The 2 gentlemen were so kind and helpful! Took careful care with my belongings. Kept me up to date on everything, The office staff were terrible! Did not clearly explain things, hard to get a hold of (used the caller ID to decide if they would answer) neighbor called and they picked right up, if I suggested to my family and friends based on the crew who came yes I would suggest you, based on office staff, then no.

Chris Love and Cary were outstanding. Great team to work with. Would highly recommend them for any move. They took care of all my needs and were excellent in executing the move. (Safe ship) though I had inventory issues with in the beginning and was charge more due to the inconsistent hearing of what I gave. But A Plus moving did a wonderful job on my move and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Overall, I had a good experience with A Plus Moving and Storage, and I would recommend them. The movers themselves were excellent. Christopher ** and the other gentleman who came with him were professional, patient, helpful, and careful with my belongings. They helped pack, wrap, and organize everything, and they worked with me patiently as I made sure certain items were properly bubble wrapped. I also want to highlight dispatch, because they helped facilitate things once the move was underway.

I had a moving company and they subcontracted with A Plus Moving and Storage to bring my stuff out. I had three guys that came out. They were on time, very polite, professional and efficient. I don't have any complaints. They did everything. Boxes, furniture, freezers, dryer. They did a great job.

I recently had a great moving experience! The entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The movers arrived on time, introduced themselves politely, and immediately walked me through what to expect for the day. They clearly explained each step of the move, including how they would handle my furniture and personal items to ensure everything would be transported safely. I appreciated that they were transparent about the costs and really made an effort to avoid overcharging me. They worked efficiently and carefully, taking care not to damage any belongings or walls. Their professionalism and honesty left a lasting impression, and I felt confident that my move was in capable hands. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience that I would highly recommend to anyone preparing for a move!

This is by far the worst company. Recently moved us across the country from Alabama to California. The sales rep lied about the items on the estimate and only after I played the recorded call for them did they remove the extra charges. They also lied on the phone on three different calls stating they are not a broker (shocker). They are a broker as confirmed by not only the people that picked up the load but also the people who delivered the load to us who were based out of Las Vegas. They broke several of our belongings including two TVs, an espresso machine and several paintings. This company is a scam from the sales person “Jerry” to the office staff “Michelle”. Learn from our back mistake and Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Run, run, run far away from "A Plus Moving". Do not believe the BS. We hired A Plus Moving based on a discussion with the sales Rep Jerry, who assured us delivery times, dates and that they were one of the few companies where everything would be in the same company for pickup, packing and delivery. Our move was from the West Coast to the Midwest.

First I want to say I was getting quotes from several companies then Ryan ** contacted me. Everything was fine until I didn’t respond to him due to being admitted in the hospital then he get extremely rude with me. Even told me that I couldn’t afford his company and all kinds of stuff. I asked him numerous times to stop texting me and he just kept on. I'm laying in a hospital bed and this man is harassing me and being extremely rude! (And if the company would like proof I have the text messages to prove it. I’d be happy to share them!) This is not good business! Needless to say I am going with another company because it’s so uncalled for to be harassed and told I’m too broke to afford them. (FYI I’m not but if I was that is incredibly insulting and uncalled for!)

I am very disappointed of your company since the sales person Jerry promised a lot of things at the beginning, don't worry we got you covered is going to take only 10 days for delivery, this was going to be for a good price. After sign the contract/estimate never was easy to get in touch with this guy. The day of the move the truck arrive at 4:00 PM and only 2 guys showed up and took some time to start moving boxes. The day of the pick up they increase the price by $3000.00 more. They start asking for more money. They started moving boxes and one of the guys left my house in a car, I asked the other guy and he said he was going for lunch. I was ok with that. After 2 hours I saw the guy struggling bringing staff from the basement, charging all this boxes by himself. I asked if he was ok but he said no. he told me to help him to move a sofa that was heavy to move by himself.

Excellent, very organized. Extremely professional. Fast and came on the day they promised. I would highly recommend them. There is nothing more I can say. They were very kind to my. Timid cat. They very professional and polite.

Chris and Cary did an amazing job. Chris explained everything and got right to work. They arrived on time and came prepared. Both men were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them for moving services.

I would not trust this company to move me across the street. Expect the price to increase several thousand dollars when all your belongings are packed up in the truck. When I inquired about the massive increase in price Michelle responded that I had more items and they ended up taking up more space. When I asked what the items were that I did not list she mentioned a fire pit, which I do not own. Then she said she was unable to give me what items were not listed when I submitted my final list.

Chris and his Crew worked exceptionally hard and packed everything really well. I could not ask for a better experience. Chris really knows how to manage his crew. I could not believe how well everything was wrapped and packed.

Chris and his crew took amazing care of all my belongings as they loaded them into the truck. Chris and his staff were extremely professional and very friendly. I am very pleased with how I was treated. They made me feel comfortable and secure about my move.

Very professional and punctual movers. They wrapped and loaded my items efficiently, as well as with good energy. I would gladly book them again. They loaded my 1 bedroom apartment in 2 hours after another moving company fell through. I am greatly pleased.

Took advantage of a confused older lady and refuses to give her deposit back or go back out to do the job they were hired to do. The quote doubled once they got there even though the number of things did not. Very quick way to make 800$. I called trying to reason with them, because she is not needing to make big decisions on her own and got hung up on just for asking for help or if there was any way we could work something out. SCAM.

David and Whitney did a phenomenal job wrapping and preparing my items for transport. The items were being stored in two separate units at the same facility and they did a masterful job of organizing everything for easy loading and unloading. Both men were extremely personable and professional. Ask for them by name if you want an outstanding moving experience.

The guys did an amazing job. Never done this before, but they made everything so simple and did a great, quick and smooth work and also handled all my personal things with such great care. I thank you and appreciate their hard work, especially Phil. Thank you, guys!!

Updated on 06/04/2026: This was, by far, the WORST moving experience I have ever had. The pick up in the first state was fine. I actually even wrote a review to that effect. However, the delivery in the next state was ABYSMAL. Literally find any other company and you will likely have a better experience. I have moved a lot in my adult life and have NEVER had a more horrible experience than this one.

Dede and Zion were awesome! They were both very thorough, very efficient, and very professional. They instilled confidence from the start to the finish. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you for making the move worry free.

A Plus movers were great. Handled items with care. Good communication. Would recommend to others. Moving from NC to IN. Two guys worked hard to get us taken care of. Great job. Good job. Eric and Avrel were great workers.

The driver was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which I appreciated. However, the overall process was more stressful than expected. The final cost was significantly higher than the initial quote, although mentioned he did give me a discount. The inventory process also led to a higher item count than anticipated, and we weren’t able to fully clear our items until the next day. Overall, while the driver himself was professional and personable, the pricing and process created unnecessary stress.

Chris and Kerry were fantastic! Got the job done with no damages to my house whatsoever! Showed up on time and got everything unloaded quick and easy! Great guys, would recommend to others! Again great guys who did a great job!

Cris and Kerry quite literally killed it with my move! They were quick and efficient while ensuring safe handling of all my belongings. I wasn’t feeling my best and was super stressed about my move and Chris took care of everything for me to make it as seamless as possible!

A Plus Movers (job # **) were on time, smooth, and efficient in loading out our storage unit. Eric and his guys were total pros, and dealt deftly with some tight quarters at the facility.

Both DD and Zion were gentleman and helped quickly pack up and load my items. They were very nice to me and my family and helped make sure all items were packed up well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

The experience was excellent and the 2 mover were outstanding - Martin and Brian were the best excellent movers. They took great care of of my old furniture and were very personable who took great care of everything and were very smart. The team worked hard and fast

What impressed me most was the care they took with fragile items and heavy equipment. They used high-quality packing materials and strategic loading techniques to ensure everything remained secure during transit. Even navigating tight hallways and stairs didn't slow them down or result in a single scuff on the walls.

Eric and his team did an excellent job. They worked hard. Although they were not able to get here until late in the day, and the team came together and got it completed to meet my schedule. They worked hard and until 9:30 in the evening.

Great service and efficiency. Would recommend to others as a mover. Handles the furniture really well and answered any doubts regarding the move and delivery. I am glad they picked up my items. The pick up was fast and gave me no trouble.

Great service, friendly and prompt crew. Every step was verbally laid out, went through inventory step by step. I left knowing my belongings are padded and secure. All the paperwork matched what I was informed during the sign up process.

A couple of very nice and polite gentleman helped me out with my move. They were very careful with my furniture and other things. They were very quick, and helpful overall. If I were to move again, I would choose them again.

The movers themselves were very very helpful and kind. I was moving by myself and they did as much as they could to make it easier. Wrapped up my stuff, took things apart for me, carried things upstairs, built what needed to be built. Timing was a bit rough, but I understand that they have other moves and can’t control the weather. Setting dates and times would be better to go with in the future, it was hard to plan on their timeline with little notice.

Chris ** did a great job getting my items picked up and loaded in Tn, very gracious, friendly, takes great pride in what he’s doing. Kept great communication complete with pictures, I appreciate all his help! Great job! Would definitely use them again!
