    I am currently on hold. I have been on hold for 1hr 15 minutes this time, 20 minutes the first time. We have terrible internet service, not reliable at all. There is no competition in my area. Shocker. If there were competition, the service might be better. Been here 20 years, no options available.

    My experience was horrible. I bought a house, ordered Breezeline service and have been paying for it. I just moved in after 3 months and requested a technician to come to the house and hook the tvs up. I was told no! That since this was my equipment and they would not send a technician. This is not my equipment. It is Breezelines. When I bought the house they sent a technician to cancel service for the previous owner and unhooked their boxes. The technician then told me when we moved in to call Breezeline and they would send a technician out to hook up our tvs and internet. I'm very confused and upset over this whole mess. I guess this is poor treatment of the

    Opted out of Xfinity's 2 year discount promotion (with a hefty price increase to renew) for Breezeline. Purchase was very smooth and the install was great! Tech showed up on time as promised, got to work and quickly had me up and running. Now it's time to see how Breezeline works in our household. Streaming and internet are the top priorities and time will tell the story.

    Let me start off by saying that where I live Breezeline is the ONLY internet provider we can buy from. This has been my experience thus far. When it was Atlantic Broadband there was nothing but issues. Outages all the time and throttled internet. Once Breezeline bought it I was hopeful. It took awhile but they are now at a point where things are stable. They made updates. They put in new wires. After about a year I have internet that has done well and serves its purpose. Being that ALL cable companies raised their rates we dropped our cable and kept internet for streaming. The prices are too much. But again, that’s everyone. The only thing keeping me happy is that I got my price locked in and you’re able to call Every few months to get whatever promotion is running. So it’s important that you keep up on those and check their website and social media accounts weekly.

    Customer service agent that understood the problem immediately and quickly resolved the issue, got me back up and running! They were knowledgeable about the situation and resolution.     This is the worst internet service in the world. Customer service is the worst always losing internet access and paying way too much. Had Comcast and my old place and it was the best service there was for 10 times cheaper. My internet is always going out and trying to get a hold of somebody is almost impossible. Also my bill date keeps changing from month to month. I am on a budget and this is the worst thing ever, first is due on the second and it's due on the 1st and it's due on the 15th, nothing is consistent with this company. They are the worst. Unfortunately, in the area I just moved to buying a new home, this is the only internet provider available so if you have other options, do not choose this one.

    My neighbor had Breezeline installed. When installing our neighbors' line they cut ours. This has happened multiple times now. After contacting Breezeline, they told us it would be 3 days before they could send someone out to fix. I could understand if this was the first time or that we had accidentally cut the line, but this was their crew who cut it. Now that we have internet we will start shopping around for a new provider.

    It was very easy to set the account up, mediocre service. Charges were included in our monthly lease. To cancel the account takes an act of God, I needed to wait over 2 hours on hold, entered a call back number but never received a call back, resorted to asking for sales which were available right away however they just placed me back on hold. Sales was great, support customer service horrible. Avoid at all costs.

    Adam and Glenn were the technicians answering my call. They arrived on the day scheduled, introduced themselves and listened patiently as I explained the issue. My cable line had been cut. Sad but true. Their visit involves going under the house. They installed a box at the back of the house so no one will have to do that again!! Knowledgeable and respectful, they installed a new cable line. I am very satisfied with their work.

    Setting up online was a little hassle, they gave me an appt day/time. But then called me 3 days later to say that was a "fake" appt. So I had to make another one which took longer. But the tech was very knowledgeable & friendly. Prices could be better.

    I was calling Breezeline to obtain pricing on retention of service. I spent 1 hour pressing option 2 6 different times to remain on hold finally opting for call back which was never received. Called again same with same outcome. Today I again called repeating the above. I finally was able to Chat online to receive resolution. This ended up requiring 4 hours of my time. This company doesn’t deserve anyone’s business when they have such disregard for the public’s needs. Working consumers do not have this amount of time for something so simple. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

    Breezeline is mostly ahead of the curve in its service offerings both in cable television and as a WiFi provider. My home today is entirely running on fiber optics and all connected devices are wireless including cable tv. They offer fast service calls and their technicians are knowledgeable. (Kinda strange they have separate WiFi technicians and Cable Technicians that sometimes you require multiple visits but perhaps that’s a factor of today’s technology.) Call centers offer call back and their phone techs could do with a little better understanding of all the different systems that are still out there as well as a little more courtesy towards customers!

    Tech that did my install was very professional and knowledgeable and overall did an AMAZING job. He was only hindered by account issue that was totally out of his control that prevented me from getting online. Breezeline tech support was terrible.     Your truck decides to block sidewalk that wheel chairs and elderly use. When asked to move the truck driver says can't. It's the only spot it fits. This is far from the truth. Address ** has a huge parking lot where there are plenty of large vehicles. 4.21.2005 10.45 am.

    I called at 8:00 and they were here 1 hour after I called. Very efficient very helpful and quick on what they did for the service. The technician that was here that installed it he was very helpful and had it done in a timely matter. His name is Roso. I would recommend this company to get TV and Internet service.     The internet does not consistently work and the price they charge people for the same service is also inconsistent. What I am charged for my service, neighbors using the same exact service are charged half the price. When I called to complain about this, they offered me a $4 discount!

    Tech guy was perfect. Calling Breezeline was ok. But why not book online? PS: The whole tech visit was actually needed? I do not think so... Technician basically replaced equipment which was functional and fairly new with identical equipment. If I sell my condo in a month, they will require the bew owner to change everything again. Just to charge a fee. Then I have to send Breezeline the "old" equipment. Or pay a fortune for it. Plenty of pointless activity. And then people buy EV to save the planet...

    I cut my internet line on a Sunday while gardening. I called Monday morning to report the outage. Breezeline sent a tech out by 1:00 pm. Amazing! It was pouring out and really didn't expect to get this repaired in such weather. I felt so bad for the guy, I went out and held the umbrella for him. Least I could do. And get this, he noticed something that he said would improve my signal, so took the time to balance the load or whatever. The cable was repaired and internet resorted in record time despite the very wet and muddy scene.

    Horrible connectivity. Horrible customer service. FRAUDULENTLY charged my account $500 after terminating service as they say they never received my returned equipment despite USPS verified tracking numbers. Stereotypical CEO living it up in Florida and sticking it to middle class Americans. Breezeline is a fraudulent scam company. I’ve had better connectivity in the Middle East.

    I am very happy and pleased to have Breezeline as internet and TV provider. In Aventura, FL I can say based on experience that they are the best. If a problem appears with the signal the tech is sent the next day to solve the problem, not a week waiting time. Very knowledgeable customer service as well. Highly recommend this company.

    My Experience with Breezeline TV, Internet and Mobile. Background: On March 20, 2025, I was looking at my Spectrum TV and Internet bill. It was almost $200 for the month and that included a $25 promotional credit that was to expire soon. This was just for tier 2 TV with no premium channels. In addition, I get a separate bill for 2 wireless lines that is around $60 per month. I am very pleased with the Spectrum service, specifically:

    - responsive customer support with very short phone wait times
    - reliable internet and cable TV with very few outages that were usually resolved quickly
    - usually exceeding my contracted internet speed
    - excellent mobile coverage

    - reasonable international mobile rates for calls, text and data without having to sign up for a special package

    Major negatives are the high prices as your promotions start to expire. I was really irritated that they increased the rental for a cable card (required for Tivo) from $1 to $12 per month. I cannot comment on their equipment as I use my own router and cable box (Tivo). Despite all of this, I decided to explore other alternatives knowing that I would have to get rid of the Tivo and move to streaming. I looked at the true streaming options like Hulu with Live TV, Youtube TV, Fubo, etc. These were all similarly priced and really not that much cheaper than the CATV portion of my Spectrum bill.

    I decided to call Breezeline. I worked with the sales rep and we came up with a package that included Tier 2 TV, 500MBs internet and 2 mobile phone lines. With the promo discount, autopay discount and multi-service discount the total was to be just over $130/month. I did let the rep know that I would be using their modem but I would be providing my own router, an ASUS RT-AC1900P that I was using with Spectrum. I also said that I would be using Rokus to stream the Breezeline TV app. I did not want their streaming box. He said, no problem and we scheduled the installation for Saturday, March 22, between 10:30am and 12:30pm. I was immediately billed $58. I assume that was for the mobile service. SIM cards would be shipped for the mobile service.

    The Nightmare: The problems started on the morning of the 22nd. At 7:30 that morning I got an automated call reminding me of my installation and that the technician was on the way. I thought, great, the tech must have had cancelations and we could get things wrapped up early. Wrong!!! I continued to receive these annoying calls saying they were on the way every 30 to 45 minutes. By the time the tech arrived at 10:45 as promised, I was a bit exhausted and annoyed from constantly checking for him to arrive. After the cable was connected to the utilities box (in my neighbors yard) and then connected to the existing terminal on my house we were ready to install the equipment.

    During the unboxing, I knew we had an issue as they had sent their wi-fi extender that only works with their router. The also included their streaming box. I asked him if the work order said I was using my own router and he said no but it shouldn't be a problem. We got things connected with their cable modem and my router and fired it up. It was quickly apparent that their cable modem was also acting as a router and it was stepping all over my router signal. He had to call his tech support and after being routed between a few techs we finally got one that seemed to have some clue as to how to resolve things. He sent a signal to the cable modem that disabled the router function. We did get my router configured with wi-fi and I tested it with my phone. I had him take back the wi-fi extender as I did not want to be responsible for returning it when my contract was over.

    Internet access was working and I was able to call up the Breezeline app for TV. To log into the service you must use a Breezeline email address. We had to set that up along with my Breezeline account. The channel guide showed up and I was pleased that the interface was designed by Tivo. Something I am very familiar with. At this point, the tech left. I was surprised that there was no welcome packet with instructions, passwords, web site links, etc.

    When I started to explore the TV app I quickly discovered that while I could watch most On Demand content, I would get an error trying to watch any Live TV. The error message stated something to the effect that those channels could only be viewed on my home network and the system detected that I was away from my home. I am familiar with getting this type of error message when I tried to use the Spectrum app when I was traveling. Since I was at home, on my home network, I assume that the IP address assigned by my router was not correctly registered in their Back-end system. I figured this would be an easy one to solve. I couldn't have been more wrong.

    Called the customer service number and waited for almost an hour to get a support rep. She said I needed tech support (I had selected tech support from their menu options when I called) and she transferred. It took about an hour to get a rep on the phone and after I explained the problem he said he would have to escalate to find a solution. He took my number and promised me a call-back in 20 minutes. I never heard back.

    I waited an hour and a haf and called back support. Another almost an hour wait until I got a clueless tech support rep. He kept trying to tell me that my router wasn't working. I countered that I had internet access using Chrome over wi-fi and ethernet and I had Breezeline TV app access to some On Demand programming. His English wasn't very good and I don't think he really understood my issue. I demanded to be transferred to another tech support rep. He transferred the call and I was on hold for over 90 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone. At this point I decided to cancel ALL of the Breezeline services. Luckily, I hadn't yet cancelled Spectrum. I was able to hook everything back up and all was good.

    I called the support line on Sunday morning to cancel and was on hold for about an hour. When I finally got a rep he told me that cancellations had to be processed by the Retention department and unfortunately, they were only available Monday - Friday during normal working hours. After holding for an hour this was not what I wanted to hear. Monday morning and another long phone hold. When I finally got a rep on the phone, I said I wanted to cancel service and all of a sudden she could not hear me over the phone. I called back (another abysmal wait) and got the main support line. She told me she would have to transfer me to Retention for the cancellation. After holding for about an hour I decided to try chat on the website. I should have done this sooner.

    They are actually pretty responsive on chat. I was transferred to a Retention chat person who was able to cancel my TV and internet service. They said I would have to wait until I received my SIM cards in the mail to cancel the mobile service. They assured me that everything I have paid would be refunded. Wednesday, March 26, SIM cards received late afternoon. I got on chat to cancel the mobile and was told that Mobile cancellations had to be done over the phone. Luckily, they gave me a direct line to retention. I waited 45 minutes but at least wasn't transferred. The mobile service was cancelled and they assured me that all I paid would be refunded. We'll see.

    Follow up: I checked my credit card transactions and I did receive a credit for the $58 the charged me to start the mobile service. I went out to my Breezeline account and saw I was showing a past due balance of $24.71. Back to chat. I spent an hour explaining things to 3 different chat reps and what happened was the wanted to bill me $14.71 for prorated service for the two days between installation and when I could contact Retention to cancel, I addition they were charging late fee of $10. They explained that:

    "The first statement generated 03/22/25. The second statement generated 03/25/25, due to the service change. Since there was not a payment posted for the first statement by the second bill generating, a late fee was applied."

    So I was charged a late fee for a bill that was less than a week old. The rep did agree to credit the entire $24.71, I will check my account in a couple of days to be sure.

    Bottom Line: Spectrum is expensive but their internet, TV and mobile have worked well for me. Best of all it is easy to contact a support rep for issues or questions. I cannot comment on the quality of the Breezeline service as I never got it working. Their telephone support infrastructure is horrible with abysmal wait times and constant required transfers to address your issue. The fact that they tried to charge me for prorated service for a service that never worked and the a late charge for an invoice that was less than a week old tells you something about their integrity. The only positive thing I can say about Breezeline besides the price is the user interface of the TV app looks outstanding. When I first saw it I was excited as it was designed by Tivo and looked very functional and user friendly. It’s a shame I couldn’t get TV to work.

    I added mobile service to go with my new wifi service. I figured out the problem: Breezeline is offering "mobile service", but that service does NOT support their wifi! ...I can make calls with 4G/5G, so sim cards is working BUT I can't use at home, on wifi, with no 4G/5G. Breezeline is using AT&T for mobile BUT they do not have support for their own wifi! I don't have any option other than private wifi where I live. The ONLY answer is that Breezeline doesn't support wifi!! It's the only answer and after dealing with their tech support for the last 10 hours, I can understand. This has been a horrible debacle and wasted day. I work from home and rely on my phone, they've screwed me BIG TIME. Terrible, terrible company and service.

    My experience with Breezeline was the worst customer service experience I may have ever had. I wanted to try a new internet provider due to connectivity issues with my current provider so I ordered from Breezeline. A tech arrived at my house, put a cord through mine, and my neighbor’s, backyard (unburied), put the equipment on the porch and left.

    I called Breezeline and was advised someone would call me back in 2 hours - never received a call. Called again and was told it would take them 2 weeks to come out and bury it. I told the rep I wanted to cancel the “service.” I was transferred and put in a queue for 20+ minutes. Had to work so I disconnected. Called again that afternoon and was able to get it cancelled and a request was put in to have them come out sooner to remove the cord going through mine and my neighbors back yard. My neighbor is having a family party this weekend outside. On top of all of this, the Breezeline tech disconnected my Spectrum internet and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Thankfully, a Spectrum tech was able to come out and fix it within 3 minutes. I truly don’t know how this company is in business.

    I bought a Tivo edge device as well as a Tivo mini to replace the Tivo devices that Breezeline is/was currently charging me monthly for. The goal was to reduce my monthly cable bill. The folks in support that I spoke with said that was ok although they said there was no way for them to ship the required cable cards. They then scheduled a tech to show up the next day who was supposed to bring the cards. He got here and said he had no cards and that Breezeline didn't support them anymore. This was after I just spent $500+ on two Tivo boxes with their knowledge. I had already opened them and removed all of the plastic to expedite the techs work. Now I have two brand new Tivo boxes that couldn't be used and I don't know if they can be returned since they are opened. And I had to use their new Wifi boxes for cable instead, since they have broken the old Tivo system (the guide no longer worked). DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE.

    **Review: Horrible Experience with Breezeline Communications**. I’ve had my fair share of frustrating customer service experiences, but nothing compares to the nightmare I went through with Breezeline Communications. I decided to try their service, but from the very start, everything went wrong. First, I couldn’t even get the service set up. I was passed around to **20 different support agents** over the span of several days, each one promising they could help but ultimately failing to fix the problem. What made it even worse was the **constant hold times** — every time I called, I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity. On top of that, I was **hung up on at least three times** while trying to get this issue resolved.

    Desperate for a solution, I escalated the situation to a manager, who assured me that they would take care of the problem and follow up with me. Surprise, surprise — I never heard from them again. Completely ghosted. In the end, I gave up on Breezeline and returned to my previous provider. It took them only **two hours** to set everything up and fix the problem, and the best part? **One knowledgeable person** handled everything without any hassle. I would **never recommend Breezeline** to anyone. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and sheer incompetence left me frustrated and angry. Avoid this company at all costs — they don't care about their customers, and they certainly don’t know how to deliver on their promises.

    I have been forced to use XF***** for the last houses. It was so refreshing to actually have a technician show up on time, complete the install as promised, and have everything work. The speed is amazing. With that other vendor, they sell you one speed of the internet, and charge the high prices for that speed, but never deliver. There is always a reason they don't deliver.     I am very impressed with the service I received when the internet went down. The phone associate was helpful and a technician was scheduled to come to my home within 2 hours of my call! On the same day! I didn't think that was possible and so quick! The technician showed up during the scheduled time and kept me posted when he had to leave to with his colleague who was working on the issue just down the road. Communication was awesome! Another internet provider had moved into our area a couple of years ago and has been trying to get me to give them a try, but why would I do that when I experience no issues and when I did, Breezeline was on it!

    Terrible service, WiFi goes out all the time and customer service just says, "Restart the router and then call us back." Sent a guy out one time and it stopped working again after 3-5 days.     From start to finish my experience with Breezeline was great. The salesman went above and beyond helping me. I had an unremarkable Android phone. He came to my house to make sure it was compatible with their system. After testing it several different ways it be relied on to work. I decided I wanted to upgrade. He helped me select a new phone and lent me one of his phones until mine came in. When my new phone arrived he came over to help me set it up. For someone that isn't tech savvy I truly appreciated this!. The technician that installed my service was also as friendly and polite as the salesman. The tech made sure all of my devices were online before he left. I think Breezeline has tremendous customer service. That is the main reason I left my former carrier, plus their outrageous prices for bad service and reception.

    I've had a consistent issue with my service for the past month. I have had three different technicians visit over 5 times to my house without the issue being fixed. Purchased a new modem on their instruction. The issue is with the pole, lines, tap, or node outside of my house. They are still charging me for a service I cannot use without issue. I would not recommend Breezeline as an ISP.

    They were okay overall. But they only provided one piece of equipment but continued to charge me for multiple. I even sent them pictures of the only equipment the technician installed. Then even over a year later they still say I have it even though I moved and went with another company and returned the one piece they originally installed. I am still trying to get my refund from them and they won't until I pay for equipment I never had.

    We had a tree fall in our yard because of the strong winds. We didn't realize until later in the afternoon the tree had knocked out our internet service. I called Breezeline around 3:00 pm.     This is literally the WORST internet I have ever experienced. I’d rather have dial up, or a hot-spot from my phone. It goes “off line” so far, EVERY SINGLE TIME we leave the house. Upon return, we’ve been having to unplug the router, and WAIT for it to come back on, and then reconnect everything. It is really miserable. Side note- not sure why Breezeline has an app for each different service… Why can’t I pay my bill in the WiFi app- since I only have the WiFi service?

    Terrible company. I was getting internet through a program from my child's school and I was not notified about any of the programs shutting down and all of a sudden my kids lose internet. Come to find out they shut off the kids' school program without notification. Do not do business with this company.

    I have been a customer of Breezline (formerly Atlantic Broadband) for years, and I am utterly disappointed with their service. Over the past two days, I’ve experienced significant internet issues, only to be told that the earliest a technician can visit is one week from now. A week without internet is completely unacceptable, especially considering how expensive this service is.

    The technical support team has been shockingly unhelpful—acting more like indifferent robots than professionals trained to assist. When I expressed my frustration and asked for solutions, one agent responded rudely, saying, “This is what we offer.” This level of apathy and poor customer care is beyond frustrating. Breezline's frequent international outages, inconsistent service, and dismissive attitude toward loyal customers are unacceptable. If you’re considering Breezline, please think twice before committing. This provider fails to deliver reliable service or adequate support, and their prices are far too high for what they offer.

    Just moved into my new house. Scheduled my appointment on a Sunday, and a tech arrived on Wednesday. 30 minutes later I had high speed internet. Tech answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. It's as simple as it gets, and I'm highly satisfied.

    Courteous, professional, not afraid to ask for main office tech support. Was about via upgrade not loose use a guest room TV and I instead of unified under 1 remote. Have to use 2 but at least it works. Was able to address my concerns. Offered to connect my devices but I am able to do so. Explained if I wanted to change factory password or name I would have to call in. I decided to leave every as default as usually best if issues occur.

    My overall experience dealing with Breezeline, since its introduction to our Cypress Lakes community, has overall been a positive experience. Certainly, there have been technical issues, over the period of time we have used Breezeline, but all issues have been resolved in a timely fashion. The negative issue with Breezeline has continually been the slow delayed scheduling and wait for service calls. We were assured that we would be treated with priority and receive timely service by representatives of the company. Unfortunately we have continually experienced extended time awaiting service visits. Problems and issues have been expeditiously resolved once the service call was completed.

    I decided to switch my internet service after doing a little research and finding that my current service was only giving me 16mbps speeds for a monthly cost of over $75, compared to what I could get from Breezeline - 200mbps (which is their second-tier speed option) for a much lower cost. I was able to schedule next-day setup, the technician was here exactly when he were scheduled to be, and was super nice, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch. Honestly, more people need to know about Breezeline service.

    Made a call to Breezeline about an intermittent loss of the Internet. Breezeline sent a very friendly technician to locate where the loss of signal was occurring. His analysis was that the line going into the residence was filled with water and needed to replace it. The line was approximately 300 feet going through the forest across 2 utility poles and was replaced in about 30 minutes or so. The amazing part of this is that there was 10 inches of snow on the ground, temperature was 29 deg F and steady wind that brought the chill temperature into the teens. But the technician fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased.

    My installation was 3 weeks ago. There was an outage on installation day, so the technician had to come back a few days later to finish, then about a week or so later had to come back to replace one of my tv boxes. Yesterday my service went out and the earliest appointment they could give me was almost 2 weeks away. Two weeks without internet when I work from home is 100% unacceptable. I immediately downgraded my internet service to what is included with my HOA, and have restarted internet with Xfinity. 0/10 would never recommend Breezeline to anyone. Terrible experience in a short 3 week time period.

    My experience with the local technician was 5-star BUT my experience with Breezeline's stream TV service was miserable. The technician remained onsite for a good 30 minutes after activating the Technicolor modem. The modem went through several updates before it could be properly activated. Once I was satisfied with the following configuration steps to connect the TiVo unit and reconnect all my networked devices, I let the technician move on to his next call. Over the next 4-6 hours my TV stream service along with my internet service kept disconnecting every 20 minutes requiring a restart of the Technicolor device to restore connection, however temporarily. Calling the Breezeline customer disservice line only added to my misery. The "robovoice" kept insisting it could help but it only led me through steps I had already performed. It took another 5 tries battling through hang-ups and disconnects to actually talk to a real person, who was OFFSHORE.

    They did a great job to confirm what I already knew - that there was a problem with the modem. They scheduled a return visit with a technician for the next day. NOTE: This was an "upgrade" I didn't want but was forced into by Breezeline. I also have the privilege of only having access to two-thirds of my previous channels for a similar price. If I could get to the internet, I would comment on that but until service is reliably restored I have no idea how well that works. I used to recommend Breezeline as an alternative to Comcast to my friends and Clients but now I won't. The two companies are now indistinguishable as far as customer disservice is concerned.

    We just moved here. The initial appointment to set up our cable and internet took about a week. This was probably due to the Christmas holiday. Breezeline called several times as reminders and to confirm the appointment. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.     This brand dirt. There’s an outage every week, the equipment never works and their support is horrible. My super pod disconnects every week and I have to do an ancient ritual to connect it and half the time it doesn’t even work. And it sits there blinking a green light and never connecting.

    I received an excellent offer for Fiber Wifi in the mail from Breezeline for Dover, NH. Being familiar with the speed & reliability of fiber compared to cable connectivity, I was interested enough to call for more information. I’m glad I did!     I have not needed any service for over 10 years in the way of needing a technician to come to the house. Getting one took a week. I had no phone for my security system that reminded me every 6 hours with an alarm. No one at Breezeline cared. After a week of calls and a waste of time with a new modem that clearly wasn't needed it's now fixed. Nothing but excuses and poor service from a company that once was good and I had no complaints about. The experience with the "technical support on the phone" is worthless. A scripted program from individuals clearly not in this country when they can't do any more than you have already done using the website and nothing but excuses. Horrible.

    If you are considering this company for your service get it out of your list. Lost cable and internet on Saturday. I was told they were working on it, service never came back. I can live without cable but not internet, everything is hooked up to my wifi but of course they are not the ones inconvenienced. They want me to wait until Friday. Too bad I have this service through my association. Otherwise in a heartbeat I would have cancelled them.

    With the rising price of Comcast and for what you get I needed a change. I would like to have an office in Morgantown.     Worst customer service on the phones ever. Worst response time ever. We were ten days without any internet or tv. We needed internet so a doctor could monitor my husband's breathing. Every time I called back they pushed out the service date. Three different tech came. First one said the problem was outside the house. Second two guys changed a fiber optic cable outside. Third tech spent 3 hours tracing the problem and found that the wire in the attic had been chewed through. He was the only one who knew what he was doing. First tech went in the attic and saw nothing. This was a big waste of time and effort for the third tech. I am disgusted.

    I called at 1:45 pm the day before Thanksgiving because our bandwidth had not been adequate in the basement or would drop as we walked upstairs. The service person was here within the hour. He waited for me to return home, upgraded the equipment, explained how to monitor it, and complimented my daughter on her piano rendition of The Grinch. It will be $5/mo. more for the additional extender/repeater. My husband is very happy with the improved service.

    My condo assoc switched from Infinity to Breezeline last year. Ever since the switch I have had to have a Breezeline tech out to my house over 8 times. Pictures freezing up.. No tv service… Bad box etc. The best was today 2 days before Thanksgiving. I’m having a load of people over for dinner Thursday. My Internet and therefore all 5 of my TV’s are done. I call Breezeline nothing they can fix on the phone and next available appt is next Wednesday. This company is terrible. In NY I had Verizon. They were the best. Infinity in Florida is much better than Breezeline.

    The technician was helpful and professional. He set everything up quickly and made sure we knew how everything worked. When he found an issue shortly after he left our house, he called and returned to fix the issue.

    Breezeline has great customer service that is fast and helpful. I no longer dread having to call in if/when I require any type of assistance! In the past I allowed problems to get worse because I dreaded calling in and speaking to a representative I could not always clearly understand, but that is no longer an issue.

    The whole company seems staffed with the most awesome and helpful people - I had to reschedule less than 3 hours before my first attempt at installation was scheduled and was able to do that in less than 3 minutes, and it was only a few days later. The tech who came for the installation was knowledgeable and friendly - and AWESOME! My apartment is an OLD, converted house, but he handled all the crazy with skill and grace, without complaint and was even willing to move a few things and crawl under a desk I couldn't move (I'm disabled). Seriously everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

    So satisfied with tech. He was prompt, respectful, and professional. He cleaned up behind himself, which is something my hubby doesn't do. The work went without a hitch and then he was gone in a flash. Breezeline makes me feel really special.

    My wifi went out on Thurs, could not get a new one till Monday, (too long). Missed all the weekend football...That service very unacceptable... I am hard of hearing and the foreign speaking service agents (call center) are impossible to understand...Get Americans, at least the technician side at the call center....If I had an option for Cable internet other than Breezeline, I'd be gone yesterday..

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to switch to streaming cable boxes so watching TV now is based upon Breezeline's internet which is terrible. I've had 2 technicians already and a 3rd is coming this week. Now my cable gets pixilated and buffers. Also my wifi pod in my house has a poor or sometimes not connected status which is in an open area in my hallway. I even have a new modem but the internet is absolutely TERRIBLE! Probably gonna switch to T Mobile.

    The technician knew his job and performed it well. It should have been a simple hookup but the cable to the house had been pulled down by a falling tree. He was able to fix the problem, fix the cable and get us hooked up. I would recommend Breezeline and Eugene (tech) to anyone who asks.
