant. They wrapped everything. Sat down and went over all the paperwork. They worked extra hard because the lift on the truck was broken. And it was 17 degrees outside.

Paul and his team were great. They helped me get to our new home in Saint Petersburg. He was professional and kind. He was very thoughtful and cared about what he did. He showed up when he said he would and he complied with all of my requests— thanks, Paul!
