    The Good: When things are running normally, they aren't too bad. Sometimes you'll have an outage that lasts anywhere from an hour or two to maybe 8 or 10, but it's not that common, and they actually have a website you can get to on your phone to check and see if you are in an outage or if it is just you. In my experience, the website map is pretty accurate. For the most part, I had few issues outside of occasional outages, and I think you will have that with any company.

    The Bad: When things AREN'T going well, their company is HORRIBLE. I recently had a long-term outage, Sunday night now a week ago. Most of Columbus Ohio did, in fact. When they texted me that my service was back, and their map showed no outage in my zip code, I contacted them through their website chat and tried to tell their so-called "customer service representative" (lol) that I was still down and their map thought I was up, he told me no, I'm still in an outage, there wasn't any point in reporting that I was still down because everyone in my area was. It took him about 30 seconds to type that sentence so I know he didn't actually check anything.

    Two days later I'm with another so-called "customer service representative", she has me plug and unplug my modem for about an hour and wanted me to keep doing that despite my insistence that it wasn't the problem and that I needed a technician, when I had her try another modem I had which was new and still in the box. She didn't seem to understand basic English but I finally got her to take my Mac address, I'm plugged in, please wait.

    Ten minutes later, that modem also not working, she tells me I was down because my modem wasn't working, but wait, this one is also not working. Oh, that's because it takes 24 hours for a Mac address to go through the system, she tells me. I'm not stupid, that is a lie. I ask her how she knows I'm even receiving a signal, well, since my modem couldn't talk to their system, it HAD to be the modem, right? Great, she's a liar and incompetent, that's obviously not true. She doesn't want to schedule anyone, I'm still down, I will remain down for the foreseeable future, if I talk to another so-called customer service tech later, we have to start this all over again, quite possibly still failing to get a tech to come out and fix the actual problem. 90 minutes wasted this time, how many times before I get someone to even get me scheduled? Two representatives, both lied to me.

    I switch to Spectrum but I haven't canceled my Breezeline yet, when the tech arrives I have him test my line... nothing, it's dead. I knew it was but I wanted proof anyway. Anyway, he got me up and running, but I would still be down if I was relying on Breezeline. Oh, this is the third multiple-day outage I had with them. Granted, I have been with them for over 5 years, but still. The first time was when they first installed me, they had some hardware that wasn't working, took them days to figure it out. The second time, it took me days (just like the last time) and two modems to even get to them acknowledge that there was an issue outside of my house that they needed to fix. So I guess three strikes and you're out.

    Horrible customer service. I called to turn off my TV service. Regular customer service could not help me with that request- they referred me to another dedicated number for that. Called a couple of times- they have an option to reward call back - requested- no one ever called back. Decided to stay on hold- waited over 2 hours on the line - they dropped a call on me immediately after pick up. Such a frustrating experience!!!

    Avoid Breezeline at all costs — especially if you own a business. This has been, without exaggeration, the WORST internet service experience of my life. They charged me nearly double compared to other providers, and after installation, the internet barely works. The speed is practically nonexistent, constant interruptions, and it’s seriously affecting my business operations.

    Even worse, their service has caused issues with my electronic equipment. When I contacted customer support to fix THEIR problem, they had the audacity to ask me for an additional $85 just to send someone out. Completely unacceptable. Now that I want to cancel this nightmare of a service, they’re demanding $2,500 to terminate the contract. This feels like a trap, not a service agreement. Unreliable connection, outrageous pricing, terrible customer service, and predatory contract terms. I strongly warn everyone — DO NOT sign up with Breezeline Business Internet. Save yourself time, money, and stress. Absolutely disgraceful.

    We moved to Jackson, SC. About 2 years ago, Breezeline is the internet provider in this area, since moving here there has been some kind of outage just about every week for hours at a time, my wife works from home and is always losing internet which means she can't do her job, I wouldn't recommend using them, we are currently working with another internet provider hopefully they will be able to get fiber to our area.

    My modem would reset several times a night, power light and all would shut off. Called 8 times, one modem replacement, over 8 hours on the phone (always high caller volume) problem persisted and finally got angry enough to call for a credit and they offered $20!!! For a service that rarely is usable? The final straw was when the tech had me hard reset the modem and it would not come back on. When I called to ask for credit, the person wanted to tell me my promotional rate was ending this month! You kidding me?!?! Stay far away from this company, nothing good will happen to you.

    Unfortunately, so far the experience has been not very good. First, we opted for the easy install. After plugging in the power cord and coax cable, the modem was not broadcasting the wireless network (ie the wireless network did not show up as an available network on the tv, a cell phone or laptop. The modem as rebooted several times with no change. We were able to see the account was active as a wired ethernet connection between the modem and laptop. A technician had to be scheduled to come out and fix their issue. When we signed up, the plan was listed as $40 with automatic payments.

    We received a full month of service (it was not prorated for the partial month of actual service) paper bill charging us $50 (not $40). When I called about the bill for $50, I was told the first month was $50paper billed as it takes 30-45 days to set up automatic payment. The waiting period and $50 paper billing was not explained when I signed up for $40 automatic payments while speaking with a representative during the process.

    I went online to chat. Got an email on 3-17-2026 for free Disney + for a year with my TiVo service. After what seemed like a lifetime with chat, I was told that promotion was over 3-23-2026. Please pay attention to the date. I would complain about customer service, but there is NONE.

    How on earth are there five-star reviews for this company. Once upon a time, when it was Atlantic Broadband, I had zero to few complaints. Now it takes all my willpower not to take the useless devices they swap in whenever we actually manage to get ahold of a human being and get a technician sent out and break them into pieces with a hammer. At least then I'd get some satisfaction out of it. The 'best' part is the fact that Breezeline is running a functional monopoly--we've tried switching providers, MULTIPLE TIMES. Every time they get to our address, they go "We can't, Breezeline owns those lines." So because they own the lines, no one else can touch our area. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau before, and I absolutely will do so again. This hot garbage has no business being in business.

    Rawad is the best there is!!! I was paying a lot more than I should have been with Spectrum. This gentleman saved me about $200 a month and Improved the overall service in my home. I would highly recommend the switch over. They've made lots of improvements.

    I never opted for paperless billing, yet they never send a bill. Their payment center 800 number is always down and I am told that I need to download their app to make a payment. To top it off, if you have to use a live agent because of their electronic billing being down they charge US, THE CONSUMER, an inconvenience fee of $5.00.

    Horrid, absolutely horrid. They tell you to use a callback instead of waiting, then after you get a callback, they somehow always have to transfer you to someone else where you have to wait 45 minutes or more. Absolutely disgusting. Also you either get one of two types of service reps, either the overly tired one or the sharp and rude one. You'll never get a friendly voice who's trying to help. You might also get completely disconnected and hung up on while waiting on the line to speak to someone. If I could give 0 stars I would. I constantly pray I never have to deal with their customer service because it is the absolute worst I've ever had in my life.

    My problem is not with the service. Have not had any issues with my internet. My problem is that I am not being billed the amount that I agreed to. I had a sales rep come in November and offered me a great deal. I had AT&T but they kept increasing cost. So the rep offered me a deal that would save me $25 a month. No contract. And also $300 gift card after 4 months...good deal. And he said call him personally if I had any problems. Well they keep billing me $10 more a month than we agreed to. So I tried to call him... He is in Manitoba, Canada. I don't have a calling plan for international calls. So I called customer service... I talked to someone in SOUTH AFRICA!!! Anyway because I choose to get a paper bill instead of paperless, they charge me $10 more... Asinine!! I was not told that by the sales rep or the customer service person that set up my account. To me that is being deceptive.

    This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. My Internet/TV service has been cutting out for the last 3 days. So I called and the wait was forever so I decided to use the chat. 1 hour and 30 minutes of wasted time. 1st I was chatting with a Oscar **, he couldn't fix the problem so he just disconnected to me. So I chatted again, after putting in all my info again, I was connected with Tee, went through everything the first guy did, could not fix the problem so just disconnect me like Oscar did. I have to deal with this problem at least 4 times a month. Time to make Cable Disappear. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as possible. Seems they just refuse to help out their customers.

    Breezeline is way too expensive. I've had them for about 4 years now and their rates were already high and they just raised them again! I called and complained and told them about the offer Verizon gave me for the same service which was way cheaper! My bill with Breezeline runs 178$ a month and Verizon said they could lock me in for the same EXACT SERVICE for $49.99. I was told when I discussed this with Breezeline that they would lower my bill to 40.00 a month with auto pay and they told me they would erase my past due about of 125.00 so I owed them nothing.

    Well I just looked at my bill and there is still a past due amount of 78.00 and when I told the lady I reached out to she said, "Well there is no note of promise here so there is nothing I can do." Looks like I'll be switching to Verizon after all! Not staying with a company that lies just to get you to stay and doesn't follow thru! Do not get service through them! They are a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

    I would rate them a zero. Poor customer service. I was trying to move my service from address to another and was told that a technician would come on a certain day. That day arrived, no tech. I called in and was told that a service order wasn't written up, then was told they would be there on another day. They never showed. This went on for about 2 to 2 and half months to only be told that they couldn't do the install only to keep charging me the entire time.

    Been a captive audience for the last 2 years as Breezeline is the only provider option in our area other than satellite. Our plan rate is crazy high compared to Verizon which we had in our prior home. I just spent the morning unsuccessfully trying to access the website to review plan options. The website is a mess and gets stuck with the spinning breezline logo. I then tried the mobile app, I got stuck entering in my address to confirm service, keep in mind I'm a subscriber, logged into my account and am informed that they can't find my address! So I call them, waited 5 or so minutes to connect with an agent - who proceeded to ask me my name, address, account number, secret code etc - again keep in mind, I've entered my account phone number so you'd think they have all this in front of the agent.

    If they are simply validating, okay I get that, and remember, all I want is to see the plans and pricing available as options to the plan I currently have. But NO! I didn't have the secret code my wife set up so I got the spiel about we have policies and procedures we need to adhere to..... Yadda yadda - CLICK I hung up. Thankfully, Starlink had evolved rapidly in the two years since we moved in and I now have it on the way. Bye bye breezeline.

    Unfortunately, Breezeline is the only available internet provider where I live, and it has been a consistently bad experience. Internet speeds were about 60–70% of what they advertise. When technicians came out, they blame maintenance and say a different team needs to service outside equipment. I eventually got fed up with constantly reaching out and taking time off work and learned to live with it. I will say that the internet connection did improve somewhat eventually but it took about 2 years for them to finally improve it.

    Later, I updated my payment information with a new card. Everything appeared fine until my service was shut off the following month. I was told Breezeline continued charging the old card on file instead of the new card selected for autopay. Support apologized and said the issue was corrected. That was six months ago, and the same problem has happened every single month since. Despite repeated calls, escalations, and confirmations, their system continues to charge the wrong card. I am now forced to call Breezeline every month to manually correct billing and remove the old card, even though they claim the issue is fixed each time. The service quality, technical support, and billing system are all unreliable. If you have other options, avoid Breezeline.

    Had Breezeline for 9 years and have had nothing but problems, from outages to lag to horrible customer service. I have call three different times today to only be hung up on when I state that there is nothing they can do to keep me. I also tried to chat with them and was told I have to speak to their retention dept. before I could cancel. What type of shitty company makes it this hard to cancel. I bought Star Link and have had no issues and way faster for same money!!! Stay away from Breezeline!!!!

    My technician came and installed a new line in a foot of snow efficiently, effectively and with a professional and friendly manner. The service was hooked up and working before he left my home. If the rest of my service with Breezeline is this outstanding, I’ll never have to think of that awful “Comcast” word again.

    They gave me a window of 8am-6:30pm. Tech says he is on his way at 6pm. By 7pm no one shows, so I call in. Tech lied and said he talked to me and let me know he doesn't have a key to open the box. Why would a tech come unprepared to open the internet box on the building?! Then, he lied and said he left the self install kit with me. He didn't! I asked them if they would like me to climb the pole myself to hook my internet up! I called customer service and they claimed the tech was waiting for a "supervisor to bring him a key" to unlock the internet box on my building. 9pm rolled around and still nothing! I tried the "Live chat" option after that and was told self install means I do it myself. Yeah, the router/modem on the inside, not the lines on the outside. They refused to acknowledge the lazy techs that they are hiring.

    Had Breezeline to my condo 4x in last 3 yrs. This last time my internet & TV go out. Troubleshooting N/G.. They sent a tech 4 days later. Send thru have tech shortage. Customer Service people extremely hard to understand due to language…use to have infinity. Much better.. Breezeline very bad and I think I’m getting bad service from them bc I don’t pay (Association pays). If I was a paying customer I could threaten to move my business.. Then after my poor Google review a gal named Loren said to contact her at m.me.Breezeline to discuss.. Turns out no such email address.. Totally ridiculous!!

    I use Breezeline in Miami Beach, for a long time (over 2 years). It was really great. Then in the past 6 months it keeps having service outage after service outage that will last multiple hours or all day long. I work from home and fast reliable internet is extremely important. When it's working it's great but there has been about 10 outages in the past 6 months causing a lot of issues. I reach out for help and they just keep saying they are working on it and it won't happen in the future but it keeps happening and they won't do anything to assist. Their customer service chat seems to be AI chatting with you because they are completely useless and cannot do anything. I would not recommend to anyone in zip code 33139.

    Yesterday was one of the most challenging days of my life. I was in the process of opening a new group home, and several unexpected and stressful circumstances occurred throughout the day. However, the absolute highlight was meeting Zan, an outside sales representative for Breezeline who happened to be working in the neighborhood. Coincidentally, I had been awaiting my Breezeline internet installation, and due to time-sensitive business needs, it was critical that service be secured immediately.

    As I was unloading items from my car, Zan approached me and asked if I was moving into the neighborhood. After I confirmed, he asked whether I had heard of Breezeline Internet services. I explained that I had already scheduled an installation but was growing concerned because, although I received a confirmation email, no one had contacted me directly.

    What happened next was nothing short of exceptional. Zan immediately took action. He made several calls, secured my service, confirmed a next-day installation, and—on top of that—obtained a better rate than what I had originally signed up for. His commitment didn’t stop there. I needed to return to my previous location to retrieve additional items, and Zan willingly accompanied me to meet other business associates I collaborate with, hoping to extend the same opportunity to them.

    During this process, I realized I had mistakenly given the house key—along with my car keys—to a driver who had already left. To make matters worse, my phone was locked inside my vehicle. I was overwhelmed and upset with myself. Zan truly saved the day. He calmly reassured me, called an Uber to transport me back to my new location, helped coordinate meeting the driver again, and ensured I retrieved my keys so I could safely return to my car.

    This was, without question, the most above-and-beyond customer service experience I have ever encountered. Zan remained calm, supportive, and solution-oriented throughout a very stressful situation. He didn’t just provide a service—he genuinely cared. I am incredibly grateful to have met Zan. As I expand my practice and open additional group homes, Zan will absolutely be my go-to representative. He exemplifies excellence, professionalism, and authentic care for the community he serves.     My agreement on the monthly bill is supposed to be $94.62 but every month the auto pay tries to take out $139. Customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of. This company is awful. Considering switching back to Spectrum just after a few months. Highly DO NOT Recommend Breezeline.

    Their service stinks. Never works. Always out and bill keeps going up. Time to find something new. We are sick of it. You call and put on hold and passed person to persons. If they ride around they would see how many trees are on their lines but never remove me. Ridiculous.

    If possible to rate as less than 1 star, I would! They couldn't even email a label to return the equipment correctly, a customer service lead said it was cheaper to pay than buy a plane ticket back to where the equipment was and supervisors lied about not having a manager to speak too then transferred the call too them! I could go on however it's not worth the time to spell out every detail of their lack of professionalism and ability to perform any of their duties.

    Prices are too high, connection is unreliable, customer service is not great. Been a customer for 5 years. Tried to have them maintain a price match with current companies. Was met poor customer service. Called to cancel service. Was on hold for 2 HOURS. So I figured let me call on a different phone and inquire about upgrading service and a person answered within 30 seconds. I asked if that department handles upgrades and cancellations. They said yes, so I asked why have I been on hold for two hours if that person picked up immediately? Didn't get an answer. If you're reading this to see if Breezeline is for you. It's not, find someone else. If you're reading this because you're also a pissed off customer. Call and ask to upgrade service, you'll get a much faster response.

    Breezeline connected tv services in my unit after my condo building got a contract with them. I never signed up for tv services and I live out of state so I wasn’t there when they connected everything. So they charged me for tv for a year even though I was not living in the unit and didn’t use the tv or know I was being charged for it. They refused to refund me.

    Breezeline is consistently poor in addressing issues or providing compensation for problems they cause themselves. We added a TV to my 88-year-old mother in law's bedroom. Through five customer service calls, we discovered that her equipment was too old to support the additional TV. Breezeline was supposed to send us two new TV boxes (which we received) plus a modem that never arrived. Meanwhile, they changed her from an "old plan" to save her money.

    The new plan was only up to Channel 22. They did not tell us that the plan would eliminate a significant number of channels, especially her favorite movie channel (Hallmark). And, until the new modem arrives, she is still unable to view the upper channels. Five service calls, two weeks and still without service on her existing TV let alone the new one. When requested a credit on her bill to compensate her for the loss, they refused. Because we are in a rural area with limited service, we are pretty much stuck dealing with Breezeline's poor service. Very Frustrating!!!!

    Breezeline internet is a joke. I cancelled my service In Aug 25 and as of Nov 25 I'm still getting charged. Four weeks for them to check my equipment I returned a week ago already. Then another 3 to 4 weeks to receive any refund, That they don't seem to be able to find. Complete waste of money and their service sucks. They promise high speed, but can't deliver. DO NOT USE.

    Frequent outages, extremely rude customer service reps that interrupt you as you speak, high prices, equipment burns out fast, and needs to be replaced often (unless you find a workaround), did I mention the extremely RUDE customer service?     Unreliable service, zero customer service. Internet is constantly going down because they didn't believe in balancing loads or upgrading existing services. I contacted customer service to have them reverse a payment (they charged my bank twice) and customer service wanted me to give them my account login information (login name and password) and everyone knows that you never ever do that. I guess their customer support doesn't actually work for them but instead of outsourced it. So technically they can't help you at all since they don't have proper access to your account. Just window dressing that they have a service department.

    Breezeline is the worst internet provider I've ever had, so after years of frustration, I decided to cancel it. I installed a new service from a different provider and called Breezeline to cancel their service. At that point, they offered me an upgraded service, better prices, and a free month of service, which I rejected, but I was told their service would be running for 30 extra days at no charge.

    To my surprise, even after returning the equipment and having the service of another company, I found out that Breezelina had made another withdrawal from my bank account. I called to complain, and I was told that I had to call to claim my money after the supposedly free month expired, and that was on October 13. I called them on October 21 and they said I would receive a check in the mail in 14 days. Since I haven't received the check, I called today, November 13, and was told they sent it on November 7, but I should allow 3 extra weeks for it to arrive. I never heard of the USPS taking 3 weeks to deliver a check in the USA. NEVER USE BREEZELINE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE THE WORST INTERNET AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Overly priced for a service that is unreliable in both customer service and continuous working internet. Can never get them on the phone and when you do get them on the phone, they do nothing. It’s just a bunch of people spitting out useless information that never solves the problem. We’ve had someone come out to our house 4 or 5 times, and one tech even tried to put an internet cable through our front door, which did absolutely nothing. Last time we had someone come out, he was still in training with no one supervising him. It’s sad how a company that people rely and depend on, because there’s no other options, can be satisfied with providing both poor customer service as well as poor quality internet that costs at least 2 times as much as actual, reliable internet and customer service. They take advantage of their customers' need for their services.

    Do NOT go with Breezeline. They sign you up for a contract that obligates you to purchase from them for a long term but doesn't obligate them to keep the price for the term of a contract. They raised our rates and said if we went with someone else they'd still charge us the remaining months of the contract. There's no "limiting principle" to how much they could charge you but you are obligated to keep them (this sounds like an illegal contract to me). Was on the phone for over an hour and they said they could literally raise it to whatever number they wanted and thought we'd still be obligated to pay for the remainder of the contract. If that's the case, they could bankrupt you if they wanted to. Do NOT go with Breezeline!

    Internet is fast when accessible. However it drops at random times, about once every five minutes. When it drops all internet is essentially unavailable. Breezeline said that the servers would be updated. Two weeks ago they shut down internet for around 14 hours for maintenance. This fixed absolutely nothing, it might have gotten worse in fact. Breezeline provides high speed internet, that is true. However that is only when you are able to access it. When calling Breezeline they said the server update would fix it. It has been like this for around six months. I would not recommend breezeline, especially if you plan to play video games. You will lose half of your games due to not being able to move. Breezeline dropped my rank to plat. Very annoying.

    BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT get Breezeline mobile service! We were lied to by sales representative Countess about how great their mobile service is. This woman literally gave examples bashing T-Mobile saying she lived in a rural area blah blah blah. I took the bait, changed my cellphone service and have regretted it ever since! I haven't had cell service this bad since there was peak and off peak hours! And don't let it be raining LIKE TODAY, JUST SEND ME A LETTER because I can't use my phone... I lost reception 4 times on the turnpike last weekend using my GPS! This is by far unmatched the WORST cell service, and internet.     I was very impressed with the technician in installing everything that was needed. He was very professional. My only problem was communication, as I have troubles understanding anyone with accents. Found out the next day I had a new box installed on the wall with white thin wiring, hooked onto the modem. Why? What is it for? That was not brought up and explained to me. And now, my printer is not working. Yes, I am hooked up to WiFi, but it doesn't accept it.

    This is a dilemma for me. I will be 85 in 2 weeks. I am not too computer savvy in certain areas. Also, found out about the billing. Auto pay is great, no problem there. But going paperless is a problem. I need that paperwork in front of me to try to understand as best as I can. Printing it out is not the best answer for me. Sure, it's only $10 a month for both items, but when you're living off Social Security, every little bit counts. Now, if only my printer would work!! Ok, you've heard my say. Nothing else to add on.     It took days for a technician to arrive only to be told that my issue might be further down the road and that is a different repair team, the tech was the only great part of the experience as he was very helpful, professional and courteous. The tech even replaced the wire between the residence and the pole in efforts of improving signal reliability. Breezeline needs to react swifter as some customers depend on service for different reasons and some can be critical, reliability and resilience is a must.

    Company has really bad customer service. I had problem with my internet. Had to make several phone calls to get the problem fixed. Long extended waiting time. If you lose the connection, they will not call you back and you have to start the process all over again each time. Seems like they do not document any customer conversation. After several phones calls and long minutes in the computer they said they have to send a technician. I would not recommend this company. Switched to another company.

    Nathaniel was nice, super professional, showed us that we were paying too much for ATT internet. ATT was raised my bill to $90 for the 1000 Mbps speed but when I ran a speed test with Nathaniel, it showed AT&T was only giving us 100 Mbps.     Breezeline did not have any promotion programs I could reduce my plan with as I am a senior citizen on social security so my budget is tight. I wanted to see if there was another loyalty program available and it was not. The new plan price doubled so I had to try another cable company. I did try XFinity however, I was not pleased as much with the service. My media streaming did a lot more buffering. My phone or WiFi data did not have enough strength to allow me to listen to music in my headsets while working in the yard. I was not aware that unlimited data on XFinity did have a cap on the data and every month I was getting emails telling me I had went over my data plan.

    I finally left after 4 months of not getting a good understanding how their promotion plan worked and it was costing me more money than a regular plan. I went back to Breezeline as I never had problem with buffering, data caps or my internet or WiFi working with me in my yard (.5 acres) doing yardwork. I came back to Breezeline with a very good 2 year promotion plan and 1000 gb of service and a free phone line for a year. It was so easy for the customer service rep to switch me over as my line was still connected in my cable box. So at least for 2 years, I should be satisfied with good prices and good service.

    Customer service is the worst. I just opened an internet account and the person who set up my account input my phone number incorrectly. I am now completely paralyzed because every aspect of customer service is automated and linked to the phone number. They don't recognize my number of course. It is nearly impossible to connect with a live agent. I am beyond frustrated and angry. Oh and no customer service on weekends, so too bad if you have a problem on a Saturday. Avoid this service.

We got an excellent and knowledgeable home internet installer. Customer service humans worked very hard for us as well. My 4.5 rating, not 5, is because of my experience with the customer service menu and call forwarding system that repeatedly disconnected me After receiving new SIM cards, we had no working phones, so I went to a friend's house to use a working phone. Repeatedly, after going through the menu, I was disconnected before getting a technical support person. Only my persistent calls brought success!

    At the time of my call, I was experiencing call dropouts, interrupting the call. The analyst did some work on the Modem in the background. I assume the issue is resolved. No real way to tell without calling all my contacts and have a lengthy conversation. Analysts with heavy accents are hard to understand.

I left work early and he arrived almost an hour and a half later. 3 of the calls were automated and one live person and he didn't understand anything I said. I truly do not understand why they call you so many times. Once is enough. Makes no sense to me. It makes the whole experience aggravating.

    Every time I call "we are experiencing high call volume"... Too few people answering phones or the service is terrible. Called to report an outage where a tree took down the line from the pole to my house. It took ~25 minutes to speak with someone. When I finally got to speak with an operator, it was an ** gentleman [super pleasant guy] who must have been living on a chicken farm. All I could hear was roosters/chickens, sometimes loud enough to drown out his voice. This was the second call to schedule an appointment, apparently the first one wasn't actually set so we were waiting for the technician that would never come. We'll see if anyone shows up this time.

    Incredibly long wait times to get a customer service representative on the phone, and usually find the agents range from difficult to extremely difficult to understand due to their poor command of the English language and heavy foreign accents and excessive background noise on the agent's end. I am always repeatedly put on long holds, experience dropped calls after long waits, and after dropped calls the agent does not have the courtesy to call me back, ALSO, on two occasions my Breezeline-supplied remote has completely quit functioning, so I called to request a replacements and I'm told that I must pay $15.00 to Breezeline in order to receive a replacement. Why should any customer be required to pay money for Breezeline's faulty equipment! That's unacceptable and ridiculous! You get the idea by now. Having had it with years of this type torture, I haver finally “cut the cord”. No more cable service. Just streaming now, and I will very soon find a different internet provider.

    I was moving and scheduled (2 weeks prior) my service to be switched to my new location so there wouldn't be any disruption. Was told everything would be fine, it was not!!!! I recommend if you move have a scheduled appointment with a technician the day of the move (service to be rendered). I guess when you're the only provider in the area at the moment things fall through the cracks. The service is fine, but needs improvement.     Neil, the technician, was very diligent and thorough in making sure my WIFI will not malfunction again for a long time. The man knows his job.     The technician was wonderful. Calling BreezeLine to get great, friendly service is nearly impossible. It’s an all day event to get anything resolved. And don’t bother if you don’t know your PIN number on your bill. They won’t tell you jack sh*t. So disgusted they’re so big and forget about us little people who pay top dollar for their service. It’s really sad. This company upgraded two of my apts (I had no choice) and one of the tenants had an issue with hers and that’s how it all started. All I wanted was a tech to come out and fix it. Didn’t have the pin #. All other info but no pin….doesn't make sense to me. Took days to get it straightened out. Should’ve been an easy fix.

    The technician who installed our fiber modem and router was friendly but professional, competent, and careful. Zero complaints about the installation and the service is working well. Navigating the Breezeline website was a bit more complicated. BL seems to be fixated on the mobile app, and as a professional who does NOT use his phone for any serious financial matters, but use a laptop/desktop, the website is difficult to navigate. Minor technical complaint; Breezeline's router has no setting to NOT broadcast the SSID, which I consider a potential security flaw.

    This is a company that only cares about the people signing up for service. Once you are signed up and using it you are forgotten. Except for every month when they want your money. Prices they post are not accurate AT ALL. And cancellation? I hope you have a week's worth of time. If you do not return the equipment in 24 hours they will double bill you for the cost of the equipment regardless of your lease fees (that literally pay for it 3 times over).

    I live in a place where there were only 2 options. I chose Breezeline over 8 years ago. Then other options became open, I still wanted to be that loyal customer. Did they say, "Hey let's save you some money? Hey we are running a promotion are you interested?" No. Why? It's too much work. They care about 1 thing. YOUR money. Shop around, I'm warning you. If you don't this review will haunt you when it happens to you.

    Breezeline is by far the worst internet service I have ever had. My service is interrupted at least 7 time a day. The internet goes out which then interferes with cable TV. I have also been charged double for one month several times, and they expect for you to still pay. Just paid my bill and woke up to my service off. Like they take my money then cut off my service. When you call in to speak to customer service to have them explain the extra charges they try to make me feel like I'm crazy and your account online never matches their system. The service was better when they WOW.

    I would never recommend them to anyone. I also was told by anyone cable company that the wires were not grounded outside of my house. What a poor excuse for a cable company and they have the nerve to offer mobile service. You would never get service if it's anything like their cable and internet service.

    I've been a Breezeline customer for just over two years. Overall, I've found them to have reliable service and to consistently provide good speed. For a company that claims to be straight forward on pricing, they absolutely would not offer me a plan at a lower speed for an affordable cost. My initial service was 500 Mbps download/50 Mbps upload at a promotional rate of $69.12/month which included a $17.99 equipment fee. The promotional rate ended and without notice or discussion the price increased to $131.98. There are no prices posted on their website; however, ** claims their prices are significantly cheaper.

    I chatted with their customer service - after a 40 minute wait. They were only will to adjust my plan to $68.12/month for 1GB download speed and 50 Mbps upload speed. I directly asked for a cheaper plan for 100 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed and they insisted on asking invasive questions. I may still shop around for a more affordable price as I don't need that level of service when I'm only one person and barely home.

    I've been plagued by regular internet disruptions for over 7 years. And when I was connected, I never came close to receiving the internet speeds that I paid for. The chat and help desk service is subpar. Most times it is an argument not a discussion on resolving the root cause of chronic "modem flaps." I am quite certain I have never spoken to or chatted with a person who lives inside the United States. The chat lag times are unacceptable. Many times I can't tell if a connectivity drop on their end is causing the lag or if the pause is caused by them looking up the meaning of what I am saying. Breezeline needs to do better for their rural Virginia customers. 7 days and counting without internet in the Northern Neck.

    The Fiber-Optic upgrade was okay. Feels more like a step backwards or no step at all. The upload speed is improved. The modem router location is not where it was and its new location makes it difficult to hardwire my computer. So I am not exactly getting what I thought I was. Connection is strong and smooth however I was looking for more power on a speed test. The results were a step back besides upload speeds. I just wish my other devices could run off the new router but everything for whatever reason is proving difficult with the new setup. I may have to purchase new equipment to make things work the way they did. The installer was friendly, professional and worked diligently ensuring the new setup was providing signal. He did a fantastic job. I just don't feel like this was much of an upgrade.

    It was good. I ordered Breezeline 500 Mbps package online. The technician came a few days later and everything was installed in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend Breezeline.

    There was a power outage in the area that resulted in the Loss of my service so I had to contact Breezeline to help resolve the issue. The tech support was friendly and helpful, very professional and respectful, walked me through the entire process and helped me with restoring my service.     Breezeline just updated the hardware for their system. The tech Kirk did a fantastic job installing the new equipment and answering all my questions. My suggestion is that Breezeline should have provided a hardcopy sheet detailing how to navigate between apps in the new system.

    There was a thunderstorm last week and the lights flickered for just a sec- never lost power. Yet for a week straight now the internet has crashed more times than I can count. We all depend on internet for work, socializing and entertainment so to lose something that has become an essential part of our daily lives (not to mention the astronomical fees we pay for it!) is beyond aggravating! HOW has it taken over 7 days for these people to find the problem and FIX IT?! It's not just my service....It's an entire town! Everyone I work with has been going through the same thing. Breezeline is awful and if I had any other choice I would choose someone else.

    Was very happy when Breezeline reached our neighborhood. Pricing is so much better for the total package than any competitors. Technicians that were on site were very knowledgeable and helpful when installing equipment and they were there as scheduled.     Reaching a customer service agent is nearly impossible. You’re told to call one number, then redirected to another, asked to press a certain key—only to be disconnected. It’s a frustrating maze. After jumping through all the hoops just to speak with someone, you’re met with an extremely long wait time. Unless you're signing up for a new service, everything else feels unnecessarily difficult. That said, once you finally get through, the agents are friendly and helpful.

    A power surge Friday evening killed my modem. I had a friend flying in and I had no internet. That meant no music or tv. I was originally told they couldn’t be here until Wednesday. After I explained my situation they expedited the order. 9 am Saturday morning they were here and everything was fixed. I have never had an internet or cable company go out of their way to help me like this!

    Breezeline phone service was very helpful and identified our problem (no 2.4 ghz WiFi). She arranged for a tech to come out THE NEXT DAY. The tech arrived EARLY, analyzed our system, replaced the modem, split the service, and got us both 2.4G and 5G, so our smart thermostat could be installed and connected. A wonderful thing!

    Week equipment only causes problems, if the Wi-Fi signal is strong, you get full speed every foot after approximately 10 feet you lose speed on your phone or TIVO. BREEZE LINE MADE ME BUY EXTRA RENTALS CALLED PODS TO EXTEND MY WI-FI TO MY DETACHED GARAGE WHICH WAS 7 FEET AWAY. And it still doesn’t work sure I got a good Wi-Fi signal but now that pod which is 30 feet away is too far from the main router and I get 15 Mb per second.

    Nothing but service call after service call we put the pod on the outside wall to broadcast Wi-Fi into the garage, which is literally 7 feet away. I get a very if no Wi-Fi signal. They try claiming that my 90-year-old detached residential garage made of wood and cinderblock has some type of NASA intelligent Wi-Fi signal blocking capability. I had Wi-Fi before for 20 years until they changed my equipment. Bottom line is the service you get is directly proportional by the equipment given to you at a rental price to the service you receive

    Initially spike with CJ who is offshore, was absolutely no help and cared less if I lost my WFH job due to a bad Modem, was transferred to Brenda who is stateside and she went above and beyond by scheduling a tech to come out with a modem vs waiting 7 to 10 days as I work from home and cannot be without internet for that amount of time. CJ said I had no choice but to wait. Brenda was kind and compassionate and understood the urgency of the matter! She was wonderful! If it wasn't for Brenda, I would have canceled my service, she did a great job keeping a 15 year customer.

    Had 2 problems related to the change/upgrade to streaming TV. 1st was error in channel programming I received after the conversion - supervisor was able to fix the issue remotely & also reviewed my plan & found me monthly savings. 2nd issue was connectivity. The service tech spent a great deal of time and actually found several different problems. Each was corrected. He even came back to make some additional adjustments. My TV is now functioning great!

    Breezeline removed 5 channels (59, 96, 97, 122, 136) from my package and did not replaced them with something equal. Agent advised me to download App and subscribe to those channels separately. I don't think it is good replacement. I can do it without agent advice. She transferred me to the Customer Service. I was waiting on a line for about 25min but nobody pick up the phone.

    The only problem was waiting to get to a person to talk to. I waited on hold for 3-HOURS to talk to a tech support person. I waited 1-1/2 HOUR to get to a person who then sent me to tech support and was on hold for another 1-1/2 HOUR. That was crazy.

    I don't want to create an account with: another email and password. I don't want to provide Breezeline access to my banking. I don't want to download an app to see what my account says. I don't want to be penalized $3 "one time charge" due monthly, for snail mail with the aforementioned conditions. Phone pay is down until October. I spent nearly an hour holding on the phone. The chat feature ended when the couldn't answer the question. Service is working. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEVERELY LACKING.

    Breezeline is the worst cable company in the United States own by Canada. If you don't want your business to fail don't use breezeline. They hire illegals, they hire dei, the customer service from India is simply stupid, not ignorant, stupid. Better to use a satellite service instead of wasting hard earn money in a company that doesn't give a shit about it's online society. The company is garbage. Even the top players have left due to dei restructuring. Save your money on better options, breezeline has zero value and is extremely unreliable.

    I recently had an outage caused by lightning strike. My beef is with the automated phone assistant - it is the most infuriating thing that was ever created. There is no option to speak directly to a representative nor directly report an outage that requires a technician. The assistant "guides" you through a self-troubleshooting routine that take an eternity and return calls until you finally get to a human. It is excruciatingly frustrating and unnecessary, especially when you already know what the problem is. Once scheduled (the next day) the technicians arrived on time, were professional and completed the extensive repair quickly. Breezeline please give us the option to speak directly with a human in your assistant's menu!

    This is the 11th time in a month I’ve lost internet for over 4hrs hours. Not counting the four outages in the last week. I work from home and have lost significant hours over the last 4-6wks due to the internet connection issue and outages. On my street and only two other adjacent streets have been in outages three times in less than a week. I expect a credit as compensation for my lost work hours at the very least. Otherwise I have no other options to change my internet service. My neighbors are also considering changing their internet service provider as well.

    The service technician resolved our continuous interruption. This was the first time a technician discovered the cause of the problem interrupting service. Shortly after his arrival, another service technician arrived working on numerous infrastructure systems in the neighborhood. Our problem was caused by one of several boosters not working properly which caused the ‘network of boosters and modem’ not to communicate with each other.

    After discovering the problem and resolving it, he walked me around the house to show me the strength of each booster. This is the first time ever that the service in the entire house, the patio, and the garage have all been “EXCELLENT.” I would recommend to the executives to explore a way in which the customer’s monthly bill be adjust according to the days in which their service has been interrupted and/or continuously dropped. In today’s business world, many of us work from home and our productivity is impacted by the quality of the internet service we choose.
