Gary did a great job helping with my account!! I use this service a while back and it was very helpful, but received a charge a few weeks later that I should not have. Gary was able to assist and help me remove it and handle my account. Thank you for the great customer service.

I used this company to gather some property information and it was received and complete. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I was set up on a continuous monthly payment plan. I intended to make a one time purchase. I contacted the customer service through their chat and they immediately cancelled the subscription and are refunding the payment. I have never had such satisfactory service for a situation like this. Thank you Peter.

I had only used this service once but didn't get the information I was seeking. Had no idea I was going to be getting charged $20 a month. Amy from customer support was very helpful and fast solving an issue with my subscription. I never signed up for a monthly subscription. Amy was able to cancel and gave me a full refund without a problem.

Great report. Pricing is a bit vague. I suspect that is intentional, but I don't care for that aspect of your business model. That said, the report was great and cancelling the subscription I never intended to sign up for was easy.

I didn't realize I was being charged monthly and when you log in there is nowhere to look at account details. This is not worth it. Please avoid using them unless you want to be wrapped up in monthly charges for a service that is not useful. I never knew I was being charged every month it was supposed to be $5 for one report not a monthly fee and nowhere on the website does it state a monthly charge of $5.

Beware of predatory charges and read the fine print. I thought I was checking on 1 address. I was charged several times for several weeks. I cancelled anything I may have unintentionally signed up for and a few days later was charged again. Customer service was quick to reverse last charge and reverse the charge. Fingers crossed!

The report was comprehensive and provided me with information I already knew but didn't address what I was after (survey information). When I was charged $5 in the month after the report was generated, I chatted with the agent (Nancy) and asked if it was a recurring charge (yes). Nancy asked if I wanted to close the account and have the $5 refunded. I did because I didn't need any additional records search. She immediately closed the account and refunded the money with an email confirmation.

Barbara was very kind and patient while assisting me in finding my needed account information and canceling my account. We were able to find the account under a 3rd email and she even refunded the charge!

I received the absolute best customer service I have received in years. While Propertyrec.com site may not look informative, the live chat was a real person with instant results. Well Done! More online companies need to view customer service this way.

Had a great experience trying to cancel my subscription. George was very efficient. I am grateful that they didn't try to sell me on the product, they just responded immediately. I was having a good experience until I had to fill out this form and it won't let me submit it because the review is too short.
