We found FastWill easy to use. It's at the top of the list right now and it seems to be comprehensive and meets our needs.

This is our third contact with my company and theirs. When I did speak to someone there, they were professional. They understood our requirements and positioned the product and their support properly. It took only a couple of minutes to get it started. Just create a username and password and it's working right away.

The guidance from FastWill was all-encompassing, simple to follow, and straightforward. It's impacted my business positively. It's a new revenue opportunity for our company and a new way to serve our clients to track and retain them.

I like FastWill and I met one of the owners. I did it for myself and my wife just to make sure we both had it going. I have my will and trust saved.

The user experience is very beautiful. One thing I would change is that if you have to save and exit next time you come in, it brings you back from the top and you have to re-click through everything you've already done, which I understand. Maybe they want to make sure everyone's going through the whole process at once to make sure it's all accurate. But I found it tedious. The next time I would log in, it will start over every time

Other than that, it was very intuitive. It was serendipitous because I was completing my CFP estate planning course at that time and it was cool to see everything I learned in my course in the real world. Everything they were doing was correct according to my textbook.

There was a lot of data input but the user interface was pretty. They did a good job on that. Some websites were built on a budget or without attention to detail when it comes to design. The user-experience design was very bubbly and inviting.

Price is standard. I'm sure there are cheaper solutions out there. The will was 1,000 bucks and the trust is only another 1,000 or 2,000. I wasn't too concerned about it being either too cheap or too expensive. It felt right.

I have an aunt who asked me about the will and trust stuff. She had questions about who would take care of my pets. I saw that FastWill has a section for that. It was cool to see because there are a lot of special use cases.

I'm a financial adviser and I've already pointed people towards FastWill.com. It's an easy name. I told people to go check out FastWill.com. It's a good way to do it.

We went into this thinking it would be just another chore. We’re both in our late 60s, with grown kids and a few grandkids, and we just wanted to get everything documented. But going through this actually made us sit down and talk about things we hadn’t really discussed before. Who would handle decisions, what to do with the lake cabin, how we’d want to be remembered. It brought up some real conversations, and in the end, it brought us even closer. The questions didn’t feel cold, they felt thoughtful. It was emotional at times, but in the best way. We were surprised by how simple it was to complete. It didn’t take long and we never felt lost. We poured two glasses of wine when we finished and toasted to finally getting this done. It felt good to know we had done something responsible and kind for our family :)

My husband passed years ago, and I never updated anything since. To be honest, I didn’t want to. It all felt too heavy, like I’d be admitting something I wasn’t ready to say out loud. But this year I turned 70 and realized it wasn’t fair to leave things a mess for my kids. I tried Fastwill after a friend recommended it, and I was surprised by how gentle the process felt. It was never pushy or overwhelming. Just simple, step-by-step questions that helped me get everything in order at my own pace. It actually helped me feel connected to my family again, thinking through who would handle what, what I wanted to pass down, and even the little things like who gets the piano. When I submitted it all, I felt this mix of relief and gratitude. Like I’d just closed a chapter I’d been avoiding. If you're on the fence like I was, just start. You’ll feel better once you do.

I grew up in a time when lawyers did everything, and regular people didn’t really question it. So I assumed setting up a trust meant spending thousands and going back and forth to an office for weeks. But my daughter told me about FastWill and said I could just do it online. I’ll admit I was skeptical. I’m not great with tech, and legal stuff makes me nervous. But I sat down with my laptop and gave it a try. To my surprise, it all made sense. Everything was straightforward and it actually helped me think through what I really wanted; how to handle my savings, who should take care of my dog, even what happens if I’m ever in a hospital and can’t speak. I did the whole trust package and felt so satisfied afterwards. Like I did something truly important for my family.

I didn’t want to deal with lawyers or pay $5–6k for basic estate stuff, so I used https://fastwill.com/. It was around $600 and honestly really easy. Everything is handled online — will, trust, power of attorney, notarization — all in one place. Some extras cost more, but being able to do it all remotely and update things later made it worth it. Good option if you want simple and online without the hassle.

A will and trust is something that everyone should have. But I've had a couple of hiccups with FastWill. I started on it a couple of times online and ran into a couple of glitches. I went to the chat and someone came on and said that there was something wrong with the program and so they would correct it and give me a email. That happened three times. I was somewhat not pleased with it.

Customer support and chat was fine. The rep came on immediately and transferred it to another person. That person said they're gonna look into it and email me. But they said it would take 24 days and it took two days. I tried to finish it up this morning and part of it tried to print out some of the paperwork but the power of attorney for my husband would not print. It gave me a error message. The rep said she would have it corrected in an hour, but I had to leave my computer. So I'm not real sure. This was the fourth time.

FastWill fits into the marketspace of advanced market. It is something we can fold in to what we're gonna do in the future. I haven't really finished the process yet ‘cause it’s taking a little bit longer than I thought. But the concept is great. What you get for the price spent is a great idea.

We’ve got kids from both sides and needed something fair. The system helped us organize everything, and we talked to an attorney for extra clarity. It saved us stress and probably future arguments. Recommended.

We used the couples plan and saved money doing both of ours together. We worked side by side on it one weekend afternoon. No stress, no confusion. We feel like we finally checked off a big item on our list.
