I have a new format for AOL email on my computer that has totally obliterated the info on my calendar and configured my address book in a form that has eliminated my groups and made such a mess that it's barely usable. I can't even figure out how to use this address book! And there is no one to whom I can even ask for help or complain to @ AOL.

I can't communicate via email using my address book which I have spent hours compiling.

The New AOL is up and walking - not up and running, mind you. In fact, it's walking quite slowly with a noticeable limp. As I'm sure users will find, in true AOL fashion, this new version is not only slower than previous - it's buggy. One such bug was found when clicking on BACK TO MAIL in an attempt to return from SETTINGS. Nothing after several attempts. And their new loading icons seem to sit on your desktop forever. Enough already. I must say, AOL has been pretty consistent at providing the worst the Web has to offer.

They have put new e-mail format on the computer without me signing up for it. Consequently, I can not write an e-mail or delete an e-mail without my computer freezing up. I went onto my hotmail account on the same computer and had no problems. It is definately AOL's new e-mail format.

I have also tried to cancel my account with them and they refuse.

I live far away from family and friends. E-mail is how I communicate with them as I am disabled. If e-mail is not working, commuication becomes difficult.

I signed up for AOL's free trial by placing a disc in my computer. Unbeknownst to me, I was unable to get connected online after signing up because there had already been a previous account on the second-hand computer that I was using. I later tried the disc at least one more time. Each time I tried to sign up (even though I never connected) AOL began an account for me and began automatically billing my Bank Account.

A six month free service came with the Dell computer I purchased in Jan, 2005. I continued with this account until July of 2006 when I subscribed to a high speed service through my cable company. The automatic billing didn't stop. Now they tell me there is no record of a call to cancel the service. I finally got a confirmation number after calling twice today and being lost once before it could be completed. When I got through the second time there was again no record of my previous call. Some guy named Sam in India pretty much told me too bad for the charges, all he could do was cancel the next month's and future charges.

Our house was robbed in October, computer being stolen. We called AOL the next day to cancel service. Was told the account was cancelled. In December, I noticed that money was still being taken out of our checking account after receiving an overdrawn notice from our bank. Called AOL again to cancel. Happened again in January. Called AOL yet again and demanded a refund. Was promised a refund of $90.00. Happened again in February and again in March with the same results.

When I called AOL they informed me that they had no record of my calls-that the computer would be imprinted with the date and time of the call. Received a notice in the mail in April that I needed to update my payment method, since my account did not have the funds. Cancelled the bank account since they would not stop withdrawals. As of May 5, 2007, I am still getting notices in the mail and was told I had been referred to the Collection Department. As of last call, I was promised the account was cancelled and could not be refunded since the checking account was not still active.

Never have I asked for penalties, interest or punitive damage, just what they stole from me..and I continue to wait in spite of complaints to the Ohio AG, the FTC and the AG's of New York and Florida.

My wife, Susan, and I have been with AOL for several years and had no complaints up untill now. I signed up with Cablevisions Optimum Online and did not need the dial up service from AOL any more. I went online to cancel and could not get into the billing page for about two weeks. When I finally got in, I was told online that we could keep our Screen names and receive free E-mail. We would no longer have customer service or chat rooms etc. just FREE E-mail.

The problem is they kept charging my wifes credit card for the monthly charge of $9.95. When I called them on the phone, they said the system is down and you should call back another time. This happened twice and I told them I was stopping payments on my credit card. The credit card company claims they have many complaints about AOL and will process the reverse charges and let me know what happens.

Within two weeks I was told the charges have been placed and I would be credited for two of the three months I was billed for. Now I keep getting calls to my answering machine from AOL and when I return the call they tell me I can't cancel. I don't have a contract with them yet they tell me this is an online contract. I don't have the names of the people I spoke with because They speak with an Asian accent and I didn't want to insult them for not understanding their name.

I made the mistake of trying one of AOL's Free 3 month trials. After 2 months, I called to cancel and was assured the account was cancelled. The same day I recieved an e-mail thanking me for taking dial-up connection. I called back and cancelled this connection that I had not requested. The same thing happened again and I cancelled again and was assured that it was cancelled. I assumed it was taken care of and thought nothing more of it until I recieved my bank statement and discovered that AOL had debited my account on 04/10 and 05/01/07 for the amounts of $30.90 each date. I promply called and was told I had 2 accounts for hi-speed internet service.

I told the rep that I didn't have any service with AOL and didn't have any of their software on my computer. I requested cancellation again for a service I had not ordered and requested a refund. The rep assured me that both accounts had been cancelled and that I was due a $60 refund but it would take 1 to 2 months to investigate. I spoke to the rep on 05/03/07 and decided not to take any chances on them debiting my account again since all the stories I had heard about AOL. I went to the bank on the 05/04/07 and closed my account. All this trouble to get a free trial of AOL. I will never do business with AOL again.

On numerous occasions in 2006, I tried to cancel my AOL account. I was given a run around whenever I actually talked to a live person. Most of the time I was simply left on hold, sometimes for an hour or more. I eventually had AOL's draft from my bank account canceled. I then received bills in the mail and again tried to call them several times with no results. Tonight I received a call from a collection agency demanding that I pay for three months of AOL service that I never used. I have always paid any bill that I owe on time and have an unblemished credit rating, but I do not feel that I owe AOL anything. Instead, I think that they should pay me for the hassle that I've been through and the $32.00 it took at my bank to stop the payment.

I never accessed the account through their connection means and was never aware that I was placed on a monthly dial-up plan for their free service.

I attempted to resolve this with customer service, and they refuse to refund the charges because the member sign-up indicates that members are made aware of the billing stipulations when requested to provide their billing information. (However, the website requests billing credit card or bank account for idenitification purposes when a byoa broadband account is initiated.)

This year I received an email from AOL on March 18,2007 explaining that they would be using my debit card to charge me for another year of service. I contacted AOL immediately and was told that as soon as the debit was made to my account they would credit me back the same amount that same business day. Yet another AOL Cancellation complaint. Started in July 2006 called to cancel services called two or three more times in August and sept. They give you a hard time each time you call. Finally in Decemeber after six to seven phone calls, I cancelled my credit card so they would stop billing it and they finally cancelled my account for non payment. Sometimes call and they find no record of you calling and sometimes they do but you never get anywhere with them. Now I have a a bill that is due for collection of 51.20 for months two months dec 06 and nov 06 that I never used and thought I was cancelled of AOL.

When you call the AOL sevice rep 1-866-859-0176 I was hung up on twice, they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and seem unwilling or unable to try to resolve this issue. I am not going to pay 51.80 to them or anyone else and wish for this not to go on my credit statements either. They should be stopped from such fradulent practices. I will not pay with the threat of my credit report being impacted for something that I cancelled and did not use they should be ordered to stop doing business this way for not be allowed in the state of florida.

Besides the agrivation of dealing with people that do nothing to help its very frustating and if they proceed to collection it will impact my credit report.

I am an employee for a different Time Warner Unit but would like to join any investigation so that I can help get my parents' money back. I believe they have been fraudently billed for 3 or more years. We had closed this account only to find that it was re-opened by AOL, my father was not aware of the charges. Even after contacting them, they added new charges to his account for this month. I fully want to press charges against AOL and will co-operate in anyway necessary.

In June 2006 I noticed credit card charges for an AOL account that I did not have. I disputed those charges with my credit card company and the credit card company stopped the payments. Then, I requested that my credit card company issue a new credit card with a different credit card number in hopes of stopping fraudulent billing. That did not help! Two months later, I was billed by AOL with the different credit card number and called to request that the charges removed.

I am now being charged for the month that follows the month that I cancelled the account.

I informed her that I would be calling the A.G.'s office in my state to report this phone call because I did not owe AOL any money. Called AOL to find out what was going on. Had to wait 28 minutes for a live voice. Talked to another person from a foreign country. He insisted that I owed $20.82.

I had all the letters, money orders, and correspondence in front of me and read it to him. He insisted that I owed them money. Asked for a letter or a written confirmation that I owed money. he ignored my requests for this and kept asking for me to pay by credit card or check. I informed him that I pay cash for all my bills and needed one to confirm that I still owed money. he then agreed to waive the bill and to send me a letter in the mail stating that the bill had been waived within 10 business days. He would not hang up and kept asking me if I wanted to re-activate my account or if I had any concerns/needs with the service.

I finally told him that I was hanging up and that I was contacting the A.G.'s office in my state. I did receive a letter from AOL a few weeks ago informing me that I had been a good cutomer and that they wanted me to re-activate my account. I threw it away.

I am a past account holder of AOL dial-up. I signed up for AOL for a free trial. Soon after signing up my account, my home computer crashed and I called to cancel the account to assure that I would not be billed for a service that was no longer necessary. My account was cancelled and I was credited the 2 months payments that had been charged to my credit card. However, I was unaware that I had 2 accounts that were under this trial period. When I called, I assumed my accounts were closed and the matter was over. Then in February, I noticed that I was still being charged for an AOL account. I had been charged a total of 6 times and refunded for 2 of these charges in December. I called to resolve the matter in February when I noticed I had been billed 4 times without a refund and without realizing that my account was still open after I had called to cancel in November. I was told my account would be credited and I continued to check my credit card for this credit.

On Tuesday, March 20, 2007, approximately 1 month after my call to have the charges credited back to me, I called to check the status of my credits and was told that I was not going to be credited because I had called in February to cancel, which was after my free trial had ended. In actuality, I had called in November and my accounts were not accurately closed. After getting no helpful response from customer service, I felt as if this letter would have to be the next logical step.

My boyfriend had an AOL account about 3 years ago; the monthly fee was auto-drafted from his checking account. He called to cancel the service; assuming the service had been cancelled per his request, he closed his checking account. Now, three years later, he has gone back to his old bank to open another checking account. He was informed that in order to do so, he would need to pay overdraft charges from a prior account to the tune of nearly $350! Apparently, AOL had continued to auto-draft his checking account for quite some time; every time they tried, it would cause the account to re-open, and would cost him both the charges and the overdraft fee.

What can be done about this? It would have been pursued 3 years ago, when it happened, but he wasn't aware as to what had been going on until recently when he tried to open a new checking account. Can AOL be held accountable for not honoring his cancellation request, and ultimately costing him quite a chunk of money?

I got my October bank statement and AOL had taken $30.90 out. When I called on 10/24 to complain they gave me a credit of $30.90. They told me that AOL would be cancelled, but they charged my account $30.90 again, causing a $20 service charge. When I called a second time, I was told that I was not going to receive a credit.

I am afraid that this month will be the same. I need to budget my money, and AOL is not in my budget!!!

I don't know if I should put a fraud alert on all our credit cards and/or close the bank account.

No one will help! They say there is nothing that can be done. This is only after having to be on the telephone answering everything except the number of fillings she has in her teeth. Customer Services reps told us: (1) they were not authorized to close our account; (2) a manager would have to authorize the closure of account at which point we were put on hold for upwards of 45-60 minutes; (3) account cancellations needed to be in writing; (4) when letters were sent, AOL claimed they had not been received. Fed up with AOL's refusal to cancel the account, in February 2006 we cancelled the credit card they had on record to bill our account. We had already paid $100 in fees since we had first attempted to cancel our account.

AOL's collection dept began to call to collect payment in April 2006, claiming we owed payment for Jan-April 2006, even though we had paid them for Jan & Feb '06 (we have AM EX statements as proof of payment). AOL collections refused to even give us an address where we could send them copies of these statements as proof of payment. I received a letter of cancellation, and it says I could use AOL free (because I had DSL service). They said they didn't refund because they say I clicked on the Icon. I had a technical problem, unable to even use the ICON, I'm sure that it is in their records, the time I spent with tech, unable to click on it. I did use dial-up since cancellation whenever my DSL was down. I was never told I would be charged if I used dial-up. I would be charged if I reactivated the account. In July of this year, as an existing AOL member, I upgraded my PC Internet access from 'dial-up' to AOL 'Silver' Broadband (1mb), the installation pack was free but the 'wireless router'(required) cost me 25.00 payable to AOL via my monthly account which was also now debited with 9.99 per month for the provision of broadband. Additionally, I had to employ the services of a technician to 'set up' the new broadband for me at a cost of 50.00.

His first attempt proved unsuccessful and he recommended that I purchase a USB/LAN adapter at a cost of 24.99 plus a number of ADSL filters for each of my domestic telephone extensions which were being adversely affected as a consequence of enabling the broadband on that particular telephone number. I complained to both AOL and British Telecom (the providing phone company)the latter denying any responsibility. AOL, after difficult and prolonged attempts to contact, suggested disabling the broadband from the existing recent installation and re-enabling on my other available telephone number. I agreed but pointed out that installation costs would be duplicated as a result and that even if I bore the cost of the (now) surplus ADSL filters which would no longer be required, I would still be 'out of pocket' to the tune of about 75.00.

As a 'gesture of good-will' the AOL technician with whom I dealt (Mr Derek **** of AOL Ireland)credited my account with two month's subscription at 9.99 per month = 19.98 total.

The reconnection has been implemented, appears to be working, the ADSL filters removed and the phones are working OK again. Since July I have been trying to make contact with AOL at their registered office in London for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director and their Member Services offices in Waterford, Ireland c/o Jackie O'Leary (Vice-President)- none of my several letters (5) or E-Mails have neither been answered or acknowledged let alone any assistance towards the additional costs incurred by me as a result of the abortive first installation of their broadband and its consequential effect on the efficiency of my telephone.

The only telephone number available at AOL is a so-called 'help-line' 08703 202020 which is invariably 'not available' and 'helpful' is debatable and (at times) a contradiction in terms. As far as complaining to AOL is concerned they may just as well be a fictitious entity.

Does anyone of responsibility exist at AOL?

I have called AOL to cancel the service and since February 2006, the account people at AOL cancellation department have 'hung up'on me, pretended to forward me to their supervisor and 'parked me' in a dead line, put me on hold and never came back to the telephone...

I have been charged $26 dollars per month for the past 7 months since I called to cancel. The individuals I spoke with over the phone claimed that they were unable to cancel my membership.

I went through this exact same thing with them last year, when mysterious charges for their service started appearing on one of my credit card statements. (Where on earth they got my credit-card number in the first place is still a mystery to me; I certainly never gave it to them.) I contacted them over the phone at that time & eventually got them to agree to cancel and not bill me anymore.

Now they're starting up all over again, only this time, they're doing it through threatening letters from a collection agency. And this time, when I tried calling AOL over the phone to get this mess straightened out once and for all, they flat-out refused to cancel the membership, claiming that they were unable to. Instead, they gave me an 800 number to call (their fraud line) which--conveniently--was closed.

My credit card company claimed they fought this dispute and even issued me a new account number, however AOL is still making charges on this new account.

They make you feel that you have no options but to pay or else get it on your credit. This is unacceptable! I want to fight them to the end. It would be easy to pay the $99 to keep my sanity, but not this time. They are robbing people blind.

When I first noticed the duplicate charge in April, I called and was told that there were actually 2 accounts opened on the same day with different screen names. The rep said she would close 1 account and refund $25.90 and continue my trial period on the other account and refund the $25.90 as well.

AOL did post 1 credit for $25.90 to my account billing on the original account.. I called AOL on 6/23/06 to ask why they had only posted 1 credit for $25.90 instead of 2 -told they had posted the credit but posted it to a 3rd account setup at the same time as the first 2 accounts. Why wasn't this account pulled up in April when I called to cancel the other duplicate account?

The answer was we don't know but we are billing you for both accounts again this month. Requested transfer to supervisor they refused & said they could not give out their representative numbers or supervisor names.

My complaint against AOL is same as most people, but I do have a suggestion. Why do you not advertise on your website about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Paragraph 805 in particular that limits the contact the collector has with the debtor and if the debtor gives them written instructions to STOP... they may not under the law contact them any more. I think if AOL started getting thousands of these letters it would throw an additional wrench in their stew. Please do this...

In the beginning of March, I switch from dial up to DSL. with Verizon. I was to be billed 10.95 per month. Prior to this I was being billed 17.95 for dial up service. When I received my credit card statement I saw that I was overcharged and billed 17.95. When I spoke to Axel, he said that there was no record of the change and I said that I received confirmation of this change.

He said that he would take care of it. The following month, actually months I continued to be charged $17.95 a month and each time I spoke to someone they assured me it would be taken care of. They could not explain to me why I continued to be overcharged. Finally I had enough and decided I didn't need this aggravation and did not want to deal with AOL's unethical practices anymore.

I called to cancel and spoke with Nathan, who said he was a senior consultant. He of course ask why I was canceling after 7 years and I explained that I was being overcharged every month and I didn't trust AOL anymore and believe they are trying to steal money from customers with their unethical billing practices. He offered me a plan of $4.95 a month and reassured me that he would credit me and make sure I would never be over charged again. He gave me his email address and said to email him with any problems. I was hesitant but I decided to stay with them.

This month again I was charged $17.95. Again i had to make multiple phone calls to take care of this overcharge. I was livid and called again to cancel. It is the easiest way to speak to a live human being who will really listen and help you and its the only way to make sure you get someone who speaks the English language. Most of the people there are Indian and difficult sometimes to understand them. And you are on hold forever.

I spoke to Tanya Sanchez- told her I was canceling and explained why. She said that Nathan had not put in the code, but it was on record that I was suppose to be billed $4.95. She couldn't explain to me why this code was not put in. I told her that I wanted her to put the code in while I was on the phone and asked her if she put it in. She said she did. Personally I don't believe there is such a code. I think AOL is doing something not only unethical but illegal and I am prepared to do what I can to expose AOL for the crooks they are.

I am waiting for my next bill to see if they put this code in. I am very angry at the enormous amt of energy and time I have wasted with this unethical business. I am convinced that this is no accident.

Come June of 2006 I came back home for the summer and looked on my new online bank statements. I noticed there was a charge of 12.95 taken out for the month of June. I was baffled by this charge so I called AOL and they told me I never cancelled the account.

I called back and talked to another representative and they said I indeed cancelled it, and they couldn't explain why I was still being charged. I then called AOL and got Mike? on the phone stating that someone had opened an account in my name and I would be charged the rate of 25.90 every month for service. When I explained that I had never signed up in the first place he gave the 3rd degree. He asked me all manner of questions regarding my family life such as: Do you have kids? Did your husband sign up? Did you use a 'free trial disc that came in the mail and forget to cancel? Did you use AOL online to purchase anything? On and on it went. Every time my answer was a NO!!

The only thing I have ever used your discs for was coasters! I have not now nor have I ever been, nor will I ever be a member of AOL!

Finally, said that I would have to wait for the bill and write CANCEL on it and fax it back. I did that on April 7th. I got a letter in the mail stating that they had received my request for cancellation but that I did not do it in time and was being charged 25.90 because I cancelled in between billing cycles.

April 24th I receive a bill stating that my account was overdue and that service had been suspended. I was to pay immediately or I would be put in collections. I called yet again and said that I never had an account in the first place. They said sorry for the mistake and said they would take care of it. Never happened. I finally got the fraud dept's number to report the charge.

I called, and called, and called, and called etc...I never did get through to a live voice. This is after being on hold for 1/2 an hour or more every time. Stupid me, I thought the matter closed until I got a collection notice on June 27th. I chanced calling (866-859-0176) yet again and being late for work to get this resolved. I spoke to Paul (heavily accented) and he asked for my screen name again and again I told him I don't and never did have one. He asked for my phone number. I asked him to give me the one he had on file first.

He recited my cell phone number. I told him so. He said that I would have to pay the charges plus penalties. I told him I would not be paying anything as this was a fraudulent charge in the first place. He then said Awww, come on now, you're telling that you never signed up cuz you don't want to pay the bill right? I was stunned!

When I had gained control on my temper, I calmly said that I would not be paying the bill. He said okay, do you live at (my address)? Is this your phone number? It's my cell number yes. What's your account protection answer? What account protection answer? The answer you would have to have given us to make sure this is your account. I don't have an answer. Okay, here's the question you chose. What's your favorite movie? The Matrix. WRONG!! It's X-men!! Well good. Now we both know.

I didn't tell him it's actually Star Wars. Either way, it was wrong. He finally relented and gave the fraud dept number again. He said they would be investigating me and the account. Fine, I told him, the next time you contact me it will be thru an attorney. I hung up. I called the fraud dept and surprise! I was able to speak with Teresa after a 15-minute hold time. She was nice enough and said that she would enter my info and get the investigation going. I was told to call back in about weeks to get the results. I certainly will do so.

Last year Ii decided to cancel my AOL account for 2 reasons. First, I was switching to a cable connection and I had not used AOL's services since I was a teen. Basically I just needed a web browser to surf the Internet. I never used any of AOL's features.

When I called to cancel, the first thing I was asked was my name. He asked me to spell my name last name--no problems then my first name. H told me he could not cancel the account because there was nobody listed with that name. I was shocked. I told him that AOL has been withdrawing money from my account for 10 years and now he was telling me nobody existed under that name. I even gave him my address, dob, ssn, account #. Finally I spelled Joseph instead of Joe.

That was the easy part. After the whole name situation, he kept asking me personal questions as to what I use the Internet for. I politely told him and informed him that I do not use AOL's features and I just needed a connection and a web browser. We went back and forth for about 10 min. All the while I was just saying cancel the account and he kept giving other options as to why I should keep AOL.

On March 31st of year, I signed up for a free 30-day trial of America Online. I only really needed it for a couple of days while I was moving from an old dialup account to a DSL account. About a week later, after I was on the DSL account and no longer needed dial-up access from AOL, I went to the AOL customer support portion of their website. I went there specifically looking for a number to contact for canceling their service - before the 30-day trial expired. To my surprise, I actually found a link, called Cancel Account. I clicked on that link and used it to cancel my account. I thought I was done with AOL, but no such luck. To my dismay, when I checked my bank statement on the 2nd of April, I noticed a debit of $23.90 to AOL.

I called up AOL and talked to one of their customer service representatives who told me you cannot cancel online - there is no such link. I explained to her what happened and she said, Well, I can cancel your account now, but you will still be billed for a month of service beginning on May 1st. She also stated that she would not refund my $23.90 because I had not cancelled before the 30 day period was up. I then told her I would contact my bank and dispute the charge through them. I did so and for about a month, the bank processed the dispute.

I had to sign a couple of letters, the bank reversed the charge, and I, once again, thought the matter was over. But, again to my dismay, it was NOT over. In early June, I started receiving phone calls, which my caller ID identified as Unknown Name, Unknown Number, so I never answered them. After about a week of these, I started getting a phone call a day, where a computer voice said please call America Online regarding an urgent business matter - this is not a sales call. I did not call AOL. On Saturday morning, June 24th at 9:00am, I received another call from Unknown Name, Unknown Number.

This time I answered it, unfortunately. It was a female who identified herself as being from the America Online collections department. She was very rude and sarcastic, right from the start and even shouted at me when I tried to talk! I explained the whole matter and she argued with me about it. I told her that the dispute was being handled through the bank and if the bank agreed I owed AOL the $23.90, I would pay it.

She stated that was not good enough, that they wanted the money immediately and would turn the matter over to a credit bureau if I did not agree. After arguing with her for 45 minutes, I finally gave up and said Ok, I will pay the $23.90 so I don't have to deal with you folks again. Well, I should not have done that. I gave her my credit card number and expiration date. Again, I thought, Well, that's finally it. I have still received daily phone calls from the robotic voice and the Unknown Name, Unknown Number and the $23.90 has not been debited from my account.

During the latest call today from the Unknown..., I answered the phone and it was another person from the AOL Collection Department. I started explaining, in a calm voice, what had happened on Saturday and she hung up on me! This is insane! What can I do to deal with this harassment on a debt I do not owe?

I signed up for a 90-day free trial with AOL. I don't remember the exact day I signed up, but it was in mid-November of 2005. I used the service for the 90 days and decided to cancel because I could find cheaper service with another company. I tried to call the customer service number several times before the free period was over, but was unable to get through to a customer service representative. The offer I signed up for had the option of continuing for an additional month at a special rate of $9.99 for just one month. Since I hadn't been able to cancel my service, I continued to connect to the internet through AOL during the first two weeks of the month of March 2006 (which would be my $9.99 month) I sent a fax to AOL, canceling my membership as of March 15, 2006.

I owed $9.99 for this month, and the debit card I supplied when I signed up had enough money on it to cover this amount. I heard nothing more from America Online until June of 2006, when I began to get phone calls from their customer service representatives at work. Thinking that these were sales calls, I did not answer or return the calls. On June 16, 2006 I received a letter at my home saying that I owe an outstanding balance of $101.60 to America Online. They said if I don't pay this amount they will refer my account to a collection agency.

I was finally able to speak to a customer service representative, named Rachelle. She wanted me to pay the entire $101.60 with a credit card, but I refused to do so. I tried to explain that I had cancelled my account several months ago. Rachelle told me that they did not receive my fax cancellation until June. She also told me that I had signed up for one free month, not 90 days. The phone connection was cut off after this, so I was unable to resolve this issue. I tried to call back but I didn't get through to a customer service representative.
