Breezeline customer service is amazing. I’m a new customer and didn’t know much about setting up my Internet. They walked me through from start to finish. A friendly tech came out to my home to set everything up.

It took days for a technician to arrive only to be told that my issue might be further down the road and that is a different repair team, the tech was the only great part of the experience as he was very helpful, professional and courteous. The tech even replaced the wire between the residence and the pole in efforts of improving signal reliability. Breezeline needs to react swifter as some customers depend on service for different reasons and some can be critical, reliability and resilience is a must.

I found the technical service (on the phone) capable and eager to help. The person was extremely nice and superbly trained in customized service. She stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes to make sure that the issue was resolved.

Very happy with Breezeline! The CS reps today were so friendly, very knowledgeable and so easy to understand and talk to. And the wait time for each person I spoke to, you ask? Not any any more than 2 min for both. And my questions were both answered and resolved. Also, I've been with Breezeline since even before they were Breezeline, and my Internet speed and quality and CS have never been better.

Company has really bad customer service. I had problem with my internet. Had to make several phone calls to get the problem fixed. Long extended waiting time. If you lose the connection, they will not call you back and you have to start the process all over again each time. Seems like they do not document any customer conversation. After several phones calls and long minutes in the computer they said they have to send a technician. I would not recommend this company. Switched to another company.

Nathaniel was nice, super professional, showed us that we were paying too much for ATT internet. ATT was raised my bill to $90 for the 1000 Mbps speed but when I ran a speed test with Nathaniel, it showed AT&T was only giving us 100 Mbps. He walked us through the process and painted the picture of how installation and switching goes. Highly recommend Breezeline and if Nathaniel knocks your door, he will be sure to help you out. He makes it super easy

Customer service is the worst. I just opened an internet account and the person who set up my account input my phone number incorrectly. I am now completely paralyzed because every aspect of customer service is automated and linked to the phone number. They don't recognize my number of course. It is nearly impossible to connect with a live agent. I am beyond frustrated and angry. Oh and no customer service on weekends, so too bad if you have a problem on a Saturday. Avoid this service.

Once I got through the voice assistant and was able to actually talk to a person, all went well. Breezeline needs to make it easier to get to a bonafide tech support agent. Fernando was the tech support agent and provided exceptional support.

Took a while, but the agent resolved the TiVo program issues. Logging into your robot took three tries and two disconnects. Once connected, our tech agent first analyzed the problem, and then step by step resolved the programming and TiVo reinstall.

I don't usually write reviews. Earl our salesperson was and is, excellent and caring in advocating and supporting our change to Breezeline home and mobile. (Earl gets a 10!). We got an excellent and knowledgeable home internet installer. Customer service humans worked very hard for us as well. My 4.5 rating, not 5, is because of my experience with the customer service menu and call forwarding system that repeatedly disconnected me After receiving new SIM cards, we had no working phones, so I went to a friend's house to use a working phone. Repeatedly, after going through the menu, I was disconnected before getting a technical support person. Only my persistent calls brought success!

Typically I do not answer my door for solicitation calls. It just so happened my front door was open so I answered to a very polite young man’s call. After speaking for a few minutes I invited him in and he went over my current internet bill and what I pay. Learned he could save us a large amount of money for better service. We now have fiber and a way faster internet connection. Nathanial was so very nice, kind and a true gentleman. He was no pressure & very sincere. At the time of my call, I was experiencing call dropouts, interrupting the call. The analyst did some work on the Modem in the background. I assume the issue is resolved. No real way to tell without calling all my contacts and have a lengthy conversation. Analysts with heavy accents are hard to understand.

My technician was great. Very kind and did a great job. The folks at the call center, however, need a lot more training. I had to explain myself at least 5 times. They called me 4 times to tell the technician was on the way. I left work early and he arrived almost an hour and a half later. 3 of the calls were automated and one live person and he didn't understand anything I said. I truly do not understand why they call you so many times. Once is enough. Makes no sense to me. It makes the whole experience aggravating.

Every time I call "we are experiencing high call volume"... Too few people answering phones or the service is terrible. Called to report an outage where a tree took down the line from the pole to my house. It took ~25 minutes to speak with someone. When I finally got to speak with an operator, it was an ** gentleman [super pleasant guy] who must have been living on a chicken farm. All I could hear was roosters/chickens, sometimes loud enough to drown out his voice. This was the second call to schedule an appointment, apparently the first one wasn't actually set so we were waiting for the technician that would never come. We'll see if anyone shows up this time.

Incredibly long wait times to get a customer service representative on the phone, and usually find the agents range from difficult to extremely difficult to understand due to their poor command of the English language and heavy foreign accents and excessive background noise on the agent's end. I am always repeatedly put on long holds, experience dropped calls after long waits, and after dropped calls the agent does not have the courtesy to call me back, ALSO, on two occasions my Breezeline-supplied remote has completely quit functioning, so I called to request a replacements and I'm told that I must pay $15.00 to Breezeline in order to receive a replacement. Why should any customer be required to pay money for Breezeline's faulty equipment! That's unacceptable and ridiculous! You get the idea by now. Having had it with years of this type torture, I haver finally “cut the cord”. No more cable service. Just streaming now, and I will very soon find a different internet provider.

I was moving and scheduled (2 weeks prior) my service to be switched to my new location so there wouldn't be any disruption. Was told everything would be fine, it was not!!!! I recommend if you move have a scheduled appointment with a technician the day of the move (service to be rendered). I guess when you're the only provider in the area at the moment things fall through the cracks. The service is fine, but needs improvement. In my line of work being client focused and competition high they Breezeline would have lost.

I typically don’t enjoy door-to-door sales visits, but my experience with Breezeline was outstanding. The sales representative who came to my home was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He helped me secure a plan that will save me approximately $5,000 over two years—an incredible value compared to my previous provider AT&T. The installation process was just as impressive. The technician arrived on time, was both professional and personable, and made the entire setup easy and seamless. He ensured everything was working properly and patiently walked me through how to use the equipment.
I have also spoken with Breezeline’s customer service team, and while no system is flawless, I’ve consistently found their representatives to be kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. Neil, the technician, was very diligent and thorough in making sure my WIFI will not malfunction again for a long time. The man knows his job. My only regret is that I missed a good part of the Dolphin/Bills the night before. It was difficult getting anyone on the phone that may have bend able to help, but I’m happy about Neil’s successful effort today. I was not issued a receipt, since there has bend no mention of a charge to my account.

The technician was wonderful. Calling BreezeLine to get great, friendly service is nearly impossible. It’s an all day event to get anything resolved. And don’t bother if you don’t know your PIN number on your bill. They won’t tell you jack sh*t. So disgusted they’re so big and forget about us little people who pay top dollar for their service. It’s really sad. This company upgraded two of my apts (I had no choice) and one of the tenants had an issue with hers and that’s how it all started. All I wanted was a tech to come out and fix it. Didn’t have the pin #. All other info but no pin….doesn't make sense to me. Took days to get it straightened out. Should’ve been an easy fix.

Your "extremely high call volume" is a joke. It takes at least an hour to speak to someone. You can't always be experiencing extremely high call volumes. Hire some more operators. You charge enough for your service, you could at least staff your phone lines accordingly.

Called customer service asking for the upgraded service and equipment late Saturday. Got an appointment in 1 day (Monday)!. Technician arrived early and was done quickly. Speeds (download and upload) are considerably faster than before. TV channel lineup has more HD channels. Equipment seems top notch.

I was not even aware of this company as it’s not near my mom’s place in Maryland. I got it for my apartment at my school. The apartment rental guy told me about it. It’s the best price I found. The technician who installed our fiber modem and router was friendly but professional, competent, and careful. Zero complaints about the installation and the service is working well. Navigating the Breezeline website was a bit more complicated. BL seems to be fixated on the mobile app, and as a professional who does NOT use his phone for any serious financial matters, but use a laptop/desktop, the website is difficult to navigate. Minor technical complaint; Breezeline's router has no setting to NOT broadcast the SSID, which I consider a potential security flaw.

Horrible level of service and service. I moved out of state and returned their equipment and still got charged monthly for "missing equipment" they claimed they sent 6 years ago.... I paid thousands through the years but they still wanted 110$ for a 6 year old extender they claim they sent and I never received. Waited 30 min on the phone to speak with robot-like people that repeated the same line....

We had a storm on a Tuesday and lost our internet. They told me the soonest they can send a technician is Saturday. I stressed to them I work from home and need the internet to log on to my computer and I would not get paid for 3 days and could lose my job but they still said the soonest would be Saturday. I ask to speak to a supervisor and a manager and they all said the same thing. Very disappointed!!

Absolutely horrible service! Try to update or change any of your services you need to call a special number at Breezeline. On this line the wait time is greater than 2 hours. Once you finally get a hold of somebody, which is doubtful, they will do everything in their power to try to stop you from changing your services. Their website is absolute garbage. Their services are high-priced and mediocre at best. I would avoid doing any business with this crew. They will do whatever they can to screw you out of a dollar.

This is a company that only cares about the people signing up for service. Once you are signed up and using it you are forgotten. Except for every month when they want your money. Prices they post are not accurate AT ALL. And cancellation? I hope you have a week's worth of time. If you do not return the equipment in 24 hours they will double bill you for the cost of the equipment regardless of your lease fees (that literally pay for it 3 times over).
I live in a place where there were only 2 options. I chose Breezeline over 8 years ago. Then other options became open, I still wanted to be that loyal customer. Did they say, "Hey let's save you some money? Hey we are running a promotion are you interested?" No. Why? It's too much work. They care about 1 thing. YOUR money. Shop around, I'm warning you. If you don't this review will haunt you when it happens to you.

I was offered a promotional 2 year subscription of $38 per month for 1GB down. I agreed and cancelled my other service, returning all equipment. Got my billing statement and they almost doubled it. They're refusing to do anything to come even close to honoring the original price we agreed to. If they offer you something over the phone, get it in writing because they'll change it to whatever they want.

Breezeline is by far the worst internet service I have ever had. My service is interrupted at least 7 time a day. The internet goes out which then interferes with cable TV. I have also been charged double for one month several times, and they expect for you to still pay. Just paid my bill and woke up to my service off. Like they take my money then cut off my service. When you call in to speak to customer service to have them explain the extra charges they try to make me feel like I'm crazy and your account online never matches their system. The service was better when they WOW.
I would never recommend them to anyone. I also was told by anyone cable company that the wires were not grounded outside of my house. What a poor excuse for a cable company and they have the nerve to offer mobile service. You would never get service if it's anything like their cable and internet service.

The technician arrived before the scheduled timeframe I was given. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He removed the old equipment and then installed the new equipment. He also went over the new remote functions before he left. He took the old equipment packaging with him. I would highly recommend him.

Worst internet/tv service I have EVER had in my entire life! I signed a contract for a specific package at a specific price with a specific promotion and Breezeline is not honoring that contract. Several calls and always transferred to different departments to be told multiple times someone would call me back within 24 to 48 hours and here we are, not even a month later and still no call back. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection.

Breezeline’s serviceman, Eric did an outstanding job recently in getting our TiVo box to communicate with one of our TVs to get us connected again. It was very complicated and he did a lot of work to find the problems and to run a new wire outside to our equipment as well as replacing our old TiVo mini box as well as connectors. I've been a Breezeline customer for just over two years. Overall, I've found them to have reliable service and to consistently provide good speed. For a company that claims to be straight forward on pricing, they absolutely would not offer me a plan at a lower speed for an affordable cost. My initial service was 500 Mbps download/50 Mbps upload at a promotional rate of $69.12/month which included a $17.99 equipment fee. The promotional rate ended and without notice or discussion the price increased to $131.98. There are no prices posted on their website; however, ** claims their prices are significantly cheaper.
I chatted with their customer service - after a 40 minute wait. They were only will to adjust my plan to $68.12/month for 1GB download speed and 50 Mbps upload speed. I directly asked for a cheaper plan for 100 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed and they insisted on asking invasive questions. I may still shop around for a more affordable price as I don't need that level of service when I'm only one person and barely home.

I've been plagued by regular internet disruptions for over 7 years. And when I was connected, I never came close to receiving the internet speeds that I paid for. The chat and help desk service is subpar. Most times it is an argument not a discussion on resolving the root cause of chronic "modem flaps." I am quite certain I have never spoken to or chatted with a person who lives inside the United States. The chat lag times are unacceptable. Many times I can't tell if a connectivity drop on their end is causing the lag or if the pause is caused by them looking up the meaning of what I am saying. Breezeline needs to do better for their rural Virginia customers. 7 days and counting without internet in the Northern Neck.

The Fiber-Optic upgrade was okay. Feels more like a step backwards or no step at all. The upload speed is improved. The modem router location is not where it was and its new location makes it difficult to hardwire my computer. So I am not exactly getting what I thought I was. Connection is strong and smooth however I was looking for more power on a speed test. The results were a step back besides upload speeds. I just wish my other devices could run off the new router but everything for whatever reason is proving difficult with the new setup. I may have to purchase new equipment to make things work the way they did. The installer was friendly, professional and worked diligently ensuring the new setup was providing signal. He did a fantastic job. I just don't feel like this was much of an upgrade.

There was a thunderstorm last week and the lights flickered for just a sec- never lost power. Yet for a week straight now the internet has crashed more times than I can count. We all depend on internet for work, socializing and entertainment so to lose something that has become an essential part of our daily lives (not to mention the astronomical fees we pay for it!) is beyond aggravating! HOW has it taken over 7 days for these people to find the problem and FIX IT?! It's not just my service....It's an entire town! Everyone I work with has been going through the same thing. Breezeline is awful and if I had any other choice I would choose someone else.

Reaching a customer service agent is nearly impossible. You’re told to call one number, then redirected to another, asked to press a certain key—only to be disconnected. It’s a frustrating maze. After jumping through all the hoops just to speak with someone, you’re met with an extremely long wait time. Unless you're signing up for a new service, everything else feels unnecessarily difficult. That said, once you finally get through, the agents are friendly and helpful.

Week equipment only causes problems, if the Wi-Fi signal is strong, you get full speed every foot after approximately 10 feet you lose speed on your phone or TIVO. BREEZE LINE MADE ME BUY EXTRA RENTALS CALLED PODS TO EXTEND MY WI-FI TO MY DETACHED GARAGE WHICH WAS 7 FEET AWAY. And it still doesn’t work sure I got a good Wi-Fi signal but now that pod which is 30 feet away is too far from the main router and I get 15 Mb per second.
Nothing but service call after service call we put the pod on the outside wall to broadcast Wi-Fi into the garage, which is literally 7 feet away. I get a very if no Wi-Fi signal. They try claiming that my 90-year-old detached residential garage made of wood and cinderblock has some type of NASA intelligent Wi-Fi signal blocking capability. I had Wi-Fi before for 20 years until they changed my equipment. Bottom line is the service you get is directly proportional by the equipment given to you at a rental price to the service you receive

Initially spike with CJ who is offshore, was absolutely no help and cared less if I lost my WFH job due to a bad Modem, was transferred to Brenda who is stateside and she went above and beyond by scheduling a tech to come out with a modem vs waiting 7 to 10 days as I work from home and cannot be without internet for that amount of time. Had 2 problems related to the change/upgrade to streaming TV. 1st was error in channel programming I received after the conversion - supervisor was able to fix the issue remotely & also reviewed my plan & found me monthly savings. 2nd issue was connectivity. The service tech spent a great deal of time and actually found several different problems. Each was corrected. He even came back to make some additional adjustments. My TV is now functioning great!

I don't want to create an account with: another email and password. I don't want to provide Breezeline access to my banking. I don't want to download an app to see what my account says. I don't want to be penalized $3 "one time charge" due monthly, for snail mail with the aforementioned conditions. Phone pay is down until October. I spent nearly an hour holding on the phone. I recently had an outage caused by lightning strike. My beef is with the automated phone assistant - it is the most infuriating thing that was ever created. There is no option to speak directly to a representative nor directly report an outage that requires a technician. The assistant "guides" you through a self-troubleshooting routine that take an eternity and return calls until you finally get to a human. It is excruciatingly frustrating and unnecessary, especially when you already know what the problem is. Once scheduled (the next day) the technicians arrived on time, were professional and completed the extensive repair quickly. Breezeline please give us the option to speak directly with a human in your assistant's menu!

This is the 11th time in a month I’ve lost internet for over 4hrs hours. Not counting the four outages in the last week. I work from home and have lost significant hours over the last 4-6wks due to the internet connection issue and outages. On my street and only two other adjacent streets have been in outages three times in less than a week. I expect a credit as compensation for my lost work hours at the very least. Otherwise I have no other options to change my internet service. My neighbors are also considering changing their internet service provider as well.

The service technician resolved our continuous interruption. This was the first time a technician discovered the cause of the problem interrupting service. Shortly after his arrival, another service technician arrived working on numerous infrastructure systems in the neighborhood. Our problem was caused by one of several boosters not working properly which caused the ‘network of boosters and modem’ not to communicate with each other.
After discovering the problem and resolving it, he walked me around the house to show me the strength of each booster. This is the first time ever that the service in the entire house, the patio, and the garage have all been “EXCELLENT.” I would recommend to the executives to explore a way in which the customer’s monthly bill be adjust according to the days in which their service has been interrupted and/or continuously dropped. In today’s business world, many of us work from home and our productivity is impacted by the quality of the internet service we choose.

Every time Breezeline raises my monthly bill $20 or more, I lose all cable channels and left with only the local free channels the very next day for up to about 14 hours. I call Breezeline tech support, but on hold for multiple hours, & sometimes get disconnected after about 2 or 3 minutes. I call repeatedly, and also a neighbor has Breezeline too, but his never goes out. This scenario happens to me about 2 or 3 times per every couple of months.
This is not good business. Bad service, "video unavailable" & "interruption in service" messages on tv screen and no human to speak with after hours of being on hold when calling them asking for assistance. Their website also says "no outages in your area" when all this is happening.??? BAD BUSINESS!!!

We just switched from Xfinity to Breezeline. OMG they provide excellent customer service, my bill is half the price with same coverage for internet. In fact the internet coverage reaches above the garage where Xfinity did not even with the pod extender. They were able to come to the home the next day to install. We have lost cable/internet 3 times in the past month. Called Breezeline & waited & waited for over a 1/2 hr to finally have the option for a callback. Waited 2 hrs & got a callback from a tech in the PHILIPPINES. After 45 mins of trouble-shooting, he decided to send us a new remote. A week later, the remote arrived with no instructions. Called Breezeline & waited & waited for a tech who merely sent us a YouTube link with instructions on how to program the remote, only to find out that they sent us the wrong remote!
Called Breezeline & after an hour on hold, they decided to schedule a tech appt. I took the morning off, the tech replaced the boxes & our router & assured us that it would not cost more money. We received our bill & guess what? Our bill went up $30/mo! Called Breezeline & waited & waited over 1/2 hr to speak w/a rep who apologized & credited us a whopping $8! Two weeks later, our phone/cable/internet is out again. Called Breezeline & sat on hold for over 1/2 hr, the tech did some trouble-shooting & after almost an hour, decided to schedule service for Monday between 8:30-12:30.
Since our Breezeline landline wasn't working, I gave them my cell phone number to call/text me 1/2 hr before they arrived so I could leave work (which is 10 mins away) Of course, they called my home phone & left a voicemail & since we didn't answer (DUH!) the tech didn't show up. I finally checked my voicemails only to discover that I'd have to reschedule! I called Breezeline & waited & waited over a 1/2 hr to request a callback on my CELL # but instead, they called my landline again (WTF?)
So I called them back & waited & waited 45 mins on hold & when I finally got a real person, I was disconnected!! What did they do? They called & left a vm on my landline again (which is still out of service) It has been 4 days without cable/internet/phone & they want me to reschedule?? I've lost almost a day's work & now I have to take more time off to wait & wait for these people to show up? They can't even answer the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous & piss poor business! Please tell me, what am I supposed to do now? Are you going to reimburse my acct the 4+ days without cable & a full day's pay? Come on folks... we can do better than this! Unbelievable.

Do NOT go with this company at ALL cost. I live in small county where Breezeline is my only option, until recently. As a twenty-eight year customer, who has never been late on a payment (on auto pay), it took over 2hrs of being on hold and transferred and still couldn't talk to an individual. They offer promo prices and then regularly raise it, while still offering promo prices to new customers. Example. They had a $49.99 one gig promo that they were charging me $147 for. I paid for Gig speed but only got about 700 mbps - despite using their required router (at a monthly fee of course) and multiple visits. Not one speed test in 28yrs has matched what I paid.
They have a ton of junk fees they say are required. The only strength is reliability. However, if you try to ever get any help good luck. Their service is so bad, that they change their name every couple of years. It was Metrocast, then Atlantic Broadband, now Breezeline - no matter the name, they have horrific customer service. Choose anything but this company if possible

Ease of use, ability to DVR programs and streaming wireless inside a big house is great feature. For the ~ 300 per month I pay the packages are slanted toward revenue rather than customer preference. I mostly FOX and ESPN and ACC Network during football season. I am retired and have medical issues and I may have to cut back or change to a streaming option.

My elderly family member was having trouble using his new tv remote. The tech was able to remotely get the tv back online but also made sure my brother learned how to use his new remote. He was extremely patient and kind. He not only thoroughly explained the remote but had him practice using the buttons to be sure he understood how to navigate with it before we ended the call. He also helped me by showing me how to use 3-way calling on my iPhone so that we could all work through the issue together from my brother’s landline.

I have been a Breezeline customer for almost a year. Yesterday, we lost power and internet. When service was restored, my modem and router would not come back online. I called support and was on hold for 45 minutes. The tech was very polite, but couldn’t solve my problem. They have to send someone to swap out my equipment. The soonest they can do that is 6 days from now. So I go without internet for 6 days. There is literally someone from Breezeline in my building at least once a month trying to sign up new customers. Very disappointing.

We experienced difficulty, went to Breezeline's site to see what it would take to switch. We found it affordable and the online registration super easy. We had the technician scheduled to come just four days later.

The woman I lived with passed away and I wanted to move her account to my name. Simple? Not so fast. I called customer service and after a while the automated service provided an option 2 for a callback. So I did. Three hours later, no call so I called again this time staying on the phone and waited - 45 minutes later someone finally picked up my call only to be told I'd have to wait to speak to someone in their retention team. After 25 more minutes of being on hold I hung up. It's your decision but would recommend avoiding Breezeline like the plague.

Oustanding job by the technician with a very difficult and complicated installation process in an older condo. We can't say enough good about what an excellent job he did! He was on time, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile until he solved the problems and we had working TVs and internet. Two other companies had failed and left without success.

Breezeline's customer service people are always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their Internet and Cable Service have always been very good. Their telephone automated service is their only weakness. It is frustrating until you can finally reach a person.

Breezeline does suck after all. The Breezeline headquarters is in Quincy, Mass. That's adjacent to Boston. Breezeline doesn't carry the Boston FOX affiliate; Boston25. I'm in the Boston metro area. That means I don't get to watch NASCAR Daytona, Talladega or The World 600 to only name a few. Yes, Virginia, Breezeline does suck.

I am currently on hold. I have been on hold for 1hr 15 minutes this time, 20 minutes the first time. We have terrible internet service, not reliable at all. There is no competition in my area. Shocker. If there were competition, the service might be better. Been here 20 years, no options available.

My experience was horrible. I bought a house, ordered Breezeline service and have been paying for it. I just moved in after 3 months and requested a technician to come to the house and hook the tvs up. I was told no! That since this was my equipment and they would not send a technician. This is not my equipment. It is Breezelines. When I bought the house they sent a technician to cancel service for the previous owner and unhooked their boxes. The technician then told me when we moved in to call Breezeline and they would send a technician out to hook up our tvs and internet. I'm very confused and upset over this whole mess. Opted out of Xfinity's 2 year discount promotion (with a hefty price increase to renew) for Breezeline. Purchase was very smooth and the install was great! Tech showed up on time as promised, got to work and quickly had me up and running. Now it's time to see how Breezeline works in our household. Streaming and internet are the top priorities and time will tell the story.

Let me start off by saying that where I live Breezeline is the ONLY internet provider we can buy from. This has been my experience thus far. When it was Atlantic Broadband there was nothing but issues. Outages all the time and throttled internet. Once Breezeline bought it I was hopeful. It took awhile but they are now at a point where things are stable. They made updates. They put in new wires. After about a year I have internet that has done well and serves its purpose. Being that ALL cable companies raised their rates we dropped our cable and kept internet for streaming. The prices are too much. But again, that’s everyone. The only thing keeping me happy is that I got my price locked in and you’re able to call Every few months to get whatever promotion is running. So it’s important that you keep up on those and check their website and social media accounts weekly.

This is the worst internet service in the world. Customer service is the worst always losing internet access and paying way too much. Had Comcast and my old place and it was the best service there was for 10 times cheaper. My internet is always going out and trying to get a hold of somebody is almost impossible. Also my bill date keeps changing from month to month. I am on a budget and this is the worst thing ever, first is due on the second and it's due on the 1st and it's due on the 15th, nothing is consistent with this company. They are the worst. Unfortunately, in the area I just moved to buying a new home, this is the only internet provider available so if you have other options, do not choose this one.

My neighbor had Breezeline installed. When installing our neighbors' line they cut ours. This has happened multiple times now. After contacting Breezeline, they told us it would be 3 days before they could send someone out to fix. I could understand if this was the first time or that we had accidentally cut the line, but this was their crew who cut it. Now that we have internet we will start shopping around for a new provider.

It was very easy to set the account up, mediocre service. Charges were included in our monthly lease. To cancel the account takes an act of God, I needed to wait over 2 hours on hold, entered a call back number but never received a call back, resorted to asking for sales which were available right away however they just placed me back on hold. Sales was great, support customer service horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Adam and Glenn were the technicians answering my call. They arrived on the day scheduled, introduced themselves and listened patiently as I explained the issue. My cable line had been cut. Sad but true. Their visit involves going under the house. They installed a box at the back of the house so no one will have to do that again!! Knowledgeable and respectful, they installed a new cable line. I am very satisfied with their work.

I was calling Breezeline to obtain pricing on retention of service. I spent 1 hour pressing option 2 6 different times to remain on hold finally opting for call back which was never received. Called again same with same outcome. Today I again called repeating the above. I finally was able to Chat online to receive resolution. This ended up requiring 4 hours of my time. This company doesn’t deserve anyone’s business when they have such disregard for the public’s needs. Working consumers do not have this amount of time for something so simple. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Breezeline is mostly ahead of the curve in its service offerings both in cable television and as a WiFi provider. My home today is entirely running on fiber optics and all connected devices are wireless including cable tv. They offer fast service calls and their technicians are knowledgeable. (Kinda strange they have separate WiFi technicians and Cable Technicians that sometimes you require multiple visits but perhaps that’s a factor of today’s technology.) Call centers offer call back and their phone techs could do with a little better understanding of all the different systems that are still out there as well as a little more courtesy towards customers!

Tech that did my install was very professional and knowledgeable and overall did an AMAZING job. He was only hindered by account issue that was totally out of his control that prevented me from getting online. Breezeline tech support was terrible. Took over 20 mins to finally talk to someone then an hour on phone with NO resolution until next day when they finally found issue on their side.

Your truck decides to block sidewalk that wheel chairs and elderly use. When asked to move the truck driver says can't. It's the only spot it fits. This is far from the truth. Address ** has a huge parking lot where there are plenty of large vehicles. 4.21.2005 10.45 am.

I had been having periodic outages during the day. I assumed this was due to the power company burying power lines and breaking the cable connection - work they were doing in my area - since the outages only occurred during the day. Finally, after two weeks, I called Breezeline to ask what is going on. They told me that there was no problem with the main lines, and sent a technician out to my house THAT DAY, within hours of the phone call. The technician traced the problem down the line from my house to the pole where the cable was connected - which was quite a ways away, the line to my house being underground, found a faulty connection, and fixed it. He also improved the connection in the box at my house where the cable exited the ground, and improved the ground connection. Everything works now - literally within hours of contacting Breezeline about the problem. I am quite impressed with the instant service.

I called at 8:00 and they were here 1 hour after I called. Very efficient very helpful and quick on what they did for the service. The technician that was here that installed it he was very helpful and had it done in a timely matter. His name is Roso. I would recommend this company to get TV and Internet service. The internet does not consistently work and the price they charge people for the same service is also inconsistent. What I am charged for my service, neighbors using the same exact service are charged half the price. When I called to complain about this, they offered me a $4 discount!
