⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Homebuying Experience with KB Home – Freeman Farms! Our experience building our new home with KB Home at Freeman Farms has been absolutely outstanding from beginning to end! Every person we encountered played an important role in making this journey a memorable and enjoyable experience. From the very beginning, Jimmy ** at the Sales Studio was phenomenal. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel confident that we were making the right decision. He was there to answer our questions and help guide us through the process without ever making us feel pressured.

Overall, our experience with KB Home has been a good one, and we are very happy with our home, the location, and the ability to design and personalize our space. Wes and Jared have both been extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful throughout the process, and we really appreciate the support they provided. The most frustrating part of our experience was the KB Home loan process. It was repetitive and exhausting. We also feel the survey is being requested before homeowners have had enough time to fully experience many of the things it asks about. We genuinely want to give everyone who has helped us a great review, but we believe homeowners should be given more time to experience the entire process and community before being asked to provide feedback.

There are a few areas where KB Home could improve the customer experience, particularly with the Design Center and post\-closing customer service\. Because we were purchasing our home from out of state, we relied heavily on the Design Center representative’s guidance during our virtual appointments\. We wish we had been advised to add additional internet/data outlets throughout the home to accommodate fiber\-optic service\. With only one outlet above the fireplace, setting up our home network has been much more difficult and required additional work by the internet installer\.

Overall, I am happy with my new home and appreciate the quality of the finished product. I especially want to recognize Todd (Superintendent), Neal **, and Alexandra ** for providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. They consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, address concerns, and ensure issues were resolved from start to finish. Their dedication and willingness to help made a significant positive impact on my overall experience, and they are a tremendous asset to KB Home.

We purchased the KB 1675 plan in December 2024. KB worked hard to get us moved into this new build (they say it was a record for the company - 18 days). After living here for about 18 months, here are some reviews about the home.

I think this being my first home buying experience I didn’t know what to expect but it was fairly easy with KB from start to finish. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

As a first time home buyer the overall experience was good, just some minor details that needs to be worked on.

The overall experience was a lot easier than expected after all the stories you hear about buying a home. Going through KB was a great choice.

The process was very smooth and streamlined the entire way. The partnership between KB Home and the KBHS Home Loans team definitely took out a lot of the stress of dealing with several companies since they communicated so well internally. The construction process was also great with a lot of good communication and thorough explanations along the way. Even a month after moving in, the construction superintendent still stops by to make sure everything is okay with the home. It has been an overall great experience to work with all of the KB team members.

Overall, purchasing our new home with KB Home was an exciting and rewarding experience. While we encountered a few challenges along the way, we appreciated the effort made to address our concerns and help us move forward. Most importantly, people like Tisha **, Linda **, and Efren ** made the experience feel personal and showed that they genuinely cared about our family and this important milestone. Their support throughout the process made a lasting impression on us. We are very happy with our new home in the Ladera community, grateful for everyone who helped us get to closing day, and excited to create many wonderful memories in our new home.

Right now, I believe the price-to-quality ratio is the best on the market, and the customer service team is excellent.

From the very first day of deciding to have KB build our home until final presentation, their professionalism and expeditious delivery was a solid grand slam. They hit our home out of the park for sure! Highly pleased with the entire process.

So far everything has been good. Just a few things like the thermostat should be by the master bedroom instead of upstairs.

Tiring, annoying, frustrating, madness, but you need to voice out what you want. Overall it was an experience to build a home.

Seeing our vision come to life and feeling the quality, comfort, and personal touches every day reminded us how valuable our home is and even went beyond what we expected. Being able to personalize it and having support from KB Team along the way made the whole process worth it. This being our second purchase of a new home through KB Home, we are even more satisfied this time than we were on our purchase back in 2002. Everything about the process has been improved upon: from sales to loans to construction to customer service. The attention to customer satisfaction is obvious. We look forward to retirement in our new ‘forever’ home in the lovely Vintage Oak community at Gateway in Lodi.

I love the people and how quickly they are to get things done. However the quality of the work is not great and isn't clean beautiful work. Very messy and rushed and you can definitely tell. Just disappointed that the main things I care about for my home didn't get delivered. Still waiting too.

The "customer service" provided by Jess made this experience much worse than what it should've been.

I had a most exciting experience. Being a first time homeowner, I did not go through any stress like people always say. I would do this again if I have the opportunity.

KB Home is an overall excellent value, experience for purchasing a new home. The quality in workmanship and the attention of the staff from sales, construction, financing and warranty were exception for which we are grateful having moved from New York to Florida.

A genuinely enjoyable process - the people are great and the design studio experience is great fun allowing you to really customize your home. The quality is high for new construction and the floor plans are very well sized.

We really love the house, location and neighborhood. There is just so many redos that it seems like is never ending process.

I would like to see the HOA Jacobson **, or Sovereign And Jacobs be a little more attentive and a little more informative of questions asked to them and things that still need to be done before we are handed over to our own HOA.

Perfect. We weren't sure if we'd even be able to do a home build to begin with. KB Homes made it an easy experience and we received a perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood.

We have had friends who have built with other developers Including some homes that are worth over $1 million and our building/buying experience sounds like it was much more cohesive and smooth even compared to those who have built with a fully custom builder. We are so grateful that the process was smooth and that KB offers a lot of finishing touches that make the home feel less like a cookie cutter home and more like something. We actually would’ve designed for ourselves, but with the intuition of a proper house layout that a developer can offer.
