Gary did a great job helping with my account!! I use this service a while back and it was very helpful, but received a charge a few weeks later that I should not have. Gary was able to assist and help me remove it and handle my account. Thank you for the great customer service.

I used this company to gather some property information and it was received and complete. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I was set up on a continuous monthly payment plan. I intended to make a one time purchase. I contacted the customer service through their chat and they immediately cancelled the subscription and are refunding the payment. I have never had such satisfactory service for a situation like this. Thank you Peter.

The customer service chat agent was very helpful. They helped me with questions I had about some charges, and they helped me resolve the problem. I had recurring charges that I was not aware of and they helped me get a refund. I am very grateful to them for the help.

The support was great. I needed help with something after hours and I got all the help I need. I got my mix-up sorted out in minutes. I appreciate how fast the support was. I wanted to cancel my account and they helped. Super efficient, fast, very detailed.

I had only used this service once but didn't get the information I was seeking. Had no idea I was going to be getting charged $20 a month. Amy from customer support was very helpful and fast solving an issue with my subscription. I never signed up for a monthly subscription. Amy was able to cancel and gave me a full refund without a problem.

Great report. Pricing is a bit vague. I suspect that is intentional, but I don't care for that aspect of your business model. That said, the report was great and cancelling the subscription I never intended to sign up for was easy.

Matthew was very fast and efficient and did a fantastic job at taking care of my concerns. He did not question anything. He just automatically did a cancel and refund on something that was done either by mistake or fraudulent again. Matthew was amazing.
