TrustedChoice.com identified several agents including the one that I wound up using. Their site was pretty easy to use.

Using the website of Trusted Choice was very easy. I went to see if there was any life insurance company that will help us with my husband. I felt comfortable with the options they gave me.

I have life insurance with the government employment I have and I’m going to cancel it because I’m no longer going to be working there. It goes up and I can retain it, but I thought that searching with an independent agent was going be cheaper than what my life insurance would be with my work. Trusted Choice sent me some information through mail.

The one in Northern California called me, so he was just right there, which I appreciate. He did a great job. He asked the right questions and he was very thorough, cordial and pleasant to talk to. Meanwhile, the agent from Riverside was bad. He called me, asked me what I needed, and we talked. His interaction was okay. It was just that I didn’t feel the time frame it took was proper. I was denied, but it took forever to get an answer. They called me back for my name four times then they asked my Social Security number and I left that several times. They kept calling me, and it took two months for them to finally respond. I asked another agent and she said it should take a couple of weeks.

My mom just passed away. I’m having an issue because nobody wanted to give me what I want with diabetes. I'm having a difficulty finding an agent that will work with me because everybody only wanted to give me a little bit, and not even enough to carry like a burial, ‘cause they only wanted to offer two like to $5000 coverage, and that’s not enough.

I saw from the state of California site that the type of agent that I was interested in working with could be found. I followed the link and it brought me to the Trusted Choice site. There were other matches that fit the criteria and then I selected the one in my immediate area. I was hoping that I could have a face-to-face. No matter how many times I asked for that, the agent sort of skirt. They didn't give me a direct answer if it would be possible or not. I hear from them every two months, asking me for more information and I provide it, but I'm not interested in working with them as they don't make me feel that they're responsive or they're interested in doing business with me. This is gonna be a lot of money that I'm gonna be paying for someone who sort of blows me off and doesn't prioritize me. But in terms of the site itself, it was an okay experience. I like the ease of navigation.

I have some very important outstanding court bills that I need to pay. I'm swamped with all these court bills and attorney bills. I called Trusted Choice to see if I could sell my life insurance. I left a message, but no one has called me back. Also, navigating the website was easy. It's not working out for me though. I've been searching and searching but I can't find anybody to sell it to.

But with what I’m forking out for my daughter, I just can’t afford the insurance that I want right now so I’m waiting. They are checking in with me every six months or so until my cost would be down enough that I could afford the insurance.

Trusted Choice Life Insurance's service was good, but what I ended up with was not. I chose Zander through American General, and they still have not issued me a policy. And that was back in January. I didn’t like the process with Trusted Choice. If they ask clients to put all of their information in the system online in advance, it would be more beneficial if they do their research and see that that person already gave them that information than asking them again. Then if the clients says they're busy and to call back another time, don't continuously talk as if they didn't say they were busy. The gentleman that I spoke to wasn’t friendly. I gave Trusted Choice all the information that I thought they needed. But then he wanted to ask me the same questions over again. I told him it was redundant and I didn’t wanna move forward. Aside from that, Trusted Choice also only had term life and that is not something that I need for my family. I'm looking for whole life.

I want to leave something to my children in case of my untimely death. My client who helped me look for insurance, referred Trusted Choice to me. The independent agent who came to my house was pushy and persistent. I just wanted to get him out my house so I signed up for life insurance.

TrustedChoice's salespersons were awesome, polite, and so convincing. I was watching one of them and she had a great pitch. They were able to give me the number and the information I needed and gave me a pamphlet inside to read because they didn’t have much time to talk since people were coming in like crazy.

We have homes that, in case of our death and our family members may not have the money to pay for, we want the insurance to cover for. I still have the plan that Trusted Choice Life Insurance recommended and I feel okay about it. Check them out and see if they’re a good fit for you. Just be more tolerant with the prices as well as the amount of coverage.

I was looking for life insurance for an individual who has a preexisting disease and the website said that it has referral and information for that, but it did not. I work for Brewer Insurance and we're on Trusted Choice Life Insurance. I can't click on something on their website and go back to a homepage where it gives me all their other options. There’s no drop down nor search. I think it’s just something that I have to learn in order to utilize it to the best of my ability but once I was directed in the right path, then it was no problem. I’ve had nothing but positive to say about the person that has worked with me for the stuff that I’ve been working on. I just need to find where I need to be to start with.
